Blah. Can’t access with my card number and even with my email. It’s say that a unknown issue on log in.

Needs a SCANNER PASSBOOK. Needs a passbook scanner!! Great app ... Add the scanner and I give it 5.

Great place, Terrible app. I love Red Mango but this app is terrible. They have a section for the menu but the menu doesn’t show up. The store advertises online orders but they can’t be done through the app. The app itself barely opens and functions. Please fix this app so I can actually use it.

Delicious smoothies and cookies. I can’t say enough about this place and the couple who run the place. The smoothies are delicious and healthy and a plus are the homemade cookies so good, warm, gooey and chewy.

Pretty but broken.. I can't figure out how to tell the app that I'm near Chicago, not in New York. This is the stuff that's supposed to Just Work in AppleVille, but it's broken in this app. I tried their app support link but it just brings you to their (non-mobile aware) homepage, which on an iPhone is useless. In short: please take your mobile customers seriously before releasing a mobile app. Get your website geared up for mobile. Include testing in multiple locations as part of your QA process. Allow manual search thru the mobile app as a back door when location services are disable or busted. Be ready with a real support system. THEN release your app.

Useless app. Love Red Mango but this app is useless unless you are just looking for nearest location (which you don’t need an app for). There’s a tab for menu but nothing comes up. Only came here because I couldn’t find an accurate menu on the web- for the smoothies. Why is it so hard to get detailed info about the menu anyway?!

App not working properly. Been trying to get this app to work for about a week now. Contacted customer service and she seems confused as to what I’m trying to do. I just want to get credit for my purchases by the app isn’t working or acknowledging my info

Can't Log In. There's always an error message when trying to log in.

Finally Red Mango has an app! Yay!. Very happy to see Red Mango has an app available. It could use some slight revisions, however. It appears you have to check-in with this app if you want to use it to pay - and 9 times out of 10 I get a 'connection timed out' message and can't use it & have to resort to swiping my card, which I'd like to not have to bring with me. At least all the employees at my nearby location now know how to use the 'short code' but I wish paying/loading the card was more self-service like the Starbucks app.

Needs help. Was just at Orland Park location. Not in your system, received no points. Really?

Improvements. It's good. It needs more also passbook

Love RM but the App and Website is TRASH. Developers you’re killing my favorite Red Mango shop in Wheaton, IL. It’s blocking orders from online and the app saying the place is close. We call and find they’re open. Fix your app. RM in Town Square of Wheaton is amazing btw.

Cool app but can use an update. Red mango is hot but this app is a little cold. App is nice to see points and to locate the nearest Red Mango, but lacks useful features... It can really use that digital pay by phone app like starbucks, and to be able to reload cash into the card via the app. Once this app can do what the Starbucks app can do it will be more than a 5star app...... Nice start to the app for now, hope update comes soon..

Disappointed. Only gave 3 stars because of the one good worker that you guys have. The other guy (the younger guy) is terrible. I wish I knew his name! He’s so unpleasant,slow and inconsiderate! I placed my order from 11:30am on app and he came late to work and it’s 12:30 and I’m just getting my bowls. He knew we ordered from ahead and he kept taking payments of other people who came in and slowed down our order,i got melted Acai bowls. This is not the first he’s done this. I hate leaving bad reviews but this needed to be said. Everytime we go there it’s always something with him. This time has been the worst.

5 stars. I love the service rewards and everyrhing about red mango! My favorite drozen yogurt place!

Employees not trained. Local red mango had no idea how to use check in code even though they had four signs advertising it in the store. App is good to keep track I points, rewards etc but useless as a replacement for the physical red mango rewards plastic card.

Red mango. Tried this place for the 1st time yesterday & it was amazing good, and they had great customer service...but when it comes to the app I think there is much room for improvement, for example having a menu in the app would be awesome...and maybe some nutritional facts!

The Greatest Yogurt but App needs work. We are crazy for the frozen yogurt! The mango and white peach are amazing! The nuttiness of the Tarro with fresh coconut is awesome! The staff has been amazing as well. The things that I am disappointed about is the rewards. I was not able to use the first $2 and have ordered on the app around 8 times with no rewards. I sent an email asking about it with no response. Also, the app needs to be updated. You need to know what the choices are for the day. It would also be nice to be able to order a medium size on the app.

No more rewards. Although this isn’t the only reason I come to Red Mango, the rewards are a plus for me to return. There are other places now that I am frequenting more because of their rewards program. I emailed Red Mango and didn’t even receive an acknowledgment response. And doesn’t look like I will get a response here either. It’s been two summers now and no response and no rewards.

Needs work...and passbook. Completely agree that employee training needs a lot of work. Want to make life easier for employees and customers alike? WHERE IS PASSBOOK SUPORT???

Great but missing something!. Add a feature where we can order through the app and then come in and get it!! :)

My açaí bowl was not very good today.. My açaí bowls are usually very well made and tasty. However, todays bowl is extremely runny and not It just doesn’t taste very good. I have been buying them for quite some time and this is the first time I have been extremely disappointed. I will try again for a better bowl and hopefully it will be delicious again.

Employees need training. Good app to locate stores but employees have no idea what short code is and how to use it

Update needed. In general a good app to let you know where there is a Red Mango nearby etc. But what's the point of having an app if every time I want to use it I have to pull out my card to enter the card number etc!! Please fix!

Attractive app. I would like to see a menu of what you offer besides frozen yogurt. If I knew what else was offered, I would want to try something new once in a while.

Could be better. Employees should be able to see all the current promos/deals loaded on the card and have it automatically process. Missed out on using a $2 off because I didn't tell the cashier

Mobile ordering. I wish the app would allow you to mobile order, wish there were different incentives besides the $5 off, and I wish it showed the menu on the app, but good overall!

Nothing works!. I can't register the card I already have. Error message always comes up. Locations don't work either. Very disappointed…update ASAP!

Terrible user friendliness. Former employee and love the yogurt to death, however this app is very buggy! Can't type in many boxes, non existent incentive program, and what use is the app to me?! No point to the app if it doesn't make it easier to see things regarding my account. You should take from the Chick Fil A app, theirs is really nicely set up and super easy to use. I honestly spend more money there on the products BECAUSE of their app.
