Your app is absolutely horrible. I’ve had so many problems with it I can’t even list. I want to use Waze and it doesn’t work. The pay is awful, the work is hard, and people DONT TIP!! I am shocked that all people don’t tip -this is a service industry-I’ve been told that at the beginning tips were included-there is a huge misconception that riders don’t need to tip and you pay a living wage. Also, your policy regarding riders throwing up in your car is ridiculous and VERY unfair to drivers and owners of a vehicle. It someone pukes at 2 am on a Saturday night, for those ya who live in small towns, we can’t get it cleaned until Monday morning. Also, your Indian call help center is mediocre at best.
Uber has taken $67.77 from my account not sure how or why, but my bank is dealing with it.
I work full-time and a I’m a full-time on duty grand-mom of 2 grandsons. The need for extra cash is never ending. Thank GOD for Uber Eats. I can make my own schedule, take them with me if need be (the oldest 9yrs old) loves to help, of course he gets paid to keep mom company, and the best perk, I get to find some of the hottest restaurants that I can visit on my free time with poppy. Thank You Uber Eats 🥰
Uber doest seem to incentiveize tipping drivers. I feel as though more people tip on other platforms like grubhub or doordash because they auto add a tip to orders when customers check out from my understanding, that do not with uber but instead give a notification to leave a tip for driver after order is complete.

Recently decreased pay. Been driving for four years with five stars and today I’m gonna uninstall the app. Uber doesn’t know how to take care of their best drivers.

They ALWAYS say the same thing No Matter what you say, you should have People who can Actually answer questions & don’t keep saying they have2 put you on hold for 2 or 3mins.. You seem2 STOP paying us for canceling rides who aren’t EVEN there we used to get paid right away stop robbing our time when no1s there!
The app glitches all the time bring my acceptance rate down. uber claims they're fixing the problem & can't help me. the problem had been going on for months. & I have long pick up times just got give someone a ride & get $4. what a waste of gas!
So somebody reported me cause my car smelled like marijuana after I picked up one of Uber riders and now Uber not trying to release my money I worked for that day
The booking request comes up 20km its not good. I cant accept booking because its so far but u know after that accept rate down so please solve this issue thanks.
I’ve been driving UberX for almost a year and i recently I moved to tasmania and now its been 2.5 months my account is still not active after uploading all the required documents, the last document I uploaded took 7 days to get approved and i was contacting support team every day and every day they lie to me that it will be approved in few hours. Still i am not been able to go online and when i call to the support team they just out of some where made up that this will take three day to get your account activated. Why? All of my documents are uploaded and approved, so disappointed with uber support RUDE and HELPLESS and will not recommend anyone.
In an Airport waiting queue before you enter the designated waiting area, app says for example 25-30 are ahead of you But once you enter the queue it shows that only 0-5 cars in front of you, so they keep you for hours in a queue by showing you the wrong number!!! This has been like this since two weeks ago Can't be possible that only 5 cars are Infront Of you and you don't get any trip request after 5 plane already has landed...

I sent a complaint here before and my account was fixed so it became alright, suddenly this week I don’t know what happened to my Account! 1- Today in 5 hours from 5..05 pm to 10 pm which is the dinner peak hours I received only 4 orders !! So I gave up and decided to go home instead of waiting in the streets beside the restaurants for nothing! Also last Monday was the same and I sent complaints to support team which obviously lead me nowhere! 2- I received thumbs down from a customer with mentioning the reason although the customer has to put a reason on the App once he pressed thumbs down but nothing appeared on my App 3 - the 5 minutes count down when the customer doesn’t answer the phone is not working and I had to wait for 15 minutes to a customer under rainy and stormy weather until he had mercy and opened the door! 4- In the middle of the busy time, suddenly the App stops orders for 40 minutes until I take the decision to restart the App to discover that it wants me to take a selfie, I don’t mind taking selfies twice a day but why the App doesn’t notify us to take a selfie instead of stopping the orders until we discover that we need to take a selfie by chance when we restart the App ?! Why waste the day for us ?! Notify us and we take the selfie instead of blocking us from receiving orders !!
The support team have no idea on how to support they just put you on hold then come back and tell you to delete and reload app !! They are just a msg team who throw your concerns into thin air I can give my honest opinion they are useless as a medium between any driver concerns especially on road rules in N.S.W. And legislation on pickup and drop off rules in Newcastle there are very limited areas to pick up and drop off customers safely and legally since most areas are no stopping🛑 , Taxi zones, and Bus zones which are off limits to Uber customers & drivers there are stiff fines being given out by Newcastle city council officers and police patrols who govern these areas in the inner city streets so when customers or riders request to pick up in theses areas the driver is taking a huge risk on safety and fines of 3 demerit points and $300 dollar fines none of the support team have no idea on how to take appropriate action to rectify this situation which goes on a daily basis of breaking roads and maritime laws which are broken numerous times every single day, when a driver cancels due to riders not complying which a new position on pickup due to a safety concern the driver has to bear the cost of a cancellation % in there account thus making acceptance rates depreciate on a safety concern which should not count!
Not everyone is booked in the traffic signal, so it can not go there and wait.and Many passengers request , and when we get there, he refuses poor experience and ever !
It would be better if the app could rotate to landscape.

I always restart my phone regarding trip request and even I contacted uber so many time that my friends always get more requests than me my rating is beeter than them but no response at all😤
Please pay driver’s more, so that they can afford expenses and taxes. The present model is not workable.
Update 2: In response to developer, clearly you can’t read very well. Please quit your job so that someone else, who is actually competent, can take your place. You have failed to understand this issue. Update: developer requested that I contact the support team. Will I? Hell no. The developer response, much like support, is useless. It’s equivalent of walking into an emergency room for help hoping you will live. Evidently, the developer who responded is age 15. How else do you explain this incoherent response? My Review: If you’re on 4G instead of LTE, the app is not responsive. I have 3 bars on 4G and I can’t log off. The developer will probably provide some patronizing response. Hey try this, try that. Umm, no. I know how to properly maintain a phone and yes background refresh is off for the vast majority. It’s not a user error. It’s just a poorly coded app written by inexperienced young men.
With so many states implementing or updating their distracted driver laws it would be nice if the app would be added to Apple carplay and Android auto. This would allow the screen to be viewed directly from the dash screen. Well good luck on making it happen.
People don’t tip like that and I’m not getting enough personal throughout the day i don’t know how they even it out between drivers but I get barely anybody

The app keeps showing that I am not taking affairs and that I have declined 6 when in fact I haven’t declined any also I’m not getting all my tips from credit cards so the woman I spoke too went in and said she "turned all the options on” and to check I had a friend call a fare in and give a 7 dollar tip well it never shows up!??? Also the system says I’ve finished 5 fares when in fact I’ve had 11 and was supposed to get a promotion when I got my first 10 but the fact is I haven’t along with some tips obviously I’ve only had 2 plus my friends to prove something was wrong!! Also y are u showing I have 5 fares when I can prove I’ve had 11 and 6 declined fairs when I haven’t declined anyone??? Thank you Taylor Nelson 1-6-75

Son muy estrictos con cualquier error por cualquier cosa quieren cerrarte la cuenta.. la verdad tengan mas consideración con los drivers recuerden que ustedes obtienen sus beneficios con uno y uno con ustedes y unidos somos un equipo. Me molesta eso por ese lado del resto todo bien
The system misbehave a lot. Taking you around in a circle during pickup and drop off. Outside that it is excellent
I love giving people lifts to the wrong location x
