Not worth the wait. Downloaded the 55 app after a fantastic pick up experience at the Knightdale location. Sent my husband to Garner, ( we live in Riverwood Athletic Club) and the app did not give the Knightdale location for an option. Figured, same place, just a different location; waited for 45 minutes for him to bring home a Fried JB&B Chicken Tenders sandwich missing all of the regular stuff it was supposed to come with, barely any JB&B sauce and the tenders were also burnt. Also was supposed to get Ranch with my fried pickles...nope...looked and tasted like a balsamic vinaigrette. This is the reason I do not try new things; I will not try this location again for sure.

Worst app ever. Doesn’t work and too difficult to figure out. We never get points because our restaurant doesn’t have the system to add them. Horrible app and the worst ever

App is broken. Tried to login with Facebook and Apple and it won’t let me in. Basically denies my login information saying that there’s no account associated but then when I go to create an account it says that my email and phone number is already in use. Makes no sense. Had a bunch of points saved up in the old app and now they’re all useless.

Snow Hill, NC. They charged $9 for a Cobb salad with Grilled Chicken straight out of a bag … no cheese, no fried onions, no sliced eggs just a salad mix and the chicken was not grilled, also got Lil cheesesteak combo and Lil is the key word here. May have had a piece of mushroom in it, but the protein was lacking. Go somewhere else.

No can do. The new app does not work. It tells you to use same login info then it rejects it. Losing points because old app want take them and new one want let me in.

Order wrong. Didn’t get drink with order

Awful. If I could give no stars I would.. tried the mobile app thinking that would be the easy to get my order right. Nothing they gave me was correct ordered fried pickles got these nasty looking chili tots that were coming apart that looked like mush.. I’m disgusted not worth the money at all!!

Food is tasty, app is terrible. App keeps rejecting orders over the stupidest things like “Large Sweet tea is not available on an Americana Meal please change your order”. I change to Lemonade, same thing. I one time went through every drink on the menu in a Combo and still got the error. I end up having to order everything as individual items to get what I want, spending more money. Seems This may be causing issues when trying to order with a 3rd party delivery as well when I can’t pick up my order. Sounds like a major issue with the ordering system that REALLY needs to be fixed.

New Mobile App. Need to be able to find all the menu items and extras. They’re not all there.

Wonderful service and food. My location in Athens Tx has wonderful service and great food. So glad we have a good place that’s quick and offers more than just a hamburger. The customer service is outstanding! Thank you!

Will not work. App will not work…. Open the app… opens to 55 splash screen and closes

Local restaurant not on the app. Please add the Mocksville, NC location to the app so that online ordering can be used for this location. I find it hard to order at the drive through as they rush you when you’re trying to tell them what condiments you want on your burger, sides, or drink. Online ordering would make it much easier. I’ve not been back since my second trip when each time I was rushed, interrupted and spoken over when trying to order. I wasn’t even able to complete my order for being rushed.

My store, and the owner are great. .after a bad experience, the owner made it right and now that the app is fixed we are extremely happy!

Where’s the tots?. My order was correct - except I ordered tots with one of my combos and got fries instead. Kinda disappointed because I wanted to try them 😔

Too Much Salt, Sodium. Our recent order from the HWY 55 on Wayne Memorial. My cheesesteak was very salty tasting. I do like HWY 55, I got to be mindful about my salt intake. This is a first. I used the app to place my order which worked fine. I wish I could say that about the cook who prepared my food.

No Refunds. I ordered my food only to find out that the place is closed. The app has no means of getting you a refund for orders the store never completed

No app. Can’t get the app to open, what gives?

App is bad for customizing orders. I’ve used the app twice to order food from Hwy 111 Goldsboro store. Both times they have gotten my order wrong. I don’t think the print out is showing any removed items. Will not be using the app again. The service is always good though.

APP IS BROKEN & WORTHLESS. App tells you to login with your old credentials then gives an error msg that the user can’t be found. If you try to register/sign up again, it says your email/phone number is already in use. (???) I’ve been trying to contact support for over a year about this & NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED. Not sure what Hwy 55 paid this app developer for this useless app, but they got scammed. 😠

Embarrasing. Don’t waste your time.

Try again. The new app is junk. There is no way to add points for current transactions. Locations west of North Carolina do not show up. The old app worked better.

Two orders. I have ordered 2 times and both times the order was wrong and didn’t get a drink this last time. Guess I won’t order here through door dash anymore

Disappointed. Everything about our mobile order was wrong. Wrong cheese, wrong toppings on cheesesteak, burnt fried pickles and soggy fries. We drove 30 minutes because we had such an awesome experience the first time.

No good. This app doesn’t even list the their restaurant three miles from my house in Snead’s Ferry, NC so I can’t use it to order for pick up…I’ll take my business elsewhere

First time using the app. I get to the Georgetown South Carolina store after ordering. They had no idea, say they don’t even use the app

Caveat on New Stores!. This app does not work with new stores. The store isn’t “valid” and one cannot use any of the perks. Cannot order or earn points. Either the app should get on the ball or have a notice that one should wait X amount of time before using the app.

A Lot Better. It would be a lot better if this app actually registered all the Highway 55’s....I can’t even use it to order from the store closest to me......idiots.

App won’t even open anymore. Idk what happened but the app won’t even open on my phone anymore. Worked fine a month or a ago but now it’s gets to the splash screen and crashes.

Not a viable or robust app.. The app fails to open after multiple reloads. There is no barcode to scan for points. I contacted the corporation to let them know and show them my receipt for a $10.00 purchase for which I received no reward points. Very frustrating.

Long time customer. Tried your app today; needs a lot of work particularly when trying to customize an order. On another note, really liked the old location much better. Staff was friendlier and room was warm and inviting. New location needs help; I suspect there are new owners! Tried a Cobb Salad today; big mistake !

Had high hopes…. I was super excited to find out there was a rewards program for Hwy55 being it’s basically the only restaurant where I live. After placing multiple mobile orders and receiving points, my rewards NEVER seem to work. I always get a notification that says “Error Validating Basket” when I try to apply them and it’s super frustrating. Good intentions behind the app, but so much needs to be fixed. Do better and stop spreading false advertisement.

Joseph Surf City. Food was excellent,and so was the staff! Great restaurant, nice atmosphere.

Not set up correctly. It let me make an order for a restaurant that doesn’t support online. Then I couldn’t cancel the order and had to order in person and pay a second time

App won’t open. For some reason the app just stopped working. It blows up every time you open it. I sent an email to the company telling them what it is doing, gave them my iOS info, turned off my VPN, deleted and re-uploaded the app but they insist there is nothing wrong with their app. Oh well, I tried.

Phony Sign In with Apple option.. The app presents you with the option to Sign In with Apple and then proceeds to ask for a bunch of detailed personal information such as email and phone number. None of that information should be needed with a legit Sign In with Apple process.

Useless app. Downloaded this app and never got the location in Florence SC to show up. Enjoy the food here and the service is great! The app is useless to me. The closest one to show up is in Myrtle Beach which is an hour +drive from here.

Incomplete orders. My First order they didn’t bring My Concrete….Every order since I haven’t gotten silverware or napkins. They forgot my toast one day didn’t bother to complain! Today I ordered a side salad and a large lemonade the salad came with bacon on it which I didn’t order and I never got the Lemonade…Disappointing because I like the food so this is a dilemma because I’m tired of the lack of quality service.

Useless App. The old app was no longer usable and this new app doesn’t even recognize the 2 locations that are within 5 miles of my home. And customer service won’t respond to my emails.

Stale onion rings. I spent over $30 on food just to get cold, stale, disgusting onion rings with my order. My son and I both ordered onion rings with our Togo meal . I can’t even explain the taste. They tasted like they been sitting up since Saturday night and I ordered Sunday evening. I love Hwy 55 but this by far was the absolute worst especially paying that amount of money. Hamburger steak was ok.. my son did like his jalapeño cheesesteak.

App Issue. Can’t get the App to open on my iPhone. I’ve downloaded it three times and it still doesn’t open.

Happy customers. We are always happy with our orders, but we have a few things to say/ask why is onion rings on the platers as a side but we can never get them, we have tried several times, time after time and again to fail. If you don’t no longer have them as a option please change it, or if you do have them then fix the app. And another thing I used my point to get a free kids meal and it took my points and still charged me, and 1 little container of gravy is hardly enough for the fries, let alone fries and shrimp. But as I said we are happy customers and the food is and almost always is wonderful. Thank you 🙏🏻🥰🙂💜

Cannot Customize fully. Please get your developers to correct the customization on your “ cheeseburger” or add in “hamburgers” as an option. I shouldn’t have to call the store to order a hamburger because “no cheese is not an option on a cheeseburger”, which does make sense…it just isn’t functional when you have no other way of ordering what you want.

Pay attention people. How hard is it to READ what comes in on a mobile order and prepare the order correctly. No fries on one meal. Cheesesteak sandwich full of peppers when the box was unchecked. Asked for no cherry or chocolate syrup on a banana split. Well guess what. No wonder no one was in the drive through at 6:00pm on a Saturday night. Guess my order wasn't the first one you didn't give a dang about.

Stores aren’t notified. I placed an order through the mobile app and even though i got a confirmation email and my card was charged the store did not have my order. Your own employees say that the mobile app is awful!
