Green Turtle. App no longer works. Please fix!

Love to hate!. The app is an awesome app to use in place orders, but it’s such a shame that the restaurant cannot complete its orders correctly. I use this app twice now to order food and have it delivered but each time the order is completely was missing items.

Ugggh. Just downloaded the app yesterday at the suggestion of my server. Everytime I've attempted to login into the app since I keep getting some kind of error message.

Function of new app. I have an I-phone 7+ and have downloaded the so-called “new app” but it doesn’t show the menu at all. It just has the same boxes in the original app. What gives?

Needs iPhone X, Mug Club integration. App works, but not very well. Update for iPhone X would be nice. But this really needs the ability to store mug club details. Going to another location completely cuts you off from mug club membership unless you remember your number (ours closed before we could barely use it, and mug club details were not transferred to nearby stores.) Storing the mug club member status and number in the app would be handy.

The app doesn’t open. Everytime i click on the app it just glitches out and doesn’t get past the loading screen. i’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still doesn’t work. I have coupons that i can’t use because the website doesn’t give me the option to add them to my order. please update the app!

Fix the problems!!!. I went to order meals for my family on the app. When I went to order a signature burger it kept asking me to pick a meat temperature but there was nowhere to pick it. (I wrote medium well in the special instructions). Because I live in a huge OLD home I do not get mobile reception inside so I had to stand outside (in my pajamas) and call the order in.

Worst app ever. Can’t use it to order because when You enter a cc# you lose the continue button. Waste of time. East somewhere else.

So wanted to like this and yet so flawed.... The other day I visited GT for a plate of wings and went to "check in" on this app, only to be told I needed wifi in order to use the app???!!! And did GT have wifi available? Nope. What a bummer and waste of an app. So do I need to check in at home while I still have wifi before leaving? I guess so. App deleted. Disappointing.

Burger temperature is hidden. When you select a burger off the menu, the temperature is hidden because the “burger” checkbox is already checked. You have to recheck the box to see the temperature.

😩. I downloaded the app but I could not get it to work. Frustrating!

No curbside pick up. My order in the app clearly says Curb side pick up. The store Associatte never brought it out. I called and still no one would bring it out. When I went in they said my receipt says “To Go” and I have to come in. My receipt has my vehicle make-color. Why? I guess the Turtle doesn’t really offer Curb Side. No need to tip in the future if I have to walk in. 995757487

Refuses to launch. App will not open. Therefore not able to accrue rewards 😡

Better capability for online ordering. Really frustrated (especially when hungry) that you want to online order, but you can’t click on Done in order to add your items you want to order. We will be calling the store after 20 minutes of frustration. Please update so we can online order properly.

Keeps closing every time I open it.. Ever since the app was changed, it has been nothing but problematic. I even emailed them and they still could not resolve the issue. Very annoying.

Stopped Working. After the most recent iOS update, this app stopped working!

When’s the last time the developer tried this app?. Ever time I use this app I hope it’s improved but that’s not the case. 1) choose a burger > you have to unclick the box to choose how it’s prepared. If you don’t, you get to the end and it asks for your preference and you can’t advance 2) Want to change your phone number? Well you can, but then you can’t get off that screen. 3) Ditto #2 if you’d like to leave a tip. Can’t get off the screen. Obnoxious. But the service and food are both terrific at the North Brunswick, NJ location.

Horrible. This app is worthless! You can’t get any support with the app & I've searched all over trying to get help!

Horrible. Very difficult to use. Tried signing in and finally had to have one of the employees help. Don!t have an App and rewards if you don’t want people to use it! Love Greene Turtle but not the trouble it is to use the app!

Rewards. Can’t apply $10 coupon reward.

Reward program for take out. I have made orders for take out and haven’t received my reward points for them. How do I get my points.

Ok app. The app is okay. It would be nice to know more about the program and points system. TGIFridays app is better

Worst App. Not sure why it doesn’t work well if at all with IPhone. Horrible!

Terrible app. Worst app of any restaurant online ordering app I’ve ever used. It requires you to be connected to WiFi in order to use, is horribly glitchy, forces you to put in a tip even for curbside pick up. Just hate using it ever single time! You can do better! Love the food, though!

Freezes at login. I am logged in on the computer so I know my username and password are correct, however the app doesn’t let me in past the login screen. Waste of time.

App is not working. When I try to order online, the app freezes every time. Please fix

The code for waitress. It used to just be the 3 or 4 digit number for the waitress but the one up here in Hagerstown, Md says they need the big long numbers but how do you expect them to remember? Code scanners would be nice but says waitress, they don’t have them.

This App crashes regularly. While this app is great to offer rewards for guessing Sports outcomes correctly, it is disappointing that the app crashes so frequently. If you are answering questions especially in the "winning streak" section, you're often stuck unable to navigate away from the page. The navigation/play buttons at the bottom often fall out of field and are inaccessible, the same as the top navigation wheel or info button. This will often happen on the dream/fantasy team page as well. Also, sometimes the entire Game Center won't open or load correctly. Please fix these major issues, to allow a great app to do all that it was intended to do. Thanks!

iOS15 -this app is broken. Crashes upon launch in iOS15

Awesome but one issue. Love the app but having an issue not being able to launch the app since upgrading to ios 15. Please update.
