Burgers are matched by Cosmik Fries. Hopped the Cat downtown GR last Friday night and had my first burger there along with side of Cosmik Fries and crisp house Ale. A perfect trio, they can call them Cosmik, or fka Crack, Fries, they truly are the best around...and STILL addicting!

Worst ever. Registration months ago. Won’t log in just loops me into provide card number but no way to retrieve it. Useless after update. Complete garbage. No I can’t even re register because it already had my phone registered. Idiots

New customer. Have been twice now for lunch. I got the bar z burger and cosmic fries. Amazing. Today I got the madman grilled cheese. There was something missing in the sandwich. I think it may have been salt and pepper. But it was good when I dipped it in the bisque. I mean overall great. But season the cheese on the grilled cheese a little. :)

Cant put in gift card. Using the app it wont let you add the pin on the gift card... tried multiple phones but same thing no way to type in the pin area

Awesome Veggie Burger. It was my first time there and I was so pleased with the impossible burger as a meatless option. My husband and children were all pleased with there food. The bun was soft and the onion rings were amazing. A hidden gem in Kzoo. This is my new spot!!!!!

Good food, need to pay attention to details. Repeatedly, I am not given the right sauces on the side, would be no big deal, but it’s the fourth time and going back to correct it isn’t an option, as I am disabled. I wish they would refund the money I spent specifically on sauce.

Jessica is the BEST. Came over to have some appetizers and Jessica was our waitress ❤️ she was so fun and took great care of us 😊 can’t wait to come back and ask for Jessica !!

Disappointed With limitations and expirations of rewards. Limited to one reward redemption per visit and short expiration dates. We spend a lot here between personal and business and feel like staff have no options on loyalty redemption for frequent visitors.

Check-In Button Doesn’t Work. I love HopCat and was excited to see you could check in ahead through the app. The button doesn’t actually check you in. Instead, a rewards code pops up. The poor hostess didn’t know what to do when I showed up and showed her the code. Disappointing as there is often a long wait on the weekend.

Very Pleased. I’m very happy with this app, it works smoothly very easy to manage. I would too the HopCat on Knapp after a movie loved it. The atmosphere was great with wonderful service and I enjoyed it more than the one downtown.
