I love this app. Ive dropped 11 lbs following the training
I use this app for interval running on the treadmill and it works great.
Took back features
Originally I would've given this five stars when I first purchased it. However, I have just found out that after purchasing this and using the features that were promised, like be able to pick your trainer and pick your music and even have the music be on tempo for when you're running or sprinting etc., that the company has decided to take back those features and instead offer a premium plan (in order to use the previously included features) which you have to pay a monthly fee for. This is utterly ridiculous. Do not waste your money. This company cannot be trusted to continue to provide the same features.

I really love this app. I used it when I hadn't run in years and when I wanted to lose some weight. My only drawback from 5 stars is that as you progress in the training program, the runs get liger in length. I would love a setting or a program where the runs get harder or more intense but they don't necessarily get much longer. I enjoy the aspect that the runs don't take up a huge amount of my day early in the program.
Anyway. Great app.
Love This App
I have been using the app for over a year now! I love the many features of the app, including the different programs. Recently with the upgrade, you can't start programs over; or I can't figure out how to start them over, so that kind of stinks. Would love to be able to start them over. However, the app has helped to improve my running pace and distance! I highly recommend this app!
So helpful to training
Keeps me focused
I do not follow a regimen while working out, but when I do go to the gym this app helps me stay focused on my running. Otherwise I will run with no goals and most likely gain nothing from time on the treadmill.
