Yikes.. Gunna level with you guys, this is a bad customer experience. Sometimes people wanna go out to dinner and not whip out their smart phones and download a 15 dollar. Definitely COULD be better, but this isnt it.

No King’s card, no way to order!. There is no way to place an order without King’s card! Now I paid $20 for the card and waiting till it will arrive in mail to be able to place an order!

App keeps crashing. KOTH member here so avid user of the app. Was working fine - check-ins, menu, etc but for the last month keeps crashing when trying to open. Crashes instantly. Using iPhone 10XR

Valentine Dinner. The APP has worked great for me. We just got home and it already has my points for our valentine dinner. They had a special Valentine Menu. The food was awesome, cooked to perfection and the service was just as good even though they were super busy. Glad I made reservations😀.

Needs work. The app would not take my card number, an unacceptable lack of error handling.

Almost perfect. Please add more information about the beverage choices from within the ordering system. The title doesn’t always explain the type/flavor profile. It would also be nice for mobile orders to get surveys, too, instead of limiting those to in-house receipts.

Can’t register without a physical card. Trying to register through the app but it doesn’t let me advance unless I have a physical card number to enter. Have never been able to register or order food.

Iron hill rocks. Installed the app at the restaurant as per my servers (Taylor) instructions. Immediately saw my available points and all of the functionality of the app is working perfectly. No issues on my end and I will continue to use!

Not letting me login, register. Downloaded the app somewhat excitedly and trying now on two separate days it does not allow me to register my account. App is no good

Not a fan. I love Iron Hill. I even used to work there and still love to eat at Iron Hill often. That said, this app is kind of awful. For years I’ve used and have seen little to no improvement. Firstly, apps that don’t allow you to pay with your apple wallet cards seem very antiquated in 2023. I just ordered food and the first two items I wanted for dinner, I was told to remove from the cart because they were unavailable. If the app has access to see what is or isn’t available why isn’t build in a way that doesn’t allow you to select those items for your cart? I feel like people have likely wanted to order takeout from Iron Hill in the past and gave up because the app is frustrating. I still love Iron Hill but please update this!!!!

Great to track rewards but cannot order. The IHB app is great to track rewards but app will not allow user to place an order. User receives error message, Error validating basket.

Bugs and no error messages. Can’t register, and the app is not providing any error message, just not moving to next screen. Better to spent some time testing your app before releasing it to your customers

Registration. If you already have an email registered with Iron Hill, you don’t need to re-register and enter your KOTH number. You just need to login with your email and pwd.

Nonfunctional. Unable to enter my information to register the KOTH card. In my first attempt it froze after I entered my card number. Deleted the app and reinstalled at which point the drop down menus for store locations were empty and I could not move forward with the registration process.

Great app. Great app, great options and great service from a great restaurant

App does not allow for new registration. App would not proceed past King of the Hill roadblock.

Not working yet. Sign up issues, when adding card number nothing happens. Could not complete. Also font is way too weird, too narrow, hard to read.

Works well. Installed at the restaurant. Was a little confused at first, but was able to figure it out pretty quickly. Happy to get extra points just for downloading the app, and was able to order my office’s lunch this week just through the app. Would love to see the weekly specials included, but know that’s probably not possible. Nice to see Iron Hill is moving into the 21st century.

5 star restaurant rating 3 star app. Leaving a 5 star review cause me and my family love the food and service at Iron Hill. That being said I have some feedback for the developers of the app. When I get to the point of entering in my existing KOTH number (step 3) it won’t accept the number I provide. I just see the loading screen and it won’t take me to (step 4). I either need better feedback at this point or it’s just simply not working. Also when selecting my preferred location of Phoenixville in (step 2) nothing actually shows up in the form field, however this does not prevent me from moving to the next step but I still can’t get past step 3. I am using an iPhone 10 with iOS 13. I only used it in portrait mode and did not try it in landscape. Ultimately I just want to be able to keep track of how many points I accumulate since we come to eat here so often.

Has potential. I tried the app last week. Between my wife, waitress and me, we couldn’t figure out how to check in to get points. Tonight I figured it out. You need to click on Locations, choose th location where you are, click Details and finally…click Check in. That’s lots of work for someone who’s drinking beer. It would make more sense for the Check in option to be a tab on the main screen.

App won’t take card # after downloaded. Says already registered. Of course it is since I already have a card and it says to enter the number below! Tried other option to login, won’t accept login info but it works online. Would love to use the app, but unusable.

Definitely Unfinished. App says that my card is already registered. Some fields appear blank after being filled out. The “sign in” page for registered cards doesn’t clarify whether to enter the card number, name, phone number, etc. Login button doesn’t prompt any “incorrect login info” message so it’s hard to know if the button even works. A lot of bugs to be worked out still...

Current KOTH member card number not working. App does not move on to stage 4 after typing in KOTH number on back of card.

Redeeming rewards. This option does not work in the app. Please fix it as it is very annoying.

Horrible and annoying. Downloaded this app after seeing that a new location was being built and about to open In Buckhead 100 feet from my condo. After installing the app, I couldn’t look at their menu, or beer list, yet I got CONSTANT push notifications from Their App - even after turning notifications off. The APP also kept messaging me thru my notificatikns asking to use my location. I ALREADY SET IT UP TO ONLY GIVE THE APP PERMISSION TO USE LOCATION WHILE USING THE APP. WHY DOES YOUR APP KEEP ASKING ME TO CHAMGE THE SETTINGS I SPECIFICALLY PICKED?!?! The app was trying to trick me into giving it access to my location all the time. And it did this several times within 10 hours of installing. Nope. Gotta go. And I can’t see the menu or the beer list? This business is gonna fail. They clearly do not understand their customers. What a horrible experience. AND THEY ARE STILL NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

Full of bugs and fraudulent ratings!!!. Clearly IHB is telling their employees to give this app five star ratings! None of the five-star ratings left reviews, and all of the reviews are one or two stars!! If apple only allowed ratings with reviews, this app would be 1.1 stars! IHB you overpaid whoever made this app. While registering, there is no auto fill, fields show as white, the zip comes up as letters, and at the end of filling all the fields, it wouldn’t let me register my koth card!!! And when I hit back, all the fields are blank again! Did anyone test this at all??
