Kelly J. App works good. I mainly use it to review the menu. They are only a few blocks away and just order takeout. I order and usually done by the time I get there to pickup. Great regular and gluten free pizza and the broasted chicken can't be beat! App does not crash.

Awesome. They have made a lot of improvements I’ve experienced. Much more user friendly.

Needs work. I am unable to remove anything from my order. The remove button doesn’t do anything. So I got tired of messing with it and just ordered the extra stuff I didn’t want.

What is going on with ordering.. I used to be able to order delivery for sides, salads, things other than deal packages. What happened that is no longer an option

Good Pizza, Terrible App. We love the food at Pizza Ranch, but this app is terrible. It takes forever to load. The updates are too few and far between; for example, our Pizza Ranch expanded their delivery radius six months ago, but I still can’t order delivery from the app. Also, if there’s a mistake made in the ordering, getting your money back can take up to four days. Thank goodness for the management at the local restaurant because he actually knew how to fix the issue (I’m sure because he’s had to deal with people who have problems with the app). C’mon developers, you can do better than this!

Wonderful family restaurant!!. Lovely place to visit with great food, fun games, great people! App is great to use and receive rewards through!

Poor app. The app is quite poor. You have to "start an order" if anything goes wrong after that the only option is to start a new order. The old order is just cleared and gone. Some screens have trouble loading, and the app can just crash out.

App never works. I’ve tried to use this app multiple times and it never works. Unfortunately some of the order deals are online only. Always have to call in order. Have reported it to the store and then have no concerns supposedly. Very frustrating!!!

Better then before. The app works better then the old one

Barely Functional. Pizza Ranch is probably one of my favorite restaurants and I get delivery from them often. I’ve never had bad service or bad food but this app is absolutely worthless. For the past six months it only is able to get an order through maybe and if you’re lucky 8% of the time. It usually hangs up on verifying information after you’ve spent time entering your order. It just spins and spins. I’ve updated..deleted..re downloaded it..nothing works. It also makes you create a different account than on their website which is ludicrous. The website doesn’t work any better and In the end just call your order in, the staff are always friendly and want your business. I don’t know who is responsible for their app and website but fix it!

App is garbage. This app NEVER works for me. It never remembers my log in info, or pizza ranch member number. When I try to pay with my card it consistently says my card is expired and my card doesn’t expire for another 3 years. Which in turn makes me have to call the location to place an order, and I always feel like I’m talking to some incompetent kids. I love pizza ranch, but your app is absolutely garbage.

A poorly designed app. So this app is a great example of how to design a bad app that causes your eyes to bleed. You say that one only has to give up phone number and yet demand address and more. The auto fill does not work. The background makes it hard to read. Please hire a UI designer or fire the one you have at this time The amount of problems with this app are legion that I could go on for a long time. This app is not worth using it is so bad.

Service Dog friendly. Before I lost my Service Dog to an unexpected illness (still saving for a new one) A friend took me to the Pizza Ranch in Branson the place was busy but still the tables we cleaned as fast as possible, the food always stocked and the staff were very friendly and not ohhing and awing over my large Shiloh Shepherd Service Dog. It was a pleasure to eat there and now we have a Pizza Ranch in my town of Springfield, Mo. I can not wait until I can afford a new Service dog so we can go get some awesome food. By the way you should add hot wings, and baked or grilled chicken.

Very buggy app. I've had Pizza Ranch rewards for over 10 years. I have 3 main issues which are really annoying issues! - every time I back out from a pizza selection, it kicks me all the way out to the main page to start a new order. I have to know exactly what I'm getting from the start and complete everything or start over entirely. - I've moved in those 10+ years. If I go into the section to update my profile it does have my current address. However, when I start a new delivery it auto populates my address from 10+ years ago when I created the account. There's literally nothing I can do because the correct address is in the profile. - if I select that I want a specialty pizza, for example I love their taco pizza. It brings me to the create my own pizza and I have to select each topping to essentially create my own specialty pizza that I can walk in and order in the store. Not a fun experience. There's certain online deals that are extremely difficult to use because of these issues.

Fantastic. Works like a charm! Much better than other restaurant apps. Love that you can take the survey right from the app.

Terrible interface. I spent 30 minutes trying to place my order. The remove “links” would not allow me to remove an item. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to start over. Then when I was signing in, it gave an error that my login was incorrect and that I was logged in followed by the login screen at the same time. All this made my hour long trip to pick up the order that much longer

Location needs help!. The Ashwaubenon Wi. location never seems to keep up with the food demands. We have gone here several times and they are always out of food on the buffet during the peak times. Not sure why they can’t plan accordingly .Tired of waiting whether it’s standing in line because they won’t open another register or waiting for food to be brought out. Thank you to the wait staff though, Always kind and courteous!

Can't order pizza. As others have stated this app is total trash. After 20 min of setting it up it stopped me on place order as it would not let me select "as soon as possible". Gave me an option to order tomorrow. Not only did they lose me today as a customer but it will be a long time before we order or visit a pizza ranch again because of this.

What's the point?. What's the point of having an app if once you set everything yup, log in, and then it takes you outside of the app to a browser to place your order? Of course in the browser I had to log in yet again and reenter all the information that I had already spent time entering into the app. Please get your crap together.

Must have app!. Love this app. Gives me all the info I need about my Ranch Rewards account and reminds me of Double Points Days!

Great company/pizza, terrible app. App has quite a few issues. I'm on iPhone 14 pro max. Sometimes have issues applying deals, can't select other payment options other than cc, currently can't even start an order and getting invalid token / card number error right after I click start order.

App works 10% of the time. This app has been buggy for the past two years when I first downloaded it. Now it won’t even work at all. Every time I try to place an order, it says “there has been a problem communicating with your restaurant”. It says to use the back button to try again...but the app doesn’t have a back button. I’ve tried several times but nothing works. Pizza Ranch is my favorite go to for quick delivery meals and now I cannot even place an order. 😓

Not user friendly.. I go thru the ordering process and checkout and have to re-enter my password again. I have Touch ID and also have changed my password multiple times and always get an error message. Please fix this, I really don’t want to call to order. I have a $5 reward that’s expiring and now I’m so frustrated, I don’t even want to eat from here now.

Granddaughter’s favorite. Everytime I visit my granddaughter in Appleton she loves to go eat at Pizza Ranch. She is 4 years old on November 27th, and we will be in for all of her favorites from the salad bar, pizza bar, dessert bar, beverage station, and “comfort food” bar! Your Staff is doing an awesome job keeping all stations fresh, and used tables cleaned. Your Restrooms have always been clean and well stocked. Your floors are kept clean as well! For being “short-staffed”, you all do your very best and it shows!

Glitches. This App needs serious help, does not work properly attempt to open and then it closes again, can’t use at all, I have points on it, another issue is that the rewards on the card don’t stay on to long I had some before and when I went to use them they was gone? Really, Time to delete app and eat some where else the place here in Springfield Il is a dive it’s always dirty and some employees are rude. I will take my business back to Godfathers Pizza and Chicken Buffet out on Dirksen Parkway or Golden Corral Right behind Pizza Ranch.

Do not download.. I’ve never ever been able to order pizza with this app. It doesn’t recognize any information I submit or it tells me error... I’ve installed and deleted and reinstalled. Not once but three or four times over the last two years. Save yourself the frustration and order over the phone.

Dumb.. Every time you start an order, it does not keep you signed in so unless you know your rewards number and can type it in, you won’t get rewards points for your order. If you click the wrong back button, it closes out of your order and doesn’t save anything and you have to completely restart, address and all. Really needs improvement.

Keeps losing my order. Been trying to order for almost an hour and I keep getting the spinning pizza of death before it loses everything I’ve added to my cart. Frustrated beyond reason as it has already been a difficult day and I can’t order my family pizza and use the rewards I’ve earned.

Confused…. I’m confused because when I tried to make a account it said there was already an account. But when I tried to sign in it said no account found. What!? I’m basically screwed out of having a account because I can’t use my phone number because of this situation. I’m so confused.

Great little app. New and improved. Runs smoothly and doesn’t take room on your device. Simple and easy to use. It’s also very helpful when needing to locate a ranch when on the road traveling!!

Great food. The pizza is great however I absolutely love the fried chicken. The coffee is great and convenient to take home. The sweets are also good. I have no complaints about this place. Oh yeah the app is convenient tells me my points I can check in by just a tap. No glitches for me

App Lost All My Order Progress. I set up an account through the app, then the app asked me to log in to create my order. I then tried several times to log in, but each time it told me the information was invalid. I tried the “forgot password” button, but it couldn’t do that. Once I started ordering, the app was very slow and took a long time to load each screen. Halfway through ordering, I had to set my phone down to take care of something else. When I picked my phone back up, I got the loading screen again and all of my progress was lost. Then, when I was completing my order the second time, I tried to add a pizza. There was a pop up that asked if I wanted to add a sauce with it. I’m not sure what I clicked, but it added the sauce to my order without the pizza. This app really frustrated me. I like Pizza Ranch, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering through the app again.

Major scrolling issue. App unusable on iPhone. Can’t scroll down when trying to view deals. Same issue when trying to order in the browser on the iPhone (both Safari and Chrome). The only way you can order is to turn your phone horizontally.

It’s so convenient.. I love using the Pizza Ranch Rewards app, mainly for the convenience. I can see my point balance right on the homepage, I can check into a location to earn points without having to dig my card out of my wallet, and I get messages about Double Points Days and new menu items.

Non functioning app. Each time I try to log in with my rewards account, I receive an error about the specified host name not being found. The same credentials log me in without issue on my desktop. With no login ability, the app is useless. (Side note: how does the login page of this app pass ADA accessibility regulations? The font color does not have the proper color contrast ratio to the background)

The App is Great. Great app, easy to check in and with my large family the reward points add up fast!!!

Unsuccessful Tries on Logging In. Website navigation works better to make a mobile order than the app by TEN fold! The app will display that the user doesn’t even exist, whereas you go the traditional website with your registered account and can order without issue. Way behind the curve with even a Gas Station that makes terrible pizza when it comes to online ordering. Developers and the Pizza Ranch Team must be extremely proud of their Continuous Improvement employees that are supposed to make jobs for both the customer and employee easier on this blunder!!!!

From a software developer - this app needs a lot of work!. I can't login with my valid credentials that work on the website. Nor does it accept my rewards card number. This is a huge turn off to using the app further. I am a software tester and see bad releases of apps, but this one is at the top of my list!

Doesn’t work properly. Deals don’t work right. Unable to add a specialty pizza to a deal when it says it is an option right in the deal, it forces me to make my own 1-topping pizza. Unable to remove items from my cart, so I have to close out of the app and restart if I add something I want to remove. App crashes randomly and tells me to refresh my browser. Overall terrible experience.

Love the new app!. Works great, upgrades solved any issues. I love it when a company listens to it customers and makes the needed changes!

Your app is poor, actually unusable!. You should take a look at the Domino’s and Pizza Hut apps and just copy one or the other. They work great. I should not have to create an account and login just to see your menu and pricing. Edit: I forgot to mention that your pizza is better than either the Hut or Domino’s. For that I have no problem at all just ordering using the phone!

Chicken Ranch!. This Pizza Ranch app is very convenient for me! I am a substitute teacher and I often decide during the day that I want Pizza Ranch to do the cooking for supper. The app is easy to use and understand and I can pinpoint when I want to pick up my food. It's always hot and fresh, served up by a smiling staff person. I'm a happy customer, although I call it Chicken Ranch!

Delivery address glitch. App adds West to my street name from what I enter. I’m not able to change it when it shows up on the delivery page. The driver calls since that isn’t an address in our town.

Horrible app. This app is the worst!! Unless you have WiFi and are connected you will be logged out of the app, have to reset your password, then it tells you the new one is invalid, and it just goes on and on and on. I have even had the manager of our local PR try and call IT support but no one will call him back. We have left my information for them to call and again- no response.

Can't even order pizza with it. Too glitchy too use. Gave up and called them too order. Keeps crashing Maybe add support for Apple Pay wallet for the rewards card. It would be nice to see my points and certs right there on my Apple Pay wallet with all my other rewards cards.

Wrong location for delivery. I live 10 miles from a location that does not deliver and 11 miles from a location that does delivery… the app does not allow me to order delivery because the location won’t allow me to chose the other store for delivery and makes me order carry out only.

Pizza chicken buffet. Great buffet great pizza and chicken is one of the best a great value and great servers and people all around the problem is customers and kids especially being slobs and inconsiderate

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t work. Continually crashes. Can’t locate server. Useless.

Please fix this!. Every time I go to use this, it’s a different issue. Last night, no deals could be used on any specialty pizzas. I tried to add items to my cart and kept getting an error message. I love our local Pizza Ranch but you are making them miss out on business!

Junk. I have had a Ranch Rewards account since the inception of the program. This app will not recognize and/or accept any of my information in order to log in (e-mail address, user name, card number, etc). It is useless junk.

App not working. I used to love the ease of use on your app. We tried to order delivery tonight and it won’t let me check out. It just keeps asking me if I want to add cactus bread.

Andover MN location. Great staff. They keep the place clean. The food is hot and there is plenty of it. I highly recommend this location.

Buggy App. The Pizza Ranch app is full of bugs and is poorly conceived. It gets stuck in loops and I cannot remove items from my shopping cart. I’m going to unload and reload the app to see if this helps, but I am very frustrated with this app.

Nobody is perfect. I love pizza ranch food, restaurants and service but this app. Is lame don’t work is the worst ever see. Take forever to set up, I try to order a deal and keep adding items then imposible delete. Please see at the biggest pizza delivery app. And try to make something like that.

WORST APP EVER MADE. This is the worst app I have ever used. No one on your app development team actually used this app. Terrible UX, so frustrating that I order from somewhere else every time. You are losing money because of how bad your app is. God is disappointed in you.

Worst App Ever. This app is garbage, it doesn’t let me login and I know exactly what my user/password is. The functionality and set up is not good. I set a specific pizza ranch as my favorite location and it will not save. The internet website for pizza ranch is also dysfunctional.
