Fitstar is very easy to use to the point it's intuitive. I have been looking for a great workout app but most are very boring and just repeat he same exercises for every work out. Fitstar is the perfect workout app. It has great tailored workouts that challenge me, are never boring and I can do anywhere, no equipment required. There is plenty of variety in the exercises to mix it up and I have made significant gains since using fitstar!
Some of the exercises are a bit difficult but in time I should have them down. Easy to use app.
Helps me squeeze in workouts when and where I can.
Absolutely love it! Great app, never gets boring. Different exercises everyday!
Five stars. I'm beat with a smile.
Keeps me motivated and love all the different types of workouts!
Seems to be trying to jump on the subscription based thing everyone is trying to do due to corporate greed. I guess simply buying a product isn't enough any more. I'll update once I see what the only 1 free program offers.
It was a great start for me. I thought I was out of shape but was able to all except of the push ups ( need to work on srms). Loved it!
Very efficient and well planned out workouts with energizing music and cool trainer Lea
i enjoy using this app as it makes exercise easy and more accessible for myself as i work and go to school. i really love the fact that you can rate the individual exercises so it can make sure it's pushing you in the right way, which is something you can't do with dvd workouts. it also syncs very nicely with my fitbit which cuts out having to hand log exercises. my only complaint and the reason i gave 4 stars is because i believe the fitstar subscription should include fitstar yoga. if fitstar does include yoga in the future, i also think it would be much easier to include everything in one app instead of having two separate ones.
So great I add this into my everyday morning routine
The workouts are quick and toning! Love the tips! I'm so busy it is hard to make it out to a class, now I have one here in my own home and with my own weight no less. I'm in love! ^_^
Just started using it and I love it!
This app had potential, but unfortunately their business model is about tricking users into free trials and hoping they forget to cancel. They refuse to refund accidental auto payments -- so rather than "inspiring" their customers to work out -- they're in it for the cash grab. And now Fitstar is dragging Fitbit's brand down with them.
First of all the app is no different from several others in the market that work with HIIT-type of training. It does not add anything better or new either. But most important, THEY CHARGED ME FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION THAT I CANCELLED MONTHS BEFORE ON THE APP STORE BUT APPARENTLY IT WAS NOT CANCELED IN THE WEBSITE. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND IMMEDIATE CANCELATION AND SURPRISE, THEY SAY THEY CAN'T. BEWARE WHEN USING THIS BS!
actually got me sweating this morning.
Chooses the workouts for u depending in what shape u r!!!
I love this app. So handy to have when you can't get to the gym or take a class. It lets me rate each move so that I can either let them know it's too easy just right or too brutal. Keep it up Fitstar
I'm starting out low on the fitness level, and I really like the ability to rate the difficulty levels. I have bad knees, so I have altered some of the exercises to have less jumping involved. Not as intensive, but better for me. Having the ease of access to a variety of exercises, without having to go to a gym, makes it more motivating for me to keep going.
Good explanations, lots of variety on types of workouts.
