Okay in theory but terrible realistically. I downloaded this from Instagram because the story clips were so good and entertaining. And in the beginning it was fine. You get like a few eps free for new stories you start. However it just takes too long to gain coins to unlock stories. You can pay 100$ for 10,000 coins but each clip costs differently. I assume based off of popularity. I’d say the clips are 30-70 coins per clip per story. The auto purchase is automatically turned on so you spend coins without even knowing it. You can watch 7 ads per day for a total of 165 coins. In theory this is good. I actually wouldn’t mind paying a subscription for all free access instead of having to pay so much money to just enjoy one story. It’s about 20 bucks per story but again it differs due to length of each story. So overtime I just stopped using it and will be uninstalling just because it’s too much work and too much money to just watch episodes. Good thing though is the customer service is very quick to respond to inquiries. Practically within a few hours. Edit: I’m well aware of the check ins and watching ads but it over all not worth it. Way too much effort and dedication to get coins

Not worth it. I downloaded this app because I love to read. Being a busy mom of 6, I do not have the time to sit and read a nice book so I thought “What the heck, why not?” You advertise that the app is free… To start off it is not. The app itself is free yes. But you all get paid double. So technically it is not. You have to watch ads in order to unlock new 1-2 minute video(you all get paid per person per ad) The reason they are 1-2 minute clips is because if you throw out a full episode, no one would really pay to get ads removed. They can just watch it and be done. Basically, promote the ad, every download pays the creator who then pays the promoter. (To my knowledge. I am not too familiar with how that works but money is being generated.) Now if you DO NOT want any ads, you have to PAY to remove the ads (Still getting paid). You’re breaking our pockets by filling yours. I get that bugs are being “fixed” but that’s really not the issue here. The issue is that for the amount of ads that we watch and the amount of time and money we spend on this “free app” we should be seeing WAY more than just 1-2 minutes. I refuse to watch anymore ads and as much as I want to see some of these amazing storylines, I cannot deal with these ads. Will definitely delete. I’ve had this app for a week. I gave it a shot. Not wasting anymore time.

So good yet so bad. I would like to give them five stars, but there’s one issue that drives me crazy. Why is there no membership options? From what I can see the videos are 80 coins a video unless I’m reading that wrong. I go to the store on the app and there’s no membership options. They only have coin options which means eventually I’m gonna run out of coins. I’d rather pay $20 a month for all the videos I can watch. If i have to buy coins then i’m not gonna be consistent. You make more money with memberships. This drives me insane because I want to watch the show, but I’m not about to keep pulling out $10 here $20 there $100 there no, I would do a yearly subscription for $100 and a monthly subscription for $20….. something to think about. The stories are perfectly addictive. The acting is pretty good. I just wanna have a accessibility to more. I would sit and watch DramaBox, and that’s predominantly in another language, simply because they have membership options. Please consider membership options.

Horrible. Unfortunately, I wanted to like this app because of the short stories the acting is obviously not amazing, but tolerable, however, watching it will frustrate you because you get literally less than one minute worth of viewing before you have to watch another ad it’s increasingly frustrating when you’re only allowed to view one minute at a time, and the ads are longer than the clip itself that in itself is ridiculous. Their packages are extremely overpriced. I get you have to make some money, but if you really want to attract the masses, you really have to be slightly more reasonable and conscientious of the fact that teasing someone with a one minute clip and then you have to watch an ad another minute, and then another ad that is longer lasting than the clip itself, it’s really unfortunate because this app could’ve been amazing a monthly subscription would’ve worked out a lot better for you than buying coins. deleting the app because to me it’s absolutely worthless no matter how appealing your videos are. It’s not worth my time.

Great but expensive. I like watching the stories. Kind of reminds me of Wattpad books coming to life. I just don’t like how constantly have to spend money in order to watch the stories. There’s adds you can watch in order to unlock an episode at a time and to earn coins to also unlock. The videos range from 50 seconds to 2ish minutes. To me, it’s not worth it to buy coins to watch the episodes. And the episodes costs so many coins. It takes me a few days to finish one just because I don’t want to pay for the coins and I use ads to watch. Or the coins I earn from checking in daily and also watching ads. I wish the ads weren’t limited. I also wish the app was like other apps to where they have free stories and/or just run ads the entire time instead of making us having to pay. That’s only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating.

Never divorce a secret billionaire heiress. I have seen the preview of this on Instagram/ tik tok. It caught my attention, I seen it a couple of times and decided to put the app on my phone and watch this show along with the alpha show. I just started with the app, I like the shows but not sure if I will keep using the app to continue to watch the shows it is very annoying for me. You watch one episode which is very short and then you have to watch an ad just to be able to see the next episode. It gives you the option to buy coins, but because I am not sure how much the coins cost I wouldn’t recommend purchasing them. So I have just been watching ads just to see the next episode. If the episode could be at least 2-3 minutes long it probably wouldn’t be so bad. But I don’t have the time or patience to keep watching ads just to be able to watch something, after every episode.

disappointed. no, don’t give me wrong stories I really good but the problem is they don’t even give you free ones per day. The only thing that you can do is watch ads or pay you watch an ad that is anywhere from 30 seconds to over a minute and then only get a video that is less than a minute long I don’t mind watching ads, but you should make the video worth it. My ad shouldn’t be longer than the video.. and also you should giving giving a certain amount of videos per day that day you can watch before you have to start watching ads are paying. And the videos are ridiculous amount of coins, so you’re still not even getting your moneys worth if you end up buying coins, the stories are super good, but I don’t know if I can handle enough to even finish the store. I probably will just end up, deleting it and not finish the, you should fix. It’s very frustrating.

Difficult to use but good content. You can really tell they put tons and tons of effort into the high quality productions, but the acting couuulld use a little work. But hey, I’m not complaining about something free, what I AM complaining about is A. how the app doesn’t even allow me to watch the ads for the episodes half the times. It says “Video not ready” most of the time and you need to refresh or wait a couple hours and come back. It does the same with you don’t finish watching the previous episode, so you have to watch to the episode to the very last second. B. When you get to the end of the episodes you can ONLY use coins, meaning you either have to pay or watch 4-5 ads to unlock one of the last episodes. And C. the lack of variety in Ads. I really don’t mind watching them, but it gets extremely torturous after your 100th Royal Match ad that we all know is not an accurate representation of the actual game. I feel if the apps wasn’t as frustrating to navigate and use and an improvement in the acting could easily bump up the rating to 5 stars.

Coins/Adds. This would truly be a fantastic place to listen to intriguing ,captivating, and inspiring love stories if it wasn’t for the interruptions every paragraph to watch adds to add coins to keep listening too it. Why after every short seen? That’s such a pain and a huge frustration. I get that nothing is for free but us grandparents that are raising grandchildren and the ones that just can’t scrap up the money that also would love theses great storylines that can’t enjoy your books unless they pay up every paragraph just doesn’t seem right. We get so little joy in our lives that personally I believe you should make theses stories a little longer before cutting them off so quickly just to add more coins. And if that’s not frustrating enough you end them so fast and make us wait until the next day to continue it. I will be uninstalling this app due to these terms you set in place. They truly are wonderful storylines!

Kind of not worth it. I initially enjoyed using the app because it provided a few free stories, but over time, the excessive number of ads and the high cost to view a short story for just one minute became frustrating. Even the daily check-in rewards were not helpful, as the episode coins required were priced at 75 or more. In my opinion, this app could only be considered good if the ads we watch and the coins we earn actually made sense, which is not currently the case. Additionally, it would greatly improve the experience if the short stories were extended to at least two minutes or more, as the length of the ads we have to watch before playing the episode is almost as long as the episode itself. The repetitiveness of the ads, particularly those for scamming apps like Bingo Cash, is annoying and irritating. The app's pricing structure for episodes, which becomes more expensive as we watch more, feels like we are being coerced into making purchases. It's disheartening because there are people in the world who cannot afford to spend money but still support the app. Does the app not care about them? This is why the app's rating is currently low, around 2.9, as it seems like the app does not prioritize its customers.

Extremely short. The chapters are about 1 minute long…I’m not kidding. You have to pay for every minute you watch lol….its insane. I got all the freebie bonus and watched all the ads I could for the day and it got me approximately 15 min worth of content….BUT it’s interrupted content. Part of the daily bonus is having to watch 2-3 min ads to watch 1 minute. It sucks….im glad I tested it out by getting all the daily bonus and watching ads before I spent money. You are going to get very little out of this app but will spend a fortune. Who wants to waste their time collecting all the daily bonus to watch only a few minutes a day of interrupted content to get through the story?? I rather just buy a good book or audio book for $20 and save myself the frustration and money. This app could make so much money if the chapters were 5 min longer and less expensive…. more people would stick around and willing to put money into this product but I don’t think the creators behind these apps are smart enough for that. I can tell by the responses to everyone’s reviews are just bots….they don’t care about anyone’s suggestions. Do yourself a favor and don’t get sucked in to these ridiculous apps.

Binge worthy movies, if I could actually watch them.. I downloaded this app because there were a few movies that popped up on my Facebook ads that interested me. When you first open the app, it lets you watch a few minutes of a short movie. It then expects you to watch commercials to earn extra time, however, after earning some extra time after watching a couple of commercials, it then began showing the exact same clip every time I watch a commercial. The movie never advanced from that point, so I can’t watch the ending of it no matter how many commercials I watch. Very frustrating because I’d like to see what happens! I wish they just charged a monthly fee to watch the movies like Netflix because I would definitely pay it. I’m not, however, willing to buy coins to watch the movie, especially if I wind up, wasting those coins, watching the same clip over and over.

Cool app but one short is a total rip off of another story. Really like the concept and format of this app however the short “fated to my forbidden alpha” is a total rip off of another story called “My miracle luna (blue lake series)” on the Dreame app. Whether intentional or not, it’s clear that the short’s story was either copied from or “inspired by” the book on Dreame app. Ironically I was rereading the book when I came across this app and was intrigued by a video adaptation of a werewolf romance which is what the book is as well. However, the plot is exactly the same. Both girls are slaves to a pack that attacked their home pack. Both find out their mate is the alpha of the attacking pack, with a slight difference being that in the book it is the son who is becoming the alpha, on the girls 18th birthday. Both girls get rescued from the attacking pack by being rejected by their original mate and getting a 2nd chance mate in a visiting alpha who are both the alpha of the largest pack in both versions. Some quotes are even verbatim from the book in the short’s version. And that’s just from watching the first few episodes.

Not a fan (Edit: ok starting to like it). So yes the episodes are about 1:30-2:00 mins. Some are mixed with previews and recaps. However, I’m wondering if they developers are reading reviews and fix as they go along. Yes there are ads! However, they are not as bad as before. You can watch up to 15-20 ads and receive coins or episodes (sometimes 2). Which can help watch the stories. The stories are cute, the acting no one is winning a Oscar anytime soon. However they do well for what they are given. If the developers continue to listen to reviews. This might just become a decent app to have :) Ads, everything comes with ads! Then you have to buy coins to watch the stores. I believe the “episodes” are maybe 1 min and half at best. Then you have the option to watch an ad or pay for coins. However, you are limited to 20 ads in a 24 hour period. How to earn coins, ads there’s a limit there too. Each episode varies in coins so in the 30s others near 50. Stories are your typical type booktok werewolf rejected or billionaire made to marry girl no one wants. The price isn’t worth it. Not by a long shot!

This app ate and left like 3 crumbs😌😂. I didn’t expect to enjoy this app as much as I did. The stories are so intriguing and I was a little shocked to see K-dramas. I do wish that some of the K-dramas weren’t voiced by English actors though. I prefer just reading subtitles. It gets irritating when the mouth and words don’t match. I’m not the biggest fan of the ad situation, but I also don’t mind it either. I wish every episode was 2 minutes long and that there wasn’t a recap at the beginning. I noticed there aren’t many shows but I don’t know how long this app has been a thing so I hope more are to come. Overall I love the app. The acting is cringe at times but not as bad as some reviews make it seem. I can tell there’s a low budget so I wouldn’t expect too much anyway. Plus I feel like bad acting can make shows funnier. Still this app eats every show it puts out. I get so invested off of just a trailer. I feel like the use of adds and coins brings back what it felt like to watch shows on cable TV. Sometimes the anticipation made the show better. I also loved commercial bathroom breaks. At least I’m not waiting for a 1-2 minute clip everyday. I only have to watch an ad.

Ads. So far the app is amazing and I love the storyline and the plot of one of the videos that I’ve been watching but when I get close to nearing the end of the videos like the end of the whole series, it makes me want to unlock it, so I have to pay for coins just to watch the ad and on top of all of that when you’re near the end, you have to watch more ads to collect coins and you only get a certain amount of ads to watch and it cost a lot of coins like I’m on episode 47 and there’s 49 episodes total. I am so close to the end of the whole series but the only problem is I have to pay 130 coins to continue to episode 48 and that is really stupid that I have to watch more ads and I’ve already watched all of the ads for episode 47 to get coins to watch episode 47 so it’s not really fun when you have to watch all these ads just to watch more of the series that needs to be fixed.

Not adding up. Downloaded the app not knowing that the story’s don’t last very long 1-2 minutes and then you can only watch 15 adds that will let you watch a free short story. I had 125 bonus and by watching a bunch of ads and I watched 1 short that was 44 and I have 20 left. The math isn’t matching for me. Isn’t 1+1=2 or did that change. Disappointed in this app. Not worth buying if the math isn’t matching. Btw ads are so dang long and so extra. You watch the ad and then you push the X and have to wait another 5 seconds. Just to do it all over a gain. Short story could be longer to make it worth the time and money. Please fix the matching issue. There is WAY TO MANY flaws with the app. Treat your customers better…….. have a fantastic day!! Update I was interested in finishing the “BIG BAD HUSBAND PLEASE WAKE UP” just deal with watching all these ads. They stop letting you watch ads at video 51 out 55 forcing you to buy coins

Review answered. I truly do love the stories I have either watch or watching now BUT I know every business has got to make money in order to operate. But…. The prices you charge is extremely high for less than a minute episode. Yes, some people have the cash to spend, but more times than not, it’s the less fortunate that would make you more $ than those that do have it to throw away and this CAN be done by either lowering your prices or lengthen the amount of time you have for each episode to make it worth while to buy!!! How do I know this??? I’ve owned a business in the past! And…. Until the USA decides to get rid of who is in office so we can afford extras, ita only going to get worse and you will be priced yourself out of business! People just does NOT have the extra $ to spend on episodes that are ridiculously short! JMO!!!!!

Rip off and it feels like a scam. Let’s start with the fact that you only get maybe 1 minute to a minute and 30 seconds of the clip and it takes a lot of coins just to watch a small episode. Then, when you watch the ads on rewards, it can be clearly done and you have to watch them again so you’re repeating the same things all the time. Then, when you have the option to download other apps, do the activities and then claim your rewards, there was nothing there. Very misleading and a lie. I read 10 minutes of the one app and completed one level of the other app and shocker, no coins. This is just a way to rip you off and con you into trying other apps. Anyway, I have one episode left of what I’m watching and I’m using my free add tomorrow to finish it. I will delete the app and never download it again. Definitely would not recommend. All they do is find a way to take your money and scam you.

This short story app has way too many bug. My first issue with this app it not story or how long or short they are it has to do with the free video option where if u watch 15 ads u get 15 episodes but tht is not even close to the truth, u will get a max of 10 episodes to watch, when u start watch the video make sure u count them, I watch the 1st one them it said I watch 2 free videos when I watch one it skips over number 2, 6, 9, 13, 15 too offer something and not follow threw or cheat people out of it is kinda on the f up side. My second issue is the auto play never turn off even when u turn it off, I don’t like auto play cuz I might not want to watch the next episode at tht point in time to have to turn it off between every episode is ridiculous My third issue is most of the video I watch only have sound but the following episodes have picture with the sound, it weird trying to assume wht going on without knowing wht going on, with some short story it hard it picture wht is going on without being able to see it

I got sucked in!. I am so disappointed I watched one of the reels and was excited. The storyline sounded good, so I said why not the app is free. I got the app then I realized episodes were small clips, like a minute or two per clip. I also noticed that I had like 20 commercials for free which I thought would take me through the end of the show. I was going to have to watch them, which is no big deal to me because sometimes I like a good commercial, then I realized after getting completely sucked into the show I was watching that I was finished with the commercials and couldn’t watch anymore and I have no earthly idea how and when I’m going to get more commercials to watch so I can finish the story. I’m going to finish the story at some point, whenever I can figure out how to get more free commercials. Then when I’m finished with that, I am also finished with this app because I looked and I am not paying $29 to watch a show. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The idea was pretty good. The stories that I’ve seen so far look like they’re good, acting in so so, I would’ve been willing to pay a minimal fee to watch, but $29 for one show. Absolutely not! The best of luck with this. I’m sure this is for someone just not for me!

Interesting concept but needs help. So i have been on this app for about 2-3 weeks my overall experience, i have seen 3 short films all great, out of the three the only story by partially disliked was the boss affair. The story lines are very interesting keeps u hooked the problem i have is the 45 seconds for each part plus 30 seconds for each ad up to 20 ads a day. Then each part isnt even the same coin amount i paid for 1500 coins and for my first time bonus i got an additional 1500 that was definitely great but as i said because all parts are the not the same amount it didnt last long made me feel like i was cheated out of my money. Because i have to wait until the 20 ads are restored i tend to forget about the story even though its on my main screen, which is sad because the plot was just getting interesting. I hope the creators or team sees my review and make necessary changes otherwise we might have to part ways

The double life of my billionaire husband. It was amazing the girl deserve everything is got coming her way even though she married a man she didn’t know but she never treat him in anyway but stayed faithful even tho he was trying to buy her everything and she wanted him to save his money for his future that’s a good wife and for her family that’s good for all of them they wanted to treat her like the black sheep and marry her off to a man that was actually nice and rich that could of been the sister life but she wanted to be a little brat and marry off her half sister to the guy and regret it when she finds out who he really is and why her sister life was going up while hers her dad and moms own was going down so to say everyone got what they deserve and the story was amazing.

Snatched a billionaire to be my husband. I enjoyed whatever I was able to read I just don’t understand first of all why it cost so much to watch these channels. I’m retired disabled I’m Social Security, but I love to read, but I just can’t afford to buy the coins that are necessary to finish the story I also don’t understand how the coin system works, I bought 500 coins and they were gone quite fast. Could you explain there’s a hard word to you a number/and then another number for example 12/60 does that mean that it is the 12th episode out of a total of 60 episodes which would be the end of the story if that’s the case at least we can see how many coins we need to buy to get to the end of the story that would be very helpful for me too. Budget so with other words, how can we tell how many coins we have to buy to get to the end of the story. Thank you.

I want to love this but I hate it. I love the idea of bite sized episodic series of silly lil dramatic stories. The issue I have with this is the cost and the amount of time wasted on ads. You can buy a ticket to go see a blockbuster film in full for less money than it would cost to unlock every episode of a 60 episode series. If all 60 episodes only cost 30 coins to unlock, that’s still 1800 coins, which is more than 15 dollars! Each episode is 40 to 90 seconds long, let’s say the average is 70 seconds to be generous. Over 60 episodes, that’s only about 70 minutes of content total, less than the time a big Oscar-worthy movie should take to watch. And it costs more?? Why??? And don’t get me started with the ads, I saw on another review that the ads are anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds long, I didn’t get a single ad that was less than 30 seconds, and I watched over 20 ads. That means that at best, I was watching ads for 1/3 of the time that I was watching stuff on this app. And at worst? HALF OF THE TIME was spent watching ads! You can literally do better on cable television, at least the ads are only about a quarter of what you’re watching. Tldr: ad opportunities seem generous but massively waste time, and the cost of coins is exorbitant. Please do better!

I’m not fond of ads. I really wish the story was longer instead of a whole minute maybe 2 depending on what your reading & I would mind ads if it the chapters or what ever you called it was maybe 4-5 min not every minute. I’m not going to download anything it shows me & the ads seem so long! I would rather read a storyline then watch it at this point. The stories are not really boring it’s the shortness of them then the stupid ads and not to mention they want you to buy coins just to watch it and I tried it like 3 times but $30 dollars later & it went by in less then 5-10 min. After this one I’m watch cuz I already paid for it I’m probably going to download a reading one. You get more from it and less ads. Maybe if you can figure out how to make them longer and less ads and another was to get coins I’ll probably keep it or keep checking back for updates.

Absolutely useless. EDIT: Ok so I waited and wanted to give a fair chance watched a few series of short films and then decided let me get my bonuses stack them up so I can watch one all the way thru but all week long they give u 175 in bonuses if it gives u all of them but then it takes 150 everyday if you don’t watch them immediately this entire app is pretty much a scam to waste your time and have you watching the same adds repeatedly as soon as I’m done I’m deleting the app it’s definitely not for me!!!! This is by the worst short film app I’ve ever used #1 watch ads to get free episodes #2 thos ads immediately transfer u to download an app #3 it almost forces u to download them as there is no way exit #4 if u don’t it download apps u do not receive the points since u have to close the app to exit fb should be ashamed of themselves for letting them advertise this on their platform. Omg after months I get a response email asking which apps which is outright comical because you watch the same ones over and over again. Not to mention the option to edit my review so I chose to do so after providing screenshots from today just for entertainment purposes they know which ads I’ve watched each of them at least 5 times to watch literally 5 episodes but the proof provided is recent and they literally don’t care about the experience at all!!!!!

Intriguing mini shows with bad acting and ads. I am a sucker for short stories like this, so when I saw that they were being made into films, I was so excited! I read a lot of reviews about the ads. To be honest, I didn’t really mind the ads. You will watch about a minute and a half of the movie before you have to watch an ad that is longer than the clip you watched from the movie. Yes it’s annoying, yes it’s an incentive for you to buy coins, yes it’s the same over and over, yes you can only watch 20 of them a day and then you have to wait. But to be honest, I really didn’t mind that. I came to expect it and it was still worth it with the film I was watching. But then, after I continued on with it, I am almost at the tail end of my movie, and when I pulled it up, it now says I have to login using Facebook? I really don’t understand that, I’ve watched the majority of this movie and continued to watch their continual ads without having to log into my social media account. That’s when I deleted the app. I’m already watching thousands of ads and viewing them more and more then I’m even viewing the movie. You are getting all my viewing time, why do you want my social media?? 3 stars, because this stories are intriguing, but it comes with a very annoying price.

So far so good…kinda. I wanted to give them 5 stars but they just shortened the videos per day from 20 to 15 without notice. I mean, I guess it’s still generous but not I have to wait longer. Also I think they upped the videos that don’t work with ads, you actual have to use coins to pay for them. One more thing, when the actors kiss, it sounds disgusting when they break the kiss, any way to edit that out? Now that I have the cons out of the way, here are some things I love. They have great content, although I wish there was more wolf stuff. You can basically see most of the content for free if you are patient. If you are extra patient you CAN see it all for FREE! The acting by some is extra cheesy but the fact that they are willing to act out the dialog that is written, is cool. Also, even though it’s new they have quite a bit of content. I hope they make more. I would even donate to have them make more content. That’s the thing, when a company isn’t forcing you to buy, to see their content, it makes you want to help them succeed. UPDATE: Guess what? Now we lose bonus coins we earned from watching Ad Videos after 5 days! Ridiculous why even bother checking in and watching the ads if you don’t plan on using the coins until your ready. I guess I should Watch something, use all my coins, and forget the app, which I’d hate to do because this company is usually pretty fair, what happened?

What a freaking waste of time!. They start off showing you this long version maybe 6 or so minutes, then you buy coins or watch ads for more of the show. You totally get hooked with the free beginning and you want to finish! So you end up buying a package. I went with the $4.99 package just to see what’s it’s like. You have to pay for each episode and some of the ones I watched were 45 seconds! I thought at first that something was wrong until it popped up each minute to a minute and a half wanting more tokens (money). I feel completely ripped off because you don’t realize the actual length of their ‘paid’ episodes until you’ve purchased a package. My 500 tokens got me approximately no more than 10 minutes. I have no problem with paying in an app, but what I do have a problem with is feeling totally used. You could pay for at least a couple months of Netflix for the amount it would cost you to get through one of their reel short films. Trust me buy Netflix for a month or heck take a date to the theater and you’ll still come out with more for your money.

Has potential but….. This app has lots of potential, reminds me of the story writing apps I used when I was younger and wanting to see them as shows or movies. The only problem is that no one’s patience is that long unless they are a child to sit and watch so many ads for short clipped episodes. It took me an hour to watch twenty 50 second clips due to watching ads to unlock them. Then I thought about buying coins but if the series has 60 episodes and each are mostly 40-50 coins that’s around 3000 coins I’d have to buy just for one series. The shows are awesome so are the actors and the stories I would watch these all day at work. Maybe If they were to have monthly plans and make the episodes longer or even increase the amount of coins for refills. Or maybe the first ten clips make them longer with ads and the rest can be shorter with ads….. Or maybe when you unlock the episodes with coins you bought the episodes are longer compared to unlocking them with ads.

Genuine review. Honestly, with all the mixed reviews I wasn’t even going to download this. But after a bunch of ads for it I decided to try. The stories themselves are actually pretty good and interesting enough to keep watching. The actors and acting isn’t bad but it can feel a little hard to watch at times because it isn’t the greatest. The ads issue is a little iffy. While I don’t mind watching the ads, they are annoying but it’s standard ads you get on any mobile game. What’s annoying is watching an ad and then only get 30-40 second videos before getting another ad. If the reels were all equally 1-2 minutes long I wouldn’t mind them nearly as much. It definitely encourages you to spend money on coins or to do things for coins. You only get 20 ads to watch a day. After that you need coins to keep watching. Which also wouldn’t be so bad but one single reel costs 50 coins. Other than that, if you like this kind of thing it’s definitely worth a try.

Only Good if You Pay for It. Stories seem good, but this is just another over priced money grabbing app. I got hooked on a story that I saw on an ad on Instagram. So I downloaded the app to try and finish the story. I was able to watch the first part (out of 49) of the story which was only a fraction of what was shown in the ad. Then was immediately prompted to purchase some sort of tokens or passes in order to continue the story. The app would be a lot better if they offered a number of free tokens / passes to new users so that they can get a feel for how good the stories really are. Or least let the story that was advertised be free. But I guess I’ll never know because I’m not paying to watch a repeat of a story that was shown in an ad. I’d be more willing to pay to watch more stories, if I was able to finish that one. But the fact that I couldn’t without having to pay just frustrated me and I ended up immediately deleting the app.

Not worth the time. I saw an add for this and it looked interesting. I don’t watch TV or binge shows because I don’t have the time. I thought this app would be perfect. It’s been 3 days and I’m not even through 1 show. I got a little less than 2 minutes before I had to watch a 40 second commercial. I got about 45 seconds of the next “episode” before I had another 40 second commercial. I had about 39 seconds on the 3 “episode” before I had a 45 second commercial. The commercials stop for the day so you need to wait until the next day. The next day the first episode started with the last one from the day before and I had to watch a commercial. I did t get as many commercials as I did the day before. Now it’s my 3rd day of trying to watch this to get to the end and I got last episode from yesterday and 2 commercials and I can’t get any further. This was supposed to be a “free” app. I’m not paying to finish the episode. If I can’t watch the last 3 tomorrow, I will delete the app. It’s not worth the money. The last 3 episodes are more than my monthly Netflix subscription. Just doesn’t seem worth it. I have no problem watching free ads so they can get paid, but the ads should no be longer than the episode segment your watching. Not worth the time if your as busy as I am and don’t have 12 days to watch what is only about 30 minutes of a show.

Not worth investing your time into watching these. This app content is okay and hence the reason why I want to watch the content. Unfortunately, it is very time consuming and not worth the time spent or money to keep watching. Foremost I watched a clip of the series the double life of my billionaires husband on Instagram and I was intrigued so I decided to download the app. I signed in and immediately all episodes are locked so you cannot select where you left of but have to start from the beginning. Episodes are 1.30 minutes long so I said okay let me fast forward it to unlock the next episodes so I may start where I left off. Unfortunately, this app only allows you to watch 5 ads per day which are to unlock episodes by watching ad option. After you have watch the 5 ads it will prompt you to spend coins/bonuses to keep on watching the episodes. Per episode they charge you from 40-81 coins and I think even more as I only was able to unlock one with all the free bonuses add watching. My suggestions is that it should be a subscription based without ads however, they will not because adding 1-2 minute ads per video played generates more money than having a monthly subscription per person. Would not recommend this app to no one.

Decent content but expensive. Although ReelShort advertises content for as little as a dime per episode, my experience has been that the actual cost is closer to $2 per episode. Like WebToon and other services, you pay for a certain number of coins and then use coins to buy episodes. The coins make it easier to lose sight of how much you’ve spent, so it can add up quickly. There are also weird changes to the cost per episode so it’s not consistent. One episode will cost 76 coins, then another will cost 50, only to shoot back up to over 80 coins needed. This inconsistent pricing also makes it harder to understand how much you’re spending. While you do have the option to watch ads to unlock episodes, you have to watch them every two episodes, meaning you are watching ads every four to six minutes which gets frustrating. Also, there is a limit on how many ads you can watch in a day. The stories are interesting, but I recommend really taking time to calculate how many coins you need to watch a full season and compare it to how much the coin packages are. ReelShort should really get rid of the deceptive “dime per episode” statement.

It’s Alrighttt.. I don’t usually leave reviews. The shows are great. If you watch for free you have to watch an Ad every minute or two to continue watching can get annoying but I get that the app has to profit somehow. After you run out of free watching Ads you have to pay. I tried the $4.99 coins thinking it would last for the remaining amount of the show but it didn’t. Maybe it was just the specific show that I was watching. Who knows. It only lasted through a quarter of what was remaining , so the app possibly eats away at your money using the tactics thats provoking me to leave 3 stars. At the start of every video it overlaps the end of the last clip, taking up watch time. The section of each video isn’t that long. I’d recommend making the video clips longer and to not overlapping the start and end of the video so that it doesn’t take up watch time. But I’m just a consumer. The app does all of that because they profit off of the consumer. So….

Bonus coins/ads. So far I’ve enjoyed, then as I exit an ad for getting my bonus coins, a box pops up saying bonus coins rewards only last five days. I find this a little scammy. Like why can’t I keep my coins pocketed in case I find a new series and want to spend them on that six days after earning them? Well now I can’t, and I can’t enjoy the profits of me spending my time watching the ads. I’d definitely fix that to where bonus coins don’t expire. We as consumers of your app shouldn’t have to waste time on ads for rewards if they expire that quick or at all. We don’t get that time back, however your app makes money off the ads you use. Some people don’t use there phone constantly what happens when they get back on the app after hiatus and all their coins are gone? They’re gonna be mad, and give a lower rating than this. I sincerely hope this gets updated and fixed. It would be worth it more to watch your ads if our rewards didn’t vanish.

Lack of diversity?. So I just downloaded this and watched my first movie. It was absolutely awesome. But as an African-American woman, I was a little disappointed when I scrolled through the other stories, I didn’t see any diversity other than one story that appeared to have a Latino family, and another story that had a few Asian people in the supporting cast. I am not fixated on race whatsoever as I just paid $35 to watch one of their mini movies which really captured me, but as I’m scrolling through I see almost 0 diversity, which was a little disappointing for me personally. it would’ve been nice to see at least one or two mini movies with a leading lady as a woman of color literally any color. This is not by any means to race baiting comment as I married to a Caucasian man, but if you want to appeal to a more diverse audience, I would start casting with a little bit more diversity in other than maybe one token person per movie.

Too expensive. I really love the content on here. The stories are short and to the point. You don’t have to struggle to find out what’s happening or keep up with filler information. The acting reminds me of cheesy movies but I love it. I have ADHD so it’s super nice to have fulfilling stories without having to sit still for hours before actually getting somewhere in the shows. I would give 5 stars but it’s just too expensive to keep up. You can watch ads to unlock episodes but the ads are longer than some of the episodes. To buy the coins is more expensive than getting a monthly streaming subscription with big name entertainment companies. I understand the developers need to make money but this is sort of ridiculous. I don’t have the extra time to watch full length tv series which is why I downloaded this but also can’t spare the crazy weekly amount that would actually viewing these shorts worth it.

Good stories but... I downloaded this app because I found myself getting invested in the “Fated to My Forbidden Alpha” story that I was seeing on TikTok Ads. I downloaded the app and finished 22 episodes within a very short amount of time. The ‘episodes’ are only about a minute (or less) long and there is a 15-30 second ad after every episode. This makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the episodes and gain any satisfaction out of it. I don’t understand the point of having such short episodes with so many long ads. They say to use the bonuses, but the bonuses you can gain in a day is MAYBE enough to watch an extra episode. I understand the need to make money but maybe longer episodes and ads after every 5 episodes? There are much better ways to go about this that pleases your audience and your business. I will say, I am enjoying the show which makes this situation all the more aggravating. By how this is going, it will take me 3 days to watch a hour(ish) worth of show.

Disappointed but intrigued. The app is okay and there are some fantastic looking shows but there are a few infuriating features of this app that I wish was changed. So I just downloaded it, I just started watching this series, and so far I like it but I can never get enough watch time in with how short they are.. nor do I have any coins to unlock the episodes freely, and it’s kind of sad that you limit your ads to five instead of them being infinite.. by the time tomorrow’s arrived I’m not even going to be interested anymore. And that’s upsetting bc I love omegaverse and pack dynamics mixed with human life..I’d really suggest at least taking the add limitation off, or maybe leave the ads but remove the locked episode feature or something.. but nine times out of ten you guys either won’t listen, or will come up with some excuse about the apps functions like other devs who’ve made stuff like this. It was nice making my review, hopefully it could be taken into consideration or something. 🤷🏻

ReelShort Review. To start off I want to say the story lines for certain stories are absolutely brilliant, and detailed for such short videos however with that being said, it is super annoying to have to continuously watch ads in the middle of a story line. The ads are so repetitive I feel like just deleting this app altogether. Make it to where your listeners are actually able to watch 2-3 videos without ads popping up every single time it switches to a new episode. Also, the coin portion is ridiculously expensive/impossible to get so many coins to watch just ONE video that’s no more than a minute long. Not only are they outrageously priced, when you go to earn free coins it makes you watch ads, not a big deal but once you use your 20 ads; you’re unable to get coins to watch and or use the ads to keep unlocking the episodes. I really want to keep this app but if this continues I’ll probably just delete it.

Don’t waste your time or money!. So I see a brief story line that interests me, I click on the ad to watch it and with in 5 minutes I’m disappointed and aggravated. The first five minutes maybe played out nicely and then the ads popped up. Nothing I didn’t expect. However I would soon learn that after those five minutes I would only got to watch 45 -60 seconds at a time before another ad would show up. And then that ad for the SAME game would play for a minute to a minute and 15 seconds before I could go back to the show I was watching. The ads were LONGER than the movie clips. And if that’s not bad enough, you can only choose to watch the ads (so you can see the next “episode” of the show) 20 times and then you’re cut off for the day unless you want to PAY FOR COINS. After 3 days of dealing with the ads so I could watch the next episode, I then could not watch an ad to go any further. If I wanted to see the last 5 episodes, I had to PURCHASE COINS. Which is now a waste of money because I’m deleting the app. Don’t waist your time or money only to be aggravated!

Great mini-shows. This app is still very new so I understand the amount of ads. Im hoping very soon that the amount you need to watch in order to get further into the story will be less, but atm it is a lot. The videos are 1-2 minutes long before you have to watch a 30-45 second ad. They do give you quite a few bonuses in a day to be able to watch more than the 20 free (with the ads) that you get in a day. So if you commit to watching the ads & the bonus ads to earn coins, you can watch about 25-30 episodes which is quite a bit. They do offer a way to purchase the coins to watch more also. Looks like a great way for these actors to be seen & find supporters. I just wish there was a section to view who the actors are. Their acting is great for what I would assume are newer actors. Definitely hooked to Fated to my Forbidden Alpha. Worth the watch!

More stories with Black leads please.. I like the format for sure. It’s so cool to see a lot of these short stories come to life. What’s even more refreshing is having stories with black leads do different than the typical tropes cast in popular media. We want more roles as Alphas of packs, shifters. Vampires of noble lineage, stoic billionaires, tech wizards, or apart of great family empires of mega corporations. So more of that storyline please. As you can see the one and only story like that on the site has more than 4 million views. We’re sick of these stereotypes that only limit us being from poverty, drug dealers, athletes or rappers. Most of us are not from that world. We want to see ourselves more apart of sci-fi, mystery stories, and heroes of epic tales who defend our family and are good to our women. Give us more of that and you will make more money. Just don’t make us look goofy and corny. :)

Horrible app. I was sucked in by a commercial for one of the shows on this app. The episodes are about a minute each. The first 2 days you could watch 20 commercials and watch 20 episodes. Then day 3, you could no longer watch that many commercials you could only collect the daily bonus of coins (20 coins for the first few days) and watch 7 commercials totaling 175 coins. Sounds great right? Except each 1 minute episode runs anywhere from 59 to 117 coins (that I have seen so far). But if you’re impatient you can buy coins - depending on how many you buy it is basically 100 coins for $1. So the show I am watching is 49 one minute episodes and for ease of math we will call the episodes 100 coins each - $49 for a 49 minute show. But of course you can keep doing it for free except now for the last 2 days I can only collect the 20 free coins for logging in and none of the videos will load- tried multiple times throughout the day, so it is going to take days to finish the last 2 episodes. Not sure if I really care enough to hang on to see the resolution. Save yourself the hassle of downloading the app. The one positive I can say is the story is pretty interesting and the acting isn’t bad, but not worth this.

Love but here are my thoughts. I’m just gonna start by saying that I never review apps like this but after reading some I wanted to add my opinion. While I agree that the ads are a bit frustrating and the pay off of 1-2 min episodes may not be worth it to some, I think it’s a step in a direction I’m really excited for. I’ve read a lot of stories close to the ones this app offers but haven’t seen one where it’s acted out. I absolutely love this. I would say that I wish the episodes were a bit longer to combat the time I watch the ads for free episodes. However I appreciate that it offers 20 free a day which is a lot more than I’ve seen with other apps and you have the chance to earn some by watching more ads. I keep seeing responses to the reviews given are self reflecting and I hope they truly mean it. It may not be exactly what I’d wish it to be but it’s definitely awesome as a start up.

Just Ok. I downloaded to see Married at First Sight. The ads were longer than the story clips. I know they do that too force people to pay, while acting as if they are doing you a favor, and i know it’s a very manipulation tactic that a lot of apps use, but it would be different if the clips were at least 3 or 4 minutes and then the ads. Compared to a movie, by the time you spend actual money on coins, it cost far more to watch the story than it does for an actual movie at a theater, with less quality. The girl wore the same two pair of shoes the whole story, and so did most of the other actors, and the ending was anti-climactic. The story was cute overall, but It just wasn’t worth it to me the time it took to get through and even the little $10 I did spend on it. Once the story was over, I deleted it. Not putting myself through that process again.

Rip-Off!!!!!. These people are clearly Shiesty you literally get like three lines worth of viewing and then you have to watch a 30 second or more advertisement they make it to where you can’t even take the crap. All they want is your money that’s why they do this it is a rip off these people clearly are really hurting for money and don’t care about this app. They try and say oh it’s user-friendly such good short stories. Yeah the stories are good too bad you can’t even watch a fourth of one a day. You have to watch 20 ads a day and then you have to wait a full 24 hours before you can finish and their packages are like $100 to pay for nobody’s gonna pay this these actors are so cheesy. It is ridiculous, it’s like trying to watch a soap opera in only getting to watch like maybe 15/22 worth a day because you have to watch more and ads than anything else. This frustrates me beyond belief I’m uninstalling this app because clearly these people are super poor if they’re trying to sit and take advantage of people in this way and then when you go to reviews if they don’t like what you posted when you tell the truth, they only post the good reviews so they don’t even care to listen to you and what people actually think why do you think and every single episode, they talk about gold diggers, because the people who make this app clearly are golddiggersI am infuriated. Needs some improvement but love the app. I’ve been watching reel shorts for a while since I first saw the ad and needless to say I love it. I love how different all the stories are and how different all the genres are. It’s so great seeing the creativity and seeing how well portrayed these stories are. Some improvement for I think all viewers is the amount of ads you have to watch. I think that most people would love for there to be a more modern version of approach to this; consider things such as giving watchers 5 free episodes one week and alternatively making it more enticing for each story to keep people watching. I think switching that depending on the streak they’re on for coins will allow people to be a little more interested instead of having to watch multiple ads over and over again. I also think that allowing watchers to get more coins in the streak from the first sign in streaks rather than as you accumulate the sign in streak would really allow the watchers to enjoy the app more. Overall, amazing app with different stories, has its own improvements which I hope to see

Very amusing. Came for the Selene & Alexander story, The acting and cast leaves a lot to be desired but if you’re into all the werewolf stories, it is amusing to watch it play out. The ads are a bit annoying and I did end up paying a little so that I could binge watch the rest. Thanks for the entertainment 🖤🖤🖤.

Don’t recommend. Its interesting enough and majority of the chapters you can watch ads to continue but towards the end you have to use coins and can only earn a few by watching ads and the watching cost goes up to 90 and higher making it nearly impossible to watch the end of the story without paying actual money

Good stories. It is fun to watch, however frustrating you can only get so many free coins a day, there should be more options, and it is a bit costly to buy coins especially when you can get tv subscriptions cheaper, it would have got a 5 star if it had more options.

Absolute rip off!. The mini series are great, I thought buying the 1000 credits for $15 was reasonable and get to watch a few series. I didn’t even get half way through an episode and was told I’d ran out of credits and have to buy more! That’d work out to over $40 to watch an hour long mini series I don’t know what world that is a reasonable price, this app is a complete rip off. It would be much more sustainable and would retain a more loyal following if your prices were much lower. Great concept but I would strongly recommended anyone looking at downloading this app to steer well clear and download Netflix or Stan and pay $15 a month for unlimited shows and viewing not $15 for half an episode! Extremely disappointed, I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Could be better. All the movies are very good but I feel it would be better if you didn’t have to watch ads to get to finish to episodes I also I like to express my concerns for how long the episodes are they are way too short and everything is so expensive if you want coins! If you are rich this is the perfect game for you.

Way too many ADS!. The app is ruined having too many ads. The story is broken up into shot sections about 1min each. Then you have to watch a 30sec advertisement before you can move on to the next section. You can’t even skip to the end. My first short film had 42 sections. I got to section two and will now leave. Not going to waste time watching so many ads. What a shame. The short stories are better than watching the reels on Facebook.

Disappointing. I was excited to watch some of the ReelShort shows. After finding out (after downloading the app) I have to pay at minimum $50AUD in coins to watch just one episode I decided to give up. Each chapter goes for only seconds and the price goes up every episode. Could they not have just made it a monthly subscription. I would happily pay a $15 per month subscription however just to watch one show costs me 5 months of paying for Netflix. Makes no sense to charge such an amount.

Love It. Signed up because of incessant TikTok promos. Worth it. Pro’s: Addictive and awesome. Once you’ve finished a series you can rewatch the whole thing ad-free. Con’s: Can get $$$ if you pay for coins. I’m trying to save money with my current show by only using the coins I get from watching ad’s, but this can be annoying and time-consuming. I also don’t understand how the Bonus coins work, can’t find any info? I currently have 112 bonus coins but these don’t convert to coins I can use to watch episodes. So what are they for? All in all I’m loving it.

Scam. Firstly too many ads and the prices they ask for their so called series are insane. I just paid $18 (advertised as $14 on the app) and on top of that they only give me $10 worth of “credit” on the app. And I can’t finished the 10 minutes serie that I’ve been trying to finish without putting another $50. How much do I have to pay to watch this joke? What a scam STAY AWAY FROM IT. Also the weekly subscription of nearly $25 is crazy, all other streaming platforms have way more things to offer and are half price! On top of that the actors don’t really know how to play it looks so fake! Really not a good experience

Natalie is quite beautiful physically and morally on the other hand, Sebastian is also quite handsome and treat her beautifully. I’m wondering why he is known as Bash Meyer as well as Sebastian Klein. Beautiful couple though. I wait to finish the video.

Love watching these clips so much. Only down fall is the continuously having to watch adds and how fast it chews through the coin on the game as each episode is brief.. would love it if episodes were slightly longer. Other than that I love it. :)

No sound?. i had this app for a little while and i went off it for a few months and have only just come back on it to watch episodes again but there’s no sound at all. there’s static every now and then but no sound. i’ve tried redownloading the app multiple times but still nothing! please help! because i’d like to watch my episodes!!

Amazing App. It easy to use, high quality filming and the best thing is that it let you watch adds to unlock the reels if you run out of coins. Highly recommended, better than watching long series and wasting time.

Too many adds. Not enough coins. The stories/movies are incredible. Shame you can’t even watch them with bonus coins. What is the point of watching ads and getting coins when you can’t spend it on scenes! You can only watch 20 ads per day and that’s not even for half the movie.

Do not update. I just did the update and used to get 5 episodes if i watched ads. Now it is telling me i have to pay to unlock the next episode. You get to watch more ads for the coins then before but it is worth less and you have to wait longer between each ad before you can watch the next. The price for the coins is super expensive and you don’t even get to watch a full show. I don’t mind watching the ads but am sure as hell not paying for something i got for free before. Fab. Love the quick pick me ups I get from most of the stories! As a very unwell 42 year old with a possible grim future ahead of her , the excitement I get from watching these stories is a great replacement for the real thing! Just wish I could get more credits to keep watching more and more everyday but I can not afford to buy any as I can’t even pay my medical bills let alone my normal everyday living expenses!! Such a great app!

Waste of Money. A series is 60 (yes SIXTY) ‘episodes’ long, and only lasts a minute or two an episode. I’m not going to pay $50+ to watch one series when I can go to a gold class movie with the works for $15 a ticket, and it’s an actual big budget movie - not a 6 cast member low budget series like this. It was compelling, but the ads and extreme cost put me off. I’d pay $10, but not $50! And the free version requires you to watch a minute of ads for about a minute of the episode.

FIX YOUR COINSSS. I have watched only 1 story completely on this app and I love the story. However I wanted to watch the entire story at once without having ad breaks after each episode. So I decided that every single day I would check in to get my coins and every day I would watch all 7 of my ads to earn coins. And I wanted to earn atleast 2000 coins so that I could watch the entire story in peace and all at once. Well one day I earned 50 coins from my daily checkin and on that same day I earned 85 coins by watching videos. And I also had 20 coins from before. So now I had a total of 155 coins. However the next day when I went to get my daily reward of coins, I only had 95 coins left. This has happened to me so much. I haven’t even been spending my coins and they all just disappear. I have opened the app today after 6 days and now I am at 10 coins when I specifically remember that the last time I opened the app I had 455 coins. And as proof I screenshotted the fact that I had 455 coins.

ReelShort. They should take away the ads thing and the coins because there is show that are interesting I would to watch them so if you please do take them down

Don’t download this app. Very frustrating thats there’s a max amount of ads you can watch per day. I can see the developer is responding be patient and watch all the ads before you start. But honestly that response is c**p. Because even watching all the ads before you start you only get to watch maybe 3 reels. You can buy packs but the cheapest is about $7.99 for 500 coins- which might get you 5 reels that go for about 45-60 seconds. The stories are engaging but I would recommend anyone thinking about downloading this app, to reconsider. If the developers really want to improve the app look at what Wattpad have done, they have a lot of ads now but you can continue to watch ads to read that next chapter

The app was great and I love watching all these different series but im currently watching one and I have about 5 episodes left and if won’t let me watch any more ads, and the only way to watch another episode is to pay. Is there another way I’m able to finish the series without paying?? I don’t mind watching ads for a episode but it gets annoying when you have to pay. Please help!!

App so far.. I’m really enjoying using the app. The stories have variety and they draw you into wanting more. I wish there were another way to earn credits rather than watching the same ads over and over. Not wanting to pay for credits can at times leave large time gaps so I loose interest in the story. The TikTok’s do keep reminding and drawing me back.

Read the reviews - it’s worse.. Yes the stories are good, I got hooked on Instagram. Finally caved despite the terrible reviews and downloaded it. First 5 episodes are free. There’s 70 total. You can’t skip ahead, and after watching I realised I’d already seen at least the first 15. Probably more - I got bored. You have to watch 15 ads per day to get 8 episodes of a minute each, and then it’s $8 per 10 more episodes. Half the ads don’t even give your reward. After watching them it says ‘network error’, even though I had enough network to load the ad. At least let me skip the episodes you put free on instagram!! I got bored before I found new content to hook me into your money grabbing scheme.

30+ seconds of ads for every minute is exhausting and not sustainable.. Enjoying the app, BUT the ar to cintent ratio is way too much. Most of the videos are books I've read, so it's no big deal to abandon them. Make the content longer and don't make the ads longer than 30 seconds. Prolonging the ad by licking he content and then having additional countdown is sneaky and rude. It just causes resentment.

Way too expensive. Love this idea of putting the equivalent of a Dreame werewolf story into a ‘film’ but c’mon-each episode is like 30 seconds & you have to pay for every episode by either buying coins or watching ads-but the number of ads per day is limited. Can’t think of many that would want to watch a minute or more ad for 30 seconds of story. Absolutely exorbitant in cost. So I’m deleting app after a few hours or downloading . Thumbs down for me

Secret life of my billionaire husband. Ok love love loved this real, could wait for the following the day so paid for the entire thing outright to watch the end. The only issue I found that at times was the episode started to reply itself therefore using credits , I didn’t occur to me at the time until I finally had a light bulb moment that It wasn’t necessary for me to re watch and it was using credits . Oh well lesson learned . But 100% love it. And I will say it’s a little cheeky that once you do want to continue and do pay taht it does repeat what you have already seen just will a little more content but this comes down to making money I get that or just great marketing, and once of payment for all your content would be great also but again may not be as profitable for you

Stops working. The story lines are good and easy to watch. The ad to episode ratio is undesirable. I was up to episode 44 of 49 when it no longer allowed me to watch ads (even though I had not hit the daily quota). I was completing additional actives for coins, coins then didn’t show when wanting to use them for the next episode. That’s when the app started its loading symbol now won’t work at all. Disappointing

Many adds, costly and repetitive. Often the first 15-30 is a copy of the last 15-30 seconds of the last episode. If you want to get through a story quickly and have watched all your videos for free ‘coins’ it could get very costly. If you are watching the adds to get more ‘coins’ it’s one add every 2 minutes, which is a lot. It would be better if each segment was 3-5min with the same amount of adds to get free coins. Otherwise the stories are not too bad

Terrible. Terrible app…you have to watch adds that go for longer than the ‘episode’, you can only watch 20 adds a day and the shows have 40+ episodes and it doesn’t reset the next day so you can’t keep watching without paying and when you finally give in and buy ‘coins’ $15 only buys a couple of episodes. Absolute rip off and extremely frustrating, do yourself a favour and don’t get sucked in!

Loved the mini movie HATED all the ads. It was a great story and I enjoyed it but having to go through all the ads almost made me give up. It was annoying and not something I enjoyed. Making me question if I want to watch another one. It was long and tedious. Cut back on the commercials or make the clips longer so it's worth it

Videos are way to short only a few sentences much shorter than the other apps for chapters, the ⭐️‘s on the videos are automatically selected by the app once you finish watching the sentence I had to go back a scene to then be Able to unselect Then you watch the ads to win the next snip. It you waste time watching ads that are only for Americans and or fail to load properly so you have to watch 2 The concept is good just way way to expensive and too short for the snips

Dramalover. I payed for my $10 ad free episodes and didn’t even open my free episodes just freezed ???? I’m very disappointed I want a refund your fake!!! App just wanted to steal and don’t want to open the free episodes and no ads very angry. And overall it has so many very 20 seconds ads comes up just have at least a full 3 minutes then the ads not every seconds got so bored and i f&& paid for $10 for nothing. Love all the dramas though but not the app and the ads!!so many

Coins keep disappearing. This morning I had 1045 coins (I’m saving them up so I can watch a lot of episodes in a row). I just went to do my daily check in and now I only have 850 coins. Do coins have an expiry limit? This is the second time it’s happened. I also haven’t been able to watch the “+20 Extra Bonuses” videos for a while now. It keeps saying to can’t download it and to try again later. Another thing is that the seven ads you can watch a day to earn more points sometimes stuff up and I have to watch each one twice (only being rewarded for one watch) before it activates the next one to watch. Just thought I’d let you guys know so you can pass it on to your dev team and hopefully get these bugs fixed in time for the next update.

Secret life of a millionaire husband. It seemed to jump chunks in time and then the next it’s just minutes. I was hooked though each episode, I just couldn’t wait for the next. Was a sweet ending. A few seconds longer to each episode would have been nice too. But really well done.

REEL SHORT. It’s an amazing app but the only reason why I give it a 4/5 not 5/5 is because once I watch the show I can’t watch it again until the next day, with the shows I only can watch 5 episodes a day and there are adds but I love this app because on how amazing the shows are and it really brings up the hype if you have been wanting it for ages then get it

The stories are really engaging and i absolutely love! but I went through your feedback and replies and you said to go through and watch 20 ads than go back and watch the episodes. but i have a limit on how many ads i can watch in a day. i’m happy to watch the ads considering there are 30 seconds long (which is nearly the same as one episode) but having limits on how many ads you can watch is going to lose you viewers.

I want to rate it higher but. My god do I want to rate this app higher because the stories are fantastic! But there are so many ads!! The episodes are only 1 minute 30 seconds at best & then you have to watch a 30 second ad to get to the next episode which wouldn’t be so bad if there wasn’t only 10 ads for you to watch a day. Not to mention the lack of ads to watch to build up points & how EXPENSIVE the token packs are…I brought the 500 tokens pack to only get like 5 minutes of viewing time.

Good but expensive. I love the short stories, you can capture so much emotion in such a short amount of time but the price is so high, or you can choose to watch a 30 second add every minute which is really annoying, you totally lose the flow of the short films. I get that advertisement is how you are making a lot of your profit but surely you can still make money and make the viewer experience better by reducing the time for adds and the overall cost.

Not worth it. I downloaded this app after all the ads (which are longer than the actual episodes on the app) about the story Fated to My Forbidden Alpha. At first I was annoyed because it is stop and go with a LONG ad between ever short episodes; but I found an annoying but helpful solution. It was going alright I would let all the ads run through then go back and watch all 20 episodes that got unlocked. UNTIL I got to a point near the end of the story where the option to watch an ad to unlock the chapter was no longer available. I then thought ok maybe it was just a glitch or something so I started watch a new story. then AGAIN I reached a point towards the end of the story where I couldn’t use ads to unlock the episodes. Therefore, IT IS NOT WORTH IT !!

It’s a good like reading app thing but I hate how the story video thing only last like 40 seconds and then your made to watch another video like if the story video thing was like I don’t a little longer it just seems like I’m watching more ads then the actual story itself but otherwise it’s still good

Expensive for poor acting. Episodes are too short and some are just fillers with nothing really happening in the story, only there to use up your coins. No option to skip episodes so you have to watch even the filler ones. You’ll end up spending around $50 for sub par stories and poor acting. Their subscription service is $30 PER WEEK which is twice what I pay for Netflix PER MONTH.

Only 5 ads for free episodes??. I was using this before and it was 20 ads for free 20 episodes but when i got to using it again like a few weeks ago it was 15 then it became 5 ads for free 5 episodes only…… i was happily watching the miniseries but got a bit disappointed when the ads was shorten to only 5 free episodes.

Not too bad. Admittedly it can get pricey at around $50 per reel but on average you do spent that much on some hard cover books. With your first top up you spend around $25 for 1500 coins and get a bonus 1500 on top. That will be enough for one movie so choose wisely for your first pick. Over all I like the app, some scene are a bit cheesy but I suppose that’s comes with the territory 😅

Frustrating. Watch a long loud advert to rewatch 30 seconds of what you have already seen then give you a new 10-20 seconds. Pay to watch episodes to also get the same. Although I enjoy the storyline. Not worth paying for all the episodes. I would rather pay a set amount like $5 and get the whole lot unlocked and without it replaying itself. I think I am better off deleting the app so I don’t get hooked with another reel.

Great reels but pricey. I buy 500 coins for $7.99 and would only get through 8-10 reels of content and there are 50 reels for the series. Thats way more expensive than anything. It would be better to have an option, for example, if I could buy all reels of a short series for 10$ for example. The story line is pretty much out there, sure there is a suspense, but if I have to pay 30-40$ to watch 1 series, is just not worth it.

Developers apparent response. They said to watch 15-20 ads to unlock more episodes a day and I did that hoping to get more episodes for stories I liked which capped without paying and nothing happened. Seems like it’s just an ad grinder app or pay 20 - 35$ for a certain amount of 1 - 1:30 episodes.

Too many ads.. The story lines themselves are great. Unfortunately you only get 40seconds - 1 or 2 mins average watching time, after that you must watch an ad which takes about 30sec to 1 min of time, to unlock the next chapter to watch. Spent $7 for it to be gone in 5 mins and not even half way through the story. (The coins are not worth buying, highly expensive and gone in a few mins you will easily put hundreds down the drain)The only way to get through your story is to watch ads over and over every 1-2 mins and there’s a limit of 20ads a day. About 10-15 mins of watching time. Will be deleting after my story is finished. Asking to much of my time and way to much money to watch the story. Please lengthen the chapters to maybe 3-4 mins per ad watched. Remove the waiting timer to earn additional 5 rewards. Bring your prices down. Then maybe people may be able to reload their coins which are affordable to the average person, and younger people, and further watch more stories and stay interactive with your app. Unfortunately this comes off as a money grab and waste of time with the amount of ad watching and money asking to be spent on coins for it to be gone so fast. I usually put a lot of time and money into apps like episode if they’re worth it. Don’t waste your time. Worst app I have ever used. They say watch an ad to unlock, well it’s like almost a 30 sec ad to unlock 10 secs of clip. You can’t even watch 1/4 of the reel per day. You only get 5 ad watches per day, which unlocks roughly 1 minute of the reel. The average reel is like 20mins, so I will let you do the math on that one. But wait there’s more…….you can unlock 1 week of viewing for $24.99!

Don’t buy coins through this app.. I purchased 500 coins through this app for $4.99. I never received the coins I purchased. After 24 hours I contacted ReelShort’s help team to ask why I never received what I purchased. I provided them with the proof of purchase they asked for and awaited a response. Their initial response was that it showed I received the coins I purchased on their end. I responded with proof that I had not received any coins and that my coin balance never changed since before making my purchase. They responded by telling me it was my fault for having AutoUnlock turned on, a feature that is automatically turned on upon downloading the app, and that for the inconvenience they would give me a bonus of 100 coins. Still not the 500 coins that I paid for. So nice of them to keep my money and try to portray their errors as the fault of the customer.

Could be SO much better…. I wanted to be able to rate this a five star because the story lines are catchy. However, here’s what’s really good…. I downloaded the app bc I got drawn into a short story on IG. Little did I know that you’re limited to the number of clips you can view in one day AND some of the clips are only 10 seconds long! You have to watch multiple ads before you can advance to the next clip and you cannot bypass them without receiving a warning message. Ridiculous. The cost without ads is a ripoff and I suspect I’ll be watching this storyline for the rest of my natural born life at this rate. Sigh. Please stop the madness. We don’t need restrictions on the number of clips viewed in a day. We’re all adults here. Geez! 🙄 UPDATE: now I can’t finish watching the last few episodes because I don’t have enough coins? What kind of nonsense is this? It’s giving SCAM. Shameful.

They drag and drown the end in ads. So you need to watch what you think is 60 ads because it’s broken up in to 60 episodes and each ad is as long as an episode. Fine I get it you need to make money. But once you get to 55 they drag it out I just had to watch 6 ads to watch 2 episodes and I’ll have to come back tomorrow and watch a minimum of 6 more ads it’s just way too much. And I can see paying $1-$2 per episode if you want to skip the ads but it would cost a fortune. I really don’t see this app as becoming popular because of how they milk the ads in the end. It’s like they want you to uninstall right after the ending. And that’s what I’ll do. I don’t mind watching ads in a fair way. I play an app for a year and a half now and watch a minimum of 30-40 ads a day but when an app gets greedy like this one it’s asking for failure.

I like the stories but amount of ads are terrible. I like the stories (given, not the best acting but still okay to watch).. but the amount of ads is ridiculous.. you watch a minute long episode to get another ad and it’s always the same ad. And then to read responses to other reviews about possibly having to use coins (which you purchase with real money) is ridiculous.. the amount of ads y’all have should be enough to let us watch the finales for free. If I get to the finale of this first story and it won’t let me watch the finale without purchasing with my real money, I’m deleting the app. I understand we are watching for “free” but the amount of ads we have to watch should suffice. Nice App. It’s a nice app with interesting movies. However you can only watch about 1 minute before you have to either watch and ad or pay. You are allowed 20 ads which got me about half way through the movie. So I b went ahead and purchased $5.00 worth of coins (400 coins). It said the movie was 79 coins so I thought It would be more than enough to watch the rest of the movie. It gave me about 7 minutes before it said I was out of time and would need to purchase more coins. So I am alittle confused. At this rate it would cost me probably $20 to watch the last 20 minutes and 20 ads. Maybe I am doing something wrong? But the movies are really interesting!

Absolutely not don't waste your time.. Acting is worse then D list porn. Epidoses are anywhere from 65-90 coins each and play for a 1minute and 33 seconds long but they waste a quarter of that time playing a recap of the last episode you watched. The the ads are each a minute and 8 seconds long and play they after every single epidode. Of cours, they bank on people who are ocd and impatient who can't start something without finishing it so then you go buy coins and after watching barely finishing 1 1/2 of these 49-60 part clips you realize you spent $40 on the worst “shows” you've ever seen (trust me when I say a kindergarten plays would be more entertaining and they'd have more acting skills then what I just witnessed!) I could have gone to the theater with my partner for that price. So I'm deleting the app and highly recommend you don't waste your time on it.

Could do better but still needs improvement. I can look past the bad acting with the showing wires in the bigger shoes and such like that however, when it comes to being able to look at other episodes, it’s a little different. It almost seems like I would need to watch an entire story before I can start the next one that way I don’t use all my coins, which is fine I can work with that. Too my ads and not proper videos from rewards. So all I saw on the TikTok ads was there are too many ads for the short amount of time you get to watch but I figured whatever let me try. You get 10 free videos a day, can watch ads to watch 5 more and then can watch ads for point to buy more. This is the second day I haven’t gotten my 10 free videos and I have to rebuy videos I’ve already used coins to buy. I ended yesterday at video 25 and today had to rebuy 23, 24, and 25 by watching ads so I only got two videos( no free ones I’m supposed to get). I also have to watch the ads TWICE for each to get the extra coins because after the first time it says “network error” and doesn’t say I watched it but played perfectly fine the whole time until it’s time to give me my coins. Will definitely be deleting once I finish the show I’m watching if I even finish it.

Books on film? Yes, please!. For someone that reads a lot of books, watching these books come alive on screen is a great delight. The acting is a bit cheesy but, (“it ain’t easy being cheesy”) that’s part of the charm. I’ve enjoyed two Shorts so far. The same actors were used in both. I enjoyed watching these folks play different parts and seeing their acting range put to the test. As of right now there isn’t a tremendous amount of viewing material, but I suspect more will added down the line based on viewing demand. Thank you. Ps. Review won’t let me add a star rating- I give it four! Update: started a new reel yesterday and was nearly finished, just 10 chapters to go. Today when I continued, the reel started from the beginning. There was no option to fast forward to Pick up where I left off. What’s worse, I was charged coins again. I shouldn’t be forced to use my coins for chapters I’ve already viewed. Very disappointing. My star rating has now dropped down to a one.

Still up in the air. I’m still undecided on whether I will keep this app. I think there are plenty of chances to get free “bonuses” that can be used to unlock episodes. Plus there is an extra 20 ads you can watch to unlock to watch 20 additional episodes. However, my 3 star review has to do with the way bonuses are redeemed. I had over 250 bonus credits stored up. I understood that they were equal 1:1 to coins and could be used to unlock episodes. I went to use 45 bonus credits for an episode and they deducted 210 instead. Apparently for the the next few episodes (even though I still had to watch ads to unlock!)… this app is not very clear on that tidbit. Now I’m out all those bonus credits.. frustrated to say the least.

Good Stories. Good stories ANNOYING APP!! I understand that money needs to be made, but making someone watch an ad like every 5 minutes is utterly ridiculous! I bought coins to continue the story, just to only get about 15 minutes of uninterrupted play of the movie. Only to be prompted to buy more coins. I’m too annoyed to continue the story. I would rather pay a monthly fee subscription than to deal with the same annoying ad over and over again!!!! Just also realized that after you watch an ad, most of the story is recaps from the last episode so you’re really only getting about 1 minute or less of new content. Please stop doing that! I don’t need a recap of what I just saw moments ago. Please start the video on what’s next not what I’ve already seen.

Continue with movie next day????. I gave this a 3 star, because I just downloaded yesterday. However, when I went back in today—and AFTER watching MANY ads to rack up bonus coins—I discovered I can’t continue where I left off last night. I have to start at the beginning AGAIN, and then once again “unlock next episode” by HAVING to watch an ad…AGAIN!! Why does this app not allow you to continue where you stopped on previous visit to app. What if we can’t watch all at once…like I refuse to pay for “coins”, so I have to watch the first 20 episodes over EVERY DAY until I get enough “bonus coins” to finish? Not to mention the time to spend watching all at once. If I’m missing something, please feel free to let me in on the secret, to this issue! Thanks!

It’s pretty good and you kinda get into the story more than you think. I like a lot others downloaded this app to dog on it and be like haha that’s funny b lame but imma be honest I need this turned into episodes like at least 10-20 min episodes the only thing I don’t like is that the app needs some revising honestly like the coins don’t show up sometimes and u can only wast h 20 free episodes of like 45-1:30 each then watch a 3 min ad but I actually really like the characters and the acting is a little it could be a bit more realistic sounding but it’s amateurs starting out most likely they are doing good if u like Wattpad and reading stuff that don’t have movies cause no one would make it cause it’s more so a group thing then this is what u will like

Best story: The only story NOT with a high pitched, girly looking guy is super hot which is called I got married without you. 10/10 I like that you can earn things for free and you can also pay if you want to see things out. While it is a bit more on the expensive side it’s definitely a guilty pleasure. If you’re into soap operas get this. The one complaint I have is can I get more masculine looking men and men with deeper voices because literally the guys will have higher voices than the girls. It’s just such a turn off if you’re trying to have guys that say they’re alpha or billionaires or dominant and their voice is higher than my baby sister. It’s just not good. And totally doesn’t work.

Frustrated. I hoped it would be better.. I saw a video on Facebook for one of their stories and wanted to see how it played out. I thought I’d give the app a try. You get 5 episodes, each of which are under 2 minutes long if you watch an ad for each one…the add is literally longer than the episode you get to watch. You can watch up to 7 more ads to gain points/rewards, check in each day for points/rewards, or choose daily tasks to receive points/rewards. But you only get about 7-10 minutes of the actual video when all is said and done. Now you can, of course, purchase points/rewards for outrageous $$. But honestly the acting is B at best and it’s just not worth the money to me. I’m going to try and get through the ads to see how the story ends and then I’m deleting it.

Billionaire husband. I’m new to this when I first stumbled upon the story it brought me in ,little did I know the expense it was going to be, not only did I find it expensive for the average person but I have to watch an ad per scene was enough to drive any normal person crazy especially because I have the games the ads were showing so to see it over and over again was undesirable. Your stories are wonderful and worth viewing. The cost is just unfortunately too much for me. I gave you five stars because I thought it was a really nice story but one star for the cost to watch it in the economy Today is just too expensive for me.

Well... The stories are great! The videos are great! The acting is great! I also love that you can watch ads to view episodes however… each episode is only like 30 seconds long… which means every 30 seconds you have to watch an ad if you are doing the free viewing… you can only watch up to 20 ads a day though so only 20-30 second videos a day…. So since I loved the videos I paid $4.99… well ALL that money was gone in just 3 minutes! It so expensive! I can’t pay $5 every 8 episodes give or take when an episode is ONLY 30 seconds long! I think of they are going to charge money they need to do a monthly fee or something because that’s way to expensive

WORST APP, EVER!. If I could rate it NO STARS, I would!!! This app only cause my attention because of the short film “The secret life of my billionaire husband”. Once I downloaded the app to watch it then it became awful. Had to watch one minute long adds just for a 30 SECOND clip. The adds come faster than the film itself. Then, you can only get 15 free add watches a day and the films have like 50: 30 second clips so it become so frustrating it wasn’t even worth it anymore. So, I just paid the money it wanted to SKIP the adds and watch the short film straight through which still took me TWO days because even tho I paid money to skip the adds, it still only allows you to skip 15 a day🤦🏼‍♀️ So, I just spent MORE MONEY to then, buy coins to pay for the remainder clips. It’s absolute insanity and totally not worth it. I’m sorry. Hopefully, this saves anyone wishing to download this app. It’s garbage.

Ehh. The content is cheesy but actually will keep your attention. It is Redundant the amount of ads you have to watch just to watch a one minute clip. Once you run out of coins (in less than 5 minutes) you have to watch an add for every video “episode” you want to watch. The name got it right because the “episodes” are 1 minute or less so real short and that kinda fits. The ad is also the same one over and over again. It’s a good idea but at this point just seems like a money scheme. It was advertised as a “free” app but you either watch an add or buy coins to do anything. I have been working on the same story for about 4 days now because I refuse to buy coins. Oh don’t forget it only gives you 5 ads a day so there for you can only watch 5 episodes a day. There are about 60 in every story. Overall dissatisfaction with this app but it had and has great potential.

No Bonus coins. Thought I would download the app to watch a few shows and after watching one for the last few days and all the ads attached it now says I have to use coins to open the next episode. I was given NO bonus coins for watching all those ads which were long and repetitive so unfortunately I’m not interested in continuing with this app. The only option given is to pay a minimum of $9.99 and up for coins. There isn’t enough incentive to keep people watching without forcing them to pay and that includes myself. With streaming TV today and so many other options to watch shows there should be a better way to keep people coming back without forcing them to watch a 2-3 minute ad for a 1-2 minutes video. If the app becomes more user friendly without the current ad setup I may come back.

DOWNLOAD RIGHT NOW!!. I’m not even going to lie.. I was scrolling on Instagram extremely bored and this ad popped up about 10 minutes later the ad said “swipe left for more”. I was so into it I didn’t even know it was an ad.. I was so tuned in I was ready to waste my storage on this app ever since I downloaded I have been watching the best stories.. they’re so interesting and quick at the same time.. I’ve only watched maybe 4 but after you get to your 6th one I think they aren’t free.. and I’m gonna be very sad about that but honestly I would spend my money on this app and I probably will. Definitely get this app if you stay bored but have a low attention span and you like scrolling!!!

Not worth it…. The stories they choose to film are some of the worst ones available on the hundreds of reading apps. Clichéd toxic love stories of a pathetic woman forcing (or being forced into) a toxic marriage to an abusive, narcissistic man who glories in the pain he causes her. A man who throws a fake or real affair in her face with a woman who eventually attempts to kill her or have her killed. Then the man *suddenly* realizes that he loves the woman he’s married to, but only after she gives up on ever finding peace in life, and is about to die. All I can say is that at least some of the actors and actresses are decent at their job, but they can only do so much when given a ridiculous, poorly or un-edited, highly shortened script of a 300-1,000 “chapter” story written by someone who knows nothing of the culture/country of their target audience. Really not worth the price.

THIS IA A RIP OFF!!!!. The one story I started is starting off as a good book/story, but each episode is anywhere between 35+ coins each and they are only 1:30-2 minutes long. Please tell me why I bought 500 coins for $4.99 and I was only able to watch 3 episodes. You guys are money thieves and out to break people’s bank. I literally have a savings account just for my audio books and decided to give you guys a try. I’m not ashamed I have $1500 saved. If I used all my money on the coins, I will literally only get through roughlyMaybe two or three different books/ stories from different authors. Where as far from DREAME (read yourself or listen), or POCKET ( strictly audio) FM I can get my moneys worth with at least 5-6 books and they get great reviews from me. Reel y’all should be ashamed of yourself for charging that much for sorry stories 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️👎🏾👎🏾

Very Frustrated. I watched the first 20 episodes of a show on instagram and was interested in finishing the show I was watching. It said it cost 63 coins which I thought was for the whole show. I bought 500 coins for $5 thinking I could watch a couple good shows. I click to unlock what I thought was a show but then apparently it never asks again and just charges you each episode you click on! Somehow I paid for 8 episodes I had already seen without knowing it! It didn’t even ask me to purchase after the first one! Awful I completely wasted $5 in less than 5 seconds and had no idea! There is no way I would have spent my money in this scam if I knew what they were really charging!!! Who in their right mind would pay $5 for 10 20 second episodes. I can get Netflix for $10 a month!! Is this seriously a joke? I feel taken advantage of.. wow just wow!

Awesome. What can I say about this game? It is very very awesome. I am watching the werewolf series one where it says the alphas for bidden mate and it’s a lot better than reading a werewolf series. If I were to recommend this app to another person, it is very well worth it. This is why I leave a five star review granted yes there is some ads you got a watch if you want to continue episodes but it’s OK. On a sidenote, though, if the creators of the app can make it to where if you’re loyal watcher in coming back almost every day after the seventh day, could we at least please get to read them or watch them all for free instead of having to wait or pay coins, that would be awesome.

The stories are good but be warned. I am enjoying the stories and watching an ad isn’t the worst thing in the world. What I find very shady is i wanted to spend some coins I accrued on only 1 episode and unchecked the “Auto Unlock next episode” at the bottom. Next thing I know it’s just flying through episodes just depleting all the coins I saved up so then it forces you to watch ads to continue watching the story. When you have to watch ads it will ask you but once you pay money for 1 episode it was just eat though your funds. Very shady in my book. Update: developer gave a terrible response to my concern and just said to get more free coins. What I said was if I unchecked the auto play button at the bottom while USING COINS and even without coins it will automatically recheck after every episode forcing you to use coins unwillingly. Very very shady.

Nonsense. 1st yes the story are cheesy however they have potential and I really like the idea of watching stories instead of reading them since it’s easier while working. BUT this app it’s a joke. You have to watch an ad every episode and not just that it’s ridiculous how the amount of coins keeps increasing per episode, like why? I much rather pay a monthly subscription and be able to watch as to this nonsense. Or maybe if they did an add every 10 episodes it would be a bit more bearable. I have seen the responses other reviews get and they just keep going about the same thing “we have free ads blah blah” it’s dumb. I wish this was better because the stories are not bad but not good enough to watch 20 ads and only being able to watch 5mins of the story, like I said RIDICULOUS!! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Admin should just make it a monthly subscription and I am sure they will get more viewers

New Update :(. I have been loving this app. It will test your patience or teach you patience, it is up to you to decide. You get to watch a number of adds per day to unlock episodes. You can also watch ads to earn coins to use for the episodes. I understand business so I get why they have it done this way. I didn’t mind when I could watch 20 ads a day but now it’s FIVE! So I can see 5 minutes of a series that I’m basically addicted to per day. 😮‍💨💀 I don’t love that. The ads are way shorter but I think I would rather watch 20 different 30 second ads to get to see the show vs watching 5 different 5 second ads. Hope this makes sense! Will this be the new norm for this app? I’d love for it to go back to 20 ads/episodes per day.

Love the app but you shortened my videos. Every day I watch the ads and take the bonus to watch the videos plus the 20 I got a day. And now my ads and bonuses are not enough because I only get 5 videos to watch with ads a day??? It’s outrageous that I have to wait so long to finish a movie. I love this app a lot and its brought me lots of joy but not having enough videos a day is not enough. I’m broke and this is nice to have without spending money on it. I know this is for yalls jobs I’m sure but you have to consider the people behind the screen and not your pocket books. Money gets you no where in life besides always wanting more. Pay for coins and they take them back, won’t buy again. Love the stories great actors, great videos I’m even willing to pay money for them and I have paid money a lot to watch these short reels however, what really annoys me is the fact that if I don’t use the coins that I paid money for within a certain amount of time they take them back! That’s stopping me from spending any money with them on here and the Chapters app which I spent over $1000 on there. If I pay for the coins or diamonds, I should be able to keep them until I use them. Sometimes I work and don’t get to use the app for a couple days which is sad and unfortunate but it’s life when I come back I shouldn’t be empty.

Definitely not worth it.. I tried it and then promptly deleted it. The name ReelShort is no joke. I am used to apps with ads, but this was ridiculous! Each short segment was about a minute long and a 30 sec (or longer) ad is initiated between each reel. I watched the 20 free episode, but they allotted but they need to offer more time for each short segment so that you can get sucked in and maybe even want to pay to access episodes. This experience was just completely frustrating for me. The acting & production is not exactly A-list either, but it was okay for what this is. I am disappointed that I couldn’t even attempt to get into it though. I felt almost violated by the ad frequency. Similar to when a (sucky) DJ starts the first 15 seconds of a song and then abruptly switches to something else, over and over again. You never get a chance to find your groove. Oh well.

Annoying…you can watch minimal. I find this app annoying for the simple reason that I can’t watch more then five of these mini episodes a day. I like these mini series/shows/movies whatever you want to call them and I’ll watch the vast majority of them if you make this app better. I don’t mind having to watch the adds, but made the clips longer than 90 seconds and let me watch the whole thing in a day. I wouldn’t mind paying a one time fee for the app and having access too all the series or give me the option to pay for the series but after the one I’m watching I’ll be done. It’s taking to much time and being able to watch maybe 7 minutes a day is annoying. The whole buy coins to watch more…pass I’m not going to pay upwards of $15 for one series because that’s not a total ripoff! 🙄

Love it!. I really love the story, fated to my forbidden alpha. It seems though that i only have a select few that I can watch (maybe 8-10) I would like more stories like the one I mentioned before but there don’t seem to be any. The only other ones they list for me are ones I don’t really want to watch. Not saying they are bad stories, they are just ones I’m not quite interested in. I just wish there was a way that I could watch more stories like Fated to my forbidden alpha. I really do love that story! I watch it everyday. It really is a great story, I mean it has it all! Amazing!. I have a TV show in the works and we are also working on a TikTok Series. I’ve show my team this app and they all love it! Seems like a wonderful way to get your content out there to be seen by the public! I LOVE the short-scene format. Most people don’t have a very long attention span nowadays, so the being able to scroll trough and watch a few “short episodes” when we all have time makes so much sense and explains to me why the app is so popular! My team and I have already planned out filming our TikTok Series but we are thinking what a great way this platform is to be original, modern, and accessible to so many people! Bravo, ReelShort!

Could be awesome!. I downloaded this after seeing the ad on TikTok. The stories and acting are actually really well done. But you only get a handful of free episodes a day, and then you can watch five ads for five more episodes. But almost every episode is literally under two minutes, longest I saw was 2 minutes and 18 seconds. I got suckered into paying $4.99 for coins to watch some more episodes, because, like I said, the story line was actually compelling, and the acting is good. But paying $5 for barely 15 minutes of TV is outrageous! If the episodes could be like 15 minutes long maybe it would feel more worth it. I’m probably going to delete this because it’s frustrating to get into a story and then having to wait a full day for another couple short episodes. Not even episodes, snippets.

Good in theory - poor execution. The idea for this app is good in theory, but the execution is horrible. There is no reason why you can’t make each video to be 3-5 minutes long, that way we even have a shot at watching a full storyline in a couple of days. Each video is one minute long and the amount you have to pay to watch an entire video is crazy. I can watch unlimited tv shows and movies on Netflix for an entire month for a quarter of the cost you charge for one show. 1st suggestion - make each clip at least 3-5 minutes long, charge less money to unlock more clips and create more ways to earn free clips, like offering more ads. Instead of responding the same way to each comment, please consider that if all of these comments are saying the same thing, that there is an issue with your app.

Decent Stories/Rip-Off. The stories they show have really good story lines, but you barely get to watch any of it. They make you pay for coins and you have to use those coins to pay to watch episodes. My suggestion to them. If you’re going to make individuals pay make it into a subscription, like a Netflix account. Make us pay a monthly fee to be able to watch as many as we want. We pay $15 a month for Netflix and get thousands of movies. Yet you guys are asking for $50 to be able to probably only watch 3-5 short stories. Come on, you guys know that’s ridiculous. Give some subscriptions not purchases of coins like Fortnite and once the coins are gone that’s it and you have to buy more. Be reasonable.

Irritated. I love the stories but I’m very irritated that I sat and watched ads and checked in everyday only for my coins to expire you make it to where each little section is different pay in coins and some are very short while others are ok just a little suggesting stop taking are coins but expiring them cause we are saving up to watch the whole story not just a little a day and if you want to make money than charge a small monthly fee so people will subscribe and then they can watch all the short stories unlimited without coins and guaranteed to be a valued customer because they are satisfied but at this rate this is just ridiculous that all my coins have expired and I can’t even finish my show that I started a while ago and what trying to save up to finish nobody wants that much time in between to have to finish then you forget parts.

Money grab. It is true that I like the stories that are on this app but the problem is it won’t let you skip ahead on the episodes that you have already seen. You have to unlock them in a row on top of that. They only allow you to watch ad five times a day and then you have to pay between 60 and 80 coins per episode for the remainder of the day just for you to watch for me this app seems like a very big money grab although the stories are amazing. I will be uninstalling this app, because at this point, you will be costing me entirely too much money just to listen to a full story and also I I absolutely do not like the fact that, I can’t skip to any chapter that I want to because I’ve already seen some of them but you wanna allow me to go forward without paying for each episode.

Great content, but going downhill fast. I love the stories they put out. Not all the acting is great but mostly passable, and it’s a great way to spend some free time. App was great at first but they cut the number of free episodes you could get per day from 20 to 5. Seriously?! Considering the eps are so short to begin with, 20 was a nice little chunk to watch at a time but 5? Forget it. Also, if patient you could download all the episodes for free but now, the newer ones are forcing you to use the coins to unlock so it takes even longer now to watch an entire show. Come on guys, I know you’ve upped the amount of content considerably but now you’re taking away any of the incentives we had to download in the first place. I’m not asking for anything more than it be put back to how it was before. Seriously considering deleting altogether. Don’t recommend at this point unless changes are made.

Off putting. It’s actually very annoying that you have to watch a 30 second - minute long advertisement after EVERY SINGLE EPISODE which themselves are only 30 seconds - a minute long. That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars. It would be more understandable if you had to watch ads after every 5 episodes, but after every single one shows the consumers are not a priority. AND they put a 20 advertising watch limit. So if a series has 60 episodes, you can only watch 20 episodes if you watch the adds without using earned coins/ buying coins. Again, that’s not putting your consumer first. Like most games/ other apps, you can earn coins with daily logins, watching 6 ads to earn coins. That’s normal, but making viewers watch ads that are as long or longer than the episodes especially after every single episode is a little ridiculous.

Waste of time. Saw the advertising for one of there shows that looked interesting on Facebook. Downloaded the app and started to watch. Each episode was 1-2 minutes long. I was able to watch the first 6 episodes about 8 minutes. Then to watch each new episode I had to watch an add that was 1-2 minutes long. Than after doing this 5 times being able to watch an ad to view the next episode is stopped till the next day. The show I was watching had about 60 episodes and I was only able to watch the first 11 for free. If I chose to pay for the next 49 episodes there is no way to tell how much it would cost. I enjoyed the portion I was able to view but it just seems to be a ripoff. If they offered a subscription I would give that serious consideration but for now I will be deleting this app.

At first, I didn’t really like it, but…. After a suggestion by one of the developers, I felt I needed to make another review. I was incredibly annoyed that I had to watch an ad in between each one minute session. The cool thing was that if you’re not busy, just go watch your ads and not really watch the show. Once you finish opening up all of the episodes, you can watch it all in one go. That has saved me a lot of frustration. also giving this review because I want to encourage more and even better movies. The acting isn’t too bad but if it’s got a good story, I enjoy it more. I know super natural stuff is harder to make, but I tend to like rom-coms, alpha/werewolf stories, other fantasy, and been into bad boy possessive stuff lol.

Frustrated. I love this app, it’s got amazing story’s on it and you get so hooked on them, but sadly it costs to keep watching, sure I can watch ads earn coins but that gets you maybe on episode with those coins, then you have to wait a whole other day to watch more. You are costing people more then what they’d pay for an actual book. I’m deleting the app as much as I don’t want to. Though I will make a big suggestion instead of charging for so many coins why can’t you make like a subscription thing so we can just watch all we want with out the ads and coins. Each episode always costs more and more. Your freaking stealing at this point. I feel you’d get a whole lot better reviews if you changed it up some. But that’s just my opinion. I’ll just go back to reading books and kindle or google books so much cheaper.

I don’t know if it is the case with all the stories but to only get through 6 sentences of dialogue between characters and then have to watch an ad to continue is a little ridiculous. I understand you need to make money to provide content and I don’t mind watching the ads, but you are calling yourself the next generation of streaming and comparing yourself to TV and other streaming services and it is just no comparison. I would rather pay a subscription fee to watch a full show than to have to watch an ad literally every 1-2 minutes. If the streaming industry had started out this way, it wouldn’t have lasted a week. Even free streaming services let you watch at least 15 minutes of a show before an ad. I can’t see this app being around for long unless you change your business model.

Nice short stories but is it worth it. I downloaded this app a few days ago and really thought it was going to be a great cool app but it does have its flaws. In order to watch the short story for free it’s mandatory you have to watch an ad and then if you want to watch the next one with out having to watch an ad you have to pay with your coins an unnecessary amount. Then they give bonus coins but it’s not even enough to unlock the next episode and again in order to earn enough coins you have to watch a million ads and/or pay for the coins. The stories are good and interesting but it’s not worth going through all the hassle to earn coins and watching the content. 15-30 coins a day is not enough when unlocking an episode is 45 coins and higher. Make it make sense, how your going to promote your app saying it’s worth it but when you download it it’s not worth it

The most honest review you’ll see. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because the ads are annoying. If you want to watch the full show you have to pay like basically 20$ each show without ads because there is ads every episode and every episode is around 1 minute. There is around 60 clips so that means that you will have to watch 60 ads which can get really annoying. The shows can get really cringey but its entertaining. The acting is not the best but not the worst. Paying 20 dollars for every show isn't worth it . My husband is tiktok famous with 5 million followers i would ask him to promote this app If this app improves by doing subscriptions a month instead of paying for every shows without ads.

Good idea but…. The idea behind this is awesome. However, when it costs $30 to hear a story that takes you about 2 hours to hear WITHOUT all the ads, it’s a little ridiculous. Actually, it’s a lot ridiculous. I thought I would be able to buy the sale that was b1g1 and it actually last me some time. Not even close. And these chapters take about 30 seconds. Not even kidding. I was shocked. And I couldn’t get it to STOP taking my darn coins! I wanted to just watch ads but it kept just chewing through my coins. I couldn’t turn off the thing that lets it go straight into the next chapter. So, remember that if you go that route. You can’t just stop that carousel from turning. Of course, I was listening to this while I was working and kept having to “rewind” so that is probably why it took me 2 hours. Beware people. And be AWARE. This costs a lot more than you think. Time wise and money wise.

Waste of Time!!. Only giving it five stars hoping it will bump this review to the top so everyone can see it. This app is a waste of time. You get to watch a minute of a story (which I get… it’s a reel), but you have to either spend real money to get coins to continue watching or you have to watch an ad. And you have to watch an ad after Every. Single. Minute. Ughh. It wouldn’t be so bad if they let you watch at least 10-20 minutes worth before you have to watch an ad. I really want to like this app. It’s a great idea. But I’m afraid the developers aren’t going to listen to anything anyone has to say. Because I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Real short !. ReelShort is exactly that really short lol the stories are great but they give you about 3 mins of a add per 30 seconds of story an you can only watch 20 ads plus the 6 bonus ads for coins and the daily check in coins so you are watching maybe 10-15 mins of the actual story a day if your not buying coins and 30 mins + of ads I don’t mind the ads they have to make money somehow if your not buying coins I just wish they made the episodes more than 30 seconds each an worth less coins the episodes can range up to 60 coins maybe more for one episode if they made all the episodes the same amount of coins an a bit longer maybe 3-5 mins each then I might actually buy some coins but it’s not worth it right now
