App cumbersome and not easy to use. The app could be improved. For example, if you accidentally click rewards balance after entering your gift card, all the numbers are erased. If your gift card doesn’t have sufficient funds to pay the entire bill, there isn’t an option to use the gift card first and pay the remaining balance on a credit card. When using the app on an iPad held in landscape mode, some of the items are not visible. Proper design would compensate for this. With some of these improvements, this app could rate much higher.

This app is basic food ordering only. In app the tip is easy to bypass. Then I wonder who the tip goes to? The delivery driver or the cook? Then would not let me leave feedback on the pissy driver that walked away from my wife mumbling about no tip. I had a tip on the counter but was in the bathroom. When I ran out after him I listened to him complaining about a house like this a no tip. He was so busy he didn’t hear me yelling and waving my arms with his 5 bucks in my hand, but no shoes on.

Ongoing Issues. I encountered the same problems reported by others. In general, this is a poorly designed app. Specifically, the app loses orders when the customer attempts any navigation other than linear. I restarted my order 3 times before I added all items in the correct order. Next, I was unable to log into the app after creating an account, despite a confirmation message that the account was activated. This app needs to be modified to more flexible, more intuitive, and more helpful.

Points. I’m a loyal customer. I love UNOs. I’m on the points system but redemption of the points seem to be up to the discretion of the server. Once I went and had points expiring at two different times. I asked to use one set and when I received my bill the server had used all. I was told that I couldn’t separate them. I knew that wasn’t true but choose not to argue. The last week I had two sets expiring within days of each other. I asked to use both and was told I couldn’t and had to pay for the order that should have been covered by points. There should be a set policy for redemption of points.

What happened to Unos?. Rewards disappear, accounts disappear, and when they make you sign up for a new account there is an ”email opt in” checkbox that you MUST check in order to create an account. So it’s not really an “opt in”, as there is no option. By the time your done placing an order, you start to remember that the quality of their food has also dropped as prices continue to go up. This was my last order.

Aw Man. The app always crashes now so unusable, was pretty good when it worked though.

Great app!. Love the app - especially the option to participate in the different loyalty programs

Used to just be dated...now unusable. The Pizzeria Uno app has always been barely passable as a 'modern' app. However, with the latest update it has become completely unusable. Navigation is almost impossible, and god forbid you should tap anything resembling a back button...it kicks you all the way back to the base page. Horrible. I can't (and won't) order from Uno until this app is made usable again. (p.s.- for Uno corporate, you should fire your app developer and start from scratch. You really got sold a bill of goods...if it was my company, I would consider a lawsuit.)

I can’t even sign in. I tried to sign up because they are taking away the punch cards for lunch club. Apparently I already have an account and the only option is to create new account but it won’t let me because of said account. Frequent white screens and twirly wheels. Could be worse I guess.

Beware bad orders. I ordered a pizza and added a salad/Buffalo bites. So 3 items. I was delivered 1 item. Because the app goes through Unos to door dash there was nothing I could do, so basically I was in limbo since the driver didn’t care, he had his money, the store blamed door dash. I have no real way to contact door dash because I didn’t put an order through them ! Awful.

Can’t order food. Downloaded app real quick so I could place a food order instead of using website on my phone. Wasn’t able to so instantly deleted app.

Very limited online menu. I was going to order some take out, but it appears that what you can order in the app is significantly limited. Since what I wanted wasn’t available, I’ll just order from somewhere else.

App Needs a little Upgrade. When placing order for delivery, I received a text with instructions on how to pick up my order curbside. This happened last time I ordered delivery too which was last year. App doesn’t accept Apple pay, would be an improvement if you did.

App no longer works. App has not worked since the new menus came out.

New version is terrible. This new version tells you via email that you have rewards, then you find it is impossible to enter anything . Hitting applybrewards says there is none. Old app was working just fine.

Horrible app!!. This app is awful!! It is extremely laggy and requires multiple logins. It’s much easier to just go to the website and create an account there and that. With that said, the website is terrible too but still exponentially better than the app.

Missing Functionality. Why have online ordering without online payment? Also I have used this app 5 times and 4 times the restaurant did not receive the order though I received an email confirmation. The order process needs to be revamped or just put the menu on GrubHub. I just ordered and again they did not receive the order because the fax was down. Who has a fax machine anymore. Please make ordering electronic. Food is very good which is why I keep ordering though I end up calling it in because I receive confirmation email but I like to pay before I pick it up so I call to pay and they say they did not receive order and then I read order from confirmation email. It's almost funny how bad this system is. With everything automated today it is rare to come across a train wreck of an ordering system like this.

Free appetizer! Unless you have an allergy!. The app itself is decent for ordering online however having a rewards account here is basically useless unless they’re giving you BOGO. I keep getting coupons for free appetizers but can’t use them as I have a gluten sensitivity. Tried to do the garlic bread app on a gluten free crust and they wouldn’t. Speaking of which, please allow your guests to order the baked stuffed chicken. You used to have it on the menu as a gluten free option and still have the rolled chicken but can’t make the dish anymore without pasta? (Or so I was told last time I called.) Used to eat here 3-4 times a week, now it’s becoming maybe once every two months because of how little they’ll do for those with allergies.

Your app does not allow me to register.. I tried several times. Also, does not allow landscape display. App has no help desk or contact us. Sorry not worth my time to mess with it. Fix it and maybe I’ll try again.

Invalid restaurant. 0761. When I click on order now, I get a "Invalid restaurant or could not be found" error. Really!? You only have 3 locations and you can't even test the app?

Unos. The app for Unos won’t stay on my phone😡

App Left in Pizza Oven. I was really enjoying this. Downloaded durning the summer. Ramped up rewards, specialty beers, food. Let’s be clear. UNOs itself in Hamilton NJ is a great place but this app purchased by UNO,s exec mgmt TableUp developers is the pits. Can’t sign in with my email address anymore. Can’t re register. Probably lost all my rewards during the summer. It’s like their entire database got corrupted. FIX IT OR LOSE CUSTOMERS !

Large lunch order pickup. The team worked hard to greet all of the waiting guests. Even though I had ordered ahead, the order had to be prepared when I arrived. After I left with my order I realized that some of the purchased items were not in the bag. I returned to the restaurant and spoke with a server and then manager. They accepted that they made an error, apologized and made the missing items fresh for me. Thank you for taking care of me, Waterfront Uno tram

No Free Pizza. Says I get a free pizza for signing up for their Unos Extra app but there’s no option for it. 👎

Don’t give rewards when earned. Hit the “redeem reward “ button after getting 8 pizza rewards (with difficulty since you have to link your Mobil order check even though you order through the app) then it reset and didn’t give me reward. Screwed me out of. $30 pizza. If you don’t link you check in the 3 days after it won’t let you at all. No help functionality in the HELP key. Very very bad app.

Still crap. It just loads and then you get a blank white screen... then you go back to just choose a social media which then brings you to a blank blue denim jean kinda screen. Poor app developers.

Good but needs upgrade. Accept Apple Pay and then I’d give 5 stars! App is pretty easy to navigate.

Do NOT Download. They say they offer free rewards and when you try to claim them you cannot!!!

Really needs developer support. I feel like the developer is lazy and needs to update this app. It's like using a outdated website, on a current gen smartphone. Would be better off just using the browser instead of this app.

Completely craps out !. App works for average of 1-2 days then completely craps out and you can’t get daily codes for points . Have had to delete and reload app like 10 times in last 2 weeks

Unable to register and not told why. It keeps telling me “error” when I try to register but does not tell me why. After 4 or 5 attempts of typing in all that info I am fed up and now Unos has lost a customer. Why would I go there now and NOT get credit for my order. Should have hired better app programmers.

This app has a lot of growing up to do. When I spend $60 on pizza from the app, I don’t expect to have to go to my email to get my order number then go back into the app and enter my order number for me to earn the rewards. It’s one step below giving me a piece of cardboard and punch a star in it each time I go.

Unuseable and useless. Totally useless. Unuseable. Not sure what the point of this app is. This must be a mistake or they abandoned ship. I figured they have iPads at tables they would be tech savvy and I could order ahead before train. Didn’t work. Nothing on their. Totally useless. Don’t bother.

Lost a year worth of rewards. Had beer club reward a couple away from app party for ten and pizza club 1 punch away all gone due to update cant ligin says oops error logging in im done with unos

Used to work. For a week now, the app does not actually accrue points for rewards. Nobody seems to know why it’s not working. I’ve had three or four checks that I’ve entered into the app and not received my points. Just a shame because everything was working perfectly, and now it’s absolute garbage and not worth my time.

How to Delete My Account!. I WANT TO DELETE THIS ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DO IT! CAN SOMEONE SAY HOW TO DELETE THIS ACCOUNT? WHY WOULD YOU PUSH PEOPLE TO SIGN UP WHILE YOU DO NOT ALLOW TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT! PLEASE GET BACK TO ME HIW TO DELETE THIS NIGHTMARE ACCOUNT NOW I AM STUCK WITH! I had previous membership with uno in the past and it worked great. Now, they pushed to download this app and sign up as new. HUGE MISTAKE! They take all your information to sign up but then they say how they will share your information with other affiliates (who knows who!).

Excellent. Food is great, every time! With the exception of POSTMATES. If you order from Postmates, it’s going to take at least two hours and your food will be cold and soggy (Not UNOs fault). I’ve order many times both ways. The best way to order UNOs to eat at home is CURBSIDE to go. It’s perfect every time!!

Rewards CANNOT be redeemed via app. Tried redeeming rewards on several orders& although REWARD is visable in acct info, when teying to “apply” to order, the message “no rewards available” comes up. Very frustrating

Delicious Food and Convenient App. Best pizza around and the app is one of the best I’ve ever used for ordering seamlessly!

It does not work. Support resolves NOTHING. I am not able to give any stars, because this app has done and given me nothing. I tried to enter my check numbers for rewards twice so far, and it would not work. I contacted support which asked for the location, and weeks later asked for copies of both checks. The results? Well there aren’t any! I got no help and after two months, I opened another claim. That was over two weeks ago, and when I went to check my rewards...NOTHING. To add to the insult, I noticed that my first complaint had been marked solved. No help. No rewards. No work. NOTHING. This app, is, worth nothing to me. You’ve got to be kidding. I’m unable to post this review unless I click on at least one star. TAKE NOTE: I GIVE THIS APP ZERO STARS **UPDATE: After all this, my issues have been resolved. I am hoping my next trip does not go down the same path.**

App has ordering issues!. I don’t like complaining unless it’s well-deserved and my most recent experience with this app has left me so frustrated. I tried placing an order with the app and upon submitting the order the app said to logout and log back in. I checked the Recent Orders and saw nothing there so I assumed it didn’t go through. I tried placing the order again and the app said to logout and log back in. I checked Recent Orders and then both orders showed up! I tried correcting the issue with the Uno’s restaurant, but they said I have to cancel the order through the app. Unfortunately, there was no way to cancel the order, so the restaurant’s solution was to process one order and not the order and they asked me to dispute the second charge with my bank if it appears on my bank statement. Both charges appear to be posting soon. This is clearly Uno’s fault and the frustrating thing is there was no contact info in the app to call Uno’s Corporate to correct the problem.

Poor coding. Cannot setup an account nor can I make an order without an error.

Super easy to earn and redeem rewards. In the past I didn’t pay attention to the loyalty program from UNOs because it seemed like a chore to remember. Now I can manage it through my phone and actually get real-time transparency into how many points I have and redemption takes seconds. Love it!

Good luck trying to contact if rewards don’t show. App has no way to allow for email inquiry for no points rewarded. It has happened the last 2x to me. Take a lesion from Blazin Rewards from BWW where you can take a picture of the QR code and it automatically links to your account.

Terrible app. Rewards do not work, does not work with 1Password or Keychain. Seems like a vary bad port of an app for another platform. Great pizza place. They should hire a developer who knows how to code for iOS.

Can’t register. Every time I click to register a “Error” pop up box comes up. It doesn’t indicate what or where the error is.

Cell number required. I won’t use any app that requires me to give them my cell number. I deleted the app as soon as saw this.

Ordering through App is trash. Garbage. Unusable.
