Guacamole not fresh. Guacamole salad was off color and not fresh.

Easy and helpful. Using this app has proven easy. I’ve used it to find other locations as well as menu options. The Reward section is easy to use and track.

Horrible Experience. Tonight I ordered curbside (small order of rice and beans x2 and a dozen tortillas) at 516pm on my TexMex Insider App - it was to be ready at 536pm. Arrived at 546pm, parked, texted my name and space number, received confirmation and waited. After watching four cars that arrived after me get their big orders and drive off I also realized I’d been sitting there for 20 minutes. I went inside and was told they were waiting on chips but they were now ready. I went back to my car. At 610pm my order arrived at my window - with no chips in the bag! Almost an hour after ordering I had my food. It was delicious as always and this experience was way out of the norm for service but disappointing none the less.

Gringos on Cypresswood. Flavor is not the same, meat salty, flour tortillas raw, forgot the main sauce on the Southwest Egg-rolls- I spend too much to be writing a review but this is how much this frustrates me. This is simple things that should be right and not forgotten

Really disappointing!!. Ignored at Curbside, food was cold by the time I received it and it wasn’t correct. Extra items and requests were not made. Very disappointing meal.

Great and convenient. I love this app! I go to these restaurants regularly and all i ever need to do is provide the number i have linked to the app and i get my rewards right away! Great app to have!!

What is going on with the wait list in Katy. Wait list function not working. Glad you put in the to go order. Not happy you dropped the 3 number code for insiders.

Check In Broken. Checked in on the app but when I got to the location, I was not in the system. Showed staff my phone that showed I was checked in but they could not find it in the system.

Tex-Mex App. I’ve gotten rid of many apps that I don’t regularly use…this one I Use and it’s Flipping Awesome. At a glance I can see my rewards and when they expire. Very easy to use. Love it!!

Crashes. Crashed 3 times when trying to register

Chile Relleno!!!. Best Chile Relleno I’ve ever had!

So disappointed. I Love Gringos…most of the time BUT today I had to throw most of it in the trash and that upset me for the price I pay. I ordered Chicken Taquitos. It came out to the car super fast. So I thought they had to be pre cooked, they were. Even the quest was cold. They taquitos were cold and in the first one I ate was a had gristle. The second one had a nasty slimy skin/cartilage piece. The third one had another big piece of chewy gristle. That was it!!! I was already gagging. What happened to quality. Sooo Disappointed.

Cannot log in on Apple App Store !. Not sure what’s going on when I push the login button the screen absolutely does nothing it’s like the login button doesn’t actually work!!Please fix so I am able to login and access my account

2/22/24. I ordered my food through the app. No problem as usual. The one time I didn’t check, it was missing something. I ordered the strawberry Cadillac Rita to go. I paid an extra dollar for it. The Cadillac Rita was in the bag, but it wasn’t strawberry. Can I get my dollar back?

Terrible app!. The idea of this app is great. Too bad it doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize my card number, finally got in after going online to web version with my email; no birthday rewards; feedback option won’t send feedback. What a frustrating app!

Order not complete. I only received half of my presidente dinner and when I called a recording told me they were to busy to actually talk to me. I live 7 miles from restaurant so not going to drive back to get order corrected. Would make it a 28 mile journey with all of the back and forth driving

Waitlist does not work. Waitlist feature has never worked. I have to use the website to get on the waitlist. Seems to be a “view only” app.

Features removed or disabled. This version removed the feature that allowed diner’s ability to give a 3-digit code to claim rewards instead of using your real phone number. This exposes users personal data in an unnecessary way. Secondly, the App is supposed to support joining a waitlist but this feature is currently disabled. No mention is made of this feature being temporarily disabled or a proposed timeframe to enable it. This is a serious downgrade from the previous version.

Won’t let me log in. App continually fails. Can’t even log in to access my card

Can’t register a new account with email. On step 3 makes you enter a physical Tex mex card to advance when it says it’s optional. No way to create an account on the app without it. Terrible design and clearly no UA testing done. Chose a different restaurant instead.

Easy to order food. App is one of the easiest for a complexity of food offered.

Worth a trip to eat here.. Good food and great waitstaff. Wish they had a restaurant nearer to where I live. I’m willing to drive 40 minutes one way to eat here. Reasonable prices for quality food.

Wont recognize my rewards card number. I’ve been a Tex mex insider for years and was excited to hear they got an app. Unfortunately the app won’t recognize my card number

The app matches the service n food! Excellent!. I love the place and the app makes for convenience of tracking spending and rewards!

Bug. Any chance of fixing the app so the bar on the home screen shows your actual number of points?

5/26/2023 Order. I very seldom order through the app but this time could not get thru the phone line. We ordered the pollo marisco (great dish) and always substitute the cucumber relish for pico de gallo, not capable of doing that in the app OR I didn’t see an option. So ordered as is, no options to add that as an extra item. Paid via credit card thru app and when I went to pick up asked for pico and was charged $1.40. For future orders I would suggest adding to app ordering. I’m sure credit card fees aren’t worth a $1.40 charge. Thank you…LB

Great food!. Ordering thru app is great! Pickup easy! Love the food! They forgot to give me my four tortillas! Will continue to eat but will remember to check that everything is in the bag!!
