I'm struggling in my life. It's hard for me to stay focused and it's hard for me to maintain boundaries. Thanks to this app, I can stay centered.
First, with the negative: I loved this app so much when I got it, that I did something I never do- paid the 3 dollars to upgrade to the full meditation list. It was worth it. However, I find it somewhat disturbing that the developers decided to charge a monthly fee to get a newer meditation list. I'm all about capitalism and making a living; I'd pay a flat rate to access more. But, there's something off-putting about having a monthly bill for an app that promotes mental and emotional peace. Maybe a separate app would be more appropriate for all the videos, yoga, etc. Now the positive: I started this app when I decided to study being a more mindful person. I have a hard time focusing my attention & this app not only allowed me to successfully meditate for the first time in my life, I was able to introduce meditation to my children in a way that allows them to feel successful. I like that we can fit this into little breaks throughout the day to recharge. I like "checking in" and having mediation experiences recommend for that particular mood or situation. My favorite go-to meditation is "Relax, Ground, & Clear." It always makes me feel better.
Just Love it!
I recommend this app to anyone who could benefit from guided practice to increase awareness of internal experiences while learning healthy coping skills. I don't so much like the evaluative language for the check in activity but I consider that a compromise worth making. Great tool for many ages!
This is a great app, I love Micha's voice the most. I always feel great after a short time of calm and stillness. Like it when you change it up too. Can't get sound on the yoga class but sound works on everything else. Also like the former option of choosing only 1 meditation to pay for and access instead of having to sign up for a month. Prefer to make my own choices!
This app has changed my life. There is truly a meditation for most every part of my day. I highly recommend it! Thanks to everyone who helped put it together!
I've been using this app to meditate real good the past few months. I prefer closing my eyes and calming my mind over using Pfizer happy pills to relax. Meditating really does take just a bit of the daily stress away. And this app helps guide you with its' easy interface . It may not guide you to Nirvana overnight, but give yourself 3-4 days for utter enlightenment.
Really makes a difference
I have been having a hard time for the past year. I have tried several apps, but Breathe is by far the most effective and user friendly app I have seen. It's really making a difference, and I can tell that I am calmer already. If you are interested in learning more about meditation but aren't sure where to start, this really is the best app out there.

This is a wonderfully build app, great UI! Most importantly, the meditations are great. It's perfect for beginners and experienced meditators. I tell everyone about this app when the opportunity presents itself. Thanks to the people that built and maintain it!
Honestly love this app. I set a reminder in the morning before I begin my day as to set it up on a positive note. Anytime I find myself in a not so great mood there after I open the app and get to meditating. Love being able to track my progress and the sticker system - as simple as it is - is a great way to reward to keep on using it. Will most definitely subscribe to premium in the future!

This is probably my favorite meditation app thus far. My favorite part is that it asks you to check in- great way to increase your emotional awareness and I like that it tracks how much you've meditated. Super easy interface and great guided meditation voices. There isn't anything I didn't love
First, I've had this app for about a month. I really enjoy using this app. The guided meditations are super helpful. I especially like the timer where you can dial in your own length of time for personal meditations without the voices. The nature sound and free bell is a nice touch. I only gave it four stars as you need subscription to utilize all the meditations available. I like the app, just not willing to give it 10 bucks a month to help me meditate. Pick this one up if you enjoy practicing silence and meditation drills. It really has helped me to focus my life...
I use this app daily. This app was reccomended to me by my university counselor. It has opened my interest and value to the practice of meditation, mindfulness, and to an extent Buddhism. (The app doesn't mention Buddhism) This app has helped me curb my negative thinking and panic attacks and has lead to greater inner peace and gratitude. I am incredibly thankful for this app and really cannot say enough good things about it.
I couldn't meditate before this app. The idea of meditation stressed me out! I felt like I had no idea what I was doing, and the thought of sitting still and "being one with my surroundings" was so far fetched for me. This app literally guides and teaches you how to meditate and bases it off your mood. It's amazing. I love it. Now I understand why people love meditating.
