Amazing!!. Love the app, love the food!

Get the process straight!. Cashier had me download the app and rang me up first, then told me she could scan after she rang me up. Good way to make all this feel worth it. Glad there are other açaí options near me.

I love the product but not the app. I have ordered twice off of this app and every time that I try it charges my card but says there is an issue and to please try again. The website works 100% better than the app.

Needs work. App has a lot of glitches

My new healthy addiction. I visit the Franklin Square, NY location as often as I can. I pre-order my favorite Green Smoothie or bowl and it’s waiting for me when I walk in. It’s a super healthy delicious treat! Instead of fast food or ice cream, this is my go to treat! I love it! They let me sample every flavor and I was shocked that I loved the kale flavor the best as I am a sweets girl. Try it, you will be surprised like me!

Love it!. Love the SoBol on Glades Rd. In Boca Not only is it delish but they are always so accommodating. Great place!

Terrible app, what you order is not what store receives. The app is clunky and it takes way too many steps to place an order. Also found out today that what you order on the app is not what the store receives. If you ask for extra fruit the store won’t get this on their ticket. The app is literally sending the wrong order to the store and over charging you!!!!! I’ll be calling my order into sobol from now on.

L💜VE S💚B💜L!!!🍓🫐🥝🍌😍. So happy they came out with a loyalty application! SoBol is my favorite food spot, not only is it healthy but it’s fast! My favorite place to feed my two toddlers (and myself 😉)

App Problems. There is no option for state/province in Massachusetts so I can’t sign up for rewards!

This app is a mess.. It’s slow. It’s janky. It’ll ask for your location 8000 times. It works, but only barely!

Give it a try, you won’t regret!. Icai and sunshine are my favorite. I also tried the coffee and muffins are so good!

Açaí bowls. The açaí bowl was awesome!! The young ladies working were extremely pleasant and very helpful explaining the different bowls and other items as well as how the reward program works. Very clean and nice area to sit and eat. So happy we now have a new place to go for açaí bowls!!!!

Thank you SoBol. SoBol is my favorite place for fast & delicious food. They have great smoothies and the Best Acai bowls I’ve ever had. This new app makes it so easy to order online, collect loyalty points and find the nearest location. So glad they finally launch an app!!

Awesome Service, Delicious Dishes. Cannot go wrong using the app to order. It covers allergies and customizations you might not have thought about in store. User friendly and transparent.

Amazing !. We always loved the açaí bowls. But the waffles .. probably the best we have ever had. It’s party in your mouth ! Nice crunch on the outside but soft inside , topped with açaí blend and fruit is delicious pairing.

Fix The App!!!. With the latest update it is impossible to use the app to order anything. It doesn’t even give you the store location. Please fix this!!!

Nice App. The app makes ordering very easy, and the food is delicious!!!! If it had the nutrition info (calories, fat, protein) like the store does I would have given it a 5!

No App Support!. My very first visit to SoBol, I’m asked do I have the app…I responded no. I asked the cashier, if I purchase something now, can I update the app after my purchase to recognize my rewards…I’m told yes! I downloaded the app after I left the store, and I looked on the app and couldn’t find anywhere I could record my recent purchase. Came here for app support, and you’re taken back to the app and you have to email. That’s a runaround, assist users here!

Bad bad. I placed an order for delivery. I gave them a tip included. They charged for three things and only gave me two. They never deigned to tell me that they were not going to send it to me or give me my money back. What a disappointment.

Rachel. My homies at SolBowl in Port Jeff never fail to make me the tastiest meals. I am never ever dissatisfied and their waffles are fire too. But I’m obsessed with the bowls - unbeatable! Sorry, competition babies 😘

Doesn’t work. I try to fill in my profile but every time I get to birthday it won’t allow me to fill it in. Some stores will look up my rewards number but others won’t. I have deleted the app and tried to put it back on my phone… still doesn’t work.

SoBol Bowls. These bowls are the most amazingly FRESH and DELICIOUS bowls in Brooklyn. I am hooked, you have a customer for life 🙂.

Amazing addition to Yardley. First of all, the food/drinks at this place are amazing. Secondly, the customer service is second to none. The cashier working while I was there was very kind and seemed like she knew what she was doing. Lastly, the app is very easy to use and provides important information in easily accessible ways. I’d definitely recommend Sobol to anybody looking for a cheaper, yet more delicious alternative for other fruit bowl stores.
