Pick up. I truly love this place, and understand that because of the current situation different policies have been implemented for safety that changes the dynamics of the business. I went to pick up my food and waited in the designated area for pick up, as others guests were waiting too. There was another car waiting and the guy got out to pick up his food( as this was supposed to be a contactless pick up area where you stay in the vehicle). After he left, and upset, another car arrives and by this time I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. The store manager notices us but only attended the car that recently arrived. An associate came out to deliver the food but didn’t acknowledge me. So I had to get out of the car to pick up my food that by this time it’s been 33 minutes. The associate whom I spoke to inside told me that I was required to notify the store upon arrival on the APP. ( where is it on the APP??) there is no information outside for instructions either other than it’s a 20 minute wait for curbside pickup. After I left, there was an associate outside waiting for the next customer with several bags ready to go. My fault if I didn’t see a “ button” to alert the restaurant, but the fact that two employees ignored me and one being a manager really aggravated me. Especially since I’m parked in their pick up area. This was the Manhattan beach location at “The Point”

easy!. App is easy to use and quick. Really like how they have pictures of all the food so that you know what newer menu items look like.

App and rewards system is horrible. The food at Mendocino Farms is not in question it is delicious. The app experience and the rewards program is horrible. The only value the app adds is ordering which you can do online just as easy. Don’t see the point of the app. The rewards program is the worst company rewards program I have ever seen. It is unclear how to earn rewards and how to track the current status. Plus, I come to find out too late, that the free entree you earn is only good for two weeks. That’s worthless. Honestly this makes me want to NOT eat here and feel I am not valued as a customer.

Not user friendly at all. This app is not user friendly. Generally, buttons, checklists, and other navigation items do not behave the way you expect them to behave. For example, when I added the 1/2 combo to my order, it wasn’t very clear how to add the side dish that comes with the order. You have to click on the checklist item to edit which side you want. Checklist does not equal button or new navigation. Also, once you add something to the cart, you can’t edit that item. You have to delete it and go back to the menu and go through the process of selecting all the sides and any customizations. Plus, there is no option for contactless delivery in the app. Lastly, this app does not support Apple Pay. If you are going to go through the hassle of building an iOS app, you should at least have Apple Pay built in or at least some other payment option like PayPal! No one wants to store their credit cards in the app like this.

Not user friendly, but it’s what there is so I use it. 1. If you try to reorder from your history and they’re out of one ingredient, like a particular bun, you can’t reorder any of that order. How about putting everything but that item in the cart and letting me add the offending item manually? That way I don’t lose all the complicated customizations for the build-your-own salad my picky family member always gets. Which brings me to the next thing. 2. Build-your-own is unnecessary complicated. It goes into all these non-intuitive submenus and you have to “add to cart” 3 times to get back out of all those levels. It’s very confusing the first time you order and if you have to go through the process again because of issue #1 above, it’s hard to keep track of whether you got everything you’re supposed to get in the salad. And finally, 3. No ApplePay. Why in 2022 do companies still make iPhone apps without ApplePay support? It defies logic and makes me nervous to put my card out there in their database given the minimal confidence inspired by this app design.

Quality personified. Mendocino farms has hit a home run for whole food/plant based consumers! Their delicious menu items are tasty and wholesome. My only complaint is that I’m looking forward to an expanded menu option. Their customer service is high quality as well !!! Thanks Mendocino Farms!!!

Great Customer Service. The app is easy to navigate. I️ truly enjoyed picking up my food this time because they offered me turmeric lemonade while I️ waited for my order. It was so tasty! Thank you, Anthony for the recommendation. I’ll be buying it next time I️ order some food. I️ will continue to come to the restaurant for the great food and even better service! Delicious food, garbage app. This app is very lacking and difficult to use. After a very frustrating ordering process the app somehow lost the tip I added. Then, after placing the order you find out that the delivery is handled by Uber Direct, which provides a link to a webpage that goes blank every time Safari refreshes the page. The “Cancel” button on the Uber Direct page is non-functional and causes the page to go blank without actually canceling. The Cancel option inside the app goes away and you are stuck. Terrible experience. Deleting.

Kinda slow. Typically I don’t have to wait that long but a couple times I have had to wait in a curbside pick up spot for upwards of 20 minutes. When I called, they said they would be right out but told me to next time download the Fly By app. The Mendo app nor website have much of a mention of Fly By and i don’t really even know if Fly By has an option for Mendocino Farms. Disappointing because I love Mendo and the workers are usually awesome.

needs massive improvement. nothing works like it is supposed to and the design is not user friendly in the slightest. I run into an error every single time I use this app and I’m seriously getting tired of it. I tried using the “contact us” section to report some of the issues and could not even submit anything successfully. I love the food at this place, but my experience with their app so far has been absolutely awful.

We had a great pickup experience. Just wanted to add this in after reading the reviews. We had a perfect pickup. In fact as we were pulling in to the curbside pickup spot, a team member was bringing our order out to us already. Seamless. We always get Impossible Taco Salads!

The website works better than the app. Unlike others I’m not trying to review their service on the apple App Store because that is not the right place for that. Their service is good. this is simply about how the app literally is useless. It has glitchy UI bugs (for example enabling Face ID container is extremely broken on splash screen, this should have never passed a decent QA team.) worst part is no Apple Pay and their credit card scanner that uses PayPal api is straight up broken. Their website is way easier. Total waste of time. I understand app dev costs are extremely high but even more reason to take the app off the store and just focus on their website.

SO. MUCH. ROOM. FOR. IMPROVEMENT!!!. I LOVE Mendo. I’ve spent hundreds of my dollars here, and I usually am never disappointed with quality of food or service. It’s really the app I hav beef with. Please add a way to be able to report/reach out to corporate about unsatisfactory experiences. I think it should be easier to be able to contact someone via email over an order that was incorrect or unsatisfactory. The amount of times I’ve ordered online and it was incorrect with no way to refund is ridiculous.

First and last visit - Houston Allen One location. As I walked into the restaurant and wondered why there were so many people waiting for their order. At least 20 people standing around. Well, I waited 45 minutes for my sandwich. By the way halfway through my wait I was told the sandwich I had ordered was sold out and they no longer could make my sandwich. A first for me! They made me another type of sandwich but wait they were sold out of the chips I had ordered. I can’t make this up guys. Horrible customer service.

Bad App???. I don't know why everybody is slagging the app. it works just fine for me and it has worked perfectly for the last year that I've been using it.

Restaurant awesome, app needs work. This restaurant is awesome. 5 stars for the restaurant, great food, and staff. But the app is frustrating. Specifically, I’m given an option for contactless delivery, but checkout fails at end because Restaurant doesn’t have this option. I have to go all the way back, remove the option, and re enter all my info. It doesn’t have to be like this!

Bad UI and clunky.. Order pick up times always wrong (doesn’t seem to ever adjust). Too many screens to go through to order. If a store isn’t open, it doesn’t tell you until right before you place your order. It shouldn’t need to confirm my phone number on every order.

“Tip” addition after clicking Pay?. A total without a tip seemed to be shown twice (I believe the language was something like total including taxes the second time) I clicked a payment method and a button that said pay, the next step asked for a phone number, then I was taken to another screen, a new total was displayed that was higher, I had to click a button to remove tip before clicking place order. Am I mistaken here, or is this intentional to make you think you paid the lower amount when you clicked Pay earlier, then adding additional optional charges at the last step? Hopefully I’m mistaken and this is a bug, I felt very misled though.

Awful app. I was on the credit card entry screen and had to switch to my 1password app to get my credit card details and when I switched back, it went to the home screen, and would have had to completely recreate the order. Ended up using the website on my desktop instead. Allow auto-fill from a password manager for the cc details please!

The auto included tip is ridiculous!!. Having a 15% tip be added as a default is ridiculous. That’s twice now I’ve not priced the tip and had it automatically included. It’s a terrible consumer experience. I should have to proactively add a tip, not proactively have to remember to REMOVE it! I like the food, but won’t be ordering from the app ever again. Deleting it now.

App needs work. Please modify your app to allow for protein sub options. When trying to order the Thai Mango Salad, we cannot sub the chicken with tofu to make it vegan. We have to pay $3.69 extra and use the line for the order name to say NO CHICKEN. There should be an extra charge and there should be an option to pick an alternate protein. We need the app to allow us to say no chicken as well PLEASE FIX ASAP! Thank you ◡̈

Love the food, but Apple Pay should be there. Where did Apple Pay go? When I got to pay I have to add a credit card? It was so much more easy with Apple Pay. I actually ate somewhere else, because I did not have my credit card on me. I know you don’t want to pay the fees, but come on, when the salads and a drink are $20 bucks, you can let us have the convenience of using Apple Pay

No bad experiences. App works great and the customer service if something is missed in an order (restaurant error) is quick and helpful

Missing items and inedible side. Taco salad missing the taco…very disappointing to not get the main ingredient on the salad as well as no additional dressing that was requested. And to make the meal even better, the curried sous sous is way over spiced and completely inedible. I order this often and today was so far from the norm. I happily tip 20% for the unfriendly staff to pack my online order to-go and place on the shelf. Just very disappointed that the quality isn’t checked.

Never on time, never correct items. They have good food but add 15 minutes to whenever they say it’s going to be ready. The one in Toluca Lake is always late. And they constantly forget to check the orders and are almost always missing items. Check before you leave the store!

Ok app. This app is not designed with user friendliness in mind. For example, on the first page you should be able to find your favorite orders that you have saved and to be able to access it right there. Why can’t i change the order amount in the cart to two or 3 orders, if I decided to make more orders of the same sandwich? Right now have to go back and start all over again. Apple Pay is also not available either.

Curbside needs improvement. I really enjoy Mendocino Farms and like that they offer curbside. However ordering on the app and progress of curbside REALLY needs improvement. For curbside, the app should tell us (1) when the order is expected to be ready as soon as the order is complete (currently you have to go to recent orders), (2) the store has been notified we have arrived at the pick up area (3) update eta of when order will be brought to car. At times I’ve been so confused as to whether my order was even ready and if they knew I was there to pick up that I walked in anyways! Ordering on the app is simple if you’re ordering a whole sandwich/salad. If you’re doing a 1/2 & 1/2 order it’s confusing and needs to be improved so the flow is better.

No tip option. Please add an option to leave a tip. Also, as others have mentioned, if the location is busy allow for a change to the order (location, time, etc) without having to go back and redo the entire order.

Needs some improvement. The app could use a special instruction section. I ordered a salad and always have the dressing tossed and there wasn’t a button to choose that option or even a special instructions option.

Much better!. Mendo has done many things to improve their online ordering, and I applaud them. One additional item would be to add back the option to sub tofu if you are eating plant-based like me. I would also make the comment section a little bit bigger in case you need to ask for any additional features for your order. Overall, very easy!

Improve App!!!!. App is not user friendly. For example, today I want to order the sandwich exactly how it comes, but it still makes me choose, “change chef’s recommended bread”, and then pick the bread that the chef recommends, ugh. This does not make sense. It never saves my favorite meal or created salads, so I have to re-create it every single time. When I go to the past order section, I can see previously ordered items, but it doesn’t allow me to change the location pick up, so I have to re-create it again. There is nowhere to write notes for changes or add extra salad dressing, or other extras on the side. This could be so much better! This app has not made any progress or updates over the past few years. Bummer.

Needs improvement. This app isn’t user friendly. Needs Apple Pay - no one wants to store a credit card. Why doesn’t it offer the drink selection the store has? No standard iced tea. Why ask for my phone # when you should know who I am when I order thru the app? Basic expectations.

Terrible BUGGY App. Lots of bugs in this app. For starters if I have salads added to my basket, then try to add a large Spicy couscous deli side - it never actually adds it to the basket. Tried multiple times in different ways. Never added. What it does add is a Tip that you have to opt-out if and remove. This is sneaked in by the app and not appropriate. I’m happy to tip workers (who deserve it) but don’t sneak it on my bill when ordering for pickup via app. Overall a very clunky interface, design, and a only a placeholder for rewards program. It’s easier to order via Uber Eats for pickup but they mark up the prices on that platform.

Why no Apple Pay?. I always hope the next time I use it that the app will be better, but still nope. It doesn’t let you use your saved credit cards (from iPhone wallet), or pay via ApplePay. I have an account and this time it still didn’t show my saved cards from last time when I manually had to enter it in. The menu that’s listed in their website doesn’t always show in the app (not sure if it’s a location based thing as to why they didn’t have lemonade and only had canned beverages on the app) but would expect it to say “location-based” or something.

User friendly, love the app. Loving using this app to order food ahead of time. Easy to use and pay online. I wish there was a rewards program, because I eat here like once a week.

The worst. This is far and away the worst chain restaurant app I have ever used. Not intuitive. And had to to type in cc numbers because no Apple Pay suppport and the scan card doesn’t work. Lastly, if the restaurant is busy it won’t tell you until the very last step of the process and it pops up a message saying they can’t take your order. Just horrible. Food is pretty mid too.

Terrible app. Hard to use. No Apple ID, Google, or Facebook account integration. No Apple Pay. Also got charged tips for online order for take out without prompting. Only found out on review of receipt, and order was not prepared in time. The location was empty and they weren’t even preparing my order when I arrived, even though I ordered 20 min before arrival.

Just not good. Can’t ever manage to save my cc so I have to enter it every time! No problem… just scan the card. Haha that’s a joke because that doesn’t work either! Just use Apple Pay!!!!!!! UI is difficult to navigate. They automatically add a tip, which is sneaky! Learn tipping from the Starbucks app. They do it right.

Love the healthy food. Apps frequently give me trouble but this one seems easy and intuitive. We order from the Encinitas store twice a month. The sandwiches and salads are fresh and really good. We delete bacon and some cheese to reduce lipids a bit. The staff have been uniformly friendly and helpful.

Cannot pay using gift card balance. I received a gift card for Mendo which I loaded onto the app so I could use it to order ahead. My app account shows my gift card balance, but when you place an order there is no option to use that balance to pay. There is a “scan to pay” option to use in store, but nobody that works there knows how to use it. This app is an absolute disaster.

Disappointing app for a great restaurant. Tried to sign up with Apple account, and it didn’t work; made me manually enter all my info again. No Apple Pay option. Prompted me to select contactless, then after I’d manually entered my credit card, wouldn’t complete order because it was an “invalid option” for pickup. I got to the store expecting to my food to be ready only to find out nothing went through and ended up just re-ordering at the counter. Don’t waste your time, order on website if you must.

Curbside is terrible. every time I’ve ordered curbside, I’ve had to call the restaurant to let them know I’m there…and only after waiting at least 15 mins because I don’t want to call right away, thinking they’ll be out any second. Please please update the app to let us know that the restaurant knows were there. It’s always such a bad experience

Nearly unusable app. This is one of the most horribly built apps I’ve ever used to order food. It’s completely non-intuitive and super easy to cancel your entire order while you’re placing it just from hitting the back button more than one time. I absolutely hate using this app. Pretty annoying that they don’t have a rewards or loyalty program too - it’s weird because the app offers it as an option when placing an order, but there’s no indication that I’m getting points or rewards anywhere else in the app. Aside from all this, the food is great, and I’ll continue to use the app out of necessity, but omg it’s a nightmare to use.

No notifications. Why are you not sending a notification when the order is ready?! Also why are you asking me to set my favorite location in my profile if I need to select a location every time I want to place an order?!

Garbage app that steals from you. After putting in my credit card number, i tried to load money onto the app. It said the charge was declined. I tried again. Same thing. I called my bank and they told me the charge was approved and went through. Meanwhile, the app shows no money. Now I have to wait for the tech support to get back to me (still no response) or I’ll have to dispute the amount with my bank. Good food, crap app.

Credit card never saves and pickup times are wrong. I have to input my card every time which defeats the purpose of having the app and saving time. Also, it always says 17-18 min for pickup. They then send you an email with an actual??? pickup time. The actual wait time was 45! So I sat there waiting for 30 min while every person that walked in and ordered at the register got their food ahead of me. What is the point of having an app to save time? Don’t quote one time and give another in an email.

App frustrating, food great!. Don’t tab away from your order or you may need to restart it. Doesn’t save usual order location nor order type. Doesn’t update when order is complete. For curbside, doesn’t notify the store that I’ve arrived, I have to call every time. Please fix

Service. I often order my lunch from the Sherman oaks l Location and I pick up myself since I leave in the building . A young associate argued with me about placing my order as he did not find it on the shelf. I was looking for it before he came to help . After much debate another female associate came with my order which was on the shelf all alone . I did not need help looking but he decided to do it and argue about it and never apologized . Very strange circumstance Please review your employees conduct with costumers . Food is always excellent but experience today was a minus

Delivery always unavailable. After adding items to the cart, 19 out of 20 times I'll see a message that says the location is too busy and can't immediately start the order but then there are no options to place the order and have them deliver it when they can. It's a waste of time because it's not until checkout that you're notified that delivery at that location isn't possible because they are too busy - this notification should occur at the beginning when selecting a location, not during checkout.

Common sense please. First time I tried ordering with the app and it guided me through everything properly but when it was time to place the order it said the location was experiencing high volume of orders and couldn’t process my order. It should’ve been mentioned before going through the whole process of choosing food from their menu since the location was picked FIRST. What a waste of time. Next time I’ll order through UberEats. Sadly the restaurant has to pay high fees that way but at least I know I won’t be wasting my time with the non-intuitive app.

Lacking. … Not to mention, I have a hard time just reading the type. Blue checkerboard background (?!) and font that isn’t heavy enough to contrast well with said background. Low-hanging fruit—start app improvements with that right there.

Needs minor updates. They forgot to include an option that says “no beans” or a special instructions section would be nice too. Had issues with the delivery when I ordered thru the app. Getting it resolved but it was annoying

Buggy app. There is something amiss in the connection with iOS. Prefills don’t populate, it was impossible to save my iCloud generated safe passcode and I had to enter my mobile at check despite already linking my mobile.

Order not ready on time. Unfortunately they changed the pickup time after I completed the order on the APP, it was for 20 minutes went to 45 minutes after checkout. Still waiting to receive my money back!!!!

I want a tortilla. So when you order the taco salad it makes you make a selection next to tortilla but the only option available is “no tortilla” but I want a tortilla but can’t order one :(

Need improvement. I wanted to order online but the dressing option only has “on the side”. Online order should offer the same options as in person ordering. Please fix that.

Did I lose my order? No, but …. It is possible to enter your order and then the app will hide it from you, as if you need to start over. This is a major flaw in my opinion. I did find it, but I don’t know how.

Wildly inaccurate wait times on pickup. Wait times have been more than 30 mins past estimated pickup multiple times forcing me to request refunds. It’s so annoying and they refuse to fix the issues.

Not user friendly. Can’t cancel or modify the order. This is the only reason that companies create an app.

Can’t provide feedback on my order. On a recent order they forgot to add avocado (even though I paid extra). There is no place to add this feedback or request reimbursement.

Nice to have but not for eating in. While the app works ok, the app doesn’t allow for ordering ahead and eating at the restaurant. You have to order for pickup and when you arrive you end up with bagged food and no way to select your table for delivery.

No chicken in chicken prosciutto sandwich. Just picked up my chicken prosciutto sandwich. Got it home to only discover there is just one shaving of chicken on a big empty roll. What a huge disappointment! They should not offer the sandwich if they don’t have the main ingredients.

Inaccurate ready times. Have the “Ready At” times be accurate please instead of 15 min late

Pressing “cancel order” does nothing. I wanted to redo the order because the tip was quite high by default, and I was doing pickup. I pressed cancel and the app took me yo the home page. Come to find out my old and new order both went through. It shouldn’t have gotten to the restaurant.

Terrible app. Messes up your order and allows no mechanism for notifying Mendo that you’ve arrived for your curbside pickup. It’s less than worthless, because it distracts you from the online ordering services that do work (like Postmates). Use at your peril.

Order in the restaurant. Very dissatisfied that an online (to go) order takes significantly longer than an in store (to go) order. Won’t be ordering online again- unless I give them lots of advance notice

Useless. Curbside pickup is a joke. Every time I use it nobody comes out. I asked the brain dead guy by the counter and the answer I always get is that there is something wrong with the app! What a joke!

Order changed. Order on app was partially changed by store, and no one tell you that. It happened twice already.

Watch the auto tipping. There’s nothing more irritating than to presume tipping for a pick up order. Leave that to your clients after the delivery of good counter/dining room service, and pay your employees a fair wage so you don’t have to mask a living wage for fast food workers behind gratuity. It’s awful.

Order always wrong. I haven’t gotten a single correct order since ordering on their app. Pretty disappointing especially because they don’t answer their phones.

Needs a notes section to customize sandwiches. Needs a notes section under each sandwich/order

Estimated Order Time Wrong. I put in an order for pickup (ASAP) Estimated 20 minutes. When I arrived to the restaurant 20 minutes later, I saw the actual time showed an additional 25 minute wait. This needs to be fixed as often Mendo is really busy at lunch and they are unable to move up order times.

No show delivery. Avoid delivery at all costs. Waited an hour and could see the Uber Direct driver not move an inch. I called and the kitchen said someone else took the order and that they couldn’t do delivery and I’d have to come pick it up. Now I gotta figure out how to get a refund. Avoid at all costs!!

Poor Delivery Service. Food is good but almost every time I use the app to order delivery from the Culver City location my order is either messed up or not delivered at all. Takes over two hours often to even get things resolved. Not worth it.

App is fine Tips added automatically. Tips are added automatically as a default. Default should be no tip.

App crashes on launch on iOS 17. Tried launching the app for the first time on my iPhone 15 Pro Max today (iOS 17.0.3), and it’s crashing immediately after showing the launch screen (doesn’t even get to the home screen). Never happened before on my iPhone 13 Pro Max (iOS 16.x). Check Crashlytics or whichever crash logging tool you use asap.

No rewards No coupons. App is glitchy. They almost never have any coupons or rewards. No point ordering here

Instantly crashes after installing. I opened up the app, and it crashed. I then DELETED the app, reinstalled, and sure enough opening up the app crashes. I've literally never had an app never open in the 1t years of using apps. Awful experience.

Love the actual restaurant. The app doesn’t provide enough options for adding ingredients or special requests, e.g. extra goat cheese. Having to customize after you’re at the restaurant makes ordering online less appealing.

Kinda Scammy. I ordered my food for immediate pick up but the app stated that it would be ready 1 hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order. I failed to notice this. Anyway, this was too long to wait and I wound up eating elsewhere and leaving my food. Needless to say, Mendo is off my menu in the future.

Add the tip by default. I hate when apps add a tip by default and this is not exception they should get rid of that, as a customer I know how much I’m going to give and it’s really annoying to have to take out the default tip they always put

Curbside pickups. Needs to have a notification section that you have arrived or else you’ll be waiting or have to go inside to pick your curbside order.

This app should be banned from App Store. The “next” button would grey out if you uncheck “opt in email”, so basically you must get spam to continue to register.

Can’t even sign up. I am unable to sign up because it tells me that my phone is already registered? I don’t recall ever registering so have no idea how to login to an account that I didn’t even know I had…

Horrible app. This app is horrible and doesn’t synch up my login credentials. Terrible navigating selections as well. It’s not much better than the web based ordering system.

Curbside pickup could be easier. When we specify curbside pickup, we have to re-enter our vehicle info for every order. Please add this data to the user profile so it’s saved between orders

App is user hostile. When switching apps to do things like copy paste credit cards or talking to another person to confirm an order, the Mendocino Farms app often discards your cart and forces you to start your order from scratch. It is apparent not much user testing was done when developing this app.

App stuck on launch. I used to use the app 2-3 times a month to order food from Mendo. After the latest iOS update, it gets stuck on launch and is inaccessible. I will return to using it and raise my star rating once it starts working again.

Plenty of room for improvement. Can’t collect rewards Can’t make special requests in words. Works at a very basic functionality

Poor app design. This app is likely the worse one of the restaurant apps I’ve used in the last few years. They need to make it more user friendly. To order catering, it took me a total of 8 times. When it finally went through, I got an email with no order details. App also has no record of my order.

No Apple Pay. It has no Apple Pay. Strange sign up experience where it makes you think you don’t have to opt in for emails, and yet if you don’t tick the email opt-in check box, you can’t move forward with the registration.

Good food, garbage app. Horrible interface. Unclear, confusing, constantly makes you start over. Never saves your cart. No Apple Pay. Overall just terrible. And why doesn’t nutritional info on the app match what’s on the website?

Won’t let me sign up. I downloaded the app and tried to sign up. It asks for personal information and then provides no where to enter it or to move forward. So while I would have liked to order food online, I am now going to Sweet Greens as they have an app that works.

Awful awful service. Awful service. I order pickup all the time and it will say ETA 22 min when you are ordering and then change to 45 min on the thank you page. Just awful. Great salads but awful experience and customer service. They make it nearly impossible to contact them too.

Beware!! App automatically add tip right before checking out. I like the app but it’s not suppose to automatically add tip for users and expect users to remove if we do not want to tip. I think this is sneaky and add extra work for users. We can tip if we want but it should not automatically included at the checkout page.

App needs adjustments. Please modify your app to allow for protein sub options. When trying to order the Thai Mango Salad, we cannot sub the chicken with tofu to make it vegan. We have to pay $3.69 extra and use the line for the order name to say NO CHICKEN. There shouldn’t be an extra charge and there should be an option to pick an alternate protein. PLEASE FIX ASAP! Thank you ◡̈

Great food, bad app. Add an option to mix in the dressing on salads! This shouldn’t be too hard. The containers are to small to easily mix it together without spilling. Also the eta is rarely accurate. Love the food tho
