Good clothing company. SHEIN has been put down because it is a “fast fashion” company but if you buy the right clothing, it will actually last a long time and is super cute. First the pros - the sizing is pretty spot on and if you read the reviews with the pictures You get a very good idea of what you’re buying. I personally only buy clothing that has reviews with pictures and it has been pretty good. Also, the return process is super easy. I love that it is free to return items, and if you put the money back in your SHEIN wallet you get it fairly quickly. I have only done one return where I got the money back into my bank account and it also didn’t take that long. They have sales & coupons all the time which makes it more affordable. Also, if you write good reviews with pictures, you get points to use towards your next purchase. Now the cons - Some of the clothing doesn’t look like the picture or is not very well-made even if you look at the picture reviews you sometimes get clothing that is not sewn right or has imperfections. Also some people don’t know quality clothing and will rate something as good when it’s not. Other than that, I love all of the different styles they offer at an affordable price I got a couple of items from them and get a lot of compliments. I highly recommend SHEIN just don’t use it as fast fashion and if you’re going to do it that way, please give the clothing to the thrift store or the SHIEN resale app.

SHEIN LITERALLY SAVED ME. I am a freshman in college and my parents got divorced when I was little, so I was almost on my own to buy my own clothes and self care products. I found SHEIN when I was about ten which was around the same time I got my first debit card. I still remember to this day, how much I was obsessed and how much stuff was in my cart. I was able to new clothes, skincare, makeup, bath accessories, bedroom decor, and bedroom essentials. When I was twelve years old my parents made a decision to put me up for adoption. I was so depressed and I missed my family. However about three months being in the adoption/foster care center, I was given a family. They figured I didn’t have any clothes, so they asked me what I liked— I instantly said SHEIN!! They looked confused but I convinced them. From that point on I continued to live my life so happy until they told me, “We are going to start making you responsible, MONEY wise.” I was so confused, but they said that for college I had pay half of my tuition my first year. I had hit a growth soon after that, and I needed new clothes, but I needed to save. SHEIN was there for me and I still continue to buy and shop there. I have recommended this app to my friends and they love it. The quality is terrific but after about two years you can tell you need to buy something new. I will forever love SHEIN because they literally saved me. I love you so much!!!!

my honest review on SHEIN. i really enjoy the clothing brand all things i have ordered have came in amazing condition and the materials are amazing. my best experience with SHEIN is probably how fast they deliver i ordered many things from SHEIN and all of them have came early every time. this may be because of the area i live in but their delivery service is GREATTTT! honestly there is no point not getting clothes from here, they are cheap, good quality, and arrive quickly. another thing i live about the app is u can see how the clothes looks on real ppl who ordered it. in the reviews of the clothing on the app there are photos of what they look like on others who ordered them. this is a great way to see is something you are thinking about buying is really worth it. 99% of the reviews will tell you exactly what they like about the clothing and what they dislike about the clothing (or whatever else you may have ordered). i grew 4 inches in the past year so i had to get rid of all my clothes bc they don’t fit (last year i was XS now im size S), i bought 20 new items recently to restock my closet and i curly have another separate order on the way. SHEIN is a great way to quickly restock ur closet (or just add more to ur closet) for a cheap price. YEAH SO BASICALLY I RECOMMEND YOU GET SHEINNNNN -whitley 😌

Amazing. I will admit some of things ordered have been kind of janky fabric too thin not as advised when arrived or sizes being way too small than needed but that’s only 1/10 Overall this app to me is winning over all the others simply by meeting all needs wonderful prices on top of my favorite (the coupons) they offer when it’s time to check out which to me is one of the reasons i continuously find myself ordering more than i should lol but their clothes a good 90%of the time are flawless spot on and are eye catching they also speak to all walks men/teens/pre-teens/ect the reviews always help and you earn points as well which at the end of all the coupons and final price you can apply the points and BOOM more money saved i swear I’m highly addicted me and my girls even my fiancé finds things that appeal to him and he’s now a fan the whole family benefits from this app absolutely love oh!!! And if things go wrong and you’re not satisfied with something their customer service is impeccable and handling things weather it’s crediting you which to me is the fastest method or simply giving your money back 100% so i give them all the gratitude

Terrible. So, I heard so many good things about this app regarding price and how the clothes looks and fits like the photos. So on cyber monday when they were having sales, I decided why not? Wouldnt hurt to buy some clothes. I purchased several pieces and used my apple pay to pay for the clothes. 2-3 days later i receive an email with them cancelling 2 of my orders and then putting one of my bigger orders on hold saying something about risk system? Look, i get it, tons of orders probably piled up during Black Friday and cyber monday sales, but if youre running a sale, the company should have better prepared for it instead of cancelling orders. Also, the order on hold states i have to show proof that i purchased it in order for them to continue processing the order… uh.. shouldnt verification of card and buyer been done at the registration portion of the whole app? Not after purchasing and cleared transaction portion? Ugh IF i even ever get any of the things i purchased on this site, i am immediately deleting this app and never using it again. And hopefully this isnt some scam Update: Not the shein app company copy pasting the same response to their 1 star reviewers. Look, if you really want people to respect and appreciate a company and change their mind about how they feel about the company, you listen to the clients compaints and address them individually instead of copy pasting a generic response

It’s great but…. I had the app on my previous phone and then I downloaded it again on the one I’m using now. The first problem was that, I couldn’t log into my account on the new phone because of my password. And I even had the password saved in my notes to remember. So, they sent me a reset email. I had to do that a couple of times until they stopped sending it to my spam folder. So I was finally able to actually click the reset link. It worked (thank goodness 🙄.) However, when I finally signed in on the new phone, everything from my order history, wishlist items, shopping bag, and other account information were missing. It was like it started a brand new account, even though it was the same email account. I’ve always had this problem with SHEIN, having to create new accounts. And so now I have to use my old phone for managing the orders. I really wish I could use my current for phone for all of that instead having to go back and forth. In the end, it’s a great app, I love the clothing options but, I would really appreciate it if they could somehow make logging in on various devices more efficient or maybe even add an option where you can ‘Sign in using Google’ to eliminate the hassle of having to remember and/or resetting passwords every now and then. I would also like if they worked on better customer service answers.

absolutely love and recommend!!. I have been using shein for almost 2 years now and have never had a complaint. Shein is very affordable and very good quality products i do typically buy clothes and accessories and i have loved all of them ! When using the app you can put in all your size preferences (make sure you’re logged in to the account you use) so you can always compare those to what size you’re looking to get (exp. if you click on Small 0-2 it will tell you the measurements and you can compare them to yours). I feel the app is more smooth running than shopping in a browser online. There are always reviews for you to look at too which i love and when you’re logged in to your account Shein puts together items they think you would like and i absolutely love that! When you write a review on things you purchased you earn shein points which you can use to discount what you buy next! I do recommend you always read the reviews based on the ones of people who bought your size or the sizes you wear to compare the item to yourself to see how it will look/fit. I also love how much of a wide variety of things you can buy such as home decor, clothes, shoes, underwear, bras, sticky bras, makeup, accessories and so much more and all such at a reasonable price! Shein is 102% worth it 😁

Surprised. My daughter informed me about this site. When I was looking through it I was not impressed at first, because the clothes are very nice but the prices are very cheap. I said the quality of these clothes are not worth it, until I had to get ready for a huge birthday party theme. The only place fitting the theme for this party was Shien, so my girlfriends and I took a chance and started ordering merchandise and clothes. Our shipment came to us in 3 days and less. We tried the clothes on and was in shock. The clothes not only looked nice but the quality wasn’t cheap either, however their clothes are not true to size not saying it was bad. It made us feel extra great returning the clothes for a smaller size. The customer service person was so awesome. I had to turn in an outfit that was out of stock and she literally helped me try to find something close to what I wanted. The exchange was super easy and getting the right size did not take long at all. My husband loves the clothes here as well, so good bye Walmart, Target and other quick shopping stores. Shien has gained a true shopping customer with me. The only problem I see is this site needs to keep more things in stock, because a lot of pretty clothing sales out really quick. Good job Shien and keep up the good work, I’m truly impressed with this site and the customer service.

BRUH READ THISS. This app is great literally love it. It’s cute and it has trending items like what you would see on Pinterest. Everything on there is cute and it is 100% affordable. For sizing‘s and like worried it won’t fit down 100% real reviews and multiple people that can help you with that including making your own sizing’s so that way it would suggest the correct sizing for you and on over 80% of the items there it is fit true to size votings from real customers with real experiences. This app is great and has the cutest clothing. I got some shirts from them and they fit great it was exactly how it was described to fit and described to be like most of my shirts I got oversized and it already pre-came oversized which it’ll tell you if it’s already made to be oversize or fit perfectly based on your body type. I first was skeptical about it about how since the prices were so cheap that it would actually come or not but I did and we discovered no issues and I didn’t even take that long. The best item type I would suggest ordering from his bathing suits because if it’s gray and they’re so cute and literally perfect for summer and any other occasion. But they do more than just clothes that actually do room decor they have school supplies and cases for like electronics and more!!!!

More than half of my clothes come from Shein. More than half of my clothes come from Shein! Personally, I think Shein is amazing. I genuinely don’t know what I would do without it. Their quality continues to impress me every time I order something. The price is amazing…it’s the way it should be. I don’t shop at other places because they’re too expensive. You can get so much on Shein for such a low price!(compared to other places). You can change your entire style or get a completely new wardrobe…and still do it affordably. Personally I think it is even better than Romwe….I’m not sure of the connection between the two, I think they are sister brands. But it has more styles!! They add new stuff all the time, and the company runs very smoothly in my opinion. All their customer service is great. For suggestions, I would recommend that you can filter reviews by measurements. Ex: height. Sometimes I need to see how LONG the pants are. But not just height you could also do weight, etc. Lastly, does anyone know the meaning behind the name? Is it “She-in” as in the styles or some person being fashionable…or is it simply based on some name of Asian descent? Either way, I am beyond grateful for Shein.

legit & good. shein is probably one of the best shopping apps out there, i stopped shopping online because i could never find a right size, harder to return and it’s hard to see or know if u like something if you can’t try it ok but then i found shein. i've only ordered 2 things so far (because it can get pretty expensive) but my first order was 25+ items and i only had to return 1 item which was free AND i got my money back. if u see something u like i would read the reviews first (mainly because if u want a certain size it can be longer or bigger but if u go for a baggy style then it doesn’t really matter) the material is usually super soft u can even sleep in, and shein is about to become half of my closet. the clothes they have are super cute, shipping does take awhile to get here idk if it’s due to COVID or if it just takes awhile but my second order i did faster shipping and it only took a week😅 i mainly shop for shirts because it’s harder looking for pants in my opinion but i definitely recommend shopping off this app just always read the reviews before you buy something <3. (Also leave a review when u get it so it can help other people out too).

I <3 shein!!. Personally as someone who is a senior in high school and trying my hardest to save up for college while also getting a better more adult like wardrobe Shein has been my go to for clothes!! They have such a huge selection of ALL types of styles. Thus meaning I can buy clothes of all styles for cheap while trying to find my true self!! I love all of their clothes I have bought! I know some of my friends have had some issues with clothes they have bought but online shopping and with all the shipping this is normal!! Shein has helped all of them and sent them the right clothes or a new one!! People have also complained about some of the clothes quality but how can you complain about clothes quality knowing you are getting popular, cute, and trendy cheap clothes?? Obviously not everything is going to be made from great material!! We have to understand that!! If you have an issue with a $5 shirt that ripped easy or feels weird than go get a $50 shirt from a different store for “better quality” even tho in most cases IT WILL BE THE SAME QUALITY! I have personally NEVER had an issue with the quality of their clothes but I also probably would not care or would not notice because I shop at a lot of thrift stores and cheap online places!! But hey thats just me:)! Anyways I love Shein and their prices!! Shein is just about the only reason I can get new clothes!! So thank you Shein! Thank you for the great prices and insane selection!!

5 Stars For SHEIN!!!. I absolutely love SHEIN. I started shopping with them during the height of COVID-19 & I can say enough about them. I love that they carry tons of clothes for all shapes and sizes because I think inclusive video counts wherever you’re shopping. The selection of categories they have such as: men’s clothing-women’s clothing-women’s plus clothing-maternity clothing-kids clothing-shoes-accessories-bags-home decor- beauty-etc. is very rarely seen with many companies. On top of that the items for sale are so reasonably priced and there’s thousands and thousands of choices to chose from it’s actually overwhelming. It’s also awesome how they offer points to be earned through writing reviews of clothing you buy, tuning into live streams and participating, earning points by people giving likes towards your reviews on items you purchased which then you’re allowed to use those points towards future purchases, wining an outfit event, tuning into livestreams, joining show contests etc. I love the free trial center too. Overall, SHEIN is an amazing place to shop and it’s my go to place to buy any and everything from lingerie to bathing suits to dresses for weddings or high style events. I get compliments all the time. I love SHEIN and hope to shop with them for a long time!! Thanks!!

Give it a try. So I have mixed feelings with this website. I absolutely LOVE the variety of styles, designs, and choices for unbeatable prices. I can get a really cool and unique shirt on here for $15 at the most, where most top brands you pay $55 for a plain T shirt. Yes, the quality of clothes are good from everything I’ve bought. Most of my wardrobe is from SHEIN. The clothes are real and legit. The material always varies but I’ve gotten some really soft shirts and nothing is too obviously cheap material. The jeans are really good and cheap as well. Now for the problems with this app: I’m only 115 pounds and almost everything I order ends up being too small. I’m normally a medium but on here I have to order almost everything in large. I think it’s cause I have a big chest. I would really like to see a section for big chested girls. Next, I really don’t like supporting the environmental destruction that fast fashion causes. I see that they are starting to implement more clothes made of recycled material. If they could aim to switch to at least 50% being recycled then this would be my favorite brand in the world. Last, the recommendation system needs to be worked on because even though there’s hundreds of thousands of styles on here, it seems like the app only shows me the same 20 or so things in my recommendations. I wanna see more variety. Overall very good app if you need affordable clothing.

Lost coat. Right now I’m so frustrated with Shein that I will probably NEVER order another thing from them. a while ago I ordered a coat and a jacket from them. I thought the jacket was patch work like a purse I have with the same pattern. Instead it was a screen print of the patchwork pattern on some thin polyester fabric. It’s a final item so I ate that one. After all everything looks cute with jeans right? I also order a pink fuzzy coat which I have never received. The order itself has disappeared from my account so I can’t even trace it. I tried calling Shein and that’s even more of a joke. The number listed isn’t a working number. Then I tried your chat box. What a mess!?!?! I’m trying to find my missing coat and the chat box transferred me to a website for account problems that would charge me a refundable $1 fee. Was I not supposed to notice the $45 per month automatic fee!?!?! Enough with the scams people. When I tried to answer your boxed questions y’all had the nerve to ask me if one of my neighbors may have this mistakenly got the package. VERY unlikely since I’ve never had that problem at this address. The only trace to this coat is IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. You had no problem getting paid! I am warning all of you. Don’t order from these people. They lost a good customer in me. I love ordering things, especially jewelry but unless I receive a refund or my merchandise I’m done! Why don’t you guys shock me and respond?

absolutely obsessed. i have been buying clothes from SheIn for almost 2 yrs now and out of the 75+ items i've purchased i've only ever had sizing issues once & tbh once i looked back at the size chart it was totally my mistake anyway lol. i had a friend take all my measurements one day and the reality of shopping with exact measurements so easily visible is delightful! the quality of the clothes has shocked me - i used to buy $25+ tshirts from other retailers & have had better luck with SheIn's $8 shirts lasting longer and holding up better in the wash ! i have IBS and my weight always fluctuates & ilove the fact that this sites clothes are so affordable because i'm able to stay stylish at all my weights without breaking my pockets! i recently (finally) gained 15lbs after YEARS of not being able to gain weight & replaced sooooo many clothes in my wardrobe with SheIn ! my bf loves them & always compliments my outfits & i've even had strangers compliment them too ! my fav retailer hands down !!! the ONLY thing icould complain about is their return policy - they only allow you free return for your first return and any return after that they will deduct about $12 from the total spent on that item & give you the difference as a credit or refund. again - with the accuracy of the sizing chart , i've almost never had to return anything but do wish it was free returns no matter what

Love.. SHEIN is one of the best shopping apps to get. If you're looking for great quality, cheap and comfortable clothing shein is your go to. I've had shein for years now. i am an OG Member and have been shopping on here before it became "popular". There's only a few feedback points i wanna get to. i wish the returns were free instead of $7.99 because what if i wanna return something that's under $7.99? i'll end up owing them money for an item that i wasn't happy with?? i've only made one return on shein and it was free and they let me keep the item. i didn't want the item because it didn't work but i accepted the refund. i never returned anything after that because of the fact that it charges you. i feel like it could atleast be cheaper or free. But also i wished that when looking at reviews we could filter it by height and/or other sizes like "hip size" or "bust size" just so we could compare how it would look on our bodies since it's similar. i'm tall (5'9) and it's exhausting going through alllll the reviews to find a tall woman to review the clothing. i do sometimes shop on shein tall so it's easier but i wanna be able to shop on other collections or whatever they're called. 😅 i just think it'd be easier for everyone to find people with similar bodies to help find what size fits best for them. But overall, i love this app!!

Gold Mine. I’ve gotten myself and my 2 toddlers a new wardrobe on here for prices I can’t believe. Every day I dress in clothes that I absolutely love. You can find anything you want on SHEIN they have literally tens of thousands of options and they make it easy to find exactly what you want. With the already low prices, they issue coupons up to 30% off every single week. If you’re concerned about quality- the product description below each item and reviews are very helpful. I’ve become a pro at ordering the best quality items for the best prices. Between coupons, earning 15 points for leaving reviews on itmes you’ve received, and other shoppers ‘liking’ your review (1 cent per like) it adds up. And from China to the US, the longest I’ve waited for a shipment is 12 days. Normally it comes in 1 week. You can also return items for free and have it refunded to either your SHEIN wallet and it will go toward your next purchase(2 days to receive refund) or back into your bank account (5-7 days to receive refund). They have clothes for every age and gender, home goods, jewelry, accessories, pet goods and more. I love this app. But it’s addictive!!

This company needs to improve.. affording things nowadays in stores is very uncommon, not everyone has alot of wealth and this app is perfect for those people including me. financially i have been able to afford a place to stay and food everyday and i like to explore my sense of style on a budget. I love the concept of cheaper things and who doesn't, we live in a society of money. i do have many concerns for this app, one of them being the packaging that they use. they use horrible non eco friendly packaging, and a ridiculous amount of plastic that it is honestly shocking, plus the audacity to make a #shiencares trend protecting wildlife animals, when their packaging is not, is ridiculous. yes its cheap, but at the success this app has im pretty sure they could spend some money making their packaging more eco friendly, therefore bringing in more costumers to buy on their site. If it wasn’t for the fast fashion and non sustainable packaging, everyone would shop here, they definitely could be making more. another concern i have is the fast fashion problem. Shien isnt ethical. they continue to steal designs from small brands, and we dont know how much money their workers are paid, but im not confident it’s enough. this company wont probably see this but make a change. for the good of the world and your workers.

READ THIS🌹❣️(important info!!!). I love shein! literally one of my most favorite places to order things from! However there are a few….how do you say…. quirks to it. For starters it takes at least 1-2 (usually 2 unless you have express shipping) weeks to get to you!!! so you can’t order things last minute for a pop up party, or surprise invitation! I have learned to deal with it and plan ahead, you’ll get the hang of it after your first 2 orders. The other thing is Shein is a LITTLE sketchy to order from….. the quality of a lot of their cloths is ok, once in a while it will be terrible and sometimes it’s amazing!!! You just have to look at all your options and read a lot of reviews! (5 star and 1 star) i swear half of my wardrobe is shein. BUT they don’t only sell clothing, they sell kitchen wear, home and living, cloths, shoes, bags, jewelry, toys and gifts! Shein is my go to when i’m giving presents! They have everything a girl or guy would ever need! it’s super easy to get points! (100p=1$) they even have baby cloths!!! this app is totally worth it!!! it’s free and i love it!!! ITS SO CHEAP!!! i’m a broke teenager in high school, so this app helps me buy cute cloths that i can afford!!!

If you want cheap, great quality clothes, look here.. I have never been so impressed with a clothing company. I am a straight up broke senior in highschool and I bought my graduation dress for $15 and it’s gotten way more compliments than everyone else’s $200 dress from other places. I’ve ordered a few times I’m almost certain it’s 8 times but possibly more. Each time I had 10 plus items ordered and only once have I ever been disappointed which was on my own dumb self. If you’re trying to see if this is a good app or if it’s trustworthy, the only thing you have to worry about is the sizes. Which can be fixed by simply reading the reviews. I tend to go with the ones with over a hundred reviews so I know it’s been tested by people like me🤣 overall, I’ve never had a bad experience with shein even the send back process is phenomenal I can’t even explain how painless it was. As well as how great quality for such a low price. Don’t be frightened off by low prices if you feel like more expensive fabric is important to you, they have that too. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for $70 and it is SO NICE. Better than my $300 prom dress from a wedding shop. I recommend to my grave.

SHEIN MAKES US SHINE❤️🌟. I am a single 47 year old mother with teen daughters and a twenty something son. I was hesitant at first but during quarantine, when late nights were the norm, I decided to take a look because my then High School Senior was getting super cute merch from them. I asked her how it worked and she gave me some pointers on reviews and points and filtering….move forward 3 hours and I had a cart of super cute things and a wishlist a mile long! I ordered that night, got an instant 20% off if my order and when it arrived about a week later, I was so stoked and amaZed at the quality that I had to post about it! I was a retail store manager for Justice at the time and was referring the moms to Shein when we went back in. When we closed, I referred the moms to the site for the kids clothing as well! I have been hooked since then! You do have to read reviews and look at the foundations of the merchandise. It states whether it is stretchy or has a zipper. Customer service is always amazing and quick and so very polite! I have not yet been dissatisfied with anything here and I have had about 120 orders so far with 6 waiting to arrive. I RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO EVERYONE!!! And don’t get me started on the cute bags! The shoes have been great as well, though sometimes pricey….I wait for clearance and flash sales😉 CHECK IT OUT NOW! A skeptic turned loyal customer!. I’ll have to admit I was a bitter skeptic about Shein when I first heard about it from friends and clients. As a hairstylist, I’m always looking for new styles for less. It gets hard taking time out of your day to drive somewhere and search when sometimes you don’t find what you need. Shein is my go to for all my styles. I’ve never had a bad experience with ordering and shipping takes longer than the other competing sites especially when it’s being shipped “internationally” but I’ve had FAR greater experience in product quality and fit from Shein than I have ordering way more expensive clothing off other sites. I would give it a try if I were you! What do you have to loose? You’ll spend a lot less time browsing reviews and finding exactly what you need for amazing prices no where else can beat. Thank you everyone at Shein for making my fashion game on point for all seasons and occasions! As well as making my shopping days now so much easier than ever before! Now it’s all about the style and variety you can now have for a fraction of the price and less about super disgustingly expensive name brand materialistic pieces that don’t matter! Beautiful yet affordable. One of a kind.. I don't really write much reviews about stores but holy moly! SHEIN is absolutely amazing. At first, I didn't buy from them because I thought it would be one of those sites that uses cheap material and takes ages to ship but I was wrong. The quality of their clothes blows me away every time that I shop, and the affordability. I can bulk order many items, and I have the option to pay in weekly installments. Most of the clothes are true to size, and only very few maybe a tad bit small. Their shipping to NY is very quick, sometimes within a week of ordering I'd get it, but definitely no longer than 2 weeks. Due to COVID, they also sanitize the clothing and packing inside of the main one which I think is great, of course we can sanitize ourselves upon receiving. Another great perk is that with every purchase we make, we earn points which can be used as a discount. Every 100 = $1, it sounds like a lot which means a penny a point, but the clothing cost is very cheap, so it's only fair, plus they have extra discounts on top of the amazing prices. I hope they continue with their affordable prices and great quality. SHEIN is truly one of a kind. ❤️

Great App and clothes !. I was very skeptical of ordering anything from Shein and waited for almost 2 months before I finally placed the order and I’m so mad I waited. I wish I had been ordering my clothes and stuff from Shein a long time ago. The order came much faster than expected which was great because I’m in Florida . Then I opened the package and everything I ordered was beautiful and was very true to size and surprisingly good quality especially for the price and it looked just liked the picture. I had even bought a lace open back shirt that looked like you could buy it in a department store store for easily 4 times what I paid at Shein and the quality is just great . The App is very user friendly I had to make a return of one of the items because I ordered one size to small and the return process was very very easy and you can track it the whole time and then have the option to put it to a credit or your Shein Account. And Shein gives you points to buy stuff with as well . I would say as some advice read reviews first as some stuff runs a little smaller that others . But definitely don’t hesitate ordering from Shein. It’s great !!

Newly Infatuated and Obsessed With Shein. I recently discovered this store/site as I was searching for an affordable curvy plus size dress to wear for an upcoming wedding and not only have I found an abundance of dress options, there is so much more! Unfortunately for us curvy girls, the options are usually limited and the prices ridiculously high. I usually feel we are being taken advantage of for being curvy. NOT THE CASE WITH SHEIN! There are a variety of styles and colors in all shapes and sizes, special coupons and points earned for purchases, an easy to use website and app and the prices are unbeatable! I found what I needed and then some. Jewelry, clothing, pajamas, lingerie and accessories in abundance; home decor, storage and organizing, kitchen gadgets and accessories, the list goes on. It’s all at great prices and up to date with today’s fashions and styles to boot. There are so many items to choose from, it’s almost overwhelming. I have already placed two orders within a week, gotten tons of good deals and I’m getting ready to place a third order as we speak. I wish they would open brick and mortar stores here in the states because I know they would do so well. I am in love with Shein and I’d be amazed if you are not as well!

Awesome deals and prices. I am honestly a stationary a Holick and this app has really offered me some really cheap prices that I can order and I got two coupons every day in at least two weeks that I need to use them by which is plenty of time for me to do shopping and you can get like six pens for literally five bucks and I got six pens for two bucks this is really cheap and considering that I buy stuff off here with my own allowance is really compatible because not everything is too expensive and I’m able to buy it with my money and the clothes are just awesome and half my closet is literally with clothes from the online store so I really feel like this is the best online shopping store that I’ve ever used and if I had like one recommendation for the app it’s that y’all should give more varieties like I really wanted to get some washy tapes but y’all only do like the highest y’all put in a package of 20 and you guys didn’t even let us pick the color so I feel like you should be like 50 washy tapes for as much money as you think they’re worth but you should let us pick the color that we want because if we end up getting a color that we don’t like it’s honestly a waste so yeah that’s Honestly it

Best shopping app ever💜💜💜. This app is absolutely the best. The prices are hella cheap and very affordable, and they give out coupons like there’s no tomorrow! It’s so fun to shop on there, especially since they have such amazing clothes for all ages, even pets! It’s so cute how they have accessories such as rings, earrings, bracelets and fake nails(packs of them. Like 10) and they cost like 2-6$! So generous and super cute! I absolutely love shopping on there, and they constantly update the clothes, and shoes as well! And not only are the clothes cheap, but the shoes are as well. Like you could buy a pair of cute boots, or a pair of heels, for under 10-15$😱😱😱 and the possibility’s are endless on this app. They have so many different clothing genres, and many models as well. You can also earn points which goes into coupons which makes your order so cheap! For me, I order so much and my order comes out to about 140$. With my coupons the order goes down to 98$. Absolutely Love SHEIN!!! I Highly recommend!. My 1st order I was a little skeptical that the quality would be very good because the prices are almost too good to be true! But I figured it wasn’t much money so if the clothes were bad quality I wasn’t loosing much. Then my 1st order came and I was SHOCKED! The quality was WAY better than I expected! I have continued to get many things from them and never once have I gotten anything of bad quality. Every order has been exactly what was pictured! I ended up getting my wedding dress from them! I was on a very short time frame, and couldn’t get one sent from anyone but then in time. I was still a bit worried cause hey, this is a dress for my wedding, not just regular clothes. I payed a little (not much) extra for faster shipping and it came, exactly as pictured, early and really good quality! Sense then I have been hooked! I am always impressed with the quality, prices and short time it takes to come! If you haven’t tried them, you deff should give them a shot! Another thing I like is on almost all the clothes, people leave reviews at them bottom, and most of the time they will take pictures with the reviews. That way you get a better idea of what the clothes look like and what they look like on other people, not just models. That always is helpful in helping me make a decision! Disappointed. So I saw this on Facebook like all ads that are posted there. I was a bit skeptical since I had also purchased cheap items on wish and on My Ali if that’s how it’s spelled. I think shopping on SHEIN is fairly easy you find a lot of beautiful items for a very low price. Although as k scrolled down to find the items I was looking for and purchasing them well the days passed and passed and passed until on SHEIN it marked that my package had arrived and i don’t know about you guys but when you buy something online it’s like you live a roller coaster of emotions. Because it’s the time to reveal if you actually spent you money on something you’ll like. Now you run a risk purchasing on line because you know you might not get something that’s actually nice but instead it will reflect the money you paid. It’s been a couple of days after I received the notice that my package had been delivered and well nothing so I sent a notice through their app notifying that I hadn’t received the item. Well it’s been a few more days and I still have gotten no notice on the package or to where it could be. I spent roughly 60 dls on items I was planning on using. Well I’m a bit disappointed on the customer service. I hope I can come back here and updated on what happened with my items or if i will even get my money back. Well people careful on what you buy and sometimes I guess if you run with my bad luck you won’t receive your package.

Thankful. I’m a stay at home mom and we’re a single income family in a two income nation. It’s fantastic to be able to find a huge selection of clothing I can afford. There are so many feminine, pretty things that actually fit me and make me feel beautiful. I think I’m on my fifth order so far and I really haven’t been disappointed. I did a lot of reading around the internet prior to purchasing. I think the SHEIN success phenomenon has really made other garment manufacturers upset. Shady treatment of laborers by corporations having their clothing made in Vietnam, India, or Haiti has been going on for decades with little press, and yet SHEIN gets a ton of negative attention. I find myself doubting SHEIN’s workers are more poorly compensated and treated than workers in countries with weaker economies and lower standards of living than China. I do believe they must work very, very hard. That said, the app is easy to navigate, the measurements of each garment clearly marked, and for everything misrepresented by photos of women photoshopped into the garment, there’s often a photo of a real woman in the reviews wearing it to give a better idea of the lay of the fabric and the actual fit on a real human with normal proportions. I love that they accept multiple methods of payment, ship quickly, and offer lots of customer support. So far so good!

Excellent deals. 1st, the good bits. Deals aplenty, variety is insane (home stuff, jewelry, pets, accessories, even things for laundry, etc ad nauseam), I couldn’t possibly look at everything. That’s very convenient in a 1 stop shop. Get it at the right time and you got deals. And SHEIN has a points reward system, which is a decent way to get a few bucks off your order, or free shipping (that of which is also easy to get on their live broadcasts, free shipping codes). 2nd, the downers. Polyester POLYester POLYESTER! The photos of their products are really quite lovely, but I find I spend a lot of time looking at details of a garment more than the price or sizing. If it’s 100% polyester, NO. Especially if it’s not a discounted item. My first several orders, EVERYTHING was 100% polyester; I got wise quick. I am a plus size, and I find myself pining over some of their collabs that is not past size 12. If you are a plus size he/she/they, you may experience this. That’s not to say they don’t have ample clothes in Plus, THEY DO! The Polyester cheap fabric, it turns me off to Goodwill rather than SHEIN. In all honesty I will still buy from SHEIN. 1 star off for the fabric. Speed of delivery is excellent. And why do I love those little baggies stuff is packed in?! LOL Thanks SHEIN.

It’s okay. Most of the clothes are good quality. Shipping, and tax is ridiculous though. They give you coupons and points to take away from your overall total, but if It takes away “too much” they add back the shipping, even though you had high enough priced items to get free shipping. Shipping times are really long, normally its a few weeks. The delivering and updates is weird, as sometimes the information for when it updates the packages, put it on the wrong date and is pretty confusing. I like that you can earn points, and that the reviews help quite a bit. Although, when you review something you never really see your review again, and can’t change or edit it , it doesn’t show up. It’s weird that they give you a shipping fee, then add on a shipping guarantee; you’d think the shipping fee would already guarantee that you’d get your package. They offer shipping express, but it’s like buying another item because it’s 13 dollars, to get it there only a few days earlier than the standard shipping. For example, in my shipping right now, standard says it’d get here 15-17, express days, 12-13. And I mean some people would think that’s a pretty good deal, for me though, compared to other apps where you pay for shipping like that, you’d get your packages in a few days. Overall, it’s not a bad app. It’s legit.

I’m OBSESSED!!!. I tried Shein a few years ago and wasn’t that impressed. HOWEVER, how things have changed! Somehow they have really gotten their act together and are now a force to be reckoned with when it comes to clothes or even home decor. But it’s mainly the CLOTHES - I have probably ordered six or seven times just in the last three months, each order was big, and I have yet to be disappointed. I have almost redone my entire wardrobe with comfortable, affordable, cute clothes that fit really well. My only problem is that I find myself going to the app at least once a day because they get new stuff in constantly - I can’t keep up with it all. And the prices are so good that it’s hard not to buy stuff all the time. Shipping? My orders are normally at my door (in the Midwest) in under ten days from the order date - and in perfect condition, too. Everything is packed separately in its own little envelope, so nothing gets damaged. I used to think Shein was kind of a little under the radar sort of company, but no more. Take a look at their website and you’ll see what I mean. They’re fabulous, in my opinion! I am a SHEIN girl now!

Honest review. I would say Shein is a really good app. It has amazing stuff not only clothes but items to. My only concern is how long it takes for shipping if you want your stuff within 3 to 5 days definitely don’t expect that from shein. On shein it takes about a week to get your stuff and maybe even two but that just seems to be my only complaint they have events like free shipping and ways to get points and the points are used to take a little bit of money off your order, which is really great, another thing I would like to say is on some of the games or events when they give you coupons. The coupon range is extremely ridiculous 5% off over $149. I never use those but from time to time they’ll give you a free 15% off coupon for any amount that you buy, they also give you free points when you order stuff. all in all I think it’s a really good app. They just have a few cons. Mostly the fact that there shipping takes forever, but the quality is really good and the prices are really low. I could get like 8 necklaces on here for like three dollars and the quality of the necklaces will be really good. I think Shein is a really good app and it has Gone really far. But there’s a rumor that they use child labor I don’t know if it’s true, but I just felt like that he needs to be known.

Nice clothes with very inconsistent sizing. I love the clothing on SHEIN, however, the clothing all varies in both size and quality. Sometimes, you luck out and get something really nicely made, and sometimes, you get a super thin, see-through piece 2 sizes too big. Unlike most other stores, I’ve noticed most of their items tend to run a little large instead of small, which in my opinion is not always a bad thing. Being plus size, it’s often difficult to find stylish, form-fitting, clothing that I personally like. Everything made in my size is always huge, has ugly slogans on it like “#BOSSBABE”, or has an ugly cut/shape. Everything on SHEIN is modern and fashionable. My only gripe with this site is it’s so difficult for me to find things in my correct size. I know I’m normally a 2X and I always do extensive research on each piece before purchasing, but for some reason, I still manage to get the wrong size often. I wish they would work on this and help make the sizing and quality more consistent. Either way, give it a shot! It’s worth trying out their clothing for yourself. Everything is super affordable and their outfits are so cute! Just make sure you read all the reviews as well as the size chart to figure out which size you should be purchasing. Love SHEIN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I personally love SHEIN and their shipping is extremely fast. The clothes may differ in size from your normally but if you read the reviews you can easily find the right size and fit for you. I have bought clothes for myself, daughter, and son and have had great success. The materials are as described and feel great and wash easily and last a long time. The prices cannot be beat either. Better prices than Walmart, Target, and Old Navy! I mean I had a change in career title so I wear business casual a couple days a week and I always get compliments on every dress I have bought! I wore one last night to dinner and had a lady in the bathroom comment and how beautiful it was and how good it looked on. Did I mention their crazy amazing selections of jewelry?? I love holiday earrings and they have a great selection and most are only a $1 or $1.50! 💕 I have bought at least 10-15 pairs! They have a return policy as well. The only down side is (and the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5) is the selection of men’s clothes. It is geared more towards 20s so I have not been able to find my boyfriend anything just yet. Overall I have had a wonderful experience and I have purchased from them for over 3 years and the past 3 months alone I have made 4 large orders! Favorite store!. This is by far my favorite place to shop! Between the rewards, the clothing and even household items which are typically of great quality (I make sure to go through the ratings and reviews to ensure I get clothing and items that are true to color size material quality! Always read the reviews and make sure to see the sizing charts and photos put in with the reviews to see how items are irl. !) After a year finally writing a review. I was very skeptical about ordering from this site. I read so many complaints about cheap material, clothing smelling, irregular size I could go on. I needed a Indian inspired outfit for a wedding in Dec 2021 and didn’t want to spend a lot. My niece persuaded me to look on the app. Needless to say I found something beautiful and very affordable. Idk what Shein the people are complaining about. I have made a purchase practically every month since my first order( help I need a intervention 😏). I’ve sent back items never because of the above mentioned complaints. It was either I didn’t get the size right or the way it fitted on me. Every size 14 doesn’t fit the same on every size 14 body. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Shipping is definitely fast. I had one delay in shipping contact customer service and was assured my item was coming. Even with the delay the item still came within the time frame. People also have to remember the time difference. When your up and about customer service for them is closed. For the people sitting on the fence nothing wrong with reading the reviews I do all the time. But don’t let that stop you. Try it yourself as I finally did. Hopefully you’ll be satisfied as I am. Not a bad purchase yet and I love all the compliments and the shocked faces when I tell them where I purchased it from. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Shein review. Honestly I love this app, although I wish you could leave reviews without ordering it. Simply because I get all my clothes through my moms account, but I have my own just to put things in my cart then go through/check them and if she approves I add them to hers so she can order them. I’d like to be able to leave reviews on my own account, as I would like to earn points and be able to help other people find their perfect fit (ladies if you are around 160, 5’4/5’5 and 34C VS size, the xl high waisted bathing suits will fit you perfect). Like if you could like take a picture of the bathing suit and then submit it as proof you purchased it and then you could leave a review, that would be really cool. Or if you could just leave your review under the item instead of having to go through your orders and leave reviews there that would be cool. Overall it’s a 5/5 from me because I love the clothes, and they’re mostly high quality. If you’re looking to start buying clothes from here, please check the reviews to make sure you know what you’re buying, some people leave pictures so you can see it on someone and it also tells you what size they got and some people tell you their body size as a guide. It’s a really helpful feature and I love that you can save money by leaving them.

Just about the only place I shop…. I first heard about SHEIN from my youngest daughter before she left home, she was still in high school and I thought it was just a site for young girls to shop. But then I started browsing the site myself, especially after the pandemic hit and I absolutely FELL IN LOVE with SHEIN! I mean, OMG! The prices are amazing and the quality of the product is just as good quality as going to any store in the mall. Then I realized they had men’s clothing and kids clothes too!?! Oh, I was HOOKED. I have been shopping for EVERYTHING I need through SHEIN for the last two years. I believe I purchase at least I order (at least) a month, if not more than one and especially since I noticed that they have both Afterpay and Klarna pay in 4 payments “programs”, that has made it even more wonderful. I LOVE their points system that allows you to gain points for various reasons (writing reviews or even just checking in once a day)…those points add up to money you can save on purchases you make. It is the absolute BEST! Thank you SHEIN for all that you do for your customers. We definitely appreciate your hard work and generosity!!

Great app- but a few suggestions!. I love SHEIN and overall the app is super easy to navigate I just think a few improvements could be made. For one, I think on the app you should be able to select the date under the “new in” section like you are able to on the traditional website format. This would allow me to look at the app every day and filter to see what new stuff was added, without having to search through all the other “new in” items I saw the day before, and 2 days prior, etc. I also think it would be best if the “check in” to earn your points popped up as soon as you opened up the app- like many game apps do for “daily tokens” and whatnot, because even though I’m on the app at least once a day I usually don’t remember to go to the check in page to earn my points. Finally, I think the main search feature should have an option to filter just “plus size” because currently you can search for an item description and filter it to a size of your choosing, for example 1XL, but a lot of the time I will buy a size smaller or bigger than my general size based on size descriptions, so I’d like to see all the plus size options available without also seeing the clothes that come in only straight sizes. Hope these suggestions are useful!

I repeat : DO NOT BUY THIS APP. I know that in hindsight this app looks like a very good app for saving money, but SHEIN is a horrible business interfering with child labor, and the prices are so low because they need to fund their workers with less pay for working in small sheds literally the entire day to fit the small prices that are presented to us. Recently, SHEIN has been inviting fashion influencers from TikTok,YouTube, etc. to visit their “ headquarters.” To show how their workers ship out products even having the influencers saying things that resolve directly to the issue of “trusting” SHEIN, instead of providing us with improvement along the lines of their progress. It is so frustrating that SHEIN is literally still up and running, despite ex-workers speaking out about how the rumors are true. And by the way, the company literally uses certain fabrics/ materials that literally can cause cancer. Horrible Ik. But SHEIN is also copying other people’s products, such as this “acne patch” that is clearly copying the Hero cosmetics packaging. And it is not just hero cosmetics, but I have also seen multiple other brands that are complaining of SHEIN copying their products as well. SHEIN is not what it looks to be at all and luckily, more awareness has been shared about SHEIN. I don’t know if this review will do much, but I hope it helps just one person to delete this app. Thank you for making it this long and have a great day.

Shameless :(. This is undoubtably gast fashion! But my expirience has been good ish…. I think with any online clothes shopping your going to gets hits and misses! The models are tall! The cuts are? Just pay attention. The customer service is why I gave the stars! The best costumer service Ive ever experienced. Honestly! Quality- I think its really fair for the price. Truly! That said the prices are concerningly low, like my clothes budget. And ive washed a pair of jeans like 30 times and the amount of blue comming off of them still!!! Its crazy! All the clothes need to be color sorted and don't forget! My shame in buying them is like a desperatley hungry vegan eating meat! I need no contact clothes (for my whole family) I can afford during covid while were on one income , I honestly don't think its any worse than target or Walmart! Not that Thise are good standards, The prices are right. The style is relevant. They have an enormous (seemingly endless) selection. Size inclusive! Practices are the problem! like with any mass clothes retailer! I send everything on to thrift and thread up. Even my toddlers clothes that are also so cute and soooo affordable. Desperate times! Its gross that ethical clothes are a signifier of privilege during a crisis. Shein is a great means to an end. We do the best we can. For now this is it!

Truly Adoreeee. As a new teenager shopping for clothes can be a struggle, but with this app, i literally love everything i see 🥰I spent over $150 dollars on this app in two days which is a good deal for like 30 items. I heard about what they were doing but i took careful precautions and nothing bad has happened. Most of the clothes are good quality and are exactly like the picture. Shein is actually a hit or miss, but 75% of the time it’s a hit! I add so many things to my cart and wish i can get most of the things on there but i spend too much 😔 I decided to rate this app that way hopefully with the money they’re receiving they can pay their workers more and make even better clothing 😍 When i tell you i was broke after shopping, i was BROKE. Even the cards were screaming. My first package took 9 days while the second one is on the way! Highly recommend buying this and using codes, and when you receive them, rate, take pics, write reviews, and fill in the sizing guide to earn points to save. That way if you have no money like me after spending so much on clothes and accessories, you can save a lil sis! Now get your shop on and get ittt 😎

Great as a whole!!. I’m loving Shein! Love the clothes. LOVE the prices! Still waiting for my first order to arrive. I don’t love how long the shipping takes, but for the price I’ll not complain. My daughter did get some Shein shirts for Christmas and they are very good quality as it is, but ESPECIALLY for the price! The workings of the app are great! Love that you get points earned toward money off your order. The only thing I really dislike is some of the pictures. They photoshop them so much it can have a negative impact on your buying experience when you get the items and they don’t look like that on YOU (a real person). But the reviews customers leave with pictures of themselves wearing the item really helps to counteract that. Also the photoshopped pictures aren’t even done that well as you can see disfigured arms when they pinch in their waists, or disfigure their necks as they enhance their chest size. The other thing about the pictures of the models is that they can tend to show very inappropriate poses or show nearly all their private parts. You do have the option to report the image, but there’s no reason for them to be on there in the first place. But that is my only true complaint. The quality of the clothes and the prices really make it worth it.

SHEIN is Semi-size inclussive. As a senior in High School whk makes maybe $500 a month this all has saved me MANY times from spend $30 on a plus size t-shirt. There’s lot of options when it comes to plus size clothing, however, the “regular sized” clothing has almost THOUSANDS of options. Many of those not even being able to be considered possible to be worn by plus size women. I think I’ve seen a few clothing items in regular section they may have reach the two smallest sizes available for plus size clothing. Most of them are.. and when I say tiny… I mean SMALL. I myself am usually a size 16-20 depending on the brand, stretch, fit etc. I don’t usually even have to find a plus size section in more off brand stores like Walmart or Ross. But on SHEIN I absolutely have to size 1-2 times depending on the product. Sizing up isn’t the issue, the only issue I’m finding is while, yes, there are lots and lots of options for plus size people To shop, the Non-plus size section blows us out of the water. Not only in amount but by cuteness. If that makes sense at all? Some of the clothes in the plus size section make me feel like a 30yr old woman. Where as I’d feel more confident in something I would find in the Non-plus size section of SHEIN.

Some good some bad. Took me a while to order from SHEIN. I had a lot of fun ordering costume jewelry some of it’s good some of it is not so good… the clothes are hit or miss. Some made really well, some just have to be thrown in the garbage. A lot of it fits weird. Poorly finished seams. Sweatshirts are good. I will say that the shoes I’ve ordered from Big Tree brand are very comfortable. Some have a weird fit in the heel but for the price.,. You know… you get what you pay for. As long as you just buy fun things you’ll be ok. Wish it was better. Wish there was more leather made shoes and belts. Most of the pleather looks cheap. Also I don’t understand why they photoshop women with tiny waists and rear ends that look like two basketballs. So obvious and you’d be hard pressed to find actual women that look like that, much less clothes that are actually tailored appropriately to fit such a weird shape. They need to stop. UPDATE: just received a reply from the developer. Not sure why you’d apologize for “inconvenience”… what inconvenience? Is that a standard answer you give everyone? I’ve given you my point of view about the products. Not your app. I will say that in the world we live in, it’s time to stop photoshopping women’s rear ends and hips to look like they do in the pictures. It’s ridiculous. Rarely will you meet normal, everyday women (your client base) who look like that. We are real women - not 18” waist and 44” hips. Do better. We would appreciate it.

LEGIT. 100% legit site for fashionable affordable clothing. I’ve been purchasing for the last 2 years or more now with at least 20 + items each purchase and have never been cheated or disappointed. Customer service has always been above and beyond for me, they always get back to me and never had an issue with returning items that didn’t fit (if they’re eligible for return, not everything is but they tell you before checkout what isn’t) my closet is about 85% SHEIN clothing and shoes and the rest mall bought clothing. I prefer SHEIN over anything lately. Quality is usually amazing but be sure to read reviews and picture reviews before purchasing. Once I found my size in SHEIN it’s made shopping easier with less returns. Returns for US are free (at least I’ve never paid for any) so that’s another plus. They’re usually fast with shipping but with COVID I’ve been getting them like 3-4 weeks later. Which is understandable given what’s going on. But once things are back to normal it’s usually 1-2 weeks. I’ve only ever had 2 packages lost in the mail due to COVID which they happily replaced, no problem and sent out new for me. I did eventually end up getting the first “lost” packages though. You never know until you give it a try for yourself. I’m definitely glad I did. They except PAYPAL which is much more comforting when you’re a new buyer, since they cover you. I love this app/store. 10+ stars. Seriously.

Great value and awesome app. I love shopping at Shein there is soo much variety and pricing is also fantastic. The app works really well, it’s super easy to use and browse all the items on. It tracks and stores all my order information so I can look back on what I’ve ordered and it even suggest things that are similar which I find super handy esp when I have found something I love. The filter is great, you can literally filter by whatever you can think of to find your perfect outfit. Everyone leaves reviews and they are all open and honest which makes deciding on what to buy really easy, you can weed out the odd outfits that are maybe not so great just by reading the reviews and pictures of what others have received. I was recently pregnant with our first and bought all my maternity wear from Shein, it was great as I was able to put together a cute wardrobe for work without breaking the bank.

Great app. Yep love the app it has a great option of clothes for instance emo, gothic, formal, normal, fancy and dress up. There are so many makeup choices and shoe choices the only thing I don’t like about the shoes is the size I don’t know my euro size I only know my au size but that’s the only problem I have with the app besides the price of the wigs there is really no cheap full head wig they range from 90c - say $100+ it’s quite a rip off for the wigs but those are the only two problems I have with SHEIN. Me personally I’m a jewellery lover and adore your selections of them but the rings always come bigger than expected the brackets are so awesome and the necklaces are always a good length. Also my family and I love your lip glosses they shine and don’t dry up they work better with less gloss on your lip the more you put on the more sticky they get. I hope you like my review pls like

Great, But Lots Of Issues…. Hear me out, Shein is a great site and has so many cheap options! There are a lot of bots and trollers in the reviews and it would be helpful to get that fixed since it’s hard to know wether to buy or not to buy and item and if or if not it’s a scam. Wonderful price ranges for the most part, put i think sizes should be more specific as I have trouble figuring sizes out sometimes when im looking for clothes or the dimensions of items. Sometimes packages come damaged in their packages, and I have ordered some earrings once that were really bad quality and broke after wearing them a couple times. I also think a proper return system would be helpful for many people other than me because of things like damaged product. Even though this site has lots of issues that should DEFINITELY be resolved, Shein is still one of my favourite sites!

SHEIN. This app & website is perfect for aesthetic and trendy clothes for mainly women. My experiences are that most clothes are cheap- Average prices, but you will find that odd one that’s a bit expensive. They always have a sale going on, or some type Of discount which is nice, but it’s not always practical. The reasons I gave this app 4 starts was because all the items are made in China, and takes at an average 1 1/2 -2 weeks to get to Australia. The biggest concern for shopping on this website is the materials used, with most clothes the materials are transperrent and don’t look like the image, as I have figured out, they make a better/thicker material clothes for the example models, as many in app reviews show. Other wise, SHEIN is my fav place for online shopping, and is generally ok. I have heard why they have such cheap prices is because their workers are serverly underpayed and other rumours that their workers are children. I have no idea if this is true or completely false, I didn’t follow up on it when I heard it. This app has no glitches or any lags, and you can track your orders which is good. I recommend this app.

Great app. This website does have some inconsistencies in terms of clothing expectations, however the app works pretty well. I like that we get points for checking in each day and the clothing styles and variety of fashion options is always plentiful. I do agree that the material is sometimes not the best and photos sometimes make it seem like it’s not see through even though it is but I tend to listen to reviews before deciding on a purchase anyway. SheIn customer service reps are always happy to help when you need it such as when your purchases are the wrong size and need to be returned, they provide a lot of guidance on the process and endeavour to help out where they can. I’m a loyal customer for about two years or more and I think I will continue to shop on here because the variety is awesome, please keep it up SheIn! Thanks

Lack of Customer Service lets them down. I have placed a few orders with SHEIN & overall I am satisfied, however communication with a robot only is frustrating especially when your question relates to something else ie: refund via parcelpoint. Initially, I was able to return items using this method but now that option seems to be unavailable resulting in charges with Aust Post for returns. I also bought a dress that was perfect until I washed it (cold wash) It then shrunk considerably. Apparently SHEIN don’t take returns after you wash an item and with no customer service to contact properly to discuss the dress was unwearable. Positives are that the postage is quite quick from overseas, refunds can be managed easily. Just need the parcelpoint option corrected for easier, cheaper returns. Overall, so far I’m pretty happy.

It was great. I’ve been shopping with Shein for a while and so far everything was amazing! Aesthetic, Discounts, affordability, for quality I found that you’ll need to check what material the product is made of to see if its good or not and always check reviews!! They’re very helpful in my opinion :) Everything was smooth sailing till Shein started using Toll to ship products to Australia instead of Australia Post that was where my experience with them went downhill. I couldn’t get my products anymore and Shein couldn’t do anything about it as it is already with the shipping company and it just frustrated me that I couldn’t do anything anymore as I won’t be able to tell if my next order will be shipped by Toll or Australia post 😞

Only shop at SHEIN for clothes. I live in Australia. With a 3yo child who is hard to take shopping (tantrums) and less shopping with Covid, I have been online shopping at SHEIN. They are always reliable. Some material is not that great quality, but it’s workable. Due to material quality it’s best to buy products on sale, but keep in mind some items sell out fast. The little Chanel style handbags I have bought are good quality. The shoes are ok. I have bought many nice tops/blouses and dresses. Make sure you have a garment steamer though-very important- as a lot of the clothes crinkle in the wash. Ensure it’s the one that has the tank, pole/stand - hand held ones are not that great. I bought a steamer for $49 from a chain store and it works very well on SHEIN clothes.

Some Big Hits but Some Fails Too. I am quite happy with shopping with SHEIN and I’ve been able to buy some really great clothes, jewellery, pet accessories, decor, gift accessories, stationery plus more! Clothing wise you need to know your measurements before you purchase anything as they will fit true to size if you follow the product and your bodies measurements, swimwear is the only thing that the measurements are different from all the clothing options. I can spend so much time going through the app and making boards for myself and my family but it’s easy to make boards for anything else that is on the site, you just name them whatever you want to that’s relatable to you So have fun looking & you gotta give it a chance before you judge

Fast fashion☹️ SHEIN service/product😍. SHEIN is fast fashion which is traditionally terrible & unethically for so many reasons. I don’t know what SHEIN does to counter this… however…after that…. SHEIN has a fantastic range on offer, impressive app/web store, unbelievably cheap prices & regular sales and Deals improving value further, it’s all exceedingly impressive. I’m not a fan of their product reviews and feedback and it’s community around this because it seems there is 1 billion reviews that are giving full marks just so that user can get points from SHEIN to obtain rankings and benefits… it just means you can’t trust the item reviews. But I’ve found productQuality to be pretty consistently high despite the low prices so I’m not too concerned about influenced reviews rn, just don’t like their ethics here.

It’s real good. This app is the only app/website that I can easily trust. It has a variety of options to choose from, mainly for women. Easy to navigate through, and pretty fast delivery. There’s always a sale going on and lots of coupons to use every month. Another good thing is the more you buy or the more likes you get on your reviews on your purchases the more point you get which can get transferred into money to take away from how much you have to pay. there’s also daily check ins where you can get points, and daily chances where u can try your luck to get points or coupons. The clothes and items on SHEIN are very affordable although there are just ones that are in the $30’s which is still relatively cheap, which are not that often, it’s mainly some shoes, and pants. I absolutely love this app, it’s got me addicted and I shouldn’t even be since I’m about to be broke, I just can’t stop buying.

Highly Recommend. Ive been purchasing from Shein for a few years now, there prices are reasonable compared to other online shops. They have a huge variety of products from clothing to beauty to homewares. I have purchased from all categories. When i purchase clothing I always check the details & descriptions including size ratios & fabric to ensure Im purchasing the fabric i prefer to wear. Each garment can be made under a different brand & size ratio which is why I check sizes before purchasing. Even after 5 dresses I purchased where good quality & great fit but if you check & do your homework prior to purchasing an item you wont have any issues. Even if you do they do have a good return policy. I have recommended this site to so many family & friends I will continue to order from them 100%

Great clothing mostly. I’ve been shopping through SHEIN for about 18 months now and they’re pretty awesome. They have such a variety of clothes from babies/toddlers right up to men and your curvier woman. As I’m a bit bigger now sometimes I have to buy from the ‘curves plus’ section but they’re always great clothes. Sometimes though I wish they could put the dresses that they make for the ‘standard’ lady into the curves plus section as it’s only a little bit more material, but instead the dresses mainly look too frumpy to wear. They aren’t that flattering. Also love the points you get daily which goes to help pay for your next SHEIN purchase. And the SHEIN support is exceptional as I’ve had a few problems along the way and they go above and beyond the usual service and you’d get from a company, as they want their customers happy, that I am. Thank you SHEIN for all that you do and for all the little freebies too along the way

disappointed. i love shopping with shein, i bought so much every week however they shipped my ordered through fasthorse that is the delivery company i hate the most, i’ve loose my items once from this delivery company coz they put my parcel on my driveway lucky i got refunded by shein & second time my parcels was next to my stairs i was living in a unit everyone can see that parcel once they walked it, lucky i was at home 5 minutes before delivery this time, fasthorse is a very bad delivery company ever they left your parcels in a unsafe place.! The last 2 times Shein put my parcel through post office thats i’m so happy about & has no issues, they knocked on my door & hand it to me directly.! Not like fasthorse company they are too lazy to come up to me thats why my parcel got lost.! i just ordered my items 2 days ago & now has been shipped through fasthorse again, i don’t know what will gonna happen to my parcel this time.! Hope Shein will never use fasthorse as they deliver service..

Let see how it goes!. I have only just downloaded “SHEIN” just about two days ago. My best friend highly recommend the app so I thought I should give it a try! I currently have an 18 item order on the way, and I’m hoping all the items will be what I ordered, in good condition, and relatively on time, I also hope for good Communication for the app! I’m found lots of nice items, although the searching System is a little Effie (the searches need to be a bit Pacific and some words come up with nothing even though it seems like it would bring results), they also have an interesting point and coupon System! Any who, we’ll see! I’ll update/write another review if there’s anything worth updating. Well I hope this review was usefully to anyone who may be reading! UPDATE: ok so I have gotten my items! They arrived at the estimated time and I was constantly updated on the whereabouts of my package. All my products where what I wanted and were good quality for how much I paid. There was one broken item sadly but over all everything was intact and what I wanted! Hopefully anyone who is reading this can say the same (except for the one broken item obviously)!

Can’t add once you checkout. Good product range and delivery turnaround times, however you can add or remove once you select checkout. Got to the payment section, wanted to add another item and it only gave you the choice of cancelling the order entirely or paying ( before any payment details were entered). Sneaky & painful; I had to redo an order of 8 items to add one I’d remembered last minute. I’d noticed I couldn’t apply coupons either at this stage ( and they weren’t automatically either; with a profile or sign up I’d expect any coupons to apply automatically if SHEIN had all the details and don’t allow for backing up once checkout so you can be sure to have applied any yourself).Needs to allow you to go back or add/remove items before you pay and auto apply coupons based on your profile or make it clearer where to apply them. I often use checkout in other online stores to check shipping costs and the effect of coupons/discounts. SHEINs checkout doesn’t make this easy or overly transparent so you hesitate quite a bit before purchase.

SHEIN really turns heads. Like many people here I was hesitant at first. Luckily for me one of my coworkers had been using SHEIN and that gave me the final push to give it a shot. This is NOT like Wish etc where the fabrics are so thin and the stitch work haphazard. The quality is just as good, if not better, than department store like target and Kmart. Pricing is excellent and the choice ; there’s just so much! It covers a wide variety of tastes and sizes. I’ve also given the makeup a try and it’s excels, the brushes are high quality too for the price point. So far the only issue I had was with the shoes (bigger in the straps but suitable if you have a high instep) but everything else has been brilliant and I’ve brought from nearly every other category available. Previously I’d been buying clothing just suitable for work but now I can afford beautiful clothes and take chances on styles I wouldn’t have had the guts to try before because it doesn’t break the bank. So if you’re looking for afford stylish gear (cause there’s not just clothes) give it a shot! Just remember to check the sizing and use reviews for ideal body type and fitting.

They aren’t really honest.. Just wanted to point out something. You guys claim to have this huge 85% off Black Friday sale and you’re totally tricking the customers aren’t you ??? I visit the website often and I know the prices. All you have done is kept the original prices exactly the same (some are even higher than normal) and you’ve added a large amount next it and cut that amount with a line. So innocent people would coms here and think “wow I’m getting this $30 blouse for $15!” when infact the blouse was $15 to start with. What sort of disgusting fake sale is this? I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as a customer about this. I was planning on buying from the website on Black Friday thinking I’ll be able to buy a lot of stuff only to find out that it’s all fake. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will think twice before buying from Shein again.

Quality Fashion at affordable prices. I have been a frequent customer on Shein for quite awhile now. At first I was hesitant to purchase from Shein doubting the quality. That concern was soon resolved. I have found the quality of most products on Shein good - bar only a few. Reading honest reviews, sighting photos and viewing measurements helps tremendously in choosing clothes and items suitable to me. And an asset to Shein giving me more confidence to keep ordering from them. The shipping, tracking and delivery process of Shein is highly efficient, fast and they charge very affordable postage rates. Which is great service and makes it affordable to order online. The discounts are a great incentive to purchase more items making it affordable. So I keep coming back due to Shein due to getting value for my money versus their competition. Affordability, quality, discount coupons, points and fast shipping was what kept me coming back to order from Shein and highly recommend. The only thing that needs improving on Shein is their customer service and communication, which is poor. And postage for returns of damaged goods or for being different to what was described, should be free for customers. As that is the fault of Shein. Hence the 4 stars, not 5. Customers should only be charged for returns when they change their mind. Which is not the fault of the seller.

Your decision.. I’ll be honest, SHEIN is full with plenty of different varieties of trendy clothing. I’ve shopped 3 times and on average they costed $100 per order. But I have to say, the material NEVER looks exactly the same in the photo shoot. They are always see through; thin, and sometimes scratchy. There were some rumours I had heard that there were fleas in the clothes and there were some proof that shows there were bite marks from them. Another was because the clothes are so cheap, is because the workers are poorly under paid and some are children. Some of my orders were nice, but some weren’t for my satisfaction. I can’t be so sure if it is true. So you decide, would you get this app? My experience here was nice. But I really wished SHEIN would add thicker material and give a good pay to their workers.

Sheins definitely Back on the Shop Category for me!. Completely honest; I first purchased from shein about 10 years ago when I first started working. I remember being extremely disappointed. After too many orders filled with sadness I turned away from shein. Then I visited a friend who practically only buys from shein. It was only a few years ago she started but either way the quality of the products was good to keep her hooked. After inspecting some of the clothing pieces I placed an order in and boy I was not disappointed. In fact extremely impressed. With the thought remaining that each piece was not costly to begin with. Then to see the items be mighty fine I definitely have been purchasing since. Some items can arrive to disappoint but it’s as rare. Like now I find some high end brand pieces could not compare to some of my shein and I’m am so proud of how far they have come.

My opinion. At first I thought this would be one of those sites that would send you out a dress and you get a garbage bag but turned out wrong. Don’t get me wrong there is some that are hit and miss but to be honest when I go to the shops paying $50 a Dress in Australia I still get the same thing sometimes it’s just a little see through but other then that I ordered off of this for phone things, dresses, T-shirt’s, ect and I haven’t had a problem! Love it highly recommend it the app also allows you to track easy and you get bonus points for reviews and just ordering. If your looking for cheap clothes this is the best at still a great quality.

Shopping with Shein. I had given up on online clothes shopping was never happy and sizing was never right then my girlfriend introduced me to shein! Clothes are true to size and I’ve been more than happy with all I’ve bought. I’ve even bought my grandsons clothes from them and they were thrilled to get them good quality arrives within 7 days of ordering and cheap where can you buy ten items of woman’s clothing for just over a hundred dollars ? Nowhere, but Shein you can ! Earrings I purchased for under five dollars are great I love them and people keep asking me even strangers in the shops where did I buy them from Shein I reply !! Know what customers want. App functions are actually really great, Shein has taken into consideration what customers want & are visionary’s. Personally I now hate online shopping without seeing customer reviews & photos. Items are affordable, customers are rewarded by spending more, providing reviews & allows for customers to participate in free trials, online promotion & even reward customers with freebies from time to time. Shipping is affordable & return system is straightforward. I have had a few issues with small items being missed but overall a positive experience. App allows me to track, review, shop & view past orders. Plus access to online support. I’m obsessed.

I luv SHEIN it’s my fav app so easy to use clothes are mostly well made u may get the odd one that isn’t or it might be too big or small but they are happy for u to return no question asked put in a bag print a return label and they credit yr account postage is already paid, there is all so a point system if u check in daily that adds up too $$ u can use on purchases and also discounts that u can take off if u spend over so many $ dollars my items are always shipped same day and some have arrived in a week others two week and bit ..u have post tracking and I always pickup from somewhere close by and they let me know it’s here and where to pick up if I haven’t specified ...it’s free shipping if u spend over certain amounts and they drop it to a local drop off point so many clothes ,home items ,shoes ,bags even for yr pet .luv Shein💜

Mature woman writes. I am 60 + and recently lost quite a bit of weight and needed to update my whole wardrobe as a result. I had never bought from Shein but my daughter had so I initially bought some t shirts and was really happy with them. Since then I have made about 10 orders of mostly tops, blouses, knits and a couple of jumpsuits and a tracksuit. I have also bought bathers and some track pants and pj pants for my partner. I am very happy with the quality for the price and as I’m a home dressmaker I do check the quality of the construction which is really good. I have only had to return 1 order of blouses as one was too small and I reordered, one I didn’t really like on me and one was a bit too see through for my age. I will continue to shop with Shein as there are lots of items appropriate for my age group as well as the younger ones. The service and delivery are very good as well. Thanks Shein.

Sceptical. I’ve been extremely sceptical to try the site/app. I’ve heard mixed things but I tried a small order in case it went badly and was so happily surprised. I’ve bought more since and haven’t stopped. My cart is always full waiting for the next order to be placed. I really appreciate that I can add things to my cart but pick which ones to buy now and leave things still in my cart so I don’t lose or forget them. My packages always arrive really quickly and we’ll packaged. I’m really happy with the quality of the clothing and especially the price. If you’re on the fence about making the order I hope this pushes you to at least start off with a small one. It’s worth it

Give them A go!. Hey Everyone, I'm quite fussy but was totally surprised with everything that I have purchased up to now from this company and can't say a bad thing about them this far. I have brought things from dresses, jumpsuits, straps for my handbags, iPhone 12 Pro cover and so much more and I can't help but go back for more. Takes a little time to arrive but quite happy when I open up my package. Give them a go, you won't regret it. When buying they will always offer percentages off your next buy so it's well worth it. If your a little unsure buy one or two things first and see for yourself. You can then make a judgment for yourself.

SHEIN review! My experience!!!. (Please read to the end) When I was first new to SHEIN, I found many new clothes, accessories and more! I was really quiet hesitant from buying from SHEIN although I had always wanted to place an order. Someone told me apps and websites like that can’t be trusted, until I worked out one of my friends had been ordering from there for ages. Christmas had just passed and I got a gift card and made my first order.. untill i worked out I duplicated items without knowing and forgot to add some stuff. Eventually I cancelled it and maybe 2 days later got a notification saying “you just got a refund”. When I tried purchasing again it said insufficient funds or money limit has been reached. (Something along those lines) anyways so wrote an email to them and within a day received an email with the support desk asking for my credit card details and name + a little bit more. I was worried I was going to get scammed but I did it anyways and when I checked my card balance everything was there! I immediately had a sigh of relief and I’m so thankful. In my opinion SHEIN is a good app and can be trusted! (Again. My opinion) thank you for your time! Can’t wait to receive my order!

Customer service does not exist at this company. I am a buyer that have spent a lot of money here, and you have to pray that nothing goes wrong with your order, because if there is a problem you cannot reach customer service to ask questions like why my order is seating on your warehouse for more than 8 days and no one yet has pick it up? I leave in Europe and any orders might take over 20 days from the moment that i order to receiving. Also be aware of their Jewerly we all know is not real but a neckless should be able to lock and i have not learned my lesson because the amount of male neckless that arrives and it is already broken is not believable. Off course to return from Europe would cost me more money than to buy a new one. So i made a decision not to buy anymore jewerly. So it is ok to take the money from your credit card immediately but your order might take a minimum of 8 days to start moving up to the next steps. Disappointing because some o the pieces that i purchased are really good!

Yes but no. When I first downloaded shein I was super excited and kinda went on a shopping spree ehehe. I got like so excited because I loved everything in my basket and so I brought it all fine. When a few months later I wanted to order these cute earmuffs for 5 dollars I noticed that hey the shipping is 7.95! And lemme tell you I was really sad cause I could just get any old earmuffs for that price! The thing is when I did my first order I got free shipping.. oh wait though the fast shipping for those little 5 dollar earmuffs was legit 22 dollars! I mean I’m sorry shein but you are supposed to be cheaper than this!!!! (There is however free shipping for order above 89 so I recommend you order stuff in bulk every now and then instead of ordering just one thing) Hope this helps!

SHEIN review. I have been shopping in shein for a little while now and I personally do think that it is a great online store to buy from. However I will say that when ordering shirts with prints on them, the prints will come off most of them time when put in the wash or in a few other circumstances. Most of the quality with their clothes is not bad but some shirts are see through and a much thinner material. Besides all of those slight negatives, I’ve really enjoyed shopping with shein. They have a wide variety range of aesthetic clothing for both genders and even toddlers. Would definitely recommend trying it out but I would also recommend buying small quantities at a time just incase what you buy isn’t the quality you wished for and you regret buying it.

Best Service Ever. Shein is very good from their clothing to home wares even something for the pets. Clothing is very well made, true to the size listed in description and returns are very simple and fair. Use a parcel point return store and it only cost you $1au to return as many items as you wish! Got the wrong size…no problems. Descriptions are very detailed and items are very much like the pictures. Especially fast on despatch and also delivery of your orders! Mostly arriving before predicted time frame. I have purchased 12 decent orders in 3 months (12weeks) lol. I am obviously addicted to this store and totally love 99% of the items I buy. Discounts are also good, bring the already reasonable prices down even lower! Love your work Shein and a big thank you! I have purchased A LOT. As costume coordinator for a theatre group I was constantly looking for clothing that would fit a brought variety of sizes, ages and wouldn’t blow our budget. I was dubious about buying from Shein but after asking around and reading some reviews, I decided to give them a try. Six years later they are still my number one go to. I have had the odd item here and there that I wasn’t 100% pleased with. Usually the material quality when buying the plus sized version of something to match the smaller sized cast members. For example, I bought several pairs of two tone black and purple pants with pockets and chain details last year in the basic sizes and found an option for plus sized in the same pants. When I got them the smaller sizes were a nice quality cotton but the plus sizes were this awful plastic like material that rustled when the wearer moved. I have had to sew a few stray buttons etc but nothing major. I love the fact that real people write reviews and especially like when they add photos of themselves wearing items. I find this really helpful when torn between two sizes. Being able to see how it fits on similar sized bodies!! My daughter is a goth and is anything from a 16 to a 4XL depending on the item and cut. I love love love that Romwe has such an excellent selection of plus sized outfits that are good quality and great on the budget. Will definitely keep coming back!

I can finally dress like ME 💜. I’ve found it hard to buy clothes that I really feel comfortable in and that also express my personality, especially being plus size. Every single item of clothing I have bought from Shein has been of excellent quality and has fitted well, as well as making me feel happy when I wear them. They all wash and wear well. Just read the descriptions carefully. The best thing about how the shopping experience works is the user reviews; they are excellent at giving a ‘true’ likeness and fit on other normal people (as opposed to models) Worst thing is the long shipping time at present, mostly being in Oz and rubbish Auspost. Shein fashion on point 😊🫶. I was unsure about shein at first but when I bought my first products from them I realised how much I love their products and no joke after my first buy and bought more from shein 😊 i even bought some clothes from them recently which I received my product two weeks ago 😊 I can’t get enough of them 😊 i love the clothes that i have bought from them and even the kitchen products 10/10. When you buy from them make sure you buy the right size of any clothing or shoes. Shein is a really affordable store, I’ve seen products that kmart and big w sells at shein apps and the prices are cheaper at shein than those stores. I definitely recommend shein to anyone, my daughters and a few of family members shop at shein.

SHEIN refuses to refund me after they lost my package. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Shein. I received a gift card and used it to place a $50 order with the company. Unfortunately, the carrier company lost my package by placing it on top of a fire hose in a local supermarket. I only found out about it after some time, and when I contacted Shein's customer service, I heard no response. I had to call them to get an email that I could use as proof of my package being lost. When I finally managed to get through to their customer service, they told me that my "package issue has exceeded our regulated handling time limit.”My package is lost, the carrier company has said so themselves. However, according to their "logistics," the package was delivered. I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of care for customers. Even though I would like to continue ordering from Shein, I am unsure if I would do so again. I believe the risk of getting your package lost and getting no help or refund makes this company’s reliability a game of roulette.

Redemption. So I purchased from shein 12 something years ago when it first came out and I was so not happy with the purchase but I’ve been hearing a lot of great reviews from friends and family about SHEIN recently and that their stuff is great and I should give them a try again and so I did! I’m so impressed and happy that I made that decision to purchase from them again because not only is it cheap but the quality is just as great! Keep in mind that it is from China so I obviously wouldn’t get certain things from it but the clothes is great just make sure you take ur measurements and go off by that and read the title of the product so you know what ur buying exactly!

Amazingly Cohesive Sizing. This is the best store if you are sketchy of under or oversizing. Each clothing listing has a sizing chart and in the reviews there is a section where people say if the item was smaller, true to size or larger than desired. Honestly the quality is amazing and SHEIN deserves everything good coming for it. SHEIN is also really strong with the diversity of styles and aesthetics and are so affordable for people who want to be trendy on a budget. Discount codes and the SHEIN point loyalty system are my most favourite features as I’m a $11.5 per hour casual worker who is also a student. These discounts and cost deductors are honestly live and money savers. Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone.

Don't do it!. Terrible experience! The clothes I purchased did not look like the photographs, some were of such poor quality the material was see through. I didn't buy super cheap items either, I spent $55 on a dress which looked nothing like the picture and had wonky seams! Furthermore I opted to Return nearly everything purchased because the quality was so poor- only to be told that the only warehouse for returns was in the US and the return shipping would not be covered (I live in Au). It cost me $65 to return $120 worth of the items, which hardly seems worth it by when I queried this with the company before sending the return they said they could help with the return shipping if I gave them the details of how much it costed. I provided them with the details and receipt numbers but the refunded amount was only the value of the items and nothing towards my out of pocket amount for return shipping. I won't shop here again, and I would encourage people to avoid it- i read the reviews on the items I purchased before I bought them and they must have been fabricated, I can't see how anyone could accept some of the items I received and be happy with them!

Very disappointed. This is the 3rd time I’ve bought multiple items from SHEIN. The first time I bought 2 evening dresses and they were beautiful. The second time I bought 3 tops. They were ridiculously small and very poor quality. I got sick of arguing with customer service and threw them away. I had a third order on the way that was too late to cancel. These two tops came today. Again I purchased a larger size than I am and again they came so small they would fit a child. I am a 6ft tall woman so I buy the largest sizes. I check the measurements then buy one size up. What I received is tagged as a plus size but would again fit a short petite woman or a child. Don’t buy from this company. Avoid disappointment . I could have sent them back and had the postage deducted from my refund but this was not my error so I didn’t feel that was fair. Again they are going in the bin or the poor box. Please don’t waste your money on poor quality , undersized garments

Cheap alternatives, mostly great quality :). I was so against ordering from shein for ages until someone I knew did and it all turned out to be pretty fantastic, except for one of the oversized shirts, the fabric was wrong and the sizing was totally off. I ordered some things myself and I was really pleased with it all except for the skirt fabrics. Some of the fabrics used on the clothing bothers me but it’s so cheap I don’t care at all that much. I’d recommend buying things with lots of ratings, looking at the pictures carefully that others have shared. I’ve found that the more ratings an item has, the better the quality. Just please, if you DO have the type of money where you can buy expensive things DO NOT order from Shein, it’s so impactful to the environment. Shein should only really be for people who struggle with finances and students. Thank you!

Worth getting. This app is really really good. So easy to navigate, so many relevant suggestions. With the clothing, I’d recommend always reading through a few reviews. It’s really handy that there are so many reviews and photos that customers share. I love that Shein is really transparent in that regard, lots of other online stores don’t have this option, and its a turn-off for me. Generally speaking, the clothes are really fantastic value for money. Sometimes they can be a miss, but that’s the case with online shopping overall. Customer service is great, I accidentally ordered two of the same items once and it was so easy to quickly cancel the item and I was refunded quickly. SHEIN has been such a great site to use and I highly recommend it. Just be careful, there’s so much variety and suggestions that it’s very easy to get stuck in a black hole of scrolling or buying 😂

Amazing. I was skeptical at first about SHEIN.. It seemed too good to be true! But I decided to try it out! because if I didn’t like it? the clothes weren’t going to break the bank! I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve found that if you spend the time to look through the product reviews, it’s pretty much fool proof! I have loved everything I’ve purchased so far and everything fits perfectly! Best part about it? Other than the price tags and variety of course! Is the feature where you can earn points by making reviews and posting pictures of the products you have purchased, which you can then use at checkout to get a further discount even if you are also using a coupon! I can’t recommend SHEIN enough! I was replacing expensive clothes all the time as I was getting stains on them from work (hairdresser) and so I just wore basic cheap clothes from Kmart.. Now I don’t have to worry about that (although I’ve become more careful) because I’m only replacing clothing that were $5-$10 max instead of $30-$60 clothes! Money. I love this app, I love this company but as a size 16-18 girl I would love if they made the same clothes they make for size 8-12 girls for size 16-24 girls. The money this company would make if they made the same clothes for big girls that they do for skinny girls. Shopping. I have purchased hundreds of items through Shien on approximately 10 occasions. The quality is very good. Combining to get free shipping and also the % discount on the total is great. A really good way to save money. I would say that the womens clothes that I purchased are a little on the small size, although I am not one to read into the measurements, I just went on what size I normally buy. I have purchased clothes for my husband and they are a good fit. I have received 4 faulty items ( broken webbing on a belt and some discolouration in the webbing on a belt ) Unfortunately it is way to expensive to get them exchanged or replaced as you need to send the items back and there was a $10 fee? I ended up cutting my losses on it as I feel that I’m way ahead of how much I’ve saved. It would be helpful if items didn’t have to be returned if faulty and if you had a buyer guarantee or replacement if it was faulty via photos and customer support. “Free shipping over this price”. Yeah it’s a joke. I ordered over $150 of clothing and revived “free shipping” just for them to send each item individually and have me pay $30 for each item crossing over the boarder. That literally more than my whole order. Ridiculous.

Please do not support shein. Everything they do has a horrendous impact on the environment. Although their clothes are super cheap it is tempting to buy from here but the orders can take up to months to arrive, if they even do arrive. The labour is terrible as well and I do not recommend.

Takes forever. I was originally receiving updates on where my package was, but it is now May 22 and I have NOT received an update on where it is since May 9! I want to know where it is and why it’s taking this long! I ordered 8 days after my friend and she got hers in 3 weeks, I have been waiting over a month and we live in the same area.

Good Quality. I placed my first order for products from SHEIN last week, I live in Canada and it still came really quick. The items I checked reviews on before ordering are perfect . A few things were too big but I also didn’t measure and wasn’t sure my proper size as I gained a bit of weight . All the leggings were perfect which was what I was most worried about . I also got some lingerie that is comfortable, it’s also a little bit big but I’m sure once I wash it, it will shrink a bit in size . The bathing suit I got is perfect ! I am definitely going to be ordering off their site again. I even had to pay a small custom fee and SHEIN offered to refund half the fee which is above and beyond .

Not “perfect” like y’all have been saying. So all I wanted to say is that the clothes are cute.. but they’ve been stealing a lot. They have a lot of clothes that they’ve made. They can at least make something close to others, like maybe a few things. Sizing, compartments, design. But they have stolen EVERY DETAIL! Ask to advertise it bc all your doing is ruining your company and next thing you know, your not gonna have a company to put clothes YOU STOLE on. And it’s gonna be your fault. Some company’s need to take responsibility for their actions and stop acting like a child. Kids steal toys and you steal clothes, don’t you see the similarities? What makes you think people are gonna buy the stuff YOU STOLE?! All you did was make it cheaper. That is the only reason people are gonna buy the things YOU STOLE. But maybe if they care enough they can get the original instead of supporting the stealer. Fix your app and ask or try and make something better because all your doing is ruining your picture. They might not even fix a thing. People work hard to make clothes like y’all did to make this business and your stealing their stuff. That’s so arrogant.

Affordable Fashion- if you know where to look!. SHEIN is a good affordable fashion company plus much more but I cannot stress enough that you have to read the details! Check sizes, (not just on clothing) it’s very important to actually read the exact measurements. Even though you may be a certain size normally you may need to size up or down, the measurements are different for each article of clothing. Look at the description for the materials, it will help you decide the quality and how the clothing will hold up. Read the reviews, look at the pics! It will help depict quality, sizing, and what it would really look like on you. If you follow these suggestions I think you will be pleasantly surprised at what you can find. I’ve been shopping on SHEIN for over a year now and I made mistakes in the beginning and ended up with a pile of clothes I’ll never wear but now SHEIN is the first place I check if I need something. It’s not just great for clothing, I’ve purchased hair accessories, household necessities, home decor, and more. You can’t beat the prices and their shipping time has greatly improved!

SHEIN review. I have been shopping with SHEIN for a long time now and honestly I love most of the things I purchase from them. My advice is the make sure you look at the reviews and any added pictures before you buy a product, since some things run small and large. The reason for the 3 stars and not 5 is because of their customer service. They got rid of their custom service chat with an actual person on their app and now it is just an automated chat which has been proven to be very unhelpful. I have had to Facebook message them to get ahold of someone and even then, it takes over a day just to get a response. I also advise y’all to pay for the expedited shipping because your package will take multiple weeks and the shipping information will not be updated as fast if you use their free shipping method. I placed an order on April 3, 2020 and I placed another one a few weeks later and paid for expedited shipping. I received the expedited shipping order within a week and a half, but I have yet to receive my original order that was placed on April 30. Just pay for expedited shipping and look at the clothing reviews and y’all will receive some awesome clothes for really cheap!

Love this App!. When I saw the prices of the clothes, I was a bit hesitant at first because I thought it would be poor quality like Wish or Primark. To my relief, the quality of the clothes were even better than I expected! I have gotten so many compliments from people asking where I got my bags and clothes from. In addition to how much I love the items, the app itself is simply amazing! There is no other app out there that compares to this one. It is the EASIEST app to navigate through. There are genuine reviews from real people since reviews are incentivized by rewarding with points that can be used towards your next purchase. There are plenty of pictures and size charts to help you choose the right size. It’s easy to return items. The shipping usually takes just a week to 1 1/2 weeks after ordering. They sometimes do live video streams right on the app where they’ll do Q&A’s, have models try on items, if you like the item you just tap it and brings you straight to the item to get more details and order it. I never do app reviews, but this one is my absolute favorite app.

lead has been founding in their clothing. Personally I am a daily Shein shopper, however, I’m also a Medical student and upon some research about lead and it’s affects in the brain I found that Shein clothing was tested for lead and it came back positive via peer reviewed journal articles. This was not a surprise as it is made in China and when I was a kid I had a teacher tell us that China was using chemical warfare such as lead to poison our products to slowly kill people. That made complete sense to me as everything is mostly made in China. So please handle your Shein items with gloves or plastic bags wrapped around your hands and throw in the washer immediately without other clothing, wash them with a second rinse cycle and then do a rinse cycle in the machine after removing the clothing to remove residual lead. Lead is highly toxic and causes many diseases such as cancer and others. Buyers be careful! I still shop at Shein because they have the best outfits for the best prices. But that is the process I use to rid them of lead! Hope this helps all who shop at Shein.

Long-time customer finally driven away for good. Shein’s product quality, shipping times, and value vs. cost have steadily been getting worse and worse over the years. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and will ask your preference for things then intentionally do the exact opposite. They have several items listed for sale that aren’t in stock (with no plans to restock) so they can force you to accept store credit instead of getting the items you actually purchased. It’s also nearly impossible for me to find anything that fits my measurements. I’m naturally long and lean, and Shein doesn’t carry my size at all - the smallest they carry is 2 sizes above in petites (which isn’t anywhere near long enough for my legs) or 3 sizes above in regular - and their clothing is already cut very large. It’s especially frustrating with all the “Shein for all” advertising making false claims about inclusivity. Clearly, Shein is NOT for all, and doesn’t even TRY to be. After dealing with their drastically declining quality, horrible customer service, and complete and utter lack of sizing options to fit me, Shein has finally driven me away for good, losing a long-time customer in the process. I used to love Shein, but now it just disgusts me.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!. This website is absolute TRASH. First let me begin by saying the measurements for the clothes are completely wrong, when you order something that should fit you it won’t. They will have you ship it back for free, but you won’t get your original shipping back in the refund. Secondly, the customer service is AWFUL. They do not give a crap about any inconveniences you experience due to their many screw ups. I ordered a robe and chemise set for my birthday, a 1X should have fit by the measurements. It didn’t. I sent it back and told them I wanted a refund. I ordered a size up because it was a just a tiny bit too small and the measurements said the 2XL was 2 inches bigger so the 2X should have fit perfect. Iwas wrong it was about .5 inches bigger. Measurements were definitely wrong. Barely a difference. They don’t care. Finally they receive my first return and instead of refunding my money they ship me a replacement? I chatted them and told them I requested a refund not a replacement and they said it was too late it had already been shipped I have to ship it back. So now I have to wait ANOTHER 2-3 weeks for my money because of their screw up. This website is a literal joke. Also, I left a honest review about the measurements of the robe and they hid it from the item. They only post reviews that benefit them. Total trash. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Shein is my first choice for clothes shopping. When I found Shein (showed to me by a friend). I was overjoyed to find it was totally affordable and had super cute clothing. I have already ordered off of Shein before. What I ordered was a cute black skirt, black paper bag pants and and white, black and mustard shirt. Also if you love clothes then your is excitement builds up after each day of waiting for them to show up. I remember first getting up and every single morning I’d go right to Shein to entertain myself. I found so many things I just loved, so on the fifth day of shopping I realized I’d already filled my cart. I just love this app. The clothes do actually come. Unlike some other online shopping places that just pretty much scam you. It also has a downloadable app that I find a little easier to access cause it’s right there. Clothes are good prices and good quality. I think it is much easier to shop at home and Shein has something for everyone you just have to check it out. Overall I absolutely, no doubt would give this app five stars and if I could way more than five. I just love Shein and hope you read my review.

Great App and clothes !. I was very skeptical of ordering anything from Shein and waited for almost 2 months before I finally placed the order and I’m so mad I waited. I wish I had been ordering my clothes and stuff from Shein a long time ago. The order came much faster than expected which was great because I’m in Florida . Then I opened the package and everything I ordered was beautiful and was very true to size and surprisingly good quality especially for the price and it looked just liked the picture. I had even bought a lace open back shirt that looked like you could buy it in a department store store for easily 4 times what I paid at Shein and the quality is just great . The App is very user friendly I had to make a return of one of the items because I ordered one size to small and the return process was very very easy and you can track it the whole time and then have the option to put it to a credit or your Shein Account. And Shein gives you points to buy stuff with as well . I would say as some advice read reviews first as some stuff runs a little smaller that others . But definitely don’t hesitate ordering from Shein. It’s great !!

Def recommend! 💛. Amazing app. Great quality clothes, dupes, you name it. Any insta model or bladder outfit u see can be found in SHEIN for cheap. It’s like ROMWE and ZAFUL but better. All of those sites combined but with free shipping and deals almost all the time. When it comes to sizes though it can be a little tricky. What I learned to do which always works for me is to look at pictures that other buyers posted for an item and compare my size to theirs to know what size to buy and It always comes correct. Do wish that they would fix up and be more accurate with their sizing but other then that it’s nice. If you check in fail on the app it’s gives you money. It seems like a long process till u get a good amount but it isn’t trust me. The most I get is 10 dollars to spend on my clothes like every month before I get too impatient to just spend it. I spent a certain amount of money on the app and now I’m the highest rank which allows me to have free shipping in every purchase. I didn’t even have to buy to much to spend too much. Just shopped normally for about a month or 2 and now i won’t ever have to pay the 3-4 dollars for shipping ever again!

JUST GET TEMU !!!!!. so i love shein. i’ve been using it for years now. i’ve bought so so many things off of here and i love everything. but here lately shein has not been giving me any updates about where my package is and by the time it does it’s were it was 2 days ago !! i mean that’s all cool and dandy but tell me why my package has said on the app “ you’re package will be delivered on the 3rd by 9pm” or something along that line. i got excited and click on it and it takes me to the order updates and says “you’re delivery time has changed and it will be late but it’s still on the way” like wym ? temu is like on off brand version of shein but honestly ima just stick with temu cause for 1. free shipping always 2. THEY CAN ACTUALLY KEEP UP WITH DELIVERY UPDATES AND ARE VERY ACCURATE. 3. they’re cheaper and you can get the same exact product for cheaper. my girlfriend ordered stuff from shein recently and right after her i ordered and she has the same problems. and ofc her package was being delivered during thanksgiving week so i get if that was the reason but i ordered off of temu that same week and temu was still on top of it and delivered on time. SO NO EXCUSES SHEIN !! so basically temu is my go too now and plus it’s so easy to earn free stuff.

overall a very good app, i do have some questions. I love shopping on this app! They have such cute clothes and a very wide variety of different styles. I like that they give you points when you write a review or do a few other things that can take off some money from orders that you make. However, sometimes when I order a package it doesn’t give me my updates. I usually copy the tracking number and put it into Safari and go onto US PS so that I can get updates on where my packages. So it will text me when there’s new updates. And I get way more texts about where my packages and What’s the next steps are for my package but I’m Shein all it says is that it’s shipped. So I don’t know if it just takes a while to update but I like to be able to know where my packages because my very impatient person. I also like how it comes pretty fast. It usually takes about 1 1/2 weeks which is not super fast but it’s faster than it used to be. In 2020 July I ordered some clothes and they took about 1 1/2 months maybe a little more to come so I’d like that now it’s a lot faster. I think they have a very good and very inclusive and I like that and you should definitely get it

❤️ Shein my new Fav!!!. I happened upon Shein when I was planning a trip to Puerto Rico back in May 2022. I saw an ad and a few of my relatives recommended it. I went to the website first before downloading the app. Upon my surprise the clothing was very beautiful online and it seemed to be of comparable quality to other online retailers. So I placed a order of several hundred dollars not knowing what I was going to receive. It took several weeks for my order to arrive. It was coming from overseas so I expected it to take some time. Each item came individually package in a Shein plastic bag. The material was good quality and some were soft to the touch. All my items were true to size so I didn't have to size up or down. I liked most of the items I purchased and others were a bit too much for me so I gave away to my younger nieces. They seemed to suit her age bracket. All in all I was satisfied with my order. I soon downloaded the app and made multiple purchase's of several hundred dollars each time. I am a Shein woman for life!!!

So far. So far I have been very pleased with Shein Their products are of OK quality depending on what you get. Clothing wise they have been great. Their sizes vary and it’s hit and miss. But it’s good that they have free shipping with the first return of the package it came from. after you return the item like I’m sure you’ve read in their instructions they charge you for return shipping for items in the same shipment. so just make sure you return everything from that delivery in one return so you don’t get charged. Also make sure you can return what you purchase. I just found out they have some things that are not returnable. My issue is I bought hats that were totally smashed upon packaging or whatever so they don’t look like expected And they say you cannot return hats. WHY???? there’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to return hats. This is the only thing I’ve come across so far that is very upsetting. I only wanted one but didn’t know which one so I bought three and now I’m stuck with them plus they’re all defective, smashed. I don’t understand why you cannot return defective hats that makes no sense. Besides this so far so good.

I LOVE SHEIN. shein is the best app ever. i love using their app because their clothes are so nice and cheap. i think that the clothes on shein are nice quality, really comfortable, not itchy (clothes from other stores are either always itchy or uncomfortable.) and very cute! they always get here on time for me and they’re always packed in a box nicely 😊. shein i want to thank you and your team for giving people that are on a budget or don’t have much money some clothes!!!!!! i got my graduation dress from shein and it fitted so perfectly i got in like butter!!! it was also so comfy and it was so easy to zip up! (lots of zippers on other online stores i’ve bought from always get stuck and i end up having to return them.) and the lunch boxes, backpacks are so good!!!!! i got a beige backpack from shein and it lasted me the WHOLE YEAR! and i STILL have it! i got some pens from there too and it didn’t seem like it had much ink in them but surprisingly it lasted me the whole year too!!!!!!! i really hope shien comes out with new things for me to try and buy. i love shein. bye!

They have a broad variety of clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, etc. The items that are sold on SHEIN are in excellent condition. The quality is fabulous. The prices are unbelievable. They are always running sales, and you can snag amazing outfits and accessories at an absolute STEAL! There are many ways to save on SHEIN. You can accumulate points by participating in outfit contests, joining in on their live-streams, participating in mini games, and creating your own “fashion show”. There is also a Free Trial Center where you are able to submit applications for specific products for a chance to be selected to try out those products FOR FREE and leave reviews for them, and as you leave reviews for products, you rack up points. I highly recommend this app. If you are a bargain shopper, like I am, and you like to find amazing, high-quality products at a reasonable price, then SHEIN is for you! Not only is it a way to shop online, but it’s just a really fun experience as you participate in the different events they always have going on.

SHEIN Fan. I love Shein; my closet is becoming a Shein closet from clothing attire, shoes, handbags, undergarments, all the way to cleaning supplies and kitchen gadgets! I live on a budget and never had money for myself. After my priorities home/ utility bills, then my kids and their extra curricular activities and school expenses, at the end of the day, there was not enough for me to go shopping and get anything cute and fashionable. Now that I’ve found Shein, it has changed my life! I have a variety of clothes in my closet and I get tons of compliments! I’ve never had a problem with the quality of material (so far) but even if I did, I’d just go back and buy another one. Items on the Shein website can be purchased for $7, $10, $12 for really cute and fashionable clothes that you would get for triple the price some where else. You can’t beat that! Shein is the way to go. Shein also has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and returning unused items is quite simple. They make it super easy and you choose for them to send you your money back fast or money in your Shein wallet more easy shopping! I LOVE SHEIN! ❤️

Age restriction. SHEIN has been amazing to me and my family for the past few months. It has very good products and clothes, and they have been very affordable. There’s just one thing that bothers me. SHEIN has added “Sexual Wellness” products and there is no age restriction for it. I really think that none of that should show up if you don’t have an account registered. There are many kids that go to SHEIN to look for clothes, and I’m afraid that they might come across the products on accident. It can be very tempting to not want to know what that is about, kids can be very curious. I have a sister who uses SHEIN every day to look for clothes. I wouldn’t want for her to look at any of those products. The only thing that it asks you when click on that category is if your over the age of 18 and that’s it. It doesn’t make you confirm/ prove your real age. The worst part is that the category shows in the “Beauty” area. Please change it so that adults can only see it. That can either be by signing in with SHEIN or making it confirm your age, or just taking off those products from the app, which I doubt SHEIN will do. Please fix this problem.

WARNING you will become a SHEINAHOLIC 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️❤️😍. I’m just gonna start off by saying the website is great but the App tho. 😍😍😍😍 SHEIN is amazing period. (Secret tip the app offers more points and discounts along with live product showcases and exclusive drops not on the website) It’s literally a one stop shop for everything. Shein made it fun to shop again in the pandemic. The ease and convenience of the website and app and the daily drops and the designers are great. MOTF is one of my faves. At first I was totally skeptical about ordering from SHEIN because of clothes coming from overseas and how weird some of the sizes may run but after reading the reviews on the items I ordered I can honestly say I have not been disappointed. After my first order I can say maybe 8 out of 10 everything fits, run true to size, good quality and very affordable unique pieces to revamp your wardrobe for every season. I’ve been hooked every since my first order back in like may, thank God for Afterpay and Klarna. My advice is download the app and check the reviews and set a budget lol

They hack into your phone!!!. When I downloaded this app a few months ago I was extremely excited because the clothes were very cheap and super cute! I’ve also ordered many things off of this app and everything has been fairly good quality and overall I’ve been very happy about the clothes, accessories, etc. Then I saw a video on social media where this girl was talking about how someone had logged into her email, instagram, etc. she checked her email and the login had come from Shein. I checked the comments of this video and many people said they were experiencing the same thing. I was very surprised so I went to go check my email and saw that someone had tried to login to my email/other socials so I deleted this app. If you look up Shein you will see multiple articles on this subject. If you have Shein, Romwe, or Zaful, delete them!! They are all run under the same company. I deleted all 3 apps and I haven’t gotten a single hack alert in weeks. My sister also got an alert about these clothing apps then deleted them after and she also hasn’t gotten the alerts sent to her account. If you need fairly cheap stuff look on apps like Depop and AliExpress, they have cute cheap stuff that doesn’t try to scam you.

I absolutely <3 SHEIN!!!. SHEIN is my fav app but I have some things to say about it I really really really do love Shane but there’s some things that make me really mad about it. For instants I bought a little bear decorative item but I thought it would be a stuffed animal but turned out to be very very small and was hard and not like the material I thought it would be. Also ordered a little bear keychain and I had ordered one for my friend but it came with a book bag and it was a bear stuff animal but mine was so so so tiny and it was for a keys chain not a keychain . I also ordered clothes off of SHEIN and it said true to size but when I put my size in and ordered them they were too small so I had to order two sizes over my original size. SHIEN is a really good app but maybe change the pictures of what I’m going to order more realistic. One more thing when I ordered over 20 items off of Shein I expected to be more boxes or bags but they were all stuffed in one bag and most of the things I got that were soft were flattened. SHEIN is a brand. (I believe it is pronounced “she-IN”, as in, “Ooohhh Girl! SHE IN style!”). I’m not really sure where to start with this review. This app is a whole experience. I look forward to getting on it every day. The sales are SOOO ridiculous you will get addicted. There are contest, videos, live shows, an ambassador program, product tester opportunities, games that donate to charitable causes while educating you, etc. and I’m all of these these things you earn points to be used toward future clothing purchases. They have the absolute best lingerie site for the price to quality ratio and the best stylish plus size dept I have ever seen. There is even a men’s, children's, pets and housewares department. My favorite aspect is the daily flash sale. The price for these items are so low I feel like I’m stealing things. They have different lanes within the brand so there is something for everyone. Don’t hesitate to download this one. You won’t regret it!

My #1 Go-To For Everything. I absolutely loooove this site. They have literally everything from kitchen tools, wigs, clothes for everyone in the family including babies, toys, home decor, nails and even DIY crafts. Not only do they have so many categories of goods but the prices are unbeatable. You always get coupons, they always have events and you can rack up points that turn into money off your next order. It’s taken about a week or so for all my products to arrive and I love everything I’ve gotten so far and trust me, it’s been a lot of big boxes filled to the brim. 🚫 WARNING Shein has Hackers on their System 🚫. Omg I love Shein and use them & shop monthly. But my Internet has been acting weird & slow and seemed somebody put a virus on my system. I click on websites and keep getting warning from Hackers. But those are the Hackers. Never trust Popup errors and call the number on your phone or email that’s sent to you. Just recently Norton sent me an email that Shein was tracked for a security breach. Also Spectrum my Internet company keeps alerting me that Shein is a Secutity Threat or breaching my Internet. Someone in Shein is hacking or someone who works for the company itself is trying to get into our IP Address or Hack something from our systems. I’m at a loss because I love Shein and can’t believe they are not protecting their company. Please Shein have a better security system to protect your faithful customers. I probably won’t use them again. It shows at several times or three different times Shein was attempting to Hack or threat our personal internet or phone security. The same thing happened with Haute Look website. A year later I got Norton saying Securiy was breached there. And they never contacted me or customers stating their was hacking in their system, please be careful with any internet company, App, or Out of Country Business since they don’t have same security measures!

LEGIT REAL AND AMAZING 😁😁. SHEIN is the actual best. I have never seen another app that’s free to download, cheap to buy things from, and it’s 100% legit!! When I order clothing I am non stop thinking about a the cute clothing that I will receive in 10 or 15 days. That is the one flaw. They come very late or they come on the last day they said it would come on, otherwise this is the one clothing app u go on and it’s all I need. And it isn’t all clothing. You can get home needs and things for pets and skincare products, it’s so crazy, that everything I need is on my phone and it will come to me soon. The reason why it comes so late is because my order is being shipped from California 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I’m on the whole other side of America. As I said before, that is the one flaw. One more thing. Everything is so cute and cheap! the app SHEIN. I love this app so much! It’s such an reasonable price, I even made my sister, her friend, and my bestfriend to download this app because it’s super cheap! And it has a lot of items 45 stickers for 1.50 dollars! And I even got a phone case for 3 dollars!! I currently have 3 things in my bag. But the total is 6 dollars! I love target as much but I’m thinking this may be my favorite store. I really would like to see a category just for decoration instead of searching “green decor” overall this app is a 10/10 for me it took me about 30 minutes to download but it’s definitely worth it after all. I recommend it for people who need an online shopping app on your phone, iPad, and maybe a computer. I could spend all day on this app just finding adorable items. Me and my sister are going a galaxy theme bedroom and it helped us get our dream room for a reasonable price. We could’ve spend like 200$ at target but we only spent 30 dollars on our decoration. I really enjoy using this app as a 13 year old. It’s free, again this is all a reasonable price for YOUR dream room.

Where I Do All My Shopping. At first I was hesitant, thinking how could they offer such good prices if the stuff is any good? After my first order, I was no longer hesitant and I was hooked! I don’t know how they do it, but the style of the cloths is so me, and for amazing prices & then amazing discounts on top of that! I am a young 53, and granted some of the cloths are just too young for me, but there are a whole lot that are not!! The shoes are adorable & quality, the cloths are just so pretty, feminine & totally different than anything you’d find in a mall or department store. Forget spending a fortune @ Victoria’s Secret-you don’t need to! Shein has everything you could ever want at a fraction of the price. I just realized recently that they have a “home” section too! Crazy!! If I need a gift, this is where I go too. Another fun fact is that almost every pic u see is what you get. Even in color. There has only been a couple times where it looked like the item was white & it ended up to be off white or ivory… but other than that, they are spot on with their pics!! I am a customer for life. Best online store EVER!!!!!!!!

it’s an ok app. Yes, Shein provides online shopping and has very stylish clothing that will meet anyone’s styling standards. Although, Shein clothing material isn’t the best in certain times. For example, I look at reviews sometimes and find out that that clothing is either too small, material is too thin, size wasn’t correct, clothing was shorter than shown, the list goes on! The clothing is sometimes isn’t all that bad tho and is very stylish. There is a reason behind this review though and let’s talk about it. Recently I participated in an event where you could earn either 20 million points or 20 thousand points. Not too sure. I had won by sending links to other people and had to verify my email. I completed all that was needed for me to receive the points. Today is Saturday which is when they are supposed to give the points. Currently 7:20 pm and I still haven’t received my points. If anyone else has won could anyone inform me if they have their points? Another thing is that I tried emailing shein with some questions because I’m pretty sure that they don’t think my email is verified. Edit: This app didn’t even give me the points it promised. It only gave 100 points to my friends and I (they won too). This app is pretty much a scam with cheap clothing. I definitely recommend to not get this app.

Great. My biggest problem is with not using stretchy fabrics for the curvy plus clothes. It’s VERY important for comfort. I keep telling them that they would sell a ton more jeans and shirts if they did because the clothes would fit a verity of people in just one size. I wish every plus size person would ask this of them, because maybe then they would change. I only gave it 4 stars because of some of the selling tactics. On some of the fake nails advertising photos they’re using a professionally manicured set of nails as the first selling photo. Many people don’t swipe any further, so that’s what they think they’re getting. But the actual set that’s delivered is not even close to the photo. The only other thing is, they hardly ever use an object in the advertising photos that show the actual size of the product. They give you measurements below the description, but the advertising photos are done in such a way that you think you don’t need to check. Even though not checking the measurements is on the buyer’s error. Other than that, I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten! Their customer service, is absolutely top notch.

Great variety and mostly Good prices. My friend had been telling me to get seen for a while now, and I was skeptical because none of the reviews had been negative. My friend told me I should get it for the third time that week, and I told her to prove it was legit. then she showed me her previous orders, and told me the prices she got them for. I didn’t believe her at first, but I decided to give it a try anyway as soon as I got the app, I begin to search up things that I like. A bunch of things all in the style. I liked popped up after I searched a few words. I think the only downfall to the variety is that there aren’t very many movie/TV shows/anime clothes and costumes, (you can always buy those on Amazon.)One of the things I was disappointed about was that the prices were more expensive then I had previously thought on clothes, (shortly after I realized you get a bunch of coupons) but then I thought, “why not look at jewelry considering I don’t have a lot of it” I was SHOCKED at the prices of the jewelry items and accessories. All in all this app is a life saver! I really recommend and it’s very legit! Have a nice day!

LITERALLY THE BEST EVER!. I was skeptical at first because the prices were so affordable and the styles so unique that I didn’t think this could possibly true. I love the app! I love the store! I love the customer service! And I love the merchandise! There are so many coupons and deals that I never feel like I missed out on anything if I didn’t purchase something that month. I really love how there are honest customer reviews with pictures of everyday people (not just influencers or people with cosmetically enhanced bodies that I could prob never achieve). There is literally something for everyone! Shipping was faster than expected. And customer service was great with my questions. I loved everything that I’ve purchased so far so I don’t know how easy are hard returning and/or exchanging may be, but the process listed on my bill of sale seemed easy. Easy to read and understand, and I know from experience customer service is friendly if I have any questions. I feel as though they really got it right all around, and I’m so thankful for the amazing shopping experience that’s gonna make me a forever customer!

Shein!!. I think Shein is the best online place I’ve shopped at. Though it can be a little complicated finding just what you want, and the right sizes, I think it’s so reasonable! The prices are amazing, and not to mention the coupons!!! Also, there’s flash sales a lot of the time which is so nice. I got a sweater in a flash sale and it was over 50% off!! The clothes are good quality for the prices, and the experience on the app is amazing! I love getting such variation of things to choose from at the touch of a button. Shein really has helped me find some clothes I never would have found or tried in an actual store. I love how you can customize your information so it can automatically give you a size range to choose from. I love how easy it is to check out, and add things to your cart. I also really appreciate how you can see how much everything adds up to be in your cart, and that you can select and deselect to see that too. Overall, I definitely recommend this app. It’s just an amazing decision.

Eyes kind of a minor on this top it has such a nice wardrobe for kids women plus nice people and even then I love him so much especially because sometimes need to save money and Sheen helps but you also have to go to action is it is it crappy apps that literally give you good clothes for Lilly $50 per piece or those places that just really that good but they were cheap Sheen is a whole other way you get millions millions of stuff you want and it’s not that expensive they have stuff that kind of the go for you and stuff and it’s not there are you and coming from a younger woman it’s amazing and it helps you a lot because they have so many options again it’s amazing I love the quality I love all of its quality it’s amazing sometimes my parents literally come to my place and they’re like oh yeah Brenna stop lying saying you have way too much shame stop it you need to take a break OK OK I’m like fine I’m literally at a month I love machine that’s why you need it if you see this by chic I’m sure they’ll have a lot of stuff that fits you and there’s always the quality love you guys ✌🏾

Still Testing The Waters. I gave the review 4 stars for now because there still are a few things I want to check out before giving my final rating. I placed an order weeks ago .. Im a plus size woman so this sites usually don’t have items that fit or favor plus size body types so I purchased some things I felt like would fit. 2 dresses, a two piece short set and another item that slipped my mind. One of the dresses was too small and the top to the short set didn’t fit but overall, I was still pleased because you get what you pay for and because I lived the other items so much that I didn’t care about the couple of bucks I spent on the items that can’t fit.. the shorts on the short set fit so I decided to use it as my running errand outfit and pair it with a T-shirt lol. The other dress that couldn’t fit is still in my closet. I love it still and I’m losing weight so I’m keeping it. I plan to order again and this time I’m going to buy a few shirts for work and some kind pants. This way I can give a compete rating on how everything fits from them. Until then, they’re are exceeding expectations already.

Looooooove Shein!. Shein makes really affordable, trendy pieces of clothing, accessories, and even home decor! I love how the app recommends similar styles to what I’m looking for. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Processing and shipping is fast—I usually receive my items in approximately one week from China (I live in Florida)! I love that they reward clients for writing reviews because pictures on real bodies help me to figure out sizing. I took off one star because when you purchase items on sale and use a coupon for the non-sale items, it discounts off of the original price and sometimes you pay *more* than the item’s sale price. I also wish there was an easy way to contact customer service or a FAQ section because I’m always guessing my size (is an XL the same as OXL?). Shein makes it super easy to return the items that don’t fit which is why I don’t mind buying in bulk. Because the reviews are so helpful, I end up keeping 80% of my purchase! I’ve received SO many compliments on the pieces I’ve ordered. I don’t have a big discretionary income monthly and it’s nice to be able to treat yourself every now and then for a few bucks.

I’m hooked!. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I tried this shopping site. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first, but I started out with a few purchases slowly, and for the price, how could I go wrong? I didn’t want to spend a lot on a new wardrobe since gaining weight, because I intend to lose it again, so SHEIN made sense. The clothes arrive fairly quickly, I haven’t had to return any items so far and I think I’ve been shopping consistently with them 1- 3 times a week for the past year. Needless to say, I’ve acquired more things than I originally intended. The quality is not a luxury brand, and that’s fine. It’s for everyday use at school. I love what I’ve purchased and that’s what matters to me. If you want to be nit-picky, you could say that sometimes there are a few threads that just need to be trimmed off. But honestly, for the price, is that such a big deal? The quality has been great on the things I’ve purchased. I’ve gotten compliments on everything I’ve purchased there and I always tell people where I bought my items. As students, affordable clothing is a must.

Amazing at first but now I don’t know. I have been using SHEIN for a while now and at first it was amazing never had any troubles and everything came when it was supposed to. However recently my SHEIN orders have been all over the place. I recently ordered for back to school and at first everything was going well but after a while I’ve just been stuck on shipped and I have no idea where my package is currently. I contacted Ontrac and they said SHEIN has yet to send my package and so it’s been stuck on pending. So far my SHEIN package has been shipped and delayed and that’s all I know. I just don’t know if I should be worried or not because my package is coming from NY and I live in OH so that fact that this is happening is confusing and it’s starting to get me worried if my package is going to come or not because like i said i have no idea what’s happening with my package. Hopefully this is all just a slight problem and my package will come sooner or later. Pray for me! Other than that though SHEIN has never gave me problems and they have the cutest stuff for the cheapest price. The quality is also pretty good so my only problem so for has been this.

AMAZING ESPECIALLY FOR ALL AGES. Ok so I chose SHEIN (sorry if u spell it wrong) Bc I am into the fashion industry,i came across it and I found out there’re was stuff for babies and kids which is perfect! Bc I’m more like a kid than a teen Bc I’m pretty small and skinny. I went across the kids stuff for girls and I came across really cute clothes that I think would fit perfect and would look nice on me, I ordered my size and everything and once I got it it fit perfectly! If you are reading this I am telling the truth THIS ONLINE FASHION STORE IS FOR MALE AND FEMALE so it’s perfect! Though what I do want to say is I don’t really like how you have it not all in ages I find ages more easier so I request for SHEIN to change the choices of size I think ages is a bit more easier to understand especially if your a kid like me or a bit younger that has a phone that’s responsible I don’t think they would understand but I do I’m not saying I don’t but I don’t think everybody understands and I feel age is a more better size choosing or like stores do like 7/8 or 9/10 would be easier, just saying! I will definitely say this app is worth it to you if you haven’t tried it. :)

100% recommend. My first stop in online shopping. I have placed about 6 orders with SHEIN now. Just recently my order was about $200. Usually I spend up to $500. That shows you the amount of trust I have in their product. They always have an amazing,updated product selection. I love that every time I visit the app, there’s always new product selection. The clothing is great. It’s not the thickest, heavy material but I’m always very happy with what I receive. I have ordered many dresses, shirts, bikinis, skirts, wall paper, shelves, wall stickers, hair brushes, barrettes, jewelry, vases, flowers etc from them. There’s not much I haven’t ordered. The shipping time is about 2-3 weeks. But I know to expect that because it comes from overseas, plus we are in the middle of a pandemic so that slows transit time down a bit. I love that the product is affordable. And there’s always a coupon and points you can use towards your purchase. The app is very easy to navigate and recommends products based off other products you search for. I will order from SHEIN forever. I tell all my friends. I love it!!

Good shopping app. I really love shopping here. They have great deals and if you order anything more than 1 they will all get shipped together instead of waiting everyday for 1 thing to come at a time. I have ordered more than 30 things at a time and they get here all together. The clothes are nicely folded and put in good bags. I would buy lots of pants and jewelry and Everything has fit so far and good quality! You get free shipping after spending like $25 or so. And you get points for reviews. The only thing i dont like is that you can only refund one thing with free shipping and then if you wanna refund another thing then you gotta pay shipping and its all the way to china and the shipping cost will cost way more than the item. Also I hate it that when im ready to pay and put in my card number and realize I left it at work so I wanted to go back and do it another day, and I noticed that it deleted my shopping bag! I was ready to spend $100 here and they took everything off! Im not gonna go look for each item again

It’s good but I’m a little confused.. So I’m sorry if this doesn’t sound right because I’m using text to speech but I have a problem. I ordered 24 items two days ago or three days ago but it says review 22 items even though I bought 24. The day after I order the items I went to go see how they were doing on the shin website and one of the items were missing which was a one size fits all white shirt with a cute design of the cat and the person wearing the shirt was a tall Asian girl with black hair but now I cannot find this item even though I paid fully for 24 items. Checked and today but now it says 22 items are in my cart. I don’t know what’s missing now but this is very confusing guys. I paid for 24 items but only 22 items were in the cart and when I looked for the white shirt with a Kat design on it it said that this item did not exist or nor longer exist. Does this happen to anyone else? Will I still receive all 24 items I paid for? Please let me know. And every Single time I took back it says other 23 or 22 items so I’m very confused. I get money back for the clothing that has disappeared or will I still have paid $117 for 24 items but only received 22?

Dumbfounded!. I’m a young lady in the Marine Corps with a newborn, two puppies, and a busy life, so being able to pop in and out of the app to keep working on putting my cart together is a must! When I like an item but not enough to purchase it, Shein shows an outstanding “items like this” list underneath the original listing. This feature provides variety for a picky person like me. I especially appreciate the reviews section. Each item is modeled on a wide variety of body styles of women, with body measurements shown. I’m able to easily tell what size would fit on me best which is crucial in online shopping. This is my first attempt at not shopping in person, as the drastically proportioned person I am, and I am dumbfounded. The consistent updates on the package arrival through the app is wonderful too. It tweaks delivery time all the way up until the package shows up, so I know when to take it inside to avoid getting stolen, or so that I can schedule being home when it arrives. Five stars.

Great Deals!. I generally go in spurts when I am buying from SHEIN. I also like to knock out one group of clothes at a time. I get a better feel for what works for me and what doesn’t. If you get shirts or dresses or swimsuits or lingerie etc. just make sure you get a tape measure and get your own measurements first then check each size your normal size and either up or down a size to get a feel for what will work for you. They give you plenty of information on the product such as fabric, give of the fabric ie. Stretchy or no stretch size model is wearing and her measurements. Read reviews and check photo what people have to say, size they ordered and how it fit them. Even with all this information mistakes happen and no matter the reason SHEIN gladly takes returns and try’s their best to make the customer happy. So in a world where customer service is hard to come you can’t go wrong with SHEIN so it’s a winning situation Large, almost endless selection, great prices, easy returns Satisfaction is almost guaranteed. So get the biggest bang for your buck!!!

Very Satisfied Customer. It’s not just the app. It’s the fact that the app actually works, is user-friendly, and it’s offers an algorithm that doesn’t cost you too much time when you’re trying to filter through literally thousands of items. This app has a great filtering system for people like me who hate to spend too much time shopping (that’s why I shop online in the first place) and might need to be able to readily see if an item is a good fit for them—in so many ways. They always list the model’s measurements & size she’s wearing along with the size chart. The reviews also list customers measurements and size they purchased, some with photos so you can gauge how that might fit on you accordingly. I think it’s genius to offer the incentive of points for reviews, which motivate customers to write them which makes it easier for new customers. Their business model is simple yet amazing. I e also never paid for shipping; it’s always free. It would be nice if all clothing apps worked this way but US companies are simply too greedy. Good job SHEIN!

I LOVE THIS APP, SO CHEAP AND AMAZING!. this app is beyond amazing. i LOVE the pricing, and (for the most part), the shipping time as well. the one thing that irritates me is that, when i write a review of a product i bought from this app, the pictures don’t show when you go back and read it. even though i still get all my points, it would be extremely helpful to others if my pictures would show. i say this for everyone. i’ve read reviews that mention something involving a picture, and it never shows. i’d like to know what they’re trying to show. it could help someone better understand a complication. i’ve never had anything come broken or torn, so that’s fantastic! one last thing that i don’t really understand is that an alternative app to this is called ROMWE, and they both sell the same exact products. BUT, SHEIN sells them for a more expensive price, whereas ROMWE does not. same exact picture, same exact material, same exact product, just different price. other than that, this app is a 10/10 recommendation from me. if you’re looking for cheap, cute, stylish clothes, this is the app for you! (as well as the alternative app: ROMWE).

Love SHEIN!!. Although I haven’t been able to find my size in any of the clothes that I’ve bought from Shein, they were really nice, and seemed to be a good quality clothing. Also I had no problem getting a shipping label for my return. I know you’re suppose to size up a little but I sized up 2 sizes from my US size 4, and I was still way off on the size. I’ve bought other things from the app and I really like their lashes and makeup. They have really cute indoor and outdoor decor. My Daughter absolutely loves Shein and the clothes as well as the accessories she’s purchased were all things she could use. I gave them a 5 star review because they have a huge variety of items for a very affordable price, it may not always be exactly what you think it should be, but for the price it’s definitely worth a try… and if it’s not what you thought it would be, you can ship it back to them for an exchange or a refund. I’d love to be able to order clothes for myself, bc I absolutely LOVE their clothes! 😍 so adorable!
