App is buggy. Trying to reload my balance and it keeps telling me there’s an error

App Needs Fixes. I used to be able to order ahead all the time however since recent changes it kicked me out and will not log me in again, even though the information is correct and will let me log in on the website. Please fix because I miss ordering ahead.

Payment issues. Please add Apple Pay. Credit card section isn’t working for me

It Doesn’t Work!!!. Easily the worst food ordering app I have. I can’t order ahead with it. Shouldn’t that be the first thing to fix? And that’s not even getting into other issues like it not displaying the menu. Until they get it right, don’t bother.

Special notes /. I love the convenience of being able to order a juice, so it’s ready for me when I arrive. But I would also love to be able to buy an açaí bowl and remove the coconut elements, which I hate. I can add on more items in the app, but I can’t remove, and there’s no place for special notes. Please add a field to allow for this, so I can remove unwanted items like coconut curls! 🥰

Payments doesn’t work. Doesn’t save CC, CC scan tool doesn’t work; and have to manually enter CC every time. No thanks

The Best Stuff Ever!!. I love all their smoothies, açaí bowls,shots, fresh juices is the best.

This app. Who coded your app honestly. Whoever did the backend is a joke. What’s the point in storing a CC# only to have it cleared. If you’re doing on app caching…just why? If you’re storing it even worse cause it’s constantly being erased

Crashes half way through every time I try to sign up. Also the buttons are mostly hidden on iPhone mini. How did Apple even approve this app?

No customizations. App won’t let you modify items or order a custom smoothie. Location in Queens has wrong geo tag in map showing location further away

App not functioning. The app was working wonderfully, and expedited my orders, however it suddenly stopped working due to “unrecognized data format” and forced me to continue using other delivery platforms. Please fix.

App not helpful. When it’s good it’s good - but more often than not, the people in the store do not prioritize app orders and you’re waiting for your order anyway. It’s so frustrating and makes the pick up experience really annoying!!

Frustrating app. Doesn’t save payment,Constantly logging you out, Scan feature on the credit card is worthless

Horrible experience in store. I love JG and the quality of ingredients but customer service is not this companies strength. Anytime I order on the app it’s ridiculously hard to get the employees attention or to even know when my order is ready. There are too many option in nyc to deal with that

Amazing - order ahead is now available!. This is a great update! I can now order ahead for pickup at any Juice Generation

Busy hours. The app’s great being able to order ahead of time is very convenient however during busy hours the estimated time for the completion of order is incorrect. Also it would be nice if they had a notification sent when the order is ready to be picked up rather than an estimated time. And let’s be real if is busy do not expect your order quick they are human beings not machines. It will be helpful to have some customer support services available or somewhere to summit reasonable complaints

can’t refund. there’s no option to refund an incorrect or missing item. they removed it recently.

This is app is not good but I enjoy your product. The smoothies are very good at juice generation but your app is subpar, I have had mutliple difficulties with this app. Specifically I think that how I am unable to continue pre pay by loading the app with money that I could use later. Overall your establishment is very good but I do not like the changes to your app

Convenient but needs work. Ordering ahead on the app is a great feature to save time waiting in line. One thing missing is the ability to remove stuff from an order. My boyfriend is allergic to nuts and there was only a way to add toppings not remove or customize. Once they fix that then the app will be much better.

Really good!. So good to be able to order ahead of time using this app. The store I go to usually is on West 86th and Broadway. Great staff. Really appreciate you guys!

Good app but skip utensils. Good app; wish there was a way to request no napkins or utensils.

Need more help. This location on East 84th street regularly takes way to long to complete orders. I waited over 25 minutes today.

Bad customer service at W 72nd Manhattan location. Last week W 72nd St Manhattan location made my Almond butter bliss with spoiled milk and i went back to complain. Because i had a very busy schedule and i wasn't able to wait for another one, i asked for refund and she said they will just give me another for free next time i was there. Few days later i visited again to get my almond butter bliss with my credit and cashier said they cant do anything and wanted me to pay again. I work right next door and they just lost me as a customer.

Great place. My smoothie is usually ready by time I get there and the protein knockout is so good.

A few generations behind. Two huge functions that it’s missing is the ability to just pay directly through Apple Pay or the card. It’s a pain to have to reload a balance and it’s not streamline. Also, they should enable the ability to order ahead. I would definitely utilize that feature as waiting can sometimes take 10-15 minutes

It’s ok. My only beef is the favorites screen is kind of useless. After every order I’m prompted to save as a favorite. I’ve done this many times bc regardless of how many times I save it. It never goes away. Every time I hit the favorites menu it takes me back to the “Save as favorite” menu screen. The weird thing is occasionally when I tap favorites I am taken to the favorites screen where I see about ten favorites for the same drink. I don’t care now. It’s just frustrating considering I get a $12 juice every morning. Whatever.

Delcious food terrible service. Terrible App cant even complain or demand a refund if they completely mess up my order. Had 3 orders messed up out of the past 5.

Uzzal Dad on E 84 - Worst service. I have never been more upset in my life than how I was treated by Uzzal Dad, an employee at Juice Generation this morning. I did not receive my shake and was treated horribly as a customer. This is not how customer service should be. As a loyal customer, I will never ever go back.

Functional but needs improvement. Please consider rethinking the user interface to access favorites while ordering, it's too obscure and inaccessible. Also integrate Apple Pay so I don't need to input my credit card manually.

Unable to customize mucho mango. For mucho mango it used to allow customization to add dates for the order, and it has disappeared since. That’s very annoying. Please kindly revert it back please !

Let me start by saying.... I absolutely love Juice Generation. I love their product and their staff. They are the very best-in-class when it comes to fresh-pressed, organic juice. I happily spend my money at their locations on a daily basis. However, this app is dreadful. I wish they’d invested in engaging a first-rate developer to make it. The interface is clunky and non-intuitive. It quits unexpectedly when trying to change payment options (iPhone X running iOS 11.4). It has the look and feel of a 2008 app (and a bad one at that) built on a primitive template.

Horrible. This app is horrible if you are used to ordering delivery. The only reason I gave two stars is that the Uber driver was polite. There is no way for you to contact any of the stores, and customer service support doesn’t exist. They charge a high delivery fee and ALWAYS send the wrong order. The last time I tried it, I ordered two green juices (kale, parsley, spinach, like, and pineapple), but they sent one brown and another black juice-clearly not my usual green juice. I had no way to contact the store that delivered the wrong items and no way to request a refund.

Don't like the new updates. The app was recently updated, and it looks cool, but I have a problem with the reloading and payment feature. Even though the items I purchase cost a specific price, the app rounds the value up to the next dollar, and takes all the remaining change I would have kept in my wallet. If I didn't shop at juice generation that often, this wouldn't bother me too much, but I do, and all that change adds up. Very upset that juice generation is taking extra money that doesn't belong to them.

App is terrible. i have been trying to submit my first order through the app after creating an account and still unsuccessful. i select what i want from the menu, select the store for pickup, enter my credit card information and then pops up the horrific cell phone number screen. i key in my number and there is no continue button. i cannot go back or go forward and its just stuck. there is no way to minimize the keypad even to see if the continue button is behind the keypad. terrible development!

Can’t even log in. ID and PW work on the website. I tried deleting and redownloading the app. Still can’t log in. Save your receipts so you can contact them to get credit (points) for all your purchases!

What happened to my saved payments?. App does what it needs to, allows your to order ahead, however the latest update deleted all my payment methods. Also it doesn't accept Apple Pay and there is no place to go manage my payment methods unless I'm ordering. What an ugly change this was to the app.

Best Natural Juice chain in the World!!. I can truly state that the hot teas (e.g., IMMUNITY ASAP & Cold Warrior), the Fruit smoothies, and the green juices help me breathe easily. I’m asthmatic; and the offerings at Juice Generation truly help to clear my airways. Whenever I get really congested or have a cold, or feel like I’m going to get sick, I’ve noticed over the past 5 years, that Juice Generation puts me on the path to health—Immediately! Thank you for making the best-tasting drinks that support health!

Convenient, but room for improvement. It’s nice to be able to order ahead of time. But a number items that are available in-store aren’t shown in the app. Also, it takes a few too many clicks to check out.

No communication. I made an online order and stood in front of everyone making drinks because the app indicated it was still “in progress” and no one told me my drink was made 15 min ago. They need better management.

Bad experience in store. I ordered from the app while in store because the line was ridiculously long. I ordered the same immunity asap as I did the day before. The app stated my order would be ready at 106pm. I waited til 110. As I was approaching the counter the person who was handing out the orders slowly turned around and started making conversation. At this time I’m trying to make eye contact with any of the workers since I now see my drink on the counter. 2 more açaí bowls are placed by my drink. The same guy who walked away picks up the bowls and starts giving them out to the people who ordered them and completely disregards me standing there. I wait for him to finish and he turns away again. Enough about him. My drink tastes like a gingershot only!!! No elderberry, pineapple or any other flavors. This was a horrible experience.

Money Loading in App Requirement? 🙄. There should not be a requirement to fill the app with money. I could connect a card, sure, but this makes no sense. It ultimately will leave excess money somewhere and that’s not a good model for customer service.

App crashes when I try to reload. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. This has been going on for weeks, now. Since updating iOS. My fiancé’s app was working just fine, too, until he updated iOS. Please fix this!

They don’t know what they are doing. This app isn’t good. Don’t want to reload their app with a bunch of money that gets charged as a gift card? Then their cashiers will be confused about how to make it work. They need to have a loyalty system separate from their payment system. And take Apple Pay and the like!

iOS 13 reload issues. I upgraded to iOS 13 with the new iPhone 11 pro and when I touch the reload card option it crashes my app. I frequent Juice Gen 5 days a week and the loyalty program matters to me. Can you please let me know what can be done to correct this? I want to stay loyal to your brand but this will keep me away until it is fixed. I love your product but the rewards program is very important to loyalty. Thanks

Can’t reload card. You’d think this would be a priority fix given it has revenue implications but I guess yea keep making it impossible to add money through the app

Old App without Apple Pay. App needs to be updated for newer phone and needs to support Apple Pay for recharging account.

Great Juice - Terrible App. You have to put money onto the app in order to collect points. Why can’t I simply receive points for each purchase, regardless of how I pay? It just seems to me that they want upfront payments to improve their cash flow. Customer centricity is something else. App is also not optimized for iPhone X. Rarely seen such a dreadful app. As much as I love their product (juice that is), I wholeheartedly hate this app.

Issues reloading. i recently upgraded to the latest version and i cannot reload my card anymore from the app. it’s inconvenient to have to do it at checkout. please fix this issue.

No more apps for rewards. Can't this be a members card in my apple wallet? I hate having apps just for purchase rewards.

Great place, not so great app.... I love Juice Generation, but this app needs work. Mainly when you have rewards, it’s not clear at all how to redeem them. It also takes way too long to reach a reward status.

Place rocks! App not so much. The food/ juices are my favorite, but setting up the app (for these days) was too slow. Other apps sync with your apple pay and cc....we want things to move fast and avoid wasting time- the opposite happened here

Payments. App should tie in with ApplePay to make it easier and lessen the amount of personal credit information provided to app.

Such A waste. I love juice generation but they should stop being cheap and invest in a real engineer. This app is such a mess. buggy always. Haven’t had it work right yet.. Incredibly buggy for something doesn’t need to do a lot. Before it would crash when I wanted to reload my card. Now it won’t let me reload the card and keeps asking me to add new ones. Also this card system is a weird decision. Why not just charge the cc on file? Why do you have to reload a false card ?

This app is really stupid. You can't pay with cash and get your points, you have to pre-load money onto your account or link it through the bank. It would be better if they just had an electronic punch card.

Severely outdated. One of the only two things this app should do well has stopped working. 1. Load money into the card and 2. Allow me to scan the card as easily as possible. Well the card doesn't refresh and can't add it to Apple wallet anymore. Lame.

Happy you have an app! Let's make it better.. So happy that you finally have a customer rewards program. However after using the app a while I have some suggestions to make it better. 1. Integrate with Apple Wallet to make accessing the card easier. Make it location aware so it's on the lock screen and ready to go. 2. Auto-reload of cards. I often get stuck in line trying to reload -- and it isn't easy to find in the app either. 3. More useful information like nutrition info would be better than whatever the music section is supposed to do.

Points balance issues. Points balance doesn't update after you use the app to make purchases. Already made a few purchases and point values have not gone up. Even after giving it a few days to potentially update, still no increase in my points balance. App is useless if you don't get rewarded for purchases.

Integrate with Apple Pay, Order Ahead. This app and its user interface are fine, but integration with Apple Pay or other online payment systems and the ability to order ahead of time would make this app worth having. The rewards program is terrible - I have to buy like 25 or 30 smoothies to get one free? Not much of a reward.

Love the store! Not so much the app. Feels like was built by an amateur. Not easy to navigate Love that you have loyal program. Like others said - I can’t see my balance so I'm always guessing. Connect to Applepay will make it so much easier! You need to make it more user friendly and maybe like starbucks have the option of pre-order But still no matter what i am still customer cause i love the juices!

Love this place. It's so easy to pay and get bonus rewards from them. With multiple locations in NYC you can find them anywhere. And it's a 3 minute walk from work!

Stop the app. This app is so bad that just by offering it, Juice Generation is actively hurting its business — I haven’t been to a shop in months because this app shows how bad the management is. They should discontinue this app immediately.

New version is SUUUUPER buggy. Can’t reload my rewards even though I have credit card established on my account? App locks up too and I have to restart it 🙄 The old interface was ugly but at least it did the job!

Works well. The app works well, customer rewards are exciting and account recharge is a breeze. The açaí bowls, smoothies and fresh juices are welcome in this day and age of junk food thrown at us from all directions.

Best crew on 53rd & Lex!!!. Amazing staff, great attitude always, ready to work together and do their best for all of us, even when insanely busy!! Love those guys!!!
