Functional but mediocre. It’s fine. Been using for five years. It’s basically a timer which is what it’s best for. Issues include: can’t start two fasts in a day. So if I have a late night (which I often do, I work nights) and start my fast at 1am, then next day I’m done eating at 10pm, it won’t register that fast without canceling the previous fast. Makes no sense. Currently annoyed that I just got a new phone and it’s wiped my stats from my old phone. Come on.

Wish it tracked up to 7 days.. I love the app and have my whole family use it for prolonged fasting that we do twice a year with just water but for 7 days. However, this app only tracks up to 5 days. I wish it done at least 7 days, that would not make me want to download any other app - as I love the UI of this app.

Newbie to IF. I was excited to use a tool to help me track my beginners progress with the app...so excited I convinced my hubby to join me and purchase the Pro option as well. Unfortunately, we experienced several glitches...a) we would start the fast from our Apple Watch and then we would notice on the actual app on the phone the tracking hadn’t begun, b) the reminders that our fast had ended didn’t alert use besides activating that option, c) it was not user friendly in explaining what Apple Watch face options to use in order to see the quick view of Fast Habit. Unfortunately after three days of use, my hubby + I decide by to discontinue using this app and calling it a lost on both the purchases of the PRO option. I would say use this app at your discretion but I really don’t see how it stands out against just using reminders in your phone for start/end purposes..:you can track stats in other free .99 apps.

The best fasting app I’ve used. It’s just simple and works. Most fasting apps I’ve tried have so much going on in them. This one, it’s minimal and focuses on its purpose - to track fasts. Not a bit of clutter. It’s also fast. I’ve noticed other apps are slow to launch but not this one. It’s just right and I love it’s a 1 time purchase for a reasonable price.

Love this app. This app is simple and easy to read and use. It’s not congested like the other apps. Everything you would want to know is a type or swipe away. Kudos to you all so people don’t have to fumble through everything to find what you need. It was definitely worth the purchase. I loved it at first but now my notification of fast ended is not working after I purchased the app and no one will respond to resolve the matter

Still has a serious flaw. I love the app and it’s great as long as you don’t fast for too long. This week I had two fasts that started one day, continued through a day, and ended the next. My most recent fast was 51 hours. It doesn’t show that I fasted at all during the day in the middle. I see someone else reported this a year ago, developer replied and stated it’s on their list, but it’s still not fixed. Other than this issue, the app is great. I have the pro version and it’s worth every cent. I’d pay more to get the long fast bug fixed.

Love this app!. I love it! I tried a bunch of different IF apps and this has the simplest, most intuitive interface with no glitches so far! I also SO appreciate that there is no paid subscription, just a one time pro purchase. My favorite features are how easy it is to time your fasts based on start and end times AND/OR duration, and how the weight loss graph overlays with fasting hours! I wish this app had only three additional features... the ability to set a weight goal, and the ability to see which fasting zones you’re in, and the ability to add exercise minutes as needed. I’d love to see these features toggle on and off in the app settings so I could have the option to keep the interface as simple as I’d like. Love it!! Keep it coming.

I like it so much I paid!. A fasting app doesn’t need a ton of complicated features. I downloaded a few and the others didn’t work out for me because of their rigidity with times/schedule. Sometimes I eat on accident or sleep late, or I want to fast longer than I intended. Other apps made it hard to adjust for those things “on the fly” while you have a fast going. This app shines for its simplicity and also its versatility! I’m new to fasting (few weeks now) so I can’t always make it to a “set time”, but that’s ok! You can set a goal (16hrs for me) and then click start when you’re done eating. The app will remind you when you’re close to reaching your goal, but you can easily go past the goal or stop early if needed. You just click stop. I don’t know why other apps make it harder than that. Seeing my fasts on a weekly timeline has really helped me see the overall picture of how I’m doing and motivated me to beat my best times. ALSO THE WATCH APP IS PERFECT! I can easily check my wrist for time elapsed/time remaining if I’m driving or when I need to quickly set a mealtime with friends. I don’t want to always drag my phone out to do that. Also, being able to START and STOP a fast on the watch is invaluable. If I didn’t have the watch app I would likely forget what time when I went to add it in my phone. Edits are easy too. I would pay MORE for additional display options like: different style timers analog/digital Color options Different graph options

Simple, Sensible, Clean and the Best of the Many I Tried. I’ve tried many IF apps but ended up canceling my subscriptions because of all the clutter, upsells and daily noise. All I was looking for was a clean, pleasant-to-look-at timer with sensible, intuitive features that I could tweak when necessary, and a reporting dashboard to help me navigate my daily fasts. I’m hoping the developers will add a widget and reduce the annual subscription from the nearly $60/year to something far more reasonable. I will not be renewing at that price though I love this app very much. A good price should be in the $15-20 range for an annual subscription.

Favorite fasting timer recent update issues. Hey there! Love this app essentially because of the timeline juxtaposed against being able to track weight changes against my fasting results. ***** Recently I upgraded to new iPhone and new Apple Watch, the spacing of the pop up windows on the phone makes it difficult to close those windows with even a thin protective case and the watch app isn't spaced out enough to be able to accurately see your information/timer!

Summary Feature Useless. The basic functionality of this app (as basically a timer) works well and it looked promising but. But I’m shocked how lackluster the summary/calendar feature is for pro version: if you fast for 3 days starting on a Monday it will show that you have fasted ONLY on Monday! Same thing happens on the Calendar. I have fasted for 6 days this past week with a break in between but if you go bu this app it looks as if I fasted two days. Until the summary/calendar is fixed this is useless for tracking long term fasts, which means the pro version is useless.

One fast a day is a problem. I really liked this app.. and wanted to keep using it but only allowing one fast a day is why I am looking at getting a different IF app. I would have a fast end at 4pm and then wanted to start another at 8pm and the app brings up an error message that only one fast allowed per day. So every day I’m having to edit from midnight. I really loved everything else this app had with screens and options. I am at a loss as to why the main function of this app (fasts) would be limited?

Excellent and practical. I have tried many fasting apps and they focus on so many things at the same time that you get lost. This app is direct and simple to use. Clean view and easy to the eye. You just want to be motivated by looking at one thing only. The clock. Amazing app i recommend it for new and advance users because it’s a lifestyle so you want it to be easy for yourslef. To the creators. Thanks you !!!

4.5 functional, fairly priced and relatively easy to use. I would give this app 4.5 if i could. i wanted an app that just kept track of my time - this does the trick. i would like it to sync across more than one device, a little more support on how to use the app would be nice in the beginning, and it would be helpful if you could have more control on ending a fast at a different time if plans change. my only other wish would be to know what the body is doing at each hour of the process and what of any effect exercise has. that said I’ve had at least some of that from other apps and they were WAYYYYY to noisy - so of the two types …. i prefer FH!! And there is no crazy monthly fee madness with FH which I like A LOT!! fairly priced and functional.

Needs a new option. I work 3 12-hour night shifts a week. Therefore, many of my fasts will start one afternoon, end the next morning, then restart that evening. However, when I try to log the fast, it states I have already logged a fast for that day and to log this new one will cause me to lose the previous one. My days/nights are not the same as others’ so the option of setting my “normal” wake/sleep times so that I can log “more than 1 fast per day” would be helpful for those of us without standard 9-5 type jobs.

Love this app, wish it was for longer fasts.. Easy to use and customize. Great selection of foods in the menu. I can add my own recipes and decide whether or not to publish them. The timer is simple, which I like almost as much as the privacy of my information (meaning there is no social media like attempt to connect with others who are fasting.). The only change I would recommend would be the ability to program longer fasts. However, when I complete a 5 day fast the timer keeps counting. I just lose the countdown to my end date, which could be 7-15 days depending on how I feel. For this I would give 4.5 stars but it isn’t inconvenient enough to knock the rating down to 4.

Great tool for intermittent fasting.. I love this fasting app because it really encourages me to hit my intermittent fasting goals. Some days I don’t think I can do it, but I can quickly check my time, and that motivates me to push forward. If I could suggest one thing I’d love for this app to do is to be able to change my fasting goal mid-fast. If I’m at 18 hours, but I’d decide to go 20, I’d love a quick, easy way to extend it without having to end fast, and reset. Other than that, this is the best fasting app out there to me!

Good app but can’t extend fasts. I like And use the app but it does have one major flaw: once you start a fast, you cannot extend the end time. For example, let’s say I started fast that I anticipate being 18 hours. Come bedtime I’m not really hungry and I decide to extend the fast to 24 or longer. There is no ability to extend existing fast. You’ll even get a message when it’s time to start your next fast even though you are still fasting from the last one. Fix that, and it’s a five star review.

Nice!. The best feature of this app is the ability to see my fasting hours for more than 10 days at a time. I want to be able to look at the month and see how I did. It would be helpful if we could change the number of hours we want to fast during our fast, but that is a small thing. I’ve contacted the developer with questions and he is very responsive. Great app!!

Works for me… needs a couple of new features. I’ve been using the app (paid version) for about a month and have not found any bugs. The interface is clean and the app is very easy to set up and use. A couple of caveats. I do not have an Apple Watch so I cannot comment on any syncing problems people may be reporting. Things that could be added include better tracking and display of the target fasting goal. The current version limits this to one target. For example, I started by trying to fast 13 hours per day, but I’ve been increasing the time fasting (now at 16, but had tried 18 for a brief period). The app would be improved if it could track both the time fasted and the target fasting time entered. The app would also benefit by syncing data with the cloud. This would allow the user to look at the data using different devices.

The bug was fixed. I have used this for years and it was by far the most amazing app there for intermittent fasting until something broke. After one IOS update last November, it wouldn’t allow me or the others, based on some reviews, to change the start time. I wanted to start intermittent fasting again and tried several apps and they are either crowded with ads or want me to pay 30 dollars a year to remove adds. I decided to give this app another try and so pleased to find out that they have fixed the bug.

Simple, effective. Apple Watch is killer feature. I was surprised how hard it was to find an app that could work as an effective ‘glorified timer’, Fast Habit is the best of the five I tried. It doesn’t try to bilk you for subscriptions, and the free functionality is more than enough if you’re just getting started (though I paid up for the pro upgrade after a week because the app is so good). My fave view on the phone is it’s calendar; it’s like using Jerry Springer’s ‘don’t break the chain’ productivity hack to keep a streak going! So saying I’m addicted to my phone so have taken to keeping it powered off in a drawer in favour of the watch, so having the watch complication + modular watch face is just perfect - it’s pretty much how I use the app daily now. If there was one thing I could add to the pro version it would be for a reminder option that counts down from when you end you fast, rather than a fixed time of day. So if I’m 16/8 but I end up doing 15 or 17 instead, I’d like to set a reminder when my 8 hour window is up (though I can ask Siri to do that anyway so not the end of the world).

Efficient and effective. I have used it for a month and will continue to use it daily. The app does exactly what it says it does. The interface is clean, attractive, informative, and simple to use. It tracks fasts, weight, and streaks. It allows you to correct a mistake or change your mind. It interfaces with Apple Health flawlessly. $3 one time. No ads. No intrusions.

Simple, effective fasting app. I tried all the popular IF apps, and this is the only one I stuck with. Why? It’s simple, and the Pro Upgrade is a one-and-done payment not a subscription. Very worth the $2.99 upgrade. It’s a tracking clock that is completely editable, a weight tracker, and a few different ways to view your progress, including a graph that superimposes your fasting times on your weight chart, so you can see which fasting schedule works best for your weight loss. The fasting clock lets you view your progress by counting down (time remaining + % complete), counting up (time fasted), or just % complete. You can set a fasting window, but can edit it on the fly in the main screen, which makes this a truly useful app for those of us who do not stick to rigid fasting windows, plus you can add or edit fasts any time (if you forgot to start or stop the clock). No social media, no need to be connected to the internet to use, just a simple, well designed fasting app. I’ve been using it for over a year now. Love it!

Pretty good. The free version is adequate. It would be nice to be able to go back and edit previous days, or to see more details about previous days, but I'm content for what I am doing and what I need. This app is good enough. Update: For $2 I upgraded to premium, and it does everything I wished the free version did. Free is very adequate, but I don't regret upgrading. It's a useful app. Now, if I could just remember to log when my fast starts instead of trying to figure out when I quit eating 3 hours later…

Just what I wanted and more. This is perfect app for intermittent fasting. I just wanted to keep track of what time I start and when I want to end. I find it motivating to just check the app at times and see how much time I’ve fasted and how much to go. If I think about eating I just check the app and keep fasting. I also found the streak tracking motivating. I upgraded and didn’t find it much different but the calendar view helps and the one time small charge was no problem. Now I’m looking for an app to track sleep in the same way.

Has this flaw.... I do infrequent but regular fasts that extend over 24 hours. The pro version now allows for fasts up to 48 hours. However, if I schedule a fast beginning, for example, on Sunday evening and finish that fast on Tuesday morning, the app will tell me that I have not fasted at all on Monday (when in reality I fasted 24 hours on Monday), I will not receive any credit for that, and my streak will be broken. This means that accurate streaks cannot be maintained without artificially tweaking the data, which completely defeats the purpose of collecting data.

Simple to use, with all the features I need. I spent a few days testing different IF tracking apps. I wanted something simple that had an app for my Apple Watch too, since I often don’t have my phone handy. I didn’t want to have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for a glorified timer. I used the free version for a day before committing the $2.99 one time fee. Totally worth it in my opinion to support the developer and unlock some more graphs, notifications, etc.

Fantastic!. This is the second app I have tried, and I instantly knew it was right for me! I love the ability to reset start/end times, how it visibly links weight vs fast, price, and it’s ability to link with Apple Watch, etc. The only wish I have right now is some kind of color stars, words of encouragement or something in color to give me warm fuzzies! At 71 I am still 7 years old!

How to restart a fast that was accidentally stopped. I’m learning it still. But I’m frustrated trying to figure out how to restart a fast I accidentally stopped when I touched my screen. Is there a way to resume a fast you are currently on when that happens? Or could there a way to add a pop up question like “are you sure you want to end your fast now? You have such and such hours left to reach today’s goal.”

Problem logging multiple fasts starting on the same day. It’s pretty good, but there’s an issue if you try to store two fasts that start on the same day. Say you start a fast just after midnight. Maybe you got off track or your schedule is weird. If I fast for 16 hours then that fast would end at 4pm the same day. Now I want to get back on my usual schedule so I want to start my next fast earlier than midnight. The app will only store one fast per day though, so doing this would overwrite my fast that started after midnight because they technically start on the same day.

Works well with Apple Watch.. I got this to use with my Apple Watch. I like how it’s displayed on my Watch. You can start and stop a fast on your watch but you can’t change the times. You have to use your phone for that. If I could make changes, I would have it track my 2 or three day fast on the graph better. The app records your fast each week, but it displays a 3 day fast as one day. Other than that, it’s worth it.

This app is underrated. This app doesn’t get the love it deserves in fasting app listicles. I bothered to upgrade because it’s not a subscription and I think the service is worth it. The interface is lovely and clean (I like blue, personally) and easy to use. It’s not cluttered with tips, “inspiration”, or weird chat groups. If you’re looking for a simple, clean, fasting app this one is for you. My only wish would be that I would like a small Apple Watch complication. I like the large one with the time left, but it takes up a lot of real estate and requires you use a specific type of watch face. I would love to see one that gives you your hours left diagonally (to fit in the corner of a circular dial face), as well as just a normal, small “hours left” complication. Also if there was a widget for the iPhone, that would be awesome (okay, that’s two wish list items I guess!)

Good app, except for a couple bugs. I rely on this app. It is the major reason that I have kept to my fasting. You won’t regret purchasing it. Two bugs bother me: the weight vs. fasting time graph is wildly wrong; but more importantly, if you change time zones you will retroactively lose fasts because the times get recalculated. I had a 23 day streak going that turned into a 12 day streak. Seems to me once you lay down a fast it should be immutable in terms of goals met. Store the contemporaneous time zone with the each fast, instead of remapping local time. Also please make weight record exportable.

All I wanted was timer and tracking 💙. Update… it does have an apple watch app. I must have just missed it. Removing that remark below. All I wanted was timer and tracking, other apps were absurdly non-intuitive and unnecessarily complicated. This Fast Habit gets the basics done very well and simply… *unlike* the other app with the name simple which is not simple. Simplicity in UI and UX is so much more important than too many features.

Does what I need it to. On the day my nutritionist mentioned intermittent fasting, I went looking for an app for that. It needed to be free, it needed to be easy to use, and it needed to look good. I didn’t need bells and whistles, just start/stop fasting info and a few stats. Two out of three ain’t bad. It’s free - I don’t need more stats than the last few days. It’s easy to use (but hard to remember to start/stop, but that’s MY issue!) But the looks keep it from being a five star review. The stat page bar graph is good but too big while the averages at bottom need to be larger. Same with front page - the circle is too big at expense of other, more useful info. It won’t take much to make the free version a 5 star in my mind.

Needs upgrade. This basic app works decent for general tracking but it needs to be updated because it has a serious flaw that is going to make me have to drop it and find a different app. You can not start multiple fasts on the same date. This is a big issue for me. I work nights and I start my fasts at midnight every night or a little before midnight. When I don’t work the next day I start my fast when done with dinner at a normal time like say 9pm. I can’t start my fast in the app at 9pm due to the fast I started at midnight the same day then broke for dinner with the family the. Started again after that meal. FIX this glitch. Or I’m moving on to a different app.

Not a happy “camper”. I learned about this app from reading reviews on a different app. I downloaded it because they said it was free and very user friendly. Well it was the exact opposite!!! I tried to do the free version... no such thing! Every time I tried to set up a basic fast period in the free version, it kept saying “update to the $2.99 pro version.” So out of pure frustration I finally updated to pro. This app is very buggy and it’s not user friendly. I am still not able to set up a fast and get reminders and all the other great things that they promised. Now I will have to look for another fasting app... very sad! I am requesting a refund in good faith because the app is not delivering on its promotions and promises. Thank you.

So Easy to Use. I wasn’t sure if I would like this app or not. It seemed pretty basic and “under-complicated” as if that were a thing. I wasn’t sure if something so simple could do the job. I was pleasantly surprised. For the first time since last spring, my weight is going down. It has made staying on track so much easier. I simply do not eat outside my designated time and I have lost weight. Well done app. It’s a keeper.

Simple, clean. Only what you need.. I love this timer. It keeps track of my fasting. That’s it. The timer is clear with three options to think about your fast - time elapsed, time to go, and percentage complete. There’s a helpful log so you can hold yourself accountable over time. And that’s it! No cartoon characters, no pop-ups, no $$ subscription to video series or constant promotions. Just a timer. I’m so appreciative.

One fix and it’d be a five star app!. I love this app, the design and easy is beautiful. However, (and unless I’m doing something wrong) you can’t log more than one fast in a 24 hour period. I usually fast from 10pm until 10am. But once I finish at 10am today, let’s say, I couldn’t start my next fast at 10pm tonight without erasing my previous fast because only one can be logged per day. I had to alter my window of 12am until 12pm so I can be able to use the app I paid for. If that was fixed, this app would be amazing.

Simple but great. It’s one of extremely few apps that aren’t asking for a monthly subscription for its premium features. The free version is reasonably useful and the premium version is well worth the one time $3 charge. I mean… it’s honestly a glorified timer/alarm clock. There’s no justification for a monthly subscription. I would’ve deleted it if it asked. It’s exactly what I needed for my intermittent fasting journey. The first time I fasted I didn’t use any apps and it was too easy for me to lose track of time and mess up. Now I have this and reminded that my fast is supposed to be starting AND when it ends. Love it. Great app and I’d recommend to anyone.

Great app - need more features!. I tried other fasting apps and this one is the best. I upgraded to pro and loved the additional graphs and other features. One thing I wish they had built in was a way to also track water consumption with reminders and such as being hydrated is very important when fasting. This would’ve made upgrading to the pro version much more appealing. Also, how about making it fun with badges and achievements when hitting high fasting marks? Or comparing data from other users. Another great addition would be a small area within app explaining/showing fasting health tips/advice/physiology/diet.

New to the app and loving it. I’ve been using another IF tracking app for a couple months, but got frustrated with the excessive features, articles, and subscription plans that it kept pushing. I’ve only just started using FastHabit, but I can already tell it’s a winner, so I decided to spring for the pro version right away. That being said, it looks like the free version would be perfectly usable. The simplicity is central to its appeal for me. It’s a tracking, clean and simple. And the design is appealing to boot. My only request so far is for one of the smaller complications to be added for WatchOS. The current one is decent, but I’d rather use the larger real estate for more detailed reminders and the like.

The Perfect Fasting App. I have tried 5-6 fasting apps and didn’t really love any of them. Sometimes they put extra fluff in there (that you had to go premium to access) and usually that fluff seemed to be knowledge that you likely know through books/blogs/forums already. They also wanted you to sign up for their service at $10/month or something. Ew What makes this app so amazing is its simplicity. First let me start with saying if you want premium it’s $2.99 flat…no weekly, monthly or annual charges. Three bucks and your done. So use that Starbucks money you are saving by fasting and pay for the premium on this app. (You can use the app without going premium) The app obviously shows you were you are in your current fast. You can change your fasting goals as often and for how short or long as you want. They have an Apple Watch app so you can check your progress or start/stop your fast using your Apple Watch. My favorite feature and one I didn’t even know to look for in a fasting app but makes perfect sense to have…they have a graph that shows you fasting history in comparison to your weight loss/gain progress.

Needs iCloud syncing. 2021 update. Here we are 4 years later and still no iCloud syncing. 5 years of IF data lost forever and no response from developers on the issue. Are there plans to implement iCloud saving data? And if not why not? Can we at least have an explanation? Also it would be nice if there is a working Apple Watch complication so fast can be started from the watch. Switched to the new phone and lost almost a year of history. This is a great app but it doesn’t seem to sync with iCloud. What app in 2017 especially pro paid app doesn’t have iCloud syncing? Another wise great app that does what it should. If you can remember to export your data manually.

Great and Simple Fasting App. I started trying out intermittent fasting a few weeks ago and I was writing in a little notebook what time I started and stopped eating. It was a pain. I did buy the upgrade for this app and I love it! So easy to log my start and stop fast times and to see how much longer I have to go to complete my fasting window. I also love how you can adjust your fasting start time if you forgot to click the app when I have stopped eating for the day. The calendar view is great and I love how the app tells you your current fast streak (how many days). I highly recommend this app for intermittent fasting 🙂

Best IF App!. I’ve researched info on many IF apps, and this is by far, the best one out there. I loved it so much I upgraded to Pro after only minutes of getting the free version. Easy to use interface, well-designed graphics, and above all, upgrade doesn’t cost much compared with others that want you to subscribe for an absurd amount of money. Great tracking features come with the upgrade and is well worth it! Thanks for this awesome app!

Best for just tracking. I’ve practiced intermittent fasting for quite some time now and this is the BEST app if you just want a time tracker. I don’t need recipes, articles, etc. that the flood of fasting apps feature. Personally, I find all that excess a distraction (it’s like excess calories imo). I hope this app stays with its simple yet elegant user interface and keeps all the fluff out. I mean if you’re fasting you are practicing to go without so let’s keep it simple folks. I supported the developers with the nominal fee to get calendar and Apple Health integration. It’s the least I could do to thank them for this app.

Fantastic app, but one glitch needs to be addressed. I tried many apps to help with fasting, and this is the one that fit the bill. Very easy to start fasting or to adjust it if you forgot to start it right at the moment. Also, the alerts and reminders make it very simple, and it’s great to be able to see a graph chart it against bodyweight. Does exactly what it needs to do, without being over-complicated. One glitch needs to be addressed, though. After you finish your feeding Session for the day, naturally you’re going to start another fast. When tapping the button to start the fast, an error alert comes up and says that you have already had one fasting session started that day, and starting a new one will erase the one prior. Of course, the earlier one is the one that started yesterday. I was able to go ahead and start it anyway, and it did not erase anything. However, it was unnerving. This should be addressed. There is an option to contact support from within the app, but it goes to some strange email that bounces back an error to my email system. Sadly, this means the only way for me to provide the feedback is through this review. So maybe that’s two glitches that need to be addressed :-). Nonetheless, it was the best fasting management app that I have found. Worth the money for the pro version.

Great app. Really like this app, makes getting to the end of a fast easy and motivating when you need it

Easy to use. I have done intermittent fasting before but I have found that I am more motivated to get to the end of 16 hours because of the count down timer.

Great, wish you could log longer fasts. This is an excellent app and very helpful, though it doesn’t seem to cope well with extended fasts, and the maximum you can set is 4 days (admittedly longer than most people would need), that also stuffs up the streaks as the app won’t recognise the days you fully fasted as counting in the streak. The layout is easy to understand and has lots of info for a very small price.

Excellent fasting timer and stats. Great App for tracking fasting - the best one there is!

Does not work with ios 16.1.1. Please update Fast Habit apps to make it work with ios 16.1.1 (current).

Great App. I have been using this app for a couple of years it is really easy to use, accurate and straightforward would recommend to anyone starting to integrate fasting into their lives for better health!

Completed Fasts. Really like the app and I find it easy to use. The one adjustment I would like is for the completed fast view in your summary to change. For a reason, I don’t understand why it marks some fasts as ‘completed’ and others just as ‘fasts.’ Some are highlighted/ coloured in (green) and others are only border-lined in green, although you completed all as marked the fast as complete. At first, I thought it may be because you didn’t reach your goal. For example, a 16 hour fast although I fasted longer and it didn’t change the view in the summary :/ pls change 👌

Nice and clean. Clean design, simple management. Shame the small complication is not there as per the app screenshots, otherwise would have been perfect for me.

Love the app. Making me so motivated, love the app

Unable to adjust time. I just downloaded the app. Tried to start a fast and adjust the time to when I last ate the night before and it just freezes. I have started and stopped the app a number of times but it keeps happening.

Useless not fit for my intermittent fasting.. Not user friendly- for the cost certainly expected more.

Fantastic app. Have used this app for a couple of months. Very simple and easy to use. Well designed. I like that it tracks how long my 'streak' has been going, it's very motivating. I always forget to press start at the right time and it allows me to edit the time to accurately reflect my start time. Not all apps out there allow you to do that. Thank you for a great free app.

Amazing. This app is perfect if you want tracking fast. I like because it has statistics and shows the weight vs fasting. I recommend adding the option to upload photo weekly.

Not much for your money. Got automatically signed up and cancelling it via iTunes still leaves me with a year worth of not much. Other apps give you fasting time recommendations etc. This is very basic by comparison. Should be free for what you get.

Great, but issues starting fasts on Apple Watch. It’s a great app for both iPhone and Watch. Nice UI. However, with current version, when I start a fast on the Watch, it doesn’t sync with iPhone. Works fine when starting with iPhone. Hope this is fixed in a future update.

Fast habit. Fast Habit helps me stay on track, stay motivated and is easy to use. Fit for purpose.

👍👍👍👍👍. 👍👍👍👍👍

Love the pro version!. Looking forward to more features! Good work guys 👍🏼

Works great!. It's simple to use, and motivating.

Easy to use and free!. I like the fact that I can edit the start and end time when I've forgotten to log the start or forget to stop my fast on the app.

Great app. Works great, thanks for the free app ☺️

Great app, very responsive support!. App is fantastic and support is excellent too. They responded very promptly to an issue I had and with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Been charged. Well I hope this app is good. Not only did it say 'GET' which is supposed to be free, once tapped to download, my credit card gets charged $1. Not happy considering it should be free! At least other apps have the decency to say there is a charge!

Discovery. Who knew that technology will let you be more persistent? Best app ever! 🔥

Fast Habit. I love this app.

The Glen. Really helpful app

I like it, but not good on Apple Watch. I like the app when I’m using it on my phone, it’s nice and simple. But it seems that you can’t change the fasting timer on the Apple Watch. It appears that you get a 16 hour fast option only and no way to change it... I tend to fast for 48-72 hours, and I’d love to be able to monitor my fasting time on my Apple Watch...

Perfect for keeping me on track. As simple as it is, very easy to access and flexible to adjust my daily timing. I aimed it 17hrs fasting and try to keep it up. But still very flexible to change anytime I want. Perfect for my circle!

Great!. Easy and does everything I want

Good app but it lost my data. It’s a good app, simple to use and flexible. I like that you can edit the start and stop times of your fasts, and even input fasts you’ve done in the past. But I just completed a three day continuous fast and when I hit the button to end it the last month of my intermittent fasting data had vanished. This is a deal breaker. Please fix this issue because if I can’t trust the app to keep my data then it’s useless to me.

It won’t work with Family sharing. I bough this app with the idea to share it with my family. I installed it into my family device from their account by using my downloads and the program is asking again and again to pay for it for each of the family members. Definitely don’t buy it if you have a family to share with.

Great, simple app. Nicely designed and straightforward app for tracking fasts

Can't Manually ad weight.. After paying for the full version I can't even log my weight manually I have to sync my health app to this app. I do not use my health app and don't want to I wan't to be able to do everything from within the app. Massive let down as everything else about the app is excellent.

It’s an overrated timer. You can do the same things with a timer on your phone, it has no features at all.

Apple Watch update. The new Apple Watch app is great thanks for the update

No Infograph widget??. This is one of the most popular Apple Watch faces and there’s no widget to see how you’re doing on your fast. It’s a simple app yes but… a tad too basic maybe??

Not worth purchasing. Not worth the money, a glorified timer.

Excellent Tool. Fasting habit has allowed me to track my dadts with more structure and accountability. I am confident that I could not go this far in my fasting journey without using this app!

Paid for something I can’t use. I was interested in this app for a specific feature, being able to track weight with fasts. I downloaded the app to my iPad only to find out that I couldn’t track weight with the free version. The pro wasn’t to expensive so I bought it. Go to put in my weight “You need an iPhone with the health app installed. The $$ amount wasn’t much but I don’t like paying for things I can’t use. This feels very misleading

Promete. I am looking forward for more improvements to the app. It is very straightforward, but I think it could add a weight input Thanks

Experiencing issues. The app closes and will not let me tap on the add time 😢help

Fails to properly sync between watch and phone. So many times I’ve ended a fast by stopping the timer on my phone or watch only to find the app didn't sync properly and the counter resumes. Regret paying for premium.

Good app. Easy to use and basic all ya need A+

Nice and simple!!. This app is just what I’m looking for. Something to countdown my fasts and log my success. It logs weight loss at the same time! One time fee for the plus but it’s cheap. It does not try to sell you anything either. I highly recommend if you just want a timer and stats!!

Good motivator!. After ten days of using FH I have to say that I am almost fully satisfied. It pushes me to keep my schedule which is the main goal of this app. Why not five stars then? Well, it is not compatible fully with the IPad meaning syncing data between IPhone and iPad is not possible. Also syncing with Fitbit Versa2 does not work. If those two issues were corrected FH world be ideal for me, worth paying twice as much for the app!

Good overall. I had been using this app for about two weeks. It is easy to use. However, I hope it can allow me to enter note when I fail my goal. I think it can help me to track what happened.

Loving this App & Great Support!. A flexible way to track your fasts no matter your routine! Intermittent or extended? It’s got you covered. It also displays your fasts cross referenced with a weight progress bar! Super cool. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how to change the units of measurement. One email and an hour later their support team gave me the info to do so. It’s linked with iPhones Health App, so the change needed to be made there and it auto updated in Fast Habit! Perfect! Thanks guys!

Losing data on sync. Was working well but now I’m losing fasts done on my watch so the watch app isn’t terribly useful if it’s not reliable.

Inspiring Feedback. This is a fantastic program for letting you know how you are going in your transition into a fasting lifestyle.

Love the app, but fix a bug please!. This app is great. I bought it because it allows me to see trends longer than a week like some of its competitors. One glitch though - when I start a fast and need to adjust the start time it doesn’t respond. I have to close and restart the app to adjust the start time. Pls fix! It’s why it lost one star from my rating.

Great app. Love the app. Would be 5 star if the end fast button showed the date of the end fast not just the length and time. Just helps for scheduling extended fasts and incorporating them into daily life.

Simple & Perfect. To the point & not overly complicated.

Still needs improvements. The app continues fasting forever if i forgot to turn it off. Also it is not possible to modify the hours if you got it wrong

KISS. So simple and free to try it. I like that

Long fast. Wish this app could go longer than 120 hours. I would like to try a 21 day fast which is 504 hours. Unfortunately this app will stop your fast at 120 hours and it’s up to you to restart if you wanted to go longer.

Basic app, issue with Apple Watch. The app isn’t syncing well with Apple Watch. I would be more than half way done the fast but the dial on watch doesn’t move. Only fix so far was to uninstall the app in watch and restart reinstall but then the issue comes right back

Simplicity - rare these days. Love the simplicity of this app. Just the basics that easily accessible. Thank you!

Great!. Thank you for this wondrful idea. It motivates me everyday no matter where I am in my weight loss journey.

Weight. I wish there was a spot to enter weight

Love the simplicity!. I love the simplicity of the app. If you ever want to add any features to the app, please CAREFULLY consider whether it’s beneficial to your beachhead market. Thank you <3

Awful. This app is so bad. You could do what it does with your stopwatch on your phone.

Bugs. Recent update is buggy. Trying to end a fast causes app to crash. Already tried restarting phone and reinstalling app.

Notifications don’t work. Paid for premium and my notifications don’t work , disappointed 👎🏻

Fun app. I like it more each day. User friendly and very simple to use. And easy to adjust the fasting times. I love it.Thanks FH

Great app, nice widget. Nothing more to add. I recommend.

Grrr. Weight-tracking function only works with iPhone, not iPad. For some reason you need the iHealth app, which isn’t available for the iPad. So I paid for a product that doesn’t work for me!!!

Simple and easy to use. Thanks for this app. Makes it so much easier to track fast successes. I gave up food tracking and only track my fasts.

Newest update crashes on Apple Watch. Updated the app and now it will not open on my watch. Disappointing.

Disappointed. I have been using this app for months and love it but was really disappointed to update and find that features that used to be free, you now have to pay for (week and calendar view). Now I wish I hadn't updated. It's not very expensive to go pro, but really bad customer service to take away existing features. Even if I do go pro, I will be hesitant to update in the future :(

Perfect.. I downloaded and tested all IF apps that were free or upgrade-to-full, which was about thirty apps in total. FastHabit was in my final three, and although it lacks the ability to add a brief note or include difficulty/mood, it provides what you need to record your fasts in a clean UI and great UX. It doesn’t include any information on fasting but it’s doesn’t need to; IF information is available from many, many sources. If you’re looking for a great IF app at a reasonable (and non-recurring...) price, FastHabit is the one.

Can’t log weight on iPad. Went and spent the extra for the pro package, and severely dissatisfied that the app does not fully work on an iPad. Please fix.

Best fasting app period. This app is incredibly simple to use and gives you everything you need for successful weight loss and wellness. Other fasting apps maybe flashier but the learning curve is much higher and I found you don’t use half the functions. Additionally you don’t have to mortgage your house to pay for it.

Simple but helpful. It is simple and easy to use and helps me with fasting remarkably well. The dedicated timer is just enough to motivate me and frame my fasts.

Not that great. The “remind” option never actually reminds me when to start and stop fasting

Perfect fasting tracker for my needs. I have been tracking my eating window for many months now, and there are many subtle but important design use cases that help me: - it just tracks your fasting time, nothing else. No fluff! - it allows you to edit the start and/or finish time of your fast if you forget to start or end it - it reminds you when to start with a notification- again super helpful while you build the habit - it has a watch complication you can use to show your status Overall, it’s a 5 out of 5. I will add that getting into the habit of mindful eating was really helped by having an app where I can click “Start Fast” which has become a simple trigger for no more eating until WHEN -> When Hunger Ensues Naturally

Intermittent Fasting Schedule. I have been a proponent of the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle for over 5 years. I have written numerous articles about the health benefits of this particular lifestyle. After testing this app I have recommended it to others since it simple to use and it incentivizes people to maintain their particular IF schedule.

Data disappeared. Worked really well at first, but then, recently, several days of data disappeared from earlier months. I had fasted 12 hours every day for a few months in a row, and the app had originally accurately recorded those fasts. But then the calendar suddenly showed multiple days per month of “no fast,” which wasn’t true. So it seems the app removed data randomly (even though I’d made no change in my settings).

Simple and good. Very easy to use and track progress. It is simple but all you need. Nice job.

Crappy. All my fast streaks were all erased. Sucky!!

Weight. It would be really nice to have an independent from Apple Health weight registry. I bought the app not knowing that I would have to cross them. I prefer not to keep that data on Apple Health.

Great app. Great app, does everything I want it to do, but how do I change my target fast?

Great!. No adds. Easy to understand and use. Really recommending! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great app that keeps you on track!. Thanks for fixing the issue!! I've used this app for a full year now. It's helped me keep organized and kept me on track as well with the notifications. I lost about 3 kg and maintained that loss which is nice. Always good to do research before you do IF but this app def helps!!

Crap. This is useless

Not great.. This app is literally a very clunky timer and a weight log. Not in any way worth the purchase price.

Uncomplicated. I used to use the Zero fasting app timer but it just wanted to sell you stuff. Fast Habit app is much easier and just a plain ole tracker. Nothing complicated and no constant trying to sell you stuff or getting you to upgrade to something you don’t really need.

This app is nearly perfect - PLEASE MAKE THIS ONE CHANGE!. This app would be perfect if the time increments were entirely customizable. Currently, the app only a allows you to plan for a fast in whole hour increments, which isn’t helpful if you started your fast 30 minutes early but still want to end the fast at the usual time (started at 5:30 pm but want to end at 3:00 pm next day). Please fix this!!!!

Really helpful. I used to count in my mind the number of hours of fasting. Since I have this app It is not just about to tracking fasting hours it also helps to keeping motivated, thinking how good I have done it and pushes me a little bit for those days when I feel like giving up.

Great basic app. I don’t write reviews very often, however this app has allowed me to be successful with IF over the past 2 months. It’s a great basic IF app. I really like that it has an Apple Watch companion app that allows me to be start / stop / restart my fast without digging my phone out of my pocket. Like IF it is not overly complex.

Missing data. I was prompted to leave a review and was about to leave a nice one when I noticed my last 2 fasts were missing from the summary. I tried to add them back manually from what I could remember but those aren’t showing up either. The point of the app is data tracking. Previously I used a spreadsheet. It’s more cumbersome but at least it’s reliable...

No subscription with Apple Watch app. This is exactly what I was looking for. A simple fasting app that actually works, and has an integrated Apple Watch app. No stupid subscription requests that pop up all the time even with the free version. I was even happy to pay the small one time fee for a few extra options just because I like the simplicity of this app.

So far so good. I downloaded a bunch of “fast tracking” apps and tried them out. Of the ones, I found this one most intuitive and easy to use. Some features need the “pro” purchase, but I have found it worthwhile so far. Your results may vary.

No Longer Good. This app used to be AMAZING. But now it’s not functional. I don’t know if there’s a glitch or something but suddenly there is no way to adjust start and end times. For example if you forget to start your fast in the app you could go in, start it and then edit the start time. Same with end time. You can no longer do that. You better start and end the app at the exact times, or your fasts will not be recorded properly. Guess I’ll have to find a new app.

Time Zone Support. I've been an avid user of Fast Habit for at least a year now and it's gone a long way to keeping me on track! My only request is support for changing time zones during a fast. If I'm traveling - from EST to CST for example - after I've started fasting, I'll have to adjust my ending time when I'm done fasting the next day.

Great fasting app that doesn’t need subscription. Keep it this way. No subscription app. Yay!!! Got me hooked to intermittent fasting. Very simple easy to use app. Hoping for some fancy updates in near future with slightly added functionality. Smaller size widget, etc.

Where is the complication?. I love the simplicity and flexibility of this app but the main reason I paid for the premium version was to add a complication to the Apple Watch and there is none. No one wants to click two screens to find the time remaining on the daily fast.

Great app. Overall, this app does exactly what it's been tasked to do. It does seem to freeze when completing a fast, but if you close it and reopen, it actually recorded successfully, and it doesn't happen all the time. I love the streamlined functionality and can easily put up with the occasional glitch.

Used to love this app. I loved this app so much until they updated it. Now I can no longer move from one part of the app to the other. That is, there’s a part where you start a fast and stop a fast. But if I move to see my summary of the last ten days, I can find no way to go back to where I start and stop a fast. It’s very disappointing. I hope an update will address this problem.

I have fallen love with Fast habit. I have been using fast habit for over a month now. I am a devout Snake Diet faster from Cole Robinson’s incredible fasting plan. I do 96 hour fasts regularly and do a couple 130 plus hour fast monthly as well. I love the weight tracking feature from my electric scale. This fasting app has it all.

Works for 16/8!. I download lots of apps searching for the best. This is it. Totally worth the upgrade if you want to invest in IF lifestyle. I had some trouble learning how to make two entries in one day. So I sent an email to the feedback link. I got almost instant reply on the same day. Works great now. Great customer service. Thanks guys!

Zero without the baggage. Don’t look further this is what you need. I was using zero but hated that a $70 subscription was looming over me for what amounts to a stopwatch. Fast habit is just as nice without all the extra. I would be happy to pay $5 a year to keep the developers running. Please add that option.

Great but needs Watch Sync Fixed. Love the app. Does a great job of logging fasts and putting it onto mixes graphs for you to view. What I don’t care for is the lack of sync. When I start a fast on my watch it does not show up on my phone. Seems like a simple fix. I hope to see an update soon.

Paid as well. Worth It. One Suggestion. Love the app so far. I think you need the ability to manually start your fast by typing the start time and then it counts from that start time. If I missed pressing the button I’m penalized on the timer even though I stopped eating at the right time.

Lost data recovered!. I gave this app a bad review due to lost data when I changed iPhones. Quick update....he support person, Hernán, gave me step by step instructions how to recover it. He was an awesome help and I have all my data now. The app is great too and I managed to lose 30 lbs by using the app to fast twice a week. Best fasting app out there!

Great app. I’ve tried so many fasting apps and this one so far has been the best. All the apps I’ve tried you have a monthly or yearly subscription, which I wasn’t really wanting since I just wanted to track my fasting hours and weight progress. This app has the best price $2.99 and is a ONE TIME subscription.

Great app for those looking to move on from Zero. Love the app. Couldn’t justify paying big bucks for Zero anymore. This is a mostly seamless replacement. Well worth the small investment. One feature I wish it had was to change the fast target while in the fast.

Waste of money. Based on multiple recommendations from friends I paid for the pro version. The app isn’t even worth $3. First, in spite of what other reviews say, you can’t track different kinds of fasts. It’s all the same fast just fir different time lengths. So if you do a 5:2 fast or switch between 5:2 and 16 hours, there’s no way to note that. If you manually add a fast it goes on your calendar and in your stats but never gets tagged completed. Weight can’t be added manually so if you use an app other than Apple Health you lose that feature too. The app is garbage.

Simple, useful, supported!. Great app. 2 things on my wish list: ability to track feeding window AND/OR fasting window. An option to add notes for each fast and/or feast. If it had these things it would be perfect. When I had an issue adding a manual fast the developer replied quickly with helpful suggestions and I found it was my own usage error, not the app itself. LOVE apps where questions are addressed! Thank you.

some improvements needed. I like this app more than the all the others. But the apple-watch app doesn’t really do anything. It is always set to 16 hours even when the app on my phone is set to a different duration. The watch app doesn’t show time fasted - it only shows time remaining , which is useless when the watch app only does 16 hrs. If they would fix the watch app it would be much better

Perfect app for intermittent fasting. Tried others. This one easiest by far. You can adjust times if you forget to enter at start or stop. I have free version. That’s all you need. I’m going to get pro version because they have done such a good job and it’s affordable for everyone.

Great great great!!!!. I’ve been using this app for 125 days straight! I’m on a 125 day streak of at least 16 hours per day. Honestly, I don’t even need the app to remember when to eat and when to stop, I keep using it because it’s neat to track my streak. I feel more healthy and better than ever. Thank you for this life changing app!

Needs more complication options. This app is well designed and works well. My only complaint is that its watch options are limited. Namely, it will only work in certain watch complication slots on some watch faces. Really no reason not to expand these options.

Create an Account. Would love it if i could create an account and be able to sync the data to different devices & store my information so I don’t lose it when i get a new phone

OK. I paid for the app and I am a bit disappointed. I am not sure why, after paying, I am unable to add in my weight? I need an iPhone and Heathmate? Fine, I downloaded another app to track my weight, but think I should be able to in this app. Second, wish I could go longer than 120 hours for the occasional extended fast. I love that it allows you to manually go in and change the times of your fast, I sometime start and forget to enter it at the time I begin.

So simple and effective. It’s amazing how motivating it is to look back at my stats and also just easily be able to quickly see what I’m up to! I even put it as a complication on my watch face, and I can instantly see how many hours I have left before I open or close my fasting window!! Love it!!

Love this app!. It would be awesome if there was a way to change the color of the app! I really love this app and it’s super helpful with IF! I would love being able to play around with it more, maybe even being able to set my own motivational photo up on it as a background! 😍

Clean and customizable. Clean and customizable. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. The ability to adjust fast based on time. And with the PRO version, the ability to track extended fasts. I wish I knew of this app when I first started fasting.

Consistent. Tried a bunch of others and keep coming back to this app because it doesn’t have a ton of pop ups and it is very easy to manually add fasting periods in case you forgot or were fasting before downloading it. It would be great to see what stage of fat burning but we also can figure this out from just googling it, so...

Fabulous and Great Customer Care. I’ve been using this app for a while, and I can’t say enough about what a difference it has made in my life. Today I upgraded my iphone and thought I lost my current fasting info and within minutes I received an email from their team telling me how to restore everything. Love love love it! Get it you won’t regret it!

Some bugs to fix. For the most part this app is great at tracking my fasts. It works with my watch and gives reminders when my fasts start and end. Would love a notes section to add details about that day’s fast such as water consumption or cravings. However, there are some kinks that need to be ironed out. When I stop my fasts on my watch, it often does not communicate the data to the app so my fast is not logged. Then because I enter my fast manually, I lose my streak.

Superior App!!!. This is the best fasting app on the market period. Easy to navigate, uncomplicated and provides the information you need to keep track of your fasts. Other fasting apps are filled with unwanted features. I don’t need a fitness plan, meal ideas or unnecessary calorie tracking. You won’t regret it!

App frozen and useless since update. Before this most recent update, I would have given it 5 stars. Now, every time I open the app it freezes after I tap it once. I’ve had to manually track my fast for the past 3 days. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but now I’m stuck in free mode because it freezes up every time I try to restore my pro upgrade. If this isn’t fixed in the next few days, I’m giving up on this app completely and will be switching to another app. This company needs to make things right by addressing this issue and fixing it ASAP.

Intermittent fasting. This app is super helpful. Beautifully designed. Easy navigation. It evens has a mini app for the apple watch and I love that because you can keep track of how long you have left. Or easily adjust things from the app. I lost 8lbs my first week of intermittent fasting. Definitely my go to when it comes to keeping track.

Cool But Why Can’t You Pre Plan A Fast?. Why can’t you plan a fast for this Thursday? You can only manually add a fast you have completed or start right now. If you are fasting, you may only bring doing certain days and it would seem obvious to be able to calendar in advance. Otherwise, everything has a nice aesthetic and it works simply and smoothly for tracking fasts.

OK, but statistics are not that useful, even with the paid version. It bothers me that the statistics that are available on the 10 day view are not available on the monthly view or longer, if I have a 30 or 60 day streak, I would love to see stats about the average fast during that time, but none of that is available.

Great interface great motivator. I love the app clean interface and how you log and check your progress including integration with health app to check my weight. I log it with Polar Balance so perfect to see it work flawlessly. Love the statistics to show you how are you doing. Plus it is a one time fee. It does the job perfectly.

I like it but it could be better. I really enjoy this app, I use it everyday. I bought the full version and it’s been well worth it. One suggestion I have is to create a feature that allows you to see and compare what specific hours you fast and eat during each day for the past ten days. That information would be helpful when trying to establish a set routine for fasting/non fasting hours.

Could use some improvements. I use this primarily on my Apple Watch and I just noticed when I went to pull up my weekly stats on my phone that my watch and the app aren’t talking to each other and none of my fasting times for the week are recorded. It’s frustrating. To have to manually input them on my phone. I would also like to see a spot where you could track weight or measurements on here.

Watch synching. I have used this app for probably a year. I like that it helps me track my fasts. One problem I have consistently had is my phone app doesn’t always synch with my watch. So I will turn it off on my watch and later check my phone and the app is still running! I thought it had something to do with my old phone. Well I recently had to replace it and it’s still happening.

Great for intermittent fasting. This app is super easy to use and I love it to track my intermittent fasting. My only complaint is that you can't go in and edit a time. Sometimes I get in a hurry and start my fast before realizing that I wanted to make it a little bit longer, and there's no way to edit that without stopping and starting again – or at least not one that I found. Everything else is great!

Good but.... Doesn’t track streaks appropriately. If my Fast goes beyond one day the app will only show that I fasted for one day, the day I began, rather than what it should show which is fasting on everyday the timer is running. Perhaps a built in qualifier, more than 12 hours fasting counts as a streak on any given day. Or an option to manually say yes or no to a fasted day to correct current issues. Seems like it should be a simple adjustment but updates have not addressed this issue. Would be 5 stars if corrected. But it’s a big issue for me.

Not starting my fasts. I love this app because it’s simple and straightforward however, it tends to stop fasting before I do. When I start a fast on my phone or watch, then check it the next morning to gauge timeframe or even to stop the fast, it shows as if it was never started. I then have to go in and manually add the fast. Very frustrating.

It easy to use. I like the app it is easy to use BUT when you hit your 13-15 hour mark and end your fast! The app should automatically stop counting! I forgot to hit stop every time and then it looks like I did 3 day fast or something! Very annoying

Best fasting app (I switched from Zero). I had been a dedicated Zero user for years but all the recent changes really destroyed what the app was good for: tracking fasting. So I started looking for another one and I found FastHabit which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Really awesome app! Please don’t ever ruin it with “services” and “features” like what was done with Zero.

The best fasting app. I started using when my fasting began, right now I’ve been fasting for around 9 months and this is the most comfortable app. It goes direct to what you need to fasting without a lot of information you’ll never use while fasting. I Highly recommend this app.
