Greedy!. Really disappointed with this app. Main issue being the micro transactions. We already bought the game and pay a monthly subscription. Most of us buy optional items in the MogStation from time to time, too. Now we have to pay money for every single item that we want to buy and sell remotely? Every. Single. One. There are similar games out there with companion apps that are completely free for the same functions. That being said, I would have even been happy to pay a one-time fee for downloading the app, because the market board and inventory features are ones that I would love to use, and would use often. But charging for every single transaction is ludicrous. I will not be participating in this cash grab.

Useless. This app is basically useless unless you buy currency for it, which is ridiculous when you need to already pay for a game subscription to use it. All I want is to be able to send my retainers on ventures. To do that you need kupo nuts or mog coins. You get 1 free a day, otherwise you have to buy them, so you can only assign 1 venture per day (but I have 2 retainers?!?) I would even pay a one time fee to buy access but that isn’t an option. This app is basically a cash grab. Oh but I got a free cosmetic that I’m never going to use for downloading it… Bad form squenix.

Worth keeping on my phone. Unlike the complaint oriented reviews, I can say that this app is helpful in a limited capacity. I use this app to keep an eye on my retainer’s gil balances as well as double check my items. There is literally no need for a remote sale and transfer system or a special chat for the app. Most players have discords to communicate off-game and if you are going to be online 3+ times a week then what need is there gor remote functions?

A joyless cynical moneygrab. This app adds nearly nothing useful except as a barebones chat app that is better served by apps like Discord. You get extremely limited functionality in exchange for premium currencies which are used to buy or sell items and limited venture management. Nothing that is urgently needed to do on the run really. I was hoping that you could at least send your retainers on quick ventures so they can continue finding items even while at work, but sadly not even that can be done. Don’t waste your time and especially not your money on this useless piece of garbage.

The marketboard.... I didn’t expect the app to be super amazing or have wicked features, I sorta just expected to have things that made things easier: maintaining what you sell on the market board being the primary one. But the micro transactions are what really bug me... We already pay $15 a month the play the game alone, along with like $60 if you want the game and it’s expansions. I feel like it’s just kinda stupid to make me pay real money to put stuff up on the market board, and/or when I want to buy something from the market board. It would be easier to just quickly log in and do that stuff.

This is a miss. A great idea, being able to chat and deal with the markets while you’re offline. I don’t mind the fact you need a sub for it to work, the game itself doesn’t work without a sub so that was expected... But the kupo nuts? We shouldn’t have to pay anything or do anything to put things up. If I have a lot to sell and I can’t be at my comp, what’s the point? Truly the only purpose to this is just to talk to friends, the market stuff is basically a waste of time because of missed opportunity to get more people to use it when away.

Sorry SE this app is useless and i was really hoping you guys would do a good job with this.. umm why is there even a free mode??? the only thing you can do is chat literally? you can NOT move items from one place to another and you can only sell one item a day or buy a item??? tf is the point of this other then to grab our money??? i went in thinking i could do pretty much everything a premium member could aside from the amount of nuts obtained per day and the amount i could hold. but no its literally useless unless you pay the 5$ and then your paying 5$ for a choco bag and a retainer when you could get two retainers for 4$.... i really fail to understand SE’s logic on this one. because the app is effectively useless (unless paying the 5$) and i dont need a chat application for ppl who have the same app when i have discord for that.... tfffff... And why isnt there in game chat support like rgere was pose to be that was the whole reason everyone was excited for this app. not so we have another discord taking up space on our phones..... please fix all the things i listed and ill give 5 stars. fix atleast some of them and ill give atleast a higher rating

Why must I pay for everything!. Come on. This really is way too little for the free. I already pay every month for the sub to the actual game and now I can't even use an app for a bit more convenience. It's already a lot to play this game when you must buy the base game and the DLC's for a full priced $50+ and pay for a monthly sub. Can't all my month get me a little more on this app? Like actual use of the market boards and my inventory. This is really just a "let me look at my character and whats for sale on the market boards" app. It's no companion to make my game go outside of the game world. I'm still stuck doing everything in game because it all costs a monthly sub to access!! 1 star.

Sad.... This is really sad :/ I appreciate most of the concepts here but the fact that we have to pay to do anything useful with the app is just ridiculous. We already paid for the game and have to pay a subscription fee to continue playing. And if you need extra retainers you pay for those too. So having to pay a subscription to the app as well is just excessive. As has been stated by plenty of people, I’d have been willing to pay a one time fee, even as high as $10, but I’m not paying a subscription or for any micro transactions to be able to use the features that actually matter on this app. Also, chatting app to app is pointless. Connect us to free company and linkshells in game.

YMMV. A lot of folks seem to think that this app is useless, especially without a subscription for it, but I disagree. It allows you to reference your character(s), their class/job levels, inventory, and retainer sales. Even if you don’t use it to actively sell things, you can still check to see if what you put up in-game has sold or not, as well as use kupo nuts to update selling prices. It’s great when playing the market. It isn’t perfect, but I still recommend it for everyone.

Solid App in my opinion. I like that I can move my items around easily, sell items I don’t want to put on the market, and buy items whenever I need to. But on the other hand the app feels pretty sluggish at times when it’s communicating with the server and stuff. It would be really nice if we could get notifications for when something we are selling on the market board sells. Overall I think it’s solid, just needs some quality of life improvements.

Disappointing. I had hoped they would come out with something like this for years. This is what they come out with. My friends and family play this game. literally been hoping they would come out with an app that has most of the features that this app does. The app itself is not terrible, but not great, however, the real Clencher is you can’t use it without blowing a stupid amount of money. One nut or one coin mean one venture. Five coins are a dollar. So if you’re someone who has bothered to invest in having say a total of nine retainers. Let’s just assume that you resend them all of 10 times in a day. 90 coins or nuts. $10 just for that in one day

I feel cheated in a way. Add more features!. Essentially you’re paying roughly $5 for extra space, the Left Saddlebag and another retainer allowing you to have up to 9 Max (if you pay to have extra retainers). You can buy and sell on the market, but even while paying for the app you’re limited, which feels like you’re being cheated out of something great. There needs to be more to this and I feel like there can be. A suggestion would be Venture Support, allow you to send and retrieve retainers and collect items from Ventures. Another suggestion would be Squadron Support, train them, send them out out on missions and check Mission status and training status. Another suggestion would be to add the ability to do some sort of interactive Gathering, Botanist, Miner and Fisher, in areas safe for the level you have attained without worrying about aggro. Disciples of the Hand, allow users to craft items away from game on the app. Mini Golden Saucer, play games, mobile chocobo races, and Cactpot! There could be more to this app than what it is and the fact that we have to pay to use its features to the max, which isn’t a lot, seems to be greedy. Make it worth our while. Do better! Kthnx!

Not worth the wait nor the extra charges. For a mobile app connected to a subscription based game to not only charge you micro transactions but (eventually) also an additional premium subscription is ludicrous. For how much I would have adored a proper mobile app with game-connected chat, proper item organization, and not charging me even more for the features most clamored for by fans. It is downright disgusting for a subscription based game to utilize practices designed for a free to play system. I can only hope that SE will work to improve upon this down the road and strive to be more customer friendly. I’m running out of reasons to brag to my friends about this game, and I miss being able to.

Good Concept, Needs More Oomf. All in all, having an app like this is a fine idea, but there’s not a lot to do with it. I like the idea of an app that allows players to communicate and schedule with one another, especially in FCs and Fellowships, but there’s virtually no other reason to have this app. Everything it does well, is done already by Discord or other community apps, and while I guess maybe accessing one’s inventory and market board without needing to log out is appealing to someone out there, I can’t imagine any kind of practical use for it here. I think there is a place for a Final Fantasy XIV companion app, this just isn’t the best use for one. When thinking of things I’d use a companion app for, I think of maybe making online store purchases to have waiting for me when I log in next, or maybe having a newsletter detailing in-game events, maintenance schedules, or sales or new items in the online store or Mog Station. It may also be a good opportunity to use the daydream feature and preview costumes on a screen that would allow for better visuals. As an app, it’s functional, but there’s no reason to really want to have it right now. This is also a bit of a nitpick, but having a blurry image of my character staring at me all the time on my Home Screen does not give me joy. Perhaps replace it with an idle animation, or an animated aetheryte crystal. Something to make the visuals a little more dynamic.

Disappointing. I was hoping to use the App to talk to my free company on the go. It does not deliver. I was hoping this app would let me work with my retainers, but i need to spend money for that. I was hoping to use this app to make purchases or change prices on the go, but I can only buy OR sell a single item per day, unless I spend money. This app is designed to make money, unlike the Libra Eorzea, which was an incredibly helpful tool for the people who pay money to play FFXIV. Its shameful to launch a tool with such limited features, and expect people to pay for the incredibly limited services it provides. I spent my one free token to buy a stack of logs, and it was clunky, slow, and an absolute waste of time.

App need its own REALM REBORN. As a fellow programmer I felt like I should comment on some issues that bothered me a lot! First of all, UI is a disaster, the menus, fonts and even the character visual is so amateurish. Look at the feet of the character image please and then tell me I am wrong! Secondly the chat functionality is very slow and laggy. chat ui, background and frame is really bad I mean they are presets of any app being developed! Please Square Enix do something about it. This seems like a freshman computer science student’s term project. Finally, as a long time player! I really thank you for your attempt to create such a convenience however this doesn’t look like Square Enix’s work. Please update this and I am sure many players will eventually subscribe for this service, but only if it works nicely.

Renew subscription mogstation. Would be nice if we could pay our subscription fee with ffxiv companion apps. Instead of going into websites! Where many people got phished while using the website. Ffxiv could implement vpn and anti-virus. Not only a subscription purchases for FFXIV instead of going to website that is less security than the ffxiv companion apps!

Great app down-rated by stupid people.. This app is actually very well designed and gives you an impressive amount of control over your current in-game inventories and character profile as well as real time market eewboard listings, prices and sales history all for free within a daily limit. To do more you have a to pay a subscription. It’s totally reasonable for what you get in return too, but...people are dumb so they just get triggered and rate it 1 star.

Wanted to love it. To be honest, I wanted to love this. It’s handy that you can buy and sell items in the go. HOWEVER you can only get 1 kupo nut per day as a login bonus. These kupo nuts are the only way you can sell items. You can only hold 2 at a time. Honestly it seems like a money grab and I don’t like it. If the feature was open and free, I would call this a “companion” app, but until then it kinda feels like a way for Square to squeeze more money out of us. I don’t use calendar features or chat or anything fancy. This is a personal pet peeve and more of a suggestion, but it’s be nice if the characters moved on screen instead of just a freeze frame, so we can view armors and weapons, etc. Honestly this whole app just needs an aesthetic and functional revisit.

Doesn’t work. Hello possible new FFXIV player, this app does not work, and Square-Enix is not going to try and fix it, not are they going to tell you it’s broken, they will however tell you that the problem is primarily you. Here’s my issue with the application, I came back to FFXIV as of a couple days, remembering that there was a section of the application where I could control my retainer’s, I went into the retainer venture section, but I kept being told to go to my home server, except, I never moved from my home server, my character is still in the same server they were created in, so I logged out deleted everything and came back in, still the same problem. I don’t think Square knows how to fix this, just use third party applications, because outside of the main game, every other application is not going to work and Square-Enix doesn’t care.

Missing some Magic. This Companion App is really useful. I like the functionality of being able to sort my inventory without logging in. I have not personally used the calendar planning function yet but i do like the chat function. At times I’d say the chat feels a bit unresponsive but is still decent. The market boards look great, although I wish I could try things on my character. Although I disagree with locking the extra features of the app(retainer inventory management etc.) behind a subscription service. I’m not willing to pay a monthly fee for a retainer, but I would be willing to pay a one time fee to unlock retainer inventory management and other things. Apart from that my biggest complaint is the silence. I’d give this app 4/5 stars if it had some music. It feels weirdly silent and I wish the prelude played in the app. On a side note I love the moogle sound for chat notifications it’s cute and fitting. But the lack of music in the app is discouraging, I’d love to have the simple prelude be able to turned on and off of the app.

Extremely worth it. Please don’t listen to the really old reviews! This app has changed so much and for the better. You can do so many things now. You can send your retainers off! You can buy items from the market board! (This is especially awesome because it’s real-time updated and not run by PC plug-ins. So if an item gets posted by a person who does NOT use the plug-in, websites like Universalis won’t show it. This is how I was able to get a 20k gil unhidden leather map!) You can also put things up for sale and change their prices and take them down, you can move inventory items around, or combine them. The app is extremely useful. Plus if you use the paid version, you get a free retainer plus an extra chocobo saddle bag

It’s issues are to be expected upon release. This app does everything advertised, but I see complaints because of it. If you don’t like it, or if your not willing to give it time to improve and be updated, then don’t use it. The app was literally just released, and there are A LOT of people trying to use it. Apps like these take time for them to be fully functional, fixing bugs, preventing crashes, so on and so forth. Wait a couple months or so until they do their job, if it doesn’t improve by then, then you can complain about it. Much love adventures. Good luck, have fun out there my fellow Warriors of Light.

Leaves much to be desired. While the User Interface in this app is nice I find that the features of this app are lack luster. Particularly I do not enjoy the feature of the Kuponuts/Mogcoins. While i understand they want to protect the markets by not allowing people to buy and sell all day from their phone, I feel the people that would do that likely already do when they are logged in. It feels like a feature that doesn’t protect the players but an attempt to collect additional revenue. I also wish I could send my retainers out on Ventures from this app. I don’t feel a need to use this app over actually logging into FFXIV.

Seems good to me now.. You finally added stacking, good on you but... it’s better if it stacked automatically... as now i have to transfer items in then manually find them to stack them, but its what ever as it took two years to implement this function. Now can you add the ability to vendor off items from the “Sell” tab? Since i have to now keep swapping back between Sell and Inventory just to sell something....? I’ve been nagging for stacking for the past few years, i wonder how long this would take.

Please don’t keep the app rotation locked.. A landscape mode would be great for this. Granted there isn’t a whole lot you can do with the app at the moment, at least adding a landscape mode would allow you to functionally use the app while it’s docked with a keyboard or being used with a kickstand case. Additionally, I would recommend adding support for pointer devices, specifically, I would allow “clicks,” as well as “taps” to be used to manipulate fields within the app.

App for whales. This app is visually stunning and has a great UI system. It’s nearly perfect in every way except one… the pay wall. My first expectation when installing this app was that it would be similar to the old world of Warcraft app where you could manage your auctions an unlimited amount of times. To be able to sell stuff while not at your computer was huge for someone who worked all day. Something I’m sure a lot of people would pay a sub for. However for this app free users get to manage one listing a day.. if you pay for the sub you get to manage two(up to ten if you save for 5 days)? Otherwise you have to drop additional money to manage your listings. My recommendation would be to give unlimited listings to the sub. Something your actual player base would be willing to invest in and not just cater to whales. 1/5 stars with the paywall 5/5 stars without

Pay for premium every month? Not good enough, pay more to use all the features!. This app has a lot of potential for what it can do but it is just a cash-grab in disguise. I liked the in-game “discord” aspect of it but also wanted to take advantage of having access to my retainers to send them on ventures with mobile notifications. You can definitely do this… for a price on top of the premium subscription through in-app currency. You cannot even refresh all of your ventures once a day using the currency you receive daily and have to either wait multiple days or pay for currency. Even with all the updates over the years they have still left this cash-grab in the app and it sours the overall experience and usefulness of the app. It is such a big disappointment.

Fun even if a bit limited. I’ve been using the free version of this app since Feb and I’ve enjoyed the fact that I can watch over my market board and chat with friends. I do wish I could move things around in my storage a bit more but it’s still ok. I upgraded this month just to have the free teleport in Shadowbringers without realizing I’d get the extra saddlebag and retainer so that was a fun discovery.

What is up with these people rating low?. The app does exactly what it says it will. The app also tells you exactly what paying for it will get you. Complaining it’s cash grabbing is only valid if you are in the group that believes everything attached to the game should be free. You don’t have to pay for the app, you don’t have to use the Mogstation, and you don’t even have to play the game. I would like to protest that it’s a cash grab to make me subscribe to get good at Savages and Ultimates if I want to get new shiny gear. I *already* pay for the game, why should I have to take the time to be good at it? That’s a paywall! /s The UI and login speed here is a little clunky, but not terrible. The app is fine. The low ratings are coming from people who just want to complain that there’s something they don’t need but want it for free if they decide they need it later.

Useless App is useless. The only thing this lets you do is manage your inventory. You cannot view jobs you don’t have equipped. You cannot send retainers out on ventures. You cannot send Grand Company on Squad Missions or Training. Your paying a larger fee than just buying an extra retainer to get a second kupo nut per day(useless) and to have double the saddlebag space(basically useless if you use the free app to manage your retainers and your own inventories). It’s free version is not worthwhile outside getting the Tomestone emote in-game and the paid version is a waste of money. Please allow some of the aforementioned actions for Kupo Nuts, then this would be well worthwhile

Ok App. Expensive for what it is. Needs more functionality.. The app is graphically beautiful. It is somewhat stark without any background music. It should have the Final Fantasy there playing in the background. The free version only allowing 2 Kupo nuts per day to list an item for sale is overly limiting. We should be able to list at least 5 items in the free version. The paid version should be unlimited putting up of items. We should also be able to send our Squadrons on missions, train them, and send retainers on ventures, and tend gardens in the app. Would be nice to be able to work on the apartment and house/yard as well.

Pure greed. First, the idea behind the app is great! But beware the greed hidden behind this app. First in order for this app to be truly useful you have to pay $5 extra a month to be able to sell on the market. That’s on top of you already buying the game plus a subscription PLUS extra for retainers. But you actually can’t list items on the market without paying a digital currency (kupo nuts) for EACH listing. All of the features should come standard with an existing sub or at least after paying the extra 5. This kind of greed should carry capital punishment. Will not renew the extra 5 for this trash.

Helpful App Weighed Down by Outdated Reviews. Many of the one and two star reviews are from YEARS ago, but the criticisms don’t apply to it in its current form. There’s still a paid aspect to it, but it is not necessary to get your milage out of it. AND the base version unlocks a cute adventurer frame and a cute emote for your WoL in the MMO! Apart from that, the app recently received an overhaul in utility that makes it well worth the download.

Not perfect but it has its uses. I know some people are calling it useless but I disagree. I like being able to manage my inventory or send a retainer back out on a venture to bring me more mats when I have to be away from the game. I dont use the chat feature but if I was more social I would adore that as well. I bought some coins and use them when I have to make trips to the city to keep my retainer doing its thing as it brings me mats for crafting raid food. The app is slow and a bit buggy but I also think its probably cause it doesn’t get a ton of use and therefor not a ton of attention from SE. I think this app could be worked on some and made even better!

Neat Idea But Useless. To start I would like to say that this app is a great idea because it’s cool to be able to chat with your FC and in-game friends or buy and sell items while you’re away, but there’s two things that completely defeat the purpose of this app. 1 You need to actually have your subscription running to even use this app. I got this app so I could stay in touch with my FC while I don’t currently have my subscription activated, so if I need to have my subscription running to use this then I might as well just log on to the game and talk with them there. 2 The synchronization is horrible. I renewed my subscription, downloaded this and saw that everything was synced up. Then I played the game for a while and started a FC and added someone to my friends list. After I refreshed the app several times and days later it’s still saying that I’m not currently in any FC and the friend I added is not appearing in my contacts (in the app, in the game it’s fine). I’ll give this two stars because I like the idea of this and if they let you use this while your subscription is inactive and it actually synced up properly then this app would be amazing, but right now there’s really no point. The better solution for staying in touch with your FC right now is just setting up a Discord server.

Theory 5star execution 3. Amazing graphics like the game, user interface is not too complicated however, chat system isn’t effective. I was hoping for a real time free company chat, and private messaging system. Also the limiting/forcing of market items using kupo fruit and mog coins, is sad. We pay for the expansions and monthly for the game. It would be nice to be allowed to manage our market affairs freely. I still love this game/app and hope to see it improve.

A mostly worthless companion app with VERY BADLY needed features.. I play the game on the PS4, and the biggest issue for it is the in game test chat system. You have to rely on the in game digital keyboard to say anything to party members who aren’t in a voice chat of some kind with you. So I was HOPING this app would give me the option to use my phone to chat with party members. It does not allow this simple function. A function that is sorely needed, since you can queue for dungeons and might need to say something quickly to the other party members. All this app does is allow you to chat to people on your friends list (which is a nice feature, to be fair), and you can manage your items and sell items on the market... at the cost is real life money. So, not only is it only useable feature that could be useful very limiting to where you can only chat with people on your friends list, but it requires real life money to do much else with it, making it incredibly greedy as well on top of what else the game demands just to play it, let alone the items you can buy in the Mog Station. In comparison, Microsoft’s Xbox app lets you type in their MMOs’ game chat with their app very easily for FREE. In ANY of their games. I really did expect better from both Sony and Square Enix than this app.

Not For Everyone But A Bonus Map Hunters. I purchased the premium plan for the choco bag space. Being a daily map runner it has made inv management and map slotting so much easier. And because I work I am unable to play the Market Board like I want so having the option to pop out ten bucks to keep my retainers churning sales was an inexpensive and fun way for me to play the game away. If the free event scheduling and chat functions aren’t your thing and you find the micro transactions cost prohibitive then this might not be the app for you. I think Square has done a solid job with this App so far but I am in a niche market space so I understand this might not be for everyone.

Honestly, why?. Why make an app that has a premium version and there is no premium benefit to using premium other than extra space in game? This kupo nut system or buying coins on top of it is silly, no to mention a 3% fee for using the app instead of the in game market... I wouldn’t mind paying $5 a month if it completely eliminated the Kupo nut system. Instead it increases it from 2 but max to 10... still pointless since you get one a day. I want to be able to do my commerce while sitting at work bored so I don’t have to spend hours doing inventory management when I’m home in game when I could be out grinding more. Get it together and quit being greedy with your micro transactions. Reminding me of EA Games at this point.

Please fix the app. 🙏. Most of the premium services are supposed to be offered for free. The features it offers complement the game very well, it’s just unfortunate SE insists on locking them behind a paywall. In my opinion, everything available today as premium (excluding the in-game bonuses) should be available for everyone for as part of the game base subscription, and the truly paid* “premium” features should offer users things way beyond everything that’s already available today + the current in-game bonuses (such as +1 retainer and +1 favorite destination, etc.) only when the game’s time expires then it’d make sense for the app to be this limited. As it is now, it’s extremely limited and barely worth the download. The alternatives offer more and better, which renders the app more or less pointless; especially when most users are already paying a subscription to play the game.

Niche App. Giving it 3 stars because the concept is good but as predicted it’s buggy and the option to pay seems excessive when all one really needs to do is login to the game. I got the sense most users wanted the chat feature, which is great in other non-NA/EU communities where Discord is not widely used. Not sure why reviewers seemed surprised it’s “in App” chat only. It’s definitely an app for a niche group of people willing to spend money to manage in game commodity and for perhaps other community users or very small groups of people who don’t use Discord.

Pointless. Greedy.. Pretty much useless for anything except chatting unless you pay and even if you pay, it still doesn’t provide enough value unless you’re willing to throw money at it left and right. All I wanted was a way to reprice my listings in the morning when I wake up but you can only relist ONE item (seems to be two if you sub to it... lol more with micro transactions?). Absolute joke. I understand it’s probably better to limit it for the health of the markets but perhaps allow us to relist every item on a retainer once per day? We already pay a sub for the game. I also pay for 2 additional retainers and plenty of cash shop glams. Honestly, asking for a sub on this lack luster app on top of it is just insulting.

Why do I need to pay again. This app has potential it having to pay again after having to pay to play the game is just ridiculous. To me they just want more money when if you already are subscribed to the game it should be a free addition. Making your subscribers pay more to get a nice quality of life is just greedy. The world is already greedy enough and to have one of my favorite video game companies ask for more money from me is just crazy. Why do I need to pay a kupo nuts to use the market, that’s just crazy when I already pay you for my subscription and I pay extra for my other 2 retainers. Please take the cash grab away from paying subscribers.

Useless wallet gouger. This app is useless. All you can really do is reorganize your inventory with it when you aren’t logged into the game. Even the chat feature only works with other people using the app; you can’t communicate with anyone inside the game. Anything having to do with retainers, like listing items for sale or changing prices is limited to one per day, two if you pay the extra subscription fee, which is insanity. A while back they took everyone’s feedback of this, and “fixed” it by allowing you to pay real money per change you make. The subscription does nothing, and charging real money to adjust the price of a market board item is even more insane than only allowing it to be done once a day. You can’t even use it to conveniently check the market board or organize retainer inventory while your character is away from a town, because you can’t log into the app while logged into the game itself. The app would be great if they’d just stop being *** holes and allow unlimited access with the subscription.

2400hrs in FFXIV. Desperately wanted this app since heavensward. Now that I have it, it’s nice but, there is no viewing other characters, classes/jobs, or checking gear on your characters like the World of Warcraft app. I assume they have the hardest parts done like the market board and buying/selling and inventory. The other stuff should come sooner or later because it should be easy. I mean, other people have apps that view gear and levels and stuff but I will not trust them with my information.

Not a bad idea!. I think this app is a great idea, I love being able to talk to friends on the go even when I’m not logged in. The kupo nut system is nice, I just wish maybe the free version had a little more incentive to be used, and $5.00 a month for an extra sub is a bit much for an app for a sub based game as it is. Perhaps give more kupo nuts for the free one, or like a weekly bonus for logging in each day- an extra 3 or so. I probably won’t be using the market transactions so something else to consider would be maybe implementing a way to use the kupo nuts or coins outside of that, maybe for small things in mogstation like a dye for every 5 or so, just something else. Also would be nice to be able to hold more kupo nuts at a time, I can’t remember right this second how many we can hold but I do remember thinking it wasn’t enough. I know it’s in early stages and people are complaining but I do think this is a nice handy little app! Please keep working on it, and don’t let the negative feedback from entitled bratty fans ruin yet another good thing devs have come up with. Thanks for the hard work guys!

I like the additional Favored Destination!. Pros: - Simply downloading the app gives all my characters another Favored destination in game. That’s nice. - I like knowing how the market is so I can plan what to make/sell when away from my comp. Wishes & Improvements: - I wish we could change our character in app like in lodestone. That way I could chat with friends of my other character’s on another server. - I’d like to see what’s in my glamor dresser. That way I won’t buy something I already have. - additional resources like crafting / gathering log or dungeon information with possible drops would be great. - I don’t see a way to sell items in my armory chest on the market via a retainer and would like to be able to sell from there. - I’d like to be able to manage retainer ventures and squad missions from the app. Right now, I don’t have too much reason to go into the app on a regular basis unless I’m stalking something on the market board. I’d like to see more features added to the app.

Paywall for nothing. Look, I don’t mind paywalls if there is a reasonable return on my investment. Giving me an app that can’t chat to people in game, that can’t function without a bogus in-app currency and still requires a $5 monthly cost is ridiculous. I liked being able to manage my inventories across my bags and retainers, but why make it so anything Marketboard related is behind a ridiculous additional currency. Let me just use the Marketboard if I’m paying for the app. The 1 included retainer and included additional Chocobo Saddlebag are only included to make up some sort of additional worth when the app really has none. As others have said, just get yourself 2 retainers for $2 each and it’s still cheaper than the app and you are actually getting value. This app is not worth paying for, seriously just don’t.

Change UI and make it more futuristic with quick and easy to navigate UX. 2. Add retainers an option to assign ventures. 3. Add Squad to assign training etc. 4. Unlimited access to sell and buy on Market Board 5. Access to Glamour Dresser 6. An option to set up notifications/alarm for any unspoiled, folklore, and ephemeral nodes. 7. Notifications when your retainer is back from Adventure and an option to assign a new one. 8. Additional retainer inventory. Hopefully in the future we will be able to manage our additional retainer inventory as well. So far, good.

Not Landscape-View Compatible. Overall this is a good app which I find I use quite often on my iPhone. However, I was sorely disappointed to find that although there is an iPad version, it can only be used in portrait view and does not rotate when the device is turned sideways. Personally I use the Apple Keyboard with Touchpad, so my device is ALWAYS in rotated in landscape view, thereby all but rendering this app unusable. I will have to be content with using it on my phone I suppose…. *Sigh*

Error 403, won’t open. What do these numbers mean? This app was mad convenient when I started using it and I loved being to engage w the marketboard when away from my computer… but now it won’t even get past the opening page before it gives me an error message and will move no further. It’s been a week. Bruh :(

Practically a Scam. Pay $5 USD a month to access the market board from this app and change your market board prices a few times a day. Amazing.

Useless cash grab!. The biggest drawing factor to using this app is the access to the market board, but you need to pay to utilize the function!

Error 311007 constantly. Sometimes I'm able to use the XIV Companion app fine, then constant 311007 errors telling me to relaunch the app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Unreliable, sadly.

It’s okay. The app itself is okay, honestly it could use a lot of work and improvements. Kinda similar to how xiv first started out.. it’s a joke. I do e joy XIV very much!

Great idea, terrible execution. Hyped up for several months and released about a month late, the Companion App has been rife with server issues, and lacks anticipated functionality to boot. One cannot communicate with their linkshells or free company, only individuals or small groups. Retainer management is usable, but only just. Credit where credit is due, event scheduling and inventory management work quite well. Look forward to seeing improvement.

Useless. Aside from cheaper teleport it’s useless Subscription isn’t worth the extra features for most Adding ability to send retainers on ventures and integrate with FC game chat (console players will love that) and more features to app will bring the subscriptions

Crashes on startup. Can only see the splash art before it crashes instantly. IPhone 8, IOS 13.2, non-jailbroken, was excited for this but essentially it’s unusable.

Has potential but itll be wasted. Its pretty crappy, i downloaded it for the free favoured destination. The only thing i found useful was that i could clear out my armor and weapons inventory because i have a lot of low level stuff i was too lazy to sort through, so i could do it on my phone. I noticed there was a “premium” which i thought was really dumb. We already pay 15 dollars a month, everything this app has to offer should be free. If they added things to the app like able to feed our chocobos or watering plants for our houses or anything that would be convenient, then i would be on this app a lot more often. But chances are if they add anything half decent and convenient to the app, itll be for the premium users.

Make it persistent!. Got my /tomestone emote, But it doesn’t loop! Who scrolls on their phone and puts it away after 2 seconds? Not the warrior of light that’s for sure. The app itself is slow, clunky, and very limited. Be nicer if I could browse the market board for current prices on things for crafting and raid, but oh well. I’ll change it to 5/5 if my emote loops!

I love FFXIV - Don’t waste on this. Square Enix still uses their Kupo Nuts per market action which makes this an expensive cash grab. 5 seconds of loading every time you press a button, it’s literally a waste of your time and money unless Square Enix updates it to be free and not powered by a 56k dial up modem from the year 2000.

Fun app wish there was more on release. Its a new app bugs are expected. Don’t like the fact I can’t find a log out button so i can log into my other character/account. Premium version offers a lot and can’t wait to upgrade to it however that’s not released yet. Over all its a nice chat platform for characters that play, your friends list is on there, linkshell members and your FC members are shown under those categories. You can change your prices on the market board however that is limited as you need 1 kupo nut to change 1 items price (You only get one kupo nut a day on the free plan and 2 on premium) but i believe this is good as it keeps no lifers from constantly undercutting their items. Excited for the premium plan for extra storage and being able to move my retainers items around wherever i am. Its a good app Idea in general and I’m excited for more support it will have and hopefully more function in the future.

USELESS. First of all, once you choose one of your character, its final, you cant choose btw them after. If you wanna put something on the market board, you need to pay with moogle nuts and that cost you real $$$....beside your friendlist and FC fellows , totally useless and a scam to sell your stuffs... thanks alot for this brilliant idea Square Enix ......

Works well on IPhone 8 Plus. The only thing I don’t like is you have to subscribe to get retainers. You should be able to sell your stuff on the market without that. I haven’t made it that far in the game yet, so I don’t even have one retainer. You can sell your stuff on this app at a fixed price but the market is better to get more money. I would say overall this app is pretty neat. You must be logged out of the game in order to use it though. Great for chatting too.

Poorly though out. You cannot use this app while jailbroken, despite everything being server side anyways. Poor decision

You never want to be seen as more greedy and impotent as Activision-Blizzard (or EA) but in this instance (and the retainer system that shills more money from Omni crafters/gatherers) Square-ENIX has done just that. It’s disgusting. Side note; the ability to craft out of retainers inventory, when. It’s embarrassing that Zenimax is more capable at doing this with their Elder Scrolls Online’s crafting bag. Great game. Some truly garbage and backwards thinking systems (I’m also looking at you Housing) 😑

It’s a start. The ability to sell and organize items is cool and after having read the FAQ, I think this app is in its solid starting stages. Hopefully future updates bring more features.

Seriously SE? You want MORE money?????. This app is aimed at players who are already invested in the game. Where inventory management is a pain. This does little to nothing for free trial players. This app doesnt tell you until you try to utilize the inventory transfer that you have to pay 5.99 for premium to use the app features.. We are already paying to play this game, why do we need to pay for a companion app? This is the most absurd thing i have ever seen and I am disappointed.

This app NEVER works. This app is HORRIBLE!! It literally never launches, the last patch notes were a month ago and supposedly it was to fix the issue of the app crashing but now you can’t even open the app. On top of that, when the app was usable, the functionality was so limited and minute that it was hardly even worth having. They wanted you TO PAY for functionality on top of everything else we already pay for. Greedy and trashy.

10/10 would not recommend. Very disappointed in the cash grab of this app. Would be more beneficial if they included it with a one time purchase and made the market use a full dive instead of a pay to use. Add golden saucer mini games incorporated to here. As well as some of the logs(hunting, gathering, etc.). Sending your retainers on quest. Companion app had a lot of potential but sadly folded in my eyes. Actually very disappointing for a companion app considering its already a paid service just to play the game. Good ole micro-transactions ruin the potential of amazing things.

We Want Money: The App. A premium sub AND a premium currency just to provide a little help for those trivial grievances like a messy inventory for your FFXIV paid subscription. The free version still lets you chat with ppl on ur friends list (so long as they have the app, too) and buy things, but quite frankly if they’re worth talking to on this app, they’re worth adding to your discord probably. Plus there’s a 3% in game (gil) fee for any purchases using the app. It’s really not worth it. The unofficial gathering timers do more for less.

Let me send retainers on ventures!. Been using the app since it came out but the one thing that appealed to me even before the app came out, would be the ability to send my retainers out on ventures from the app. Make it happen!

Pretty much only use it to check Market Board AFK. Improvements Id like to see: - Faster load times - Seeing my own profile (which i cant even go on libra for since that got taken out) - Customizable buttons on the home screen (I only use the bottom three and not the top three at all) - Kupo nut timer - More filters in the market board - Search on the first screen after you click buy (bc is this a bone stone or regeant i dont remember) Things Id like to be changed/added: - The ability to transfer items from inventory and saddlebag on free accounts -Bigger limit on free account kupo nuts - Venture management - Glamour and Armory Chest

Good check up offline. I can use this to check what my retainer have sold and my friends class level as well and put up things for sale when I can’t get to my console at the moment.

Great idea rendered useless by cash grab. I adore the idea of being able to manage market board sales, etc, remotely, for when I'm unable to log into the game, but I'm already paying a subscription: the kupo nut system is ridiculous and I refuse to pay for it. Listing one item a day is unhelpful at best, so for the moment this app is only good for getting another preferred location in game. Remove the silly cash grab restrictions, or dramatically increase the utility, and you got something.

Worthless. Completely worthless app… there is no point to this app other than trying to trick you into paying into another subscription. It offers nothing of value except a second chocobo bag locked behind a pay wall. This is a very disappointing companion app for such a major MMO. It’s as if SquareEnix just wanted to put something out there to say they have a companion app, but had no idea what to do with it. Maybe one day we will see a revamp into something actually useful, but until then, just avoid this app.

Another cash grab. Another cash grab by SE. I guess paying full price for a game and then a monthly subscription fee and having a cash shop isn’t enough. They then gotta have this app that could have been super useful and a great addition except it costs artificial currency just to use its major function (to adjust items in your inventories and sell/adjust market items) Chatting is only done with people who are using the app. I expected to be able to chat with my linkshell or free company from my phone. Similar apps on other mmos are free. SE has been nothing but cash grabby and greedy recently and this is no different. Everyone seems to have a lot of trust in SE to do things right ever since 1.0 got remade but time and time again they prove that those days are in the past. Many will say those complaining are “entitled” and many will see when they are being nickle and dimed at every opportunity. Which side are you on?

Amazing App. It makes chatting with friends a lot easier, and makes the game more fun, being able to buy and sell stuff when you’re not around your PC or PS4. But kinda sad that we can’t do some stuff when we’re already logged in game.

The features cost real money.. The potential is there, but to do something as simple as selling or buying on the marketplace you have to buy currency with real money and spend it. You clearly already pay for a game subscription and could just log into the game to do these things for free, but nope you have to pay even more money each time. Wth. The chat doesn’t even show all my in-game friends, I think they all have to be using the app too.

$5 a month for Extra Retainer and Saddle Bag!. Let’s be honest guys, your paying 5 bucks a month for the Extra Retainer and Saddle Bag. Normal retainers are $2 a month, so you get a Extra Chocobo Saddlebag for $3 a month. Is it worth it? For someone like me who is a crafter ? Yes! If I didn’t craft would I buy premium? No. The only way this warrants the money is if they added the ability to send retainers on ventures via the app. Otherwise, non Crafters, Stay Away.

Theory 5star execution 3. Amazing graphics like the game, user interface is not too complicated however, chat system isn’t effective. I was hoping for a real time free company chat, and private messaging system. Also the limiting/forcing of market items using kupo fruit and mog coins, is sad. We pay for the expansions and monthly for the game. It would be nice to be allowed to manage our market affairs freely. I still love this game/app and hope to see it improve.

Another way to make money. This app is ok, if you want to look at your character and check market board price but if you want to actually sell stuff on the board you must pay extra to square Enix for coins to transfer items to sale. It’s already bad enough that the lowest pay $12 a month for the game subscription and the $60 price tag for the game. Now I have to pay more money to sell things to my retainer off the app? Do better square Enix!

Junk. With the subscription, it takes 5 days to get enough currency to either send my retainers out once or adjust the price of one item for sale on each. To be able to do it during the work week, it would cost me over $200 a month in kupo nuts. Instead of 2 kupo nuts a day, it should really be more like 2x the number of retainers you own, otherwise you are being punished for paying more for extra retainers.

Useless Unless You Spend Real Money. The app itself works. So good job to the app development team. But it’s a pay to use any useful features. Let’s be honest, this app was developed for the .0001% of players that are so concerned about managing retainers and markets that they will spend hundreds of dollars a month in this app. Other than that, it’s practically useless. Yes, it’s designed for whales and whales only. SE figured out how to get Gem purchases in FFXIV without making the player base mad.

Missed potential. I was very excited to get this app and be able to take advantage of all it offered, but unfortunately it seems like a cash grab. You can only do like one or two things with the market board before you are locked out or have to spend real money to do more. Besides organizing your inventory for me there isn’t much it offers since the market board was a bust.

Taking Pages from EA's practice. Honestly, I'm just getting this for the free emote and deleting it afterwards. There's a lot of reasons NOT to get this app. But I will mention one or two. We are already paying plenty for this game as is. $15, $30 even... and to have to pay separately for something that should've been free all the way through, is just ridiculous in my opinion. The more people give in to these things, the more they will continue to charge us for things that shouldn't be charged for.

A time and money sink. The app allows you to sell or adjust item prices on your retainers... at the cost of 1 daily obtainable Kupo Nut per modification or sale. This is so slow and tedious it’s useless. There is also a 3% additional purchase tax to buy anything off the market board. Also the app only allows use of one character. To change characters requires deleting the app and redownloading to use on another character. The chat feature only appears to work with other app users, not actually working with the game. But wait, there’s more! To get more Kupo Nuts per day over the base 2, you get to pay a subscription fee! Sure it comes with an additional retainer in game, and a bonus bag space, but the cost is more than 2 additional retainers via the Mogstation. Sadly this app appears useless and is a cheap gimmick designed to charge a sub fee for it’s meager usefulness that is less than Discord.

Good idea. The biggest sellers for this app is managing your inventory and being able to access buy and sell options. Kupo nuts are far too limiting especially for selling. I think a better option would be to have separate currencies for buying and selling. The buying kupo nuts should be limited so it can prevent someone affecting the marketboard. The selling kupo nuts should have an increased currency, because managing 20 items on each retainers is very cumbersome.

Almost useless. What's the point of this chat feature that can't sync in-game? Why can't I just use a third party chat app for off-game chatting? Why do I have to pay extra money to use the market board? Didn't I paid enough subscription fee for SqEx to run the servers? Obviously SqEx is not really giving enough attention to the app, otherwise most technical difficulties can be solved. (For example, to modify the game client to sync with the chat.) I down-vote for this app.

Kupo Nuts. This app has it’s uses. But could be a lot better. It would be great to be able to do everything it can with unlimited number of times. With the ffxiv subscriptions and in game items purchased with real money…I don’t think it’s necessary to have a paid version of this app. How many people even have the paid version? Probably not much, if there is anyone.

PC interactions Needed!!!. I love this app. Easy to use and can manage inventory and Marketplace transactions. Good way to keep track of progress on Jobs and skills. One thing I would love is a way to interact with the Player Character. Such as 360 degree view, backdrops, and emotes. It would be a really good way to take screenshots and save them as wallpapers for the phone or to share Glamour with friends!

Error message simulator. It was cool when it worked, but now I’m just met with error messages when I try to open up my character. I still get notifications of messages sent to me, but can’t respond to any of them because I can’t even open my character on the app without it telling me to restart it.

Even premium use is mediocre.. With the subscription of an extra $5 a month, you’d think more would come with the app. Buying and selling isn’t exactly worth it imo. Please add the ability to see glamour plates and maybe edit them. The ability to equip gear would be nice too. But I terms of value, it’s certainly lacking with the price paid.

Does nothing. Does barely anything to improve the gameplay of ff. Chat system that’s pretty outdated. Everyone who wants to connect through chat have already done so with a 3rd party app. Requires upgrade to move items and which means almost nothing to most player. Who needs to move items when they are out or something and if you are in game that needs to move things around and need an extra paid app to do it then your in game item system is the problem. Posting items and reposting items on market board with real money. With how little use Gil is in game, there’s not much reason for the need of it. It looks great but functionality wise it does little to nothing in improving your gameplay experience. Would’ve been a nice thing if this was introduced around the launch of the game. But at this point it just seems like a money grab for utilities that aren’t even very beneficial.

It isn’t what I had hoped. It looks pretty but not very helpful. I’d really like the ability to select an item directly from my or my retainers inventory, be able to see easily if I have the same item stored anywhere else, like the search feature in game, then be able to drop and drop. It would be an easier way of consolidating what was spread out before the search function was fully available.

Worthless. Expects us to pay real money for coins that let us do things remotely that are free in-game. The premium features aren’t worth it, $5 a month for an extra retainer and some chocobo saddlebag space, compared to $2 retainer subs that already exist. The chat only works between players using the app, when what we could really use is a way to read FC chat while away from the game. Grab it for the extra favored destination and never actually use it until they add something useful.

App is good and getting better. I really like this app! It’s great for checking my retainers on the go. I love being able to check on my commute home. The group function is also getting better and better. I see great things for this app! I just wish the kupo nut limit was something like 5! Everything else is good for what it is.

A rushed product.. I’ve been reading all the bad reviews and I thought, “It honestly can’t be that bad.” Until I downloaded it. The premium service is insulting at best. The UI is ugly and takes forever to load, pretty sure connecting to AOL via dial up is faster, sheesh. The problem with the app is that it feels rushed. They should’ve spent way more time developing a better, more intuitive, and visually appealing app before announcing it. I love FFXIV, but, this was a miss. Hope they pull another ARR miracle with this app and save it from its sure demise.

It works, but.... ...it’s extremely lackluster. You can chat, you can see your items, and you can sell or adjust the price on listed items, the latter of which an extremely limited number of times per day. It’s a companion app in name only. You can’t manage your retainers and you can’t manage your squadron, making it utterly useless for anything meaningful. It has potential to be good, but it needs an overhaul and Square needs to take notes from other MMO companion apps out there.

Meet little app. Other than free being seem useless the premium is great, I would make one change though and it would be a major improvement is to be able to manage the retainer ventures.

Greed. I enjoy the inventory management and that I can buy and sell items. What I’m not fond of is paying a sub for the app and having to do micro transactions. One or the other please, if you use the free version then micro transactions are fine. If your willing to sub then remove the micro transactions. Honestly nobody is really using the chat. Discord is 100% free fast and close to real-time. Would be better if you removed it or attached it to in game chat. The favorite destination should be a free destination if your already paying a monthly fee.

Not loading new character images. I’m not new to the game I have multiple characters and everytime I add a new character it takes a week or more before the character’s image appears on the image. I love the app because I can buy and sell straight from the app but I like showing off what armor my character is wearing… please fix so I can re review for better score.

Make market free. This app would be great! Better than the old wow companion and it would get 5 stars. However, you are charged real money to post and buy from the market board. This is just Sony’s way to take advantage of micro transactions and it makes the app useless. I can’t imagine they are getting that many people to buy those coins... here an idea.. have a 1.99 plan for unlimited use. That would bring the total monthly payment to $15 so you would get as much as normal sub and people would love this app and more would use it and you get more money. Ez.

Long Time to wait for activity. The kupo nuts are required for everything, so that means we have to log in a bunch of times and that’s a bit exhausting just to sell one item for two kupo nuts etc. But the lay out of the app is well done, and I love the chat and event options button, maybe with time I won’t mind the kupo nuts but it is a tad bit much. Maybe 1 kupo nut = 5 items able to be sold? Something like that.

Great for what it is. At the core, this app works fine. You can see your character and inventory, chat with friends and your free company, and use retainers on the go. While expansion of features (ex. Swapping characters) would be nice, this still works alright

Useful, Poor Execution. The app is indeed useful for chat, checking the market board and selling items when offline. However the app suffers from at least 3 major problems: 1. Poor UI. The location of different items is not where one would think they should be. This makes the UI unintuitive and it took several days of use before I understood all the features. Additionally, for iOS, the app does not follow standard conventions. For example, any time you tap on something the app should respond with some type of indicator. Yet in many cases it does not and you end up spamming a UI element. 2. Synchronization. Beyond horrible. Enough said. 3. Value for features. Poor.

Fine, when it works.. I like the convenience of the app and being able to manage my retainers and inventory, but more often than not there is an error when trying to transfer items to my retainers. Would be a great app if it was reliable, but at least half the time I can’t perform the basic task I downloaded it for.

Disappointment. Huge Square Enix fan including FFXIV and it pains me to see the state of this app. This app comes off a cash grab for the few “whales” in the community and struggles to function in some of its most basic key missions. The chat feature has a noticeable lag and is severely limited. You can only log in with one character with no current method to swap out alts. The nut and coin system is a joke and inventory management is locked behind a paywall. Just a huge disappointment and is honestly a slap in the face knowing how limited FFXIV’s resources are.

Very lackluster. I originally thought you would be able to chat with friends that are currently in-game. Sadly no, you can only chat with people that has the app installed on a chat server that isn’t connected to the game. At most this is more of a item management utility slapped with a free in-game teleport. Sure you can sell/buy things on the Marketboard. But seeing you’re limited to 1 per day unless you pay premium, makes it not worth it to use this feature.

Borderine useless unless you pay additional sub. This app allows you to chat with friends and guild mates but only if they also have the app. You aren't able to chat with anyone in game, since a lot of people don't have the app I've found. Even worse, however, is that by default you can only perform a couple of actions per day (if you save up your daily login currency), unless you pay ANOTHER subscription on top of the sub you're already having to pay for the game. No other game does this. The WoW Companion apps are infinitely better and free.

One thing missing. I love the app so far but one thing is missing. (I can’t find it at least.) There is no way to actually check the basic info on your character like the equipment that’s actually on your character, stats, and other info that’s on your character from the lodestone. Would be nice to see all that instead of having to go to the lodestone all the time. Other than that it’s a great app!

Micro Transactions. Some of the features of this app are good. Inventory, retainer inventory, market board access. However when compared to other apps for other games. It lacks charting with in-game friends. It also requires kupo nuts/mog coins to use its limited features. When you run out of those 1 per day items (kupo nuts) they expect you to buy in app currency just to use the apps primary selling points. If you like keeping your cash in your purse or wallet. Give this app a hard pass. It’s another “All the bravest” situation.

Missed widget opportunities. I was very excited to see the app had added a widget, and then very disappointed to see the only option was for tracking tomestones. How about, IDK, something for tracking timers and allowances? Online friends? Heck, you could make a widget that did nothing but show the weekly Cacpot numbers and whether I had tickets to redeem, and I would still use it more than tomestone tracking.

Paying for premium, but not cause I like the app. Honestly, can’t say I ever use this this thing. I definitely pay for premium, but only for the saddlebag upgrade and extra retainer. I don’t even know what premium gives me for the app. I would gladly use it if you had the ability to send retainers on ventures, squadron management, chocobo feeding, etc all in app. Heck, even a mass sell, disenchant, or even discard feature would be welcomed. But as it is now, it’s kinda worthless.

Really could use a lot of work.. The features available could use some work and some that I thought a no brainer to put in aren’t in at all. No option to send or return a retainer from a venture is my biggest gripe. When searching the market board in app there should be a general search not just a category search. Other apps such as the WoW app from 2013 are vastly superior to this. It just feels lazy. Not to mention those apps let you do more for free. The chat feature is nice. But I’m not putting money into this until some major fixes are implemented. Other major notes •No online settings, such as do not disturb, busy, etc. •The ‘Kupo!’ Sound effect, (which I love btw) only comes up for the first message, and doesn’t alert you of any after, even if you leave the app and lock your phone. Meaning you have to remember to check back. •You can’t check your achievements, or look up other players
