Love the place but the app messes up my order. Huhot is one of my favorite restaurants but the app always gets my order messed up. The last two times I ordered on their app, I had missing ingredients and ingredients I didn’t want added.

Doesn’t Work on iOS 15. App will not open on iOS 15. Been that way all summer with the betas and was hoping it would have been fixed by iOS 15 release date.

Server training needed!!. I'm been in to my local HuHot several times; I've given my phone number, I've given my check-in code, and given both, and still I have no points for all my efforts! HuHot is getting close to losing my business.

The best above the rest!. I love HuHot! The people are amazing. The food is fantastic. I love going with my family and I love that they deliver. The points are even more fun.

Never get correct food. I loved Hu hut but as of lately I haven’t gotten the right order since the covid changes.. it’s frustrating because this restaurant is my childhood favorite and now I’m eating a meal that unrecognizable, very sad.

Not worth the down. The app doesn’t work it keeps giving me error after error I don’t see the point of even having an app for something that’s pretty much useless

Takes up a ton of memory space. I’ve never had issues with the app functioning properly, but it takes up a ton of drive space on my phone (over 300 MB), which seems like a lot for what it is. Angry Birds takes less space than that.

Bummed. Ordered online for our anniversary dinner to take out, Our bowls didn’t have very much food in them for $17.99!!! Ordered egg rolls no sweet and sour :( little bummed as I could have gone to noodle express way cheaper and better quantity!!!

Not worth it at all. You have to spend $250 to get 1 free meal, what a joke

App crashing. App will not open.

The app barely works. Sometimes I can’t order for pickup, just cause. Most of the time, it won’t accept my card type, the same card that’s accepted in stores.

Missing tortillas and sauces all wrong. Had to throw it out!. Taste is terrible Had to throw out. I expect to get what I ordered for $50. Items completely missing and sauces not correct. Couldn’t eat it

Doesn’t work. You can’t place an order, can’t use rewards this app is useless anytime I try to do anything besides add food to my cart it says I need to log in again which I go to do yet I’m already logged in.

Love HuHot not a fan of the app-. I love HuHot, but as of late, when I get delivery they never check my order completely- like today- I had a free dessert and I ordered it- it didn’t come! I can’t blame it on DoorDash, bc they source it out VS me using DoorDash myself - also my food, I ALwAyS get the same thing- the last 11 years, the SAME thing - tonight- super freaking spicy and I don’t get spicy!!! I can’t complain to DoorDash to get a refund bc I didn’t order through there, I can’t complain on the app it sends me here, I called the store they asked if the DoorDash guy was coming backs!?! Ughhh

Bloated app. How in the world does this app take nearly 400MB?? What a waste of space!

Crashing. Why does the app always crash and when I choose a local restaurant it says “SOMETHING WENT WRONG” 😐😐😐😐😐😐

App never works. I like HuHot but you can never order food online because the app can never reach the store to complete your order.

Terrible App and Rewards Program. Tried to create an account, was told email already exists. Tried to log in, was told the email doesn’t exist. Worthless system.

Huhot Review. The app works fine but the only thing that needs attention is the rewards available when ordering on the app. Besides that easy to use and love the place!

Disappointed!!. Absolutely love HuHot when we dine in. However, ordering on the app, our food always seems to be dry and mostly noodles. I ordered chicken, crab and meatballs. I found 5 meatballs and maybe a sliver of chicken and crab in the whole dish! Also, the app gives you 10 ladles of sauce to choose from and it doesn’t seem to be nearly enough. Or whoever is making it isn’t using the correct amount. Both mine and my fiancé’s food was dry! As much as I love HuHot and the food. I’m extremely disappointed and this was not worth the $30 we spent on it!!

Won’t work on iOS 15. It instantly crashes on iOS 15!

Not working. Tried to order online tonight. As soon as I went to checkout, the app crashed. Love HuHot, but need to make ordering easy.

The best thing to happen to mankind. my bf and i always come here and it’s the best thing ever. we just found out about the rewards program so we’re looking forward to some free stuff! love this place 12/10 always. :^)

Love!. I’ve been using the app to place delivery orders and all have been smooth! I have been using a lot, close to once a week. It’s so easy and I get points I wouldn’t get ordering through a delivery service.

Awesome. Now I don’t have to get on the internet to check my points. I am glad they finally got an app!

Will not open on iOS 15. The app crashes almost immediately since I upgraded my iPhone 13 pro to iOS 15. I uninstalled and reinstalled. The splash screen shows up and the app closes.

Finally!!!. I think Huhot is the best Mongolian Grill restaurant ever, it’s great that they have finally gotten an app. So pumped!

Doesn’t work. App freezes up or times out. Tried to check in yesterday and app did not respond after multiple attempts. Resulted in wasting time with the waitress to try to claim my rewards. Don’t bother with this app- too many problems.

No way to use gift card. I love HuHot but it will not allow a gift card unless you have enough to cover the whole order, I have a $10 gift card uploaded on the app that’s useless because the app will never allow it as a form of payment with a separate card

Great place... don’t waste your time with the app. HuHot is typically great and we go there at least monthly. The app, however, is nearly useless because half the time the servers don’t credit your account and there’s no way you can confirm if they did. You have to look at your account a few days later and - surprise! - you have the same number of points you did before. Talking to them about it is just as useless as the app. So enjoy the food but go download something else.

Update of my profile not possible. I downloaded the program two times. Each time in my profile update I was able to do all the lines, but the birthday line would not allow keyboard to open to update.

Great food; app slightly clunky. First discovered HuHot in Missoula; the Coeur d’Alene location is our home base, but love the food. App is good, but not as feature rich or smooth as some other restaurants in the area. The “order now” option doesn’t always find the CDA location by zip code..

No responsibility for refunds. When you use this app and order neither the restaurant nor DoorDash will accept responsibility for messed up orders. Basically they both blame each other and you don’t get food OR a refund. Has happened to me 3 different times now. After a 2.5 hour wait and 30 minutes on the call to get the food, it’s now old and we still have to pay… Garbage experience on every level.

Hi Hot Mongolian Grill. Shonyn was an attentive and quick reacting waitress she is a wonderful asset for this location. The food was well cooked and the seasonings are beyond belief in variety and quality. Layton’s “unique” intersection is the only drawback. It makes access to Hu Hot difficult. A great dining experience and good luck in the future.

Disappointed. Don’t plan on getting rewards, I’ve given our server(s) my HuHot rewards code enough times that we should have received at least two free meals. To date it only shows 4 points, so don’t waste your time!
