Cold. I’m super disappointed this is the second time I’ve ordered the catering tray for $75 and they don’t have everything that you order pick up over an hour after ordered and it’s cold and not accurate!!!!

It’s ok. To sign up you HAVE to pick your “favorite” location. My favorite location wasn’t listed, so I deleted the app. I’ve included a 5 star rating to trick the algorithm into actually showing my review, but trust me, it’s far from a 5.

I’ll be deleting the app!. If you’re going to have an app, you probably should have a process that is not reminiscent of the 1990’s! Worst experience ever. Ordered through app then when it told me that “asap” really meant 65 minutes (?) I tried to cancel. It wouldn’t cancel. The store also didn’t have the “featured” Kolache which I would have gotten for free (?). I had to call to cancel and was told that I had to call the corp office when they opened to do that. I’m done. Deleting the app and finding a new place for kolaches!

nope…. i couldn’t even get past the set-up page. i kept receiving errors messages on the most simplest of drop down menus, and everything just felt so cumbersome. instead of trying to collect so much personal data, just implement ‘sign-in with apple’—and a more appealing UI—and call it a day.

Don’t work. This app it doesn’t work

Many problems. Needs an option to pay cash and upload the receipt. I don’t like being forced to use a credit card. I also tried using the “cancel order” option right after submitting when I realized I ordered from the incorrect location. After I hit the button, the “cancel order” option disappeared, but it didn’t actually cancel the order. I got a call an hour later from the first location that my order was still waiting pickup, after of already reordered from the correct location. Turns out I was still charged, and the cancel order option on the app didn’t work, despite appearing as though it did.

App needs some work. The app works ok, but it’s missing some features. -There should be an ability to upload a receipt to get points. - The app should support Apple Pay as I’d prefer not to enter or store my credit card in any more places than I have to. -an option to pay at the restaurant should be available. -There is a “checkin” feature that give you a 60 minute code, but I have no idea what “checking in” gets me. There is no description or documentation on this feature.

CANCEL ORDER OPTION. Doesn’t allow you to cancel orders if placed wrong.

Needs option to cancel order. Not good at all! Ordered and put me 1 hr away to pickup!

Bad customer service. I just got my order delivered from Cinco ranch location. It’s Missing 3 items and they asked me to go pick them up and get one extra for free!! Why did I pay delivery fee if I will end up going to the store?!?! After a very stupid long argument they decided to pay a refund and I ended up paying delivery fee for an incomplete order and having a very bad start of the day!

Does not work!. Cannot believe they have not fixed this yet. Obvious that software tech is contracted out to China. 🙄

Lots of issues. Kolache Factory’s ordering system puts mobile orders last I went in to pick up my order which I selected ASAP and it said 63 minute wait but no one was inside. They insist they wait the 63 minutes to hand you your order even though they make it right away. I thought I was doing a mobile order to skip the line but no I was doing a mobile order to wait for a timer to countdown.

New issue. My app was working just fine till around April Now I can’t even open my app Contacted app support hopefully the (can) fix this issue

Recent mishaps. I typically love this place and the service but the last 3x I’ve been something is wrong. I always use the app and the receipt reflects what I’ve ordered but a few times ago I got 2 incorrect kolaches. Last time and today they missed part of my order that i already paid for. I always get kolache on my way to work or before a road trip so I usually don’t check the box until arriving to my destination. By then I’m already too far to rectify my order! I will continue to come back as I really do love the food but will make note to check the box before I leave the store from now on.

Check your order before leaving. The store will not answer your call.. Check you order before you leave if you order to go or on the app. I had 3 missing on my order and tried calling the store with no answer.

Does not track my purchases. I have checked in everytime I purchase kolaches almost everyday. I never get the points I am supposed to. It was working better when it was with Thanx app.

It works. It’s not the best rewards app I’ve seen, but it works. I didn’t have my phone number on the account so they couldn’t pull up my account. I updated it and instantly they could find my account. Even the points after purchase were displayed instantly. I like it, hopefully they continue to work on it.

Unfortunate. I was told I had to download the app in order to get rewards points. However, the app threw an error repeatedly and wouldn’t allow me to sign up. I created an account through their website and then went to sign in with an existing account. Same error. This app is completely useless.

App not even ready…. A simple request to reset a password by using “Forgot Password” option gives a OOPS An unknown error occurred error message. How helpful is this for the user? It renders useless… If the app is not finished yet why release it in the first place? If you’re going to deliver an app that will give a bad experience to a customer, you should review your goals prior thinking about even making your own custom app.

Follow Directions. App is ok but service is lacking. I ask for separate bagging to avoid people eating the kolaches someone else wanted, & they put them all in one box. I asked for the kolaches to be warmed up, and they’re almost ice cold. The whole point of the app is to avoid ambiguity. They don’t read or don’t care. I paid $50 for four drinks and thirteen kolaches. For the cost, they shouldn’t have missed instructions. We’re done. We’ll be saving lots of money and losing some weight by avoiding this place!
