Love Factor!. There are so many reasons to sing Factor’s praises, but I’ll keep it succinct. Factor saves me *so much* time between driving into town (and the gas expense), shopping, prepping, cooking, and washing dishes that it effectively pays for itself. Time is money and Factor saves me a ton of time so it’s definitely worth the money, to me. I also love it because of the variety of dishes they have available to select from. It is super easy to change weekly deliveries or add additional meals or add-ons. The food is actually pretty decent, but especially for mass produced food. The food is so well vacuum-sealed that every meal they send can last 7-8 days in the refrigerator, probably longer if it’s not seafood…who knows? But, that is besides the point because you’ll come to a point rather quickly about how many meals you need to order based on your habits. Thank you, Factor, for helping me reclaim a good chunk of my time, helping me eat delicious and healthy food, and for only having to wash a fork (maybe a steak knife) after each meal.

Factor is great. I adore factor meals. The food tastes great and I love being able to browse and select meals. I have certain favorites for sure but I enjoy ordering like 3 of my favorite and trying new ones too. Every meal has been good. It’s also been very easy to skip weeks when it doesn’t work- it’s not at all a headache, it’s just easy. I really sincerely wish there were an option to make food peanut-safe. At present I order every other week at most but my daughter has a life threatening peanut allergy so if there were a way to make meals peanut-safe, then I would order every single week…we would go through the meals faster and be able to have them as family dinners instead of just at work-lunches. Please please please, just eliminate peanuts in your kitchen! They don’t add much and it would add so much value to my life if that problem could just be eliminated. I promise I will order every single week without fail if my child could eat it too.

First Food Subscription Purchase. As a full time working wife, I have been wanting to try a food subscription box to help me save precious time after a long day of work. We live a Ketogenic lifestyle and I’ve seen ads and heard really good reviews on Factor. I am non comital so the flexibility of the subscription box made me feel comfortable. Was impressed with the menu options and actually had hard time deciding as I only wanted 6. Received my first box today and tried our first meal Red Wine Coke Ground Beef with garlic butter green beans. Wow. Both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with quality and flavor of food. Best of all it was carb friendly and took less then ten minutes for a well rounded perfectly portioned dinner! I looked ahead at next weeks menu and too many good options so bumped my order to 8 meals! I typically wouldn’t speak too soon and leave review but am just that impressed with the quality, service, menu options, flavor and convenience of time savings back to my life! Thank you Factor!

BEWARE!!!!!! SCAM. I downloaded this app to see what kind of meals they offered, and they require you to submit payment info BEFORE looking at their menu (red flag). But that's not the craziest part, after checking out the menu and making the decision to NOT go with this service, I cancelled my subscription/membership within 10 minutes of activating it. Mind you, the soonest scheduled delivery was 10 days out. Under the cancellation clause, it states orders can only be cancelled during processing and 7 days BEFORE scheduled delivery. I was shown a notification stating my order and account was cancelled. Tell me how 4 days after I seemingly cancelled this service AND well within regards to their timeframe, they took over $100 out of my account anyway and scheduled a delivery even though it was "cancelled". Customer support is not helpful, and you'll end up going through several automated bot messages before you eventually connect to someone. Aside from the food options being sub par at best, their lack of integrity and service is what really takes the cake. I do not recommend this app or service to anyone unless you want your money stolen from you, and to desperately try and get it back. Time to dispute the charges with my bank 👍

Overrated and Nasty. This is worse than Stouffer’s for five times the price for no reason. People saying this is well seasoned are lying. I ordered “flavorful” meals that tasted like the box they came out of before I doctored them like I was on call at Grey-Sloan Memorial. I won’t call this a scam, but it certainly is highway robbery if I’ve ever had my pockets picked. -3/10 would not recommend. Do not let the other comments lie to you if you actually know what seasoned food tastes like. I have no reason to lie. As a person with a schedule as busy as mine, I live off meal prep apps and helpful things like Hello Fresh and the like, but this should not make the cut. Every brand you can find in the frozen box dinner section of your local grocery store will satisfy you more than Factor. If the premise is “ready-made-meals” then the meals should actually come ready and not come as food that I basically have to do everything else myself to taste make it taste good. That’s a crazy waste of time and money. And no “We’re sorry you had that experience. We care about your feedback and blah blah blah” can change the fact that this food is nasty and tastes like the box it comes in for a price that would be better spent at the grocery store or a nice restaurant where the food is actually guaranteed to be good and taste like something real.

The worst costume service. I always order from factor75 and had no issues, I work overseas so I called on November to pause all activities the operator said we paused until may1st that’s when I get back home… today I wake up and they have charged me, ok that’s fine I can call and maybe they can fix it ! 4 times I get an agent and everytime they cancel the call on me and I tell them that these phone calls they cost money and none of them actually care at this point I don’t know if my account is fixed or I will get reimbursed. The food will go to my house and sit outside until I get rotten. I honestly never been treaded like this from any costumer service in my life like this… it is what it is you can have the money bunch very very incompetent people working on the phone, thank you for nothing !!! After 4 times I called the 5th time I spoke to Helen and finally she resolved the problem and she was very nice I never had problems with factor75 as the matter fact I love them but I just have a problem with people that don’t do there job properly!!

Food is great with distribution problems. So I will start with the good. The food is really good and the ease of making a great dinner is perfect. Two minutes and you have a well balanced delicious meal. Now for the down side. After being offered a special deal, I ordered. Two of the meals were free. Long story short, my delivery was missing two meals. And of those that did arrive two of the meals were wrong. I called. They did apologize and say they were short that week. I received an ok credit even though I would have just preferred they get it correct. They assured me it wouldn’t happen again the next week. Well the next week it did. They shorted me two meals again. I was disappointed. Of course I called. This time the credit they offered was much smaller and I had to argue to get them process a refund instead of a credit towards future meals. So they offer a great deal but don’t follow through. And it is not fun calling to hassle with getting a refund. They need better distribution management and then I would definitely recommend.

Yummy. Received my meals today. Perfectly packed. Heavy. Fit in my mini frig. Decided to heat the first meal , sun dried chicken with zucchini strands. Opened the package, plastic was a little hard to get off. This was good as I assumed it would keep the product fresh. Noticed that the portion looked smaller than I’m used to. This was a sign I had been over eating. The meal did indeed take 2 mins. For me I don’t appreciate molten food, it was a perfect temp. Chopped all the chicken, placed the zucchini in with the chicken and sun dried tomato gravy mixed it up. Wow was that good! The service can get a little pricey. However if you think about what you are purchasing and paying, and processing the food yourself time energy etc. this is delivered to your door fully prepped! Seriously this is what I was looking for! Can’t wait for my next meal, sincerely im very full right now!

Overall working well. I have tried this service for three or four weeks now. The food is overall very tasty and a stress reliever to just throw it in the microwave for a couple minutes and you’re ready to eat. My first order was late and questionable regarding how cold it was kept so that wasn’t a good start, but Customer Service was prompt to refund the shipping fee and they said they would refund the food fee which I am waiting on still. Since then, everything has been on time. I think the meals are a little expensive, but I am still trying it out because I like not having to do any preparation and still have some variety. I wish there was an option to sort more specifically for excluding meals that have certain ingredients that I don’t like, but overall, it’s very user-friendly. I like the reminders to check my menu to make sure I have what I want on order.

Great food, just a few things to help improve!. Overall this is quick and easy. It saves me a lot of time and the food is really good(I’d give food five stars, but I’ve had a few hiccups for how much money I’m spending). Only heads up or suggestion I have is careful when you select your meals because more than just your preference shows up on the list. For example I put my preference as “keto” and I assumed I would have all those options on my meal list. I did see all the keto options plus all the others, so when I made my first selection for meals for the week half of them I couldn’t eat because I noticed they were very high in carbs. I went to write an email about this problem, but there was no email listed for me to contact them. The only other thing I’d say, is the meals are very good but most are fairly high in salt, I know this probably helps them keep and with the flavor, but slightly lower salt would be preferred for myself personally. Overall I can say I appreciate how this has helped me stay on my diet, and not having the weekly meal prep is great!

Absolute worst company. I am extremely disappointed with Factor’s customer service and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. When I needed to postpone a box delivery because I couldn’t pick it up, I faced significant resistance from their customer service team. It wasn’t until I threatened to initiate a chargeback on my credit card that they finally took action. After a frustrating back-and-forth, I was given credit for my next box. However, when I attempted to use this credit, I discovered they only applied enough to leave me with a remaining balance of $9.99, effectively forcing me to order another box. This tactic strikes me as highly predatory and dishonest. As a result of this experience, I have canceled my service with Factor and will be sharing my negative experience on multiple review platforms. The food, which was mediocre at best, is simply not worth the hassle and poor treatment from their customer service. Factor needs to drastically improve their approach to customer service if they hope to retain customers.

Impressed. I didn’t have very high expectations so I was super surprised by the flavor packed microwave meals! They were ready to eat in Minutes. Super easy no prep time or major clean up! We have subscribed to a weekly meal delivery service for two years and for a few dollars cheaper it took an hour before we could sit to eat. It is also a great service and helped me learn to cook and try new dishes as well as quality time in the kitchen when hubby and I would cook together but this has been a crazy few weeks and a lot of our meals have gone to waste because we had no time to cook it were to tired so these meals were the perfect solution at about what we would spend for fast food (we spent $30 for the two of us at Taco Bell just last night with no drinks! We don’t get a lot either maybe a couple tacos and a burrito each and quesadilla to share). These micro wave meals out a HUGE smile on my husbands face, our taste buds were dancing and we had happy bellies after!

Not too happy.. Had no idea that all this was auto pay. And direct selection by factor. The meals that were chosen I do not like it was explicit when I first signed up. I’ve never eaten tofu in my life I’m 65 years old. I’m a meat and potatoes guy and there’s not one entrée on here that resembles that. Right now I’m not happy with this at all. my first daughter came on Saturday and it seemed OK at the time. They were quite a few dinners because of the 50% off that I got. But then my credit card was billed again today two days later. I don’t have the room to put those new dinners so I’m gonna have to refuse them. Not to mention the fact that I don’t like those either, so why don’t you just cancel my subscription it’ll be easier that way. Tacos every once in a while and some chili but I’m not a Southwest man kind of person and that was never what I signed up for. I will contact you sometime in the morning to make sure everything is canceled. Thank you.

Great Food; Awful App with Lackluster Features. The food is hands down really good and can accommodate different diets. However the app is frustrating to use. It’s not smooth moving around the app at all. If you hit the back button on a page it takes you back to the main screen and not the previous page. When your meals are ordered for the next week you can go view it on the main screen, it takes you to the orders history tab with a different layout. It’s sometimes difficult to edit your meals and save it. Also, my biggest gripe is that you cannot view meals you have rated. I just finished speaking with customer service where they confirmed there is no way to view this on the app or website. They were able to pull a list of meals showing as my favorites that they said is used for the auto meal references for upcoming weeks. However that list is inaccurate. It was missing meals I love or always order and almost everything on the list I did not like (short list). So when you rate meals….it’s all for nothing 🤷🏽‍♀️. I was told to look at my order history to see what I ordered in the past (at least 10 weeks worth of meals) and remember what I liked/disliked 🙄. Other meal boxes have this option for the customer to review at any time without contacting support. This helps with future orders. For the amount of money spent the app and website should be better. I’ll be writing down which meals I like in the mean time if I choose to stick with them.

Healthy Livesaver. I was hesitant to get pulled into the Factor scene because I didn’t want to be scammed and receive low quality food for an unparalleled cost. I work 10 and 12 hour shifts in a high intensity environment and my days off, I often travel to visit family and friends or just stay in and relax. In either circumstance, I value balanced nutrition, and I struggle to get in enough protein. Two meal boxes in to Factor and I am so insanely thankful I took the risk. When I get my Factor boxes, I throw them directly into the freezer. Then, I pull them out when I need a random meal or two within my week. This has taken a significant load of stress off my back from having to make sure I am always meal prepped because now I have a wholesome, filling, delicious option to fill in the gaps. I will continue to use this service, as this company has really set health-aware, yet busy and sometimes overwhelmed people up for more success in their day-to-day!

DO NOT GET THIS!!!Not worth it. I would rather drag my tired body to the grocery store weekly or even daily than deal with the ridiculousness that is factor meals. As a single travel nurse this seemed like a great option to get good meals without wasting money on groceries. However I waste more money with this app. The fact that they automatically charge you weekly is absurd, and pick meals for you. This takes away the decision process, I’d rather it be the opposite where I have to confirm meals/delivery that week or they won’t send meals. My address is constantly changing and with my crazy work hours I don’t have time to deal with the stress of possibly getting charged for meals I didn’t pick every week. Customer service is a joke, they have sent multiple boxes to the wrong address and despite informing them, the delivery address doesn’t get changed and I eat the cost. There are so many better options than factor meals. If they changed it to where I had to choose if I want to be charged for meals AND confirm delivery address manually each week then maybe it would be worth it. Frozen meals at Walmart are better than this.

App works great, meal service doesn’t. They don’t accommodate allergies. I have a dairy allergy and was assured that since they offer both vegan and dairy free options, we should be able to use this service. I was hoping to get 3 meals a week that were safe for me. Unfortunately, the offerings on the vegan and dairy free lists are shared, and there are only 2 total that meet this criteria, so I either pay an $8 premium to buy a third “gourmet” dairy free meal or I go without dinner one day this week … you’d think they’d either provide another option or comp the up-charge but no, they’ll just “pass along my feedback to improve the service”. Additionally, there is so much waste with the packing material, I have been on the fence about cancelling for that reason alone. The ice packs must be thawed and emptied in the trash, and then the plastic film must be brought to a special recycling facility (by you, of course — they can’t pick this up and recycle or reprocess it themselves when delivering your meals each week).

This is my first review ever and it’s for Food Factor. I purchased this service for my son who lives alone in DC. He loves the food except for a few options that he doesn’t like. To say a 23 year old likes something is an accomplishment. It gives me peace of mind that he has a good meal to come home to. We would come out so much better if we rate each meal but because I’m buying and he’s eating we keep forgetting to do that. If we did that he’d probably not get any meals that he would eat, I read a lot of reviews about the healthiness of the foods and where it was cooked in butter and sour cream. I get that. I also get that my son would eat fast food and it wouldn’t be healthier then these “home cooked meals” he prepares from Factor. I recommend it. It works for our family and I’m going to try it as a supplement for the food we provide for the elderly family members in our house. Depending on your needs this is a great option.

Chef and Restaurant Quality Food!. I am a foodie so my expectations are super high and I can not believe how delicious each and every meal is, even the breakfast! Each meal makes me feel like I am at a restaurant…..a nice restaurant of quality! Factor hit all the right points from delivery, taste, quality, freshness, etc. I only received my 2nd box (first box was 8 or 10 meals and 2nd box is 6 meals with 1 breakfast - sausage, egg and peppers Keto meal) and I could not wait any longer to recommend this service to my friends and family as well as write a favorable review. I am a very picky eater and only like tasty food, so if you’re like me, you will be thoroughly surprised and happy with any of their meal choices, guaranteed. Oh, I did not like the Keto Chocolate Chip cookies (I didn’t expect to because I’d rather have a “regular” cookie). Lastly, I chose the Chef Choice e-mails for the 1st box and the Keto meals for the 2nd box and both boxes were amazing.

Great food but way too many problems. I stuck it out with Factor for quite a few boxes. I really really liked most of the meals I ordered. Their food is amazing and it’s very easy and convenient. I work a lot and I really don’t have a lot of free time and I don’t want to spend it cooking. Almost every box I’ve had has had an issue, either with payment, which I’ve checked with my bank multiple times, and it’s gone through fine the other 70% of the time with Factor. I never get notified by factor when there’s an issue with anything including payment, even though they say they do. And then my box gets skipped for the week with no way of sending another one. They’ve also packed my order with missing meals or missing add ons. Their third party delivery service has left the box at a neighboring house, been late, and not been able to deliver altogether before. It’s just really frustrating when I rely on this company for my food for the week and I have to make other plans or short notice. I’d love to keep the service because I love the food, but it’s really too much of a headache to be worthwhile. Customer Service is always polite but they can’t resend my box or do anything to actually help me, so that’s frustrating too.

First time user. I have to say you see ads for all kinds of meal delivery services out there. I decided to try factor by what I read in feedback and their description of how it works. I have to say hands down the best darn meals I have ever had. I cannot get food that tastes better in any restaurant around here. If I removed the food and put it on a fancy plate and served it to guests at a restaurant it would be the best restaurant in town hands down. Thank you so much for not only meeting my expectations but for blowing them out of the water. I get the high protein meals and was not expecting the food to be so so good. I don’t have to buy groceries again or cook because this is atleast ten dollars cheaper per meal than going to any restaurant and is cheaper than a meal at all the fast food joints. Awesome thanks again you definitely have my business for good.

Don’t Do It! Save your money!. Don’t bother with factor… the customer service is absolutely horrible. The food is ok/good not great. I had multiple times where they sent me the wrong food/the food was old and most likely expired. After the “new customer deal” it comes out to about $15-$16ish per meal..that’s over $100 per week (7 meals). If you just buy the food and cook it yourself it would likely be half that price. I know I said the customer service was bad but I have to bring it up again because it was that bad. While in the phone with customer service I had asked them a question..they didn’t answer the question I asked. I asked the same question again, they refused to answer it and went around the actual question..got to the point where I had asked the SAME EXACT QUESTION 4 times and they never answered it. Like they were reading from a script. This might work for some people but if you have any issues with your order…good luck with the customer service. I gave them chance after chance.. and just wasn’t happy with it. When I did call and cancel the last box I got was just a joke. Two of the meals were opened and the chemical ice pack had busted open (the ice pack probably popped 75% of the time) the order was completely wrong. It honestly looked like they packed it with random food and shook it up because they were mad that I canceled.

Shipping Issue. There was an issue with my first order which delayed shipping. On the day after it was to arrive I checked the tracking and it was still in Illinois. It had at this point been in shipping for over 24 hours and by the time it got to be would be over 48 hours. I called to ask if they would be sending a fresh box and was told my box would be “fine” because they pack it so it can stay cold for unexpected shipping issues. I said I’m sorry I don’t trust that it’s Summer where we have had multiple 94* or higher temp days and the box is still multiple states away…. I’m not eating that food when it gets here. They tried to argue and tell me it would be fine but I really question a business that would let customers eat food that has been in transit for over 48 hours in summer heat with ice packs only to keep it cool and safe. Really disappointed I was looking forward to this service. I did get a full refund but the fact that they find it acceptable to let customers consume food that has been in shipping for that long raises a lot of other questions.

So many wonderful things truly, but please change your broccolini. You have so many wonderful things, but there’s two things I really want to complain about Number one you use pomise olive oil What junk- please just charge me an extra a few dollars and use a decent olive oil or something that’s healthier for us What Is Pomace Olive Oil? First of all, we need to clarify that pomace olive oil is not regular olive oil. Pomace is a byproduct of the oil production process that is made from the leftovers of the fruit. Thus, it is a much lower quality olive oil that lacks the taste, texture and smell that many people associate with olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil goes through five main production steps: harvesting, processing, malaxation, pressing and bottling. That fourth step, pressing, gets a vast majority of the oil out of the olive fruits. However, a small quantity of oil still remains in the olive pulp, which is called pomace. Usually about five to eight percent of the overall volume of oil the fruit contained is still left in the pulp. To extract the remaining oil from the pulp, the pomace olive oil is treated with chemical solvents to remove the last vestiges of the oil. 2. Your broccolini is awful. Have you ever tried it? It’s so stringy it’s hard to even eat Really a turn off I end up throwing it all away Sincerely, Andrea who’s been trying your food for a few years But there’s other foods that I love that you make Our neighbor says your steaks are excellent

Terrible unreliable app!. Charged for meals that was skipped regardless of however the app says skipped. Customer service a joke, says it was not skipped and I’m still waiting on supervisor to call on this issue within 24 hours now it’s 2 weeks! I even demonstrated with customer service over phone that the following weeks meal says skipped asked if it was skipped on their end they said no I should close app and reopen it. I did it three times before it reflected that it was NOT skipped. Ridiculous how is a customer to know that there is a discrepancy between what they see in app to know to reboot app several times. Terrible service when I noticed that my food delivery was not skipped the next morning less than 8 hours from deadline as I was trying to just go ahead a skip the following week they couldn’t help to stop the delivery- thus my food was delivered when I know I skipped it because I knew I was going out of town for 2 weeks it sat in front of my house picked over by who knows deer, raccoons, dogs, etc., Unfortunately I can’t trust this company.

Not happy with it. Reasons I’m not happy: 1) I want meals heavy in protein (bc I eat a lot and get hungry super fast with meals that have little to no protein) but unfortunately, their “protein rich” meals also are their “keto” options. I don’t do keto: I happily eat carbs so That means it’ll make me more unhealthy to eat such fat heavy meals. 2) their portions don’t fill me up. I usually have to eat two portions. 3) bc of #2 it’s not cost effective for me 4) so much packaging for little food. The box is huge and the box doesn’t even get full. The ice pack they include is really hard and messy to recycle properly. 5) the options available besides the protein problem also don’t have a non-spicy option, so when I finally find a meal that works, it’s labeled as spicy and then Im afraid I won’t be able to eat it. 6)the app is hard to manage. It took me forever to figure out how to select meals correctly and it took me weeks to figure out how to change my meal plan. It’s really hard to figure things out compared to HelloFresh (their sister company). So overall I’m not happy and will explore other options.

Excellent Quality $$ Saver. I don’t know about all of you but I am very finicky when it comes to food. I wasn’t always like this but I had weight loss surgery and it changed the game when it comes to food and they way I eat. I have wasted so much $$ buying and cooking foods just for them to sit and go to waste because I couldn’t eat it. Factor has a great menu that changes as you proceed through the weeks, their meal portions are really good. The quality omg!!! The quality of the meat is excellent the Filet mignon is one of favorites. The size of the shrimp are of good size and are great quality as well. The meals are put together and paired with some really good sides everything taste so fresh. The fish doesn’t over cook when you pop it in the microwave to reheat. ( I was skeptical about that) I’m really glad that I was introduced to Factor Meals from a friend) makes my day that much easier and my wallet is super thankful. Say goodbye to rotten food in your refrigerator and wasted money at the grocery store!!

Picky Husband Loving Factor Meals. My husband has never been the type of person who lives to eat. He eats almost nothing all day while at work and has very few dinner meals that are his favorites. Ever since we started ordering Factor meals, he has started eating a much wider variety of food. There has not been any meal he didn’t like and because the dish is on the smaller size, they are perfect for him. He eats every part of the meal, even whatever is on the side despite not usually liking that side. The variety each week is perfect for us and it ends up being worth the cost since there is virtually no waste. I originally ordered our first factor box just to try them out but now we are on our sixth or seventh box and will continue to order indefinitely. The quality of the food is very high and everything we have tried up to this point has been delicious. Definitely recommend trying them!!

Microplastics galore and food poising. The meals are great flavors, however they used to only take two minutes to heat up in the plastic containers. I do recognize that any heating of plastic will cause it to leach cancer causing microplastics into the food. With that said, my partner and I have noticed increased cooking times in the last couple weeks, sometimes up to 7 minutes, in these disposable plastic trays. Also, we’ve had a few different meals over the last couple of months give us food poisoning and were the only meals we ate that day. It is clear that they are still figuring out how long the food must be heated in order to not make us sick and I’m not liking being the test subject for these variable microwaving times. Some of the meals that now take seven minutes, we got sick from when following the instructions for heating those same meals for 2 minutes. We have enjoyed flavor wise 90% of the meals, however getting raging diarrhea after some of them for about 24 hours, is not so fun. I hope they also come up with instructions to heat the food in glass so that we can avoid the cancer causing microplastics building up in our bodies one daily factor meal at time..

Love it. Highly recommend.. While it is on the slightly expensive side, I love that all I have to do is pop it in the microwave. I get 6 meals a week and I eat them as dinner. While some of the meals do repeat weekly, there’s always something new that I am trying. The really simply my meal planning. For 6 meals, I pay about $93 a week. I love the option to skip a week in case I can’t afford it that week. But for the most part saves me a lot of money. I can focus my groceries on breakfast & lunch and dinner is taken care of by factor. I highly recommend getting this if you can afford it, are looking for an easy and quick dinner or lunch, and are interested in eating healthier meals. I have tried other meal delivery services that gave me the groceries to cook my meal and they honestly didn’t seem worth it. This is the first time I felt like I was getting every bang for my buck and I will continue using it.

I love them!!!!. Life changing fresh, delicious, no hot sauce needed, Great customer service, and i love that they offer vegan options!!! Vegan protein shakes and juices!!! Also this is a great way to stay in a calorie deficit. Kept me full , I work a 9-5 and today I ate nothing and I got home and was so excited to eat the vegan chili and I actually got full after not eating all day it was just so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice! The cornbread was delicious only thing I didn’t like was that it broke apart in the microwave but I’ll just air fry it next time. It’s a tad bit pricey but if you think about it you’re definitely getting your moneys worth and then some. I literally only ordered for convenience and to keep track of my calories but this is life changing I’ll probably cook very rarely now it literally taste like it’s from the restaurant. Just add more low calorie/high protein vegan meals and we are locked in for life!!!!! <333 -Britt

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service. My recent interaction with Factor 75's customer service left me utterly disappointed. After finding a hair in one of their premade meals, I reached out seeking a reasonable refund or replacement. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. Despite providing evidence of the issue, I was offered a measly $16 refund, which felt like a slap in the face considering the inconvenience and disgust caused by the hair in my meal. Not only was the quality of the product compromised, but the lack of empathy and consideration from the customer service agent further tarnished my experience with Factor 75. As a loyal customer who has spent considerable money on their 28 meals a week, I expected better treatment and accountability. I urge potential customers to think twice before investing in Factor 75's services. While the concept of premade meals is convenient as well as delicious, the company's disregard for quality control and customer satisfaction is glaringly evident.(Mind you this is my first shipment and the second box arrives today) Until they prioritize both the quality of their products and the well-being of their customers, I cannot in good conscience recommend Factor 75.

Awesome product, terrible customer service.. I’m about to begin my 9th week ordering these meals. I’ve enjoyed the service, you get high quality Whole Foods, they provide good and convenient nutrition. I opened my breakfast meal this morning and found that the packaging was damaged and the food wasn’t sealed. I thought to myself “no problem, I’ll have to cook an extra meal this week, but that’s ok, I should contact customer support to get this one meal refunded. The customer service button in app opens a webpage their generic website without my credentials. On the third try I found the right combination of account name and password, and opened the customer service. After navigating an automated self help tree they said they would put me in touch with a live agent and that “if you navigate away from this page or if your phone locks the conversation will end”. Well, I sat around trying to go about my business while tapping my phone screen once every 29 seconds so I don’t get disconnected and failed around the 10 min mark. customer service is purposely designed to discourage customers. I’d really appreciate being made whole, I can’t imagine it will happen. I can’t recommend this product when the factor meals aren’t always perfect and their customer service is essentially a dragon in a castle defended by a moat.

A 5-Star Customer Support Experience. I’ve had to contact the customer support twice and both times they were able to resolve all my problems, and cordial, understanding, and more than helpful. Thank you for an easy to use customer support system. All you have to say to the automated service is “Agent” and it brings you there almost immediately and connects you without wait. All in all, 15ish minute process. A model for what customer support should look like. Not to mention the meals are pretty good. Good variety, great portions for portion control. I was surprised by the ability of the boxes to keep the meals as cold as long as they do, but they are right when they say it’s about 48 hours in a room temp room that box can handle with keeping the food fresh and ready to microwave. 5/5 experience all together. Worth a trial run to see if you like it. That’s what I did and now I’m almost 30 boxes, 7 meals a week in.

Lost my business!. At first I thought this was great but then one week I got busy and did not remember to select the meals for the next week. It was frustrating because I don’t eat pork and when I signed up they didn’t let me choose no pork and ended up with a couple dishes. So I called to change 5 days in advance but they said it was policy to not allow changes past 6 days so I thought o well my fault but and they told me they could make a note in my account for next time staying no pork! All was going well until this week when I forgot again and thought well at least no pork, I was wrong, instead they gave me even more pork then the time before and even though I called 5 days before they are sent they would not make the changes, even though they said they saw my account had a note stating no pork! So at this time I am forced to cancel my account and would not recommend anyone try if they do not eat pork because they will not work with you, if your busy and happen to forget to make changes in time.

Mystery Free Factor Cap. I received an email indicating that there was was free factor cap deal but when I added it on as directed to my upcoming October 21 order for meals, I noticed that the ~$19 charge for the so called Free cap was added on. When I contacted the company I was hung up on the first time, but on the second time I spoke to a lovely patient gentleman named Mark, who was unable to confirm if the factor free cap Order was a legit order. Therefore, I was instructed to go ahead and delete the cap add-on so I would not be charged for it. He indicated he would follow up on his company side to find out why I received an email indicating that I will get a free cap so perhaps I may be able to apply for that offer again in the future. even though I had 2 mishaps with being hung up on and having a cap offer for free, that was really not free, you still get a five star rating since it was resolved in the end thanks to MARK and the food and delivery of the packages are absolutely phenomenal. Love Factor, Good Customer Service Experience!. I love Factor’s meals, i have not had any i didnt like! I am on box 10 or 13, something like that. The meals themselves are a bit expensive (>$10 per meal), but honestly for the quality and convenience, it’s worth it. The app takes a little getting used to, you really have to be diligent about locking in the meals you want like a week before it is intended to ship. I try to get in the habit of checking my meals and making sure they are locked in with the right selections and save, otherwise you may end up with a preselected option and that is on you. I just recently had my latest box go missing (first a delay and then missing even after given “proof of delivery”) and Customer Service was very helpful and sympathetic. They offered me full credit and shipping refund. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Great food bad business practices. I’ve been a customer for a long time now. The food is ok and it is pretty cheap. Here is my problem. My credit card was stolen and as banks do they only give you a provisional amount back until the stolen charges are verified. I started on a Thursday (they run your card at 11:59 midnight on Wednesdays). I wrote them Thursday and Saturday and Monday with no response. I waited and received a provisional credit on Wednesday. On Thursday morning I look and they ran my card again for the following week. When I wrote them again on Thursday they magically respond and say that they are sorry that I’m leaving and that they cancelled the subscription. But as far as the money that they took out, it was too late nothing could be done about it. That was an incredibly calculated way to take my money. Wait until after it’s charged and then respond. Additionally you can’t cancel from the app and so you are forced to email them. So when you decide to quit make sure you respond at least two weeks in advance. They have now lost someone who orders weekly annually over $120 charge. Considering the cost it took to get me as a customer (advertising) it seems like bad business model to email people only after they take your money. They must not consider simple ways to avoid attrition.

Please read before buying. An order was charged to my account 12:01 AM Wednesday morning. I went to the app to cancel my order since I had thought l recently had this week skipped. In the past I was able to get a refund, unfortunately this time I was told no. I was speaking to an agent online for about an hour and was told again and again I can’t get a refund… I was told the only thing they can do is change the items that I ordered since I didn’t get to choose. I told them that I was 12 orders of Garlic Herb Chicken (only good keto option for me) and they confirmed that was going to be the new order. After this whole ordeal, I went and closed my account immediately because I never wanted this hassle again. Well here we are, today Sunday at 12:45 my food arrives and it’s 12 of the wrong orders. I go to the chat and ask for a refund… I was given a refund no problem. I wanted to ask for a refund as well as my meal since I didn’t buy any food for the week, since I knew my order was coming. Now I’ve had $154 on hold for the past 4 days as well as the next 5-10 days and no groceries for the week. They offered me 1 free box as an apology but I would have had to reactivate my account. Horrible experience but the food has been good so 1/5 stars review is what I’m giving.

2 Working Adults. My hubby and I are both first responders and have odd schedules. We absolutely looooooove Factor. We can’t always make it to the store during daytime hours when we are sleeping. Not to mention the time and effort saved on meal prep. The cost?! The cost of groceries is bonkers right now. I’d venture to say that even though we are paying for the convenience, we would likely be spending more on weekly grocery trips for like kind and quality. We have convinced many of our work friends to convert so that we aren’t picking up unhealthy foods during or after our shifts. I just can’t believe how fresh and juicy all of the proteins are. I can’t believe how fresh and crunchy all of the veggies are!!! Blows my mind each week that this company continues to pump out delicious new recipes too. We don’t plan on cancelling anytime soon, and we’ve been ordering for well over a year now. We even have our independent 95yo grandma on the plan to help keep her nutrition balanced.

Good-but pricing scale needs adjustment!. A lot of coworkers & I use Factor. I like its convenience as both someone who works full time & is in school & cares for their health, as I don’t have a lot of time to meal prep and if I don’t, I won’t eat. I also like the options to switch it up so you don’t get the same thing every week, though I feel the choices in the vegan/vegetarian category can & should be expanded. My only real complaint would be the cost breakdown. I understand the (sort of high) pricing of 62 & change for 4 meals a week, when you take into account fresh ingredients, paying the employees, etc. But then on top of that to charge $11 for shipping….brings my grand total to about $18/meal for only 4 meals. This just isn’t affordable to someone in my position. Currently am paused/skipping weeks with Factor to offset the cost, but if it’s within your price range, factor is a great choice.

Absolute Worst!. I am extremely disappointed with Factor's customer service and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. When I needed to postpone a box delivery because I couldn't pick it up, I faced significant resistance from their customer service team. It wasn't until I threatened to initiate a chargeback on my credit card that they finally took action. After a frustrating back-and-forth, I was given credit for my next box. However, when I attempted to use this credit, I discovered they only applied enough to leave me with a remaining balance of $9.99, effectively forcing me to order another box. This tactic strikes me as highly predatory and dishonest. As a result of this experience, I have canceled my service with Factor and will be sharing my negative experience on multiple review platforms. The food, which was mediocre at best, is simply not worth the hassle and poor treatment from their customer service. Factor needs to drastically improve their approach to customer service if they hope to retain customers.

Good but needs improvement. I used to use Freshly for 2-3 years then moved to Factor. Factor has some very good meals but I have many issues with the app. First, the dietary restrictions/preferences are limited, for example, you don’t have the option to chose Kosher food or exclude food containing certain ingredient from the search. Second, the app automatically chooses random meals which is annoying. At least, the app should pick meals you have chosen before not random stuff. Third, I like that they change their meals every week but this is also bad because some weeks I barely find meals I like because of my dietary restrictions. Most meals contain sone form of alcohol and I am allergic to it. This automatically excludes 90% of the meals. Allowing users to make special requests would be a good thing to add. Finally, add the list of all ingredients similar to the website; the app only tells you main ingredients without breaking down each ingredient.

A mostly satisfied customer. Overall I think Factor does a great job with preparing tasty meals tailored for a variety of palates and diets. However, don’t just go with the preselected options each week, I find myself much more satisfied when customizing each week’s deliveries. I typically order from both the Keto and Vegetarian menus (I know, odd contradiction but it works for me). My favorites are their Mexican and Indian meals. I’m much less impressed with the Italian pasta dishes, so I now just avoid those. I can boil macaroni at home, don’t need to overpay for that, especially when it’s just average at best. But hey, everyone is different and cavatappi with marinara may be your favorite, so don’t let me dissuade you. I love the convenience, dinner is literally ready in two minutes. You can usually find a good discount offer for your first box so give it a try, there’s nothing to lose and you can cancel anytime.

Factor makes my Keto dreams come true!. Factor is making my Keto goals a success!! Before Factor I was eating the same few things over and over. The lack of satisfaction I was experiencing caused me to “cheat” more often. Truly delicious vegetables were outside of the scope of what I was managing to come up with before Factor. Now.. I eat restaurant quality meals each night! In portions that leave me feeling completely satisfied. What’s most satisfying is how absolutely delicious every item is.! How does Factor make mashed celery root so delicious?? The sauces and seasonings are amazing! For instance chicken.. brocoli.. these items are in many of Factors Keto meals. Yet they taste completely different in each meal! And all equally delicious!! Factor has been a tremendous blessing for me! Even at full price. And I’m on a strict budget. But it’s worth it for me to make this work because it’s going to cut the time to my goal weight most likely in half. And nothing is worth more than my health and wellness!

Amazing meals, convenience at its finest!. I’ve been doing factor for a week now, and must admit the menu is interesting and diverse, and I ended up with meals where each one I ate, I caught myself going, “mmmm!!” Because it was so tasty! I chose the keto plan, and though it’s more carbs than I’d like (average about 15g per meal), the taste, the quality of cheeses and meats they use, and the creative menus really keep me coming back! I read one review that said too much garlic in everything, and I don’t find that to be the case. The trick is to enjoy some veggies with the meat, and it ends up being a most enjoyable blend of flavors, where nothing is overpowering. Recommend this, though the costs are a bit high, you’re paying for the creative quality and convenience, so weighing that in, I think it’s just right! Most people spend more on takeout daily. So do the math for yourself, it might be worth it for you too!

DO NOT USE FACTOR!!. Factor will only tell you what they want you to hear in the ads they post everywhere but most of it isn’t really true. Like when they say their meals are less expensive than going grocery shopping, that would only be true if you order once a month, otherwise in total you could be spending almost $1000 a month rather than spending maybe $300-$400 a month at the grocery store. And when they say you always get the meals you will love and can customize them, that’s only true if you set a notification to remind you when they are going to charge you for the box because otherwise they send you whatever they think you should have and half the time it’s not stuff you like. I live in military housing and have seen multiple people on the facebook page giving away factor meals because they didn’t like them. Sure they’re healthy but that’s pretty much the only upside to them. Their customer service is also very rude and cold with customers. I called because they charged me $287 (and this is how much they try to charge me per week which is why I cancelled the membership) and they just told me repeatedly that they couldn’t give me a refund because I reactivated the account which I did not. I was actually in the hospital the day they said I did. And when I kept trying to explain that someone else must have hacked in and reactivated it or something they literally hung up on me. Sorry for the long rant but if you value your money DO NOT USE FACTOR!!

We LOVE every single FACTOR meal!. We LOVE Factor meals! My husband and I live high up in the Colorado Mountains where we don’t have grocery stores for over 1 1/2 hours away with no delivery service. On top of that we know how to cook but work very hard and really do not like to. We absolutely LOVE FACTOR meals. We eat them at least 5 times a week and yes we have our favs but actually like ALL of them. We’ve tried several other competitors and nothing compares. They are always on time. Well packaged. Fresh. High quality. No issues ever!! My personal favorites are any of the Salmon meals. They have huge Salmon servings that are very moist, full of flavor and always paired with a side that compliments its flavor. Are you kidding me??. So I had to cancel my subscription due to financial issues and I was moving away. When I canceled the subscription I got confirmation for it and thought that was that. They continued to charge me and send boxes without my knowledge and consent. It was brought to my attention after the next resident contacted me about it not even though Factor. So much food was wasted and money was lost because they refused to disconnect my subscription and it wasn’t until I had called absolutely fuming they said they could cancel the subscription and they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. I was frustrated and disappointed. I loved the food and the service was wonderful until this point. I lost money and so much food that could’ve gone to someone else was wasted because they failed to inform me properly. I asked for a refund which I can understand I wasn’t entitled to, the food was shipped and sent to my old house, but the fact it was without my knowledge and they guaranteed the subscription was stopped only to be told that was not the case. They told me it was my fault for being misinformed and they had no part in any wrong doing. It WAS a wonderful service until I wanted to end it.

ordering confusing. I really have a bad time ordering because it’s so confusing. The new box arrived today and I haven’t even finished with half of the other box from last week. I changed the size of the box. I tasted one of the meals. I didn’t like it, and then when I tried to change to other kinds of meals instead of having that one automatically shipped to me again, I couldn’t figure out how to do it. Some of the meals taste the same as other meals, which is very disappointing. I could only describe it as that factor taste. We also don’t eat a lot of microwave food as we don’t believe in it, so I wish there was an alternative instruction of how to cook this on the stove and little pots. I’m sure I could do the whole thing in two little pots, I wouldn’t want to use my oven because we’re having an extreme heat wave in California and plus that would make the mills cost more because of the energy spent to finish the ones that I have.

Scam and fraud. Beware of these guys, they are going to keep charging you even though you cancel your subscription. I cancelled my subscription and iam still being charged, so i had to log back in only to see that they are continuing to charge me for coming weeks too. Their customer support is non existent and you will have a very very hard time. Iam trying o keep my language polite just so that my review will stay up and people can be aware of this scam of a service. Be very careful with what you are getting yourself into.

Misleading promotions. In CAD. 6 free meals including the first delivery my a**. You get 6 meal for 67.45$ instead of 100$ So yeah, not exactly as they say. Let’s forget about the discount, 6 meals - 100$ 16.6$ each meal, with the delivery included. For 16.6$ you can go and get food anywhere, pretty much anything. Thai food, soups, burgers, pasta. The value is pretty close to just getting a really fresh and delicious stuff on demand(if you’re not lazy picking up on the way from work. A better advice? Learn cooking. Cooking fast and good doesn’t take too much time, I do it often. You cook once for a few days. Breakfasts are easy to make. Save yourself some $$. Let’s do the math, 7 days a week, if you eat 2 times a day using the service, it would be 14 meals so 200$ 12 meals + 30$ for 2 = 230$ a week to eat 2 times a day(approx) I go and buy stuff in bulk and get whatever I want and never exceed 400$ a month. With this, it’s like 230*4=920$ a month to eat this questionable food twice a day. I’m not even talking about the delivery impact on the environment… forget that. All in all, cook yourself, get nice fruits, veggies, nuts, make some steaks, salmon, about 400-500$ a month for a person including breakfasts, snacks and what not VS 920$ for this “food” 2 times a day. Umm…. Say, you don’t have time, it’s still better to go out for food. I’m not talking about expensive restaurants or fast food. There are alternatives within this budget. Oh yeah, they may screw you over and tell you to read terms and conditions in the end😂 Thai business model should not exist. Wasteful, expensive, inefficient and the quality is questionable. But that’s a different story and my personal opinion. Feel free to ignore.

Found HAIR in my food x4!!!. Can’t find a way to rate them on Google… given them so many opportunities because their food is good and prices are ok. But both my partner and I found hair in our food FOUR TIMES now….. !!!! We’ve given them the benefit of the doubt so many times. But this is just DISGUSTING!!!

Lip Service Company. App is fine but this company does not listen to feedback so here is a negative review for hopefully some traction. Preset vegetarian and pescatarian as options please. Tired of changing this all the time or getting an order with meat because it’s a busy week. A very common diet that should have a preset. Drivers don’t listen to instructions on the boxes either. Tired of trying to provide feedback cordially and remedy these simple problems so here is a negative review. Lip service response is that feedback is being listened to (repeatedly told this over years). Never any changes however. Thank you.

Misleading. Made an account to try a free box, after ordering and paying, the next day they canceled my account.

Awful costumer services. This is honestly a money grab company. Their policies are ridiculous, they make a mistake then say they’re sorry and gonna give you credits, oh but you can only use your credits once you start paying for full price boxes, so you have to buy more boxes to be able to use your credits! They will not reimburse you when they fail to state ingredients you can’t eat, so it’s a surprise when you eat them. And don’t offer any dietary restrictions options either. Stay away and save your money

Bad customer service. They cancelled my order due to production issues on a week i was scheduled to work 6 days. This was inconvenient but nothing compared to how long it took to receive my refund and receive any type of help from customer service. Their customer service was hard to find and hard to communicate with. They were of no help so i tried to cancel my account !! They make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to cancel your account !! So proceed with CAUTION! They dont let you cancel until youve deactivated first! I feel like im in a cult. Never ordering with them again !

Beware when trying to cancel/pause subscription. My delivery comes on a Sunday. I canceled the Sunday before the next delivery but still got my meals the next week. I was told by a rep online that I have until the Wednesday before the delivery to cancel or else my meals will still be delivered. I didn’t have time to reply but I wanted to say I canceled it a full week before. He basically said they will do me the favour of giving me the box for free and giving me a credit to my account. Since I couldn’t respond because the system didn’t give me an option to resume the chat, I called in to speak to another rep who told me that canceling my account doesn’t mean it would stop my deliveries…that comment was puzzling. I finally got my account canceled but it is concerning to me that I clearly deleted/paused/canceled my subscriptions on the app but the deliveries kept coming.

Meals expire too soon from shippment. Unless your 2 people. The meals expire before next delivery

Website malfunction. Bad

Poor customer service. They don’t have a policy to refund or cancel orders. They will not let you speak to any manager/higher up who can. As a “courtesy” they will refund an order they messed up and failed to deliver on the proper day. None of this is policy - they will act like they are doing you a favor by refunding a product they failed to deliver. Absolutely don’t trust these guys. It’s a poorly run business at best and a scam operation at worst. Avoid if you can.

Good but not great. The meals are fine but there are other issues. They ALWAYS pack some meal trays on their side or even upside down. In that case the meals look like a dog’s breakfast and a complete mess. None of the meal trays are labelled so one can’t always be sure what one is about to eat. It would be so easy to make some simple computer labels and stick them on each tray. It would add so much to the experience. Portion sizes can vary greatly, even when comparing identical meals. The company is really hard to get a hold of to provide feedback. I have tried several times but have never received a response. I will stick with them for now but would try another company if I found one.

It started so promising…. The quality of the ingredients was really good and at first there were lots of discounts so it was relatively inexpensive. After a few weeks though I started getting constipated and also the discounts started to come off (they want you to perpetually refer people to keep the discounts active). I was going to scale back the amount of meals per week and use some of the savings to buy higher fibre food to compensate but then one of my boxes didn’t arrive. I was told by the company that it was a technical issue on their end and they’d send one the next day. Three days later still no word so I paused the next few meals that were coming up so I wouldn’t be charged until I knew what was going on. The company promised me $136.66 off my next meal(s). I then got CHARGED that amount instead! I had just paid rent and bills and now needed groceries (and gas to get to work) and wouldn’t have enough money to hold me over until my next paycheque so I reached out to them again, after a few business days they put the money back and I cancelled my account, I still am owed $124.65 for the meals I was charged for but never received. After I get that back I’m going to fully delete my account. Oh, also I can’t say for sure but I suspect the customer support may be a chat bot that randomly generates a new name every time it responds to you so you think you’re typing to a person.

After making my first order I deactivated the account to avoid multiple purchases without experiencing the first box like I’ve done with multiple other meal delivery services. They cancelled to order without any communication. The customer service agent I reached out to was extremely rude.

Loving these flavourful meals !. I am so thrilled with these meals ! The meals are flavourful and delicious. I can eat these with peace of mind that they are healthily balanced and dietician approved made by real chefs that care about their ingredients and the end result . I’m on week four and can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every last bite . The Factor meals fit perfectly into my busy lifestyle and best of all there’s no clean up afterwards . These meals are a win/ win/ win !

Never got order. I was made to wait 2 weeks for first order for some reason. After they tried to bill me and it failed once they send me a message to pay. I canned the same day they messaged to pay for the order and they said it was now cancelled and there was nothing they can do. I would now have to wait another 2 weeks for the next order… Supposed to be more convenient but obviously nothing but a hassle.

Factor stole my money. Recently charged me $125 for a purchase I didn’t want and they were only able to refund the money as credit to my factor account, not to my original payment method. I call them to dispute this transaction and they tell me they can’t give the money back to my card because it is “past the deadline for payments”, which they basically said “we’re not going to give you your money back to your card because you forgot to cancel the order”. I never got any notifications for my factor order because I deleted the app and they were still able to charge me for an order I didn’t want. So now i’m stuck with -$125 in my bank account and i’m forced to use the credit toward the food boxes. Watch out for this weird company.

Scam. Long time customer here (4-6 months) Majority of the reviews are fake, the customer support might be the worst I’ve ever experienced. Almost 200 dollars for a box of meh food that’s usually mashed up is not worth it. They also tried to scam me into paying more for other boxes. Do not trust the reviews!

Don’t bother. I’ve ordered 4 times and have never received any of my orders. Every week I have to contact customer support for a refund and they promise me that my next order will arrive and it never does.

Customer service and account management concerns. I had no issues with the meals and delivery, but their account management and customer service is not worth it. We used Factor when we were busy caregiving and it was very helpful; however, it is impossible to deactivate the account on the app and it’s not simple on the website. I decided to skip orders for a while while trying to figure out how to deactivate my plan. My notifications are on (they’re always sending some through for deals and asking me to order). I then ended up not receiving a notification and an order was placed that I did not want. It is ultimately my bad but in contacting the customer service reps about this, I found out my account and data will not be deleted for approximately 4 weeks. The customer service reps I spoke with all gave me conflicting information (at first I was told my account and data would be deleted immediately, two days later I reached out again and the customer service rep disconnected the call (I was being polite in sharing my concerns), and the 3rd gave a lot of information but would never answer directly when I asked for phone number to call (after I asked 4 times they told me a manager would call me rather than me call Factor). The meals were fine but customer service model and account management models make it completely not worth it to me. I really wish I would have known this before becoming a customer because I would not have gone with Factor so if data storage is important to you, hopefully this helps guide your decision. I would never recommend Factor after my experience with their customer service and what I discovered in attempting to delete my account. I can delete my own social media or bank accounts in real time, but Factor won’t let me delete my own account and will store my data until they choose to delete it.

Saved the Day. My husband broke his leg. As our main family chef life looked grim until I found Factor. The meals are wonderful with large portions. My husband is much better, but we are going to keep using this service. Love how you can change the number of meals per week since we have a college student who visits during the holidays and between semesters. We find Factor to be a cheaper option than eating out or using DoorDash, plus you receive “real” food. The only suggestion I have is to add more meals to choose from or to allow participants to select from all meal choices each week. The meals are heavy on the side of chicken, but even before using this program we ate a great deal of chicken so this isn’t a great concern for us. I highly recommend this food delivery service.

Yum. I was skeptical about ordering these meals. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the menus - I am super picky about food. I’m finding that a lot of the weekly choices contain chicken and there’s a few too many pork options so I’m finding a lot of hits and a few misses. I’ve had 2 weeks of meal delivery and am pleasantly surprised. The portion is on the smaller side. I’m ok with the size since I’m trying to lose weight but my husband feels he’s not getting enough food. The taste is nicely seasoned - no need to salt or pepper. The freshness of the food is also a win. Considering the money I’ve spent on fast food meals I think this is a great alternative. Each meal is around 500 calories so it’s a much healthier meal choice. Overall, will continue to order from Factor.

Fitzgerald’s Factor Feedback. I have yet to try a meal I didn’t like. I chose the Keto Meals first and sampled 4 boxes of 10 meals per week. Every single meal was amazing and compared to a fine dinning or specialty Cheif meal tastebud experience. I will likely not be able to afford these meals but I would continue them if I were not on a tight budget. I do however recommend them for those who can. If your NOT a good cook, would just like a occasional break from fixing meals or you CAN afford to do this weekly I would tell you these meals ARE AN AWESOME CHOICE. They are absolutely delicious. Lol I even shared a couple of these meals with my very active, business/Mom daughter and she said “Oh My Goodness Mom these meals are like eating out in a fancy restaurant...... so seriously tasteful and loaded with flavor!” She said she may have to treat herself to ordering a box or two.

App said meals were delivered when they most certainly were not.. I ordered my first box via the app and waited for the entire day it was supposed to be delivered. It never came but the very next day, the app said it was delivered. I called the company and they said whatever third party that does their deliveries marked it as delivered. I received no calls, no texts, no knock at the door, not even a sticker note that some companies leave. Nothing. No indication whatsoever that my food was delivered. They apologized and gave me credit toward my next box… for the next week… because apparently they can’t just send another one. Extremely inconvenient but ok… Next week rolls around and LITERALLY THE SAME THING HAPPENS. So I cancelled my service and asked for a refund and they were initially only going to give me back money for shipping and I had to argue for about thirty minutes to get the original 78$ I paid back. I wish I could be writing a review about the food, or that the app is fairly easy to use or navigate. But the whole point is receiving the food, which I never did. So I don’t mean to bash the chefs (if there even are any at all, since I will never know having not received any food) or anybody else connected to the production of the food. The premise for the company is really cool but unfortunately whatever third party they use to make the deliveries is absolute trash and they need to change to a more reliable service.

Food is awful and canceling is a nightmare. I wanted to try a food service and heard great things about this one from coworkers. However I am super into my fitness and what I eat. The meals are super small to begin with and when getting two meals that are the same, the sizes were way different with the same calories and everything. The meals contain so much sodium and fat it’s unhealthy. The meals also did not taste good and left me feeling sick. The next problem is when I went to cancel. I went in the app and noticed I could still edit and postpone my next meals. However I didn’t because I knew I was canceling and the terms of service say if you can edit it’s not processed yet and if it’s processed you have to pay. I check my bank and nothing has been charged. So tell me why as soon as I get past the 5 conformation screens and finally cancel. It charges me for my next shipment and I get a bill to my bank account not even two min later.

Great meals!. I have been doing calorie smart, I lost 30 lbs in 6 months, (hard after 60!) eating healthy and mindful. I have done other prepared meals to lose weight for almost 40 years. This is by far the BEST Flavor and fulfilling I have ever had! I sometimes can eat half for lunch and rest for dinner. Add fruits, veggies, Greek yogurt and nuts throughout the day. I don’t “strictly diet”I definitely eat what I am craving! Best food, I have not been unhappy with any of my meals! For solo person, the price is wonderful, less trips to a store! I am nearing my goal weight and will continue with Factor. I travel a lot and I cancel my subscription when I am not able to have it delivered. Next best thing to great taste is ease of getting dinner ready and NO cleanup!!

Healthy, easy, and it tastes really good. I started a Factor subscription because I wasn’t eating very well, I was eating a lot of fast food and just restaurants in general most days and not always getting enough food. I switched to Factor, and so far the only problem I have with it is that they seem to be primarily focused on losing weight, so it’s not a ton of food. I still find it filling but I do find myself getting hungry sooner than usual with regular meals. Additionally, they don’t really season the food very much but it still tastes very good after I season it myself. Overall, the food looks disappointing in the container, looks great when it’s done and tastes even better. It arrives on my doorstep on Tuesday morning every week and I look forward to eating them.

Delicious. I love using Factor for meal delivery for multiple reasons. My number one reason is that I have Lupus and I need to try to minimize any sugar/carbohydrate intake because sugar is inflammatory. Secondly, the flavor profiles are a HUGE HIT EVERY TIME!! I also like that you can get a meal (with an upgrade charge) that is considered a more fine dining choice. I can tell you with complete certainty, the steak dishes are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! I’ve recently been usin the add on feature where you can get anything from extra meals (to include breakfast) but you can also choose to add one of their DELICIOUS DESSERTS. ONLY complaint I have is I can’t consistently afford them. Don’t get me wrong, you get what you pay for, and in this case, totally worth the funds. I am disabled so can’t consistently afford but I wish I could.

Too spicy and no filter options. The majority of the meals are too spicy even if they aren't in the spicy category. For example, I've gotten meals that, on the surface, don't look like they would be spicy. However, when I started eating the vegetables, my mouth started burning. After reading the ingredients, crushed red pepper was towards the end of the list. I would also add that, if you don't select your meals for the next week, they will send “pre-selected” meals. That's happened to me twice and each time, 4 or 5 out of my 8 meals were spicy. Unfortunately, Factor does not have a filtering system that would allow customers to tailor meals to meet their dietary needs. I've been subscribed for over 8 weeks and am strongly considering canceling. I think $115 a week is too much if I'm always wondering if I'm going to be able to eat the entire meal.

Improved my quality of life!. First off I want to say that I am a quadriplegic pretty much 95% dependent on other people to help me with basic needs. Factor has 100% completely changed my life for the good. Before I was injured I loved to cook! Now it's unbearable to have to instruct other people how to cook my food. It forces me to have to plan easy meals for other people to throw together for me. Now all I have to do every week is sign on and pick my meals… extremely easy for my family and caregivers to prepare my meals now. The food is spectacular! I love the variety of options and changing menus every week. Tasty food, convenient, and valuable.. The meals are fresh, tasty, and they keep well in the fridge. The quality of the ingredients is high. The portions are perfectly sized, I rarely have anything left but always get full. The pork, salmon, and chicken were all cooked perfectly! I had a vegetarian meal and it was great. I have had two weeks of meals and there isn’t one recipe I wouldn’t order again. I was skeptical at first but this is a permanent addition to my diet. The only downside is the app. I’m not a app developer but it seems I would have to be one to get the app to work dependably. I won’t use something that repeatedly asks me to sign-in without me getting to accomplish anything. Other than that, this is a great service.

This Neurodivergent Girl Loves Factor!. The best part of every Monday is unpacking my Factor box and seeing all the yummy food! I’m autistic, and it’s been difficult for me to eat healthy on my own. Between the food aversions, decision anxiety, and trouble cooking due to executive dysfunction, I have my work cut out for me. I had no idea how much stress I was under when it comes to feeding myself until that stress was GONE! Now when I go to the grocery store I only have to buy snacks and other small things. No more roaming the store for hours biting my nails trying to figure out what to buy, how to put things together, and how long my haul will last me. I can now concentrate my energy elsewhere knowing that meal time is nothing to worry about, and that I’m putting good things into my body!

Convenient, but VERY unhealthy. I feel so much better since I stopped getting deliveries from Factor. Not only is it VERY expensive for what you get (half a chicken breast, one piece of broccoli, small scoop of potatoes for $10), but the saturated fat is out of control! Well over 100% of your daily allowance for some of the meals. People doing keto might think that’s a good thing, but you need unsaturated fat, not saturated fat, unless your goal is to have a heart attack or stroke at a young age. At first I really enjoyed my Factor deliveries, but the excessive waste from the shipping materials, which aren’t all recyclable, started to bother me, plus the expense, and a lot of the meals are just ok. Not to mention you have to be sure to choose your menu every week or they’ll send you stuff you don’t want, with really no way to tell them specific preferences (I hate mushrooms and a lot of the menu has mushrooms). The convenience is nice, but there are cheaper options that are much healthier.

Terrible customer service. They send one email on Monday to remind you that in four days you can no longer change your order. They’re unwilling to reverse a charge. There’s no grace period or one-time forgiveness. They charge your card and do not care one bit about the circumstances. I did not receive a call back from a supervisor as I was promised by their agent. I won’t be in town when the box arrives, and they suggest I ask a neighbor or family member to pick up the order. I have neither of those options where I live. They’d rather let food go to waste on my front porch, than cancel the order 8 hours after their self-imposed deadline of 7 days in advance. God forbid they send push notifications from the app on Wednesday to remind you. Emails get overlooked, and that’s how they keep making more money. I liked their food, it tasted great, but they soured the relationship with their rigid seeking practices. I’ll shop elsewhere. Good riddance.

Completely Business Minded. Signed up for a week and kept a week hold. Traveling out of country called them to the cancel the subscription on Friday customer service says we can’t cancel the following Monday delivery even after telling them that food will be wasted. By default food was selected with random items which my friends doesn’t eat. Customer service says read the terms and conditions which they never put while publishing the add instead they put it in small words that food needs to be ordered before Wednesday. My request was as I kept my delivery on hold for one week you should have notified via text or app notification instead default items were selected. Their food might be good but not many options for customers and trying to charge everyone signed up without proper notifications. Disappointed that this is also similar all other apps who just want to earn money even if the food is wasted or customer doesn’t eat those default items.

Better then I expected!!. Meals were packaged in what was like a little card board, insulated ice box! Was even able to keep them there overnight as I had to make space in the fridge! The meals I can honestly say we’re delicious! Real FLaVOR! Every single meal! I got the wrong smoothies though. Was sent tropical instead of the green. To my surprise they were great also lol I called (spoke to a real person) and was issued a refund! Great customer service! I’ve told countless people and co workers! As a traveling healthcare care worker these are ideal. As we sometimes work in towns I like to call food deserts ( if you know you know lol )or even staying places where we may only have a microwave and a mini fridge! All around the board Factor holds it down!!💪🏽😎

Great food, easy to use, non-cancelable. I’ve gotten 4 factor boxes, and it has all been very delicious!! There’s lots of variety, and it is as fresh as they promise. I’ve also frozen meals and those have reheated just as well. The app is very simple to use. You cannot cancel a box after it’s been ordered (it will auto order on a specific day depending on your delivery schedule), so you do need to be on top of that. It’s easy to skip a week in the app, but you have to remember to do it. I’m not the kind of person to want to order this ever week, so I wish there was an option to turn off the auto-ordering and just order it when you want. I did have a box never arrive during bad weather, and was refunded a credit to use later. Customer service was helpful and pretty quick.

Game Changer!!!. I was really skeptical starting out due to the price & was honestly worried the food wouldn’t be worth it but I couldn’t have been more wrong! It’s AMAZING! I had looked into Factor in hopes to motivate me to eat, correct my eating habits , & reduce food waste & it’s been a total game changer. The food is REALLY good (especially the vegan options) & I honestly would rather go home to eat a Factor meal than go out to a restaurant! The process of ordering is so simple & has completely eliminated grocery store trips & hassle. With a super busy lifestyle I’m also saving tons of time in the kitchen & rarely have any cleanup after meals. I’m truly impressed & definitely recommend this for anyone with a busy lifestyle & looking to get on track with nutrition!

Terrible terrible. Just signed up a couple days ago and have cancelled subscription and all meals because of this garbage app. All I wanted to do was remove a meal selection for my next delivery. Per the email and app I still had 4 days to do so. I delete the meals and it still reflected the same amount of meals. I then seek help from the chat and the individual doesn’t understand that I updated my meals for the delivery and it is not reflecting the update. After finally having enough I tell them to cancel the meals for that delivery date. I refresh the screen and it is still showing the same number of meals as scheduled for the date I said to cancel. Finally I just cancelled my subscription without even getting my first delivery. If you are going to have an app to perform all of these things, it must work correctly and give a customer piece of mind that they are not getting ripped off. The app cost you a customer.

The site is very difficult to use.. This site is hard to maneuver through. When you want to review a meal you can’t type it in. You have to use your fingers as pencils. And I was going to give a good review too! Also the site makes it difficult to add food. It doesn’t add up the meals as you click to add them, so that when you want to figure out what you ordered, you have to go back through the list and count them. It’s also hard to get to the add ons. As far as the food goes, I ate one meal chicken on mashed potatoes. It was good, not overly seasoned, the flavor was just right. I did roast the chicken with a little olive oil for a more cooked flavorThere were about three tablespoons of broccoli but it was the florets not the stems. I don’t eat a lot so it works for me, but I suggest for normal eaters fill up the vegetables, it’s cheap and looks good.

Best Ever Meal Service for Busy Families. We have tried other meal service kits…Hello Fresh and Blue Apron and as busy working mom I was frustrated by the work I had to do to unpack, wash, chop, dice, slice, separate, season, and cook meals. It was taking nearly to an hour to cook dinner for me, my husband and daughter and another hour to clean up all the bowls and pans and plates. Well I had had ENOUGH when a friend mentioned she hired a personal chef to prep weekly meals for her family. I saw Factor’s ads on social media and they looked good so I gave them a try. BEST DECISION I have made in a while. The meals are reheated in 2minutes and are delicious. Honestly the green beans are the best we have ever tasted. Even our teenaged daughter is skipping fast food and enjoying the meals at home with us. THANK YOU Factor Chefs. You guys and gals ROCK!

Excellent App, service is worth it.. Most people here are rating the service and not the app. The app itself is good. It works well and makes it far easier for managing upcoming orders with notifications that I actually want (like order reminders). They make it very easy to skip upcoming orders to change box size, and to see upcoming menus. It’s everything I’d ask for. As for the service, yes it’s expensive. But worth it in my opinion because of the variety and quality of the food and how easy it is to eat healthy with this service which to me is worth the money. There’s no question it’s a luxury to be able to afford a service like this, but I find it worth it for my situation.

Bad first experience. This review is regarding my first experience. I got my meals last week. I signed up and decided I wouldn’t select my meals provided I wanted to get a nice mix to decide then on. I was surprised to get 3-4 of the same meals and was honestly disappointed. You would think they would provide a variety for me to experience. I called to inquire and to provide feedback. I was told that the meals received were due to the shortage of some foods. This sounded like a tailored response. I additionally told them I was not impressed with the meals I did try. I asked to cancel my upcoming order since it was again the same meals repeated 3-4 times and was told they couldn’t change it or cancel because it was past the cutoff and ingredients had been ordered. All the rep could offer was a company credit towards future meals. She obviously did not hear me out and again sounded rehearsed and tailored. Not impressed with the food or the service. They need to change things.

Don’t do it. I’m extremely unsatisfied. Out of 9 orders, only ONE was delivered correctly with no missing items. All 8 weeks had missing items, several of them only had 1/14 meals!! That’s $160 dollars wasted!! We counted on those meals but ended up having to buy groceries that week because what was promised wasn’t delivered. So we were spending double the amount just on food because this service wasn’t reliable (at least in Houston, Tx). They did offer credit each time but if I left the meal selection on preselected, it wouldn’t use the credit, it charged my card the full amount. Then when I went to cancel, I specifically asked if I could still use the credit that’s left on my account. They said yes and went ahead with the cancellation. I still had $150 of credit that should’ve been applied to my next order but because they canceled it says I have to reactivate my account and pay more than I was paying before to use the credit. Absolutely ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NOT BE BACK.

Great meals/Frustrating app. Although the meals are terrific (5 stars for the meals), I find using the app very frustrating. Each week I first have to individually delete each preselected meal. It would be much easier if there was a button to remove all preselected meals so I can then start scrolling through to see which meals I want. The most frustrating part of the app is, while selecting my meals, if I scroll too far back to the top of the list it wipes out all my meal selections and reverts back to the preselected meals I deleted. The SAVE button is grayed out until I select all 6 meals in my plan, so I can’t save my selections as I go. There are some weeks where I have to go through this process three or more times before I can save my meals. I’ve learned to just not scroll to the top to see if the 1st or 2nd meal in the menu is worth considering. Please fix this. The list should not reset just because I scrolled up to the top of the list!

Run like a scam. So struggled to become a customer because the promotion I got wasn’t applying despite being active (confirmed by multiple support agents). Finally was able to become a customer after hours of attempts. Need to pay before selecting meals which felt sketchy. What business has you pay before even seeing what’s available? Fine, I’ll give it a try. Select a few meals, get the agent to apply the promotion after the fact (pay full price, why didn’t I think of that?). Find out they ran my card a week earlier than my first order on an order I didn’t place. And of course it’s 4x the promotional cost of my “first week”. If a business has a service that provides value to someone’s life, whether it’s convenience or quality, they wouldn’t need to hide behind a lack of transparency and a purposefully confusing UI in order to trick its customers into subscribing for one more week. They should deliver quality product and entice customers with their value proposition, not trick them into buying products. Will certainly be cancelling and likely need to argue the charges with my bank, since it ordered food on my behalf with no option to change it (because that window closed 2 days before I became a customer) for a day I won’t be home, hence the entire point of planning ahead. Surely there’s a meal plan that doesn’t need to hide behind shady tactics.

Meals were never delivered. I was super excited to try factor75, as I felt that this service could be a great fit for my lifestyle and I was interested in pursuing a meal delivery service full-time as I work extremely long hours. My experience with factor75 was terrible. My food was never delivered to me, although my app said that it had been successfully delivered. I reached out to customer service twice and was told both times- “the app is incorrect, your food is shown to be in-transit, not yet delivered” although neither of them could tell me when my food would arrive. I finally reached out a third time and explained in detail what the situation was and how unhappy this entire ordeal has made me and was given a refund and credit on my account. I did not purchase groceries this week as my factor75 order was meant to cover my weekly food in both sustenance and cost. I am thoroughly dissapointed in this entire experience and cannot say that I would ever recommend this company to anyone looking for a meal delivery service.

More variety needed. For the most part, I like Factor. There are a few areas that need to be improved for sure. The first area is the variety and quality of meals. I find the choices to be limited and all too often, the meals I want are sold out. In terms of quality, I often receive chicken and pork meals with far too much inedible fat. It’s also not fair to charge an extra $10 for a “gourmet“ meal. The only thing “gourmet” about it is the price. Breakfast should be available to choose as one of the meals (this was allowed in the past) and not as a “bundled” add on for $35 One thing I have a huge problem with is the packaging. It’s not sustainable at all and getting the plastic off has been a challenge (to say the least) since the company started. If these changes don’t happen soon, I will terminate my subscription and will not recommend Factor to friends.

Makes my life so much easier. What can I say about Factor? Why didn’t I discover it sooner? Our meals from Factor are delicious, healthy and have the perfect calorie count! I don’t have to buy ingredients, clean and prep them, go through the hassle of dirtying cookware and cleaning it all up after eating… Just come home from work and pop a fresh, tasty meal in the microwave for 2 minutes, eat and enjoy! No exhaustive cleanup afterwards, just rinse out the container for recycling. Easy peasy! I love the selection of meals to choose from, and we’ve discovered favorites that we are always happy to see when they appear again as an option! Factor is worth EVERY CENT! Thank you, Factor, for making my life SO MUCH EASIER!

3rd Time’s The Charm!. Factor is the 3rd prepared meal service I have tried, and I will be sticking with it! The first service I tried was more expensive, it was actually local, and it everything was non-dairy. It was fine for about 2 years but I got tired of the weird non-dairy attempts at regular foods. The second was about the same in price to Factor, but had VERY little variety and the food wasn’t prepared very well. Beef was… not right. Once I ate my first Factor meal, I knew this was the one. Lots of variety, great preparations, and their steaks are great! I am super happy with Factor and it’s well worth it for the quality and money I save from not buying a ton of food each week and wasting it.

Missing order. I notified your office that my box of factor did not arrive. I called them on 10 January. The box was to be there on 9 January. Make a long story short. The box never came. Yes I got a refund. But I think there should be some type of compensation. For me to order another box I wouldn’t get it for another two weeks. So this just doesn’t sit well. And I really loved your product. Your customer service I talked to three people got three different answers. The last girl I talked to all she wanted to do was talk. I couldn’t say anything after my first sentence, and when she finally stopped, I said can I now talk. It was like she was reading from a script. This is not good customer service.

A New Standard. I have used and tried many other food delivery services. The variety and tastiness of the meals at Factor has set a new standard for me. The ease, convenience and speed of preparation and the ability to control my caloric intake are also a huge factors. I also love the breakfast options, the smoothies, the wellness shots and cold pressed juices. With Factor there is very little else I need to buy when it comes to food so my food costs are fixed and I can plan for it at a time when funds are low and good nutrition isn’t compromised. I had a few issues with the delivery service, not Factor’s fault, they outsource delivery but thankfully with Factor’s help those issues have all been resolved.

BUYER BEWARE! Difficult cancellation, outrageous saturated fat. Yet another company that makes cancelling the account obnoxiously unapparent. I like to consider myself to be at least somewhat resourceful, but try as I might, I couldn’t find a single email, website, button or link in the app or otherwise to cancel my subscription. So, I sent an email as a reply to the last email that I received from factor asking for my subscription to be cancelled. The next week, I was billed again. Called customer service, was hung up on twice, then was given half my money back. I feel robbed and cheated. P.S. The food is delicious, but if you’re one that needs to watch your cholesterol, DO NOT partake; nearly every meal I received in both the “calorie smart” and “chef’s choice” categories contained over half of the daily value’s worth of saturated fat and cholesterol, some over 100%! My cholesterol has elevated 100 points since starting Factor

Impressive Food!. I tried Factor because they offered too good a deal to pass up. I was skeptical, no more. The food is delicious, portion size is good and the meals are satisfying. I am not a big vegetable eater but now I am as every meal has a vegetable in it. Good bonus for me. I also like knowing the number of calories I am eating which is stated on each meal and you can select meals based on calories. I microwave for 2.5-minutes vs the 2-minutes they suggest as I like my food hot hot. I order 4-meals a week as I like having the Factor meals as backup as I do cook, they do not recommend freezing the food and there is an expiration date on the packaging. If you are looking for a prepared food service definitely give Factor a try.

Love, love,love!. I have tried other food services delivered to my door. I wanted something that was already made because I do not like to cook. I also wanted food that was tasty. I got that with Factor! Delivered once a week to my door, chilled in the box, straight into the fridge till I’m ready to eat one, microwave for two minutes and done!! I can’t believe the tastiness of these meals! I love chicken and there’s plenty to choose from. Everything is so good with herbs and spices and it’s so convenient!! I will probably be a member for a good while. Plus, I’m getting two free 2 oz green juice shots with my box every week! You must try these meals, they’re the best! Thank you Factor for making my life so much easier and tasty!!!

Pretty intuitive ordering but takes a little getting used to. The meals are very convenient, nutritious and satisfying. They cook very easily and predictably in our microwave so they are great to have on hand especially on cold or rainy days when nobody wants to go out to shop. It really makes a difference that they have never been frozen and so taste remarkably fresh. The ordering ap takes a little getting used to, and looks especially “busy” on a phone with lots of extra drinks and “add on’s” being offered, but it gets easier with time. The packaging is very good but certainly produces a lot of recycle stuff to get rid of, which concerns us a little. Overall a good service, though.

After a hard day work ,so tired of my job being so overwhelming, and I feel so bad end of the day shouting off at work then I come home ,eat one of your meals that I don’t have to cook .just put it in the microwave. That’s genius ! and it taste so good it’s like ,that someone’s telling me that you are only human enjoy this wonderful meal I prepare for you. You deserve an award. The meals are wonderful , and I lost 7 to 8 in three weeks, i’m going to the gym, I have a lot of energy , usually didn’t have. just wanna say thank God ,I subscribed to y’all, you made my life better, now I wish I like my job better. lol, thank you factor . ❤️❤️❤️🥰

Worst experience I ever had. This company offered me a deal and then the order did not come. The next day after the delivery was suppose to come they charged me again before I receive the first. They are delivering this for the following week when I’m out of town for two weeks. I called and explained and said I never received the first one and they said it would be here tomorrow. I ask them why they charge me when I never receive the first one and they said they did not know but they were unable to cancel even though it is over a week away. Customer service was very rude and did not seem to be able to help. They claimed they “did not have access to cancel orders or transfer calls” so now I am stuck with a delivery multiple days late and one charged two days before the first one ever came and supposedly coming while I’m out of town. That should be a great indicator to my neighbors that nobody is home and letting them know they can break in. Thanks factor :)

Love these meals!. I’ve tried other prepared food deliveries over the last few years, the food quality and taste were just ok plus even though it looked like I got a lot of choices not many were something I would actually eat and enjoy. I was very hesitant to try Factor but I’m elderly, single and tired of cooking for one. I’m sooo happy I gave Factor a try! All 6 of the meals I got actually tasted good. I’m so excited to get a better balanced meal than I’ve been eating and there is so many options that I enjoy eating it’s hard to narrow down my weekly selections. I like my beef, theirs tastes good plus I only eat dark meat chicken and they have selections with the dark meat! Thank you Factor for making meals something I can look forward to again.

I don’t recommend.. My experience with Factor was very poor unfortunately. My first box arrived two days late and was unsafe to eat due to the package no longer being cold. I was told by Factor that my second box would arrive with no additional charge since my first week payment would cover that box. I was charged for the second box a few days later. The second box never arrived. I was told by Factor the box was accidentally canceled in their system and would not be coming but the third box would arrive next week. I told them after such a poor experience through two weeks I didn’t want a third week and asked to canceled. The rep told me it was canceled but it wasn’t. Thankfully I caught that it wasn’t canceled before being charged a third time and canceled it through the website myself. I had high hopes for the service but at $200+ per week for 18 meals I expected to be able to at least eat one meal.

Scammers. Joined up and the first few weeks were great. Good food and good portions. Next few weeks smaller pieces of meet not as good quality. Decided to cancel. When I went to the app to cancel I received an email confirming it from factor. Then a few days later I noticed I was charged a full amount for another box. I was not able to get back into the account as i deactivated it to see why I was getting charged. When I reached out to customer service they said my account was still active. I explained that I received an email saying it was canceled and they gave no reasoning why this happened. I asked for a refund and to cancel. Refund was given right away but to get everything canceled took a while and I had to ask for a real confirmation email multiple times before it was sent. The women who I was specking with sent an email confirming it but it was not a legitimate one from the company it took me 2 more times asking to get a real one. Watch your bank accounts when canceling.

Good meals, often late, often short and a bad app. I want Factor to work, but their app crashes, and is misleading. It will show an order as delivered when it is not delivered (and the additional detail indicates it is not delivered.) I’ve had 1 good week with Factor out of 5 weeks. At least two boxes have been delayed by a day or two. And many of the boxes have been short meals. Today, I got the box that was supposed to arrive 2 days ago, and it only had 6 of the anticipated 10 meals. Each week I’ve had to call customer care and never had a good experience. One day, I was hung up on 5 different times (even by one representative who told me he was just putting me on mute to minimize the risk of the call being disconnected.) I want the service to work, but I may want it to work more than those providing the service. Any service that fails 4 out of 5 times is a failing service. The misleading app should be enhanced but really the service needs to be overhauled. I understand supply chain issues, but if I have to preselect my meals a week in advance, surely you can let me have preferences on file so that if you’re short a meal, you can replace it with someone else. Simply not sending the meals and waiting for me to notice and call isn’t a service, that’s a frustration. Fix the app, let me select meals, and create acceptable backups (or just give me an additional meal of the ones preselected.)

Yummy and not excessively pricey. I’ve recently returned to work after a 7 month absence after an injury. I work 2nd shift and fitting in prepping meals for the week was always problematic; even more so now with still limited mobility, plus doing everything else necessary to get ready for work every day. A friend recommended your program and I was worried but willing to try it, even if just for a few weeks while I settled and my physical abilities continued to improve. I have not had a bad meal yet. And some meals are over the top good. And as a diabetic, I appreciate the keto options. I would and have recommended Factor 45 to others. (But really anyone in the lunchroom at work who smells my heated dinners can smell for themselves how good your meals are. Thank you.

Outstanding!!!. I like everything about your meals. They are delicious, filling, and convenient. Such an excellent variety. Yaaayyy! Your website works quite well. Give everyone a bonus. Well done. I love food but was getting bored eating my repertoire, gourmet as it was. Factor is especially tasty gourmet, too. You cook better than I do and I am a good cook. May I recommend you make lamb burgers patties with cumin and feta. Or, duck breast or loin lamb chops with herbs de Provence and garlic powder. I have been telling everyone about Factor and I pass out your coupons that come in the box. Gave one to my dance instructors. I even gave one to an administrator at the doctor office. She was very interested. I broke my toe and it’s a good thing we have a subscription. I cannot stand too much. Thank God for microwaves. If you want to make me even more happy, put cannolis on the menu. I’ll buy ten. I like the crust soft with powdered sugar. I prefer them three days old. May you stay in business for a long time. Better than any meal I could cook. I reluctantly started ordering Factor meals bc I was getting bored w the lunches I take to work and I was in a time crunch at times, leaving little time to actually put something decent together; sometimes I would just go to work w nothing to eat. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to go somewhere for lunch either. I was shocked at how good these meals are. I haven’t had one that wasn’t great. Everyone at my office always say how good the meals smell as well, that it makes them hungry. One of the other pros is that they don’t take long to heat up, so I can quickly heat it up and eat in between clients. My husband loves them too and we’ve told several friends about them and they’ve reported they are amazing as well. Five stars.

Deceptive practices. While the food delivered by Factor is good, their overall service offering is deceptive. I claimed a free box gifted from a family member. It was not delivered on the day requested. I could get over that. But then I continued to receive emails to claim my free box so I placed a second order. Not only did they charge me for it, but it also was not delivered on the requested date. Yet I received emails the day after it was supposed to be delivered saying it would be delivered the previous day. At the same time the app said it was delivered the previous day although the tracking said it was delayed and it would be delivered the day after. I contacted customer support last week to confirm that the next order was indeed free and didn’t get a straight answer. So I’m disappointed to find my account billed for a box that was supposedly free based on the numerous emails received telling me to claim my free box. TLDR; they do what they want without explanation

Food vs experience. Food is tasty but the app has far to go in terms of overall experience. If you click around while deciding you lose your choices. It does not allow the ability to designate which meals go to which family member. They also don’t allow for a checkbox to indicate which items you may be allergic to or wish to avoid to pare down the menus. I am allergic to preservatives. I have to start by reading the full description of each meal including ingredients before selecting. I’m glad that they include it but it is labor some. There are a slew of additional experience upgrades that would increase the chances that this service not only survives but thrives. Hopefully they are agile and can course correct quickly. I am an independent reviewer. I’ve tried a litany of these services on and off for over a decade. They offer a nice product. If they close the gap on the experience side they could have a long and successful future.

Wow. As a working mama, I needed something healthful and delicious. FACTOR IS IT! Every single meal is scrumptious-so good that I’m like chowing down because it is just so tasty and I want more ! They use unique flavors in every single dish that make each meal a new surprise for the palette. Every meal taste like a home cooked meal from mom but without any mess or guilt (portion control). I’ve only tried the chefs plan for a few times and all the surprise meals are wonderful. Highly recommend. As a very busy teacher and mom, I give so much to others. I realized it was time I put my own health more at the front and also lower the stress of making my own lunch or my own dinner. Now FACTOR is so simple to grab and go for late work nights, gym nights, or working lunch hours. Highly recommend. DELICIOUS

New Customer Truthful Experience. I’m a new customer, saw this advertisement online and decided to try it. When I worked overseas in Doha, Qatar I was on a Keto style meal plan with a company called Dieture. Their food was decent, price was on the high side. I wanted to find something along those lines and decided to try Factor75. Food was delivered on time and I have had (2) of the (10) meals and so far, they have been tasty. I’m from the South, you know we love our food. I have no complaints so far. I also ordered the shakes and the Vanilla and Chocolate are pretty good. I prefer the vanilla, the chocolate is chocolaty! I’ve already set up my next two deliveries. If you’re anything like me and like to eat, but avoid the meal prep. This is for you. I know the saying is it’s expensive and I can do it myself. I live by the moniker of you have to invest to growth and achieve goals. My health is something I like to invest in. If not, I’ll be in someone’s drive thru consuming u healthy foods. If the price doesn’t scare you, jump in it’s worth it. I have some free couple I’d gladly pass on it anyone who wants to try it. God Bless!
