TXB. App is not working!!

Needs work. The drinks need to be cheaper or at least cheaper with the TXB card again make things more reasonably priced make the rewards card save you money on each gallon every time you use it

App consistently stops working.. Love the free rewards but I never know when app is going to have errors that will not allow me to log on. Lots of error messages and no updates

It used to work but not now. This app worked fine for a month then it no longer will open. Uninstalled many times and downloaded again many times with the same issue. Booted the iPhone many times also and reset network settings hoping this would work. Nope! My husbands app is still working on his phone at this time. I have sent info to Apple also looking for a fix.

Very annoying. App was huge pain in butt to setup at pump in fact I just give up after all the stupid questions only put enough gas in my tank to make it to another pump that’s not using stupid app and per gallon price was even cheaper than pump using app with the discount.. I will now avoid this app and any gas stations that use it!!

Subject to change. I can’t even use the app. The website lets me login no problem but the app does not. Rating and review strictly on the app.

I don’t need more fountain drinks.. For the past 5 days my reward has only been a large fountain drink. I am not complaining that I get free stuff, but it’s rigged so I can’t get my Sour Patch Kids. I am sorry to do this, but I’m leaving a 2 star review.

Enrollment was difficult. The enrollment process was so tedious, elaborate, and frustrating, that I’ve decided to shop elsewhere primarily, and pay full price on the rare times I visit after today.

Rewards. Rewards don’t always load show up on my account. And sometimes even if they are there they won’t give you the item if it doesn’t auto credit. Plus the stores always run out of the reward and don’t offer an alternative item.

Next level rewards!!. Probably the best member rewards app to exist today. I just happened to stumble across TXB on my way home one day. Now their daily rewards bring me in almost everyday. Of course like any promotional period, the rewards come on strong and eventually start to taper off, but there are several plus sides to downloading the app. Gas points, coffee and fountain drink discounts, and of course a free drink, or candy every once in a while. Definitely worth the download!

Awesome. I am so glad that I came across TXB! I will not go to another gas station! Best coffee and service! Best rewards! I literally saved 0.50 a gallon from rewards!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!

Can’t Sign Up. The app gets to the third page to complete, but you have to have a physical card to register because there is no skip button as stated in the directions.

Woke app go back to NYC. Used to use the locale TXB cause I wanted to keep the money local. Downloaded the app went to sign up … and relished they were woke… last time I’ll get gas at a TXB

Worthless app.. Every single time I want to use the app I have to log in, with texted security codes. Every single time after logging in to view anything, I have to log in with texted codes. Again. To view anything away from the Home Screen, you guessed it. Log in AGAIN with texted codes. Takes you 10 minutes to simply view coupons they sent you. Save yourself tons of headaches and just use any other app.

Terrible app needs a bunch of work. This is one of the most cantankerous apps that I have dealt with. The password and security features do not allow for quick access. The Face ID and other automated ways to connect to the app do not work. If you walk in the store it is almost impossible to get the app to open. This app is a huge frustration point.

Good try but no. Loyalty program was off-line which made it useless here

App bugs. Would be great but nearly EVERYTIME I try to log in it says “error returned to server”. My husband has Android and his works fine. I have too ok log in with my husbands phone to access my account.

Awesome app. Great app, great savings and mobile pay is easy with app. Order ahead with app is amazing and love the free games and prizes under coupons.

Legit. TXB rewards is where it’s at!! So nice to earn redeemable points for rewards and discounts in store and on gas. Highly recommend!

Low key a scam. If u don’t have data u can’t actually get the free scratch off stuff bc it will Expire before the 15 minutes is up and you can’t activate it there without data

New member. I can’t create my account

Awful. Got my card linked to bank account but now for no reason it’s not really linked? Called representative and they don’t know anything or why and can’t help. Every time I come to the pump I cannot use the app to even link gas purchase for loyalty. I can only use app for inside store.

Very frustrating. Only lets me log in about a quarter of the days I try to use it, the rest of the time it gives me a login error. There are other minor inconveniences once in the app but that’s only if you can get into your account in the first place

Worst app ever. This is the fourth time this week that the app will not open. I was told to turn off my phone and let it reset. I did numerous times. I was told to delete it and reinstall it. I did. Numerous times. This is a weekly occurrence. You try to call the main number and no response.

5 Stars. Stellar discounts. Pain to setup but worth it.

App. One of the most frustrating apps that I have ever had . Server down 99%of the time.Password change every time you want to use it.Bank account won’t work. That’s what happens when you go cheap.
