Great, quick meditations! I love the check in feature, it provides a ton of great adjectives to help describe and process how I'm feeling before doing a meditation.
It is amazing but design of app is ugly I don’t like it I hope that u changed to nice colour white with blue or pink or black maybe yellow but white more elegant
Such a great app for mediation and the 'check in' part where you can select words for how you're feeling is very useful, especially when you're a bit mixed up. The recommended mediations are always on point. All round awesome (and free!) app.

I honestly love this app. I started my practice of meditation with it about a year ago and even though I'm not doing it as consistently, it's nice to have when I'm feeling overwhelmed. What really helped me in the beginning was the checking in, it helped me create a language for how I was feeling - physically & emotionally. It allowed me to see my growth over a period of time and really see how meditation was helping. I like how it suggests meditations based on the time of day and my mood. It allowed me to try different meditative methods and opened doors for me to explore other ways on my own. I appreciate this organization & the work they're doing. I recommend this app to anyone interested in learning more about meditations
I've been using this app on and off for the past couple of years, and I've loved the ways it's grown and changed while still staying true to its purpose: to help you meditate. It's easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. I have one minor annoyance, though: I meditate at night, often around or after midnight, and because the app defines a day as a cycle from 12AM to 11:59PM, I can have a hard time keeping track of how many days in a row I've meditated. A shift in this definition (or an option to change it in the settings) would be really useful for me, and likely for others who keep unusual hours.

This app makes me look forward to meditation. It's so overwhelming to try on your own, but this app helps start you off small. I also enjoy how it takes how you're feeling before and recommends what meditations might work best for you for that time, and gives you a lot of options so you can choose for yourself what you'll be most comfortable with.
This app is great. It offers a great variety of free meditations to help cope with our busy lives.
Love the variety of meditations, the tracking/gamification and the meditation and breathing timers. Some of the voices could be a bit more soothing, sometimes they feel cold or tired, but that may be due to having heard them a lot.

One of the BEST meditation app I've seen, the female voice in the meditation sessions is so calming and convincing, I just love listening to her, some times I go back just to listen to her voice. I love how simple it is to meditate with this app, since I have downloaded the app I have not stopped meditating, and that's three months now. That's a record, I always start and I won't last a week, my whole life changed since I started mediating, I am so much more positive and my IBS is totally gone. I love myself now, and I love everyone, all I see is beauty, thank you for making my life so pleasant to live. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to really learn how to meditate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️App
Although meditation isn't meant to be rushed or even necessarily simple, these short apps make it doable and enjoyable in our modern lives. I love that you can pick something in line with what you need at the time or have it suggest meditations for you.
It is so good because if you are all worked up you turn it on and as you listen and breathe you feel more, relax and better than you were before.

I tried several different apps before he found this one. I use the meditation timer every day. After my regular meditation, or use one of their guided meditation's. I especially like The lion mind go to meditation.

I used this daily after finishing my workout session and hit the sauna I put on Breathe. I feel it's the perfect combo after feeling an intense workout to put your mind in a different state of relaxation . I love it so far I went from not meditating to meditating everyday. Con: I preferably enjoy the women's voice instead of the guy...also have more meditating options I've ran through all of them so far lol

I loved this app for years until it changed where I have to subscribe to pay monthly for the meditations I have already made a one time payment for and/or had them for free. I'm not liking this so much.

I love the meditations. They have truly helped me in coping with severe anxiety. However, I wish they still offered the ability to purchase meditations that you were interested in. I can't afford the monthly subscription but would like to buy a few of the blocked meditations.
