They add $10 to your order. I place an online order including my tip and they still added $10 to my order cost for no reason. Will not use this app again. No other apps do this. Not acceptable. Why are we fronting extra money, more money for food we haven’t even received yet? Then we have to wait for it to magically be returned in days. No thanks. I have to drive there for pick up anyway so I will pay onsite and keep MY money.

Missing items. App doesn’t have everything on it. It’s missing the option for 1/2 dozen glazed donuts and 1 dozen glazed donuts.

Amazing. The donuts are so good and customer service is amazing

App is good, but not great.. I think the Shipley app is one of the better food apps available, it’s fast, responsive, and not cluttered. I really wished the app had a way to use Apple Pay since you can use Apple Pay in store. That would really streamline the whole experience.

poor service. went in, and they tried charging me again, i asked to speak to a manager and got told no. i order 4 glazed donuts and a kolache, when i got there i recieved nothing but problems, the guy working the drive thru was no hello and wasn’t even trying to understand that i already paid, i showed him the confirmation and he still charged me $6 for a $2 milk. terrible customer service. the app doesnt even have all the items on them either

App does not work. So the people behind the counter have scanned me in on the app several times and it has never worked.

Doesn’t include locations outside of San Antonio. Add the 78070 and 78132 locations to the app…

service fees?. use the app to look at the menu n just order it at the store. they charge extra fees just to use the app which is odd.

Todo muy bien!. Nos atendieron muy bien, la comida estuvo sabrosa, las donas son ricas. A mi hijo le gustó el chocolate caliente y a mi me gustó el pan con salchicha y queso, estaba mundial!

Hattiesburg/oak grove Mississippi location. I just love using the app to order, it’s easier and rewards are always a plus. I wish my local location had donuts where the dough is chocolate. I see 1 listed on the menu but it’s not offered here.

App doesn’t give me points. It never saves anything

Shipley’s App Rocks. We love Shipley’s Do-Nuts, and I’m so happy they have rewards and an app now! This is fantastic!

App could be better. The rewards are never redeemable. I can see them in my “wallet” but when I click redeem I’m told there are no rewards available. It won’t let me order ahead 3:4 times. It’s just easier to go through the hecka long drive thru line.

Shipley. None of the Shipleys in my area appear, can you add Shipley -FC-1900 please.

Why isn’t there an option to upload receipts?. My whole family love Shipley Donuts. I was excited to see the app. Download and tried to use. My local Shipley didn’t receive the order though it charged my card. I used it once out of three times successfully. Our local Shipley employees on Hwy 99 are fantastic, but I regularly go in to order because of unreliability of this app. I don’t get why there isn’t an option to upload in-store receipts for points as well? It can’t be hard to enable. Most other restaurants have this option. You’re missing out on tracking purchases…which is the point here, right? And your loyal customers aren’t rewarded for their patronage. Also, was going to spend some serious money on gift cards at Christmas and Shipley doesn’t offer those either. I had to go elsewhere for those. You’re making it awfully hard to buy from your company. Update options, please!

Best Do-Nuts in 254!. Perfect taste always warm and fresh!

A Little Bit of Texas. The Shipley Do-Nut team in Odenton is one of the friendliest left in a “fast-food” environment. The orders (usually placed online or in the app) are always correct and if they can’t meet the need, they give a call ahead of pickup to verify a substitution. The donuts are very good, though the apple fritters could be a little less dense. Nice addition to the donut scene in central Maryland.

safety kickoff breakfast. We picked up some kolache’s, and apple fritters and donut holes this morning and everything was so Yummy. Some of the team had never had a kolache. I think you have some new kolache lovers! Also I got to meet one of the owners this morning that was a nice treat.

Always Friendly service. This is my Friday early morning stop! This is how all is Texans should begin the weekend! Always a smile and friendly face…no matter the line or mega-hustle that is in the background. Always a great experience.

😑. I just went to go get donuts with my brother and my dad and I pulled my QR code out for the lady to scan and she never did and she said she got it . Well I didn’t know how it worked because it was my first time using the app but nothing showed up in my app. The app works great but they don’t use the app so why’s there an app if they don’t want to use it ??

Only select Shipleys. I live minutes away from 3 different shipleys and none of them are in this app. The ones nearest me in app are at least a 30-45 min drive. App is really pointless if you can only use at a handful of shipleys in the state.

HARKER HEIGHTS SHIPLEYS. Horrible service!!!! Ordered special donuts for my daughter to take to class on Valentine’s Day. Woke up early to order them to ensure she’d have them in time. I get to the shop and they tell me they didn’t see the order. And there would be a wait, which would’ve made my daughter late to school, so we left empty handed. I called back for a refund and they told me I had to call DoorDash?? Which I’ve never used. They told me if door dash can’t do anything then I’m just out $35. We go to Shirley’s every Friday morning, but we will never return again. Awful service.
