I did not mean to buy this app. It does not work like shown in the App Store. I need a refund since I did not mean to get this app. Very upset and trying to get my money back.
I love that these note cards can be accessed on the computer and on the phone. If there was an Apple Watch version that would make it excellent as it would allow for studying anytime.
I love the tools that studyblue has. It’s simple enough for me to make my flashcards and study. I’ve been using studyblue to help me study Chinese this semester and I have to say, I am acing the class with the assistance of studyblue.
This app is definitely worth your time if you are a student, because it helps with studying for upcoming tests/quizzes, this app is also helpful if you are a teacher because it help students study for test and quizzes.
I keep typing my work all over again .. I make sure that I save it, & then when I go back to a flashcard, only half of what I wrote would be on there .. I pay a good amount for this app & even though it’s ridiculous I have to pay that much to study, it’s annoying that my work keeps getting erased and I feel like I’m not getting what’s worth paying for.
I used StudyBlue through all four years of college. It is a great way to review material, especially in classes that require a lot of memorization, like biochemistry. I was a Neuroscience major and I credit StudyBlue with helping me get As in my science courses. It is really convenient having access to all your study material on your phone. If you download StudyBlue, it's best to make the flashcards on the website and use the app to study on the go.
I've been using StudyBlue for about ten years through college and grad school and it was so easy -- just create flash cards on my computer and study flash cards on the app. I'm taking a professional class now and decided to do what I always did so I created my flash cards and when I opened the app there wasn't any way to study them. At least not anywhere that was intuitive. I tried to save my deck but they made me join a class but my class isn't through college so it didn't make any sense. I typed in crap just to see what it would do and they said they would review it and until then I could review my own materials....that's the only thing I wanted to do but there was no where for me to do that!!!!!! And now I wasted all this time making flash cards that I can't even use. It's so frustrating. Go back to your old model.
I’ve been using Study Blue for a about two years now, but its interface has become super clunky and confusing. For a lot of us, there’s no need to connect to other people and finding our schools, etc. It clutters the interface when all I want is a list of my classes, and a list of my flashcards. Bonus points if we could create more hierarchies like School/course/topic/flashcards. For example: University/Biology/Nervous System/ and then inside have groups of flashcards like “parts of the human brain”, “nervous system diseases”, “spine nomenclature”, etc.
i can't even get in because i need to put in my school and i can't even find it so i can't even use it
You have to pay 10 dollars a month and if you don't then it only gives you a 5 card preview. THIS IS A TERRIBLE APP
Really great for studying for hsc finals thanks studyblue dudes!!!
I found the app can be glitchy at times not showing cards. Also wish you could share files of flash cards not just decks. Overall it's a great way of studying my flash cards on the train or in the car. Simple and effective
I am studying Indonesian since moving here six months ago. App is easy to use and is helping me a lot.
The interface is extremely annoying and frustrating. It could be made so much better so easily.
Has the ability to be a great app. Downsides: ongoing fees instead of outright purchase, free version very lacking if you want to measure improvement. Could be impressive if the developers also modify it to accept sketches directly onto the cards, and allow a choice of colour schemes. Pros: really easy to get started, otherwise well set up. I am using this to study a language.
Originally this was a great app for students like me to study with; however after the recent update the flash cards do not work saying it's 'experiencing problems or the 'server is not working.' Please fix, I need to pass my exams
I have started using it to study for my yearly exams and are helping me so much. It gives you flip cards that you can mark right or wrong and study what you don't know and also they do a test for you which is really good. I also like the overview sheet that you can print out. Amazing app definitely recommend!!!
Having tried a few other similar apps and having trouble creating cards. The seamless excel upload, to ease of use on my phone while walking between lectures. I can't wait to put all this to task, at finals at the end of year.
Nicely designed app, good functionality. Definitely helped with my studies. Some intermittent issues with results not displaying after studying a deck.
A great way to cram before a test or if your more organised you can spend 10 minuets a day and ace the test. Highly recommend the app
I wanted an easy to use app that would allow me to make FlashCards and use whenever I have a few minutes. I'm learning Icelandic and thought I would have to make my own. However I found there were thousands of useful cards already available to teach Icelandic in English! This app is really helpful to anyone learning anything!
I love the app but when I need more time to study and less time to make cards I would love to get on and use others cards with out paying $20 bucks a month for it! Great app all together though. It has helped me through some tough exams and finals!
This app helped me out to study for classes for school I recommend it
I'm using this to create and study flash cards while I'm on the subway, waiting in line, etc. The site UI is well done and the mobile UI for reviewing flash cards is easy to use
Using the free version and it's all that I need-- flash cards with the ability to upload my own pictures. I make flash cards online, then use them on my phone. I love that i can "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" a card when I review them. I'm able to study all the thumbs down ones and focus on my harder cards. Other apps don't have this ability. Only problem with SB is not all my decks download ... so if I'm in airplane, I can't access half my deck.
I really like this app it's really good the only thing I don't like about it is that in order to do anything even study cards you have already created you need internet
This is the best study guide out there Update 2017 I returned to school and downloaded the app once more from 4 years ago. Upset that the app is no longer free.
Great study tool, minor issue is its to costly for students, most student live on ramen, so finding another 10 dollars is next to impossible. Bring the price down to about half and you will see a huge increase in business.
This is a perfect study tool for anyone in college!
The progress tracking, different ways to study decks, and the user friendly interface make this beautiful app perfect for students!
