It works. Good app, orders retain order customization data on lost focus that most mobile apps don’t. *Cough cough McDonalds* Good food just can’t eat a lot since its menu is small and repetitive.

They are so GOOD, js a minor problem. I love them, they have several delicious plates, Molokai and Kil are my personal FAVORITES waiters are really respectful, portions are perfect, love it.. Just one thing! Sometimes when I order double rice because the the Mac they have hurts my stomach they added extra Mac and not extra rice so I couldn’t enjoy that much, but other then that I crave for their plates and the app is well kept🤗

App not working!. App won’t even load up. I only see a split second of it opening up but it immediately closes. Tried deleting and redownloading but problem persists.

It don’t work with the new 15 iOS update. Please update your app so it will work for the update for 15 iOS.

Normally great- not this time. Had a tight window so we put in a pick up order. Said it would be ready at 12:30- by 12:50 everyone else around us had been served and we were out of time to wait. When we asked about our order we were told they were getting slammed with orders but were given no timeline. Ended up shouting to someone to cancel our order and leaving. Really disappointed because I love the food and this was my first bad experience.

Don’t use the “Order it Again” feature if you make modifications!. I learned the hard way— Don’t use the “Order it Again” feature if you make modifications! We don’t like Mac and always sub for veggies and pineapple but, when you select the “order it again,” it submits it as a standard order. We were too far away to go back once we figured it out, and now, we’re still hungry and we’re throwing away a lot of macaroni tonight. 👎

Not bad but needs improvement. This app seems pretty good but you need to make it possible to add a receipt manually. I just down that app so I didn’t get credit for my first purchase because I purchased before I knew about the rewards program. Plus sometimes you might be without your phone when you eat so it’d be nice to upload the receipt after. Thanks.

Delicious Food…. Food is delicious. Portions are big. Would recommend this place to everyone. However do not order curbside pickup. There is no way from their app to notify them when you’ve arrived. The app instructs you to park is pickup space #1-4 and they’d bring it out. I waited over 10 minutes and no one came out. Several employees looked out during my time there and still no one moved. You’d think if they would see someone parked in those spaces they would at least look and see if there is an order for that color and make of car (cause they do ask when placing order). It’s disappointing that the curbside pickup they offer seems to be non existent. They should just offer order ahead and pick up through drive through or inside. I ended up going to the drive through to get my order about 10 minutes after arrival and after the time they said it would be ready.

App log in doesn’t work. Log in and see account information. When try to put items in cart keeps saying session times out log in again. Log out and back in and same issue. Deleted and re install app with no change. As such app is totally useless. Web ordering worked ok.

Your session has expired.. I sure love getting spammed with instructions to do something from a terribly written app. I stopped eating here after 3 times in a row they literally forgot half the food and I’m talking have me rice and meat but no mac. And every other time I received what can only be described as a literally handful of meat. But I saw I had a $10 coupon for my birthday and decided to use it since it was basically free food. “Your session has expired. Please log in again.” Yeah logging out and back in does nothing, deleting the app and and logging in again also does nothing. This place is insanely overpriced and just like the app the experience has been repeatedly terrible. Don’t use this app, don’t give this place your business.

needs an I'm here option. Every time if I show up before my time I have to wait for the order to pop in the system even if they're not busy. The store needs an option to pull the order up and start working

Awesome place!. We got food from here the other day and it was delicious! Customer service was great and they took care of us! There was a small mistake on our order, but they came back and took care of it! Very happy with the experience!!

Stay away. Even with using the app, they still haven’t gotten my order right. This place has ok food, judging on what else is on the menu. Can’t speak towards anything I’ve ordered. Basically, they hire anyone they can, they don’t hire people who care. Don’t waste your time or money. Stay away. Marinate chicken in teriyaki and grill it at home with rice and mac n cheese. Will cost you much less and won’t cause a headache dealing with these idiots. Don’t get the app, it doesn’t work well and it won’t help make matters any better. Just delete it from your phone and go on like they don’t exist. Trust me, you’ll thank me one day.

Good is great but the App doesn’t work. This is the third time I’ve tried to get into the app and it closes immediately. My phone is updated and the app shows no need for updates. The food is delicious and always fresh but the app does not work.

Gone downhill. I’ve been eating at HB for roughly 5 years. It’s always been amazing but the last 3 times I’ve gotten it the portions were so small and that was on the plate with added meat. My box weighed like maybe about 1/3 of a pound and I had double meat and double macaroni salad which is heavy so it should’ve weighed at least a pound if not more. I just places an online order and if it’s not up to par then HB will no longer be in my top 3. I’ve spent a lot of money there over the last 5 years and I feel like probably half of the time I left feeling disappointed. We’ll see how this order is. And this is the Barry Rd. Local.

Order wasn’t correct. My order wasn’t correct. Contacted location, was told they would reach back out to me to get it taken care of but never heard back from anyone. I have been to this location several times and everything has been wonderful. I wish things would have been right this time since this order was to share with my parents for their 50th anniversary.

Verify your pickup order. Ordered through the app which worked great. Had to wait for the order well over specified time. Still not a deal breaker. However I picked it up over an hour away from home as we live out in the country and I ordered extra sauce as I really like it and wanted extra I was so disappointed to get home and find they put the wrong sauce in. I paid for that and it’s wrong. That’s not cool.

Food is good but the app not so much.. I placed an order through the app - it’s been over an hour and I STILL do not have my food nor is there anywhere to contact Support for more information. That’s not good. I have no idea if I’ll ever get it!

LHB. Great app, very convenient. I would just make sure to add a curbside side option and not just pick up. Other than that no issues at all.

Good when correct. The food is delicious. But make sure you check your order. They have messed our orders up and missed items multiple times. We use the app to be faster and easier but they still take forever. We ordered one soft serve and it took 20 minutes. And no they were not busy. Would love to give five stars but can’t because of the service. The food is great though.

Amazing. As a Pacific Islander myself the food here, specifically the one on Barry Rd is soooooo good! Better service AND i love the lay out of the building. I love how there’s an online order window 🤩

Cannot order. Tried to place an order and when i enter my credit card information, it says I must enter first and last name but there is no place to enter it. PLEASE add the ability to scan receipts to add to my rewards after. Second time ordering with the app and still zero rewards :(

Food Good. Don’t get curbside they don’t come out. Food is excellent but I had to go in to get my curbside order and then when I went in I was looked at and I guess the conversation he was having with a coworker was more important

Apps not great and pickup a joke. What the app should tell you is that no one is working so you don’t wait 10 minutes for someone to bring you your food when they have no intention or even staffing to do so. STOP THE ORDERS if you can’t do business!

good food bad service. curbside is terrible, they clearly don’t care about it at my local location and when i called to ask if they would bring my food out they straight up said no. i understand i can pull around but what’s the point of even having curbside. i pull around and the rest of the restaurant is empty and both employees are looking at their phones. Im not one to complain but they don’t even do the bare minimum of saying hello or paying attention which is a bummer because the food is good.

Love the vibe. So first time ordering on the app . Only thing I would say is that you should be able to specify if it’s gonna be Curbside , drive thru or in store if someone chooses “pick up “ . Unless of course you don’t offer “pick up “ in Drive thru , in which case I would say when some one chooses “pick up “ , the option of “curbside “ or “in store “ should pop up.

Great new alternative to Chinese food!. I love the unique delicate flavors! Lots of chicken alternatives that are sweet, tangy or spicy! fresh vegetable side and plenty of rice. Macaroni salad also comes with each meal!! Huge portions. Truly enough for more than one meal. I felt the Molokai chicken was spicier than the Kilauea chicken although I was told the latter was spicier. You may be able to add even more heat!!!! I had a chance to sample the “luau pig” also. It was extremely tender and I was surprised it was so flavorful because I didn’t see any sauce. I enjoyed this experience and will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes! This is a welcomed change for someone who loves rice dishes like me!!

Your Session Has Expired. Please Login Again.. Worked flawlessly for months. Now, I only get this message after being logged in, selecting store and attempting to add any food item. Tried uninstalling, deleting caches of data and resetting login credentials. No fix. Please fix, you guys and your food is awesome!

Notes Missing. I love the app and the food. However, it seems like they took the note feature off of the app. I used to be able to note on my app order that I had a gluten allergy. I couldn’t do that with my current order.

Top Tier Customer Service. The food was fire , the customer service was fire , the app is fire . Lia at the lenexa one was my waitress and was a really good help at making decisions and being kind and friendly

You had me at Spam Musubi. The food here is amazing! The employees are so awesome & have the best uniforms. It’s a lot of food at a reasonable price . App is easy to use

Suspicious. At first I was very suspicious since there was no reviews and literally 3 Rates😂 I downloaded it anyway... just got done placing my order and it actually worked! I’m not sure people are aware they have a app. Tbh it’s easier than going online

Pick up option. I used this and it went fine. Traffic entering was a hassle as people drive too fast to get in line. E trine I’m using the window as it seems much safer. Food was great. I will return. 😊

Order incorrect. They didn’t sub pineapple for Mac. Paid extra. Very disappointed when I got home. Shouldn’t have to check order at restaurant but will have to in future. Ugh.

One of the best mobile order i’ve used. The app is great! It’s easy to use, and every time i’ve used it my order has been correct and ready on time!

Terrible service. I ordered using the app and after waiting 20 minutes after the time they said it would be ready had to go inside and get it myself it had been sitting on the counter the whole time and no one bothered to bring it out

Review your order when using “Order this again”. I recently attempted to use the “order this again” feature only to notice when I picked my food up, the feature does not carry over the order modifications. So be sure to review to be sure you’re getting what you want!!

Don’t waste your time on this reward program.. The food is delicious. I don’t have any complaints on the food. Their reward program is a joke. $3.50 discount after you spend $70. Oh and the discount expires if you don’t use it within one month of earning it. Not worth it to me.

Don’t go inside !!. Food is great but inside was very dirty . Sticky tables No napkins . Asked for water and she handed me a tiny cup . I guess she thought I was going to try to rip them off with a large drink. . Bathroom very dirty . Trash all over the floor on account of the trash can overflowing . Excellent. We were very pleased with the food. The best Hawaiian food I have had since being in Hawaii. The large size was tons of food. Everyone was very friendly. We will certainly be back, I just hope you open one in New Braunfels soon. 🤙App worked great!

Not happy. I placed an online order for pickup in the app , waited longer than it said and then they finally brought it out 12 minutes later than the scheduled time and I was the only car in the parking lot, then I get it home and they got the order wrong, I asked for no Mac and double rice with my Huli plate and they gave me double Mac 😡

Our favorite dairy free restaurant!. We have a kiddo allergic to dairy and two that are sensitive to it. We are so grateful to have an option that can meet our entire families dietary needs. The service is fantastic and we love Hawaiian Bros!

Great Food / In-App Delivery Issue. Hawaiian Bros’ food is delicious, but there is no where in the app if you’re ordering delivery to tip the delivery driver…

App currently not working, and not happy with the location. App currently not working properly, and I was told on Instagram that they can make the veggies without mushrooms and the lady at the local store very rudely informed me they can’t and won’t.

App is not the best. I hate that the app requires you to be in wifi. Every time I try to load it without wifi it says that I have no internet connection. It’s super frustrating.

Curbside horror. Food was not ready as labeled. No one greeted or brought anything to the car after 20 minutes I went in and still had to wait 3 more minutes to even be greeted. Not pleased

Misubi shortages. When they opened the Live Oak location we ate there every week. Food was incredible. Customer service has always been excellent, then and now. But for the past several months when we order online it shows no misubis available. Typically we order 5 or 6 every Wednesday after soccer. Quick and filling snack on the way to church. But after many weeks in a row of “unavailable” I ordered something else and when picking it up I asked about the misubis. The employee checked and then stated that they did have misubis. He didn’t know why it showed unavailable. That happened for a few weeks. Each time I ordered something else and asked about the misubis at the window and they had them. But I didn’t buy any because I didn’t have enough time to do another transaction. I tried alternate online ordering methods, even through delivery services, still shows unavailable about 80% of the Wednesdays around 6:30pm. Finally, the last time I tried to order misubis they showed unavailable again. So this time I called, hoping they could change the online setting so I could order. They couldn’t. The employee stated that I should order them when I get there. So I placed an order online for a side of rice. Got to the window paid for my rice, and asked if I could order and pay for 5 misubis. They said sure and completed the order. As we pulled out of the parking lot we quickly found every single one of them was cold, not warm, not hot. Like they had been sitting in a cooler. So instead of going straight to church we had to stop at home and microwave them. I’ve tried and tried to make this work. I’ve left reviews when they send me emails, which they replied to. But it’s not getting fixed. So we have stopped going there and have no plans to return. Super disappointing! The food is great, if you can get what you want. And the customer service at the register is great too. The online ordering is a huge problem for us. Anything other than misubis seems to work ok though. 3 stars if this was a new problem, but 2 stars because online customer service was worthless for us. Multiple attempts patiently waiting for them to fix the problem and they failed. L&L from now on for us for misubis. Not as tasty but easy to purchase.
