App does not work. Tried creating account in app…. Error message. Went on website. Created account. Placed order. Tried app again… error message. Checked all my info multiple times. All correct. Error message. Just give up on this app… it does not work.

Doesn’t work very well. And no rewards!!. The ordering through the app doesn’t work that well, the stores aren’t totally equipped to handle this yet. And more importantly why is there no way of accruing points for rewards?!!

Good app. Gets the job done.. Not the best I've used but gets the job done

Wrong order. Ordered a “favorite” on the app today and received the incorrect order! I checked my ticket and it was placed correctly the team just didn’t pay attention (I think!). Disappointing when you expect something specific.

Good. Quick and easy

Cumbersome. App needs work. When you have a favorite order, you still have to reselect the payment and confirm the phone number every single time you place the order. Also, no need to prompt for a beverage for repeat favorite orders.

ABP regular. The app is not as efficient as the Starbucks app. Every time you place an order, it makes you select your credit card. It also makes you confirm your phone number. Two unnecessary steps that waste time. They should default in until you choose to change it. It could also give You more room for special instructions. Other than that, it is easy to navigate the menu choices and it will let you save a regular order.

Ok. I couldn’t use my gift card in the app-this should be added as a payment option. Phone number looks off and I have to re-enter it each time. Otherwise it’s a decent app

Worse than the service.. The app is very certain there are no stores near me as I stand in one writing this while waiting 20 minute for a bagel.

No avocado. I got a toasted chicken and avocado and there was no avocado…

Feedback area on the app itself doesn’t work. Why doesn’t the feedback area within the app allow one to type comments? Also why not on U UberEats or some delivery service? I guess you all want the company to fold.

Decent when it works, could be much better. Ditto to all of the complaints about too many clicks to reorder a favorite. Also, every 4th or 5th time I order, the system doesn’t print out the order slip, so I have to wait. 80% if the time it works fine.

Great food incredible service. As a cancer patient I have had the opportunity to dine at the Au Bon Pain in the James Cameron Center on the Conference level amazing baked goods and very very tasty sandwiches and wraps . The cashier makes me smile every time I check out. Happy to see a friendly smile .

Ridiculous font sizes, too small to use. The app seems functional, but I can’t get past the small fonts to see what I’m doing. Hopefully they’ll update the app to use normal font sizes soon.

Can’t even find my location. There’s one at my university. I’ve never been, and I wasn’t sure how the ordering system worked or what they had to offer, so I downloaded this app to see at a glance and maybe try to order for pickup. It only gives me locations outside of my university, so I guess that means no business from me.

Seems like they can’t get it right. Okay this is the second time I have used the app to order my lunch. And it’s the second time they have gotten my order wrong. If you are going to ask me what kind of dressing I want on my salad then maybe you could actually give the the dressing I requested. I guess I am back to waiting in line, where I can see them making the salad.

Love the app. Easy to navigate through and items to your cart, and especially to your food and I love how they always give coupons you can use.

Lost my birthday cookie & app!. App says it needs to be updated. No update. I just signed up a month ago with the new version. Tried creating a new account twice. Nothing works.

Avoid the app, order in store. I ordered through the app to pick up in-store, instead of making me a fresh sandwich I was given one that was a day old and pre-made. Whack. The app itself works fine.

Great App. Makes ordering much easier than staying in line.

No Apple Pay. The actual store accepts Apple Pay inside at register, but there’s no option to use Apple Pay on the app??? Why???

Messed up my order, then contaminated salad making area. The order was ready for pickup within 8 minutes and I was so impressed with the system... Until I left and started eating my Med chicken salad to realize it was missing chicken! I went all the way back and instead of just giving me chicken (or even apologizing), they took back my salad, dumped it in their silver mixing bowls and added chicken. I was like- “I already ate out of that. That’s not clean” which they ignored as they dropped some of the lettuce out on their countertops contaminating the area. I’m sure it’s against regulations to take back food already touched by customers. It was lovely to skip the lines, but worrisome about the cleanliness. Oh and please don’t forget the main ingredient.

No  Pay??. I went to order though the app and even though they take Apple Pay in the store the app requires you to enter a credit card. This makes no sense. Panera makes it so much more convenient.

May 2019 and still not optimized for iPhone X. I use this for the convenience but embarrassed for ABP for why the UI experience is so bad. Lazy development and only use this when I really have to.

Garbage. I used to order from the app all the time and they changed it and now it’s unusable. Have to verify that you’re human every second but it doesn’t work. Will take my business elsewhere. I guess you don’t like money au bon pain

Implementation is rocky. Mobile orders are a good idea but my local ABP consistently forgets items. The convenience is negated when I have to track down staff to fix my orders

Health is Wealth. The best and high quality food. We love your items.

Can't use!!. I can't even begin to use the app because it says "no ABP stores found near your location" (not true)! And won't let me start an order. Disappointing.

Local franchises not found. In the Texas Med Ctr. The franchise restaurants are not found on App. Deleting app.

Good additon but needs a little work. The app is somewhat cumbersome and requires more clicks than necessary. Still nice to be order by app and just pickup. The staff on the ground doesn't seem to be able to move as quickly as the app suggests and food is often not ready when promised. But still beats waiting on the inefficient ABP lines.

Could only add coffee.... The app looks great and worked well except: (1) I couldn't add a cold drink until after I had checked out- the only options available before checking out were coffees; and (2) I couldn't figure out if I was changing my existing order or making a duplicate order when, after I checked out, it asked if I wanted to add anything. This option listed all of the different drinks. Other than those two things, I liked it. The app lists the calories for most items and if you remove something, for example, you don't want avocado on your salad, it tells you how much to deduct from total calories. That's a very helpful function! My order was ready when I arrived and just as I had ordered.

Works 50% of the time. On my last order, I had gotten a confirmation email that it went through. When I got to the location, they said they never got the order, even though I was charged. They were stumped after I showed them my email receipt. The staff were nice about it and apologized and gave me what I purchased, but the app was a waste of time.

Train your staff before you create an app. Maybe au bob pain should train their staff on how to use their app before they implement it. If the latte wand was broken I should have been called and notified orrrr GIVEN A REFUND. It’s very concerning your staff doesn’t know how to use the app or provide refunds for things that are their fault. There is no reason I should go to the location upon pick time and my order hasn’t been made. I will never use the app again.

Stupid app requires WiFi. Whoever coded this doesn’t understand the concept of being on the go. What’s the point of ordering through an app if you need WiFi?

Great addition. Makes going to Au Bon so much more appealing at the hospital! With not a lot of time for break I can order and just run in and out to grab it...the foods still hot and it's so easy!

Check your order. Just started using this app and the store just started doing ABP pick up, so glitches do happen. Picked up lunch today right on time but alas, no chips in the bag and had to go back to get them. Sandwich was kinda messy and fell apart. 😐

Don't bother. This app is a waste of time. You order food on the app, but they don't have that food in the store. No phone call. You come to pick up your order which shows complete, only to find out they didn't prepare your order or call you to inform. This happens multiple times. Too bad. Great concept that other restaurants execute much better.

Fast. This is a great app - you even get to see seasonal favorites! Was able to order my favorite flavored water and a pumpkin pie bon tart to my grilled cheese!

Cash payment. Very well designed; useless to me until it allows in-store cash payment rather than requiring credit card

Same as line. Ordered, waited 20 minutes, app said order complete. Went into store, order wasn't started. May be a glitch in app system. Food is still great though!

Nice app for a great restaurant. The food is really fresh and the app is really easy to use!

Garbage. It couldn’t find any stores near me, despite the fact that they’re literally across the street. Apparently there are none in MN at all, so I guess I’ve been eating at a mirage.

A good idea poorly executed.. My food has never been ready at the scheduled time, and most recently, it took an additional 15 minutes to get my salad. ABP's execution is great advertisement for their competitors.

Won't scan its own gift card. Good app as far as I can see, except that when you go to pay it will not take an ABP gift card – there is no option to manually enter the number.

Need to be able add payment method. Only glaring issue with this app is the inability to add a payment method unless you’re actively purchasing a product. I work in a hospital with ABP and I do not carry any of my credit cards on me. I am forced to order at the cashier every time and I waste time because I cannot use their mobile app or add a payment method unless I’m actively buying a sandwich. It seems comical, but it is true and that’s how the app works.

Overall pretty good. Works well overall. Does not leave much room for comments. Does not seem to allow for gift card payments. Usually order is ready as requested.

Not locating stores. The app would not find the store (which absolutely exists) in the zip code/city I entered, so I could not even begin to TRY to place an order. I’m deleting the app. Useless.

An Bon Pain App. Great app-use it almost daily

Handy for my commute. I love this app. I can place my order from the train and my awesome location has my order ready and waiting for me to just grab and go. The only thing I'm not necessarily a fan of is having to put in my phone number every single time, but it only takes a second to get through that screen. Honestly I wish some other fast food places had apps like Au Bon Pain's.

Menu items missing. When you order a bagel and cream cheese, there are only 3 options for cream cheese.

Doesn't work w ABP cards. Otherwise an ok app but it doesn't allow you to use an ABP card so it's useless to me! Please update!!!

Seems like a good idea. Once I placed all my information in, and placed my redeem coupon code, I tried to place credit card information and cash out but would not process. When I tried to back out and do again, it knocked my coupon code out and tried to charge me full - with issues processing out again. I chose not to order at all after that. This app is not quite ready for public use.

Don't take cash or gift cards. Useless until they can take cash or their own gift cards on the app

Will not take advertised coupon. Got coupon code for 3 bucks of 10. Tried to apply it to an order that was close to 12 bucks which seemed to work fine until actually trying to place the order. Then the app complained that the order total was not enough to apply the coupon and refused to put in the order

Great app! 👍. Thanks

App is great. Needs Apple Watch compatibility

Easy app. Great app, very easy to use.
