Easy to use but options are scarce. It’s super easy and quick to order from the app but I don’t like that we don’t get a lot of different options. Every time I order I have to call in to the restaurant immediately afterwards to make changes because the app doesn’t have enough options to choose from. I like the hot lemon wings, extra wet. But the app doesn’t give me the option for either of these things. There’s so many different flavours that aren’t available through the app. Another issue is when you select “more options” and it just says “extra well done”. Where’s the option for extra wet wings? Y’all need to give more options to choose from to keep customers from having to call in after using the app. Even the drink menu is scarce. My local Wingstop has a drink machine with so many things to choose from like Powerade, Vitamin Water, or even flavoured Coke. I know not all locations have such a variety but it would be awesome if the app could reflect the options of the store we choose to order from. Aside from these issues, though, the app is great. I just feel some improvements could be made.

Issue when ordering bundles. App is okay - use it to order every time however the one big issue (for those of us who like out wings cooked well done) is when there are specials such as bundles there is never the option to select and add to the order to have the wings cooked well done, only when you order by the piece or the regular combo does the option appear for you to select if you’d like to have the wings cooked well done. The options are always there to have the fries cooked well done but never for the wings! Additionally there is no section where you could add a note or special request. So every time we order wings on the app that are on bundle promotion I have to physically call the store and add this request because I’m unable to select within the app....which somewhat defeats the purpose of ordering online doesn’t it?? So I recommend the developers resolve this and add the wing (WELL DONE) cooking preferences selection options when advertising specials and bundles so the order can be placed correctly and also recommended there be a section where the customer can add a note or special request.

Wow is all I can start with,,. Call Jay even though they were all going through this epidemic and we’re trying to revive ourselves and come to a new living environment and having or locals restaurant owners or just business owners am literally just drowned but still survive than done things that they’ve never done before for employees to continue to be able to survive in this epidemic situation that were in but it was really really nice to see a brand new menu more choice is more more different choices than what it used to be and then the website is a lot more friendlier than what it was so kudos to the webmaster on that but I will net my experience with you guys as always been awesome and now it’s even gotten better thank you so much kudos to you and I’m on my way to pick up my order

Saves me time.... Going and making your order or simply calling in are ways to make your order but it’s time consuming and sometimes they don’t even pick up the phone or take forever for them to get back to me especially when there really busy at times but I get it I can’t hold that against them. This is app gives me better control over my experience and it’s easy and it saves me a lot of time so this app in my opinion is really good and more people need to use this app so they can save a lot of there time cause I know how precious can be but with this app it wasn’t such a problem

If hungry, save your time and order elsewhere.. You’ll first spend time selecting the best Wingstop location, then ordering, and the app sometimes randomly locks you out at the very end during payment. The app won’t tell you why it locked you out — just to check and ensure the billing address is correct which of course it is. It’s the same billing information you’ve already been using. Yet eventually you’ll realize it’s a payment processing issue from Wingstop’s end but by then you realize your mistake was thinking you could easily enjoy a meal without the troubleshooting hassle. Whoever coded this app needs to have their business analysts do their jobs and identify proper error message-responses/error handling.

Tonight’s service. I really like going to Wingstop so I gave you the five stars cause most of the time it’s great. But tonight I put a on line order in and showed up maybe five minutes from the time it gave me but when 30 minuets went by I asked about my order she said they are waiting on fries I’m ok but right when I sat down they called my name so I got my order and ate a fry and it was cold. All she had to say was I’m sorry we forgot your order. We are all human we make mistakes but just be up front. I was just upset cause they weren’t. I will continue to go there cause it’s great food but just be up front. Thank you

Took my money. I downloaded the app, created an account, and submitted an order. I waited for about an hour and nothing. I hadn't eaten because I was waiting on my order from Wingstop. After no show, I check my app. It says my food has been delivered, but when I checked my email it said my order was cancelled. I check my bank account and they took my money. I am HIGHLY disappointed and I don't think I'll be ordering online at all. The only reason I didn't go to the store was because I was at work and was hoping to get the food right on time for my break. I noted on the app for the person to call me. I had my phone on me for that reason and I did not receive a single call or notification. This is very frustrating to be waiting for almost an hour an half just to find out my order was supposedly cancelled.

So easy and convenient. I placed my wonderful order with this application and it made my life so much easier. Just pressing on the icon from the App Store was the most perfect innovation ever. Not only did I place my order for takeout. I was able to pay for it right then and there. It also told me how much my food was. This has never ever been possible for me in my life. I want to thank the wingstop gods for blessing me with this experience. Let me humble myself to the presence of the application on my cellular device.

App is below average. what is missing? is full customization of orders mix and Match. you want 5 Lemon peppers mixed with 5 hot ones let me get them. You have pre-set orders of 24 wings that add up to $75 dollars at check out. I don’t need 24 boneless wings. For 2 people. I want to Make my own mixed order. let me pick what I want to buy. Let me make the order not you. That’s what this app is missing. Fix that and it will be a real app full Cutome have it you’re way orders For each persons needs. A 1-10 this app order system is maybe a 3 tops. Below average.

App Never Completes Order. I fly through the order customization, get to checkout and it never lets me complete the order. I call my local restaurant and I’m told to not use the app, instead use the website. I use the website, which is an inconvenience, and the order goes through. Next time I order and the same thing happens. I call the same restaurant and this time I’m told to use Uber Eats which does t give you all of the customization options for the side orders. Then I call back and they say to use Door Dash. Door Dash works flawlessly but they have a $6 delivery fee on top of crazy high “service fees.” So now I’m paying $10 more for the EXACT SAME ORDER! Unacceptable Wingstop. Get it together. So now from frustration and how long this took (35 minutes for something that should take 5 minutes max) I’m ordering from my local pizza shop. Easy, and no frustrating UI issues and hopping around from this app to that app.

The need raises. This location has been very consistent since I’ve lived in Jackson Ms. They staff needs raises. You have lovely location however the facility needs a bigger driveway since the back parking lot is so small. This warrants safety issues with upcoming traffic if you’re trying to turn in the parking lot. Perhaps make it a round about style drive through. The location deserves it and the people who pay money to come there deserve safe and easy parking. Aside from that great awesome job staff and keep up the good work. The community counts on you from customers to dashers and other food clients! Thank you WINGSTOP State street!!!!!!

Wingstop App! You gotta be slow. This app is quick,Effective and straight to the point. I would recommend getting you a login because it keeps up with your orders and your transactions as far as when you order, what you ordered and you can quickly re-order the same thing if need be. I would also recommend saving a card on file, it makes it more efficient and quick to order your food but overall I love Wing-stop and they're my overall go to for chicken!

Bad wording. When I chose mix and match 10 wings and go to plain I thought that was the sauce and the little fine but print that says boneless is confusing I also thought mix and match meant flats and drums not boneless and bone in especially when I already clicked on the combo for bonein poorly written and should be fixed , because of this there was no point of ordering from the app because when I got to the store I had to wait for them to correct this causing me to still wait and there was no convience

Very user friendly. I am a mom of four kids, but I am a lifelong vegetarian so I personally know nothing about chicken. This app makes it extremely easy to order, down to splitting the seasoning between two flavors even with a small six pack combo. You can order a family pack and customize the wings to everyone’s liking, splitting between several different preferences. The kiddos love this customization feature. As far as food ordering goes, they have aced the concept of “user friendly”.

Poor delivery service. I’ve ordered delivery through the app many times, but I won’t ever again. Door Dash delivers for them and can’t be held accountable when you don’t receive your delivery as Wingstop receives the payment, so they try to coordinate with Wingstop to get your money back if there are issues. I’ve been chasing my $40 refund for a month from Wingstop through a call compliant coordinated by a Door Dash rep, complaint through the Wingstop website, and Facebook messenger chats with a Wingstop rep. The rep on FB promised me a gift card and have now ghosted me and will no longer respond. Do yourself a favor and order directly through a delivery service instead of this app. I think I’m done with Wingstop period after my money being stolen.

Good, but needs an editing option. I order Wingstop often, as there is a location nearby my college, however one improvement I would like to see is an option to change or edit orders. Just a few minutes ago I ordered and put the wrong pickup time in, an hour before I actually want to get it. I tried calling them, but their phones are down, and now I’m basically screwed, since I don’t have time to walk over there, as my class just started. An option to edit orders on the app would solve a lot of problems.

Convenient but..... I’ve never had issues with the app. But I really wish the drink options would reflect what’s available in store. I’ve been to many Wing Stops in many states and all of them had the remix machine. The app only gives you basic drink options. I end up having to call the store to ask for an order update. Also the option to make your wings “extra wet” isn’t there. From looking at reviews it seems this has been a common complaint among patrons. I hope the developers make changes. Right now it’s seems like it’s been a documented issue for at least 3 years based on app reviews.

No option for wings sauce on the side. Just like any other restaurant the convenience of ordering thru an app is very helpful and of course quite efficient. The availability of all options in the app compared to when you order while on premise drives my decision on which place to order from. The wingstop app does not give you the option to select the wing sauce on the side. I prefer my wings plain then dipped in the sauce when eating them. Because the amount of sauce you want in your wings depends on the flavor of the sauce. This also preserves the crunchiness especially when you ordered it well done. I sure hope developers make this change ASAP so I can start using this app again. I tried calling in my order one time and despite me asking to have the sauce on the side. They forgot and they had to redo the order which I have to wait for to get done. So for the meantime I order my wings from a local wings place since they do what you requested for.

Never received online delivery order. I placed an online delivery order and waited for my order but my order was never delivered to me. When I placed my online order to be delivered to my door I was not given any receipt or confirmation number and was only given a number. I tried calling the number it gave me but the number was out of service. There was no location on where the driver was and after about an hour my order was marked complete. I went outside of my apartments and saw no one, never got my order. There is nowhere I am able to dispute this and I paid $40 for my order (including tip). Since there was no option to dispute this on their app, I tried contacting Doordash and Doordash told me I need to request a refund from Wingstop. So now I am going back and forth and my $40 was stolen from me. Be careful using the app! It’s worked before but not every order will be delivered by a driver so just know if you don’t receive your order or have any issue with your order, expect for the issue to never be resolved and expect for your money to be stolen from you.

You used to be able to.... I was going to complain about certain options no longer available, but I happened to “stumble” across them. It would be better if these options would “show up” either underneath your initial selection, or to the left or right. This way, the user won’t have to “stumble” or accidentally discover that these options are still available. (I’m talking about requesting either all drums or all flats, or requesting to have your wings extra well done.) One last suggestion, when choosing what flavor of sauce, you should have the options of, little sauce, regular, or extra wet, occur below the count number. Again, this way they are in a logical place, and the customer doesn’t have to “stumble” across it way after ordering. ****Also, I’m super disappointed that you no longer have the Teriyaki flavor for wings!!

Horrible app. This is the least intuitive app on the market. Why is it that hundreds of other restaurants can figure this out but Wingstop cannot? Several times I have tried to order through the app and had issues. The most recent time it said I needed to pay for my order (instead of paying at the restaurant) because it was over $50, but the app did not give the option to use my credit card. I've had other examples of ordering the wrong items based on the layout of the app. If I were a Wingstop franchisee I would be furious that this is your franchisor's best effort and I would demand better. Use of this app is an awful shopping experience and I find myself unwilling to order from here because of it. Epic failure.

Really love Wingstop. I do not usually write reviews but decided to do so today.I really love ordering from this company, the wings are always good and I really like that I can choose all flats or all drums. The place I used to order from did not offer that selection and sometimes I would receive less than the amount I ordered or just garbage quality. Wingstop has become my new favorite and has continued to be for the past couple of years. Very consistent and good. Sardellas used to be my go to but after multiple price increases and quality plummeting I am done with them….

App needs work, get it done!. Pro: The wings are great and consistent, the main reason they get my business. Hockey night with the boys, nothing quicker, easier, or better. Con: I use the app to order, but it has a HUGE problem they apparently do not care to resolve. Tap your previous orders, and that come up. You get the price, but you have no way of seeing the orders and what is actually in them, only the price. Question: if I can’t see what ordered previously, exactly how in the hell would I know if I want to order it again?? You have a button that asks to re-order this, but if I don’t know what the order was, why would I want to do that?? It would save both of us time and energy if you would FIX THIS. You get 3 stars because you refuse to fix this problem with your app...and I’m being generous. Franchisers, get corporate to pull their head out and fix it. Your paying them, make them get it done.

Great job Ruby. I went to this Roseville on sunrise Wingstop location for about 5 times. Every time I go here, I’m so impressed with their customer services, food quality and cleanliness. Manager Ruby, always greet me with my first name and a big smile on her face. Other team member also very cheerful when they greet customer. I, myself am in customer service industry. I understand how hard it is to keep a happy face all day. I never write a review in my life. This is my first ever review I wrote. I guess I’m not a review virgin anymore. I just want to say “great job” to Rudy and her team. I very appreciate you.

I’m done with wingstop. Placed an order with wingstop thru Uber Eats and got a call from the driver telling me that Wingstop wasn’t making any food due to their drivers being down. I contacted Uber via the app and was told the issue was outside the area of expertise and that I’d be transferred to a specialist. Once transferred I received a message that they’ll do their best to respond within 6-12 hours. I’m hungry NOW. So I still couldn’t cancel the order. I then called wingstop on Zuni and asked for a refund, the girl in the other end of the line informed me that a refund will take 6-8 days to reach my account! Why, they took the money instantly as soon as the order was placed I should receive an immediate refund. So screw Uber Eats and screw wingstop, there’s always something wrong when it comes to the wingstop on Zuni.

Love the update!. The app looks so much more appealing than it did before and is still very easy to use. I hadn’t ordered Wingstop in a while due to dieting but I’ve started going again every once in a while, and I was impressed at their new items. Although a little disheartened at the loss of the original lemon pepper flavor, the new lemon pepper is just as good, and not spicy (which was my main concern about the change). Oh, and I was also impressed that they now deliver, and the price is reasonable! I haven’t used delivery yet, but I will try it soon.

Semi-adhd friendly. Easy to navigate, easy to make changes. You should be able to choose more than 2 alterations for the sides. For example, Fries with Fry Seasoning, Extra Seasoning, AND Parmesan. But you can add everything you might need to your order. Even extra dips & sides of wing flavors. I like when there’s at least one text field to make a note, but that is not on the Wingstop app. My location never forgot anything so far, and I always order online. But after I tried Hot Honey, I cannot eat here unless Hot Honey is offered. Crossing my fingers they add it permanently!! Oh, please! 🤞🤞

Horrible Service!!!. I placed my order online based on their advertising it was supposed to help eliminate the wait well not in my case! I watched order after order go out the door of people that had come inside and placed their order, even one huge order that was over $134 went out before my little single order!!! No one apologized or offered even an plausible explanation of what the hold up on my order was. I had to request a manager to get my order finally and she was in too big a hurry to even be polite, it was basically hand me my bag and turn around and walk away!! I do not recommend this location at all!!!

UPDATE YOUR APP. I ordered a classic combo when I arrived they said ”enjoy your boneless wings.” PAUSE.... I never order boneless wings. I explained how the app was buggy and was almost unusable. They said ”well that's what you ordered” I said ”nope, that's not what I ordered. And I'm not accepting that bag. Let me talk to your manager.” she said ”I am the manager” I then said ”I am the manager” I'm like ”okay let me get your badge number and your name” then the lady said ”well if you want the wings it's gonna be 17 minutes” I'm like ”okay, that's fine.” Even though I know it takes 14 minutes to make them. But whatever. I don’t blame them. I BLAME THIS APP. It’s been 8 months considering its March 1st 2018 currently as I’m writing this. Do us a favor and make it usable so your not losing money with customers giving people wrong orders. Thanks.

Never again just no. I had ordered a order and after the delivery time to keep on changing and then like two or three times they were keep on changing the people that were delivering it for me, and then it said it was on its way, and it keeps on changing the time changing the times it felt like more than an hour and then after a little while they canceled the order and I’m still waiting for my money to this day. I ordered it like I’m gonna say maybe a week ago or a little bit less and they haven’t give me my money back, if this happens to somebody and you end up getting your money back, just don’t do it anymore don’t order from this app anymore. I recommend either getting DoorDash if you want to buy Wingstop or just don’t get it at all or just go to the real place because I don’t know what is going on.

Outstanding Service. Easy to use, simple to understand! You don’t have to worry about your messing up your order because the app allows you to preview the order and price before checking out. My favorite feature has to be the Favorites, you can add a custom order to your favorites list to reorder another time. This makes it easier to make an order when you’re feeling hungry because it saves the previous order. You can also preview these favorites as well, so when you’re ordering for the superbowl or some other event, you’ll have your order and your cousin’s ready to be placed!

Loads of Problems. Don’t use this app. I’ve used it twice now and have had problems both times. The first time it kept displaying an error message when trying to process a payment. Used a different card and same thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same thing. The second time my order was messed up. Getting a refund requires you going into the store with your items to get a refund. Oh and the best part, they use DoorDash and can’t refund the dash fee, tip, or processing fees for the state your in. The only silver lining, the staff at the specific store was generous enough to figure out a way to almost refund my entire payment. This app is terrible, just use DoorDash because DoorDash has a much more efficient refund department.

Easy App to use quick email confirmation.. The wings are great. The food is a little pricey and I wish they emailed or mailed coupons out more regularly but the food is fantastic. The app is really easy to use and understand. The order process on the app is easy quick and fast. The email confirming your purchase is really fast and it makes the whole thing easier when you arrive at the store front. Also the storefront has priority parking for online orders so there is always a quick easy access parking place to run in and pick up the order and run back out to go home.

Great app but. I love using the app to order. Its so much easier than calling and talking through your order and sometimes getting put on hold when you call...but i’ve noticed some small things you CANT do with the app that I hope gets implemented one day. I love ordering my wings with 2 flavors mixed, but that option doesnt exist on the app. I end up having to call the store to place my order to get Lemon Pepper Original Hot flavors on half while getting a different flavor on the other half. Its my go to order so I stopped using the app since I dont get the option to mix two flavors. Still a great app though and works as intended with no bugs.

Great app. I gave it 4 stars because while it is great it is still lacking in one thing. Over all it’s super user friendly and easy to navigate. Very straight forward and resembles their website, so ordering was nothing out of the ordinary or challenging. I noticed that on the app page it stated they just incorporated signing in with an Apple ID for Iphone users. This feature was big for me as I sign in with my Apple ID for most of my food ordering apps. However, what it lacked and what made me not give this 5 stars is it is missing the option to use Apple Pay. That is it, and I know with time it can be added. *** I hope Apple Pay can be incorporated sooner than than later. That would make this a perfect 5 star app for me! It’s is still a great app to have and utilize during this COVID-19 pandemic. Definitely recommend ordering ahead of time to minimize wait time in line.

Fix your drink options. I used to order through this app all the time. There used to be an option to self serve your drink, which I imagine was taken down due to corona. However, the drink options to choose from include and LIMIT to: Coke, Diet Coke, Dr Pepper, Sprite, Unsweet Tea, Sweet Tea, and Ice Water. There is no existing UI that allows a user to customize their drink options further. This is embarrassing considering theres a whole CocaCola machine inside the store. Until this is fixed, I have to call the store or order inside JUST to make sure I don’t get a drink I don’t want. Tell the devs to fix this by either adding an “Other” option where the user can type in what specific drink flavor they want (i.e maybe they want a “Cherry Dr Pepper” instead of just a “Dr Pepper” or even “Lemonade” which is just not on the current drink choice list) Or... and this is even better, see if CocaCola has an API they can use to give the same virtual selection that exists on the CocaCola machine but through the app. You can even pull the same data as the restaurant so that if a drink option is out in the restaurant it will be disabled through the app 🤗

Can't reorder if any part of past order is unavailable. Don't know why apps mess this up so much. If a past order has any part that can't be added, or if there's any issue, it doesn't make default decisions, it just throws the whole order away and teleports you to checkout an empty cart. For example, I tried reordering my past order from August. It popped up an error saying I need to make a drink selection, then just plopped me into an empty cart. Had to start from scratch. Still, the ordering process was relatively effortless and went through okay. Only complaint is this wild reordering bug.

Not enough options. I’d love to use the app, to save on time spent sitting in the dining room waiting for the food to be made, but there are not enough customization options, nor is there a freeform “special instructions” field. The only ones are really “extra well done” or “all drums”/“all flats” if you’re choosing Classic Wings. When I come here I like the dry rubs, but the regular amount of these seasonings is way too overpowering, so I request them “half seasoning”. I also like to get some plain wings and use a dip instead. Being able to request the flavor sauce “on the side” or get a dipping sauce (such as ranch) with plain wings. To order wings “plain” and get a side of ranch (or other flavor) on the app currently involves an up charge.

Saves prior orders, allows complete customization. This app is awesome. Once you login, you can easily select re-order for prior orders, delivery, when you want it delivered, and changes like where do you want more or less seasoning. The fact that you can edit each item however you want it makes it so convenient to order exactly what everyone wants. It definitely helps that the food is always great, and because of this app I know I order more often because they make it so easy!

App was good just 3rd party was the issue. So I downloaded the app and decided to tú the delivery option this time. Was easy to get done and no problems with navigating the app. So it shows the progress and order time for drop off which was cool. The problem was not with the restaurant but with DoorDash who runs the delivery for them. The app said the people have not picked up my order so 15 mins after my delivery time I called the dasher and she was having issues with her app to pick it up and there is no way to contact door dash by phone so I ended up going To pickup the wings my self now by this time I had been a good while that my wings were there and now they were cold and as I walked in to the store the dasher was just picking up my order about an hour after it was suppose to be at my house. So I stopped the dasher and we talked I took the wings she said she was sorry which it’s not her fault was the app she was using and she went on her way. So I talked to the manager here and she hooked me up with cooking me a new order and making it fresh so app wise was great DoorDash was the fail on this that’s why it got a 3 but in the end yummy wings in my belly

Litty Like A Ti**y. LOOOOOOVE Wingstop. I appreciate that they appreciate a variety in flavors. I live in a small town and Wingstop isn’t the only place for wings but the only competitor for a variety in wing flavors is Buffalo Wild Wings. While I love me some mild wings… I’m in love with the Spicy Korean, Louisiana Rub & Garlic Parmesan flavors that are accompanied with the crispiest of wings from Wingstop 😍😍 AND the Wingstop FINALLY allowed paying ahead through the app. Hallelujah 🙌🏼 That’s all they were missing was that one small feature. Everything else is already a great time, every time 🤤

Yum. The Wingstop app on iPhone is fantastic! It's user-friendly and easy to navigate, making ordering my favorite wings a breeze. The app also allows me to track my orders, view my past orders, and even schedule future orders. I love the convenience of being able to order my food right from my phone, without having to wait on hold or in line. The app's design is visually appealing and adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Wingstop app for anyone who loves their wings!

Free delivery. I thought the app was great. That was until you offered a promotion about “free delivery day” and then made me drive to the location after paying and tipping? It even ordered it in a whole different location than what I selected, so I called the restaurant and they told me they couldn’t help me get a refund and that it was on the apps end that had to do it. After I looked at the email it said I needed to contact the local restaurant to cancel/change order, so I called them back and they refused to pick up after 3 times of calling. I went there to try and cancel in person and they still gave me the same excuse about it being on the apps end. Ridiculous I paid for a tip that I thought someone would be delivering. Who does that tip even go to now???? Food was good lol but that wasn’t the ideal location to pick up at

Recently disappointed. My husband and I love WingStop. Love the food and love the fact that, twice a month, we can come home and relax and not have to worry about cooking dinner because we order from the app to have wings delivered. Recently however, the app is not allowing delivery. It allows us to choose the delivery option, but when I put in the order and click to pay, a prompt comes up stating: ‘orders over $20 cannot be delivered.’ We thought that was strange, as most places want to you to order more food and therefore spend more money, which were completely fine with in this wing situation. However, when we made the order smaller and under $20 and then clicked to pay, a similar prompt came up stating: ‘orders under $20 cannot be delivered.’ Which makes more sense but is a lie since we had tried to place an order over $20 and it still wouldn’t allow us to order. Unfortunately, with this new update or ‘bug’, we, at this time, have decided that we will get our wings somewhere else. If the app is updated back to the way it should be working and allows orders over $20 to be delivered then we will consider ordering again. We just thought the developers of the app ought to know that they are losing the company money. Also, anyone who reads these comments before deciding to order ought to know that when considering a delivery order, you won’t be able to.

Options removed. Wingstop is my wife’s and my treat for the week - every Friday we order Wingstop. The app was great I could order it in just the right time to put my kids to sleep then go pick it up without having to step away. The new app is very good and easy to use, but recently they removed 2 key options that without them don’t allow me to use the app. Making the wings and fries well done and selecting if I want all drums or all flats. I use both those options every time I order but recently those options are not there. I’m going to call my order in today, but without these options that removes the convince of the app and ability to quietly order and time it out. Unfortunately this might lead us to order from somewhere else moving forward. I will def update the review / stars if this gets fixed.

Day after Super Bowl LVII. I wasn’t able to enjoy a meal on Super Bowl Sunday due to a procedure I was having done the next day. My first meal after the procedure was Wing Stop in Evanston. This is the first location I tried in 2008 when they opened. I like this location of all the locations I’ve tried. The original owner Maria, sold the place during COVID-19. I thought the food would change but it hadn’t. I think it has had several owners since Maria. LHowever, the customer service can be better. After many complaints I can see the service is getting better but still requires some improvement. They should treat every customer the same. English is not spoken well at this location nor is it understood. However, I must say the food hasn’t changed and that is the only thing that keeps me coming back.

Use APP!!. I sometimes find myself ordering just for ease of use the app delivers. Not only do the wings always come out perfectly cooked to my specifications and on time at stone drive in KINGSPORT Tn, they’re correctly assorted and a complete order. I’m never missing anything and the staff is always smiling, I order using the app, super simple quick n very user friendly ! This place fills my happy place. P.S. Cajun fries are loaded with seasoning, to my liking, a little intense so lite is a suggestion if your not searching for that Cajun all in ya mouth feeling. And the ranch... I stuff my mouth with frys and pour the ranch in, but shhhh that’ll be our little secret!

Amazing over haul from the ground up!. The app has finally gotten a long over due redesign, I think it should’ve been like this two years ago at least. Anyway, the app now actually looks like a lot of effort went into it and it no longer looks like a cheap and generic design. Awesome work! My only suggestions are that we should be able to add a valid payment card in the settings without needing to use it for an order first, especially since it was used and recognized prior to this over haul. And the starting an order button covers up the nearest/favorite location on the home screen so that was a bit confusing at first. Maybe change that around some? Again, awesome design!

The app needs improvement.. This review is not for any location but specifically for the app itself. I live near at least 5 Wing Stop Restaurants and the app never lets me place my order. Ive had to call every single time to place it over the phone. They’ve asked me to update it, delete and redos load but nothing works. A message pops up saying that at the moment the order can’t be placed, to call the restaurant, it doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of day. And if you’ve been to wing stop, they’re usually really busy so when you have to call and order over the phone, they place you on hold and you have to wait over 20 minutes for assistance. The app doesn’t work, needs improvement.

Not so cooked to order in the app. Wingstop stands a premier choice for wings and this app does not deliver on the excellent product that is available in the store or by calling in. The app does not provide options in the wing selection for extra crispy, more or less seasoning/sauce, and/or extra tossed like you can get if you call a Wingstop location. The app violates the sales slogan of “SAUCED, TOSSED, AND COOKED TO ORDER” and leads to bad restaurant reviews that could be avoided with the above options. Please fix this and give your customers the options that allow restaurants to live up to the expectations of the slogan above. It also makes it very hard for Wingstop to be the place “WHERE FLAVOR GETS ITS WINGS.” This is a crucial fix that some of us are actually willing to pay a bit more to have the additional options.

I loved it but one thing.. 😔🤌 is there no longer a pay in store option? Bc sometimes I have had my cash ready before and then I have to pay with my card and then today again, had the cash and I had to pay with my card. I really don’t want to be touching the money on my card, so that’s why I have my pocket money for my food.

Orders delayed for 90+ min…. Would you look at adding a feature to the app that helps give a realistic time on when the order is ready? I waited until my order said it was ready but found out it isn’t. I’m watching the team at our location struggle because everyone showed up thinking their wings are ready. They had way to many orders at one time to even have a chance to get it all ready. The team is working hard in the kitchen but now the place is filled with upset customers. A simple adjustment to your app and online that would lett the staff update online orders with real times could have prevented this.

App issue!. I just tried to order my meal and when I got to the pay part for the delivery the app kept saying that the information on my card was wrong and it kept declining it, and when I would go to double check ,and try to submit it again, it would give me these weird numbers and say it’s an invalid address. And I was confused because my card was working just fine when I had use earlier in the day . I kept trying but it kept denying it and then today I wake up and see that I was charged $25 for an order that I never received and they apparently never got. I called customer service and I am hoping I can get my money back. I will not be using their app ever again.

Great experience. Ordering on the app was extremely convenient and I asked for my order to be ready at 7 PM and wouldn’t you know at 7 PM on the dot they were calling my name inside the restaurant. This was absolutely perfect as I had two other restaurant stops for pick ups for a family gathering this evening. Excellent customer service. My hope is the food is as great as the service was. Top-notch job done by the Garner, NC crew.

Needs a Rewards System!!!. The app’s ease of use to place online orders is great. I have a huge gripe however with the company’s lack of access to promo codes and a rewards system. Many chains are offering free food after every few purchases and having some free wings every now and again for loyalty and support for the customers would be a fantastic add. Add a rewards system so more and more customers can enjoy the fruits of their loyalty and so I can change this three star to a five star review.

Great use of technology to improve their wing business!. Wow, it has been a year or so since I first reviewed this app, a lot has changed. Giving this 5* now due to the continuous improvements that Wingstop has made in their technology, both on the mobile ordering app and in-stores. Everything works as it should, UI is easy to use. One suggestion, in-store I can request flavors as dips, app only allows to specify ranch, blue cheese or no dip. It would be nice if I could order a side of mild or hot sauce in place of my dip selection.

Easy. Convenient.. Ok so I LOVE Wingstop and this app does save you time as far as waiting in like me then waiting 20 min for your food. HOWEVER...the pick up time is never correct. It's a little annoying because there is no way for the store to change the ASAP pick up time if they're busy. Trouble is, if you wait too long, fries are cold and GROSS. I just give them an extra 5-10 min every time and it's never ready. That is my only gripe. Like I said, I love Wingstop, so I will continue to use the app and wait for my food :)

Order review. I truly loved being able to order food in a timely manner on an app and off an email of a deal that you guys sent to my wife and we got to share the experience together this was a great time efficient we both work have a job and now we’re just the opportunity to blow off some steam over some delicious food thank you Wingstop.

App works fine; employees not so much. The app allows customization etc. My first use was simple; no special requests. They got it wrong at the store. The app had it right. It worked great. Ordered 5 classic and 5 boneless. Didn’t get any boneless. Fries were cold. Ordered to pickup at 3:30. Went early so I’d get it hot out the fryer. It was already sitting. Why allow for a pickup time if you make the food whenever and just let it sit until cold? I will try again with a different shift of workers.

Unhappy customer. Let me start by saying I love wingstop especially the garlic Parmesan Wings. My last 2 visits has left a bad taste in my mouth literally. On one visit I ordered my usual garlic Parmesan double fried when I got home the wings not only weren’t double fried but they weren’t completely done I had to recook them I live about 11 miles away from the nearest restaurant. On the last visit I ordered the same this time the wings were so salty I couldn’t eat them. I hate this because it’s my favorite wing place.

Awesome App. Hats off to the dev team. This app is so easy to use and seamless to navigate. Signing up is easy with Google and Apple integrations. Setting permissions to use location services was easy and let me find the WingStop closest to me. Even ordering and selecting special instructions, choosing wing counts for each sauce, and checkout was so easy (I used Apple Pay 😎). I am keeping this app saved on my device for next time. Great Job! 👏

could be improved but not awful. The app itself is not bad, the new layout is much better and more attractive than before. However, there should be a section where you can write in your own special instructions for you order. For example, I like to order the lemon hot flavor on my wings but the app doesn’t have that as a flavor and there is no way of writing it in on the app either. I usually have to make a phone call to order the flavor. So a special instructions box would be greatly appreciated.

Convenient. I think ordering food online is one of the biggest blessings in the modern era. People need to download apps like these so they can stop bothering the workers about things “taking too long” and “not being fresh enough” with this app you can schedule an order and like magic when you arrive at your selected pick up time, it’s ready! If you like to order ahead and hate waiting in person like myself this is perfect :)

Fast and Responsive- Please Read. This is a fast and response app-it's very well optimized and the pick up times have been 100% right so far (I've used it around 15-20 times). It's easy to use and the layout is simple and to the point. However, I would like a "Specials" subsection in case I'm interested in a special posted in the store window. Change that (it might be difficult to implement correctly as each store can choose to have a special or not so they have to say so store by store) and I will give this app a perfect rating of 5/5.

Looks like they Fixed App issue!!. I read that previous review regarding the inability to see your past order details. I see all mine just fine. Wingstop either fixed it, OR, User Error!! Doh! By the way, cleaner, simpler, faster, is the way to go on Apps. Good job to the mobile team for keeping a things simple! BTW, can’t believe the reviews are about mobile app UX. Stop sweating it people, and get to the food! 😊 Love them Wings and Voodoo Fries!!

Love the app, needs a Special Notes section. The app is quick and easy to use. However there is no option for extra sauce (such as extra buffalo sauce) on the side. Even if we had to pay for this or to be able to request in a special notes section. Otherwise the app is smooth to use and quick to re-order a previous order. Also, there is no option for medium wings - although they are available in the store.

We Love Wing Stop❤️. My kids love Wingstop. Consistently good & I like that they try new flavors. I ordered online so we can pick up easily this time around & was dissatisfied they didn’t have a tip section. I know not everyone can afford to tip online especially if they are picking it up themselves BUT I like to give a few bucks tip since I can & I appreciate the kids out there working. Just a thought to add that as an option Wing Stop:)

Really easy to order. Wingstop has made such big upgrades on their app. It used to be so hard to order and now it practically rushed me to their checkout, gave me the option to use Apple Pay and before you know it I only had 16 minutes to make it to my nearest Wingstop. Super happy with them. Would love to see a reward system but still happy.

Pretty good app, needs Apple Pay. App is not bad, can save my fave order and location and get it reordered in a couple of taps (although you can’t really see what your fave orders actually are until checkout, so you have to name it fairly precisely or you’ll forget). Only drawback is they don’t support Apple Pay in the app so you either need to go through the pain of entering all of your card info or wait in line and pay in the restaurant.

Great App. App is responsive, easy to scroll on, easy to customize orders, and browse the menu. Too many food ordering apps are glitchy, take too long to look at the menu, have too many pop-ups, or make customizing your order difficult but this app has none of those problems and is super fluid and easy to use.

Should add an option for light sauce or on side. In the past we have gotten an order that was way over sauced and I get that it happens. Not knocking the business I just think it would be convenient to have an option that says “light sauce or sauce on the side”. Didn’t see a special instructions free text or anything so I had to call the store and they were super nice about it.

Fast & easy!. We use this app all the time and are impressed with how easily we can place our orders. Plus it doesn’t get bogged down with trying to process the purchase, you just pay at the restaurant! Very simply and no issues of your info getting lost or stolen when buying things online. Our order is consistently made exactly to what we request and is always on time. Great job!

Unsatisfied customer. I was on the phone trying to place my order and I was holding on for over 10 minutes and then someone picked up and put me on hold again this is ridiculous to have to deal with this I end up ordering online and they still haven’t picked the phone back up and now I’m writing this review 🥲🥲🥲

Wingstop Rocks!. We moved to a new community and discovered the world of Wingstop. My 14-year-old son could live on WS. He loves the mild all flats and brownie. I absolutely love your App. Makes it so easy and convenient to hit reorder. We have even ordered wings to round out our Christmas Eve buffet of snacks. We have turned on lots of friends and family to Wingstop. Just wish there were specials in bone-in wings and not just boneless. The managers and staff at the Lawrence, KS store are really customer-oriented and keep the store clean and inviting. Thanks Wingstop!

Best customer service ever. I live in Lynchburg VA. So me and my sister got some food and waited about 10 minutes. We grabbed our food and left but they forgot my fries. So I went back in their and told them about it. They believed me and gave me my fries. But the guy working there gave me a FREE BROWNIE!!! That’s why it is the best customer service I have ever had. Also the food was really good and if it’s your first time going. Get the original hot. Best ones there. (Besides the atomic ones).

New UI In Love. The UI looks really nice. Large icons that fill up my screen with images of the chicken so I can see what I’m buying. One thing I would love from this is app is push notifications for when 60 cent wings are going on or if there are any promotions going on. Also it’d be nice if they can send offers through the app as well. Sort of like an app exclusive deal. That would be really nice just to show appreciation for the customers. Other than that everything is perfect.

Couple things to fix, but it’s still a great app. Great app, but you can’t update your order after you get to the review page. It will open it, but only let’s you change the type of wings, and doesn’t go any farther. Fix that and it’ll be excellent. Love that you can save your favorite order; it’d be useful if you could pull that up and make slight changes (like wing flavor selection ratio) and be done. Other than that, it’s is easy to use and only takes a minute to order. 👍🏼

2011-present. My W.S team always got my back. From me living in the FO-PO hood and getting my gear from 82nd stop, they did me right always, and if they didn’t the next time I always got hooked up, living in my new spot and when MLK opened up. I’ve had nothing but quality goods from them. I see what W.S is bringing to the table every time and what they want you to taste. Loyal fan and eatery

Love. Even though I love this place the first experience in Rome wasn’t so good, however even after 45 mins waiting on food and them having to redo it due to messing it up, the food was good. I wish the app , had a place to leave instructions due to celiac and wanting them to know about cross contamination. Hopefully all will be fine after the amount I just ordered for pickup.

Need a separate pick up order line. Ordered food, drove all the way to pick it up. Waited in line for 15-20 minutes while some girls placed a complicated order, wanted to split payments, employee didn't know how to work the computer, food back there cold as hell.... ended up leaving without picking up my food. Went to the restaurant next door. Not going to spend $20 on cold chicken that comes frozen in a bag in the first place

Easy for oldies. I am not very tech savvy and I find this app easy to use. It steps you through the process of preserving with no confusion. The reason I was prompted to write the review is because, unlike some other restaurant apps, you get an immediate email confirming your order as soon as you place it. There is no having to wonder whether they received it or calling the store to confirm; or even worse, getting there only to find out they never got it.

Wingstop. After all of the new restaurants that came to town, this one is by far one of my favorites. We had Cheddars and after 4 bad orders, I’m done. We had Panda Express and it’s not good at all. They are usually out of options by 8:00 pm. Wingstop however has homemade fries and their wings are delicious. That’s coming from someone that isn’t usually a wing person. But I am a foody. And I enjoyed this meal very much!

Good app but needs some work. I’m very happy with how fluid and quick it is, but when it comes to being specific, they need to fix that. For example, when I want to order 15 wings, they only have the two flavor choice. How come there not that extra charge option when I want a third flavor? It’s a little thing, but it’s still annoying that I can’t choose that on the app. You could do that at the store or through phone order.

Simply convenient. Ordering ahead just got easier, and with delivery options even better than before ! I love how it saves my recent orders in case I want to order again. Locating the nearest location gets even easier with the app; before this I would need to Google/Apple map it, select it, look for their number to call and order...this app has it all all you really do is look for what you want and order it.

Repeat customer. I love Wingstop in every state I go to. I wish you guys would develop some sort of point system like Buffalo Wild Wings. I spend wayyyy to much money with you guys not to be able to earn some sort of rewards. Not to mention you don’t have one by my house so I have to drive 30 min away to get there ( eat my food out there ) then 30 min back home. My kids and I make it a outside movie night because of the distance. Please expand the Wingstop in Minnesota so more people can have access to them.

Trust your guts. I made an order through the app for two individual combos. I only received one order and the fries where NOT seasoned. I immediately called the store, thank god I live around the corner. Issue being resolved. Either way employees should be paying more attention when putting the orders together for customers. I know we should double check ourselves too but stuff like this SHOULD not be happening. I am HANGRY and i love me some wing stop. But stuff like this is truly heartbreaking for a true food lover. I’ll still make business with WingStop but I’ll stick the one on S Post Oak, they’re they truly honor customer service. Thank you happy Friday the 13th.

Boneless Wing Combo. My wife and I eat at the Turlock Wingstop every other weekend and for the most part it’s very good. But there are times where the wings barely had any sauce on them, or they were Luke warm when we brought them home. The cooks need to take better pride in making this food or get better cooks that actually care and don’t just look at it as a paycheck. Take pride in your work no matter what it is!

Doesn’t Load Saved Payment Info. This app consistently asks for payment info when you’ve already saved it. I don’t always carry my wallet on me. It doesn’t interface with Apple Pay either. Wasting a customer’s time to find their card info even though it appears to be saved in the profile. You also can’t edit the billing info for saved cards. Get with the times. Add the mobile payment options to this app and do a better job of keeping existing info available for use.

This app is awesome!. This app is not perfect; but I have not run into any issues at all. I’m able to order my meal it’s simple enough to use and the Wingstop where I’m at does pretty well about having my order ready on time. Only way it could be better and 5-starred is if maybe they include points or coupons for using it so much; have a member ship; or something intuitive to get rewarded for using the app. I am a customer that eats from their 1-3 times a week so I think I deserve it lol.

Updated?. There used to be a wing stop by my house they close down. I cateredMy birthday party with them once like 10 years ago. They were not that great and I never went back. This is a new location and wow. Everything has been delicious I don’t know if they revamped or the other one was just not good. But this location is so tasty and delicious I’m so glad we gave him another chance

Was charged 600$ due to an error.. This app apparently has a very common issue, where if you ever modify an order, it charges you AGAIN for the order. I was charged 600$ because the app was incorrectly recording the time I had selected for my order to be ready. I chose 5:30, and it would say “Your order will be ready at 6:30!” So I did what anyone would and modified the order to make sure I chose the correct time. Again, said 6:30. So I tried placing it for 5:15, and it STILL said 6:30. So I said fine, I’ll play your stupid game and chose 4:30. “Your order will be ready at 5:30!” Great... Little did I know, it charged me ALL FOUR TIMES my order was modified and ended up costing me 600$ which they would not address tonight. The app has no support, only feedback option. So I called the wingstop location I had placed the order for, and the manager told me this happens all the time!!! What a horrible horrible app!!! This REALLY needs to be fixed. This will cost people a lot of money.

Best Wings in Henderson!. I love this place! Not only do they fry their chicken wings and strips PERFECTLY, they offer a wide variety of flavors or, if you choose, plain; their sides have all the regulars: fries, veggies and dips, they also serve fried corn on the cob cut into discs, which are both fun to eat and lucious; they must have a Korean chef because their Korean offer is as good a ko chee jang sauce as one made by grandma’s hands. High praise and very well-deserved. Keep up the good work and keep getting new clients.

So much better than ordering by phone. I’ve had some terrible experiences ordering over the phone. Long hold times, miss placed orders, and rushed order takers are just a few of the issues. This app solved all of that. Great customization options and even found out new things I could ask for. The only thing that will make this app better is if it accepted apple pay. Really happy with the experience. Great job app developers!!!

Great service all around. Food was amazing even with a drive home. Fries could have been warmer but as they are a newer restaurant that’s to be expected with such a busy rush. That being said, they were still warm and not solid styrofoam sticks like McDonald’s when they get warm. They still tasted great at a warm temp. I think with the right attitude from customers this restaurant can thrive. Will definitely be our go to wing place from now on!

Almost Perfect. The app is wonderful, I use it all the time! Easy to use clear instructions. The only thing I wish the app had was an option to customize the wings “wet” with extra sauce. It’s a bit of an inconvenience having to call the restaurant seconds after submitting my order to let them know I want the wings extra saucy. App is Great tho, and I will continue using it for years to come regardless.

Good wings, great service and decent dining room. Recommended for all looking for Wings on the go!!! The space isn’t very big, but if you want a huge dining room then you should go to B-dubs. Takes a while to get the order filled. A way to mitigate this is to order using the app, website or by phone. Otherwise, there are a couple of TVs with good shows on them and a clean dining room. The price is manageable, be ready to spend $50+ when you are ordering for 4 or more people.

Excellent Service at Wingstop on Tualatin. I am a customer and a Doordash Driver. The Manager-Drew is someone who leads by example. Whenever we go to pickup an order, he is right in the kitchen working with and helping his crew completing orders. He is very respectful to customers. He has some of the nicest and respectable young people who work for him. As a customer it is one of our favorite restaurants to go to and we have always had great food and a great experience.

Broken App/Bad Service. Every time I try to order on the app and get to the payment screen the “place order” button is grayed out. I have triple checked that everything was filled out properly, I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app but it never works. I don’t have cell service at home, so calling in an order is more hassle than it’s worth. During my last visit my cashier couldn’t form words or tell me what my total was. The fries were cold as if they just came out of a refrigerator. Beyond disappointed with Wingstop. You are a huge chain and should at least have a functioning app and warm food.

More things to add to app. This app would get 4 stars but it is really missing some features important add on to your meals. At one point it was there and then it was removed. For some reason my wings are seasoned enough and I for the price that we pay they should taste the way I want them to. Please add to when you pick your wing flavors extra seasoning on your wings. You have them for the fries and to cook them well done. I always have to call them to ask them to add extra seasoning to my wings. It normally the lemon pepper and the dry rub mixes.

Excellent service. I have been going to this location for quite a while and every time every time that I’ve went into this location they have been very respectful. Food has been awesome and restaurant is clean. Thank you guys so much for your awesome customer service as myself being a general manager for a location, I would say you guys are doing a fabulous job. Thank you so much for your hard work.
