I love this app. There’s only one issue!. This app has always been great for me. You can easily customize the options. The only problem I have with it, is that if you order through it and the app closes out you will no longer be able to tell curbside pickup you are at there. I’ve had to go inside to pickup after waiting 10+ minutes for someone to come out since I wasn’t able to click I was there. It would be so much better if the option would stay active for a certain amount of time after the pickup time given to check in.

App is better than most but could use more work. Comparing the Chili’s app to other restaurant apps, I think Chili’s is ahead of the game. But it still needs some work. This review is solely about the app, the food is always good here. Pros: Ability to pay at the restaurant. I’m glad you have this option because sometimes you want to pay with cash. Others don’t allow you to do this, and it forces me to call and place my order. Cons: -I can’t see the details of my previous order. Currently it only displays the name of the items, without any customization or price or rewards redeemed. I wish to see the full order, with all the details. -Lack of customization. You allow the most basic customization of any app I’ve used. I find it hard to believe that anyone that eats at Chili’s does not customize their items. Allowing you to change the cheese, the sauce, add extra meats, extra vegetables, etc. Why don’t you take all your orders from in store and scrub all the customizations people make and compile a list of things to allow on your app?

Check-in broken. I like using this app to order food when I want to pick it up and take it somewhere with me. However, I have two issues. First, I have to add an item off the menu when using a reward. I cannot just add it from the rewards screen or at checkout. Next, when I pay at the store, and I wait to pay because 1/2 time the order is wrong. Anyway, if I want a receipt they either have to walk inside to get me one or I have to re-enter my email. Look, I ordered through the app. Plus, my email address is accessible through my card (Squared does just fine) Make them connect. Finally: Every. Single. Time. The app resets. It is impossible to check in after you make the order and wait 20 minutes. If you use another app or close your phone, the app loses its place. Then I have to go inside to check in. Annoying. -3 stars.

The “I’m Here” button disappears. Literally every time I’ve ordered curbside orders, the “I’m here” button for checking in disappears. It’s there right after the order is placed, but when I get to the restaurant (you know, when I actually *need* the button) I open the app and the button is gone, and I can’t find it anywhere. Everything else works great, but this missing button is frustrating because I’m left to wait for a worker to come ask me about the order, then they have to go back inside and grab it then bring it back out. It just creates more work for them and a longer wait time for everyone using the curbside option.

Bad. I just sat down and ate at the Inglewood location. The places was nasty, from the kitchen to the bathroom, not sure which one was worse. The service was terrible and the food was over cooked. And I’m actually a big Chili’s lover but I won’t be going to this location anymore. They brought our food out and completely forgot about our starters until we were half done with our food. Didn’t know who our actual waiter was because different folks helped us each time. Just a complete mess. I ordered a meal at the take out department and didn’t even bother going to get it.

Almost perfect but one bad issue. This app makes ordering really easy...I really like the fact that it remembers previous orders with all their customizations, even if it’s in the restaurant and not through the app. BUT! The app closes itself when the screen shuts off and it loses state when it does. This is annoying if you’re in the middle of an order but it makes curbside check in impossible. Why does the app need my location at all times if it isn’t tracking my progress toward the restaurant? There’s a button to check in when you get there...it says “I’m here” but it disappears before I leave the house...unless I keep the phone on the entire time. Ugh!

Will never be back. I ate at Chiles in Columbia SC tonight. I have not been to Chilis in a long time. I was so disappointed. My brother and I went and we both ordered a rib eye steak. When our meals came we could not believe it. He had ordered his well done and I ordered mine medium rare. Mine was at least twice the size of his. We were given plastic utensils to eat with. I tried hard to cut the very large amount of grizzle off with that plastic knife but finally had to ask for a real knife. Thank goodness they did give me one. I have to say my broccoli was very good but it did not make up for the terrible steak we had. We will never go back to Chilies again. Our meal was almost 80 dollars and mostly not edible. Neither of us enjoyed our steaks though we did eat them because we had to pay for them. I was surprised because I had always had good food here in the past. One of the people sitting near us had their food served on a tin plate like a tv dinner. I do not yet understand why we had to eat with plastic silverware. There are many places with much better food. I am so disappointed that I am even removing the app from my phone. I do not recommend you try to eat there.

A few annoying design quirks. For example, if you’re in the middle of an order and leave the app, the app can return to the home tab which offers that you “start an order” and when you click order, it asks you to confirm your location, and only then can you click the unlabeled bag icon in the top right corner to see that your order is still there. It feels like “continue your order” could be on any of these screens. Less annoyingly, when entering payment info, you select the type of card you have, and then enter your card number, and if your payment method doesn’t fit the card number (based on the number pattern) the app tells you there’s a problem with your card number. But it could be a problem with the card type; it should highlight both fields. Moreover, if it has the ability to detect card type based on the number, why does it need to be entered? Unrelated to the app, I’d love to see plant-based chicken crispers on the menu, plant based chicken has come a long way! Love you Chili’s <3 Ben Papp

Chills was chilly. The ordering process was easy breezy. The associate came right out as soon as I checked in.. very polite and friendly with a smile. However one of my meals was cold had to reheat it in the microwave at home No I wasn’t late I’m 2.9 miles from the restaurant and they didn’t seem over busy. I just think they heated the One entree before they cooked the fries . This wasn’t the first time it’s happened. Probably would have been the same if I had dined inside . Had it not been for that I would given five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thanks for being in our town though . 😩

Can’t see past visits. Why can’t I see my past visits? Even online I can’t see my past visits. I only say this because I ate at chili’s last Friday and the waiter wouldn’t take phone number to add to my rewards. He told me I could go on the app and add the receipt (which you can’t). So I went online to add them that day and it told me I couldn’t add the receipt because it was NOT 2 days old. So I waited until Monday to add my receipt. I got a confirmation page that stated I was good but how do I know if my points have been added??? So anyways I tried again today because I didn’t know and got the same confirmation page. Ugh! Please update something to fix this.

App needs work, missing basic features. I like that you can place a carry out order on here, but there are some basic things missing that are somewhat concerning. After placing an order the first time, I was able to check in on the app. Second order, no such option. Well, there’s also nowhere to view past or current orders, which could lead to a lot of headache if there’s any glitches in the system, nowhere in the app is there a way to see and show the order you placed. It’s also a pretty slow app at loading to order, and you can’t leave the app to say view the allergen menu (which the app has as links to a browser and not in app), or else it boots you back to square one of the app, no way to continue mid-selection if you say check whether a side on a 3 for 10 deal has gluten or dairy allergens, you’ll have to go back to place an order, load the dinner selection, select the items, etc.

Careful when you get card error when paying. I just tried ordering earlier today. Each time I went to pay for curbside it said card error try again, so I did. I tried my debit twice and credit card once. It finally told me to set up for take out and just pay at store. I did that. However the times the app said card error? It actually charged me for each one. So I now have three charges for the same order. Plus what I paid at the restaurant. I explained the problem to the cashier and he said it should work it self out. I’m hoping the charges will disappear once the system realizes the mistake. Otherwise I’ll have to make some phone calls. So be careful if you get the error message!

The newest update isnt good. I love Chilis, and I usually place a to-go order through the app for the chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl. I used to be able to customize all the ingredients, if I wanted them on the side or not, and if I wanted extra. I always ordered extra ranch and chipotle pesto, because the meal is pretty dry with the standard amounts. Ever since I updated the app recently, theres no option to get anything extra or on the side, except avocado and cheese for $1 more. It’s the same thing with ordering extra dressing on salads as well, and I’m sure many other meals that I havent ordered. I don’t know if its due to inflation, but there should at least be an option to order extra things, and just pay for them instead of them being free like they used to. I’m sure people who dine inside can order extra of almost anything and get it, so it makes sense for to-go orderers to be able to do the same.

Need help. The girl behind the bar is trying to be 3 people at once. This is NOT her fault . They have her doing the bar, full at this time. Seats in bar area, serving alcohol beverages. It is a Saturday night, Christmas time, and not enough help. I love Chili’s!! One of my favorite restaurants. Tonight was ashamed. We were going to a movie now we are going to be late because service was so slow because not enough staff. Remember, customer service is what people remember! She is doing her best and Thank God you have such a hard working employee.. wish our experience was better and I didn’t have to miss the start of our movie !!

Ziosks need updated or something! Ugh. The service and food wasn’t all that bad, but it took over 25 minutes to get our tabs paid for! We didn’t arrive back to our place of employment until 1:25 (supposed to be back by 1:00). It appeared paying through the kiosk was a HUGE undertaking and even though we asked for paper tickets several times, only one of us received a paper ticket and we kept being told that “the ziosk should be working now.” We ended up cashing out with the server and manager manually. Very frustrating. Even though we work downtown, we can’t risk losing our jobs by taking 1-1/2 hour lunches. Y’all might have to go back to paper tickets on a regular basis.

No contact. Ordered delivery from the app tonight, stated it’d be ready in about 20 minutes. 1 hour later no food, call the store to inquire about it and find out the order is just sitting there waiting for a DoorDasher to pick it up and that I need to talk to DoorDash about it. 90 minutes after my order I just go and pick it up myself. Contact DD and they have no information about my order at all and that I need to talk to Chili’s. Zero way to talk to anyone about the orders on the app. Call customer service, no one answers. Website has link to talk to someone and it redirects me to a site they want me to pay $5 to talk to someone. Food is fine and for carry out the app is great, but when I paid $11+ for a non existent delivery and no reasonable way to rectify it is presented, gotta give the app itself 1 star.

Very professional very courteous. I had an opportunity to talk to Mary the store manager I think that’s what her title was who help me with in order to go I thought I had paid it twice. She looked at her computer and everything was fine very professional very polite one of my favorite people now thank you Mary really appreciate it and my steak did turn out medium rare. It was so good we ordered the same thing tonight with a steak for my daughter and a hamburger for her friend my wife is on her way now to pick it up. Thanks again Mary

Overall Good App, Some Features Are Buggy. I love Chili’s lol, and the convenience of being able to save my account on the app and order quickly makes planning dinner a breeze. But there are a few bugs I’m noticing that make me want to use the app less: 1) When my location services are set to “always on” for the app, I’m often marked as “here” before even reaching the restaurant out on the road! Not sure if it’s the app or the restaurant that sets the “here” radius, but it makes the employees think I’m impatient lol 2) I now keep location services off, however, if you do that, you have to press the “I’m here” button on the order page when you arrive. That’d be fine if you were able to switch to another app (ex: gps to get to the restaurant) and come back to the Chili’s app without it completely resetting and not allowing you to pull your order up to mark that you’re here. It’s minor stuff that I think would improve the success of the app :) everything else is great!!

These reviews lol. I like how half of these reviews are about their experience in the restaurant and not about the app itself. Anyway the app works fine but make sure to download or “redeem” any rewards before going to the restaurant. I missed out because I didn’t have any signal at the time so I couldn’t redeem it right at the time of paying. The reward is still yours but if you don’t tap redeem on the app it won’t be available when you sign into the tabletop device.

Condiments option. There aren’t sufficient add ons or remove choices. Like you can’t add a side of guacamole with southwest egg rolls. Or remove the ranch from the quesadillas. There are no substitute type options, write in options or special instructions buttons. Every item should have modification buttons. If I want a side of guacamole there is no place to add it save ordering a menu item that has add “fresh guacamole” option added into its possible modifications. You could have sides of condiments listed under their “sides” menu. Even there you have to hit the sides button to get it to show you the sides instead of it just going ahead and listing the options directly. Just not possible to order something like you actually want it with out having to call the store after you order. Yet you cant call in the order, you can only order to go through the app. Maybe that’s it. They just want you to order items as they are on the menu so they make it difficult to modify. Either way the last time I ordered the take out, I called twice and talked to the girl at my window twice and they still got the condiments wrong. So with that said I still love their food.

Continued Goodness!. Hello! I am a returning customer. I enjoy the food selection made available. Delicious. I can only think of a few times where I was disappointed with the portion size or maybe the taste of my specialty tea. I usually order curbside. When my phone and app work together, I can tell notify the staff I am there. For the most part, they are there asking me what order I am picking up for. Always friendly. Having the app, saves me time and allows me to get food before work or for my lunch break between class/lab. Thank you for serving me and making my experience promising and enjoyable.

App is decent however it will not allow you to use gift card as payment. This app is great if you aren’t going to pay with a gift card. If my server was miffed at not getting a tip it is because I was frustrated with not being able to put in the gift card I had and so had to come in to do my payment. By the time I presented the payment I had forgotten that the tip amount I attempted when trying to pay online was not also taking out. In today’s world of gift cards being used for promotional purposes and so many retailers selling gift cards as promotional sales to encourage more people to come in and shop, there is no reason for an app to not take gift cards.

Chili’s. My husband I just went to the Chili’s in Hagerstown and we ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. My quesadilla came out and found several big pieces of grill char in it after taking a bite of it, my husbands was perfectly fine. We expressed our issue and we had to ask the waitress to get another one! We left the pieces on the plate and the waitress took it back to show the kitchen. We got desert and the plate had chocolate sauce all over the bottom of the plate and it got smeared all over the table (desert we ordered didn’t even have chocolate on it). After all that happened we overheard a manager apologizing to a table behind us for their wait for their food. Not once did we get a visit from a manager for the issue with our food. Usually our experience is good but this was a bad visit!

Great App BUT could be even better!!. 1) have bugs/feedback tab in actual app. 2) have button under burgers so you can actually order the burger at temp you want so we do not have to call on. 3) have name field under each item ordered so person who is eating name is printed on ticket box. As is now - I have to call store after placing order online and then go through entire order so they have names. Employee then gas to hand write name on each box. We often have 15+ items do between calling in and then taking time to write names - they are waisting 10 minutes when this could be resolved in a few hours of coding by web designer! I’ve been telling corporate this for 11 years now!

At capacity on 5/23. We came into Chilis in Crystal River on 5/23 after my daughters graduation. We were told by an employee that they were at max capacity and could not take any more customers. She also commented that she didn’t realize it was graduation and they let all their servers go home early and only had two left. I have been in the restaurant business for 25 years and every Manager knew when there was a big event in town. Staffing was always extra n those days. To say they were at capacity vs short staffed is a different story. So here I am the next night getting take out due to the “fear” of the actual restaurant being at “max capacity” again. Very poor management and treatment of a family on a special evening. We came to Chilis because that’s what our graduate wanted. Please plan better Crystal River!

What happened? To go ordering is frustrating. Every time I open the app, it resets itself. If I switch to the message app to see what someone wants and then switch back, the app resets itself instead of leaving it where I was in the order process. But the worst is, after completing the order I get absolutely nothing. No email, no texts to confirm the order and no way to find the order once it’s been placed. I used to get a text and an email. Ni idea when the order will be ready. And no way to communicate for curbside delivery when I get there. I used to be able to reply to a text “here”. Your to go order process seriously needs to be reviewed. The web site is better, this app is painful and frustrating.

Not a happy customer. Purchased a electronic gift card online from a 3rd party vendor. Downloaded the Chili’s app to place my order for delivery at the hotel I’m staying at. Placed my order about to use the gift card and guess what? You can’t use the gift card for delivery the card can only be used for dine in or to go orders. Seriously!!!! That is not mentioned anywhere on the gift card I travel for my job and stay at different hotels. Why would I get an Uber of Lyft to go and pick up an order when Chili’s advertises that they deliver?? So guess what I’m out of using a gift card that I purchased because I’m 99% sure I will NEVER go in to eat after the deceptive practices that Chili’s uses. Why can’t management take the gift card over the phone and place it for delivery? That would be the most practical thing to do if you want business... job one is good customer service which Chili’s failed at miserably. Just think if you accommodate your customer that customer in return will give a good review which means gaining an additional customer. But instead you refuse to accommodate your customer and get a bad review!! Wow Chili’s this is not good customer service so I’m out of money and Chili’s made a profit off of me!! Not happy

It can’t be that hard.... This app is good, but it won’t allow you to use gift cards during checkout... only credit. If you want to pay with a gift card, you still have to go inside to pick it up. I wouldn’t think it’s asking too much to have that functionality on the site, particularly during these times when many of us want to limit unnecessary contact. I also noticed, although I believe it’s part of their external site so I’m not rating the app based on this, but the page where you check gift card balances, is not optimized for mobile. It is almost impossible to utilize with any efficiency as the security image “test” (where you prove your a human) falls outside of the mobile page parameters and it’s really hard to complete. I love Chili’s and this app is great! I’ll be using it again to place orders, but I hope that add gift card payments soon!

Get in line feature doesn’t work. Chili’s would get 5 stars if only... Get in line feature... This would be great and make a lot of people happy if it worked. I spoke to the restaurant host and was told they don’t use that feature, yet the feature appears available in the app for this location. So.... let’s have some synchronizing with the app and the physical location. I really do not understand why corporate/franchise owners can’t communicate and figure these things out. Make the company look stupid and disappoints the customer, before they even arrive.

Worst service ever. We ordered a southwest salad and a chicken enchilada and also the starter one of the starters with the beef the the castle skillet so they never brought my skillet out and my southwest salad was a mess up I just sent about the first time it was wrong when they brought it back to me and so instead of them taking it back this time they just bring me out some grilled chicken to put on top of my salad and thenThe server never even checked to see if it was OK after the food was brought out until I had to get up and go find the hostess to help me with the order because it was messed up and also the manager came to talk to me and see what was going on and she told me that in Lou of the situation she took the salad off of our meal which she didn’t she did that after the fact I watched her walk to the register and take it off this was just a bad service for me today and I would not recommend Chili’s to anybody.I didn’t even get to mention about my enchiladas there was not even a enchilada sauce on it there was nothing on it it looks like rolled tacos and some chicken and cheese it was horrible

Bruh. Ok so the food here is great, I’ll give credit where credit is due. But during the time of Covid-19 curb side pickup is the main way to get food from here. But online it showed have the menu and on the app we had to re order like five times. Very difficult. On top of that time before Covid we dinned in with our grandmother.. we ordered food each and the waitress took our order incorrectly and when they brought the food out they brought our youngest (6 year old) a huge meal that was meant for a family. We told the waitress that was incorrect and she still charged us for it until we got upset and had her take it off. Then the waitress came and sat down next to me and said (is your grandmother insane? I remember her ordering that” that ticked us all off and the waitress is still there but I don’t know her name.

The to go service. We get Chili’s normally twice a week, but the last 2 times was very disappointing, on Saturday 11-2 went inside to pick up what I ordered online, they forgot the extra Alfredo sauce, and I checked extra for the seasoning which they usually put on the side but they put it on it and it was so much that the whole top of it was red and ruined the pasta..I had to wait 20 minutes for the extra sauce, by that time the other food was cold..then on 11-4, got to go again and the chicken for the loaded boneless wings wasn’t cooked through.. it was actually hard on the inside.. rethinking where to eat now..

hair on my pasta + more complaints. there was a hair on my chillies pasta, i’m disgusted and feel sick, i’ve ordered 2 times and there has always been something to complain about; barely any sauce, chicken , or burnt chicken. Sometimes there is hair on the pasta, sometimes there is not so this is just a warning. Chillies my favorite! Don’t get me wrong, but every-time i order there aren’t enough sauce, and there’s usually hair on the pasta. Also, when i ordered the drink, there was too many seeds, but that isn’t nearly bad, so i’ll let that slide. Overall it was not a good experience. The reason i’m rating this 2 stars, ‘cause there was hair on my pasta but other than that, it was okay. Minor complaints but okay.

GREAT FOOD!!! GREAT ATMOSPHERE!!!. Whenever my wife and I go to Conway ,AR, we like to go to Chili’s!!! Before the pandemic occurred, we would go there quite often. She was disabled and in a wheelchair at the time. Customer service is the best there. The same lady at the front door was always so attentive to our needs. Then, the food was never disappointing no matter what we ordered. It was great. Now, we have started to go back slowly but we stayed home almost 1 1/2 years just to be cautious, even though we both have received the vaccine.

Slow down and explain !!!!. We haven’t been to chilies in a while so when we went a nice girl was seating us and started to ask us questions about if we knew about the award card you all had now. Mind you she was talking very fast after asking us if we knew about the award program while sitting us we said no didn’t ask us if we wanted to sign up for it she gave us our menu’s and told us our waiter will be with us in a little bit. That’s as far as it went. Yes food was good but If promoting something slow down and explain what it’s all about!!!

App. Do you not spend enough time in your car? Do you not have all your credit card numbers memorized? Then this is the app for you!! You will add in all your tasty items, pay, hear the cha-Ching sound and then jump in your car to grab your food! BUT WAIT-there’s more! You’ll drive to your local Chili’s where you’ll find that your order didn’t actually go through! You’ll get the pleasure of inputting ALL your credit card numbers only to realize none of them work! You’ll then get to go in, place your order on THEIR machines and sit in your car waiting on your food for 20 minutes! What a deal!! And don’t think this just happens to the lucky people. The checkout clerk told me it happens All. The. Time. So don’t wait, order today!!!

Only REALLY customizable app I’ve used!. Having a family of picky eaters, it’s the bane of my existence when I try to order online and can’t fully customize orders. I’m not talking crazy custom, but when I can’t order burgers with or without certain garnish (or dry for one of mine) or an extra side of sauce, it completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. This app is super easy to use, it has their awesome in-restaurant specials AND you can order delivery through Door Dash without having to use the separate app. We order from Chili’s much more often just because the app is so easy to use and we can get exactly what we want. I hope other restaurants (and delivery apps!) will learn from this one!

Ok. So the Chili’s app is ok. It’s easy to place an order and pick up. The thing is if you want to modify a plate you cannot do that on the app. So say I want fish tacos with no cilantro because I’m allergic, there is no way I can put no cilantro on the app. Also, say I wanted to loaded baked potato soup with no bacon guess what... YOU CANNOT MODIFY IT ON THE APP!!!! Annoying. You then have to call the store, wait 15 minutes for someone to pick up, then modify it.. wouldn’t it be so much simpler to have a section where you can add that?? If you take Chick-fil-A’s app and compare it to Chili’s app, it’ll be as if I (with very basic computer skills) designed the app. I’m sure Chili’s can do so much better but they don’t, why? Because maybe they don’t want to spend the money? Annoying. 😴

Needs a lot of work. C’mon, Chili’s! This app could be so much better. Save my address for starters. I shouldn’t have to enter my home address at all, certainly not on the 4th or 5th time I’ve had it delivered to my house because there’s nowhere else to be in COVID times. And order status? Non existent. Not in the menu. It shows it after the order but heaven help you if you tap anything else because it’s gone forever. Why? If you keep it and don’t do anything, it doesn’t display the map that DoorDash has. And it’s them delivering. iPad friendly? Nope. It’s 2020 and should scale properly and take advantage of the larger screen. But it does not. Chili’s this app is the single most important connection you have with your customers right now and you haven’t taken it seriously.

Fix the card stuff. I like the app, Chili’s could do to cook their chicken a bit better but the app is fine if you’re just looking for a menu to call in your order. Sometimes the card reader doesn’t mess up and you can put everything in and it works and it’s great. But sometimes at random it’ll just refuse to take any card so you have to call the store rather than use the app the intended way. Oh yeah and sometimes when you update it, it loses your password and won’t let anyone log in. But that’s really only if you care about rewards points or whatever.

Almost 5⭐️. This app is almost the best ordering app I’ve come across. Since covid we do a lot of online ordering and most don’t allow you to customize the amount that this app does. I appreciate the fact that we can purchase extra dipping sauces BUT you need a Pico de Gallo option!!!! I go round and round with the staff at my chili’s and they always have such a problem giving it to me when I’m more than willing to pay whatever they’d like but they don’t understand it’s not an option to order. Also - the app doesn’t allow you to track rewards. I’ve spent hundreds and have only ever gotten the free chips and salsa lol.

I love this place.. I love this place. I’ve only eaten at the one on Poplar Level Rd in Louisville Ky. And I’ve only dined in at the restaurant itself once. All the other times (which has been at least 100 by now) has all been done thru ordering via the App and picking it up at the Carry Out Counter on either Friday or Saturday nights before I go into work. So I can have it for Lunch/Dinner at work. The ladies that have always taken care of me there have always been sweet and very awesome at their job. They have never messed up my order. They have always given me extra sauce when I asked for extra. And kitchen staff had always had the food read at the time that I asked it to be when I ordered it ok the App. There has been times that I’ve ordered the food 12 hours or more in advanced the morning before I had to go to work as I’m going to bed (I work 3rd shift alone as a dispatcher at the largest Towing & Recovery Company in Louisville Ky every Friday & Saturday night). So I highly recommend the App and the Restaurant. At least the one I go to on Poplar Level Rd in Louisville Ky. Enjoy!

Covington Chili’s Service Poor. Our fairly recent Chili’s in Covington, GA. Lacks on management and service. Numerous times our service has been poor. I still leave a good tip, but, I will write a review. My husbands chicken crispers meal came out well over 30 minutes after all 10 of us got our food. I kept asking the male waiter, he replied, its coming right up. I asked again, again, again, 30 minutes later his food came out. Was told, I will discount you for your food coming out late. We did not get a discount, we were even charged for our reward chips and salsa. I even showed him the app. Not a good Night. We were there 1 1/2 hours. Seated right away, were last ones there. Got there at 10pm. Left after 11:30. My husbands food had not long come out.

Fav restaurant!. It’s always a real treat dining at Chili’s in Pittsfield, MA! The service and friendliness of the staff are contagious and so welcoming! The manager always makes an effort to make sure everything is perfect! They all always go above and beyond their duties, including replenishing our “rewards from the Chili’s app! The food is always fresh, delicious and spiced to perfection! The menu is so selective and the specials are exciting! The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with TVs to watch important sports events! I Highly recommend this restaurant for your wonderful dining experience over & over again!

Not worth the space on my phone. I downloaded the app so that I could order online and pick up but 9 times out of 10 online ordering is not available. I then call my order in and can not redeem my rewards 🤷🏻‍♀️. Now I had an update on the app and again online not available so I called in. I could not even get a person to answer because the message asked me to press 2 to talk to someone in order to order. Unfortunately every time I press 2 nothing happened and the same recording came on over and over again. Very disappointed! It may be a long time before I go to a Chili’s again.

Curbside. Don’t offer curbside service if you aren’t going to actually bring it outside. I specifically ordered curbside pickup because I can’t walk on my left foot. I frequent this particular location often, like 3+ times a week, yet this simple concept that is being advertised isn’t being achieved, either the crew is overwhelmed with orders so they are coming out 80% incorrect, or they are so slow the staff doesn’t care. And if the app doesn’t allow someone the opportunity to check into the location there is no employee responsible for keeping an eye on the 4 parking spots for this particular service. I was even told I was the only curbside order they had at the time so if I’m the only one and there is a car in the designated parking spot right outside the giant window, common sense would say that may be the curbside order that has been sitting unattended to on the counter for over 45 minutes.

App has too many glitches. It took me forever to get my two item order put in for pick up. I had to exit the app and go back in a couple times before it accepted my reward for the free appetizer with my meal. Also, the app kept taking me back to the Orange homepage, acting as if I was starting a new order. Once I finally got my order in and set up for curbside pick up, I had to use GPS for directions to get down to my closest location. When I clicked back onto my order, where it had the button for check-in, the app again took me out back to the Orange homepage. From there I was not able to get back to the check-in page. Once I got to Chili’s, I had to go inside and walk to the back and wait for someone to come up to the “to go”desk, since the app wasn’t working right and I was unable to push check-in. I love their food, but this is the worst app I’ve used.

Curbside. I give their curbside 5 starts I will give them more if I could. I use the app all the time and it works fine with me. Food is always on point and on time. I only have 30m for lunch so when I order something I do it specifically before going to lunch and by the time I get there I click on the app “I’m here” and in less than a minutes they have my order at my window. Love it ,and did the same to Outback and I waited and waited so I had to call the restaurant and let them know I’m here, very time consuming considering that I only have 30m lunch. Great awesome and amazing.

Order Resets Every Time You Switch Apps. The app has a clean interface and is easy-to-use, even if you’re not computer savvy. The menu is laid out well and the customization options are great. It would have been a 5-star review, but every time you minimize the app, switch apps, your phone locks, or you breathe too hard the entire order resets - even if you’re logged in to your account. I was ordering for me, my mom, and my sister so I texted them to ask if they wanted bacon crumbles on their food. I returned to the app and the whole order was gone. I had to ask what side they wanted - same thing. I had to check my bank account balance to see which card to pay with - reset. I had to walk to get my credit card out my purse - my phone locked due to inactivity and boom, it was all gone. I ended up having to re-input the order (and all the customizations) at least 6 times. In the time it took to order and pay for 5 items, I could have driven the 10 minutes to the restaurant, ordered in person, and driven home. It’s a great app, but unless it is programmed to save your order in progress, you better treat it like a drive-thru: know exactly what you want the first time and have payment in hand.

Server. Every time we go in to Chili’s at Signal Butte and Baseline, Az. We always ask for a server named Christopher. He is by far the best sever we have ever come across in dining out. He is so kind and caring and thoughtful. Such a very super good guy! Please make sure he is recognized. We go there slot because we are adopting our two grandsons ages 8 and20. So when the have the free kids meals it helps so much. Please don’t ever stop those either. We are in our 60’s and we get by but it’s a lot for us. Christopher is so kind to them and so sweet! Love this guy! ❤️😍❤️. Thank you Christopher for all that you do.

Not useful. This app is trash. It does not reserve a spot, but rather you need to arrive and then you are added to the list. And have whatever spot that affords at that time. So it does not reserve at all, and is actually misleading. All it does is collect personal info for their marketing. Thanks Chilis.

Chili's iPhone App Review. The Chili's app for iPhone is a pretty great app. It is very user friendly and simple to understand/ use. Browsing their menu, finding chili restaurant locations as well as directions to it from your location, seeing the new featured items along with food and beverage prices and pictures of each dish makes this app 5 out of 5 stars especially with the order online feature :)

Very limited app. Doesn't allow online ordering in Canada. No menu offered in app.

Chili’s. Great Restaurant. Very good food at a fair price. Very good service.

Does this not work in Canada??. Online ordering not available in Saskatoon

frustrated. you guys really need a Canadian version if this app...because you don't have Canadian cities I'am deleting this app

Awesome app. Great app and good reward program always have a reward when we go in love chilis

App doesn't load. When trying to open the app it closes right away.

I’m a dasher and a customer. I just wanted to recognize that when I’m dashing or when I’m dining in as a customer this chilies call is the best customer service they recognize you it doesn’t matter who you are what you are and I have been in the food industry since age 12 and that’s a lot of good to say about a corporate restaurant because most of the time they could give a crap about you especially when it comes to customer service and recognizing you KEEP up the good work.

Wait time is a deal breaker. I haven’t tasted the food, but the prompt was asking me how I rate the app…it told me 15 min wait just before I hit the place order button. As soon as it confirmed my order, the start rating prompt came up and almost simultaneously a popup showed my pickup time was 25 minutes later. 15 min was acceptable, I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it was a 25-min wait. Please use the same time algorithm pre and post ordering the if the pre is auto, don’t do a pre, it ruins the expectation. Over promises and under delivers. I hope the food is good after a 25-min wait!

Never let’s me confirm my arrival. The app compared to the website is 10x better since it isn’t jumping around the page constantly like the website always does for me. BUT I have issues when it comes to confirming that I’m at the restaurant for pickup Everything will be fine until I’m actually there and then suddenly it’ll refresh itself and the “I’m here” button will gone. More frustrating than anything else and it happens every time without fail

Poor app. Chilis, cmon now. Your app is just the most frustrating to use. No gift card usage for payment on the app unless you go to the restaurant and pay there. Every time I order a side of ranch that is $0.79 it adds $8.00 to my order. Just overall such a frustrating experience using this app, which is super disappointing because the restaurant itself is great

Hooray for Chili’s. Love Chili’s everything I have ordered has been exceptionally delicious my new favorite has been your chicken fajitas the veggies are cooked to perfection! I can’t believe I order 4 meals I’m embarrassed to say twice ( sometimes more) a week and the servers are so sweet too. thank you for your wonderful customer service cooks servers and anyone else involved in making chilies our new favorite place and when this pandemic is over we’ll be one of the first ones there! Camille Sost

Change mobile order check in functionality. Once you arrive at the restaurant the check in function goes away and your order goes to past orders automatically. While this may feel like a convenience, it’s a nuisance as you never really know if you’ve alerted the staff that your waiting for your order. So now I’ve been sitting in my car for 10 minutes past the original pick up window not knowing if I need to go in because they don’t know I’m here or if it’s just taking longer. PLEASE CHANGE!

Great Food, Super Service!. My wife and I received a free appetizer for simply sharing our thoughts from a previous visit. It brought back on a shopping Sunday to take advantage of our freebie. We were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to apply the freebie if we took advantage of the 2 for $25 Dinner promotion. Our server, Mike, took our issue up with the Manager and they took good care of us. Great meal & better service at the Chili’s in Freehold. Thanks Mike.

Problems with his Chili’s. Most of the time that you come here like today somethings wrong with something and they can’t see her body is a 45 minute wait people come up here to eat lunch and eat dinner or just get something to eat and most of the time they got a problem with something computers down technician found another not enough employees there’s nobody up here

Doesn’t retain pending order. After I complete an order in the app, it would be nice for the app to have a way to view/interact with that pending order until after it is picked up. Having to go to email for all that info is an unnecessary extra step. Also, the Apple Pay option refused to function, forcing me to have to enter credit card info to make the order. That’s why a four star review. Don’t give an option then that option not actually function.

Waiting line on app doesn’t work. I wanted to take my daughter to Chili’s for her birthday. I had never tried to enter the in app waiting line before. I logged into the app, selected the location, but the option to get in line was gray and not available. What? Does that mean no wait? Hard to believe. Now I don’t usually mind waiting for up to 30 min. But with social distancing they ask you to wait outside and have no seating available and it’s Aug in TX the temp at 7:00 pm is over 100 degrees. I asked about the in app line and the hostess says it’s only available through Yelp and even then it’s not very accurate. Really?? Why have an app feature that can’t be used??

Rewards. Could the app developer PLEASE make it to where I can actually use my rewards while ordering in the app instead of always having to call the restaurant if I want my free queso or dessert along with the entree?? This is way beyond old! Right now, I’ve got 3 frikkin’ entrees in my cart and it STILL tells me “the conditions of the reward is not met”. I never have this problem with the free chips and salsa that’s always available, but it never fails to be an issue with the Claimed Rewards.

Area Manager for Encompass Health. I truly enjoy working with Chili’s and have now for 5 years used their catering!! I wish online we could make requested adj to the order like # plates, something on the side, etc. (a comment section) 😁 I feel it would be beneficial to the person getting our orders together. Mgr, Jamie and her staff are always very kind and helpful with taking updates to my order! Thank you!!!

Needs improvement. I absolutely love the curbside pickup, however there needs to be an option on the app to customize some items. Such as adding a cup of ranch, making the kids chicken crispers into the honey chipotle chicken crispers, etc. I always have to place the curbside order on the app and then call the location to finish customizing the order. Also you cannot call the order in and then pick up curbside. It has to be done through the app if you want curbside. Otherwise 5 stars!

Galveston chili’s. People friendly but service was terrible! Had to ask several times for silverware, napkins, and salt! Finally brought napkins when I moved the brown roll of paper towels to our table. My sisters food was brought out and I was told they were working on mine!!!Not a good thing to do. The same service happened to the people in the car dealership I went to! Will not be going back and my sister cancelled her friends from a planned visit there.

Snooki Jersey Shore. Snooki on Jersey Shore ordered from her Chili’s app tonite on the show so we figured we would give it a shot after not eating at Chili’s for a couple years now after a not so wonderful visit / meal. So hopefully everything works out this time around and the order is correct and the food is amazing. I really like being able to order and pay through the app on my phone and then just run over and pick it up. Looking forward to it. Thank You !!

Almost perfect. I order curbside pickup on the app all the time and it tells me to go to the home screen to click the “I’m here” button when I get to the restaurant. When I click the home screen it’s not there. I’ve refreshed the app, closed it out and reopened it, and deleted it and re-downloaded it but I’ve never seen a “I’m here button”. It’s very frustrating because it defeats the purpose when I have to get down and go inside to pick it up.

Easy. Fast and easy, everything is broken down so you don’t have to search the entire to find what you want ! Checking out was super easy and very fast, it doesn’t have pop ups trying to sell you stuff you didn’t ask to see!!! Now if my order is correct I’ll keep ordering online!! I use to order Applebee’s on line, they never had any order right 🤦🏽‍♀️. Here’s hoping I don’t have any issues with Chilies to go!!! 🤔😅😅😅

D Bowers. I visited this Chilis on June 28, 2019 with my family. After receiving flat soft drinks and complaining we were advised that the carbonation was leaking and all soft drinks were flat. So staff knew about this, yet we continued to watch server after server bringing flat drinks out to customers. Upon receiving our triple decker appetizer, I quickly noticed the fried pickles were dripping in grease. They were completely inedible. The service was slow at best. We even noticed another customer waiting at the kitchen door for her server and service. Never saw a manager nor did anyone ever ask our mail wise. We will not be returning here ever again, ever. If I could have rated a 1/2 star I would have.

Works half the time. The other half will get your order right up to checkout, then be unable to process the order. Or the order will time out while you are trying to customize items. Honestly, can’t really blame it all on the app because using their website to place an order gives the same issue. Love it when it works.

Simple complaint, that’s massively frustrating. The app itself is great, UNLESS you happen to want Sweet Tea. For some reason it isn’t listed with the other drinks, and every single time I order I have to call and change the unsweetened tea, to sweet, and that almost defeats the purpose of the app itself. If they add that and fix the issue, I would gladly change this to a 5* review, and would probably order more drinks with my orders too!

Carry out with app. Used my mobile app and it said 39 minutes. Went to Chili’s and was told it was one hour and a half. Asked to cancel order and the girl said she would have to go inside and get all my information and cancel the order and it would take 7 business days to get my order. My husband and I order from Chili’s a lot and this is the first time we have ever had a problem. I realize the virus and the first days opening are happening but you either need to get your app fixed or have a way for people to cancel their orders. We had to go home and come back in an hour and half.

30 day notice. I got an email that said I had 30 to keep my membership. My wife and I had lunch today at the Chili’s in the Wellington area of Florida. I told the waiter that I had a Chili’s number and he asked if I wanted the chips. We were each having the quesadilla explosion and we could not eat that dish and chips. I can send you a receipt from my Amex account if you need it. Why would you cancel contact with me? Thanks, Bruce Albertson

Room for Improvement. I wish that there were additional customization options. For example - i always order the chicken fajitas but i do not/cannot eat the beans and rice. In the restaurant they allow me to substitute broccoli or for additional fajita veggies, but i would love to just be able to select that i do not want them included with my meal even if i cannot sub them in the app. Another suggestion - allow addresses to be saved so they don’t have to be entered every single time.

Horrible take out experience. Ordered takeout out by phone. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there to pick up after 25 minutes. Stood there and waiting another 10 minutes while my food was “being put together”. When my food was finally brought up half of my order was missing and part of it wrong. Ordered a Diet Coke and coke with the meals. When I asked which was diet he said I forgot and walked away. I was frustrated so I left after being in there for over 20 minutes. Get home and we were missing 2 sides. Service for take out has been declining over the past year. Not sure we will return to the Sudley Manor location.

Could/should be better. I’ve always enjoyed Chili’s chicken fajitas. Unfortunately, over the past number of months I’ve found them to be below par. I always request that the peppers & onions be well done emphasizing NOT burnt. I further explain to my server exactly what I mean and the problems I’ve been having. The server does their job but the cook does not! Inevitably, they arrive at the table burned! The manager had it redone but this time the chicken & vegetables were under cooked! Chili’s has a limited menu therefore any cook should be able to correctly prepare their offerings!

Chili’s is so raggedy even in an app. I’m out of town and wanted contactless delivery. I decided after seven years to give Chili’s a try again. Website says the location has contactless but app says it doesn’t. Ok I still opt for chili’s. I order on the app and I want it curbside. App says to click the “I’m here” button when I arrive. I arrive and find that when my phone locked the app closed so now the “I’m here button” is gone. Get it together chili’s. I am now legitimately concerned like I used to be about the quality of the order I now have to go in to pick up. It’s stuff like this that makes me avoid and talk trash about you when I travel.

Sister’s Place to go too!. All our lives the two of us took care of our parents. Since we were five years old until we are now 65. Mom just recently passed. We went to Chili’s after making her funeral arrangements. Now we make it our place to go to at least once every two months. The place is so inviting. The service you can’t beat! The food is spectacular! The price just right. Thanks for our “go to place!”

Works OK once you figure it out. App does a good job explaining the menu choices and an excellent job with customizing your order. The only confusing part is the check out process. Specifically trying to set a pickup time. I finally double tapped the pickup time block and a sub menu appeared. Why wasn’t there a note “tap to change” in the pickup time area? I wasted time going back to the beginning several times to look for where you alter the time. Although the app is pretty good it could be rated excellent with a few changes like that.

doesn’t support sign in with apple. In order to save your information for future visits you have to create an account. They do not support signing with Apple, so you have to create an account with email and password, which is really annoying. And when creating the account you can’t paste in a password from a password app, so you have to type it in twice. Annoying. Plus they prompt you to sign up for marketing text messages.

Can’t use gift card. You can purchase a gift card through the app but can’t redeem it through the app? Ridiculous! Also can’t customize anything or leave a note for your order. Want extra salsa for your chips? No ice in your drink? Can’t do that. Don’t want onions on your burger or ketchup on the side? Nope, can’t do that either. It would be a wonder app if these items were tweaked a bit.

Restore some features. I was able to specify the gravy to be on the side or request an extra salsa for the chips before. However after some updates to the app, I cannot do this anymore. When I asked for extra salsa when picking up the order, the cashier told me why I didn't put it on my order. I told her I CANNOT do that anymore. Please put back these features and also provide a way for customers to add comments/instruction for their orders. Thanks

Not liking Chili’s too much!. Checked into Chili’s a minute or two before my order was due to be ready. An employee came to my car rather quickly to say they were getting my order together and 20 minutes later finally came back out with my food. I had 2 well done steaks in my order. When arriving home and cutting Into the steaks they were that undercooked they could of moo’d at me. So not only was my order 20 minutes late, now I have to cook my food before I can eat it.

Good needs a couple tweaks. App runs very well and ordering wasnt difficult. However, it said online ordering wasnt available at my restaurant when it was. Additionally i noticed that you cant even view the menu if online ordering isnt available. This alone is a annoying. On top of that though, when you google the menu, any link you click will take you to the app. And as i said before, if online ordering isnt available you wont be able to view the menu on the app. This loop needs to be fixed. Probably by means of allowing people to view the menu on the app no matter what.

Chili’s arrowhead town Glendale AZ. My wife and I always comes to this restaurant even we have to drive about 30 minutes from home 🏡 we live 1 block from your other restaurant by Phoenix metro center mall and we always come over here because is a pleasant atmosphere, good quality of food, the value for what we pay, is very fair. The best Santa Fe chicken salad in town. And the most important, your crew very friendly. Kiara the bartender amazing person very professional and friendly.

Love chilis, hate the app and login. I got the app as advertised for free chips and salsa. Took me forever and two different emails to get an account setup. I’ve never had trouble setting up an account before. Went to chili’s thought all I had to do was show the app, but no you have to login. Guess what login doesn’t work...tried numerous times phone number not registered. Then I tried to create ANOTHER new account now phone number is recognized as already used! Still could not get logged in. Waitress finally just gave us the chips and salsa after I looked like a complete idiot.

Delivery. I asked for extra sauce on my tenders didn’t have barely anything on it when I called them said it wasn’t on the ticket when the driver told me she asked them was their extra sauce on it cause it was on there they said yes and there wasn’t. Their over all customers service for check out is horrible! Manager on night duty needs to have better customer service training. Talk about they to busy to change an order that I wanted one item change than sent my order all wrong with no Sauce never cared!

OK app but could be better. The Chili’s outfit is actually very easy to use and I do like it. The only drawback or when you use delivery they work through a third-party and their app cannot track anything so if you close out the app it can no longer help you. If there are items that Campion accommodated or customized you’re a little screwed. Overall I gave those three out of five stars, it does need work but I guess it’s better than nothing

Only one thing missing. Thank you for bringing Apple Pay to your restaurants! It was so convenient and much more secure. You guys have also been doing great work keeping his app up to date with the latest Apple features. There’s one thing still missing though, Apple Pay for mobile ordering. Please add Apple Pay to your app so we can securely order your food on the go like we can now do in your restaurants.

Online ordering always fails. Over the last couple of months, half the time I’ve tried to place an order, I always get an error, “We are unable to check you out. Please try again.” The other half of the time, I get an alert before ordering, “Online ordering not available.” I know they’re still open — I tried to order at 8:30 and they’re open until 10. This worked regularly until a recent update, so perhaps something in the app changed that no longer lets me place an order.

Outdated User Interface, Obnoxious Experience. Navigation between screens rarely loads or retains information, order tracker is non-functional, orders regularly cancelled for no reason, issues with both pickup & delivery, had to contact restaurant directly multiple times for pickup when app indicates option to select when arriving, but opening app upon arrival the order is nowhere to be found; checking order history only shows receipt & option for arrival is gone. Also uses DoorDash for delivery & does not give option to use DoorDash account or DashPass. Very annoying experience any time I attempt to use app naively expecting it to work correctly

App Won’t Take or Update Other Credit Cards. I tried putting in two different credit cards in the app, but it would not take them. It only wanted the first credit card I put into the app. This is a huge problem for several reasons. 1. If that first credit card were expired this app would not allow me to put in another credit card that would be more current. 2. If that credit card were replaced with a different credit card using different numbers this app would not let you use another credit card to replace it. This needs to be updated ASAP as this would make this app unusable.

FIX THE APP. Dozens and dozens of updates and the app STILL doesn’t save your spot the second you click off of it. I’ve never had an app that restarts itself every single time you click on it like this. Starting an order and need to doublecheck the closest location to you on your map? Restarts everything. Need to edit location services? Restarts. Answer a text? Restarts. Someone calls when you’re 5 seconds from clicking “Confirm order.”? Restarts. Have to put in all your info again. Drives me absolutely insane.

Why do they even have rewards program. I do not like the app. I sing up for the rewards program several years back before app became so big. I order from the many times but then a coworker said get the app makes life easier when it comes to order from them. I download the app. It ask for my number an it say I have an account and need to check email to reset password but it never comes to my email so I’ve ordered from them several times throughout the years and I never even got a reward what’s the point of having a rewards program if your person cannot use the rewards.

Chili’s Mandeville LA. We really enjoy our Chili’s in Mandeville, LA. The management sponsors our schools football team. Chili’s bring after school dinner for the football team and feeds them before their games for FREE! The food is always fresh and tasty. The cocktails are cold and refreshing. The service is fast and friendly. We go to Chili’s after almost every sporting event, and they make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks Chili’s for making you our hometown favorite! 😁👍🏼

Chili’s. Five stars, hands down. Worked for chili’s myself back in the day and continue to order from the same location and the app has always been super easy but there is only one suggestion that I would have. There really should be an option where you can write in your specifications for any modifications you may have for items within your order.

App won’t let me login or resend my password. If you forget your password, you’re screwed for using points. It takes 6+ hours for me to receive the password reset email which is then too late to get my rewards because I was forced to order without being able to login. When I finally do receive the email and reset it, the app still won’t take the password and asks me to reset. Them I have to wait another 6+ hours for the reset email AGAIN! I’ve lost out on a lot of rewards because of this. What is the point of having a rewards system if you won’t let people login or reset their passwords???

Soggy chips. Used to love eating at Chili’s. Last experience almost did us in for not returning. Received our chips and salsa in good time...this was good! But, the chips were all totally saturated and dripping cooking oil...bad. We finally got the attention of the service person, showed the basket full of soggy chip and oil and asked if we could exchange for a new batch. She kindly returned with a new batch, apologized and departed our table...good! After eating a couple of “dry” chips we noticed the rest of the chips were still covered in oil...bad! You could pick the chips up and watch the oil drip off of them. This was totally unsat, both the first time and the second time! We departed.....need some much better quality control...

Happily Satisfied. Stopped by Chili’s for a late dinner recently. We were quickly seated and brought beverages. Placed our orders and enjoyed a few appetizers. The food was prepared and service promptly. Everything was warm and fresh. The salmon with steamed broccoli and asparagus on the side was delicious. Especially appreciated the friendly service from Peter our waiter (great guy). As always the price was affordable and within the budget. Thanks for the good food, good atmosphere, and a good time.

Frustrating!!!!!. Every time we order it’s wrong! No matter whether we use the drop downs or write instructions, they NEVER give what we ask for! Soooooo frustrating!!!! We ordered twice this weekend, and the first order didn’t include the sauces we asked for with the triple dipper and the second order didn’t include the sauce we asked for with the awesome blossom petals. In addition, the buffalo chicken sandwich had so much buffalo sauce it was inedible!!!!!! We had ordered the same sandwich the day before and it was great. So disappointing!!! We will definitely be finding a different restaurant to order from if we can’t go to the restaurant to make sure it’s right.

Your Staff is great!. My Server Mike S. and his co-workers have been very accommodating and make my dining experience at the Concord location always a pleasure. I’ve chosen to come to this location often, and today to watch the SuperBowl. Please let your staff know they are doing a great job and their service is appreciated from a customer that has made their restaurant a spot to eat meals and watch sports frequently. The staff deserves to get pats on the back, but I am rooting for the Rams to win the game.

Chilis App Customer Service, Editor Notes:

Chili’s perfect crispy Chicken Crispers just got more perfecter. We took the classic Chicken Crispers you love, and we added all-new white cheddar mac & cheese, fries, and your choice of two signature dipping sauces. It literally cannot get better than this. This release is focused on enhancements to the app as well as bug fixes to bring you an overall better app experience. Thanks for being a Chili’s fan!
