B E W A R E the timing. The app says your order will be ready at a certain time, but it will not. Supposedly, according to the local manager that when you order online, it pop up on ‘their screen’ to begin to prepare the order until just before you app tells you it is ready. My app said it would be ready at 12:25, and I arrived at the restaurant at 12:33. They still didn’t show all of my order on their screen. I had to wait for another 30 minutes *after* the app said it would be ready so an hour total from the time I placed the order. This review is for the APP ONLY as my local restaurant has no control over the corporate app but they did represent themselves well and was understanding of my frustration.

Not really worth it. The app looks nice, and it’s easy to use, but you are far better off just ordering at the drive-thru window or in-store. I just downloaded the app. I ordered one regular chicken sandwich, the app told me my order was ready for pick-up, I pulled up to the drive-thru and told them I had a mobile order. They then proceeded to ask me to “pull forward” (those dreaded words). From that point I watched several cars behind me place their orders, receive them, and drive away. When the team member finally brought out my sandwich, I politely asked if it was more inconvenient for them for me to use the app. She basically said yes; she told me several people have had the same problem/complaint that I did. They only upside to the app is that it sometimes offers deals you can’t get in-store. But if you just want want to order some chicken and be on your way, you are FAR better off to delete the app and just order at the restaurant. You will get your food MUCH faster that way.

False deals. I’ll leave this here because unfortunately, the app doesn’t seem to have a method to send feedback/information otherwise. Today, I received a notice for “8 piece bucket for $10 on Tuesdays”. Clicked in the link, and no such deal is there, search as I may. Similar things have happened several times, for these fantasy deals. I’ll be disabling notifications, as they only serve as delusions. The convenience of teh app is okay, but it depends heavily on the particular store as to whether or not they actually follow through on your order in a timely fashion.

Poor Customer Service. I used the app to place a dinner order for my family. The order was a 12 piece bucket, two large mashed potatoes with gravy, and 12 biscuits. The local store called me to let me know that they were out of biscuits. I asked how to get a refund for that part of the order and they said it had to be done through the app. There is only a chat bot option for customer service on the app and no phone number to call. I tried the chat bot and every message I tried to send came back with an error. I Googled a customer service number for KFC and called that number. The representative was clearly following a script. He tried telling me that he apologized for the inconvenience and he would feel the same way if it happened to him. I tried to assure him I was not mad and he repeated, word for word, that he apologized for the inconvenience and would feel the same way if it happened to him. He then told me he could not refund the biscuits because I had not yet picked up the order. I reminded him that the local store had called me and told me that they were out of biscuits and I would not receive them. He repeated again that I would need to pick up the order and call back to request the refund. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for a couple of minutes. The first representative came back online and said no supervisor was available and one would call me if one became available. I then asked to cancel my order and the representative confirmed that he could cancel my order. I get that the local store may run out of supplies and I am not upset about that. I am frustrated that you het a runaround when KFC calls you to let you know that part of your order is unavailable and you need a refund. It is interesting that the customer service representative can cancel the order but not provide a refund until I had picked the order up.

Terrible app experience. This app is literally trash. first I tried to order saucy chicken sandwich combo. But it wouldn’t let me choose the sauce so I couldn’t finish my order. so I decided to order regular chicken sandwich with the rewards fries. And this app still gave me problems. First, I choose potato wedge for my rewards, but I change my mind to get regular fries. However, it wouldn’t let me change my choice add keep telling me add potato wedge if I want to use rewords. Also if I add a sandwich to order, it won’t let me pay and finish my order. So I couldn’t order anything through this app. Actually, this is not the first time I have a many problem with this app and I’m not the only one. You guys need lots of work on this.

They’ll cancel order if out of item without telling you. Pretty much made an order, go to store and they say it’s canceled, okay thing , let’s go to support on the app, nope doesn’t go anymore and overall bad automated system, they even put you in a queue to speak to a person, but still just a bot that kept spamming to message the next day, so got no where, app doesn’t give any way to cancel order or that it’s canceled, so they will charge you with no easy way to cancel, furthermore, to get a refund, you have to go to there website and submit all of your personal information, they make it so hard to get your money back, tired of the corporations that don’t care and only want money, I’m done

So so. I don't hate the app but I do wish when it came to choosing chicken options especially if you're getting like a meal deal because you have multiple children but we know kids, especially when they're younger only like to eat drumsticks or chicken wings. I wish they gave you the option to do a mix of drumsticks and chicken wings instead of Breast and wings or drumsticks and thighs. You would think the location wouldn't care to change out the thugs for more drumsticks or wings. When I've asked, could I just get all drums or drums and wings instead of drums and thighs they always say no because I have to get what I select in the app and to change option in the app. I have informed them of what app shows and no work around has been given. Also would be nice if the option to not have ice in the drinks was in the app.

Rip off. I ordered in the app and when I got there they only gave me half my food. Apparently even though I had my order on the app and the money gone from my bank account, because of some glitch in the app their store computer system says I only ordered half my stuff and only paid for half my stuff. I had to pay for my food again! And it was a Friday night and a problem with the app not the store so I can’t even start to do anything about it until Monday. Because customer service is only available Monday through Friday 8 -5. Poor poor poor customer service. Also just saying it would be really cool to be able to order Chili on the app. Because you can’t. It’s not there.

Scheduled pickup time. What good is being able to schedule your pickup time to fit your needs if it doesn’t work? Have tried to schedule a pickup time for orders 3 times now anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour before I need it and every time I show up they are just starting the order. After working all day I’d love to just swing in and grab my family’s order and get home but it NEVER works out. The workers tell me it’s not their fault that they make the order when they get the tickets, even if I ordered an hour earlier. They only just then got the ticket when I’m scheduled to be there. Not gonna bother with the app again if I can get it quicker ordering through the drive thru

Useless if app doesn’t tell us accurately when order is ready. I give this app and the disorganized location on McCully Street in Honolulu very low marks. I submitted my order via the app at 6:07 pm and it told me my order would be ready at 6:13 pm. I arrive at 6:20 only to see the location changed my pick up time to 6:25, then 6:31, 6:41, 6:45 and 6:50 pm while I waited and waited and waited….I had even checked in to let the staff know I was here and was told I was 4 more orders away. I told the staff I’d be waiting outside and to come get me when my order was ready. Of course no one did and the app NEVER told me when my order was actually ready. I checked again when the ready time again changed to 6:50 only to find out my order was waiting for me. Extremely disappointing experience- will think twice before using this app again!

0 stars. Horrible app!!! It took my money but did not place my order. 😡 it gave me an error message BUT STILL TOOK MY MONEY!! I go up to the kfc and they didn’t have the order request either. I went ahead and paid for food because I was starving and it wasn’t the managers fault the app is trash. She couldn’t refund me because there was nothing for her to refund… I tried to look up my order history but all I get is the loading circle. I sent an email and tried to call corporate but have gotten no where. Sure it’s less than $7 but that’s not the point. I recommend you just go to the store and order there. I had my food in less than 5 minutes when I ordered in store.

Laggy and Frustrating app. It’s not the best working app, whenever I try to put in an exact location for delivery it changes it to a different location. Then when I try and make it a pick up for a later time it never lets me, it always automatically changes it to ASAP. A very frustrating and annoying app. I also wish it’d have the option of being able to pay for your order in store as well like Little Caesar does. I enjoy the deals but the app is just very difficult to work with.

The app lies. I placed a $75 order, and within less than 10 minutes, the new “tracker” that is included, stated the order was received, then was being prepared, and then said it was completed and ready for pickup. When I got to the restaurant, I checked in with my name to the customer service cashier, and she went in the back to look for the order. I ended up waiting at the restaurant, in the dining room, for an hour, before another staff member asked me what order I was waiting for, and another manager came up and said they hadn’t even started that order yet. KFC, why are you going to lie about the status of the order? Why, are you going to include this feature, if the restaurants don’t actually have a procedure to acknowledge the status of said orders? Why, are you going out of your way, to take an idea, used by other companies, such as Domino’s, who’s app is actually accurate, and use it under false pretenses? Honestly, stop paying your corporate marketing teams and technical divisions, and use the money to pay for better wages, better work incentives, and proper training. I have been to multiple Restaurants in the Hampton Roads, VA and they are all the same. Poorly trained Management, poorly trained Staff, and little to no customer service skills. I worked in the Fast Food industry for years, and this is abysmal. I would have at least apologized to my customer, offered them a coupon, a free meal, or a free desert, something to show my actual apology and appreciation. I received nothing in regards to these issues. This app, is not correcting the issues at hand. It is making the experience for the customer even worse than it already was before.

Williamsburg, Ky. Colonel Sanders is turning over in his grave I’m sure because of the way this food establishment has gone downhill. The chicken pieces are ridiculously small and have very little taste. The sides are pitiful. Biscuits are cold and hard. The service is terrible. Very unfriendly and seem to not care. This was a revisit from 6 or so months ago when it was just as bad. We were trying to give them another chance thinking it couldn’t be as bad, well we were wrong!! IT WAS WORSE! We won’t go back. The prices were terrible also. We ordered the 8 piece bucket meal ( carry-out) thinking we’d have enough for next day also. Ha! We didn’t have enough meat on those eight pieces for one meal for the two of us. It was unbelievable! How can they continue in business like this? I’ve loved KFC since I was a little girl and have eaten at many different ones all over the US! This one is a bad example. I sincerely hope they correct the problems and get better chicken cuts and workers. If not, I hope it is closed in respect to Colonel Sanders.

Wrong information about store operating hours. In the app it said that there are two stores open around my area around 10pm. Started online order so when I get there I only have to pick it up. The app confirmed my order and gave me a pick up time and charges my card. I go there and store was closed. So I ordered again at the other store the app was saying was still open and same thing, store was also closed. So now I got two charges on my credit card which I assumed will not post, but I was wrong cause I got two charges that posted. Now, Im having a hard time contacting KFC for a refund. Might just do a refund from my credit card if possible.

Order ahead problems. I tried ordering ahead especially (5hours) since it mentions big orders will take long, when I arrived on time after the app mentioned the food was ready I placed this order for my family for my mothers birthday and now we’re waiting because they’re barely starting on my order after having me waiting 8 minutes on the counter without help even after the manager or person in charge passes by multiple times Now it’s been 30 minutes since my food said it was ready and I haven’t gotten anything, but the app now says my food order has been complete?

Worst fast food app of any major fast food company. Annoying payment methods. No time saved if ordered at busy time or when lobby closes. Almost 0 point in using the app at all compared to just going to the store and ordering other than price offers. Just takes up space on your phone for no reason. Doesn’t even remember your login then sometimes fails to login after putting in your correct info. Genuinely wondering if the rest of the reviews are fake because this is by far and away the worst and most worthless fast food app. My local chicken place has a better app than this. Trying to pay in app doesn’t work most of the time to the point where I have worried enough to call my bank and find out that for some reason the kfc app has a problem with 2 separate cards. I still have this stupid app because I’m forced to if I don’t wanna pay almost double the price for the food. (Seriously, why can I get a mac and cheese bowl for $5 on the app and then in store it’s over $8.) For the love of god fix your app.

False Advertising. Hi, I made a purchase on this app and got to the store and the store stated that they didn’t even have the product there. Not only did they refuse to refund my money, I was not given any other options on how to receive a full refund. I waited the few days thinking I’d get a refund from the app and that time came and went. Still NO REFUND. The local store said their manager was contacting someone to let them know that there was basically false advertising as their store did not have the item I ordered. So why did the app let it go thru in the first place is my curiosity? I would love to delete this app, but I would prefer my money back ASAP, respectfully…

Easiest app ever!. I don’t use fast food apps because they either require that you create an account, they are difficult to use or both. But when I wanted to treat a family member in another state to KFC for dinner, I downloaded the app just for the heck of it but with a little hope. I was stunned at how easy it was to navigate as a guest, find the restaurant where the family member left, schedule an order for the day and time that was desired, and check out. There are other apps I’ve enjoyed, but this one was so awesome it’s the first time I’m leaving an app review! Thanks KFC!

Beware. Make sure to enter the correct location or they will make excuses to not give you a refund! Better to go out of your way to the location you accidentally placed the order rather than try to cancel it and get a refund. For one thing the app is independent of the stores so it isn’t in the hands of the store to give you a refund. If you do attempt a refund you are put on hold a good long time, struggle to understand the foreigner taking your information to be transferred, put on hold all over again and repeat ALL the info you just gave to the first foreigner. After all that to be told sorry the window of time to get a refund is closed! Maybe it wouldn’t be if I hadn’t been on hold for 25 minutes! Now I’m supposed to wait for someone to contact me who has the authority to issue a refund! What a crock! I’m sure they won’t call! Guess I will file a dispute with my credit card company. Not going to give this stupid app my money for no service and wasting my time! All for a simple oversight that should be easily rectified! Place your order the old fashion way, I’m going to from now on.

You’ve got to be kidding me…. This app is as worthless as the day is long. Not a single coupon, deal or even incentive to use the stupid thing. You folks realize you are probably THE LAST fast food company that’s so greedy you can’t even bother to show the customers who floated you through a *pandemic* a modicum of appreciation??? You disgust me. You’re like the banks we bailed out back in 2008; we bailed them out and they thanked us with foreclosures and higher interest rates, subprime mortgages and enough tears to fill an entire ocean… Your “chicken” is garbage and what you put those poor birds through from birth to death is something every one of your smarmy higher ups should be forced to suffer…. I hear it’s more delicious and cost effective to breed two chickens together that should never breed, just so you can slaughter them at 13 weeks even though many die from suffering to death after their big fat legs break under their weight. I wish that fate would return to the humans who impose that on those poor birds, you vile and soulless cuckolds.

The worst app ever. I have downloaded this app. Tried to get it to work. It has to send a link to my email. I tap the link for the app. Does not work. BUT it does go to the website and let me place an order there. I even removed the app, restarted my phone, downloaded the app again and NOTHING. I call customer support. OMG! Big mistake. She told me that she cannot help me with the app. If I want to order from them then I should go to the restaurant and place my order there for food. I ask her what was the point of having an app if you cannot use it. She told me again that if the app doesn’t work there wasn’t anything she could about it. If I wanted food I would have to go to the restaurant and order it. She also told me since I could order on their website then that was what I needed to do. I told her that does me no good if I wasn’t near a computer or was on the road. DUH!!!! I asked for the number for tech support and she tells me that there isn’t a tech support department and there isn’t anyone there that can help me. AGAIN, if I want the food then I will need to go to the restaurant and order it myself, in person. Well, all I have to say about that is NO!!! Now it’s the principle of it. There is no need to be rude, snarky and downright disrespectful to anyone. What is wrong with people?!?!? What happened to taking care of the customer?!?!?!

KFC on Cobb Hwy and Cumberland. There is a manager there tall with the really thick caterpillar eyelashes. She is very rude and told me I got to stop coming in with these coupons. What? isn’t that what the coupons are for I’m 71 years old and have never seen such disrespect the young lady at the window, last night was also rude to And when she couldn’t understand my order, I asked for the manager and the manager with the eyelashes huffed and puffed up to the window and acted like I was an inconvenience when really they were inconveniencing me by making me wait 10 minutes for the chicken. Popeyes is right across the street from me in Cumberland Mall. Maybe that’s where I should buy my fried chicken from now on. Because I don’t trust them (KFC) handling my food I had to drive forward and wait on my chicken to be brought out to me and I was afraid of what they were doing with my food. I am not happy with the service at this particular Kentucky fried chicken.

I would delete it twice if I could. Awful app does not change wait time what so ever I go into kfc EVERY-TIME I end up WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING either as a customer or a doordasher I get frustrated because as a customer I am going to a fast food place hungry expecting to get my food FAST and I end up waiting 30-45 minutes for a few pieces chicken why would I do that when I can go to any nicer restaurant and dine in and order food and probably wait a shorter amount of time for a whole dine in entree. As a doordasher it’s beyond frustrating because I am on a roll with good earnings for the day and I am motivated to continue BUT THEN I go to Kfc and everything changes I end up losing my whole momentum just because I decided to accept a doordash order from kfc I end up waiting over 30 minutes!!! Keep in mind in that time I’ve just been waiting I don’t get paid I get a bad review instead for taking too long because kfc doesn’t have any chicken ready but somehow it’s my fault and I can never explain it because it’s no contact delivery

Very Disappointed With First Order Via Mobile App. I had a really disappointing experience at KFC today. I placed an order through the app, and it showed my food was “ready for pickup.” But when I arrived at the store, it wasn’t ready at all. Meanwhile, they were serving drive-thru customers without any issues, so I was left waiting inside for almost an hour. It was very frustrating, especially since the app clearly said my order was ready. I’m not sure if the problem was with the app or the store itself, but either way, it created a terrible customer experience. I hope KFC can sort this out because waiting an hour for a “ready” order is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

App didn’t finished. The app is terribly designed, but it doesn’t seem to be properly integrated with different stores. When I tried to place an order, I couldn’t complete the payment through the app. However, when I arrived at the store, they told me that the deal I was trying to purchase didn’t even exist. It seems like something isn’t working correctly—most likely, the payment didn’t go through because the deal isn’t available at that location. However, I had selected the correct store and everything else before attempting to contact customer support. Unfortunately, the support system is just an automated bot that functions very poorly. The whole experience was frustrating.

Couldn’t get my food. I bought the chicken sandwich lunch combo on the app, and it said I could walk in and pick it up, but when I got to the KFC, they had a sign that said they weren’t allowing anybody inside (this is noon, not late night). So I try calling FOUR times and no one picked up, so I finally decided to walk through the drive through—did I mention I don’t own a car? But no one responded. I’ve contacted support, with no response whatsoever. Now quite the stupid automated response “please contact support”, when I already freaking tried. EDIT: finally got a response, after posting this review, saying that I would get refund.

App is great…rewards program is not. This app is great. It’s very easy and convenient to order and they have some great app exclusive deals. I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5 because the rewards program doesn’t offer any large items. Example….I order family meals, not sandwiches or individual items and I have nearly 5,000 reward points at the moment. The only options for redeeming rewards are for smaller/individual items. It would be great if bigger items were available for those who have accumulated thousands of points.

Deserves 0 Stars.. We have had KFC in our town for decades and I've never had a problem with an order using the drive thru. I've used delivery a few times, with great success, but last night when they handed my delivery order to Door Dash they handed off all responsibility for my order. The Dasher never showed up. Never responded to my texts. So I got in the car and drove over and bought our dinner. Again. Today the contractor that handles KFC customer care said they investigated and basically called me a liar. No refund for the customer that bought two dinners and only got one. Don't have a freaking app if you have to job out delivery and farming out customer care. It's a original recipe for destroying your company image. Sad but true.

Missing Menu Items, Terrible Customization. I've tried to use this app to order food on three separate occasions, but I've given up and gone in myself every single time. Several options from the menu are missing, including drinks: no root beer, no Dr. Pepper (it's actually available for selection all the way up until I choose my location), etc. even though you can order them all if you go there in-person. This issue seems to extend to the website as well. The meal options that they do offer give you no room for customization. If a meal comes with a medium drink and you want to upgrade to a large, too bad. The only way around it is to order every piece individually, which will cost significantly more than if you bought it as a meal. If there actually is a way to make changes, then it is incredibly well hidden and unintuitive compared to every other fast food app that I've used before.

Terrible order execution. Every time I use this app there is an issue with the order. And the response at the location is always “well we don’t have anything to do with the app” they cannot cancel orders or make adjustments if they don’t have something. This most recent visit I ordered a family meal for preparation ASAP but it says large orders will take more time so it forced a 20 mins prep time. I get to the location 10 mins early and they tell me well we can’t start it until the time on the order. There was absolutely no customers there. So seriously I can’t get my order prepared until the assigned pickup time. WTH one of the times the app charged my card but the store could not access the order so I had to order there and pay there. And since they cannot cancel orders I had to file with my CC company and they had to fight it with KFC. I did get my money back on my card eventually but the app has been a headache.

BEST REWARD FAST FOOD APP.. So I use the apps to everything. Every fast food. I work late so it’s been a poor diet of mine but the app is up to date highly recommended for use especially with reward points that give so many and so much free food. I got a promo for free tenders and fries with no minimum purchase. Constantly doing new deals and rewards that are way better then everyone else’s reward system. They actually give incredible rewards for low points way better then what I seen on all the fast food platform apps. It’s super easy to navigate and even easier to order off of then going and ordering there. If your not using the app then you need to get out of the 5% people range who ain’t. Trust me if your like me and money is a struggle and looking to cash in on reward points for a free meal I highly recommend this over anything else. Thanks KFC

Needs to display store order processing status. I placed two orders from locations only 3.5 miles away from home. Shortly after placing each order I received a notification saying "Oops, we could not process your order so we canceled it". After the first cancelation I called the national customer service line and they could not see why the store could not process the order. They said the charge will fall off my account in a few days. I went ahead and ordered from a different store location and the same thing happened! It's my daughter's birthday and she wanted KFC but we'll have to wait until tomorrow to go to a restaurant. At a minimum their corporate call center needs to know what's going on with each store. Then the app should display something saying "This location is not processing mobile ordered right now"

Worst of all the major fast food chain apps by far. First of all, KFC needs to learn a lesson it still hasn’t learned in decades of evolving fast food competition. Mainly being make things easier, cheaper and more accurate for your customer along with tasty food. KFC has mostly had tasty food. The prices for what you get are high for the most part due to lack of easily obtained deals in this app. Heck, I JUST saw an ad for a 3.99 chicken sandwich on TV and the deal isn’t even in the app???!!! There are literally NO app deals in the app whereas Wendy’s, McDonalds, Subway, Taco Bell etc ALL have app deal exclusives and some type of loyalty reward digital coupons. Apps should ALWAYS have the best deals. It’s the point of downloading them and gobbling up data and the time in using them. Loyalty rewards etc tied to the app as well. Come on KFC stop giving us reasons to go to Popeyes or Church’s instead.

It works kinda. The app desperately needs work. It’s missing a lot of menu items. I had assumed they were removed from the menu so ordered different then a then what I actually wanted. So when I got there I seen the actual menu and was disappointed with what I got because everything I wanted was still available. Just not in the app. Also ordered sauces with the app get charged for it. Get up to drive through window they ask did I want any sauces I said no just the ones I ordered with the app. The employees informed me they can’t actually see what sauces I requested. So if they didn’t as or I just assumed it was good. I would have paid for sauces and not received them. Disappointing because I act find using apps to order more convenient. Rather then siting at the menu board try to order food and after each item being asked is that all. For real is it so common for people to just say an item and sit silently waiting to be asked if that all. That now it’s gotten so bad that people can’t take more then half a second to say the next item before being interrupted with is that all. No I will say and that’s all at the end of my order thank you very much.

Needs improvement. Employees need more knowledge.. I had to say that my experience was definitely bad from downloading the app to picking up my order. I placed an order, it showed estimated pick up time, I gave another extra 10 minutes and went to pick up. Order was not ready in the tray. After a while, they handed me the order, I tried to look for my name but employee just gave it like she knew its mine. I stepped back, checked it and it was someone else’s order. I gave it back and waited. In the app, the ETA kept moving further. And later they got my order but were about to hand it over to a different customer, I had to step in and get mine. The interesting part with the app is, it still kept moving my order estimated time pick up further and further even next day like my order hasn’t been picked up yet. So I decided to delete the app because it’s better to just go in person and order.

I am a s t o u n d e d! Flabbergasted, really.. Since when has KFC had an app?! I feel the need to hop in my cream/tan (it's like the color of a perfectly toasted marshmallow) jeep and get a chicken sandwich and some coleslaw. The app is so clean and so... so... desirable! Could it have a kids menu? Yes. Could it give me the option to remove ice from my drink? Yes. Could the developer make it a little more personalized? Like a 'good morning, I hope you get that promotion today' (bc I know the internet knows all my info anyways 🙄).. yes But overall, I give the app 5 stars in general. But for the sake of specificity, I give it 4.765 stars. You all should be proud of yourselves, mucho props (it was about time) and my 2021 has definitely gotten better from the discovery of this app and all that is has to offer It's even better than Barack Obama eating pineapple on his pizza... I said what I said 🤷🏻‍♀️

Order cancelled, charged anyway. I tried ordering with the app the other day and it said there was a problem with my card. Figuring it was a glitch, I retried the transaction, no dice. I tried reentering the card information and ordered one more time. Received a message saying that my card information was bad. In the app I received notifications that my orders had been cancelled. I then go to look at my card and find I’ve been charged 3 times for the orders placed. To make matters worse, I tried emailing the email address provided in the app and it bounced back as an invalid email address. Hoping I’ll get my money back on those orders I never received. Been days at this point, fingers crossed.

Meh. It would be nice if I could customize certain things when ordering. Since I like specific items to be customized, this puts me in a position where I can’t earn points because I’ve ordered from the drive-through or in store directly. For example, my famous bowl must have extra cheese and extra corn. Can’t do that in the app. Also, my chicken little sandwich must have extra pickles. Can’t request that in the app either. It seems like this app is built more for the convenience of ordering ahead rather than having a comprehensive reward system. If that’s the case, then I should be able to do everything I can do in store in person on the app as well.

App isn’t so great. The default on the orders are weird, I ordered the family combo and the menu said it came with a tub of Pepsi, when I went to pick up the clerk says here is your super sweet lemonade, I told them no, I wanted Pepsi, and the clerk said well you ordered the super sweet lemonade, I told them to pour it out and give me Pepsi, the manager came out and said listen, your order was for super sweet lemonade and that’s what you’re taking home. I took it home and it was like drinking diabetes, I poured it out. The default on the app is super sweet lemonade if you do not change it, I didn’t even see it.

Just call in your order. I ordered and fully paid for my food through the KFC app , only to be told when I arrived at the location that: 1) they didn’t have most of what I ordered on hand, and 2) I would have to call KFC’s 800 number to cancel the order and get a refund, as the local store has no way of doing that. So this app basically takes your payment upfront and then messages your order to the local store with no way of the store confirming that they can actually provide what you want at the time you requested. And then you find out after you’ve driven to the restaurant whether or not you will actually get your food, AND whether or not you will have to (like me) sit on hold for 15 minutes to request a refund from their customer service department. Picking up the phone and calling in your order to the local KFC would give you instant feedback on whether you can get what you want, without paying for food you can’t get upfront. Do not waste time on this app.

Location glitch. So this app generally works for me and I can place orders without issue. However, there’s a glitch with the locations. Whenever I travel around NYC (where I live), after ordering online at a location, it suddenly says afterwards “online ordering currently unavailable”. KFC I hope you’re not trying to make me place the order in person because I want to save time and get on with my day but you want to slow things down for me. Can you fix this “online ordering currently unavailable” glitch? It’s annoying and stupid and it makes me not want to use this app altogether.

🤬🤬🤬 Outrageous 🤬🤬🤬. I’m only giving this app 2 ⭐️ because of the staff being friendly and quick to offer assistance. I made an order to the location closest to my house and it sent me somewhere else. Not only that, this location I was sent to didn’t have my order!!! It’s going on 2hrs since I created the order and I’m still waiting!! I love KFC, but something needs to be done to correct this location issue. I created a dummy order to see where it would send me... I had to select my location TWICE to get it to stick that I wanted this particular location. All I can say is it’s going to be a while before I use this app again.

Needs sharpening. This could be a decent restaurant ordering app, but right now there seems to be little nuances preventing it being enjoyable. I tried the get 10 saucy nuggets with $10 purchase promo. It would take you into the screen to pick your sauce and you could scroll down and pick the sauce. The “select” button to confirm the choice though was at the very bottom of the screen with less than a millimeter sticking up and is next to impossible to press to confirm the selection. At the final review screen it asks if you need plates and utensils. The plates you could select but the utensils was missing for selection all together. I picked to have a plate, but never received one and it didn’t print on the pickup receipt so that may also not be working. Get everything working in the apps so ordering is as simple as possible guys!

BRING BACK. Why not bring back the hot wings that you had back in 2005 I’m not talking about this Louisiana hot wings . It seems like you don’t want to have available the things that you have done away with. Your chicken is overpriced and way to greasy, the last time we thought we would give it a try again there was a good 1/2 inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket which is not good. And for the price we had to pay we could go to Golden Corral and get chicken that isn’t greasy and the potatoes taste like real potatoes, plus we can have steak. fish and anything else you want for a lesser price.

Hidden Charges, Refried Chicken. I hadn’t eaten from KFC in years. Decided to use the app so my order would be ready when I arrived. After I paid I double checked my card to see what they charged me and it was $2 more than what was on the receipt and what I agreed to be charged. I understand that some businesses/services add service fees but it has to be included on the itemized bill before I agree to be charged. My receipt still showed what I ok’d and not the extra $2 afterwards. If you need more money for your service put the charge on the bill or tack a little extra on each item because what you did is fraudulent and a scam. I got an email asking me to complete a survey of my app experience and I let them know. I got a generic response that someone would reach out to me. No one did. - And then there was the chicken…It was so dark it looked like it had been refried multiple times. The meal was edible but not very good. I will not be going back to KFC.

KFC Needs to get their act together. My wife and I attempted to use this app in Collierville,TN and though we paid online and had a receipt and and email the restaurant said they had no record of the purchase even when shown the documentation. They wouldn’t honor anything and we got no food. We had to get a refund from KFC by calling customer service. Another time we used it in Hot Springs, AR. I presented the receipt and confirming email and even though it had been 45 minute since we ordered the food, and the designated time to pick the food up was correct, I was told they hadn’t even started on the order. It wound up taking longer to get the food than if I had just walked in. I give up!!! Done!!! I’ve been eating KFC my whole life (I’m 61) but I’m done with them for good!!

Worst fast food app ever. This is by far the worst fast food app I have ever seen ever I try to use my rewards points right and it won’t let me do it multiple days in a row. I just want the free food that I earned and it won’t even let me do that and then on top of it when you get in touch with the app support, they won’t do anything for you. They won’t push your order through or force it to go through. They just say they’re gonna escalate it and then you never hear back from anybody it’s absolutely ridiculous and then I’m a T-Mobile customer so I’m supposed to be able to get a free sandwich because I’m a T-Mobile customer this week but is it gonna let me use that coupon in the app? No, it’s not and I can’t use it in person because it’s an app only coupon but the app doesn’t want to accept any promo codes

Worst Experience Ever. what are KFC at 9900 block of E. Washington St. in Indianapolis the chicken was raw. The skin was uncooked and most of it missing missing. I was so hungry I returned to the store to see if I can get the chicken replaced and it was replaced with what looked like normal chicken. However, when I got home I realized it was only brown on the top part and it was sitting in so much grease. It was an edible the chicken look like it had been refried and I was short a piece of chicken and the replacement This has got to be the worst KFC ever I can’t believe when I went to return the chicken I was advised it’s delivery only after stressing that my chicken wasn’t done the young lady was happy to let me trade it off. However, when I got home, this chicken was just the same undone, greasy and an not edible I would’ve returned and requested my money back however, they close at 11 and it was about a 15 minute drive maybe 20 to get back to the store KFC if you have a hard at all if you want your customers to come back please replace my mail. KFC Gwinnett STORE. The manager abruptly started shouting at us to leave they were closed really very rude talked down to us my partner was offended I assume he had a terrible night I hope each and every night is just awful for him the poor guy sounded very offensive language spewed from his filthy mouth. My partner was going to curse back to him but I waved her down and responded we need to take the high road. Worst experience here ever. This happened on Friday night about 10:09 pm close at 10:30 pm apparently they ran out of food a truck was unloading in the parking lot as we were trying to order an 8 piece meat only order the attendant was talking to us and the managed just came up and started acting unprofessional that were closed and to get lost in so many choice words. Terrible customer service I hood he gets fired.

They refused to refund. I ordered from this app and the person delivered my food to the wrong people. at the time, I realized the mistake and tried to give them the correct address, but they just went ahead and deliver my food to the wrong address. I texted and tried to call the delivery person and they didn’t even bother to respond. Or they actually kept it, I don’t know. All I know is I didn’t get my food. I’ve been trying ever since to get a refund. It’s been almost 2 months now.

Missing drink options. The app is great, except that it does not have all available drink options or an “open text” field. Every time I order, I have to change my wife’s drink when I arrive to pick up our food. She likes Cherry Pepsi, which they have, but it isn’t listed as an option on the mobile order

Chicken. I think it’s time for KFC to step up its game. We pick up food there almost every Sunday. We have noticed that the quality of the food has gone down considerably. The tenders are very small, and seem to be getting smaller. The chicken pieces are so breaded that you can actually stack up the breading after removing it from the chicken. A new Chik-fil-a has opened down the road, and KFC May start feeling the competition. Not on Sunday, but I think we will get chicken from somewhere else on Sunday from now on.

App loading problems, bag not being filled. I don’t know why, but whenever I try to order nowadays, the food doesn’t appear in the bag (it keeps saying “please wait” but I’ve waited several minutes); I’ve reloaded the app multiple times and even logged out and back in and it didn’t fix the situation. I’ve told the workers there about it and they said it was probably because of wifi and other orders; I had full bars and 5g and there was barely anyone ordering.

Very frustrating horrible app. Tried using the app a couple times. When I would get to the window they would say they didn’t have my order. The last time I had to park and go in show the manager the order I placed and where it had been paid for through the app. She just brushed me off and said there was nothing they could do about it, that it was a third party app and didn’t get any money from that sale. She refused to even try to help. Said I would have to call the 800 number.

Make drive thru an option. Went to KFC today. Ordered on the app. Went to the drive thru and told them I have a mobile order. I was informed that it was company policy that I had to go inside to pick up my food. I love restaurant apps specifically because they let me get through the drive thru quicker. Lol Lots of us were waiting for 10 minutes or more inside. I closed my account and deleted the app. I'm in pajamas, sir. I am never prepared to get out of my car. That's why I go to the drive thru.

Good deals when they work. Regularly you’ll be offered free fries or something along those lines but then no matter what sequence of either putting fries in your order then activating the offer or the other way around, and regardless of meeting the prerequisite spending amount, it just doesn’t do anything. “Free” full price fries, whether they’re part of a combo or a separate solo side. Some of the offers work, the 1$ off offer works just fine, but there’s too much false information in the app.

Great deals! App needs a few improvements.. Please add something that tells you when reward points will expire. When I redeem 250 points for a chicken thigh, there is no option to ask for extra crispy. Please add that ability. Also, a while back, I tried to redeem a Mac&cheese offer, but it was sized too large for my iPhone SE, and I was unable to scroll down to the “add to bag” button. I had to leave the app and use the website to get it done.

Menu not accurate. There are commercials, online ads and even notifications from this very app that the mac and cheese bowl is back. The stores around me all carry it. There is no mention anywhere of it being an in-store-only item, and yet like many other menu items it’s just not available anywhere in the app for ordering. What’s the point of having a limited menu online? Is it just to set you apart from most companies who offer MORE choices for online orders?

Works fine, but no rewards incentives to use it. The app is trouble-free, but I really can’t see the advantage of using it because unlike every other fast food app, KFC doesn’t issue rewards points. There’s no accumulating incentives for using the app, whereas competitors like Popeyes give you points each time you use theirs, so I tend to go there instead and enjoy the free food and drinks I earn from them instead of KFC.

BEWARE. This app will allow you to order items that are not sold at the location. I ordered wings on the app and drove 15 minutes to pick them up. The drive thru informed me they do not carry wings at their location and I will have to refund with whatever service I ordered them on. This app does not have a button for cancellation or order issues, the only way to contact them is through “feedback” on there website which is typically used to review your experience. Please fix these problems. Big waste of time.

No Refund. No Refund on the App nor anytime soon! This is the worst customer service experience possible which leaves the paying customer at the mercy of under under-paid and possibly underage drive thru representatives that messes up your order and curses you out! No recourse takes forever to get nothing from them. Rude in the drive thru an and on the 800 number. The worst. No refund on the app nor at the point of service - the drive through and they will wrangle you through a process which leaves you depleted of funds on the 800 number and No Refund! 0 Stars and delete the app!

App does not work.. I downloaded this app thinking that it would be an easier way to get KFC for my family on the way home from work. The app will not allow me to order more than one chicken combo and says that the maximum limit has been reached if I try to up the order in the cart. If I try to place an other order for a combo box of any type it will not allow me to purchase another order. This is disappointing as it could be a fantastic tool for those who want to bring home food and don’t want to sit and order through the drive-thru.

Decent service but sometimes the delivery button does not work. Overall I highly recommend this service but however it gets extremely annoying trying to place a order for delivery, where you put all details that are required to place said delivery and if you use a card to pay which I do input all that too but for some reason even after that it still won’t let me place the delivery, pls fix this problem it really ruins the app to work for delivery in my opinion.

Needs Customization Options. I like the app. It’s convenient when I want to order ahead and stop by after work to take home dinner. HOWEVER, it desperately needs a customization option. Maybe I don’t want Mayo and pickles on my chicken sandwich. Maybe I want 2 legs instead of a thigh. I have a picky eater and being able to change side options is vital. This prevents me from being able to use the app. Please update!

Do Not Recommend. I’ve had this app for what feels like forever and no matter how long I want, how many times I try, no matter how many times I install and uninstall the app, or turn my phone off and on it NEVER works! Every time I go to order it says no results. It doesn’t matter what location I pick it ALWAYS says no results and won’t let me pick a location. Even when I go to different cities and one time I even went to a different state and still nothing. At this point it’s just taking up space on my phone. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

App order submission. When you order thru the app, there is no communication on your order when the store has issues. I ordered thru the app in advance specifically to avoid a line. However when I arrived the store lobby was closed due to staffing issues. I had to wait thru the drive thru line, then only to find out they were out of extra crispy chicken and could not satisfy my order. My option was to take original recipe, or go thru the app to try and get a refund… after already waiting thru the line. I understand running out of product. I understand being short staffed. Turn off the online order option thru the store to alleviate issues like this. I would not be as upset had I just arrived at the store and experienced these issues. I am upset because the app offers a service it cannot in good faith fulfill.

Ordered from app before and somehow received support first though order history seems to have vanished but ordered 2 days ago and want to reach support and apparently THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT BECAUSE THERE ARE NEVER ANY AGENTS AVAILABLE AND VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE ONLY CAN TELL YOU THE OBVIOUS LIKE TOTAL & ORDER STATUS. SENT FEEDBACK EMAIL AND STILL NO RESPONSE. Then order today on a clickbait scam. Visually impaired and overlooked size options on Taste of KFC meal so lovely surprise when large sides in image are small. And funnier when customer service says this was a selection & realize yeah, +$1.60 more each. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

This app was pretty good…. But gosh is it ran bad. I tried to order lunch to be picked up on my work break from the location closest to daughters school that was by the kfc. I choose that location, then at check out it defaulted the location to the closest geographical store. I noticed this shortly after placing the order but 15 minutes before the chosen time. Rather than help me cancel it. All they did was ask for ridiculous information for 20 minutes, then tell me to contact them later. I had physically no way to get to the location the food was made at, and support couldn't be less helpful

Needs more options. I stopped using the app because when I order a combo it doesn’t give me all the drink options available at my KFC… I like unsweetened ice tea but it doesn’t give me that option although the store has it inside! I used to order and just choose any drink and when I got there to pick up I would ask to switch to unsweetened tea which would annoy them because they’d have to throw away my original drink order… please allow for all drink options!!!

Picture Vs Whats ordered. everytime i go to order my food the picture shows a mtn. dew sweet lighting but once im done nd go ahead and pay for my order i find out that its on pepsi nd now i cant change the order so i can get said drink i have to select the drink myself when it should automatically be set to whats in the image i clicked that image cause thats what i want if i wanted a pepsi i wouldve built the order and on top of that when i go to schedule my order there is no :50 or :55 option as if those times don't exist

Not ready to have an app. Did an order thru the app and the store messed up the whole order. The store couldn’t do anything so I had to spend 20 minutes on hold and then 20 minutes on the phone with customer support to get my money back. They didn’t even have any of my info from my order. The customer support ppl don’t hang into from the app. Terrible customer experience. Don’t build an app if I can’t give feedback for my order and get my money back thru the app when needed.

Crashes and adds 20 minutes. This is for the consumers and the developer. I don’t usually write reviews but this app deserves zero stars. It sometimes crashes when adding items to bag and other times when checking out. This app will take your money and reschedule your pickup after you pay. If you add a third item the app changes your pickup time 20 minutes after the time you scheduled your order pickup. This 20 minutes occurs when adding a third item to bag. It can even be an order of fries. The 20 minutes is added no matter how far in advance you schedule your pickup. I placed an order at 2 p.m. to be scheduled for pickup at 5 p.m. The app changed my pickup time to 5:20 AFTER I paid for my order. If a three hour heads up isn’t enough of a heads up for a fast food order please tell me how much in advance I need to place it. I couldn’t cancel the order in the app either.

My Reward Points show a Zero Balance. The app shows a zero balance with my reward points. And in contacting KFC, someone told me that I’m not supposed to redeem my points at the restaurant, which I don’t think someone understood what I wrote in conjunction to the reward points. I have never ordered at the restaurant, I have always ordered through the app to receive the reward points so I may use them later. But what good is having the app, if the reward points show a zero balance even after ordering within the app. Even the email I received says I have 1540 points. But I’m unable to use them because the app shows a zero balance.

Not like other restaurant apps. Unlike every other fast food app, with this one you cannot pick up in the drive thru. You have to go inside and grab from a pickup spot. This means they prepare it as soon as you order or presumably in time for a predetermined pickup time … which doesn’t allow for delays in getting there so your food sits there getting cold until you can get there to pick it up. With other apps they will prepare as soon as they know you are there to pick up so it’s hot and fresh. Also… there is no indication that the free bucket promotion has been applied for downloading and using the app.

Left hungry. We placed an order and waited for it. I noticed that it said preparing food but never changed from that. A little over a hour went by and still didn’t change and got a hold of the assistant chat and they said they would look into it and refund me but by the time all of this took place everything was closed and we wasn’t able to do anything except make something at home real late for the family. I am upset and don’t think I will use the app again.

Hard time to cancel an order through the app. Easy to order but hard to cancel. I scheduled to pick up at 4:00pm and called to cancel around 3:50pm before the food was ready. They first agent got my information and transfer me to the refund department and the refund department transfer me to online department. It took me 30 mins and told me because food is ready and couldn’t cancel. The first agent should told me at the beginning not waste my time. Or the first agent should cancel it for me not keep transferring. They should add cancel before the food prepared button!!!

Store not notified of order soon enough. I will place an order. It will say, for instance, the the order should be ready for pickup at 6:30. Come to find out that the order is not “on the screen” until 6:30. It is as if I just placed the order. The store should be notified and working on it so that when I show up at 6:30 to pick it up, it’s ready. It’s not that they are busy, it is that they don’t know about it unless they go looking for it.

Do not use the KFC app. I’ve had the app for some time and always found it annoying because you always have to log in(while driving) and many of the store lobbies are closed and you have to wait in the drive thru line to get your order anyway. I am now done with the app after KFC took my order for a chicken sandwich and hit my credit card, but when I got to the store a few minutes later, they were out of chicken sandwiches and would not refund my money.“you need to get that from corporate”. KFC app does not know inventory at the store level but will take your money anyway. THIEVES!

KFC doesn’t process orders properly. I have used this app to place mobile orders twice. Both times, the store failed to process the orders properly. The first time, the app alerted me that my order was ready for pickup. I showed up right on time and the order was not actually ready. I then had to wait 35 additional minutes for my order. The second time was worse. One day at around noon I placed an order using this app to be picked up later, at 4:30pm. When I went to pick it up the food was ready… except that it was all cold, stale, and soggy. When we tried to eat it, it became obvious that the store had prepared the order around noon (right when I placed the order) and then let it sit for 4.5 hours until the scheduled pickup time. I wanted a full refund and their customer service ghosted me. I’ll never trust this app again and neither should you.

Really bad app.. Spams you with ad notifications forcing you to keep them off, and when placing an order it will keep your last pinged location show a map with each branch and how far they are from you so i placed an order at the wrong place multiple times, and while trying to place a new order it will repetitively show you a coupon that youve already declined. With that being said i do love kfc and had no issues with any store, im just done with the app till its updated

Do not use this app!. This app is awful. I ordered food last Thursday, went to the store to pick up my order, only to be told that what I had ordered was no longer available and they told me they couldn’t refund me my money at the store and that I’d have to go through the app. There’s no option on the app to cancel your order. I’ve since opened a ticket online and have not heard back from anybody or gotten a refund. There’s a 1-800 number the store employees told me to call but I’ve held for 20-30 minutes and never get to talk to a person. What a terrible experience.

Why bother with the app if you have to go inside once you get there?. Seriously, I ordered using the app, arrived and went through the drive through to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready, but was told I needed to come inside to pick it up. There was no one behind me in the drive through. I could have driven up, ordered, (got the drink I really wanted which wasn’t on the app menu) and sat in my car after being up and working a 12+ hour day. I’ll know better next time…

Where do I set my favorite locations?. I travel a lot and have several locations I frequent a lot. Always have to find location nearest me which isn’t always the location I want to order from. Cause I may be traveling back through another town and pick it up there. Nice app, like other apps, needs favorite locations feature.

Bunch of Brainless Workers. They made me order through app cos I get to Pick up ny food quickly uaing Mobile Order Pickup. When I went there, these losers locked themselves inside not reaponding to me for 20 mins. I waited in Chicago cold for 20 mins and my hands are frozen to a point where I couldnt feel a think. I had to go back into drive through queue for 35 mins again and get my order delivered cold. They not only made me waste my time ordering agead, they also delivered cold food and made me freeze. Now I will make them cold enough with my lawsuit and make them taste what happens when they freeze a lawyer almost to death.

Worse Service Ever. I have had this app for over a year, I have complained multiple times per kfc email request. Again service was absolutely not acceptable (cleanliness, management, order wait time) at specific location. There is no cancel order in app after app stated my order was ready, I waited additional hour for my order. The biggest insult was after my complaint I was only refunded half my order not acceptable and no one should tolerate at all from large food chain.

No way to earn rewards if you order in store. I just ordered over $70 of food at the store located at 300 civic center drive Augusta Maine. Before I ordered, I asked them how to scan the reward and no one knew. Before we left, we checked the order and it was wrong. And the staff was kind of mad. When I asked why the napkin dispenser wasn’t working, the staff said they did that in purpose so the customers don’t take too many napkins. How rude! Really disappointed at the service at this location! Almost all of them look like they don’t want to work!!!!

Not user friendly. Ordered a relatively small order on app. Restaurant did not get the order ready until 40 minutes after the estimated time it would be ready and then order was missing things. Restaurant stated since ordered through the App they could not do refund or adjustment. The app has no way to register a complaint at all. Will not be using the app again. KFC needs to step up their app game. Every other fast food app I’ve used has been much more functional.

Terrible. We ordered hours ahead with the app but when we got the food home we realized we were given only half the order. A simple solution would be to call the restaurant, report the error and then go back and pick up the food we paid for. Nope, was told I’d need to get a refund through the app and reorder- even though they could see a mistake was made. It took almost an hour to handle the refund process through the app- which I won’t get for 3-7 business days. We didn’t bother reordering.

Unhappy customer. I made an order while having location services on. I made the mistake of not double checking everything, but the app had set my order to a location 50 miles away in another town when the closest location was only 5 miles. I tried to cancel order, no cancel button. I ended up calling said location, and they stopped making the food so it wouldn’t go to waste. They told me I had to call or email to get it canceled and refunded. I did the email, got an automated response, and haven’t heard back. It’s been over a week. I’m out $50 dollars. Not going to use this app again.

Deleted 5 minutes later. These guys are a hoax. They offer you coupons and yet you are unable to use them. I was supposed to have a five dollars off a $10 purchase and instead of being able to use my coupon. It went straight into my reward history. Customer service is a joke too. Rather than help me, they basically said they told someone else. When I tried to get on with customer service Vicious cycle of robots as they start to block you.

Bad first experience. Well let’s see, had to try to place the order four times using two different credit cards before it finally went through and when I got to the store and picked up the order, my two piece chicken was one piece of chicken short. Not a good first experience. Plus, there are absolutely no rewards or offers or deals of any type. Might as well just order in person at the store. This is a bottom of the barrel experience as far as a restaurant app goes.

Rude employees. The app says my order was ready, but when I arrived into the store (1700 W Parmer lane), the front desk employee told me that it won’t be ready until 15-20 mins so I went back to my car outside and waited 15 mins. I went back inside and asked the lady if it’s ready, then lady just freaking got mad and gave me an attitude saying it’s not ready still. I just can’t believe that employee treated me that way when I’ve been waiting for so long. ALSO, this app needs to improve on letting their customers know when EXACTLY our order is ready not an estimate of time that it’s gonna be ready like how they have it on Chick-fil-A!!!!!

Astounding mediocrity. It’s a bit of a coin flip if partnering with doordash is the main problem or it’s the poor api integration. After entering an apartment number it never showed to a driver. Took twice as long as the estimate to receive to the point where the app looped back to telling me the driver was heading to the store. No actual in app help beyond the virtual assistant that does nothing but repeat a few messages and seems to have no avenue for escalation. Seriously there are other fast food brands who can design an app that had features that don’t make me think it was coming out of production in 2013.

A lot of drivers taking my order. I just downloaded the app a second time and the same thing happened to me again the driver canceled my order againnn, I don’t play when it comes to food I wait about 30 mins just to get told my food is not coming and this is not even the first time this is ridiculous next time I want my money and the food because talking to support just to prove I didn’t receive my order is ridiculous there need to be better service here.

Not the full menu??. How do you finally build an app after being a decade late and manage to not even add your entire menu to it? Like just the main thing to point out, you don’t have popcorn tenders/chicken in your app menu. I have not been able to even order through the app yet because there are missing menu items or things are only bundled in a specific way on the app and you can choose what you’d like. Seriously your parent company is PepsiCo, you have the money to do better…

Trash. App does have a reward system, it is intended only for ordering online. On top of that when we did use the app, we got to the restaurant and our order was not ready. We waited over 20 minutes IN THE STORE after already ordering 10+ minutes prior. And had to ask someone to fix it. Next time we made the mistake of trying it again and went through the drive through and they told we had to come in the store.. and wouldn’t let us get food that was already paid for through the drive through like any other normal fast food place.

Lame. Not only did it not save my future pick up time for a later time, told me after submitting would be ready in 3-5 minutes, we live 20 away. Called KFC and they wouldn’t remake or hold, just tossed it on the warmer table. Also - if I use the app, I cannot pick up in the drive thru, you have to go in which I find ridiculous. Everything is paid for, one of the quickest orders and your gonna make me park and walk in for you to just hand me a bag?!? Deleted app, just stupid.

location & app. Let me start off by saying if I could give no stars I would. I am very disappointed by the app. They have KFC and Taco Bell combined at center location but those locations won’t show up on the app. The only location they show are another city away. It does show the KFC in my location if I zoom in on the app but can’t click on it. This is my second time redownloading the app to see if it’s changed but it hasn’t not. The app has deals I would like to get but don’t get the chance too. So once again I will be deleting it again!!

App does not mention “No Drive-Through”. I enjoy KFC's tasty fried chicken, but with its high calories, I try not to indulge too often. The app makes ordering simple, yet it lacks crucial information. Specifically, it would be helpful if the app could remind me to avoid the drive-through and head straight to the store for pickup instead of spending time in line at the drive-through. Some drivers even reverse out of the drive-through area, causing confusion. Please update the app to provide better guidance and enhance my experience!
