Kinda not the best. Lots of crashes and jank for what is a port from a relatively large corporation. The game is good, but I probably wouldn’t spend 8 dollars on it. At least not for a few months, when they fix it all

Funny game. I liked it. Easy to understand, very intuitive and yet sufficiently interesting to wonder around by yourself. 10/10 Heavily appreciated while being in long trips.

Please fix. I love this game with all my heart and I am glad they finally released it on mobile, but one problem- Controller support, everything works fine other then the pause button & Sprint action, other than that it’s amazing, I’m truly looking forward for more updates/fixes.

My favorite game ever. I got so excited when I bought this game because I used to have the actual CD copy of it for my old PlayStation and then my PlayStation stopped working and the CD disappeared but this game is so addicting and it’s so fun and it’s so out of the box like there’s no way you can hate it. Looking at the price tag you might think that’s expensive but it really is worth it like I don’t ever write reviews, but I’m so obsessed with this game that I have to write a review for this one. Please get it, I just got it and played it for five hours straight and have had no glitches or mess ups, (besides me dying 😂), I can’t get across how much I adore this game. Worth the buy every time.

Love it. I absolutely adore this game, I’ve owned it on every console I possible can and I’m so excited it’s on my phone to start all over again!

Good plort… I mean port!. Loved this game on console very excited to play it on the go. Haven’t played very long but so far it seems like a very competent port that doesn’t require a controller to comfortably play.

Amazing game, great atmosphere. Slime Rancher has always been amazing, and Monomi Park always puts an A+ effort into everything they release. I had high expectations when I saw this released and I’m still wildly impressed. Amazing mobile slime rancher game. So stoked to be playing SL1 again but form my phone!

Controller assembly. Hey I just wanted to say that when I use my controller I can’t sprint and when will the controller settings be updated?

Awesome!. I have learned something about using Xbox controllers for this. You cannot directly connect it to the device with a cord. You need to use Bluetooth or else the sprint doesn’t work. I’m just looking to help! I don’t know if it’s the same with other controllers.

I cant even start the game. The games wont even let me start it freezes and kick me out the game clearly the game to much for my iPad to handle idk why it’s in the App Store then I spend money on this and I love this game I play in a console before I got so happy that I can play it anywhere I can go but the game simple unplayable

Such a great game. This game has always been my favorite on consoles and pc, but now that it’s on phones I can play it on trips when I’m bored.

Great Game, Small Bug. Hi! I have wanted to play slime rancher since it released, and I am so grateful to get to play it now on mobile. I’ve loved the game so far, although it won’t let me manually switch to higher graphics when I want to. I understand the “tests” think they know better than me, but I at least want to try better graphics. Anyways, when popping the Gordo slimes, certain ones give me two keys.. from what I know, this isn’t normal. It allows me to cheat through the game, and kind of ruined my first play through. If these two minor bugs could be fixed, this is a PERFECT mobile adaptation!!

Love it. I have played this game for years and I am happy that it is finally available on the tablet and I found a bug rare slimes spawn more often than on other platforms so you can speed run it faster than on other platforms but I love the game

Amazing game!!!. I am a fan of all slime rancher games i beat slime rancher 1 on Nintendo switch and i beat slime rancher 2 on pc i started playing slime rancher 2 when it was early access and now i can play my favorite game on the go!

Having a great time. I am having a great time with the game. Reliving all the old memories and playing on this port is great. There are still a couple bugs to definitely be worked out.😭I have not experienced my chickens being stuck in the floor in a very, very long time, but I am enjoying it all the same. 💯

Yes. Yo I’m super happy it became mobile, it’s a little different in my opinion but most of the slimes look really silly and derpy and I’m really happy that we get the secret style :3

Can’t even get passed the loading screen. Bought this game just to not even be able to play it. Crashing on the loading screen just getting into the app. On a iPhone 16 pro max, reinstalled the game, have plenty of storage, restarted the phone. Nothing gets this game to work.

Slime rancher. Finally they made it for mobile! Super happy about that, definitely still getting used to the controls.

Such a good game. I may have only played this game over at a friends house and loved it and now that I can actually get the game and play it myself I love it, when you said that the game might crash or freeze I actually did expect one or two times it would happen but it never did and I have a low end device even for a IPad the one thing I would like to do is switch the FPS or change the graphics because well my IPad does overheat when I play but overall this is a great port of the console edition and I would love to see games like this grow more and more. Thanks for a great port.

Bug. Clicking on the email in the game causes it to freeze and exit.

Great launch!. As a frequent player of slime rancher and even modded the game, seeing it on mobile is a super fantastic thing to see! I noticed there have been slight cuts to make it for mobile but overall so far doing basic tasks of the game feels better than an average mobile game. I do hope some things get adjusted as some menus feel out of place from the original slime rancher and also icons of the games touch screen feels off. Also the game feels very smooth random inconsistencies but that's always been in slime rancher. Beatrix also feels off as her colors are more dull, but that's just a preference. Also the slimes are at the lowest LOD and some (example: Tabby) texture/shader are not glossy. Again if you are a slime rancher fan, you'd love this and even if you are just getting into the game the mobile version seems already great. Great work Playdigious!

It’s amazing… but. The game is amazing, and it works perfectly, but for some reason the controller support doesn’t include sprinting for some reason, if this gets fixed, it would be even better

Good game, but crashes. I love this game, it’s so fun and I’m happy to finally be able to play it, but it keeps crashing. If I play for more than 30 minutes it crashes and resets progress. That’s on low graphics too, if I try high graphics it doesn’t run at all on my iPad. Other than having to save and quit every in game day it’s okay.

Perfect Game. Happy to finally see slime rancher, my favorite game since childhood finally on mobile! Ported very well!

AMAZING. finally being able to play slime rancher on something other than my xbox is amazing!! It runs super well on my phone, small thing is it crashes on my ipad but thats not a game issue lol, the quality is great and its easy to play!!

Slime Rancher Fan. Started playing this on pc and fell in love. When I seen it was available on iPhone I purchased the day it was released. I love it.

Bad. Why do they call it mobile if you cannot even play it on mobile I have an iPad generation nine and for other people that have iPads that are not suitable for it. This game is just not playable for what it was meant to be playable for. 8 dollars wasted I hate this I have been waiting for this game to come out for over two months and it still just does not work. I hate this so much.

It’s PEAK. Need I say more?. I have been playing the original game since 2018 on Xbox. I’m so happy to see the release on mobile! There are some bugs in the system, but I know they’ll fix them like they always do. Thank you Monomi Park for releasing this masterpiece. 🤩🤩🤩

Can’t get in. This app won’t work it is lagging. It has been 3 days and it still won’t work I have been trying for 3 hours and it won’t work if this is not fixed and is happening to other people then is this worth it

Honestly so happy i found out its on mobile. I used to play this game with my cousin years ago on their xbox one and am so happy i can play it on my phone. no bugs or anything either so great optimization. THANK YOU DEVS this game is amazing and you guys did such good work on making it as good as you did for mobile.

Great game. Amazing game however I got a single problem, in the ancient ruins I keep falling through the floor like the floor and almost every in it has no collision. But other than that it’s perfect.

Hunter Gordo??. I absolutely love this game, and it transitions pretty well into mobile. My only gripe is that the hunter gordo is not in its usual spot and I haven’t seen it anywhere else. Was it removed or am I missing something?

Absolutely incredible. I’ve played slime rancher many times on xbox and pc. I’m so glad they moved it to mobile i literally cant stop playing when im away from home. I hope they one day add a slime rancher 2 as i’ve never played it.

Beautiful Game, but no Motion Sickness Support. Just as the title says. I got sick from playing it for 30 minutes. I tried several times and had to stop trying. I’m so bummed because the game looks SO good, but FPS games really need more education on how to make them accessible to the full spectrum of motion sickness gamers, not just the most mild cases.

I love this game. I’ve been playing this game since before 2020 and after. I’d consider this one of my favorite game.

My literal favorite game.. Genuinely so happy that this game released on mobile. It still stands up today, and lets me calm down even when I feel horrible :) SLIME RANCHER IS THE BEST!!

Crashing on 16Pro. It works fine on my iPad Air but crashes on my 16Pro which is supposed to be compatible. Otherwise it’s a great, fun game that has stood the test of time. I just wish it actually worked on my iphone. Update: thanks to the Dev for responding and the crashing issue seems to be a known bug they are working on. In the meantime,I am playing the heck out of this game on my iPad. No problems with my 8bitdo controller.

Great game w/ great optimization. I love Slime Rancher and when I heard that it was coming to mobile I was excited but also skeptical. Thankfully it runs great and still looks great. This is a port I have been wanting for awhile now and I’m glad that it runs great.

Amazing. I love this game. Loved I played in the Xbox it amazing how it in phone now. But still need work done,it slow while playing. Moving to another application while still playing loose the progress.

Game Crashes on iPad Pro 11 (M4). Unfortunately not able to play the game as it crashes immediately after splash screens. Might have to request a refund if there is no fix in couple of days. P.S. I’ve sent full crash details via official support. For anyone experiencing the same issue, launching with Wi-Fi disabled (Airplane Mode) allowed the game to start as a temporary workaround until a fix is released.

Amazing game with some bugs. This game is amazing, and I am very excited to see it on mobile, however there are a couple of minor bugs. Sometimes when using Save and Exit, the Continue button disappears for a minute before re-appearing. I highly recommend this game and I can’t wait for Slime Rancher 2 to have its 1.3 update!

Overall games great. Seriously great only bug I’ve experienced is that it crashes when I enter the home or go into the pause menu only sometimes tho besides that love the game

Constant crashes. I’ve been waiting to play this but as soon as I try loading a new world, it crashes. I’ve tried entering maybe five times but it could just be my device.

Great Port!. There really isn’t much to say about this. It runs great on my iPhone 15 and the controls aren’t that janky. It will take some getting used to, but it’s really good! It can run at 60 fps on high graphics. It does kill your battery super fast but that’s expected.

So close!. This is so close to being perfect other than the app crashing after reaching a certain point in the game, I’m assuming the developers are already on it, but appreciate the game for what it is rn!

Could be better. Would have been a great game, but they were so specific with their controllers. Couldnt play the full game as I didnt have a ps4,ps5 or an xbox controller.

Just like the PC version. It's very fun, just as I was expecting it to be, for having loved the game on steam, it does have a few issues right now as it is a day one release in a way, such as phosphors and tabbies have no animation, sparkly pink slimes have their sparkles not as sparkly, the sun warbles for some reason, bushes, trees, and the slime see have their animations choppy and slow, the pond structures water is not clear at all, if a slime jumps into you, they get sent to space, this is not kerbal space program so clearly these slimes are confused, clouds have a low resolution texture now and then, corals and the coops walls have a non smooth gradient of their colors, oh and the flashlight is missing, played on high settings, on both an iPad Air 5th gen and an iPhone 16 Pro Max

Question. Will the game get updates and stop crashing so much, maybe because then it’ll be so much funner and I kinda just stop playing when it crashes because it kinda ruins it but I play again eventually.

Graphics lock. I playing on ipad 11 m3. My graphics settings are locked on low. I suppose that because it’s only early release, so I will just wait till it will be fixed and I will change review to 5.

Weird. The game is great, but why is the graphics stuck on low on a M5 iPad? Also the sprint button doesn't work on gamepads for some reason.

thoroughly disappointed. the graphics are awful, the render distance is atrocious, and the choice to use slime rancher 2’s ui was a terrible one. if it weren’t for the ui, i’d think it was a cheap mobile knockoff. also the gordo slimes and the tarr look so weird.

Slime rancher is awesome. I love this game I had it on my pc and now I get to torture my silly slimes on the go!!

No controller support for backbone. Please add controller input so i can add this to my backbone menu please

Needs Updates for Controller. Played the game on other platforms and love it. This new version needs a patch in regard to playing with a controller: 1. It needs remappable controls. I prefer using the right trigger to suck and the left trigger to shoot, and using the top face button to sprint, but I’m currently stuck with the default controls. 2. The menu and sprint buttons don’t work. Pressing them does nothing. Once these issues are fixed, this version of the game will be pretty much perfect.

Todo mal para un buen juego. Algunos botones del gamesir x2 lite que es el que tengo no funcionan por ejemplo el botón start y L3 no funcionan haciendo que no puedas ni correr y teniendo que presionar la pantalla para el menú de pausa, otro detalle que me di de cuenta es la resolución del juego ya que la siento muy baja pero supongo que es por optimización.Actualmente me encontré con más problemas ya que algunas partidas no se guardan bien haciendo que retrocedas en una partida guardada anterior y no la actual además por más que tengas el juego en gráficos en altos las sombras hacen que en realidad no parezcan gráficos altos al estar todas pixeleadas, además algunas cosas las siento extiradas un ejemplo sería el modelo del personaje al momento de entrar en la casa ya que no se ve bien encajado.La verdad espero que mejoren todo para el futuro porque duele gastar 8 dólares cuando pude comprarme la versión para pc en donde no están estos problemas haciendo que sienta que esta decisión de compra se sienta decepciónate.
