Five dollar reward. Had a five dollar reward due me and was not applied to my order and when I questioned it to the MOD they tell me it was a glitch and I will get soon I have been waiting 7 months and no reward yet.

pros and cons. so, ordering from the app is amazingly easy and convenient. order details can be very specific, and payment couldn’t be easier. it’s also great to get perks of credit once reaching a certain dollar amount of orders. the downside is that, unfortunately, our orders are wrong 50% of the time, and having to open each wrapped bagel to check it before we leave the pick up counter is a pain.

$5 birthday credit. I went today to buy a dozen bagels wanting to use my $5 birthday credit. The store was having issues with their paying app. One of the managers there took money off of my purchase however it wasn’t a total of the $5 In which I was entitled to. I didn’t realize it until I had already left the store. Not happy!

Out of Order. Too many times including today this Jupiter store is out of too many bagels. I came in for a sesame bagel and went out with a distant second choice! You should not be running out. Make more bagels!

Friendly and efficient. The service is always friendly and you receive your order in a timely manner.

GREAT food and service. BAD app.. BWB is among my favs. And my local location is wonderful. However, the app has some critical issues the leads me to believe that they have spent very little effort understanding how the user engages with this app.

They do not apply your reward. This app has a great purpose, but watch your receipts. They will apply your reward in store and your receipt will say so, but the app will charge you the full amount. Tried speaking with customer service and got absolutely no where. If you are still being charged even when you have a reward there is no point in using this app for rewards. Customer service did not seem concerned at all with this issue. Who knows how many people they have done this to.

Prices up quality down. Not the same as before less tuna higher prices. Time to move on.

Love the manager and staff at Lake Mary. I frequent the Lake Mary Florida location and really appreciate the friendly atmosphere the manager, Ms Frankie, and the employees have there. Although the Cubsta is what brings me in to the restaurant, I really miss the bagel holes/bites that you used to sell.

App needs updated - can’t change. Items to “on the side”, add coffee to order, etc. Annoying having to enter location each time.

App not working lately. Can’t order ahead lately. Frustrating

Bad Sandwich UI. This is a review of the app, not the store. When selecting a bagel sandwich, the first ask is “Bread Options”, followed by the first two options: White bread and Rye bread. I ordered the wrong bread on my sandwich because of it. This is bad design and can easily be fixed. Change “Bread Options” to “Bagel Options”. Move “white bread” and “rye bread” down to the bottom. Who orders from Brooklyn Bagel and wants WHITE BREAD as their “bread”. Most people want bagels from a bagel shop. Also, default your sandwiches to options if someone would normally buy a breakfast sandwich at location. Too many “options” and boxes to check when you just want a standard “Brooklyn” bagel sandwich. Whomever manages this app via LevelUp needs to re-review their menu settings and terminology to fit the restaurant experience better, which is 5*

Latest app update 7/21. You can no longer change the type of cream cheese you want or make a request to have certain items cooked the way you want them.

Why the Auto reload. It was much easier the other way when I came in to pick up my order I scanned my card. I don’t have to worry whether it is enough money there or not because my card was on file. I think this is an extra step or am I missing something? Thank you.

Amazing!. Bagels are delicious, we love the egg sandwiches and the Cubsta coffee. We order ahead and it’s waiting when we arrive. Nicest employees. Love this place!

Unhappy. Often the bagels are often very dark and burned. Sometimes hard.

Service. Great service great bagels there is another location closer to me but I always come to this one your bagels are much better

Great!! But needs an urgent change. I’d give this app 5 stars in a literal heartbeat because of how easy and intuitive it is.. it’s also very fluid and works beautifully. That being said there needs to a be a section where I can specify “for here” or “to-go” or simply a “special instructions” section where I can make a request like that. A “special instructions” section already exists but it’s in a weird location and seems out of place (after you select a drink there’s a quantity selector and a box for special instructions). Once that fix is made I’ll change my review to 5 stars immediately.

So good!. I moved from NYC 3.5 years ago and recently tried Brooklyn.. not sure why I waited so long. Bagels and spreads are great, and love the “cubsta” iced coffee ice cubes! In south Florida ice melts fast - so if the cubes are of coffee, nothing gets watered down! Love it.

Been using it for a few years. Great when the app works right. The system would work much better if there was a designated spot to pick up your order indoor having to wait in line or by the cashier, trying to get their attention & getting ‘line jumper’ looks from other patrons

Thumbs Up.......But....... The app is great. Very convenient. Been using the app since they created it. However, I don’t like the fact that the discount went from 10% to 5%!!!

Beware of splinters. About a month ago I found a pice of wood about a quarter the size of a toothpick in my bagel. When I complained to the manager his response was “That happens from time. To time.” Not a good answer. I should have been offered an apology and a replacement bagel. I sent a letter to corporate but apparently they didn’t think it was important to respond. Poor customer relations Brooklyn Bagel!

Best place ever!. Love this place! Amazing sandwiches for breakfast and lunch! The app. Works great and is cheaper then using 3rd party applications like DoorDash, Uber eats and ect….

Still not enough options. I wanted to order a Rye bagel this AM, but your App doesn’t allow that option. What if I wanted a Flagel? You also cannot order with notes, such as light or extra cream cheese. Why not? If you guys can make bagels so much better, I think you can make your app so much better too. Thanks for listening =)

Need special instruction space. The app is great, especially when on the run, but it needs a special instructions space. Without fail, I get a bagel saturated and butter. Would just like a space to write “butter on the side”.

Cost saving changes. They clearly made the app worse to save money. Lost ability to add to apple wallet. No longer can link a credit card for charges (must prepay). Payment pages then redirect outside of app (less secure). Constantly receive bug errors and app crashes.

Skimpy. Been going to Brooklyn Bagel for 7 years, always happy with the quality. Last couple of weeks, the bagels are disappointing. The everything bagels gave very minimal everything seasoning and the veggie cream cheese, which impair $2.10 didn’t even cover the bagel. High price, low quality!

Why need an app?. Not sure why you all need an app when I’ve been calling in and using your website for years. Totally a waste of space on my phone. Also the app is very buggy.

Best bagels in Florida. I’m from New York and one thing that I miss is good bagels. It takes me an hour to go get bagels and come back home and worth every minute. Go out and get these. They are so good. Best bagels ever!!!

Absolutely garbage. The app developer created the tax as a credit rather than a charge so the app will not let you complete a transaction. Wasted time creating an account, completing an order uploading my cc info for nothing. Wasted time. If the ft. Lauderdale location ever picked up the phone so you could place an order in advance you wouldn’t need a order in advance app. Too much trouble for bagels, I’m going to another bagel shop!

Pick up. This app makes it so so easy to order breakfast and it always ready and never an issue.

Smooth operation. I love how smooth and thorough the online ordering process is from this app. I’ve always loved Brooklyn water bagel at now that I live by one I’m definitely going to put this app to use. It has all the options for editing and specifying how you want your food to be made. Love it.

Menu crashes app. Downloaded, signed-up/joined but app crashes immediately when menu touched. Using iPhone11 Pro. I deleted app & redownloaded but same problem. What’s the problem?😧

Best bagels. I have been going to Brooklyn water bagels for a long time, their bagels are the best crunchy on the outside and perfect in the inside. Their baked goods are a must try.

Brooklyn born and raised. As close to the wonderful bagels I enjoyed back when I took them for granted! Now, if only they could add pizza, Jewish deli and Italian pastries!

Please remember my location. I would love the first screen to be a button to place my favorite order at my favorite location. Currently I have to tap about 5 times to complete the transaction. Please make it easier for you to take my money!! :)

Best Bagels in town. Brooklyn Water Bagel has the best bagels in Town!! I get the Brooklyn on a toasted Everything bagel and it is delicious every time!!

Service staff is excellent.. Every time I’ve been to Brooklyn Water Bagels in Lady Lake, I’ve received excellent service. There have been a few issues with orders, but everyone on staff went out of his or her way to make things right. There were times when it was not even the fault of the sales associate! I’m very happy to be a patron of this establishment.

The best. Best bagels in Indian River County. The people who work here are friendly professional. The coffee is fresh and hot. What more can a kid from the Bronx ask for?

Lady lake store. Since new management/owner has gone downhill. Not as clean. Muffins are hard. Cinnamon raisin bagels have no raisins. Coffees are not made-2 empty pots of medium or dark. We went 4 times a week but now we go only to see if they are going back to the store they were but they aren’t. we know others who are not going back. Can you please help.

Love the store but the app........... I am a huge supporter of this franchise I think they have the best bagels in south Florida! There coffee is also great. Now the app is very professional and is very easy to use. Here's my problem though......... You can't add money onto your app! You have to link your own credit or debit card to the app so they can charge your account. For me this was a huge turn off because I don't feel safe linking my credit or debit card to any app. Also the stores are telling me and other customers you must get the app or else you can no longer be part of our rewards program! I asked my location what about all the older people who do not have a smart phone ? Or those who do not want the app? To which they told me everyone has to get the app. I really love this place that's why i Am so disappointed In how they are handling this new system. If they were to make it similar to Starbucks it would be amazing, but j think Starbucks is just more established etc. Anyways highly recommend them there stuff is awesome!

App is pretty weak. I hope Brooklyn Water Bagels paid a minimum for development of this app. The functionality is extremely minimal. It has more information than functionally but hopefully that changes. I use Dunkin' Donuts app and it's light years ahead. A full menu with ordering ahead, which is important to save time, saves your favorite orders, and you can customize sandwiches and coffees. You guys have work to do on this to catch up with competitors. We absolutely love your product though and will continue to eat here, just not daily due to prices and inefficiencies.

BWB Lake Mary FL. Great bagels, great employees, great general manager. I now live in New Smyrna Beach FL, but every time I am in the Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford area I stop in for a bagel and a Cubsta. Best bagels in the Southeast and the coffee is dam good, also.

Inconsistent. I find each of their stores lack consistency in the Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter area.

Terrible App. DON'T USE THIS APP TO PAY! Payment settings on this app are AWFUL. They let your charges accumulate over the month and then charge your cc a lump transaction on the 2nd of each month, EVEN THOUGH it says that for the first month they'll charge your cc for each individual purchase. Or, if you change your settings to set up a prepay balance on the app, it'll automatically add $25 to the app, and I have not been able to find a way to adjust these settings to choose a different increment/amount or stop it from automatically reloading $25 if your prepaid balance goes below $10. Complicated rules, inconvenient payment options, poor navigation, difficult to change settings (if the ability to adjust these settings even exists--I haven't found it). Not happy.

Wrong Location. The default location continues to change back to West Palm location so I ordered to the wrong store.

Doesn’t work!. Doesn’t work...connects to levelup which didn’t allow password to be used- and you can’t use without a password. NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
