Review. The food is great!!! I’m continually worried about eating food out of plastic, I’ve already been looking at other food delivery services because of that reason, that reason only! even if I don’t heat it in plastic in the microwave, when they cook it I’m sure it goes directly into the plastic containers and the heat makes the plastic seep in the food, which is very bad for our health!!! there is carton type packages they could use, like Amy’s organic meals you can buy in store comes in a thin paper carton container, I eat sometimes because they are good. I would be so happy and grateful if they would switch this one thing!!!

Affordable,delicious and easy!. Not only is this delicious and affordable, it also takes zero effort or prep time before all you have to do is heat it up. We’ve been using Clean Eatz for a couple of years now and we love it. It’s just my wife and I so it’s perfect for us. We work together and ride together so when we both get home from a hard work day neither of us have to cook. And the best part is no dirty dishes to do after dinner.lol

Good food - bad app. I don’t understand the point of having an app if it just opens my browser to the webpage. I can do that myself. I thought the app would be more convenient than the website on safari.

Doesn’t work. If you are an existing customer your login won’t work on this app. It’s not capable of using your existing credentials that you use on the website. Not even resetting your password will work. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Won’t work. App keeps crashing and saying “unknown error occurred”

App is “ok” but needs macro calculator. What I love about clean eats is exactly that, clean eating. What I hate about clean eatz is if I dine in, calculating my macros is a pain. The app seems like the perfect place to do this. It really needs a “build your bowl” macro calculator. Add in what your bowl is and spit out the macros and calories.

Busy life made simple. These meals are perfect for my busy life and they actually taste good too. I love the convenience the app gives too.

I’m back for more. Love that place can’t wait to go back there

Doesnt Work. Website cant link if you sign up on the app first. It will not register account and makes you create a new one altogether.

Unbelievable. The food is fantastic. Some things I wasn’t sure if I was going to like were so good that I went and tried the things that I knew I didn’t like. I still don’t like those things, but that’s not on them!!! If you are struggling with portion control or eating high quality, nutrient dense meals…give this a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

When is this app getting fixed. I was glad when I was told that Clean Eatz was changing their rewards program and getting an app, but it only worked for the first few months and now it crashes immediately after opening it: been that way for a little over a month now.

App is trash!!!. The clean eatz rewards system used to be great when you were able to see your balance and redeem in-store. Now they won’t allow you to redeem in-store and force you to use an app that doesn’t recognize your website credentials. Truly a joke. It has been this way for at least 6 months. Fix the app ASAP or go back to the method that actually worked and provided a good customer experience.

What’s the point?. 1.)I downloaded the app to use my meal plan points and it doesn’t recognize my email and the all the points I have accumulated with my laptop sign in. 2.) when I go to order my upcoming weeks meals it sends me to the website where I have to log in again. This app does nothing. An app is supposed to eliminate the need to go to a website, right?! “Hey we have an app. It’s redundant and doesn’t really do anything but we got one, hooray us!”

App and more. The app is easy to use. Not a massive fan of when I order meals that it goes to a website anyway but it is such a small thing that I am not going to deduct for that. Food is good and easy to follow calories etc. I don’t order every week but about 2 times a month. When I do the food is good, ready for pickup and I always buy a smoothie when I go to my local store.

Nutrient dense, option friendly. I love clean eatz for the variety of food options. When you walk in, the freezers are organized by sections. There’s basic, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and extra protein to choose from

Love the check-in feature. Really loving the app- I can see my points and love the check in feature. I like to order ahead for my preworkout meals as I’m on the way to the gym.

Smh. What’s the point of having an app if it just sends you to the website and have to log in all over again waste of time
