Who would have thought that something as simple as ordering pizza could be so complicated? CPK did! And don’t worry, the head ache of the experience you will be charged heavily, because everyone knows pizza is a scarce resource that only CPK can provide! Don’t try to find another pizza place, because you can’t, it’s literally impossible. Order today for a decent pizza for the price of a much better pizza.

App works well and easy to use. All promos and discounts are automatically applied so that helps. Servers are happy when you already pay by app and they can actually move on to help others. Overall great experience.

Blown away!. This was our first time visiting California Pizza in person. Sure you can go to Walmart and purchase their frozen pizza; however, the fresh food along with the CUSTOMER SERVICE is beyond words. We had the pleasure of having Sebastian as our waiter. The moment he greeted us we already knew that our dining experience would be delightful! He is a breath of fresh air: warm and welcoming smile, extensive product knowledge and was NOT lazy. This guy is a winner and the overall dining experience was AWESOME!

App is not user friendly. I tried to add my giftcard onto the mobile app but was unable to. The App is only able to add credit card payments. I don’t see a selection to add my gift card balance onto the app so I can use in the future. The use of CPK electronic gift is very inefficient. CPK need to update their mobile app to incorporate gift card payment.

California Pizza Millenium Mall. Emma was the best! The best server I had in a while and best drink maker. She was getting sat back to back and was able to handle it and still give me great service! Even let me use her charger when my phone died lol I love it! Emma you the best and keep up the good customer service. I’m also a waitress and I love when people work hard like me and keep up with fast pace. You good at what u do and I wish u the best. Thanks for a good first time experience

Online ordering is badly broken. I love the convenience of online ordering, especially these days. Unfortunately, I have very little use for the app if I’m actually in the store. The app logs you out of your account as soon as you select online ordering and takes you to the website in the app browser window. You must then login again there or you are ordering as a guest. After logging in should you try to go back to a previous screen you are taken back to the app main screen. This closes your online ordering and deletes your cart. If you go back to online ordering then you will have to login again. This is repeated easily over and over. It’s actually easier to call the store and place your order than ordering via the app. Please fix it, QA of the app should have caught the issue 100 out of 100 times.

Almost great, but functionality suffers. Just placed my first order. Three times in a row I had to re-add my cc. Also had to keep re-adding my gift card. Unlike other places, there is no way to track your order status. In fact, I don’t even have an order history despite now having points in my account. This means that after you get your text message, that’s it. There’s no way to track anything.

App is great. Employees need training.. CPK, please push training to your restaurants. Many employees lack familiarity which defeats purpose & convenience of the app. In one instance, the app wouldn't allow paying. After the server called the manager to the table, he advised that he had shut down the app for the night. This unnecessarily complicated paying for dinner. Why let customers "check in" with the app, redeem a reward, then shut it down before they get a chance to pay via the app? As far as functionality, please add ability to enter CPK gift cards as a form of payment in the app. This would streamline paying as well.

It just works!. All the functions. Intuitive navigation. Reliability. It just works in accordance with their continuity of service and product delivery. They are the example for others.

Not an allergy friendly app. This is a well-functioning app and I am a long time patron of CPK. However, the last time I ate at CPK with my wife she had a severe allergic reaction, sending us to the ER (not a fun experience). Now, over a year later she has finally mustered up the confidence to come back only to find that your app does not have an easy to find “notes” section where we can request an allergy-free preparation area. I know we can just call the restaurant but it seems like many competing restaurant apps offer this kind of service and it could be a fairly easy fix?

This App is TERRIBLE!!!. Do not even think about downloading this app. It’s a waist of time. So much for convenience. It never works, I can’t pay and I can’t even place the simplistic order. From now on, I will only be calling the restaurant to make sure my order was received. Don’t release an app until it works. Whoever designed this and wrote the program, should not create apps. Apparently you don’t know what your doing. However, I do find it interesting that other restaurants work very well. I would think that who ever is in charge should re-evaluate. Oh wait that actually takes time and work.

Great app. Great app however I would recommend that there should be another confirmation before payment is processed. I would also recommend that a clear line is made to accept gift cards as an option for payment. I wanted to tip more and found it difficult to change the recommended tip amount.

Backwards and outdated. Such and poor user experience that the person in charge of that should be fired. While placing an order if you hit ‘back’ link, brings you back to Home Screen instead of back 1 step, you then have to click ‘order take out’ to get back into your order which in turn makes you watch a stupid video before resuming your order! I’m a rewards member, couldn’t find my account, and when I tried to sign up for new account, wouldn’t allow me because it said I could only have letters for my first name, when that’s all I had entered. Frustrating!

Utter Crap. Sign into app “invalid client” error. Delete app, re-download and sign in, same error. Delete app. Go to website (on computer) reset password. Power cycle device. Re-download ap, sign in with new password “invalid client” error. App will not let me tap on items, or scroll through menu suggestions. For whatever reason, it’s useless. Website via safari on iphone. Same. Was ONLY able to place order, via website over a computer. Terrible.

Always a pleasure. I have been coming to this location for about 10 years and they always perform at an optimal level. All staff acts professional and they are pleasant to deal with. Food is great and always prepared fresh. Kudos to all involved.

Cannot order online. So I guess an mobile app for a restaurant is most useful for placing orders, but this is exactly where this app falls short. After registration and log in, you pick a location and browse menu to order. Along the way it shows your cart, but if you want to add MORE items, you have to go BACK to menu, right? You lose your cart and location selection then. And you start over... This is a great app to keep browsing your favorite menu items over and over again like in a time loop, but if you actually want to order something, call instead...

Best Rewards App!. This is a robust rewards app that allows you to do it all! Check your available rewards, see how far to go until your next reward, order food and, best of all, pay for it! And, I haven’t yet experienced a glitch while using it.

Long wait to even be acknowledged. We were seated right away, but it took almost 15-minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. The waitress assigned to our table was too busy talking with other patrons and finally had a busboy come take our drink order and then our actual dinner order. The two couples seated right before us and right after us finished their meals and left the restaurant just as we got our food. Also, really cool when the manager “ordered” 4 appetizers for the large party next to us, mostly because she knew them. Must be nice. To be noted we came in before the dinner rush.

Always good. We always start with the dumplings and finish with the butter cake...today we also tried the buffalo cauliflower and the Asian cauliflower for the first time...both were delicious but buffalo had the edge for us. Also tried the BahnMi bowl...it was good. Additional items on the table was the shrimp scampi pizza and the Sicilian...delicious, as usual. Great food, great service...every time Thank you Jessika

Confusing app - worst I’ve used. This app is very confusing - every time I used it, I lost track navigating while placing online orders... it keeps sending me back to where I was and would lose my orders placed against a particular store. Whoever designed this app must learn how to design a more user friendly experience. It is so frustrating that I ended up giving up placing my order and turn to somewhere else. Shame on CPK losing business because of a badly designed app.

Credit card section is broken. Been broken for a month so you can’t order. It says “please enter credit card info” after you’ve done so. I reloaded app and tried multiple times for over a month. No go. I guess they don’t care that they’re losing orders. I might also suggest a way to send feedback re the app — but that’s just me being an efficient person who would value customer engagement. The app is ridiculous since the problem is never fixed.

Terrible App. I tried to use what I presume was the original CPK app which I could never operate easily. Difficult if not impossible to use it to pay. Frequently locked and counter-intuitive. Waitstaff admitted a lot of people complained. I quit using it. Came back to CPK a year or so later and downloaded what I hoped would be a new version. It’s actually worse. Would not let me log in. I used the “forgot password” link to reset my password. Tried 4 or 5 times without success. After requesting a reset, I kept getting the message that my request had timed out despite my trying to complete the process within 20 seconds after receiving they reset link. Thinking maybe my account had been deleted, I tried to create a new account. Also unsuccessfully. App will not even identify the only (and oldest CPK) in town. App seems to think that the only COK in town is the one that closed over a year ago. Don’t waste your time with this App. A couple of years ago I contact CPK corporate about the app, got referred to the developer? In Florida who was totally unaware of any problems. Nothing is ever fixed. With as many budding chip heads as there are out there, one would think there would be one somewhere who could handle an app with at least basic functions. Could it be that CPK ‘s failed apps are the reason for its declining business?

CPK App + Dodgers Winning = Frequent Customer. I didn’t used to come to CPK often, but since I started coming due to the Dodgers rewards, it made me a frequent customer. So much that I had others sign up & score free pizzas & buy drinks whenever the LA home team wins. And they win often. I love the Pay by Mobile feature too, makes it way more convenient to pay. Thankful for this app & the delicious menu items.

Early birthday lunch. Came in alone to enjoy an early birthday lunch as my day falls on Monday’s free Father’s Day. The staff were happy & laughing considering their AC wasn’t working & they were all so hot. I had the best server ever!! Yoli took great care of me & helped me enjoy my day!! Food was delicious & butter cake Devine! Definitely will be back!

Navigation glitches. I’m trying to order takeout and toggling back and forth through the menu, then it suddenly takes me back to the home page. Making me have to start over again. It also keeps instructing me to sign in when I already am. “Sign in to see your rewards” yet I can apply my rewards. I think there’s just too much going on when it just needs to be simple ordering.

Love the Mobile Pay Feature. This app makes it so easy to keep track of your loyalty points. The mobile pay keeps your evening moving along by paying on the spot. The only issue is the suggested tip calculation is NOT correct. Be sure to check that you are leaving the correct tip for your server. Our 20% calculation was off by $6. Otherwise a good app. A helpful add would be to add a nutritional chart for the menu.

Server. Our server, Darice, may be one of the biggest reasons we come to CPK. The food is always great, but when your server knows your family by name and already knows what you want to order, that’s what I call customer service. Thank you Darice!!! The Eldridge’s!

Great escape from the 111 heat.. We were looking to have our favorite treat but we’re afraid it was too hot. After this year and a half it was great to enjoy the great music, food and superior customer service Haley provided. Which is no surprise when the stellar management really empowers these workers to do they very best job possible. Thank you for making our afternoon and weekend complete!

Could be a lot better. Every time I try ordering from the app there is always an error saying my credit card info is incorrect when it is correct. Even trying different cards didn’t work! Would definitely order way more if it worked, SUPER FRUSTRATING. Also would be helpful if it was easier to see the entire menu from the homepage.

Rachel. Had outdoor lunch in the patio. Great lunch specials. So happy u were open so we could eat lunch. Our waitress Rachel was on point!! All 8 tables and she did such a wonderful job taking care of everyone. Getting orders, drinks, appetizers and food. Checking up on us every time she walked by to see if we needed anything or if we were ok. Maybe another waitress to help out? But there were only 8 tables. So not sure how many tables they would have each when indoor dining was available. Otherwise she was on point. Busy right when u opened up for lunch. Another waitress came when we were done with lunch. She had help from the guy who seated us and maybe a manger on duty bringing out some meals Cleaning up and bringing out bread. Overall a great experience BC of the employees there. I paid via the app for the first time to save her a trip. Very easy to maneuver. Pls take care of your employees during this difficult time. Thank you

Easy Peasy. This app is so easy to use! Want to place an order for carry out...use the app. Want to eat in the restaurant? Check in on the app...rack up your points and earn rewards with ease. If you have kids and need to make a quick this is for you! You can see your ticket total is accurate and pay with the app!

Good app, BUT!. To be clear it’s good app but I rated as 1 start only cus I want most important feature to work: It is very annoying that payment system it’s not working on iPhone 14 pro, my card has expired and when I am trying to add any of my cards it throws the error. Using this app I always have a question how to get to elite level… can you add some transparency? At this point I have spent thousands in your restaurant and never got to Elite.

Loving Renewed Relationship. We stopped going to CPK several years ago, the food just seemed to be diminishing in quality and value. Fast Forward to a recent trip to Vegas so we went to a CPK at the Mirage hotel because the menu appeared to be a lot different than we remembered. All I can say is WOW!!!! Food was fresh, current and a wide variety of great tastes. We love it now and have been back to CPK several times since our trip about 6 weeks ago. Highly recommend!

Could update some features. So I love using an app to do most especially if available. The only thing wish this app would allow is to sync your rewards account with online ordering without having to log in constantly. You get a temporary password to log in. Once you do the order you had in the cart is gone. If you click out to view anything on the app your cart is gone. Not as convenient

There seems to be a bug in the latest update. I’ve used this app before although I don’t get to CPK often. Just so happens we went last night and I remembered the app and the rewards program. Attempted to open the app and check in and I kept getting an error that said I wasn’t connected to the internet or a network when I was on my cellphone clearly connected to the TMobile network. Everything else on my phone was functioning properly. Needless to say I didn’t get my points credit for my $75 meal. Won’t be using again until bug is resolved

Works With Number. The app works great as long as your server puts in the number. Love it. Easy and takes less time to finish and pay. I would think CPK could turn tables faster with less wait time for customers. I will ask from now on to add the check in number.

CPK is one of my FAVs! BEST for kids!. This is our kid’s favorite restaurant. Their kids’ packet is so awesome that we can’t get enough and look forward to play the new one every time. The rewards entice us to come even more often. Our kid loves the pizza in their kids menu + brocoli, my hubby loves their salad, and I love their steaks. WIN WIN!

Invalid Client. App used to work but for the last month or so I haven’t been able to use it at all. I keep getting the invalid client message. Then to make it worse customer support doesn’t know what I’m talking about…like it’s your app you tell me. I’ve tried so many different ways to get it to work but now I’ll just give up. I only ate cpk by ordering through the app but now I’ll just stop until they can update their app or get better customer service that can help me. Definitely has put me off for the foreseeable future.

Needs Apple Pay—can’t even place an order. The menu is full of glaring layout bugs. I get “Invalid Authentication Token” trying to checkout. Had to place an order on the phone!! Not only do they not have Apple Pay, but the Credit card entry form is just insane. No auto fill at all. It’s just not acceptable in this day and age. The app is otherwise useful. If they can add Apple Pay, I could order online for pickup or pay my bill from my table. Leave the plastic cards at home. Then, if only I could order the Sedona tortilla soup with the soup + salad lunch duo… I could finally recommend the app wthout reservation.

Employees playing dumb. Scam alert!. I spoke to a former server. Apparently, they play dumb on being to apply the order into the app just so they can maximize their tips. Supposedly, customers feel less inclined for a larger percentage when they can just silently apply a tip on the app, without servers batting an eye. Regardless, it’s dishonest of workers to play this game. In light of this, I’ve actually been giving smaller tips when servers refuse to let me use my app, and force me to reach into my wallet!

Best Location of CPK. There are a lot of CPK locations in Los Angeles but in my opinion this location in Glendale is the best. The servers are nice and very attentive and the location is airy and welcoming. I love the fact that you can drive up to Level P3 and the elderly in your group do not have to deal with stairs. It used to be nicer when there was no step up but since there was only one step, it’s not too bad. The view of Brand Boulevard is also nice especially at night.

Such a useful tool!. If you dine here more than 3 times a year it only makes sense to get the app. Birthday deals, discounts, and they only get better the more you spend. Have a party or an upcoming company outing to plan? Track the purchase on your account and enjoy your benefits on your next visit.

Difficult online ordering process. It’s a very cumbersome menu to navigate through and then there’s a “back” button that exits you out of the entire online ordering process which is extremely frustrating. I’m pretty sure users view the back button as going to the previous page they were on and not exiting the entire online ordering system and having your cart deleted.

Truly terrible app. This app is a dumpster fire. It appears to be good when you first open it but you soon realize how bad it is when you try to place an order. The app asks you to sign in but when you order it switches to a web view of the CPK site, asking you to sign in again. There are also multiple ways to get to the web view ordering and each one keeps a separate account and order history. So if you are building an order and you back out, if you choose a different way to get to the order screen the items you’ve already placed in your cart won’t be there until you go back to the other page. The app also keeps an order history that doesn’t work, since the orders aren’t actually placed in the app but in the web view and there are two back buttons when ordering and if you hit the wrong one it will close the ordering page. This app could be very good with some work but right now it’s a mess.

Great food & friendly service!. CPK is one of our favorite restaurants! The food quality is consistent. The service is friendly and they are great in helping you to try new menu items. Love it!!

Convienent. The check-in feature on the app informs the server of your points so they are not forgotten visit after visit. Paying through the is much quicker than waiting for the bill!

Needs Improvement. I’ve used mobile ordering before and had no issues. Now I can’t modify my order, which makes no sense. How do you up-sell without modifying? If I order a salad and need items removed or request extra dressing, that feature is no longer available. It defeats the purpose of using the app to avoid calling directly. Plus, I assumed using the app tracked my rewards better. Allow for order specificity just as I would in the restaurant!!!

CPK’s app works well and is especially useful!. The CPK app is easy to use and works well. It’s very handy and convenient. It locates all CPK restaurant locations, it tracks you as you arrive, it offers special CPK menu details, offers you a birthday gift, tracks your reward points, offers you an itemized check for food ordered at CPK and even allows you to pay with a credit card. We highly recommend it to all CPK customers!

What’s with the in-state phone # requirement??. Not sure if this is location specific or for the CPK app overall... but why would it be a requirement to provide an in-state contact number when placing an order through the app? People move from state to state, and they keep their cell numbers! So I provided my home phone but if the restaurant tries to contact me, I’m not home!! And what if I’m on vacation out of state and want to order CPK? I’ve never had this restriction imposed from any other app/restaurant. Doesn’t make sense to me.

Mobile pay still needs some tweaking. Love CPK! Love the rewards program! Warming up to the app. But mobile pay and the way the tip is calculated is very cumbersome. I like to tip on the food total before discounts and taxes, which means I have to toggle the tip percentage each time until I get to the tip I want. (Going back and forth between the pay screen and the tip toggle screen.) A way to override with a dollar amount would be much easier to use.

Location Services. It Working. I can check in as location services isn’t recognized even though it’s turned on. Fix your app!

One of the worse apps. Too bad that Apple does not allow negative stars. App is really bad. Hard to log in, navigate, it does not support passbook as advertised, no way to read messages on the app, among other annoyances.

our server Rene. We frequent CPK in Westwood, CA. We've had nothing but exceptional service by Rene. We now ask to sit in his area. Wonderful young man with great upbeat attitude, nothing is ever a problem and often check ins to ensure we are happy! FIVE STAR EMPLOYEE! THANK YOU!

Sign in twice. I signed into the app. It automatically thought I was 50 miles from where I live. No clue why. When I selected the correct restaurant, I had to sign in a second time. Not sure why. The ordering process is clumsy and it insisted I include a tip even though I have take out, so the total for a pizza and slice of lime pie came out to $32. Really?

Terrible app. Poorly implemented app workflow, UI, and complete lack of human centered design and common logic. Very, VERY frustrating to use. I loved CPK but after using this app 3 times for 20 minutes each, and successfully completed ZERO orders, finally gave up. For CPK management, be aware that you are loosing customers not because of the quality of your food, but by the terrible implementation of this app. It would be better to not have an app at all, versus this garbage app.

My favorite place!. I try to come every single trip to the mall I make! Today I was able to fly solo (sans my FOUR kids) and Lauren took great care of me! The drinks are always unique and food you can count on to be good time after time! Thanks CPK!

Great Server. Our server was fantastic, super attentive and friendly. Made for a great lunch! But the time it takes to get anything is just unacceptable. Like 45 min to get bread….. seriously… just then worst!!!!

Love their rewards program!. The program is awesome if you’re a regular at cpk, but it’d be nice to have the option to enter into their waitlist through the app to save time!

Outdoor seating. This was an unexpected surprise that went from indoor seating 4 days ago to only outdoor seating per mandate but it was great weather to do this. The service is a little slower which may be due to the state of affairs but none the less professional and clean. Food was good as well!

Awesome is the word to say!. I don’t have to wait for a check I can just pay from my phone, which is super great!! If you go to CPK you should download the app, it’s so much easier

Online ordering. Online ordering is very tricky on the app. If you click the back button it takes you back to the main menu and deletes your cart. Needs some improvements because it’s very frustrating ordering through the app. I had to add everything to my cart at least 6 times before I was able to place my order

Love it!. I love the app, but wish it permitted me to set a dollar amount for the tip instead of a percentage. it just makes me think too much when there are discounts and I want to achieve a certain number for the tip.

Great service!. The food, drinks, and service are always amazing! The bartender Andres is always a pleasure to see and he’s one of the reasons why I come back. He’s such a people person and always pleasant.

Outstanding service!. This was my first time trying the cauliflower crust & I was pleasantly surprised!! Also, I am aware that I am a “high maintenance” customer with various revisions & additional requests. Amber & Laura were ABSOLUTELY patient, kind, and accommodating to my every request with a smile ☺️

Easy to use. Love the reminders that I have rewards to use and love the pay by mobile feature.

Resent updates have ruined this app. I tried for 40 minutes to place an order, and it was impossible for me to complete. The “Place order” button is below the screen area, as much as I tried swiping up, it did NOT for the love of God let me place the order. My husband tried, my sister tried, we gave up. The app developer should get fired. Terrible updates. This never happened before until updates were made.

Great App & Outstanding Rewards Program. Easy to use & attractive. The rewards program is excellent, allowing a customer to quickly accrue rewards ($5 off, etc.). Definitely one to download!

Top of the line service. Was tag teamed by Austin behind the bar and Cheyenne on other other side. Between the two of them was the best service I have ever had. Love my Diet Coke always was full thanks to you both

Splendid Customer Service. Walked in to place a to go order and the waiter was extremely kind and well spoken. I would say he (Carl @ the PostOak location in Houston) did a splendid job representing California Pizza Kitchen. He also persuaded me to become a CPK rewards member. Will be back again soon.

CPK Monroe location.. Staff friendly and food great. When problems happen managers very proactive and address the issues quickly. I frequently visit this location and will continue.

Great Food and Rewards. Definitely would recommend CPK Rewards even if you go to CPK once a year. Conveniently pay your check by mobile, order takeout and check out the latest rewards/offers.

Loved convenience. App worked great! Nice to be able to pay when you want. Also I learned recently all the food at CPK is made from scratch!! I didn’t know that. Even the ranch dressing. So anyway I hadn’t eaten there in a while and it was delicious at a fair price.

Outstanding Service. Nohemi was our server and she was outstanding. Food was surprisingly prompt and delicious, and Nohemi checked on us frequently to make sure we were well taken care of. It’s rare to have such good service, so thank you.

Easy app. Easy pay. Rayven our amazing server at pasadana showed me how to use my app to pay even while seated at the table. This is genius. And I thank CPK for developing such an easy and intuitive app. Rock and roll!

CPK App. It works well. However, I would appreciate a reminder to use one’s $5 award. It should be part of the payment process, with a question something like this “You have 2 rewards available. Would you like to use one today?

Tip percentage. When paying the check it would be helpful to be able to change the gratuity percentage on a one time basis. Currently when changing the percentage it’s only a permanent change.

Lifer!. California pizza kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants. There’s a lot of options, food is great, although sometimes for the price a little small portioned. I hope they never close down though!

Whoever designed this app needs to be fired immediately. I was wondering why this garbage excuse of an app had so many 5 star reviews. After reading the reviews I realized that 99% of the 5 star reviews had nothing to do with this app. Please stop putting misleading reviews on the APP STORE. If you want to talk about how good the restaurant is go on yelp or something. I would rather be hanged, drawn, quartered, disemboweled then beheaded than be forced to use this app again.

Good app with nice features. I like that this app does everything you need. You can look at the menu, order pickup, or if you dine in you can pay whenever. Makes it really easy to eat out these days. Love it.

Easy to use!!. It’s been super easy to navigate through the app. I didn’t even realize/check the rewards & my server let me know I could save $10 with the rewards sitting in my account!!

Last minute cater order. Thank you to Bob and his awesome team for accommodating our last minute catering order. Food good for 50 people was ready within two hours. Bob was very pleasant and even suggested on alternatives for our budget. Yay Bob!!!

App is great but you lose the cart easily. Each time you add to cart and somehow go back to home page, the items are gone. How frustrating is that? So you start the order and you need to figure it out to keep staying there otherwise it all goes away. Best of luck with that. I uninstalled it immediately.

Service was great. It’s all about the customer and Alex really made the dining experience great. We came in after 9 and didn’t have an attitude about having to serve the last table. Mahalo!!

Management and staff are incredible!!. This place never fails to impress me with the quinine, the friendliness of the staff, not the professionalism of the general manger. Things are tough right now for restaurants, however this CPK location is special. The general manger makes it all happen.

Pay when you’re ready!. The pay by mobile feature makes it easy to pay your check and leave a tip! Love it!

CPK Rewards Work For Me. Like the program so far. The check it with mobile is easy and faster checking out during peak hours.

Love the updates. Being able to pay for the check from the app, rose with the app, it’s great. Would also be great if gift cards could be added to the app for easy storing/can’t loose them scenario ;)

Excellent service!. Server Kaiona was very patient with our table of 9 + a whole bunch of rambunctious kids!! Drinks and food came out in a timely manner even with the dinner rush and Chinese Lion dancers and drummers in the background…

Delicious consistent food. We really enjoy the food and selection here at CPK. Their cocktails are a bit on the sweet side, but delicious nonetheless :-) Contactless bill pay is also very user friendly!!

Great way of claiming rewards. I like this way better than the Pizza Dough Rewards Program as I can pay by mobile device, so I can pay faster and see my rewards.

Good service. Our server Johnathan was excellent! He came back to our table frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. He is attentive and very nice.

Horrible. Worst restaurant app ever. Buggy, even though it has you save a location, when you order it makes you search for a location and even though there’s one 3 miles from my house, the search results started with places 50 miles away. It’s impossible to find the menu. It keeps making me enter my address. It’s effing useless. Just pick up the phone and ditch this disaster.

Family night dream!. We love CPK for being the perfect kid/family friendly restaurant. The app is the icing, we get to stack up points, occasionally have coupons, and can easily pay before leaving.

Service. Hazel was friendly and efficient. Our food came very quickly and tasted as expected. The managers seem to be doing a great job..

Good but could be better. User-friendly but like an easy way to change my temporary password.

Great App and Reward Program. Please don’t change anything. Convenient app, mobile pay, menu and nutritional info and painless check in process. Oh and no need to mention the excellent food and service in restaurant:-)

So Easy to use. I love this app. It's very easy to use and keeps track of my points and rewards. I use it to check in and pay for my bill when I'm done eating. What could be easier?

Worthless app. I would give a negative 5 starts if the option exist. Frustrating to use, and by far the worst app I have ever experienced. Shopping cart clears randomly, basic e-commerce logic is illogical, and after 20 minutes of trying to add 2 items to the shopping cart, it errors out that the store does not currently accept the order (I have placed the order from the exact same CPK store before, from the same app). When selecting another CPK store a prompt states “this store has a different menu and your shopping cart will be empty.” I am so frustrated with this app that I decided to order foods elsewhere. No one should be spending 20-30 minutes to give their money to CPK, just to get declined from the lack of competency from their app development team.

Most frequently visited restaurant by us!. Amazing service, specially at Deer park location our server was brilliant. Love their take and back option. Otherwise every consistent food quality. Great atmosphere and great non alcoholic drink Strawberry mango cooler.. LOVE IT!
