“My DB Gang” (174th & Division, Portland, OR). The gang at my DB is awesome!! I almost never have to tell them what I’m ordering cause most of them already know. Often if the line is long & they see me they’ll make my drink & bring it to me so I can pay & be on my way faster. To let them know just how much I appreciate them & how special they are (especially during the holidays) I take them mini muffins or cookies to share. Also after years of paying with my debit card found out if I use it to pay for my drink & the tip, after taxes are taken out they don’t get much of the tip so now I pay for my drink with my card & have a stash of $1 in my glove compartment so I leave $1 tip each time. Granted my large drink is only a little over $3 but it’s my way of giving back to them for a job well done!! YOU GUYS ROCK ❤️
App would be great if I could actually sign up. I got the Dutch bros app a few weeks ago when I moved to a different city that has Dutch Bros. I have been trying to sign up for an account so I could use my rewards and get a free birthday drink but the app will NOT let me put my birthday in. Entering all the other info works just fine but for some reason when I go to enter my birthday it just leaves the field blank after I selected the date and it won’t let me manually type it in either. Very frustrating and I even left it alone for 2 weeks to see if it was a glitch or something but nope I still am not able to sign up. I even tried to go online and sign up that way instead of the app but it looks like that isn’t an option either. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so I can make an actual account!!!
Worst App Ever - Beware. Do not use this app! It cannot be trusted! I used the app to add more money to my “Dutch Pass” and then used the app to purchase my coffee since everything has gone mobile since Covid. Over the next 24 hours, my credit card was a charged numerous amounts by Dutch Bros for a total of $1400. I contacted customer service and could not get anyone to answer the phone for three days. I had to eventually contact them through email and was told they were “working on it”. I was told someone would call me back with an update. A couple days later I called customer service and was told they were still working on it and someone would call me back with an update, but that never happened. About a week later I received an email response, “the charges made on your account will need to be disputed with your bank”. Whether there was some sort of security breech in the app, they refused to take care of the charges and pawned it off onto my bank.
Energy, empowerment and love. Over the years the crew at the Indemouth Dutch bros in Monmouth, Oregon have shown such high energy and empowered myself and my family to continue to make it through Day by day showing us so much love. I’m really sad to have to move to North Dakota for work as they have blessed my family so much! I hope this gets to them so really understand how much we love them and encourage to keep the same energy going as it lifts everybody up even when everything in one’s life seem dark, bleak or unknown. App is great but beware.... I would advise against setting up a credit card in this app. Someone hacked into my account and has continued to use it even though I've changed password several times. I also removed my credit card from my app. But as long as they never sign out of their app, they are not required to sign in to use my Dutch pass. So they've continued to recharge my credit card. Dutch Bros has been very helpful in setting up a new account and restoring lost funds but there should be some verification needed to recharge Dutch pass at least. I love having the menu at my finger tips and choosing to save my rewards for bigger rewards or spending them right away is also great. Ordering ahead at Dutch Bros does not go along with the "Bros atmosphere".
Resolved: Drive-Thru Option Doesn't Work. Update: The issue I previously had getting the drive-thru option to work has been resolved with the last update. A suggestion for the store: A line designated for mobile orders only, or something similar, would be great! There were two huge lines when I went and was blocked in after getting my order, so I still had to wait. I recently downloaded the app and the drive-thru option was unavailable. Now it's "available", but it doesn't work because when you put in your vehicle description, it won't allow it to be saved and you cannot proceed. Therefore, walk-up is the only available option within the app.

Enjoy the invasion of Dutch Bros,Dutch Bro’s is awesome you’ve got the greatest people working for you and five years ago I experience Dutch Bros. for the first time in Idaho and it was awesome looking for you to you guys moving down south in California and wish you’d put a new store at the Tejon outlet malls. The attitude of the employees that you guys have is amazing kind of like In-N-Out Burger of Southern California as they base their employees to be real real people and you guys have real people in a real business I’m 61 years old and I can’t get enough of your coffee in your drinks my wife who has never been to a Dutch Bros once you guys opened in Bakersfield she’s in the same boat I am you guys are the best congratulations on all of your facilities you’re the best!!!
Pretty Simple. Such a great cool app, the only downside really with this app is that I kind of wish it was a option where you could order ahead of time just in case when there’s a big long line, but also I do want to mention that when you use the app it doesn’t show you prices so that’s a little of a downfall,I think it would be really cool if they could show the prices underneath all the of the small, medium, and large. Their stickers are pretty cool, don’t get me wrong. Hey Dutchbros! Do you think you guys could possibly get your stickers to be used on our phones when we’re sending text messages to our friends? I think that would be pretty sick to do, also where can I apply because I have more ideas to help out. I’m not sure how to do that honestly, do I have to contact you guys? By email?
Love, love Dutch Bros. I lived in So. Oregon when Dutch Bros got started then about 12 years ago we moved further north above Seattle. No Dutch Bros…😫 until about 5 years ago. But they are in a town about 20 miles south of me — I live in the boonies. THEN they came to my nearby town so every time I go on errands Dutch Bros is my must have. I actually get 2 large mochas and take them home to put in the fridge to enjoy the next couple of days, hot or cold, depending on the weather. I heard they just went public and I’m hoping they don’t change like Starbucks changed. I’ll take Dutch Bros over Starbucks any day though. Also the employees are always so great. Don’t change Dutch Bros!!!!
Just one thing. I barely started going to Dutch bros last week because my friends wanted to go, I ended up getting hooked and now I go everyday. I downloaded the app to gets points and look at the whole menu but there is one thing I feel needs to be fixed. I think the app should include the price of the item on the info tap so if you go in person you already know how much your spending. There are also a lot of drinks on the menu that dknt have the info tab so I can’t see how much sugar or other things are in them. Other than that I love the app and I highly suggest Dutch bros to people who get coffee a lot because of the affordable prices or people who just want a sip once in a while. This is a very helpful app for me just those things would be a good upgrade.
Great app, with two small bugs. I'm a big fan of Dutch Bros; so far this app has been great with only two small bugs that don't really affect the main functionality of the app. The main issue I have come across is that I have had a notification badge on the app for about a week that won't go away! I have explored every corner of the app looking for a way to get rid of it and have yet to find a way besides disabling badged in my iphone settings. The other bug is the stickers - I go to the My Stickers page and a popup for the welcome sticker comes up and keeps popping back up every time I try to close it. I have other stickers on the page now that I am unable to access; maybe that's where my mystery non-removable notification is coming from.
50/50. I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico. There are two Dutch brothers, not far apart from each other. One is always busy. The other is not and this one that is my preferred store. They are much more friendly, most of the time they will call me by my name since is us on the app, just a better experience. The busier one on Rinconda is not near as friendly. They are busy enough that they need two people taking orders because the wait is too long. I’ve had a bad experience when one had argued with me about what they put into my drink. I prefer green tea or black tea, and I know the difference. I came from Northglenn Colorado, where the crew is fabulous. New Mexico crew could learn a few things from them. I miss my old team.
Love Dutch Bros.. I’ve been there 3 times so far and every time has been awesome! I’ve gotten two different drinks, the first was a chocolate milk based drink I can’t remember the name, it was recommended to me, it was really good! I’m a creature of habit and I get the White Chocolate Mocha from the other famous coffee place most of the time and I always have to doctor it up to get it to taste right and it never tastes the same, well Dutch Bros, so far, has been spot on!!! Their White Chocolate Mocha Dutch Freeze is amazing and both times I’ve gotten it, it’s tasted the same and required no extra, Splenda, or flavoring or anything!!!! Plus I got a free drink on my birthday the other day because I had signed up for their rewards program!! (It’s an app, go get it) And to top it off, their employees are all so sweet and friendly and helpful!!! Needless to say, I’m already a fan!! 🥳☕️
New version of app is not good Bros. When the new app came out I can use it because I can not not order ahead here or it looks like anywhere really . I lost my points and I know I had enough for atleast 1 free drink because I was saving it. I can’t see all the drinks. They removed the Eclipse drink and that is sooo wrong I know it was there. The new app seems useless to me now and I LOVED DUTCH BROS but haven’t been back in over a month because of this. I am a Uber driver and am used to go a lot and would recommend it to people coming toVegas from states that didn’t have Dutch when they wanted to try Local or West Coast stuff. I won’t now unless this gets fixed
Dutch Bros. By China House & Bi Mart in McMinnville Oregon. It doesn’t matter what time of The Day Early Morning Afternoon Early Evening or Later in The Evening we always are Greeted with a Smile a Hello how are you doing and it just kinda makes you feel good even if you don’t lol. They can be Slammed with Cars Two Lanes One Drive Up Window and You are still greeted the same way by the person taking orders on a Tablet or when You Get to the Window It’s The Same Big Smile and Honest Good Morning even when they are Slammed dealing with Very Rude People they still Smile and don’t Flinch even when they get Sweared at with Not so Nice Words. Every Person that Works There Deserves HUGE PROPS FOR WHAT THEY DO THEY DO YOUR BRAND PROUD. Thank You for Your Time Loyal Customer since Your First Coffee Shop.💙🩵💙🩵
No Dutch Bros in Honolulu. Be for leaving for Hawaii this October I stopped in at Dutch Bros in Merced and of course got your famous Black unsweetened Ice Tea! Well I have a big purse for traveling so I put my large Dutch Bros cup in my bag. I thought we’ll if they still don’t have a Dutch Bros in Hawaii I’ll just have to make team in my room and drink it. I go to Hawaii every year. I am an Army Nurse so I stay at the Hali Koa, the military hotel. They have a Starbucks at the hotel but it is only open from 6 am to 10am and that’s it. I would love to see Dutch Bros at the Hali Koa and the many PX’s & NEX’s. I love your drinks I love your staff they are always excited about life. They always make you feel special!!
Dutch Freeze and Mocha Freeze beverages. I live in Eagle Point and I have several Dutch Bros to choose from went I drive into Medford. I REALLY like the “freeze” beverages and I have gotten my older sister “hooked” too! But with some regularity I get one and it does not taste right. It is like the coffee and chocolate milk were left out and it is just a cup of ice. Thankfully I have always been able to pull into the next one down the road and get a replacement beverage. It is the consistent quality of the Dutch and Bros coffee beverages that makes them my favorite. I can buy one in Medford and it will taste just like the one I buy in Grants Pass or up in Vancouver, WA. (Where my sister lives) Anyway, just my comment on them. Thanks, I like the new DB app.
I love Dutch Bros, the app needs work.. Dutch Bros need to look at other companies apps for some ideas. It is very difficult to track point accruals or when they are near expiration. Currently I have purchases from 2 weeks ago and my points history doesn’t reflect any increase to the balance. Also, it would be nice to easily see in the app what point are expiring and when. Apparently emails are sent out with this information, but I’ve never gotten one. Update: I contacted them and they gave me the missing points. I’ve also received 2 developer responses, so apparently they want my review updated. No change to the rating. The app needs work. Like I told the customer service folks, look at other apps, like Starbucks. Their app works great for me and it’s easy to track earned points and when and how many points expire. Fix that and I’ll change my rating.
Killer drinks and Rad service. I haven’t been to Dutch Bros very many times in the past and I wasn’t familiar about the app and all of the benefits that it provides. The barista was kind enough to walk me through it while in the drive-through. Even though there was a line behind me, she didn’t make me feel rushed whatsoever. I got the app set up and ended up having to go back later that day to get drinks for other employees. They remembered me and added those extra points from my previous purchases that day, which I would’ve missed out on otherwise. They’re were kind and extremely helpful! I will 100% go back just because of their customer service! Thanks so much
Can’t lookup information on drunk from search. Can’t lookup information on drinks from the search portion of the drink menu. Even on drinks that they supply nutritional information for, you can’t access the information if you are searching by name for the drink. What’s the point of adding any information if I can’t access it through search? You have to go in and find the drink via the populated default options on the drink menu and even then you only can access a few drinks’ information as well as only a few drink options. It’s just like the dumb website update where you can’t access anything or see what the options are for craft-ability (the fact that any breve flavor could be a mocha or a latte etc.) beyond their “featured drinks”. Bring back all the nutritional information and drink options that your old website had and make this app more friendly by letting me search for the drink and then access the information on it.
AMAZING. Right away, my experience was great. It was my first visit and it was my bday so I got a bday drink which is AWESOME. I pull up, not knowing what to do… but as I pull up I hear simple plan and I’m like okay this is fun 😍 and multiple workers greeted me at the window to order and they were all very sweet and helpful! They talked with me about maybe what I’d like then I got something, they told me if I didn’t like it come right back, so I tried it as I pulled away and it wasn’t for me, the girl came out to my car this time bc there was a line, and she happily said sorry you didn’t like it, we will make something else for you. They have my love and business for sure after this experience ❣️ thank you workers.
Dutch will always be part of my childhood.. When I was in middle school, Dutch bros was the biggest sensation to hit the market. They had all kinds of cool, colorful drinks that all the middle schoolers were literally sprinting to get. It was down the street from our school, so yeah…sprinting. Throughout High School, I noticed that everyone was less excited about Dutch, but Dutch just became a part of routine life. Everyone had Dutch in their hand, and we all thought “obviously we got Dutch.” Once I graduated high school, I tried to go there as much as possible. Now, I’m in college and I always want to get Dutch, but can’t because the lines are ABSOLUTELY FULL with people who are dying to get their coffee/tea/rebel. Dutch Bros is always going to have some kind of nostalgic, pleasant place in my mind. Their drinks are fire tho fr. I usually get blue-razz rebel blended, but I decided to try new things. One of my absolute favorites was the daydream. The mix of the whip and the fruit hits different. Anyway, hope u read all of this. Thank you Dutch Bros for being a part of my childhood.
Forest Grove Dutch Bros. Forest Grove Dutch bos , today sitting in line an Im 2nd one back, and some gutsy chick in a black Acura SUV, all of a sudden swoops into a gap at the end of the porch between the next car of 5 already in line and I and the guy in front of me raised heck, he got out of his truck and walked up and told her that there were other cars waiting in line there already! She refused to move!! So I called the girl over that was taking orders in the lines already there, and told her what that chick did and she went and made her drive on around and did not let her get served ahead of the line, and she comped our two drinks and the guy in front of me’s drink , so when I got up there to the window I bought two more smoothies to take to the two young men at the Chevron Station across the road!! Can’t even make an account. I used to have an account with my phone number and had a different email. Recently since I wanted to change the email but keep my phone number (since I can’t change it) so I deleted my old account and tried making a new one but with the same phone number and when I get to the end it says that it’s “unable to create account” and it’s weird because it accepts the phone number but when I try to put everything else in like my name, the new email, and birthday, it won’t let me create the account and after a few tries it just entirely wouldn’t let me anymore because apparently there was “suspicious behavior.” It’s such a shame because I used to utilize the app a lot and now I can’t and even worse because I’ve been going to Dutch a lot more recently and I’m missing out on a lot of points.
Great mobile app. But what would make this app really great is having a app developed for the wearables. It would be so much more useful if they were to make a wearable app with full functionality as the mobile app. Whenever I go to Dutch Bros I have to unplug my phone as I still have wired apple car play and even if I had wireless CarPlay in my car my phone would have to be resting on the charging pad to work and I would need to scan my phone for the points. If they had a wearable app where the barcode appeared directly on the entire screen of the wearable so it could be scanned and similar to the Starbucks app. I can scan my watch during payment. I mean we are going into 2023 I think all retailers should have not just a mobile app but an app strictly for wearables. I mean we already have apps that can auto start your car drive your car. It’s just about that time
Very thoughtful and kind. A young boy lost steering and power turning into get a drink and hit the curb. I got out and helped him being the mom I am and would someone would do the same for my children. It’s Texas and a 100 degrees the girls came out instantly and offered us a drink…Went and made them brought them back and told me thank you for helping and the drinks were on the house. She was more worried about everyone being safe and having something to drink in this heat. After we got our drinks she went and cleaned up the debri from where the boy hit the dirt and that came up on the patio area…I waited for the young man to get a wrecker and took him home…It made my heart so happy to experience the kids mess and teamwork..Dutch bros will forever be my jam…The drink was also amazing ❤️ Thank you Thank you Thank you for training such an amazing team and having such a clean store and always being fast and helpful..Y’all rock!!
Horrible app redux >:(. The new app interface is unintuitive to use, lacks crucial features the previous version had, and actively discourages me from going to Dutch Bros. Checking dietary facts is now incredibly frustrating; you now have to load a TWENTY FOUR-page PDF in your browser and hunt through the wall of tiny text rows to find your drink, then read through FOURTEEN different columns to find the specific nutrition stat you need. Before the update you would simply click on the drink you wanted and then read that specific drink’s nutrition facts quickly and easily. You used to be able to open the app and instantly look through the menu. Sometimes I would read through the menu for fun and would end up going to Dutch Bros when I hadn’t even planned to. NOW, however… I open the app and have to go to the order tab, find the location I want, and click the menu button because nowhere near me even has this new order ahead feature. These extra steps are just so unnecessary! When I’m in the drive through I just want to quickly look at the menu without having to load multiple useless pages. I have genuinely gone to Dutch Bros about 50% less than I did prior to this update. I’ve seen nothing but similar negative experiences from other users, particularly on Reddit, and sincerely hope that the update gets walked back. Completely reverting to the old app and just adding another tab for ordering ahead would be the best move to make here.
Another Person Who Can No Longer Login. I had been using the app with no problems. Then, I started getting requests to verify my email account, except that no email verifications ever reached me - not my inbox, junk box, or even quarantine folders. I spent 2-3 months in multiple conversations with customer service via email or chat. We switched my email to another account. I never got a verification email there either. I’ve deleted the app many times and tried to sign in again. In short, when I go to sign in, I get directed to create a new account. Then, I get stuck at the last page saying the app is “unable to create account.” I finally got through by phone to someone at the corporate office. They said they were aware many were having this issue and hopefully it would be fixed soon. When I said it had been going on for months, they said hopefully by the end of November it would be fixed. With the lack of live people to talk to, everyone passing the buck, and people trying to appease you for the moment but never really fixing the issue, this is starting to feel like a Fyre Fest scenario. I am especially disturbed by the reviewer who said over $1400 was taken from her account when she tried to upload a small amount to her app for purchases and she kept getting the run around. App customer service is HORRIBLE, and I would never link my bank account now for purchases.
Most awesome. I at one point never really cared much for Dutch bros. My regular coffee shop was conveniently located where I use to work and where I live and we’re very friendly and still are! However, Dutch bros introduced me to a coffee drink that I just love! Hits the spots every time! I’d go between both coffee shops to get the same drink but pay very different! Common sense says go where I can save money so I go to Dutch bros as they make my coffee very specific and not really sweet! Balanced coffee is most preferred as in equal of shots to flavor! Even my children love Dutch bros! Thank you for being so awesome especially at 3 of your locations here! Two can be more improved with customer service but the three I go to no amount of stars can be awarded words can really even begin to describe your folks! Just awesome awesome awesome
I definitely have Dutch Mafia ties. I am obsessed with the Dutch Mafia.i go at least once a day. Sometimes twice. I live in Las Vegas. This is a small city with big personality. As a newcomer it can feel as though the city’s hustle could swallow me whole. It’s easy within all the lights and glitz to feel invisible. Not at Dutch Brothers. They know me, my boyfriend, our dog, our orders...they know good days and bad days and notice changes. They ask about the rare missing partner when one of us drives through alone. I love Dutch Bros. My home store is the BRAND NEW Ft. Apache location. I hope my regular crew sees this and you all know, Kat, Ken and Jedd love and appreciate each and every one of you! The great brews! The CONSISTENCY! The little chats and silly questions. The stickers. The new app! The secret menu. I could go on, but who’d read it? Peace!
Dutch Bros Rocks!. The first time I went to Dutch Bros in Crescent City there was a line of cars around the block and I thought I was going to be in line forever. However, when someone took my order while in line and actually brought my coffee out to me, I saw why I was in and out in no. time and all. The people there have added friendliness to their efficiency. I always look forward to going there. When I wanted to know the contents of some of the flavors, they let me actually see the labels and helped me to find diabetes friendly options. I’ve never seen the bar of service with a smile raised so high with any other drive-through coffee establishment!
New layout isn’t for me. So I’ve loved the new app since it launched!! I know some OG customers remember the punch cards reminds me if I still had them Dutch owes me a free one😂. But I can’t remember which update it was but the update that started showing the secret menu/ build your own. I did think it was a cool idea until I realized you guys took away all of the other drinks that was listed. Me personally I don’t like to drink the same drink all the time especially if it’s a Rebel or shakes or even smoothies. I don’t always getting the same thing especially when you guys had soooo man options it was hard to stick to just one, so I would scroll through the list and find one. But now it’s gone. I don’t mind the layout I just would like yall to put all the drink names back like how they were. Maybe put all of them back in the slot where you have the secret menu one.
LOVE 💕💕. The convenience of the DB app is amazing. I love that you can add funds to your account directly from the app. Keeping track of your points is so easy and accessible. The ability to redeem free drinks at any time and the fact that they last for up to six months is also phenomenal. They did an amazing job with this app. I think the only improvement that could be made would be if we could order directly from the app while in line. But I understand that could mess up their system so if they could work that and that would be awesome as well. It would help for those really hot days when the mobsters are not out i’m not out taking the orders due to the heat
Lost All Incentives to Go.. I’ve been a regular customer at Dutch Bros for about two years now, and I’ve finally just started getting 7Brew instead. The baristas at the Lubbock locations seem to have no idea what they’re doing, and tend to add tips without customers’ consent. A good lot of Lubbock staff are also just plain rude and will treat you like you’re stupid if you let them know your drink was made incorrectly. Just a few weeks ago, a friend of mine was refused a cup of water with their order. It is the hottest summer on record and that is ridiculous. On top of the Lubbock staff’s lack of care or kindness, the recent change to the rewards system has entirely taken any incentive to choose Dutch for my daily coffee. It already took a lot of orders to get just 250 points; and now it’s 3 points per dollar, as opposed to the previous 5 points per dollar. This shift has taken all remaining reason to go to Dutch Bros. 7Brew has a far better reward system, better drinks, all for better prices. I will be choosing 7Brew going forward.
Horrible. Stopped by on my walk yesterday am. App did not want to open. Broista told me they could look up my info on line but did not give me the ENTIRE story Ordered my drink THEN was told I can’t actually use your info that I have in the system to pay for your drink or let you earn rewards. You have to call customer service well actually there is an email address at the receipt that I can print out for you. So I did contact customer service after searching for the phone number on line Issue still not resolved I not only can’t access the app in my phone yet but I’m out the free drink I should have had yesterday And the funds that are still in the app. Had that been one of the LOCAL coffee shops or heaven forbid Starbucks that issue would have been resolved by the barista or manager right then and there.
Great App, stickers won’t work. This is a great app, i think if you added a way to pre order drinks that would be great. But my big problem that annoys me to no end is the stickers that are in the app. on the center of e circle that tells you the points there is a sticker. if you click it you are able to chose from other stickers to display on the home screen. However, the entire time this app has been a thing, it will not let me chose any other sticker and only has me keep the welcome sticker. when i click the x in the corner, it pops up the option to keep the welcome sticker. when i slide it away it pops back up. i’d like to be able to chose the sticker such as the drink for dane sticker but what is the point of being able to choose when it won’t let me. other than this glitch, good app.
Coffee Nirvana with a Side of Whimsy!. Where do I even start with the Dutch Bros app? It’s like my coffee-slinging fairy godmother, always there to sprinkle a little caffeinated magic into my day. The interface is smoother than their Nitro Cold Brew, and let me tell you, that’s saying something! Navigating the app is a breeze, even on days when I’m so under-caffeinated I can barely remember my own name. It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and doesn’t judge me when I order my third caramelizer of the day (unlike my barista, but we’re working through it). The rewards system is the cherry on top of this java joyride. It’s like playing a slot machine where you always win, and the jackpot is coffee! Every time I earn a free drink, I feel like I’ve won the lottery, but instead of a giant check, I get a giant latte. Win-win! In conclusion, the Dutch Bros app is my liquid lifeline, keeping me afloat in a sea of espresso and good vibes. It’s the perfect companion for my caffeine-fueled adventures, always ready with a punch of flavor and a dash of fun. So, here’s to you, Dutch Bros app, for being the wind beneath my coffee wings!
Love them!!!!. I have recently discovered Dutch Bros. and I absolutely LOVE them! First you can customize any drinks in hundreds of ways! I like lots of options and they give more than enough. Second, every time I’ve gone there they are SUPER friendly and very helpful. They offer me different options to help make up my mind. They offer cute doggy treats with whipped creams and/or a dog bone treat (if you want it for your baby). Employees have always had a smile on their faces. The other day, one employee brought out a nice drink for another employee who was out in the cold working (taking orders to speed up the long lines). Their cups are cute. I just love them and can’t stop raving about them to anyone who listens.🥰
Best Coffee Best Friendly Kids. I’ve been going to Dutch Bros since first one ever opened in Eugene. And when I travel to California I’m loving they are there and Washington. The kids are so friendly so darn cute. When my husband had his stroke the River Road Dutch Bros, knew I hadn’t been there for a long time, when I did show up so happy to see me and asked where I’ve been. When I told them, They said a prayer for my husband. And my coffee was free. Every time I would show up after that, they would always ask how he was. I appreciate it more than they will ever know. When my husband finally got home, I drove to get a coffee they all did a Happy Dance to see him, he was appreciated and embarrassed at same time. But I was so Thankful for them all. I’ve seen tons stay tons move on, but I LOVE them all. If I could tell there parents they did good.
Free Drink & Hundreds of Points DISAPPEARED. I had nearly 1000 points in my account. Redeemed a free (any size) drink. When I went to Dutch to redeem the free drink and use more points to get my wife a free drink neither the previously redeemed drink nor the points were in my account anymore. Account history has NO RECORD that either of these events occurred. Sent Dutch customer service an e-mail about the issue and the customer service rep basically told me the app shows I never achieved either of these… obviously there’s a bug with the app. Was pretty surprised that Dutch CS would call a loyal (and very polite) customer a liar. My wife and I were both witness to the app deleting a free drink AND my earned points. I’ll wait to see if I hear back from Dutch or the app developer on this issue otherwise will probably take our business elsewhere unfortunately :/ (ps the employees at the stand gave us a free drink anyway so 5 stars to the employees on the ground doing what they can to protect the business image.)
The Awesomeness of Dutch Bros.. Dutch Bros is an extraordinary experience in the realm of coffee drinking. There was a time when I totally disliked coffee but being introduced to my first Dutch Bros latte or mocha changed all that. I only wish I lived nearer a Dutch Bros stand as I am not driving as much these days. In addition, the fact that Dutch Bros is an Oregon brand makes it all the more special. As someone who was not only born in Oregon but has also written and illustrated several cartoon books about Oregon as well as creating the Society of Native Oregon Born (SNOB), I feel a special kinship with an Oregon based business of quality and note. Thanks Dutch Bros for making my coffee drinking experience all the more pleasurable. And by the way, my cartoon character, Hugh Wetshoe, believes that a day without a Dutch Bros drink is like a day without rain. Thanks again.
Panic. Just purchased a new iPhone 15 and headed directly to Dutch Bros. The app had been transferred to the new phone, but it would not work. The always obliging and happy baristas figured out a way to get the job done for today, but the app still didn’t work, I finally figured out that deleting the app from my new iPhone, reinstalling it and logging in brought the app to life with all my points and dollars in place. Huzzah! A few other apps aren’t working either, but who cares. Dutch Brothers is the only one that would send me into panic. Thanks for a great app and even a better drink. My wife and I really look forward to going to Dutch Bros and seeing many old friends. The one thing I could count on at any Dutch Brothers we go to in several states is young, enthusiastic, happy, helpful, intelligent baristas. And the same quality drink, no matter where we are. We were first attracted to Dutch Bros because of the enormous selection of sugar-free syrups. You continually make an old (76) couple feel young again. Keep up the great work.
So sad. I have been going to Dutch since early 2000’s shortly after they aired in undercover boss. I have always loved supporting local businesses and small franchises that have a good back story. We loved Dutch until they changed to using this app. Now all the points I had been saving I went to use only to find out they expired. Wow how can you go from not having the little cards that we can use whenever to putting a time stamp on when I can use what I saved up for. Not only did those points expire but you see my birthday ones were gone. I miss the family Dutch used to inspire and care for. Sadly today was the last straw. I continued to keep going just to support and good coffee. Over the years of going I am the only one in my family who drinks coffee but we would get non caffeinated drinks for others. I can’t count the times we ended up with caffeine in our drinks and today I had it. Simple drink coconut milk and white chocolate nothing else yet came home and bam espresso added again and my debit card was charged higher than the amount it cost. Yes it has been reported but our family will no longer support Dutch Brothers
Points and Access. I love Dutch, however I’m not sure what’s going on with the app lately. It seems I am not the only one who cannot access points. I have had my app since 2021, and have been a customer since 2008. I saved my paper cards only to find out they weren’t being honored in light of COVID, which I understand. There was no way to give credit for those of us that had free drinks on those cards. I deleted my app to reinstall thinking this would help, unfortunately it took me into what appears to be a cooperate account and I now have a gift card on the way. What frustrates me is I can still earn points, but have to get gift cards as a work-around to use. Does this mean another transition is near?
App review. Love how easy it is to load money, use your points, etc. Also love that all the menu items are always up to date and the new monthly featured drinks are on there with photos and all. I prefer Dutch over other places because all the ways the baristas will accommodate your order without any complaints. The only thing I would change is adding some of the drinks that are able to be sugar free to have the nutritional content on that too. For example, you add a no sugar pumpkin pie latte on your menu for the current seasonal drink and I love that. Wish it would be added for a sugar free golden eagle too, and others.
new update makes it impossible to create a new account. I love dutch bros itself but ever since the new update where you can only log in with your phone number, the app is useless. My dutch bros account was created with my old phone number and now i have no way of accessing all the old points i’ve accumulated. When i’ve tried to make a new account with my new number, the app ALWAYS says “lost connection, please try again” no matter where I am. Its so weird because I still receive all the notifications from the app, but now I can only ever log in as a guest and can’t rack up any points. Please fix this, or at least let us have access by email to retrieve our old accounts. Its honestly made me visit dutch bros less and less.
New app is awful. The new app is quite frankly terrible. It’s so much worse than the old one- which worked just fine. if you wanted to add mobile ordering to SOME locations (considering none of the many locations around me even offer it, rendering that particular feature entirely useless to me) it would have been a lot better to just add a separate tab or something for it. My biggest beef is that I can’t even see the entire menu like I used to be able to do in the old app. There are drink flavors I fully remember being available that aren’t listed anywhere in the current app! I just do not understand why Dutch would spend the large amount of money I’m sure they did making an app so much worse than the one they already had. It’s made me nearly stop going to Dutch entirely. I went from going AT LEAST every other week if not multiple times a week to not being able to remember the last time I had it (it has to have been MONTHS) simply because this app change has annoyed me so much. If something doesn’t change with it I’m not sure I’ll return except to cash out my points for free drinks I already have.
Greatest drinks ever. Yesterday was MY 3rd time going to Dutch bro’s I’ve heard of them b4 but never went to any locations..So My kids purchased a caramel apple smoothie for ME Thursday night an frm there I was hooked..MY husband an I made it Friday date night so he cld try this amazing drink as well..He ended up getting a caramelizer an loving it an I got yup u guessed it a caramel apple smoothie such a heavenly drink..That led to ME craving to GO there again on Saturday an yup u guessed it WE went..This tyme I downloaded the app got a free drink plus an 2 other drinks..The young man who took MY order was so very pleasant an friendly,on top on ME getting the caramel apple smoothie I wanted to try a Dutch bro soda so I asked his opinion an omg he was so knowledgeable of the drinks flavors ect he took his time with detail info to help ME make MY final decision an yes I love the soda too(an normally I don’t drink soda at all)..When WE reached the drive through window the young ladie workn was so frndly an kind a lil small tlk an she had bundles of positive energy..Over all Dutch bro’s is an awesome place both the drinks and staff r amazing I will b going back regularly an can’t wait for the Dutch bro’s to open up near ME..KEEP up the great work guys 😃😃
Clean, safe, trusted scottypalm. As a aren’t we worry about where our kid work and we should. Yesterday was my son’s last day at ScottyPalm but it is not for my wife and I. He was safe, coworkers screened for the right set of qualities Dutch Bro’s culls out of the applicants and they are good at it. I never worried about drugs, or meanness, or fighting. He is in much greater danger up the street at Circle K and double that danger at QT. So Dutch Bro’s, do NOT ever hear any negativity and keep doing what you do…. DB 4 Life. I grew up in southern Oregon. I have had the pleasure of getting to know the founders of Dutch Bros (RIP Dane), some of their family and numerous stellar employees, both corporate and at the individual stands. They not only provide the best coffee, they provide a positive experience with each visit. I severely missed being able to grab a Dutch Bros, as we were living in Florida for fourteen years. Now that we are back on the west coast, it has been a continuous enjoyment and appreciation to have this back into our lives. This area did not have any DB stands a couple years ago. Now, there are four and I hope to see additional locations open in the future.

the app sucks. it doesn’t load, it glitches, and when i go to pick up my order the restaurant never has it on their system. great idea just needs more development so it actually works properly.

The app never loads. Literally no matter where I am, whether I am at home or out of the house or even in the line at Dutch Bros™, my reward points never load neither does my homepage. The only thing that loads is the menu which is useless to me, especially when I’m just trying to use my reward points. Honestly makes me just want to delete the app altogether.

can’t order sf ahead. so the first time I wrote a review they didn’t allow for redeemed points to be used on the mobile orders. they fixed that but now you still can’t order sugar free freezes or blended rebels, only iced coffees. I don’t understand how that’s even an issue, why isn’t the WHOLE menu available to order ahead?? what extra steps could possibly be needed to include blended sugar free drinks on the order ahead menu? and why would you roll out the order ahead feature without making sure ALL of your customers would benefit from it? it’s been a few months and you STILL can’t order sugar free freezes, what gives dutch bros???
Customer Service excellent experience. The crew in Visalia California on Mooney I experience the best Customer Service I have had in a very long time the healthy communication I heard between employees telling them special ingredients and things about orders just within the drive-through line and the patients of the employees the best thing about this experience was the warrant greeting I got from every single employee and I pass-through for employees thank you for what you guys are doing and keep up the great work this deserves the five star quality review off of one experience.

Hate the new tap to activate!. The app is fine for using reward points and gaining them through normal purchases. HOWEVER, since the rollout of the ridiculous Starbucks like “tap to activate” for extra points and other offers, I’ve had nothing but issues. I tried to resolve this with customer service, but was basically told I just have to wait for future updates to address it. Considering they previously auto-applied the offers before these updates, I think it’s all a money scam to keep people from actually earning points. We have 4x points today (so says my notification) but I can’t see the offer no matter what I do in my app. Again. Stop trying to be like Starbucks and save a dollar. The auto-application system was MUCH better.
Your Customers want to Win Too!. Many times my Dutch Bro App was denied a Scan because the ones taking my order was in such a big hurry to close the sale by asking if I wanted to TIP or not…Scanning the app helps me gain points for a free drink…The App replaced the punch card, which is a bummer because if the sale is complete they can still punch your card without making an excuse that …”Sorry we can’t do that because you already paid”! Thats what I get for an answer. My understanding is that along with taking your order, they are supposed to ask you if you have the app so they can scan it. This is happening in every State I purchase in now. I travel from Coast to Coast, I love Dutch Bros Coffee… However, if they are not even trying to help their customers score a free drink every 10 purchases…while they are getting their “TIPS” from every customer all through out the day and they Score Big! It would be Wiser for me to move on and take my business elsewhere. Please don’t let your long time Customers slip away like this.
I Love Dutch! And the App!. Honestly, I love Dutch Bros and the app is fantastic. It’s probably the best coffee store app I’ve ever used. What I really don’t like, though, is that I lose my points if I don’t use them quick enough. I don’t live anywhere near a Dutch Bros. There aren’t even any in my state. I travel a lot for work, though, so I do acquire a fair amount of Dutch Bros points. I’m just never able to cash them in because they always seem to expire by the time I’m able to get to a Dutch Bros again. I miss the stamp cards because those never expired. You earned the stamps and you were able to use them. I understand why they went away but we should be able to keep our points until we can use them since we did in fact earn them by being loyal to Dutch.
It’s a different and fun experience. I love going there. Anyone of them is just fun. I’m not sure what you guys do. But you hire some great and fun and full of energy people. And not to mention most of the time, everyone one of them, no matter what employee makes it…. It’s the same. You get just what you want and crave!! Keep doing what ever it is that happens there. Because I don’t speak for just myself. It’s a magical place to be. The service and people skills, energy, smiles and of course the drinks. It’s AMAZING. Thank all that works there. FORGET STARBUCKS. This is THE BEST coffee place ever! Starbucks may have some pretty good pink drinks but when it comes to actual coffee, Starbucks is practically trash. The coffee is so so delicious and they dont over load their coffee with sweetners (unless you ask haha) the drinks are Always consistent. Their coffee is genuinely amazing quality and you can taste it. One of my favorites their Kickers! Another amazing thing is how fast they get your coffee out and ALWAYS RIGHT. And they are always SO SO NICE (not the annoying kind of nice lol) i freaking love this place i havent gone back to Starbucks in almost 2 years. Best decision i ever made 😍
Great app and great company. I’ve been a user of the app since it first came out. Heck I was one of the first users from January 2021. There’s really no complaints from the app it self. Well designed and well coded with hardly any issues. Love the occasional themes added to the QR screen. You need more of those. One suggestion is having a list of all the flavors. Sure you can search and see drinks with different flavor combinations but it would be nice to see an official list of all the flavors. It definitely would be useful for newbies to Dutch.
In-App ordering. Dutch Bros is my absolute go to in the current town I live in! However, they are the only one who doesn’t have order ahead through their app to save time. They also happen to be the one whose line is the absolute longest every time I get there. The three times I’ve tried walking up to the window, i’ve stood there for over 10 minutes and no one has come to take my order. I’ve tried this at two different locations here in my town and the same thing happens at each one. It’s also a crapshoot, whether an employee will come out to take your order when the line is super long for the drive-through. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.
Best Coffee Shop. Dutch Bros has been my favorite go to coffee shop since I was 16, and I’m now 36. The care and compassion of the baristas here make the experience even better. In 2019, my father passed away suddenly and I stopped by Dutch Bros headed to my parents house to be with my family, I was a hot mess trying to order. The baristas inquired as to why I was so upset and when I told them the situation, they collectively decided to pay for my order that morning and it made my soul so happy. Dutch has been there for myself and my family throughout so many hard times and the caring and compassion from the staff always brightens my day.

I love everything about Dutch brothers except for when I don’t get my points that I should get because I do enjoy getting those free drinks at times I just want what I supposed to get and I would be very very happy because I am a very loyal customer I go to your store every single day seven days a week sometimes twice a day like today I’ve gone twice now so I wish I had some very loyal customer so just keep giving me my extra points that I supposed to get and I’ll be extremely happy thank you appreciate you thank you for your time 😎
New Update is a swing and a miss. The new update makes it harder to find the “secret menu” flavors. It also will not let you look at the menu before placing an order. I had to look up what my favorite drink entailed on a third party website and hope that is the actual flavorings I needed. My drink did not taste the same so something is different between the old app and the new update. You can also not customize your drink to do certain sugar free substitutes or customize amounts of ice. I would also like it if you could easily switch between versions of drinks like iced, blended, or freeze. I hope DB updates the app again to add elements of the old menu back. It’s a good start with the addition of online ordering but the app isn’t where it needs to be yet.
Hit or miss! But love the staff!. First, let me say that I LOVE the staff at the location I usually go to. (PDX airport.) However, it is very hit or miss. I usually order iced tea or the Rebel drinks. About half of the time the tea tastes like water, with no flavor at all. Also, if I ask for light ice, they take about 2 inches out of the drink. (I do this because I work a long shift and it takes me hours to finish it and I don’t want so much melted ice!) They have been very gracious when I complain and usually comp my best drink. However, not filling the drink because I don’t want all ice does not make me happy. Again, the staff is great, the drinks “usually” taste great…just would like to see consistency!

Servive and Quality. I have never seen a business so dedicated to service of their customers like Dutch Brothers! The young people that work here are absolutely top-notch Young people and display their love and dedication for everyone they touch. I think the world of each and everyone of them. The quality of Dutch brothers products is the best I’ve ever tasted, as a former Starbucks customer I have not patronize a single Starbucks since December 2020 when this business opened and will continue to support Dutch brothers at home and wherever I may travel. Best coffee ever. I love my Dutch. Bros in Ripon California. Everyday I go to see the happiest, friendliest and most pleasant kids around! I have truly built some real life relationships with some of them, I’m like their step mom or eve like a grandma too them. My dogs even get super excited when I say” who wants to get Dutch Bros” they start jumping and looking for their leashes lol. The coffee is the best! I’ve never like Starbucks and we have a few cafes here and one I really do love but none are as good as my DB! I look forward to starting my day off with a coffee from DB every morning and I go in the evening many times to get some tea, also so good! Stephanie B.
First time trying Dutch Bros coffee. Hello 👋 I don’t ever write reviews online. But, I did want to write this review. We recently got a Dutch Bros here in the Valley where I live at. I have always been addicted to Starbucks, and Dublin donuts second. Although, when I tried their hot coffee which is very rare for me to drink at all as I always drink cold brew coffee. Their coffee was AMAZING! I instantly fell in love with it! I wish there was a Dutch bros closer to me as this one is over 30 minutes away. But, I will say worth the drive. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, and that also makes me happy!🤩
Dutch Bros ROCKS!!!. I’m so glad DB FINALLY had an app!!! I absolutely LOVE the Sharp and Division DB! They know me by name and drink. They are always super sweet! On the rare occasion that my drink isn’t right, they gladly remake it for me and don’t make me feel bad about it.(Tried different coffee stands/companies and they aren’t always nice about it) All of the kind, smiling faces(pre masks) are a highlight to my day! You can tell that providing every customer excellent customer service is a priority for them! I love Dutch and I love this app!. Like many Dutch fans, I was saddened when the pandemic hit and my stamp card was no longer accepted. I was over the moon when they announced their rewards app. I downloaded it ASAP and immediately loved it. It is hands down one of the coolest looking “restaurant rewards” apps - fits Dutch perfectly! It runs smooth as well and I haven’t had any glitching issues. I love the load up and pay feature, as well as the auto-tipping. My broistas always confirm that I actually want to tip (I do!). I really enjoy unlocking the in-app stickers. I go to Dutch at least weekly, if not more often, so gameifying my time there is enjoyable, i.e. if there’s a sticker that gets unlocked by ordering 2 drinks, that’s a day I go and surprise a friend or coworker with a drink. Surprisingly, I’m happy Dutch moved into this digital platform. They took all my old stamp cards and used them as coupons and now I don’t have to tryyy and keep up with them. Thanks, Dutch!
Expiring Points. Honestly never seen it do this before but now the points expire? What if I’m so busy I never have enough time to go to an Dutch bros because it’s too far away from me? I can’t just go every day and save and use my points? I used to be able to use my points a few times without needing to constantly go. Also, they’ve become stingy with how many points you get per drink or however that works. So, now, they’ve made it more difficult for the people who like to use the app but don’t have the luxury of going every singular day to a Dutch just to get points for a free drink ( which used to be worth it in my opinion ) AND they give you like .5 of a point per drink. Got it good job dutch bros team👍🏼
DUUUUDE!!!!. I so love Dutch Bros Coffee!!! I cannot get enough of their coffees!!! I stop by just about every time I get off work and or before work!!! So love all of their flavors!! And love getting their stickers too!! The workers are extremely nice and so friendly and so welcoming at the Norman, Oklahoma store!!! I highly recommend this to anyone that loves coffee and or anything to do with coffee and also they also have muffin tops!!! The best!!! I got my sister hooked on Dutch Bros Coffee too!! My account got deleted?. I’ve had the Dutch app since the day it was released, I use it every week and have loved the point system. However today I went to Dutch and was logged out of my account, when I went to log back in it told me that my account doesn’t exist. I’m heartbroken that I have lost hundreds of points and the fact that I’ve been a long term account holder has always been a silly little pride thing for me. I don’t know how to get my account back or any of my points / achievements.
Thank you!. I love live Dutch Brothers! One the coffee, sizes, and price is awesome! But the culture that they have created with their employees! I was going through a very dark time for like a year. Every time I came through the staff did little things to make my day. I didn’t even tell them issues they just cared, like writing Queen on my lid, or other uplifting things! Absolutely love, but….. I love Dutch and the company even thought their drinks have gotten kinda pricy. The only thing I can request is a way to put in any food allergies in the app so it flags it for the broistas!!! I have a severe dairy allergy so there are drinks that I can’t have without it being made a different way than spec, or I get a drink and it gets messed up because the normal one has a soft top. I’ve been in the food industry for a while and people with allergies don’t often know what is in their food that they are having, they often just assume because they asked for an alt milk that the broista will know that they can’t have dairy.
Love, love Dutch Bros. I lived in So. Oregon when Dutch Bros got started then about 12 years ago we moved further north above Seattle. No Dutch Bros…😫 until about 5 years ago. But they are in a town about 20 miles south of me — I live in the boonies. THEN they came to my nearby town so every time I go on errands Dutch Bros is my must have. I actually get 2 large mochas and take them home to put in the fridge to enjoy the next couple of days, hot or cold, depending on the weather. I heard they just went public and I’m hoping they don’t change like Starbucks changed. I’ll take Dutch Bros over Starbucks any day though. Also the employees are always so great. Don’t change Dutch Bros!!!!
Amazing Service. Pulled into line at the store on So Virginia in Reno, baristas was taking orders on iPad when she got to our car she asked if we wanted our usual drinks and named them exactly. My wife and I were overwhelmed that with hundreds of drive through customer she must see weekly, she remembered us and our drinks. I told her thank you and kept repeating how amazed we were. Especially since we have always worn our masks. I don’t even recognize people we know when they are wearing a mask. Outstanding job. Our drinks are always perfect. 👍👍👍 3 thumbs up. Thank you.
Dutch bros obsessed!. Since we’ve got our new store here in FL I love it! I’ve been every day 😂😂. The golden eagle chai is my now go to! When it comes to the app the only I wish is that in our account history it would show our receipts with item breakdown for price(maybe I’m being weird but each day I order my price is different even though it’s the same thing). I feel going through the drive through it’s a hassle to ask for a receipt since they have to go back to the store to get it. Or maybe they could have the portable printers with them. Keep up all the great work, enthusiasm and delicious drinks!
No Dutch Bros in Honolulu. Be for leaving for Hawaii this October I stopped in at Dutch Bros in Merced and of course got your famous Black unsweetened Ice Tea! Well I have a big purse for traveling so I put my large Dutch Bros cup in my bag. I thought we’ll if they still don’t have a Dutch Bros in Hawaii I’ll just have to make team in my room and drink it. I go to Hawaii every year. I am an Army Nurse so I stay at the Hali Koa, the military hotel. They have a Starbucks at the hotel but it is only open from 6 am to 10am and that’s it. I would love to see Dutch Bros at the Hali Koa and the many PX’s & NEX’s. I love your drinks I love your staff they are always excited about life. They always make you feel special!!
Need to add pre-ordering and purchase history. I use the app frequently and I have never had an issue with it. A couple suggestions: if customers were able to pre-order drinks and have them ready when the Dutch pass was scanned, it would reduce the amount of time the baristas spend taking orders. If we were able to save favorite drinks, it would make it that much easier! Second: it would be really useful if there was purchase history available in the app. When ordering several drinks, it’s hard to know if they were rung up/ charged correctly.
A new convert. I tried DutchBros after the ever increasing wait in line for my usual coffee place that suddenly was not allowing mobile orders, even driving out of the way and not preordering my coffee Dutch Bros is my new morning and sometimes multiple stop in one day place. I was able to get my coffee faster, it was better tasting- much less expensive but my biggest hurrah is how pleasant everyone was and how efficient ordering was, I was met in line to order and my order was delivered to the car before I had made it to the window- 4 minutes! Yes in 4 minutes I was edging out of line and on my way.
Dutch brothers just makes ya happy. Been a dutch brothers fan for many many years, pretty much since I move to the Pacific Northwest, so that’s like winter 2008. I like to joke that I am the most Boomer-est millennial that there is, so it took me 100,000 years to finally get this app. Now that I have the app, thanks to the youngsters who work at the Dutch locations that I frequent, and helping me out with it – I’m friggin loving it! It fits right in with the whole vibe of the Dutch experience, and it’s only enhancing my day to day, week to week life. If you’re on the fence about getting,Just download and enjoy!
Bros and the bracelet. So I just got a DB in my town but to get to it is still too far for me to drive. BUT, you guys were giving away the bracelets on 11/16 if you got two drinks. I got up early the next day hoping bracelets were still available and maybe had a few extras from the day before. I would get me and my friend a drink ( me the annihilator and she the cocomo) I made my way to DB. Sadly you guys sold out so fast on the cute little things in the first 30 minutes! Soooo, do it again and I will get up earl to get DB just so I can have that silly, little cute bracelet. I would rather have that than a red cup. Love you guys!!
The morning blood fuel. I always find it interesting when you treat your coffee shop like your dirty little secret. As a full-time mechanic father and husband I have found nothing more enjoyable than a delicious golden eagle just before a chaotic roller coaster. I super appreciate the staff and the well-rounded positive attitude I receive every single time I order from Dutch Bros. I do believe that the owner of Dutch Bros came to Utah on a trip and just like former history proclaimed that this is the place. Before long we will have Dutch Bros on every corner and happier civilization. Dutch Bros you guys make my mornings great!!!
Quick, easy, hands free way to pay. I wish you could see order history and charges. It’s too hard to figure out when we don’t get charged correctly (like when the wrong drink was comped on a birthday order). Disappointed y’all did away with cherry flavoring. And since adding oat milk to your menu, I can’t trust anything but your sodas now (allergic and celiac). DB is becoming too much like a certain other coffee chain with a cult like following. We used to come here at least once a week (usually 5x) but the whole experience is kind of a let down as time goes on.
Hard to find flavors. The app was fine when it originally came out… ever since the recent update it’s just become trickier to find their “secret menu” items. If you’re an OG customer you know the flavors aren’t really “secret” so I don’t get the point of hiding them. On the other hand, if you’re a new person at Dutch Bros, you can’t even understand why DB is so good, because you don’t know about their thousands of drink combos. Please fix it so the drinks are easier to navigate in the app. I feel like so many drinks were taken off the menu as well. The update is too simplistic that it is not efficient to show customers the full range of drink options that they offer at DB

My favorite go to spot now!!. I recently started buying at dunking since one has been built nearby to me and I’ve been obsessed since. I love that there’s menu items with energy drinks too so I don’t have to settle for a coffee or tea to get my caffeine source from because to be honest I’m not always in the mood for coffee. Plus the employees are always nice and I’ve never had an issue at this company’s franchises with customer service or the quality of the drinks. As I’m typing I’m literally thinking of what I’m going to order today haha.
Order Ahead !. I love the order ahead feature on the app, I’m able to make my order and everyone else’s really quickly. I can use it to order ahead or if my driver gets there too quick then I use it as a template to order! The only thing that would help would be the ability to cancel your order due to incorrect address or at least a note saying to confirm your address. If not then a way to transfer your order to a different location would help a ton. I recently had that issue where I had my home town dutch for the address and I was in Colorado instead of New Mexico. Otherwise I LOVE LOVE LOVE the app!!
I’m sure Dutch bros is great but the app is not. I downloaded with two expectations I should say. Convenience and convenience. I had issues signing up with finding the confirmation email. Was excited to see I was getting a free drink for signing up. Excitement was short lived as my location doesn’t offer order ahead ? Okay. Then I realize I can’t favorite drinks that look or sound good to me and my friends for easier ordering when I do get there and order. Like, why have an app? I redeemed my free drink and now I’m not even going. I’ve literally never in my life thought about door dashing Starbucks but maybe they have cranberry orange muffin wholes available with modern conveniences? Just, this app did nothing google wouldn’t have done. Shown me the menu so I can write it down and go wait in a line.
Never disappoints. Dutch bros is always top notch, we always have a great experience here! Even though the lines are out of control, the coffee at the end and the friendly customer service always makes up for it. Now it’s even better with an app and reward points for their customers! The only thing I’ll say is, for the long time customers that went through the pandemic without being able to use our stamp cards, we should have gotten free points or at least 1 free drink upon signing up. But oh well. Thanks Dutch bros for creating this app at least!
Order Ahead Thoughts. Just recently got the order ahead feature in my area. It's fantastic, the confidence and speed is amazing. It makes it much easier for me to get drinks in a timely manner as there is only one Dutch near me so it gets quite busy. The one thing that would make it even better and more convenient would be the option for Apple Pay. I do not load my pass often and I do not like having to input my card info every time I order. Even an option to save cards to accounts would be nice!
What’s better than free coffee?!. I highly recommend downloading the Dutch Bros app to any caffeine craving people. Dutch bros has many festive, fun & classic, caffeinated beverages so you can pick and customize the perfect one for you! Not to mention receiving a free drink upon download and a free drink every birthday! You also gain Dutch points with every purchase. This allows you to get even more free drinks. What’s better then free coffee? I’m not sure. You also get to customize your app with cute stickers, participate in events to get more points towards a free coffee. I love Dutch Bro’s and it will continue to be my favorite early morning, road-trip, & pick me up, place.
Love Dutch Bros but please FIX THE APP. I, like many others, wasn’t able to get into my account. I was finally able to reset my password and was able to get back in after giving me several errors for my e-mail address. Thankfully all my points and money was still saved. On a brighter note, I’ve completely switched over from the other place as Dutch Bros has so many sugar free options. I’m able to try many drinks without having to worry that it’s loaded with sugar and carbs. The broistas are super friendly. Not one time have I gone and had an unpleasant experience. 🌟
Having a bad day .. The Barista apparently noticed I was upset the other day when I ordered my drink . I just kept my head down and said no small talk today please . And ordered my drink . When I went to pay for the app. He said it was free ninty nine , no charge.🥲 Just have a better day . Yes I started crying more … I didn’t realize other people saw the sadness in my eyes since I was morning the loss of my mother and was not in the mood to share that day . Let’s just say . The Vancouver Mall Coffee Store Location. I needed to drop a note to my Dutch Brothers Family Clan!😊 When my wife and I were living in Vancouver, Washington, we were duly impressed with the Dutch Brothers Family Clan at the Van Mall Store location we love all the kids who work there they are like our own muck impressed with the founders vision for a Coffee Business. Great Coffee great Coffee drinks and the excellent alternative drinks there too. In the part of Oklahoma where we are at the closet place is Oklahoma City 😳😂 You need more locations here in the South! So, we can teach these Southern folk how Coffee can really be! Miss our Dutch kids at the Van Mall 😊
Late night slackers. All but one time that I’ve gone late at night it’s taken five minutes per car. One time there were only three cars and four people inside the hut and it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink and each car waited over five minutes, it wasn’t just me. During the day they’re a lot better. At first I thought it was because of their age but they have young people working during the day also. Maybe the slackies get the Night Shift. The coffee is great, it’s not over burnt like Starbucks. But sometimes I like that better taste. Not late at night
It’s about time they got an app!. I’m so so happy that there is finally a Dutch Bros app! This is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to, and I’m so glad they’re expanding across Colorado! Very happy with the app, the ability to pay with it, the fun stickers and replacing the punch cards with the point system. I have just one tiny issue—I have a notification that won’t go away. I have clicked literally everywhere and it won’t disappear. Very minor thing that does not detract from the amazing Dutch Mafia and the tasty drinks! (But if someone could figure out why it’s there, that’d be super cool)
Stamp cards saved more $$. I ran the numbers and stamp cards were probably a better bang for your buck. The old stamp cards needed 10 drinks for your next drink of any size to be free. Let say you’re getting a medium drink every time which is about $5. With the app, you would need to buy exactly 10 $5 drinks to get a free medium drink- the same amount needed to get a free large drink with the stamp cards. You’d need to buy 3 more $5 drinks to get a large with the app. I guess this would be better for people who always get large drinks since they’ll probably hit that free large in less drinks than people who get mediums, so I’m happy they’re dollar is getting them more. However I feel that medium is the most common size so this would effect a larger scale of their customers. The app itself is fine. It runs well, I enjoy the prepay option, and having an easy way to access the menu (even though I wish I could see the drink info, but they have that on their website so not too big of a deal for me). I also think less litter and waste from little stamp cards is a good idea; I just wish we were getting the same deal we used to get with stamp cards.
