InKind App Description & Overview

What is inkind app? The inKind App takes the difficulty out of tracking credit spending and ensures that you get VIP treatment at your favorite local business. Within the app, you can check, redeem, and share credit on your VIP House Accounts bought from one of inKind's partner restaurants, bars, and other businesses.

CHECK CREDIT BALANCE
See how much credit you have to use in your favorite business. Will it be a champagne popping night or will the happy hour menu be your new best friend?

REDEEM CREDIT
Leave your wallet at home and complete all your credit transactions on the inKind App. Your credit card can be linked to allow you to tip your server/bartender when they do an awesome job looking after you.

SHARE CREDIT
Treat your friends, family or a hard-working employee by sharing some of your credit with them. They will receive an email notification and can head straight into your business and enjoy the credit you have given them.

EXPLORE RESTAURANTS AROUND YOU
Use the map to browse venues in your area, or in cities you're traveling too across the country.

GIVE FEEDBACK
Sometimes a restaurant tries something new and misses the mark, or hires someone that maybe isn’t the best fit. Provide private feedback that will help them get better, without destroying their Yelp rating.

App doesn’t work. Similar to some of the reviews here, I downloaded the app (for an offer) that didn’t work. I keep trying to place an order but it shows an error even after trying different forms of payment. Support has been fairly quick to respond but hasn’t resolved the issue. Starting to think it wasn’t meant to be.

Did not work. Loaded the app, found a restaurant to save $25. If spending $100. Activated it but it would not allow me to use it. Manager looked at it and said it’s bc I had to use on next visit. App would not let me select to use the $25. Off. Had I known this, I would not have ordered two $14. Milkshakes. No where can I find that I have to use on my next visit. How do you know this wasn’t my “next visit”? Deleting the app. No way would I ever pay for this app.

DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!. This is literally the first time I have ever written a review for an app but I’m so upset I had to make others aware. I signed up and yes the app worked ONCE and helped me save money off the dining bill. But then a few weeks later, ALL of the restaurants in Michigan disappeared from the app! Not a single restaurant uses InKind anymore. But wait that’s not the worst part; it won’t allow me to cancel the membership. When I click on “Cancel Membership” it first asks “Are you sure you want to cancel” something typical like that, and after I click that I want to confirm the cancellation, it says an error has occurred. Terrible! I have to call my bank now

I don’t often review, but this was too much!. The experience that I had with this app felt like a complete scam. It involved Black Rooster Taqueria in Orlando Fl. The ad said that you would get 15 dollars off your meal if you spend 45 dollars by using InKind. So we did, but then we are told that it doesn’t apply to the current meal but to the next one. Then when I go to use my 15 dollars off it says that I have to spend another 45+ plus in order to apply the discount. A complete disgrace! So in order to get 15 bucks off a meal I have to spend close to a 100 dollars at a taqueria?! Not to mention the time spent signing up and putting your information on the app. I guess InKind stands for thieves banding together.

Why dine any other way!. I’ve been a foodie for years and finally discovered this app. It’s like the Marriott rewards system of dining. I eat at 20-40% off my check every time I dine out… and the restaurants are all great spots!!

Appreciate the 25% off but could have been a more seamless experience. The app was cool and it’s nice seeing a new payment method, however a manager had to come by and validate each separate transaction. Would like to see a more streamlined system next time I use this at a participating location.

Fraud happened to me. My inKind account was hacked and my partner’s credit card which was stored in the inKind app was charged for an expensive meal that someone ate. The meal was probably paid for using the inKind App without using the physical credit card. We found out when my partner’s credit card company sent him a notification and after that I received an email from inKind with the receipt of the expensive meal. I’ve emailed inKind support to alert them about this. My partner blamed me for saving his credit card info in the app. I won’t use inKind anymore. But if you still do, I think removing your credit card immediately from the app right after paying, or not prepaying much cash in the app might save you from such fraud, particularly around holiday time.

They apparently have no safeguards in place. They can’t keep your account information safe. After having a terrible day in the hospital because of a car accident, I turned my phone on to find my account hacked and someone able to send a $650 gift to themselves costing me $499. I couldn’t report it as theft or fraud since my card was on file and it is considered a “billing dispute”. I have to wait for the charge to go through and then I can file a billing dispute. Not worth the hassle. Terrible app, terrible support, and terrible communication.

Had difficulty paying. My favorite pizza spot sent me an email with an bonus offer when I buy inKind credit. I used the app to order my next pie and it charged my credit card. The restaurant told me it’s better to order in the restaurant. Next time I go in to order and the cashier tells me I have to use the app. This system isn’t ready for prime time.

Best way to dine in NYC. I always look for inKind restaurants when dining out. It’s amazing that you get a bonus when you dine. It’s easy to use and they offer great promos too. This app is worth using when you dine out or even just get a coffee to start the day!

Do not signup. Very shady company. They do not let you delete your Acct once you realize their app is 100% worthless. I know inKind wants to show that they have a high number of registered users so they look more successful but it’s unethical to disallow people to deactivate or delete their accounts. To inKind: If you try to sell this company and it’s proven what you did, you will lose. It’s been 20 minutes and your deactivation is still clocking Would you like me to show restaurants what you’re doing ? Restaurants, These aren’t active users, they are people who want to delete their accounts but this app won’t let them.

NCAA outing. Beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. Great big screen tv set up that’s all on one wall so you don’t have to keep swiveling in your chair to watch multiple tv’s. Friendly staff. Definitely will come back. Shout out to Rizzo a.ka. Grandpa 😝

The app took back the $50 sign up bonus just because too many people are signing up lately. If InKind can’t afford to keep its promise, then don’t make an offer to begin with!! The app is having a deal with Amex so many Amex users have been signing up for this app. The app used to offer a $50 credit on their website + $25 referral bonus = I had $75 credit in my account. Today I saw people saying InKind deleted their own $50 offer (probably due to the influx of users like me who heard about the app from Amex), I checked my app and it’s true, now I only have $25 referral credit. I’m speechless. I’ve never seen any business do this. Glad I didn’t use this app yet though I was planning to use it tomorrow.

Money spent. No gift card. No customer support.. I purchased a gift for a relative (to be used for a restaurant in Australia) and the recipient never received it. I submitted 2 support tickets but never received a response or follow up. So I tried to directly call their customer contact number in Australia to see if I can get the gift directly emailed to me instead but the number was disconnected. The level of support I’ve experienced does not give me much confidence in this product at all. Seems like such a hassle and headache to get this sorted!

Used to be good. Now it’s crap. I have thousands of dollars I purchased and used to use it quite often. For the past few months, including today I have been unable to use it. When I select the restaurant, nothing happens. App is broken and now I wasted my money. STAY AWAY until they fix it.

Excellent Customer Service Following App Outage. Updating my review... A prompt response to my email to support with an apology and resolution following a crash to its servers has restored my trust in its service and I will attempt to use it again. There was also a training issue at the restaurant (server should have been able to manually charge the house account) which I’m told has been corrected. ————————————— This is incredibly frustrating, even when attached to WiFi the app doesn’t connect and continuously crashes. I can’t use the credit in the account and had to pay by credit card rendering the app useless.

Easy to use & earn credits. I used this app at Juliet Italian Kitchen in Austin. It was easy to purchase credit & redeem in restaurant and I love that I got a bonus. The feature that shows what restaurants are in your area that partner with InKind is pretty neat too.

Seamless. Tried this app for the first time a month ago and it was so easy to use! I was worried it would be confusing while paying but it was even easier than using a credit card. Can’t wait to see what other restaurants will be on the platform in the future! P.s thank you Joann for introducing me to it :)

Game changer for dining out!. It’s crazy to think a company like this hasn’t existed till now. I eat out A LOT and some of my favorite restaurants are on inKind all over the country. I mostly eat at inKind restaurants now and I love how they support the industry too. You spend the money you were already going to spend eating out, you just get bonus credit on top of that. Great product, great customer service!

Easy, contactless payment - great user experience !. It was incredibly easy and painless to add credit to my favorite restaurant and to redeem the credit at the end to pay for my meal. It made me feel comfortable to use this contactless payment method, easy checkout process, great app experience all around !

customer service issues. Updating my review. After a week of emails and then a negative review here, my issue with an expired promotion was resolved. Previously I said this: The app is a great idea but I had an issue where my monthly $50 credit (if you spend 150) vanished from my app and I’ve emailed and sent messages over and over and over. No response a week later. What a joke.

Card Hacked. I recently used the app on 2 occasions and it’s great. Unfortunately, I cannot trust the security of the app since someone hacked into my account and attempted to purchase food with my card that was saved. The only option is to remove the card from the Payment Methods as soon as possible or not to use the app at all. For now, I’ll choose my security.

Dysfunctional. Had a good experience using this app in restaurant, but having trouble using it for a takeout order. The app force closes every time I try to check the status of my order so I can’t tell if it was properly placed or not. Was also not sent any sort of confirmation to my email or phone # on file.

Experience. The app got stuck on a screen, trying to get me to add $$ to account which I didn’t want to do. We had plenty of money in acct but kept us stuck in screen. The server had to call manager over who was also confused. They were wonderful but ridiculous that this happens to them pretty often and the issue is still not fixed. It’s not the server or manager fault. We had to figure out a way for it to work. Not a good app especially if you were busy! Will not be downloading or adding again.

So confusing. This app is full of “discounts” and “offers” and “savings” and “gifts” but in the end it’s just ridiculously confusing. I just want to use it to pay at restaurants, not understand their crazy business model. I got a sign up bonus, but I have to use it on checks of a certain amount… and I can also pre-pay for credit, but it’s not usable with my sign up bonus… and the “gifts” are really discount codes. In the end, I wanted to like this app and be able to use it, but there is just too much going on and I’m wary of being scammed. I decided to delete my account.

Broken Promises. I was offered a $25 off my next meal over $75. I went out with my family for a meal over that amount, and upon receiving the check and paying it through the app, only to be told I needed to pay $10 A MONTH TO REDEEM IT! And on top of that, when I declined and finished paying with the app, they had the AUDACITY to have me pay an addition $3.35 for the privilege of using the app. Look, to be direct, this app might be free to download but you will need to pay to actually use it in anyway actually useful and the app is not upfront with you about this. I truly hope the devs read this and change this. It’s not consumer friendly and anyone who might download this app should be fully aware of it.

Did not take the $25 off. I am so upset!! I received the offer for bucca di brook for $25 off of $50 bill. I followed all the instructions and when it came time to pay it appeared to be taking the discount off, however when I selected to done button it charged the full price. We would not have gone to this restaurant tonight had it not been from this offer sent in the email.

Feeling cheated. As a frequent inKind user I got an email asking to take a short survey to receive $10 in appreciation of my time. After I had submitted my feedback you said oh sorry this is only for new signup users. Why the heck you sending me an email for it and purposely hiding this requirement to trick me into doing the survey. You just lost an loyal user and once I used up all my credits I am deleting the app. Very disappointed!

Beware. I only had this app a month, I used an unique password because I was a little skeptical. After I canceled my free trial they continued to try and bill me $9.99 and when I will try to cancel again it will say “only an active membership can be cancelled”. Then I woke up to a $250 credit charge and they attempted to gift the money to different users in $50 increments. When I emailed the company, they tried to blame my password, but they don’t know I specifically made it unique because my initial reservations.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app doesn't even work. I had a $50 credit to a restaurant and I couldn't even use it. I even emailed customer support before I went and they explained to me how to use it and I ended up paying the full bill. In my opinion, it is a complete scam and I highly recommend you stay away unless you want to go through the process of disputing it with your credit card company.

New Fall menu and German monthly menu. We were pleasantly surprised to see so many new fall items (the Fall Squash Soup) on the “regular” menu. And to try some yummy noshables (Weisswurst with a knockout sauerkraut with whole grain mustard and the Cauliflower Salad that was so unique). Next month is Peruvian. Mmm delicious as always.

I love this system!. This makes payments so simple. And the app has been doing a good job being accurate. I can separate my bill easily from the group I'm with, as well. Love this! Thanks!

FRAUD. I was out of town, and made reservations for a restaurant using this app. I never used the app to pay at the restaurant but months later I was charged $310 for a “gift” I sent to someone I have no relation to. I never made this purchase, but the money was deducted from my account. I only found out because my bank notified me and I got an email from this app saying my gift was sent to the random person. When I proceeded to contact the app there is no customer support phone number. I emailed them and go no answer back. I sent multiple chats and never heard back. This is such an awful experience, especially when you’re out of town and your card gets cancelled but you need to use that card for your expenses on the trip

Paid wrong restaurant. Yes, it was my fault, but the app does not tell you which restaurant during confirmation process. It’s only after it’s too late that you know which restaurant is getting paid. Seems like the app could also check location and tell me that I’m over 700 miles from the restaurant I am paying, and ask if I’m sure I want to proceed.

Do not use this App, it is definitely the worst experience you can have!. I paid $1000 upfront to use this app, and this app never worked. The app got stuck on a screen OVER MONTHS, we had plenty of money in the account but kept stuck in screen when we need to process the payment. The customer support is unbelievable dishonest, they promised the issue can be fixed shortly but never get anything done. When I request a refund, they are trying to steal your full payment on account. It is very embarrassing to use this app and make you feel like fool when you paid everything upfront but the app never worked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND THE UPPER MANAGEMENT IN THIS COMPANY IS TRYING VERY HARD TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IN THEIR POCKET AND WON’T CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AT ALL.

Love the new look and functionality. I have dined out with InKind multiple times and love it! It’s saved me a few hundred $$ and makes paying for the meal a breeze. I just wish they would add more restaurants on in Austin

Our meal. Absolutely wonderful as usual… my wife had her usual omelette and loved it I asked about the chili covered nachos and Cindi said they were favorite… I tried them for a change and now they are MY FAVORITE….keep up the good work !!

App needs improvement. App seems to be pretty slow most times and there’s just not a lot of restaurants on there in most cities. Additionally, their overview page shows a completely different amount of how many credits you used if you happen to use a discount. When I try to talk to their customer service about this issue, they are dismissive and unhelpful.

Unreal app lifesaver in this economy. The inKind app is an amazing lifesaver in this economy. I can’t believe how many benefits I obtain doing things that I already do. A win for restaurants that participate too as tips for servers and cooks will go up.

The app is weird and the customer service is horribl. I have been trying to reach someone at this company for 10 days now! I am trying to understand how to use the app credits to book a reservation. The restaurant even tried reaching out to these people on my behalf and still no luck. At this point I’m going to request a refund and stay far away from this ridiculous app. It’s the weirdest experience I’ve ever had! If you have no online help desk then put someone on the phone! It’s insane!

Obsessed. If you dine out often, you need this app. inKind is like one big loyalty rewards program to a massive network of restaurants, giving you extra cash to spend at restaurants you frequent. The ability to book reservations and pay your bill in the app are just the cherries on top. But honestly my favorite part is that paying with inKind directly benefits the restaurant - servers are always so excited when I pay with the app.

Horrible. I lost $100 and no way to claim.. I clicked on web link from one of the participating restaurants and decided to purchase $100 credit. It took my money, and told me to download the app. Unfortunately there is no way to link my purchase to account I set up on app. The email at it automatically used for the purchase is unreachable. This app is insanely bad. You can lose mo ey big time.

Need a description to it’s services. I received a $50 credit to try out this app and it was great.. up until I had about $20 left in my wallet that I wanted to use and it keeps saying that I have to have a BILL MINIMUM of $100??? This is so upsetting given that I wanted to use up all my credit before I end up purchasing more. Does it mean to say that I have to have keep having a recurring amount of $100 just to use this app? No thank you. Don’t download if you have the $50 credit- you won’t be able to use it all. Inkind should put that as a disclaimer or have it along the lines so people are more aware.

Fantastic Experience. I went out with a big group (8ppl) and wanted to try out the InKind app at a participating restaurant, but worried that it would be complicated given my large party. I experienced just the opposite. It was so easy to use, I paid exactly my share and the manager told me that they love when customers use the app to pay for a bill. It is easy and seamless on both sides. That and given you get more credit as you add funds to your account, I will definitely be using InKind. And my friends are starting to use it too. It helps me AND helps restaurants, so I am here for it.

I believe it’s a scam. The first time I tried to use the app it took forever to process. As a matter of fact, after trying for 20 minutes, the manager offered to try to resolve the issue. After another 20 minutes, it still wouldn’t work. We ended up paying the bill ourselves and leaving. Over an hour after leaving (a full 1 hour and 50 minutes after we first tried the app) I received an email it had been processed. Are customers expected to wait hours for it to process a payment? The manager told me they have had many problems and complaints about the app.

Don’t believe the offers. Don’t fall for the $25 off your first order of $50 or more. You will see the reward, but you will never be able to apply it. You will pay 100% for every order. Bottom line, order from local owners who look you in the eye. Stay far away from corporate chains and restaurant apps. We as a consumers have had enough. Buy local small businesses, put all greedy corporations out of business.

customer service issue resolved. I had an issue two weeks ago at Jaleo in DC. The restaurant made an erroneous charge to my inKind account, and they did not know how to reverse it. I had sent a message through the inKind app which was not addressed. Finally I found their customer service email address in these reviews, and using that, inKind handled the problem promptly. I suggest inKind add a link to their email under “Support” in their app.

So easy!. Can’t believe this gives me a discount at my favorite restaurant, helps me get a table and allows me to check out faster than even using a credit card. Love this app!!

Love this app!. Totally worth getting! I use it to pay when we go out and get nice surprises along the way! It is by far the kindest app I have. The name suits it so well. I wouldn’t go anywhere without it. Lots and lots of options and very handy.

App continues to crash on me!. Tried many times and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but continues to crash on me. Waste of my time and I already have several hundred dollars in credit on the app for a local restaurant. Had to use my credit card even though I have already prefunded this house account for this restaurant. What’s the point of this app if it’s not going to work when It’s time to pay the bill?!

Offer excellent benefit. Easy to use, offer excellent benefit, I saved so much money next I dine out!😍😍😍

Cool app. Great way to eat out. This really makes eating out great. Great saving and really easy to navigate.

Loving it in NZ!. Using inKind app for my Universal Voucher credit in Auckland has been super easy - love that only small businesses are featured and it’s cashless ❤️

Great customer service. Dealt with Michael from customer service, he was very quick and attentive to my fault. Great to see how efficient and proactive this business is. 10/10

Disappointed. Didn’t work and unable to find supposed credit voucher at the time of paying.

Thanks for fixing the bug about Reduce Motion quickly. I used the App to pay and couln’t get passed the review screen. So, I contact the developer team and they were able to investigate and suggested the solution in a timely manner. The developer was very accomodative and friendly. Thanks a lot to for the fix. Please keep up the good work. :)

**** Be warned. Ever wonder what happens if a restaurant goes broke ? Speak to the team at inKind and they say you have to follow it up with the restaurant that has closed up. They provide you with contact details and say that when you signed up you received a welcome credit so when you write to the Restaurant that closed, request a refund less the welcome credit ? Firstly what is the point of using this app if there is no benefit to the user and secondly, as if a restaurant that closed will credit you. Use this app and run the risk that if a business goes broke, you are on your own! You have been warned. I have only provided the facts as they have occurred. I will now write to apple for assistance so let’s see.

Literally nothing works. Feels very scammy. Can’t link card. Can’t search restaurant. Even with location access. Asks for phone email payment. And does absolutely nothing.

Scam ?. Can’t link the card . Is this a scam ?

Does not work. Went to a restaurant in Bethesda because of the $25 off offer. Told to use the app. App is useless. Can’t link card. « App support » gets you to InKind website, no support anywhere. What kind of rink-a-dink business is this?

Payment Linking Doesnt Work. Gets stuck at linking a card and cannot access my new account.

Trash App. Doesn’t work, can’t explore. Horrible experience just to get $5 off. Deleting it now

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t work

Bad app. Doesn't work. Bad app. Nothing works. Very questionable

Seems like a scam. This app is promoted through different restaurant websites and the first thing they want from you is all your information to market to you and yourcredit card. And then it doesn’t give you the promotion promised. Do not download this app.

New features. Love that they keep adding new features and restaurants. UI/UX keeps getting better and better.

First time User. Loved how easy it was to use In Kind!

Convenince. How easy to pay you bill and credit back. LOVE IT!!!!

Scam and fraud. If you can’t honor the promotion, don’t advertise it! Added a few coupons advertised publicly and all are gone within a day. Terms and conditions can change without informing customers after the promo is added. Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible Quality, Never works on 1st try!!!. Do not use this app. It is terrible. Every time I try to use it at Currito it will take 5 or 6 tries before it even goes through, if it goes through. I have had a number of times where it didn’t even work at all. It’s super embarrassing to use in line and makes you feel like a fool. DEFINITELY AVOID. If I could choose ZERO STARS I would.

Great app! Used this at Yardbird Dallas. Used this to get dining credit at Yardbird Dallas and was really easy to use, server was familiar with inKind and helped close out our bill.

Confusing rules, missing money after purchase. I have downloaded this app and bought 50 dollars of credits to give it a try. The rules were very confusing and unclear. It did not require a minimum spending amount when I purchased it, then asked for minimum of $100 spending in order to use the 55 dollars that I purchased. Also when downloading, it indicated that I can have 50 dollars pass to try, which disappeared next day before I even try it. Dishonest app with no credibility. Will try to get my money back and delete it forever! Very disappointed!

No clue what they are doing…. The app didn’t work when paying and there was no way to resolve the issue. There was a four digit request for the check number but it was five digits on the check. It took 20 minutes to resolve. Won’t use the app again

We got took!. Did not understand the fee for using the app and it added $40 to our bill. So we didn't really save much using the app tonight. Not going to bother recommending it to anyone seeing how much info you give up for using the app.

Love This App. This is the greatest app with the best customer support. Fantastic way to try new restaurants and highly encourage everyone to try it out!!

Penny Ann’s is our favorite. This is our go-to restaurant. Thank you so much for getting a way to “wait list”. The only draw/back is how hard it is to get in.

Can’t even log in. Fix your login UX. You cannot paste a password; try doing it yourself. Anyone that uses random passwords with a password app cannot use your app. You basically have to just use a real word that you can remember like “password.” You also cannot “reveal” the password you typed to make sure it is correct

Bank account info stolen. App was great at first, considering you didn’t have to wait to pay anymore. But yesterday my account was hacked and somebody spent $1700 on this app. Dont trust apps or anything cellular to pay, cash will be my bestfriend from now on.

Do not use! Do not Use!!!. Just tried to use at Electric Jane in Nashville. Had over $150 in credit and tied to pay a $60 bill. Kept erroring out. Manager there had no idea what to do. Had to pay incremental. Not sure I will ever be able to use my $150. They are stealing your money. Do not use!!

App won’t open. Had to use credit card. App wouldn’t open!

I wasn’t given what was promised. I tried to use the promotion but it did not work. The total reflected the promotion amount but after I paid with my credit card, the original amount was charged on my card. The restaurant was unable to assist because this is a 3rd party company. I won’t be using the app anymore as it was not beneficial for me.

Questions. How can I get a list of participating restaurants?

Poor App & Customer Service. This app does not support online ordering and does not tell you that. Wasted significant time trying to place an online order. You have to place an order by telephone. Also Customer Service does not respond to their emails. Will not be using this app.

Does not work.. The restaurant I signed up through is not showing up on the app. There isn’t any restaurants showing up on the app. I live in a pretty decent sized city. I even searched in NYC and no restaurants showed up. Emailed support have not heard back or even received an email confirming I signed up with inKind. I checked my email address and it is correct.

Doesn’t work. I signed up yesterday and was looking forward to trying it out at Bravo’s on Bethel Road. The app could not find our ticket. The manager said it happens all the time and they have submitted tickets with no response. Thank goodness I didn’t spend money on this app.

Fraud Alert. My credit card was charged for $500 and then the hacker paid themselves with gift cards. Still haven’t heard back from InKind support nor do they seem to be aware of this fraud happening on their platform.

InKind. Waste of time, I would do better earning points from my credit card. This app has no explanation attached to it...how do you pay a restaurant for a meal when you click on the name, see a balance and nothing happens? Creative marketing with fun nick names for staff....but that’s about it and it does not equate to a consumer friendly product.

App cheated me out of my credit. I recently had $250 stolen from my credit card via this app. Inkind refunded my credit card but now when I go to pay using the app or try and use the $41 I earned it denies the payment. Too many bugs and not a reputable company!

Unintuitive and impractical. Maybe it would be useful if I spent way more time on my phone trying to figure out how it works but so far it appears the few bucks saved are not worth my time

So easy to use. I love the ease of, finding a place, making reservations, paying the bills all in one place! Brilliant!

So great!. I love getting the extra amount to spend and it’s introduced me to good restaurants in my city. It’s user friendly and I’d highly recommend!

So easy to use. Expected confusion—there was none. Fast and easy.

Scam. App keeps changing terms and restrictions, in days. And your rewards balance will disappear without any explanation. Support team takes days to get back to you and NO SOLUTION. They think their math is absolute correct. Such a joke. Would never use it again

Play US as fools. It says the new member will get 50$ credit for signing up, and also refer friends will get 25$. So I signed up and referred some friends of mine to this app which should be 100$ credit for my bonus. Now it is gone, inkind is a scam company!

Amazing. Dude, this is amazing. It literally just makes anywhere u eat like 20-40% cheaper.

Good experience. I enjoy getting the bonus credit and not having to take my wallet with me!

Amazing app. Been using for a while saved me money

In Love. Love this app , great for going out with friends everyone gets a discount :) drinks too !!!

Doesn’t work. Restaurant had the advertisement on the dinner table. Signed up, dropped $100 into the app. Bill came but the app couldn’t find the bill (right location, right ticket #). Restaurant said they were having issues with the app as well and nothing they can do. Ended up having to pay my bill again. $100 bill but ended up paying $200.

Best app for Foodies. I love this app, I enjoy going to restaurants and use this, I save so much money. Hope more Jersey restaurants were part of this app.

Don't Bother. One of the worst excuses for an app we have ever seen - do not bother. Is a personal data collection site that continues to try and sell you more and more - takes a long time before you actually receive your discount and now they have a bunch of your personal data

No integrity. This app is just fine, but this company is not a honest company. They can withdraw bonus you earned from the referral or new sign up. If you have any IT issues, you should fix it and don’t make it up by hurting customers.

Takeout items are marked up. Bloated app. Paid around 12% more for every time ordered. Was enticed by the $25 coupon, which in the end was offset by the markups for every item. Annoying pop ups and pages that make ordering way too cumbersome. Not sure what the advantage of using app instead of going directly to restaurants online take out service.

It is a fake app. This is a fake app! I ordered food from Bertucci’s and promised $25 rebate for orders above $50 if I downloaded this app…They are denying the rebate! They said it will apply to my future orders ! That is not what Bertuccis website suggests!!! Wasted my time and gave my credit card info to this Spam app!!

Fraudulent App. I preloaded the app and upon attempting to pay received a receipt not found error. The server said they have trouble with the app all the time. Now I’ve been scammed out of my money, as the app is completely unusable when it comes time to pay. Absolutely would not recommend.

VPN not supported. Does not support connections from outside the country or “untrusted” VPNs. Why not? Afraid of negative reviews from folks outside US that download and don’t find eligible restaurants? How about limiting to US App Store (if not already done)? What if somone is on vacation and wants to prepare for a night out, or send a recommendation to a friend? Afraid of bad actors hiding behind VPNs? How about better security?

The company is not reliable, you will lose your balance without notice. kind of scam. The company is not reliable, you will lose your balance without notice. kind of scam . My balance change from $125 to 0 without any notice or explanation. They should go bankrupt if they can not support customer in a good way.

Did not allow me to split my bill. While attempting to split the tab evenly, I selected the option to divide it 50/50. However, to my dismay, the tab was not split as intended, and I was charged the full amount.

Don’t Believe the $$ Credit Emails!. I got an email for $75 credit to a local restaurant I love for joining InKind. When I joined, the app said my credit had already been claimed. It quite clearly hadn’t. I tried contacting support, who would not follow up. Whatever you do, don’t get your hopes up!!

Very easy to use. We dined at Hampton Social Club and used this application. Very easy to use.

Scam! Buggy App. It baited me with a 25% bonus so I entered my credit card info and “paid ahead”. Now I entered my email to log in and app just froze and wouldn’t event allow/prompt me to enter my password. I can’t access my funds in the app. No button for help or support at all. Stay away!

Lovely date night with my mom. I had a great experience. Highly recommend it.

Security compromised. My account was just hacked and a $100 gift card was purchased from my account and then sent to someone. Then I get a false email saying I got a refund. inKind needs to review their security as their customers information is at risk

White screen every time I open it.. I just download the app and was very excited to use it. BUT the only thing I can see after login is a completely white screen without anything. I have never seen this before and it is the worst app experience ever since there is nothing I can do

Easy. Hmmm the directions were super easy, payment went thru smoothly!
