Well thought out and satisfying ui. I downloaded the app to try it out and was immediately blown away by the quality of the ux so I wanted to rate it five stars just for that. I also appreciated that most things aren’t locked behind a paywall, as that gets annoying in other apps. I don’t think im going to use it though just because it doesn’t sync with a web or Mac client and it’s super slow to add tasks. I also wish the time each task takes was visualized in the size of the event on there planner, instead of all looking uniform.

Suggested modifications that I would appreciate.. I would like to see this app integrate a to do list (check Mark) feature. Similar to apples reminder app. so I can set activities as routine and simply check them off as I do them, so they don’t appear on my schedule, especially in cases where I get them done a ahead schedule. For example I clean for 1 hour and 45 minutes each week (15 minutes a day). I would like to be able to check off that future cleaning activity, in the event I were to do more than 15 minutes in a day, and thus be ahead but still easily keep track of my cleaning for the week.

Love the Purpose + Productivity!. I love how this app helps me schedule my day to day routines with ease!! I love the purpose this app gives me in tracking my schedule and keeping me accountable for having good habits. However, each time I open the app, it constantly replays the intro slides that I have to tap through EVERY time I open the app. I think this app can be way more time efficient if this feature were to be removed and the app would open straight to the schedule! Otherwise, I LOVE this app! Thank you for this helpful tool! Update: I would love if you guys could remove the introduction slide bug that I have to tap through each time I open the app, even after I already have the subscription. Thank you!

So far I love it! Just a few minor things... This app feels promising so far. I like that it’s not super complicated to where I’ll find myself getting lost in the settings or stuck choosing between all these different colors when looking for an icon for my events. Really the only issue I have is that I wish it was a bit smoother trying to add in between events, stuff that came up and I forgot. I wish when I’d drag and hover over an event it’d offer to change the times. Also it’d be nice to somehow see when you’re creating an event, your events times crossed off.

Needs a couple things. I like the overall concept a lot! But there are a few things I wish were a little different. The widget doesn't show any events that I add; only ones straight from my calendar. And even then, the app seems to be pulling old data from my calendar and puts old events that have already been deleted on there. New events don't seem to be loading either. This makes it less appealing to even use this feature. Other than that, the structure of the app is simpler and easier to use than others that I have used in the past. It has good potential, but it would be much better if these things were fixed to make it even smoother for every day use.

Lots of little issues make it almost unusable.... I really want to love this app, but there are lots of little issues that sometimes make me consider deleting the app all together. It is a great idea but doesn't feel polished enough. I think if the developers tried using their app on a regular basis they would see the issues. It's fine if you want to set it up once and just look at it every day but not very good for the changes that may come up throughout the day if you like to adjust it as the day goes. Overall it feels clunky to use. I hope someday they'll fix this app so I can love it as much as I want to, and rely on it as much as I would if it worked well.

Ok in concept. This is ok in concept, and I even paid premium (really wish I hadn’t). This doesn’t even do some really basic things that the native calendar app does. My routines send notifications on every thing every thing in them every day - when some events don’t occur daily. That defeats the purpose of a reminder - now it’s just noise because it’s irrelevant and I’m ignoring them. The only way to repeat an event is to make it part of a routine - which then causes the above issue with notifications. Can’t see anything but a daily agenda view. Would be great to see a weekly or monthly view. It seems pointless to run this app and keep calendar appointments in it - because now I’m managing two schedulers.

Love! Apple Watch complication future?. This is so simple and it’s exactly what I was looking for. No pressure to check off tasks so stuff doesn’t pile up if you miss something. Just a nice reminder of what the next activity or break is! I would LOVE to see an Apple Watch complication! Similar to the calendar one that just says the next event coming up. Then you can see your routine and meetings with a quick glance to the wrist. Thanks for the hard work! I would change anything with how it’s currently set up. I would just love to know what’s coming up without getting on my phone.

Great, but with one problem.. The app is incredibly helpful! I really like that you can create routines that repeat automatically, so I don’t have to put, for example, lunch everyday at 12pm. It is already there. Another thing that I like are the tags. It helps me visualize how many hours I spend doing house work, school work, etc. The ONLY problem that I have is that the notifications do not work properly. I sometimes receive a notification 24h in advance. And sometimes I don’t receive the notification of what I should be doing now. I hope you can solve this on the next update, because it is really annoying! Besides that, the app is awesome.

Ok, but not fantastic. Overall, the app does the basics of what it is intended for. A few criticisms: • Setting up Routines is incredibly tedious. Incredibly. Tedious. •Tag colors are shown as a small line on each block of time…I’d prefer the entire block to have the tag color for easy at-a-glance assessment of your day. The tag colors barely stand out, making them almost useless. •Icon options are pretty sparse. •Waking/going to bed times is too fixed. Even with the Complex option where I can set different times for different days, I can’t change the time for a one-off event. If I need to leave for the airport extra early one day, I can’t change my waking time for just that day. •Premium features are practically non-existent. From other reviews, it sounds like you’re hassled constantly with pop-ups to buy the premium version…all it really gives you is freedom from those pop-ups. I don’t have any more functionality with premium than I seemed to have with the free version. I paid ten bucks for the year of premium, but I may check out other time blocking apps to see if they are more user-friendly and flexible. This one is just OK.

Has Potential. I wish there was an option to add the routines into the time slot, like an auto-save feature so I don’t have to go back and forth to type in the routines I want scheduled at certain times of day (with also having the icon saved for each routine and the time spent doing those routines). I’d also would really like to be able to modify each days “wake up” and “bedtime” modes without having to do the “complex” feature or how it comes standard, as I want each day to reflect on the time that I actually end up going to bed that day or waking up that day. We’ll see how much it bothers me in the long run, maybe I can work around that. Also, what’s up with the welcoming screen every time I open the app? I already paid... But overall, I like the interface! I really like how it also syncs my calendar into my day-to-day, which is why I think an auto-save routine option would be beneficial to work around those certain events so that I can have a fulfilling day. This app has so much potential to be the best app for those that struggle with time management or ADHD. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 After I enter in my next day activities, I put my phone next to the coffee maker so when the alarm goes off, I’m forced out of bed to start my day, and immediately check the app for what I need to do! With overwhelmingly a lot of scheduling/routine apps in the app store, this is the closest I find that almost incorporates both.

Efficient, with a few tiny bugs. This is the most efficient scheduling app I’ve found so far, and it’s the only one I’ve found that actually lets you schedule your times in easily adjusted time blocks. However, the 4 “pop up” pages you see when you first start the app come up *every* time you open it and you have to close all 4. Very annoying and unnecessary, I don’t need to click “Let’s Get Started” 2 weeks into using it. Also, the time-blocked tasks are easily moved around, but the time slots don’t actually change, so suddenly you have three tasks that all start at the same time. I’ve seen other reviews about this, so it should really be fixed.

Very pushy premium. So I don’t mind paying for things in an app, or even paying a subscription if the service is worth it, but those are never decisions I make within seconds of downloading and opening an app for the first time. I want time to get to know things, see if it’s even worth it. I deleted this app 30 seconds after opening it because during those brief seconds I had to say no THREE times to paying for premium. I got three different “special discount” offers! I understand you need to make money. But let me decide if I even like the app. Let me get to the front page! I was actually so excited for this app because I need something like it. But this pushy sales tactic put me off so fast. Ask me once, sure, but why do you think it’s a good idea to ask me over and over before I can even get through after I’ve said no? No means no.

GREAT! i just have one problem though. this app is fantastic! as someone with mental health issues, this app is perfect for planning out everything i need! i often say i don’t have enough time for basic hygiene as an excuse not to do it, so this app allows me to make time for it. however, the notifications aren’t working. i’ve opened the app every day like it’s instructed but i’m just not getting notified, making it difficult to stick to the schedule i’ve laid out for myself. if i could maybe get a developer response on how to fix the notifications that would be awesome, thank you!!

Love it!. I really like the app; it gives you reminders exactly when you place your schedule and it can sync with your calendar on your phone to include certain events. It really has made me more organized and intentional with my time and has given back some of the stress with trying to do everything at once. The only thing that really bothers me is that in order to see your tasks complete and up to date, you have to constantly close and re-open the app since it doesn’t update automatically. Maybe there is a premium fix since I have the regular version. Other than that its a good start to the New Year!

Great. I love this app and how simple it is. Usually I don’t like regular planner-like apps, it doesn’t work well with me. But this one worked!! I really love how I can plan my day simply and stick to it. My only complaint is the time of sleep and getting up. I wish we can record each day with its own time. I can’t just set a strict time for every, like, Sunday. My sleeping schedule differs every day and it’s a hassle to keep changing all the days instead of just noting down when I went to bed this day and when I woke up. This Sunday is not the same as the next one. I hope you’ll fix this.

Eh. I love this app ISH. The app functionality is great but there are so many glitches I wish I didn’t pay for the full version. I have weekday routines saved but I’m notified for every single weekday event in the weekends and I have nothing set for those days and shouldn’t get 8-9 notifications for events that aren’t happening. Also, the widgets work occasionally. I have adhd and I assume many people using this app do. I need the reminder visible on my phone via widget and if they won’t work it’s useless. Lastly, I paid for the bundle and have emailed support TWICE. I paid for it because I wanted the to-do list app they advertise as part of the bundle. However, the app doesn’t exist. “App unavailable” is all the App Store says and redirects to the last page. I am genuinely irritated by the lack of response from this company and the embarrassing amount of glitches in this app. I like the general idea a lot, but wish I didn’t pay for it and you shouldn’t either.

Honestly Disappointing. I downloaded this app after receiving an ad for it on Instagram. The app portrayed itself and the way that made it seem like it was going to offer routine advice based on specific astrology information. After downloading the app and being intrigued by the first few pages of inspirational information on getting your day organized My ADHD self decided it might be worth it to pay for the subscription. After spending quite some time with trying to get comfortable with the app interface I find it far too confusing and unfortunately not user-friendly enough. Although the app interface seems like it would be simple enough with tapping of buttons my experience has been one that was more of frustration than anything. And as a result I feel adverse to using the app and like my money was wasted. If any of the company members read this review I might suggest just trying to make it more user-friendly. And if you’re someone who has any learning disabilities or even a slow to process this app might not be the best for you.

It’s nice.. I like the colors and icon feature. Woulda preferred to pick my own custom colors but I made the colors given work easily since they already seemed pretty. The blocks though don’t look that nice where they are. I would prefer a different style or a way to pick a stay. Not bad at all but just need minor improvements. Like if I could leave my phone on while I’m working and glance at it to see my schedule it would be really nice but I feel the schedule blocks doesn’t have the best design for that. It just doesn’t work the best when I do it. It still looks pretty, works well, and the only limit that I’ve found is the icon has to be an emoji and only one week routine that you can save.

Had high hopes. I loved the idea of this app and spent so much time the first day I downloaded it creating routines and trying to see how everything worked. There was a sale on premium that popped up when I tried to do something (not even sure what) that required a subscription so I purchased it thinking this app was perfect for me. I should have researched more, but only being available on the phone (no iPad or browser version) makes this app almost useless. In the few times I’ve managed to use it on my phone, I’ve had multiple times where tasks don’t show on the correct day or time and I have to redo my entire day. It would be so much more user friendly if there was a computer version or even being able to use it in a browser. I really wish there were more icons to choose from as well or that you allowed emojis in place of them. I really don’t plan to use this app at all, but I’m hoping if I check back in a few months that there are some improvements that make it worth it. Until then, stick to a regular calendar because this is worse.

I am rating 5 stars to support. I’m using TimeBloc because it’s a part of the growth bundle and I have mostly enjoyed using it so far. I have already found some things that make it a little trickier to use than other “time management” apps out there. For example, I’m working on making my routine and adding a bunch of events. Back and forth I’m switching between pressing the little “<“ button at the top to go back or pressing the big “save” button on the bottom when I’m finished editing. But I get mixed up and end up pressing “<“ when I’m done instead of save and lose all of my progress! I have to write everything all over again and be extra careful to save. I great solution for this would be just to have a simple warning appear when pressing the back button that says “are you sure you want to go back without saving?” Or something like that. Thank you so much for reading and I hope to continue using this app because I really enjoy how customizable, yet simple everything else is!

Download this app for yourself!!. I’m one of those people who’s late to EVERYTHING and yet still never has time to do any of the things I used to love. (Or so I thought) ONE week of using this app and I’ve gotten nearly all my laundry done(family of 3), gotten 1 dedicated hour a day for social media management, and gotten back into journaling! If you struggle with time management you NEED this app! I also operate on a split schedule since my toddler alternates between daycare and grandparents house throughout the week, this app allows you to create a routine and customize each day differently if you need to, or are on a split schedule like I am. I honestly can’t stress how much I love this app because it’s so simple yet has made such big changes in my day-to-day life and even just one week of use. I am only sad I did not discover this app sooner because it’s a lifesaver

Really good. This app is basically perfect for me. You can change things whenever, and for me I like it because I can plan out every minute of my day. The only thing is that the notifications have stopped working. They worked for the first 1.5 days I had it and then just stopped happening, no matter how far in advance the event was added or if I reloaded the app. So far that’s my only problem but it is a really frustrating one because in the beginning I relied on notifications to keep me from getting distracted and forgetting to switch tasks. Thank you for reading! *Edit*: something else I just noticed- I see that you can drag blocks around to different parts of the day, I just wish that doing that would change the time! When I switch the positions of two items, they automatically switch back because the times stay the same, so I have to go thru each one and change the times, which then defeats any purpose of being able to drag/move them in the first place.

Love this app for my phone. So I am a nursing student, a mother, AND I have adhd. So finding an app to keep me organized was very difficult until I found this one. Prior to using timebloc I tried several other apps and even tried a physical planner. Nothing ever worked. I love that timebloc is simple to use and gets down to the point. It’s very easy to look at which is why I can commit to it everyday. Also I love how there are widgets and notifications as my reminders. The only thing I would recommend to the app creators is to make a version for iPad. I bring my iPad to school with me and would love to be able to pull up my schedule. I know you can still download it on the iPad but it’s a smaller version as if you were viewing from a phone. Other than that, I highly recommend :)

Great Idea...App Just Doesn’t Work. I downloaded this app a couple weeks ago, and I love the concept, especially since I couldn’t find something exactly like this on the App Store. I even paid for the premium version because it seemed so neat. It took me a few days before I made time to set it up (the irony of having to block time to set up my time blocking app 😅) , but it was great once I didn’t. The problem is that the app stopped working within 2 days of me setting it up. I’d try to open it, and it would just refuse to open. I wouldn’t get any notifications either. I restarted my phone, made sure it was updated, force closed and reopened it...everything. I reached out to support and they took a couple days to get back to me and it started working randomly within that time span. Then it went back out as suddenly as it started working. I’ve gotten a total of maybe 3 days of functionality out of this app, and it’s beyond frustrating. The only thing stopping this from being a 1-star is because I genuinely dig the app and had a great time when it worked. I’m stuck waiting for support to get back to me about an app I purchased and can’t use. Issa shame.

Nice potential when it works until it doesn’t. I used it for a few months and then after updates when I tried to open it it was just blank and don’t load up (it was after about 2 months that I subscribed for premium) and then it billed me again even though I paid for a year. So I asked iTunes to refund me the second payment that was extracted from me as I have used the app for only 2-3 months and I shouldn’t be billed again until the end of 12 months). As the app I had didn’t load up, I deleted it and downloaded again, and now it shows as regular like I didn’t pay the yearly subscription and doesn’t let me to restore the purchase. So bottom line, it didn’t work when I paid for it and now it doesn’t let me restore the purchase after re-downloading it. Instead of helping me organizing stuff it was a total headache when it stopped working.

Reminders are bad. At first the app was working great and I loved the idea of being able to make routines. However, after a day the app started sending me reminders of other days. For example, if today is Friday, it would send Thursday’s and some other day’s reminders along with Friday’s reminders. Or sometimes, it wouldn’t send the reminders at all. That part is upsetting and I hope this gets fixed soon. I also dislike that the Premium offer keeps popping up every time I open the app. I understand the developers need support, but it gets annoying sometimes and I just wish they would make it more subtle. Overall this is a great planning app but the notification bug is disappointing.

SHARED ROUTINES/TIMELINES. 5 stars because The app is awesome and does what it says it does, extremely well ! What would make it even better is if I could share my routine with my wife /daughter so we can all be on the same page while using the app...sometimes my personal routine conflicts with the family when we need to work and schedule together as a unit....any of us should be able to add in a routine or edit & update the timeline as it suits us. This would be my GO TO for scheduling my life! I could see families, businesses and more using this app if there was a shared account option! Also customize the theme color would be awesome too! TimeBloc Fo’ Life!!

I was happy until…. This app had the simplistic, but convenient features I needed. Too bad, the developers can’t keep it working past a couple days. App freezes, requiring a reinstall to use again, at the cost of losing all your routine data, which was the best feature over similar apps. My schedule is the same every morning, but my afternoons & evenings are different by the day, but the same week to week. Being able to enter all that ONCE & have it pre-populate everyday, allowed me to see just when I had the time to plug in special appointments, errands or tasks. It’s what I needed. Then it just stops working. I reinstalled the app on 5 separate occasions so I could use it, but I lose all my routine data every time. I want to use this app, but it won’t let me. Checking, I see this issue is over a year old for users, so now I have to give up on this company.

Confusing and around $30 dollars. I think the app is great but I can’t get it Bc it’s money and i think the fact that I go to download it and clear space for it in deleting other things just for this app to find out that I won’t be able to get it Bc it cost money so my Suggestion for the owner(s) of this app is to ether make it free or just make the app cost money so that people to go to the work to clear space and get the app just to find out that it cost money and not just a few dollars but like 30 dollars and that is just crazy just for an app that allows you to keep a good schedule so really just make it free or make the app cost money so people know before they buy it thank you for reading this hope it helps.

Promising with opportunities for improvement. I discovered this app because of the developer’s other apps packaged in their Growth Bundle: Do, Tally, Gratitude, Last, Done, and Moody. Those apps have a gorgeous UI. The functionality of this app is good but it falls down on design. For instance, there is a lovely palette of colors in the Growth Bundle apps but this app makes picking colors difficult because you have to poke and poke until you get one that’s ok. Being able to directly input the hex or RGB codes would be an improvement but sometimes less choice is better. I’m not a designer and would prefer to have some colors that go well together already picked out for me. The typography is ghastly, mostly it’s too big and the font seems homely. The inability to change the color entries from the purple makes everything seem undifferentiated and it all blurs together. There is a dearth of icons—bring over the ones from the Growth Bundle! Overall, this app is an unpolished ugly stepchild in their stable of phenomenal products. TL;DR If it was consistent with the look and feel of their other apps, I would have subscribed.

Like the app but it keeps freezing. This is a great app for anyone who likes to time-block their daily schedule. You are able to set up ‘tasks’ that you do daily as Routine tasks so you only have to worry about scheduling in your tasks each day for the time in between. The problem that I am having with the app is that every couple of days the app freezes and won’t open. The only way I can get back into the app is to uninstall it and reinstall. No biggie but I am paying for the subscription on the app and when I uninstall it I lose all the Routines’ I have set up so I am basically setting up the app again like the first time every couple of days. I have submitted a ticket or email to the app tech support but have yet to receive a response. I am only continuing to use the app hoping I’ll get a response soon. If I don’t I’ll delete the app and come back here with a different rating.

Potential - great look!. Having issues with my routine. Looks like there is no way to duplicate a day so now I’m stuck adding every event I need for a different day in my routine. For example if I workout every day at the same time, I need to manually add that workout event to each day. This is very tedious when I break my day into 15 minute blocks where I have many events needed on multiple days. The app should ALSO have the ability to select multiple events in the suggested events and order them by time automatically when I submit. That would be great. Other than that, it’s a nice app so far. Also after turning on notifications they don’t work quite right. I have a routine in place for every day of the week. I get notifications for events at specific times even when it’s not the correct day. So I have 5-7 notifications when I should only get one for the event at the current time.

Incredibly stupid. Hi. I normally don’t write stuff like this but I downloaded this app and it was so bad that I had to say something to warn future installers. First off, you can’t even create more than one routine without paying for a subscription. I personally find that annoying but I would be willing to look past it if the app even served its purpose correctly. Whenever you create an event, IT DOESN'T EVEN REMIND YOU OF THE EVENT ON TIME! That’s only the entire purpose of the app in the first place! It reminds you like at least 20 minutes after the event you put in already happened! Honestly, it’s so pathetic. Another small detail is that the settings for the events are much too rigid and barely allow for any flexibility. All in all, this app is the worst. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Super disappointed. Would not recommend.

Great app. Great app, very user friendly..I hope that you make the option on changing the time block color to match the tag. If many tags are added the user can choose which color the time slot can be. More icons would be great for spiritual, meditation, family time, beauty care.. etc ..it would be better if tasks that takes more time have a bigger slot for better visualization etc. The major thing i would like to see is a calculation of the the tags.. eg: how many hours of the day spent studying or commuting and so on.. a total of 5-10 time calculation would be amazing.. Thank you keep up the good work

Really great but could use some improvements. I love the concept of this app and it’s useful but there are some basic features I would really like for it to implement. 1. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I can’t seem to create a recurring event or routine. There are some things I do everyday but the only way I can see to put them into the schedule each day is to go one by one and input the event each day which is really tedious. If each new event could have an option for recurring event, that would be amazing! (Also some explanation for the “routines” section because I really don’t know how to use it but it seems that it would be meant for daily tasks). 2. Every time I open the app, I still see the welcome screen that asks me to buy the subscription but I’ve already bought so I’m not sure what that’s about. I hope y’all can add/fix the features, I really love this app otherwise!

Time Block/Routine/basic basic calendar. This application is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to lay out a general routine for my days so I could see what times are open and where I am wasting time. It also allows me to set a healthy limit for media consumption by putting that time into my schedule. It doesn’t clutter up my really calendar and it imports from my calendar so I don’t have to input twice. It is a very basic Calendar style app but without any of the picky specifics that you get with a real Calendar app. It has a very plain interface (nicely designed) with large blocks of time. It gets rid of the time that you spend sleeping which is great and it allows me to set out a very basic calendar for my day. I don’t know how they managed to make exactly the app that I wanted, and it seems to be the only app that is exactly what I wanted. I honestly can’t complain about the single thing. It’s great.

Great App. This app is exactly what I needed in my life. I love the easy input and visual of what time I have available to fill in my day in such a way that is quick and concise. I do wish that there was an option to add it as a widget to have a quick view of my schedule throughout my day. I would also like the ability to check off a completion of the tasks as I go about my day just to keep me accountable to my schedule. I look forward to the further development of this app. I may purchase the full in the future but as of right now, the paid features are not ones that I immediately need.

Perfect for Type A people. I needed some way to turn my todo list into an action plan, with times set and an order of completion. I love how easy it is to add tasks. I just wish there was a way to check off things once they’ve been completed and have to option to start a timer to track how long something took you/buzz you when time is up. Another small issue is that when reordering a task, the others remain their initial time, it would be great if there was a “do you wish to adjust times on preceding events?” pop-up.

Nice! But.... Love the app! Exactly what I was looking for, but there’s a problem... I paid for the premium version, and after that, the app crashed and when I try to open it, the app doesn’t start, it stays on the loading screen... the problem only fixes when I delete and install the app again... but that makes me lose all my data and everything that I spent time doing in the app... afterwards, the problem keeps repeating itself, please fix this problem! I’ve already contacted support but I’m yet to hear from them! I paid for the premium and I want my features rather than have the app crash every time!

Excellent, Focused App Design. The UI is a little tedious when building routines, but DON’T let that get in the way, this app is *focused*. No clutter, just times, blocks, in order with a nice visual design and the widgets are SUPER fantastic. If I want to see how much time I have left… I tap my screen to see the Lock Screen timer. Done, so happy with that. The notifications aren’t intrusive, the alert sound isn’t either, and the app functions for EXACTLY what you need it to. Simple and effective. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars was that the routine setup could visualize the week a little better so you don’t have to click into each time block to make sure which days you chose. Like I said, don’t let that get in the way of trying it. Desktop app pls!

Scheduling issues. I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I am having trouble finding a Copy/Paste option for schedules. I would love to make a schedule Monday through Friday that is the same, while my weekends tend to be different each week. It seems tedious to have to recreate each schedule everyday, every week, every month. Is there is an option to do this? I thought about upgrading to premium, but I do not see a list of features that the premium version offers. So I am hesitant to spend the money to find out the premium version also doesn’t have this. If this feature was added, this app would be an easy 5 stars. If I am just missing it, then an easy 4 star.

Calendar Puke. Please do something about the annoying up sale for the growth bundle. I’ve already said NOT INTERESTED multiple times. I DONT WANT IT!!!! I have already paid for an app that is very disappointing why would I want to buy more? I’m trying real hard to use this and get some value out of it but this stupid up sale is making it very difficult. This is a useless app. It is not a true time blocker. It spits out your calendar just like your calendar does. I feel cheated that I paid $12 for a year but am so glad that I’m not paying $60 a year. What a waste. Also, after paying for a subscription that’s not enough. They constantly try to upsell you a bundle of apps. I said no the first time so please leave me alone.

Does not work for irregular schedules. I don’t work 9-5 so this app doesn’t really work for that. My bed time is 2am and the app will not allow me to schedule anything between 12am-2am because it’s technically the next day. However, when you are looking at a single day it shows time slots for every hour between your wake-up time and your bedtime. So if I’m on Wednesday it will still show me 12am and 1 am since my bedtime is 2am even though that is also technically the next day. I do like that but I hate that it won’t allow me to schedule anything between 12-2am so they show up as blank showing ”add event”. The appeal of this app is the visual aspect of it being a straight-forward vertical schedule all lined up and filled out. Yet I’m left with a few blank hours of my day where I can’t even schedule anything, and not only does that confuse me visually but it’s just not helpful. I’m not willing to pay for the app with the hope that premium would give me the features I need since these are pretty basic features that should already be a part of the free version.

Love it but could be better. I love this app and use it almost religiously at this point. I love the routine feature so I don’t have to plug in what I do everyday taking up time, but sometimes I want to shift my schedule around updating and adding something to the routine but it changes EVERYTHING. I wish it would only update the day/date I change it. Meaning from that time going forward I would update with my new routine not change everyday including dates before that. (Does that make sense?) I wish the same thing for the wake up times as well because I’m in school my wake up times during school are different over the summer and I don’t want to have to worry about all of my past stuff the getting jumbled around because I want to change my wakes up times. There are also some times when I don’t get the reminders because I had scrolled down in the app to add something and I had to open the app for the twentieth time just to fix it so I would get reminders but even then sometimes that doesn’t work. Sincerely, A overall pleased customer with some advise for something better (⌒▽⌒)👍💜

Needs to be better. Firstly, I do not like that it uses your fingerprint to charge you for the subscription. I’m only used to using my passcode to pay for things on my phone and the finger print I use to Log-in so it caught me off guard and caused me to pay for a subscription I did not want. Another thing is what a few others have mentioned with getting the subscription screen every time you log in. It’s very annoying to say the least. Next is it is super complicated to try and create events on the calendar and so far I’ve only been able to create one but I do not get remainders for it at all. Also it seems you have to open the app every time in order for it to push any notifications. It’s not automatic. I really did try to give it a chance since I “paid” for the subscription but I do not love it and am trying to request a refund.

Probably not for red/a-type personalities. I really want to like this app, but when I connected it to my calendar, it seems to completely negate the point of the app... why would I pay for this when everything has to be scheduled and is easier to move around in a calendar than this app? The routines are only good if your life has routines. Maneuvering time blocks around appointments is tedious and my red personality doesn’t like it. There are things I’d like to do on specific days, but I also have appointments to maneuver around. Here’s what I want to see in a time blocking app: make a list of time block items that can be dropped between synced calendar events either manually or automatically. Have routines be flexible with this as well.

WHY IS THERE NO IPAD APP??!!. This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for to block my time for working at home...on work, home, and other tasks. I would 100% pay for the premium version and use this app IF THERE WERE AN IPAD APP! Right now, it’s one of those crappy apps with the expander arrows in the corner that never turns landscape mode on your iPad. I have a keyboard case that I religiously use with my iPad and I HATE having to finger type when I can type with a keyboard at 100+ wpm. I don’t like having to crane my head sideways to see my schedule, either! PLEASE MAKE AN IPAD VERSION!! Also, being able to color-code events/appointments imported from calendars, as well as double-booking time (for instance, during my daughter’s piano lesson, when I could be doing something else as well) would also be great.

AMAZING APP. This app is literally the best I literally download this a few days ago and I’ve been using it over and over again and this literally helps my life so much easier like usually I like not even do what’s on my calendar because like usually I forget I just don’t wanna do it but now that this I have this app like it’s literally a life changer like it. Reminds you like when you have like an appointment or like things we need to do to wake up no all that stuff doing homework or stuff like that and I’m literally a 13-year-old. LIFE CHANGERRRR

Perfect!. First review I’ve ever done. This is the app that high school me would’ve BEGGED for. It’s functional and simple and yet intuitive when approaching scheduling with a time block method. I can’t believe I just discovered it now. I LOVE the calendar integration! It works PERFECTLY. Some things that could be improved are minute things like when making a habit, have the starting time autoenter to the soonest available time rather than 12, or to have a button that automatically chooses weekends or daily when choosing recurring events instead of clicking each day individually. And something else that might be cool is that when there’s a conflict in scheduling, to have like a pop up suggestion to move it to the next available time that day. But those are all tiny details that are just for smoother convenience sake. I LOVE this app and give it a STRONG 5 stars!!

Really like it. This is a extremely useful app. It would be better if I could sync between two devices.

productivity. timeblock is actually keeping me productive and organized this year better than I would have thought.

The Growth Bundle is Bullsh***. Literally paying for this bundle and one of the apps are set up to acknowledge or integrate the fact i have a subscription so frustrating absolutely does my head in

Great except for some bugs. This app is fantastic for timetabling and planning out each day. However, I’m having an issue, even after the latest bug update, where the widget on the Lock Screen and Home Screen will say “nothing due today” and “all done for today!” even when I have an event actively scheduled and happening at that moment. Also, I’ve chosen which calendars to sync but they are showing up. I really want to use and love this app but it just doesn’t work right! Disappointing because I pay for the premium bundle :(

Minor problem with widgets. I have a problem with the app not lining up for a new schedule everyday on widgets. The widgets only work in certain places. As it would say nothing is scheduled when I have full task on the app. The widgets are syncing from the app. I wondering if there is a new update coming, if not how can I fix this. I’ve tried everyone I could do to fix it. I love this app and I would give it a 10/10, hope we can fix this issue soon. Thank you Kind Regards Razzie

Overpriced. Garbage

not able to upgrade. I liked the app but I am unable to upgrade. When I click on upgrade, it doesn't do anything

If this had a week view, I’d 5 star it. Love this, visually and as it functions. I just need to see my 7 days at a glance. Please include the option in future releases!

Not good. The calendar app is better. This app is just a fancier version that costs $65 a year

Pretty Nice (with some suggestions).. So far, I’m finding this app easy to use. The user interface is a lot nicer than the default apple calendar. However, a huge downside for me is that you can’t access a “calendar view” where you can see the whole month and easily select a day to see what’s on (where a little dot might be present for if there’s an event that day [as on the apple calendar]). It’d also be cool to be able to add custom tags. Otherwise this is a good app for keeping track of events and seeing a visual for planning your day.

It’s good so far. I like it so far but will update

Good but could be better. It’s good, but I have a couple of issues. Firstly it advertised to upgrade to a bundle subscription of all these different apps you guys made. I did it, and now those new apps are asking to be upgraded but I thought that’s what I was paying for. I didn’t need the upgrade for this app and only paid to upgrade that many apps at once. Secondly, the app gets slow after a while and simple tasks like changing the time on an event take minutes. Then I have to reboot the app to work. Thirdly, there should be an easier option to slide tasks into new time slots and next day for example, without then having to adjust every other event’s time. It should automatically do it. Because otherwise when something gets in the way and I have to start a task late, I then have to spend 10 minutes adjusting the day instead of an option to push it all back.

Great basic application. This application is great. Although, I would like more customisation options, even just for colours. For example, to make tags change the colour of the entire block segment. The constant purple gets dull quick. Plus some more icons for different activities. Great app overall though.

Awesome. I love this. It makes me so productive but there is one thing I think you could improve on. When you get the notification that an event is about to start, I think it should have the name of the event written on it. Just so I know what I’m about to do.

They charged me when I unsubscribed. I unsubscribed to this app and they still charged me I am not using any of their products again

Terrible. I downloaded this app yesterday and paid for the annual subscription for the premium version. Today, the app wouldn’t open, so I reinstalled it only to find that it no longer recognises that I’ve already paid for the subscription and I can’t add more than two calendars unless I “redeem my limited time offer” for the annual subscription again!

Don’t download unless you intend to buy premium. In the first 10 seconds of opening the app for the first time, I was shown 4 pop-ups advertising for their premium version. I opened the app for a second time and was instantly greeted with another pop-up. It takes annoying advertising to another level.

Ok but a bit laggy sometimes. A bit laggish when trying to change wake Times ect.

Looks Ok but is it better than my calendar?. I’m not really sure what benefits this app has over just using my calendar? Would I pay $90 a year? No! Even the discounted price of around $18 for the first year is a bit much. I apologise to the developers, as they have obviously worked hard to polish this app, but it’s just not worth the subscription price.

Good app. So far this is really easy to use also it make you feel preppy and organised. I like how you can add you own special tags

Great App, Couple of Issues. Love this app. Very simple way to plan your day and week. Bit annoying getting pop ups after paying for premium. Also, it would be good if you could customise the statistics section and choose dates.

Pushes premium subscription constantly. I honestly have no clue if this app is any good - adds to purchase a subscription popped up so often that I deleted it. Don’t make a free version if all you are going to do is spam people with pop up adds to upgrade to premium

Doesn’t work. I pay for premium and haven’t send me any alarm to let me know anything

Constant self promotion. Spent the first 2 minutes using this app trying to escape from the ‘purchase premium’ ads that were littered/hidden everywhere through the on-boarding process as well as the actual main interface - for example, having an ‘event’ for my ‘special subscription offer’ stuck at the top of the screen, taking up 1/4 of the viewable space, that will sit there for 24hrs (there’s a countdown clock), and I’m assuming will return in some form at random intervals for ongoing subscription ‘promotions’ with no way to manually remove it without accepting it. If you don’t want to offer a properly functional lite/free version of your app, then don’t - just make it paid. FYI endless self promotion is even more irritating than crappy third party ads, because you’re intentionally wasting my time and drawing my focus with your own product, WITHIN your own app - and in an app designed to supposedly HELP people be more productive and organised. Waste of time and energy.

New update + suggestions. I love this app, it has improved my productivity and I have found myself more accountable to getting stuff done because this app. I’m a big planner so planning out my weeks has actually really helped me, And I have been able to prioritise the important stuff. I’m not a big fan of the new update. I love the new feature that shows how much you have done of each task with with progress circle. However, every time I add a new event it makes the start time whatever time it is in the day. I liked it back when you could put in how many minutes you would do that task for and the next task you add would start at the time the previous one would finish. I also prefer having the option to add the icon at the bottom instead of the top. My new suggestion would be to add a feature where you can change your wake time and bed time without going into settings to change it. It would be so much easier changing my wake time and bedtime by clicking on the daily schedule. Also another awesome feature I reckon you should add is the ability to view the days in calendar form and be able to click back on a day years ago and see how productive you were and what you did in that day. Hope this feedback reaches the right person. Thanks, Bailey

Clear and simple. Nice, clear, simple to use. I would give this five stars if it had a weekly view.

deal breakers. personally the preset wake up and sleep times are ridiculous and frustrating, just too annoying to deal with. get rid of them and i might actually use the app. limited features without the premium version, the app has potential but just too many restricted elements. i understand you have to make money but it’s a bit much for a student just trying to organise their life for free. good luck to developers, hopefully someone can harness the potential…

Glitch. For what you ask people to pay for this app, it’s pretty faulty. I’ve tried to delete the same routine over and over again and it keeps reappearing? And I’m getting notifications for events starting, that are suppose to be later in the day…

Annoyed I paid for this. I admit, I got sucked into the aggressive upselling into the paid version of this app (before I’d even had a chance to try it) so that’s on me... but now I’m using it, I struggle to see the point and wish I hadn’t paid. The app doesn’t remind me of switching to new tasks, there is nothing to check off so I know I did it or not off, every single task is an annoying lilac colour that you can’t change and the different categories barely show (just a tiny thin line). I could do the same thing in google calendar and at least get reminders (and have colour coded event types that actually show colour coded). Just not sure how this is at all helpful, regret paying.

Just another calendar, but in lilac. The upwelling is so in your face. You can’t open the app without being asked twice to sign up for a year. No free week trial, not even a chance to play with the all. That's clearly their business model because anyone who did open the app will see it's just another calendar. If this is the magic key to fixing anyone's productivity then they never opened the free calendar app I would have spent more time testing but the aggressive upselling put me off.

5-5. It’s amazing it has great lifestyle things and free!

Stop changing it. This app was really good and then you made an update and then it was even better, it had a cooler interface and was easier to use. Then you had to go and update it again to what it is now and it is so much worse. You got rid of the hour intervals, eg. Pressing 9am to plan something AT 9am, and now whenever you try to plan an event instead, it gives you the current time as the start time of the event. What is the point of planning something at the current time!? It is so inconvenient. Majority of users would plan far more ahead. Go back to hour blocks please, otherwise really good.

jemima hehehhehheheheheheheheheh. yes

Boring and below standard of expectations. Would not recommend there are more efficient apps that would do a better job of your daily planner.

Mum Approved. This app has helped me so much as a busy mum with a busy workout schedule to better organise my time and focus on self care and family time. 10/10 so glad I found it.

Faulty. App stopped working after two days

In consistent. When I sync my calendar it ads events to the wrong day. I have Monday events appearing in my Sunday schedule. Also notifications are inconsistent. Some don’t arrive at all and others after the event has passed. Super annoying as it was the reminders that I was most interested in.

Very limited, cannot share between devices. Wish I had realised that you can share between devices. I regret upgrading to the paid.

Not the best. It was good but it’s very annoying how it’s very expensive and it does self promote A LOT. I mean personally other apps can do the same but a lot cheaper. It was easy to use but it just frustrates me a lot when it’s self promotes.

Looks nice but missing major features. It would be nice if this app had the ability to check off if you have completed the tasks or not. If not maybe you can reschedule it for another day. The app looks nice and seems easy to use. But i wish it had more features. Paid 15$ for “premium” and it doesnt seem any different from the free one. Overall I'm disappointed.

Decent but has flaws. I have ADHD and struggle with time blindness, so this app has proven to be very helpful when I need to just simply plan my day. Even with the free version, although it only gives you the bare minimum, I like this app. However, I can’t seem to change the notification settings for each event, and I can’t describe how unhelpful it is to constantly get notifications for events that literally start in three hours, especially since I struggle with keeping track of time. Please make a setting for changing how early those notifications are sent more accessible.

Good. This app is decent I don’t use it everyday cuz I find it takes a lot of time and then i don’t end up following my plan.

Doesn't Sync All Calendar Events. Structured (another third party app) shows everything so not a data issue - this app just shows me partial information about my day at this point which is useless to me when trying to plan my day

It’s ok. Could be better.. It’s a nice app. It’s pretty and easy to use. I would have liked to add subtasks. Also you have to open the app daily to get your notifications for your schedule which is annoying. The widgets don’t always update. It would be nice to be able to check tasks off once completed.

App. This app is good but confusing

Incessant prompts to upgrade, scammy pricing!. I had this app on my phone for a couple minutes only — while setting up, I got the same pop-up at least ten times, trying to prompt me to get the premium subscription. I wanted to see the pricing of the subscription (I did not see it listed on the app or pop-up at all), so I pushed the button to subscribe, and it turns out that their subscription is 12.49 for the first year but would renew at 124.99! Absolutely ludicrous!! It’s hard for me to believe that that subscription is anything other than an unethical money-grab.

Easy to use but color coding not a fan. Everything stays purple

TRASH!!!!!!. literally only lets you set one thing and you have to pay to do ANYTHING else. i don’t know why y’all promote this app when you can do nothing without paying + doesn’t let you change when you wake up and go to sleep?!?! useless app. i would give it a 0 stars but you gotta pick one :((((

Tiimo is better. This app has really limited features. I use a different one called Tiimo and it’s 1 million times better. If you’re unsatisfied with this one I would definitely go check it out.

It’s great if u have premium. The premium is way to expensive but the rest of is great just u need to have the premium for a lot of thing

5 stars till last update. I don’t like the new update. Before it was easy to see where I had time to fill but now you have to put it all in.

Great app but really glitchy. Was using RoutineMeister for awhile but hated that I couldn’t easily move tasks around on the fly. When I found TimeBloc I was THRILLED because it’s so easy and fast to use...until the glitches started happening. One, when I moved tasks around, the times would not automatically update so it would show it all messed up like tasks at 7am, then 8:30, then 7:15 again. This basically defeats the purpose of the entire app. Also, I would get notifications of events that were happening on some other random day show up... And there is no contact on the developer app site to report bugs so...guess I’m SOL. ☹️

I really wanted to like it. Honestly, I was so excited about it. I saw this as an excellent tool to organize myself and my kids. But I work overnights. And apparently events can’t cross over into the next day. So me logging my shifts in isn’t something the app allows me to do. So I can’t easily log in other aspects of my day. I REALLY wanted to like it

its overall a pretty gd app. its kinda making me rate it 5 stars but its honestly a good app. it took me a while to find out how to change the sleep schedule which is on elf the only things i will be using it for but i got it today so i still haven’t tried it out. i hope it works but you should get the app

Bad. Bad

TERRIBLE APP, STEALS YOUR MONEY $$. I purchased the TimeBloc app with the growth bundle but the purchased growth bundle wasn’t recognized on the other apps. They did not respond to MULTIPLE inquiries through Instagram. They are THIEVES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. 0/10. They should be ashamed.

TERRIBLE!!!!. I wanted to use this app to time block my days. It “appears” recommended but after adding it, removing it, adding it again, I have no paid for two subscriptions, that Apple will not give me my money back (and how do you sell someone two subscriptions to the same app??). Even now, I open the app and it won’t let me do anything, it just offers for me to buy the premium subscription AGAIN —- for the 3rd time?!?? I already have two subscriptions… neither of which work, and that I can’t get my money back!!! Turn away now… this app is a money pit!!

Safety concern. There doesn’t seem to be a login which is concerning. You also can’t use it across multiple devices so not a great tool unless you only use your phone

Great app! But could use some adjustments.. I have severe mixed presentation ADHD and I absolutely love this app!! Excellent layout, visually pleasing, very useful. Could be more dynamic and a bit simpler to input and edit event info, but overall it’s quite user friendly. I would love it if there was a “brain dump” section, where you could input all of your tasks or goals overall and then assign a more specific date & time, etc. to them. Also, the only thing about this app that I actively DISLIKE, and prevents me from using it, is the open screens. It prompts you to subscribe each and every time you open the app, even if you’ve already acquired a subscription, and sends you through the introductory slides that most apps only show the first time you use them, or until you click the “don’t show me again” button, which doesn’t appear to be an option here. It also seems as though you have to scroll at least once on the 2 sets of slides (subscription prompt & intro) to be offered an exit button. I strongly advise developers to provide an update that corrects this, or I won’t be suggesting this app to my many other ADHD friends and coworkers. It’s just too irritating, especially when you’re opening the app multiple times per day and such.

Glitchy. Useless. Not worth the money. I get notifications for the same “activity” 4 times at once. My calendar is supposed to sync, but the schedules don’t show up on the right days. (If I have something in my IOS calendar for Sunday, it’ll show up as something on Monday). I’ve paid for the service, and I keep getting pop ups every time I open the app for their “growth bundle”. I try to delete my set “routines”, they keep popping back up, and therefore doubling over newly scheduled activities which results in countless “error” messages. Honestly save your money, it’s absolutely useless. What a waste of 76$

The ordering is weird..😬. Ok, so firstly this app so really good for planning your day BUT there is a problem with the time ordering, for example if I put 3 things, wake up at 7, morning routine for 7-7:30 and eat at 7:30 to 8. It should be planned like that but instead it would put eat in the middle in front of waking up and my morning routine tab would be at the last spot, this makes it confusing where to get things done and when to get thing done.

i don’t want the Growth bundle ad, it is overwhelming to me. could you update maybe?

it's okayyy. it's good but you have to make a schedule for EVERYDAY and it takes sooo long! how do i make the same schedule for everyday?!?!?! plzzzzzz respond

Ucbdishsudbdbdjxiiidhb. Has helped me stay organized, but I would love to see some type of notification up-date! Other wise I love using it! 🙂

Awesome ! But There is no notes parts for each events. I would recommend to add notes! Because for example i would like to note all the things i need to buy at the grocery store! 😊 I love the app tho!

This app sucks. I turn on the notifications so it would give me notifications when a new time block started but instead it would just send me notifications saying ”Are you ready to plan your day” which I already had except I was behind because I didn’t know when time lock started would not recommend 👎

Great app to keep track!. I have been using this app for a few weeks now and I really do enjoy it. I take the take to block out my day and also reflect on what I spend my time on. I wish there was a way you could customize it more, change the colours of the blocs. Would also like to be able to see it as a lager calendar view would make it easier to keep track.

Not functional. Just set up the app and imported a few calendars. Right off the bat, the app detects events on the wrong days (I have a repeating event every Tuesday evening and this app shows it every Wednesday for some reason). Removed and re-added the calendar and the issue persists. Shame because the design is so nice.

Good. Its only downside is It’s basically useless unless you buy the subscription, but the price point is pretty cheap compared to a lot of other apps and I’d say it’s worth it, it’s easy to use and user friendly, great for planning your day down to the minute

TimeBloc. I like the app is very good just sometimes it doesn’t send you the notifications for your next event but Overall it’s its a very good app and you should get it and I like that it’s free

Latest update sucks. Unable to open the app anymore after latest update.

TimeBloc. This is a wonderful app that is easy to use and so very useable. If I can figure out how to navigate through it then anyone can.? I am excited about all the apps from the grow bundle!!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY!!!!. This app will advertise a one week free trial. DO NOT PURCHASE IT! They will charge you full price right away and Apple will refuse to process your refund. Stay away if you value your money

😧 Ahhh!!! Why?. I painstaking took the time to work out my schedule and routine via the app and now the app is not launching. The developer website is not working and I have no other recourse than to leave a comment which I never do. I would really like to get in contact with someone and my money back!

Can’t stand it. Not enough room for notes

App doesn’t work. Stuck at loading screen

Notifications. I really love this app and the way you can organize your day, except for the fact that the free notifications are inconsistent and the widgets show the wrong hours(app or phone problem?)

The new update sucks. It’s horrible and complicated please get rid of the new update

Not great. No option to repeat same blocks daily. I’d have to input daily.

I like it, but it needs work. To be honest I love the app it helps my OCD and Anxiety a lot but it also stresses me out because the widget for the home screen dosnt work, it’s quite confusing and a bunch of other glitches, please fix this!

Wont Open. I have never written a review but I am so disappointed I decided to leave one. I’ve had this app for about 24 hours. I planned out my week and paid for premium. Today, I wake up the app wont open. I powered off my phone and tried using data to open it but it wont get past the first screen. I am very disappointed considering I spent money on something that I can’t even access.

Buggy. Gives me notifications for future events randomly, want my money back

Good app to plan your day. I really like the app and it’s potential. But the apple widget is somehow connected to a different time schedule and is never accurate at predicting the time of my next task

this sucks. you can't use it unless u buy subscription

The best app. This app is the best for my Routine’s and this app helps me know what’s coming

not as detailed as it could be. Events can’t carry over to the next day, and there’s no option for exact minutes when setting events.

Not Responding. Sorry I have no idea why but 2 or 3 weeks ago the app stopped responding, I tried restarting the phone but it’s still not working. I don’t want to lose all my progress tho, is there any way to fix it?

Calendar bug. If imported calendar events are at 8pm or later, they show up on the following day. Please fix

Please make a macOS version. I wish I could block out my day on my MacBook

Crashing my phone. I love this app so much, and I literally rely on it to get through my busy days. However, lately every other time I open it, my iphone freezes completely. I’m unable to close the app, lock my phone, or do anything at all. I’ve had to force shut down multiple times this week. It only ever happens when I’m using this app. I really don’t want to stop using it but at this point I have no choice.

Works great. I use premium and I’m happy with it. Great for making a daily schedule. Easy to make weekly/daily routines and edit days as needed. It would be better if you could edit routines from the timeline view. The color and design need an upgrade. It would be better if you could change the color of the events so everything isn’t purple. And there should be preset colors to choose from instead of the color graph thing. Also wish there was a widget for iPhone.

Great App!! A little buggy though.... I absolutely love this app! It’s so handy and I love how I can plan out even the fun stuff. One problem is sometimes I’ll close the app, go back in and it’ll just stay on the welcome screen. Afterwards I have to delete the app, then redownload it and plan out my day again. It does it more and more frequently as time goes on, so just a question as to why it may do this. I really do like this app so that’s why I keep redownloading it regardless of the bug! Thanks so much guys for creating yet another great self care app!!!

Almost perfect, but…. So I bought the premium plan for the app because it seemed perfect for me. Very simple to use and has a lot of great features. Only problem is that I have the app on my iPhone and iPad, and even though I’m using the same account/Apple ID, my plans don’t sync across the devices. I would have to input them separately each time on my phone and my iPad. Hopefully there’s an update soon where we can make two devices sync up.

The aesthetic is nice but not very customizable at all.. I like the simplicity of the app style. However, some of the functions are really hard to use. For example, if you set a daily repeating routine and for some reason, you need to change your schedule for just one single day, you can’t delete the set routine for that one day. The other option I could do is just delete the routine so I can make that day’s schedule, but then I’d have to add that routine back, which is such a hassle. Also can’t change the colors of the calendar.

Feature Requests. I love this app. It really allows me to execute my day consistently. There are two things I would love to see. 1) Events that aren’t tied to a specific time but just specific days. I have things I have to take care of on specific days but it could be completed at any time during the day so it would be cool to see that somehow implemented. 2) The ability to share routines. The company I work for we constantly promote and introduce new leaders and it’ll be amazing to be able to share a routine or two that made other leader successful.

Like it but don’t love it. I really love how you can easily plan out your day by category and easily see you progress, but a big thing for me is there is no alerts to show you when to change tasks, another great feature would be to add when you have five minutes left in task and for it to pop up on your screen. Please fix this and it will be perfect, it also doesn’t sync with my other calendars. But otherwise nice app.

Far too glitchy-Do not waste your money. I have all reminders turned off - still sends several reminders. Synced to all my calendars - assigns events to the wrong days AND can’t edit events from other calendars to fix it. Synced to all my calendars - only copies some events and leaves others off. Doesn’t show empty blocks of time between events. Not intuitive at all. Creating routines takes longer than having a routine. Doesn’t suggest anything or lead you through creation. Definitely not for me and I’m so mad I spent money on this. It’s just a bare bones app that looks kinda pretty. A money grab app. Keeps asking me to spend more money on other apps.

Cool app but widget doesnt work. Like the title says. it’s a useful app but i mostly use it for the widget functionality to make it something i can easily view and keep an eye on but the widget stopped working recently. also the drag to rearrange/reschedule functionality is cool but seems a little less than optimal? it pointing out time conflicts when i shift things is great but if i drag something to a time that causes a conflict it should have some quick option to just adjust all the following appointments accordingly.

Very good app. I am enjoying the app so far. I like how efficiently I can plan my day. Syncing with already existing calendars was a huge problem timesaver, thank you. However, I work nights and changing the wake up and sleep times took some time to figure out because there is glitch. I cannot see the time when I try to edit in dark mode. I deleted and reinstalled the app and had the same issue. Besides that one minor issue I have no other complaints about this app. Good work.

Exactly What I Was Looking For.. Honestly, this is the best app I have ever used for daily routines. I have tried many apps like this but none appealed to me like TimeBloc did. Just one thing. Can you make the times more advanced? What I mean by that is that I don’t brush my teeth for five minutes. But that is the lowest time that’s on there. Please make this change and I’m sure that more people will be open to using this app. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this.

Would be wonderful, if it worked... After paying for the premium version, my app has stopped working entirely. When I click into it, it just remains on the purple loading screen for as long as I will let it (so far the longest I’ve waited is 7min before giving up). After several days of not being able to get into the app I was able to get it to work again by uninstalling and reinstalling it, but in doing so all of my routines/data were completely wiped out, and the fix was short lived because after one use it’s doing it again. Really bummed I paid for an app I can’t use.

Love it but major issue. I love this app! I appreciate how affordable and simple it is to set up. However, my main reason for choosing this app over others was for the widget - but the widget isn’t syncing to my current schedule, it’s syncing to one that doesn’t even exist in the app anymore. I’ve tried deleting my schedule and the widget, creating a new schedule, turning my phone off and on a few different times, reinstalling the app. None of these things worked. I’m on an iPhone XR if that helps the developers.

Missing a critical piece. I really want to love this app but it is missing a key aspect I need when scheduling — the ability to add even a small note. Other than the name of the event, there is nowhere to denote some minor information about the event such as who is running a meeting, or the theme of a group presentation, or even a few words about the event. This would make the app nearly perfect. Other than that, I like the super clean interface, simplicity, and smart design. But sadly, I won’t use it because it is missing an important component of a note area or event sub-description. Bummer I paid for it!

Perfect!. My therapist recommended that I try a schedule to help with my anxiety. I dreaded the idea of having to print on off everyday, waste paper, and so on. However I found this app, I assumed that I would have to pay to do the full scheduling but I was wrong. It is completely free to use the schedule portion of this app. There are areas you can pay for as well with cool options. The app is easy to use and easy to organize. I don’t really understand the routine section of it but I know I will get it soon. Great job with this app!

How do you organize?. I love the idea of the schedule blocking but it is very unfulfilling. You can block out times for your day from morning to night yet when you get done with something you cannot check it off if just marks it as done. I thought it would be more of like a list for the day so when I was accomplished with something I could mark it off my day. Plus the premium price to subscribe each month is to much for no ability to personalize the designs, colors, emojis, etc. Just a basic app which doesn’t make me feel compelled to use it often. Definitely a lot better apps out there for scheduling.

What I've been looking for, but one big flaw.. This app is exactly what I've been looking for in a daily planner/routine app. But it seems to reset every day like you just downloaded it to your phone. It saves your routines, but to send notifications, you have to open it before your day begins every morning. Which is a huge annoyance. I hope this is fixed. I really love this app and want to continue paying for premium when it renews next year, but $40 dollars a year is pretty steep for an app that resets itself every day. Edit: I just had to restart the app for the second time in the morning because I noticed it wasn't sending notifications.

So much potential. I really love the look and feel of this app. I do have a few suggestions 1. The blocks in different colors would be so much better visual wise 2. To set tasks to repeat would be great 3. The fact that it doesn’t allow you to set tasks flowing into the next day is a bummer since I’m a night owl 4. If you were able to move tasks without having to manually move everything afterwards would also be so much better 4. If you could mark as completed the tasks as you’re doing it.. maybe one day since this is the only one I found where the look was appealing

Very good for productivity. Hey developer! Don't know if you know this but your New Year offer isn't working. When I clicked redeem offer I got charged for the full price. Overall it's a good app if you're want to keep track of your time and be more productive. I love the notification and that you can adjust the duration of each task. And since it's more like notification to you not actual tasks that you have to complete or crossed off, I don't feel bad when I have to skip something sometimes. I wish there are more theme/color to choose from. I recommended this app to a few friends and they like it too!

Great but could use some improvements. I like this app a lot! However, every time I tap on it, the same introduction pops up from when I first downloaded the app! Also, it would be nice if the event blocks looked longer according to the length of the event (a 6 hour event looks the same as a 30 minute event). Also, when two events occur at the same time, it could look a little more clean (perhaps they could appear next to each other for the time they interval?). Overall, I like the simplicity though!

It’s almost there. I was excited for a block scheduling calendar, but this one just isn’t quite working all the way. When I add my calendar events it doubles the times in the schedule (2 of each hour, so 1pm twice in a row), but only for one of the calendars I use which is the one I need on there. It also doesn’t notify me like I asked it to. I’d love the ability to change the colors of the routines and have a title with notes section as I’d like to block many things in the same time frame but not have it be a separate bar at a separate time.

Worked for awhile, then had several bugs. This app worked for me for awhile, but recently it’s had a lot of issues. My calendars aren’t syncing properly, and any time I try to sync one of my calendars to timeblock all those events come over as 4 or 5 hour events instead of the actual time which is only an hour. Additionally, my reminders from the app have started coming in several hours too early, for example I’ll get a 10 minute reminder in the middle of the day for an event that’s about to start but in reality it doesn’t occur for several more hours. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix these issues but still have no idea what happened.

Beware of charges in your bank account. I wanted to like this app. It was recommended to me by my occupational/speech therapist as tool for organizing my day while learning how to live again with a traumatic brain injury. Things were going fine until I was trying to balance my bank account and I saw an unknown $28 charge in my bank account. After an hour, I was able to source it back to this app for a premium subscription that I never subscribed to. I live off of $828 a month battling several autoimmune diseases and a traumatic brain injury, I don’t have an extra $28 in the budget for that kind of stuff. Definitely going to stop using the app now.

Reminders only work if the app reminds you = needs audible alerts. The app is very heavy on data entry = you have to upload everything and there’s no pre-fill options. So it takes a lot to setup. And I chose the add due to the hourly timeblocks but it doesn’t have the option to audibly alert at the time block change….which is exactly what I needed. I appreciate the functions but it doesn’t work as a reminder service for those of us who struggle with time and need help with time blocking.

Ok for personal calendar or people with set routines. I want to use this app- but after syncing a couple calendars figured out it was an immediate no-go. Great concept and design but there are some non-negotiable features missing- one star off for each: Biggest one- UI doesn’t allow for enough space for the event titles- all of mine are cut short so I can’t see what meeting I have scheduled or what thing I’m supposed to be doing. It’s cute to think to fit all events as short as ‘gym’ ‘breakfast’ etc- but totally impractical. I also can’t ‘click into’ an event to see the full title- so I have to open the calendar app which defeats the purpose. Second and kind of related: I have meetings in my work calendar (outlook) scheduled as though I’ll tentatively attend- but the app shows everything the same. I was hoping it would differentiate so I could visually see where I had schedule flexibility. Third- tags only work for events added in the app can’t tag events synced from calendars. Hopefully all taken as constructive criticism, I’d love to circle back to this app if it matures.

No iPad App.... Sort’ve disappointed. The app functionality on my iPhone is nice and that alone would have gotten a 5 star review from me... But there is no iPad app to accompany it. It’s the annoying set-up where there is no landscape mode and doesn’t expand to fit the entire screen, rendering my case keyboard obsolete. Let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for a Premium subscription. Annoying that I paid for premium in the first place, and cannot integrate across the two devices that I most heavily use. Guess it’s my fault for not checking this before buying, so please beware.

Great concept, but.... I like this app a lot, I like the routine setting, it’s just that after a couple of days when I open it, it gets stuck on the loading screen and I can’t access the app. :/ I also wish it could send notifications without needing to open the app everyday. Edit: they fixed that, but now my routine’s completely messed up. The intervals are the same, but it sends me my notifications in the middle of the night, no matter how much I do to try to fix it.

Love it however. I would give this app 6 stars because it does everything I want it to do except for one thing. When setting a time block I wish I could copy and paste it for the next day or week. My week stays pretty much the same and my weekends are open but I have to put in the same time blocks manually every week. Wish there was an option to copy and paste. Other than that I love the app and it really helps me to use my time efficiently and productively!!!

Notifications. This app has been very helpful for keeping me on task and helping me to utilize all of my time effectively. However I noticed yesterday that I’m getting notifications for multiple days at a time (ie getting a notification for my 11am study break yesterday and my 11am class today at the exact same time) I’m not really sure how to fix this, the only thing I can think of to do is just delete my routine entirely and start over. Help?

Cannot edit, delete, or open events. This app has a great concept, but execution fails miserably. If you create an event there seems to be no way to go back to edit or delete it if no longer needed. There is also zero documentation or instructions, so if this feature actually exists, there’s no way for me to know as a user. The usual double-tap, press + hold, or swiping in either direction did nothing. I was duped by the 5-star reviews into thinking this app would meet my needs, but if within the first 5 minutes I find myself unable to use what should be basic functionality, then this app is neither user-friendly nor useful. What a waste.

Nice, but needs work.. Needs ability to not just block it but also to track at certain intervals progress and if we have been focused (like rate from 1-100) as well as what we have been up to in that interval of time. Like we need to be able to see what our planned intention looks like side by side with our reality. Be great if it auto would import sleep data and time and exercise time from apps like sleep cycle, apple health, and and MapMyRun And even then import meditation time from apple health. Like we need to not just set the intention but self regulate towards it. And tracking progress helps motivation.

It's okay and will do for now. I only needed this app for timeblocking so I didn't get the premium plan. I like the app, it's aesthetically pleasing and functional. However, it's far from being a perfect app. I have reminders turned on and they always notify me of the wrong event (e.g. it's Monday and it notified me for an event scheduled Saturday). I do wish that we could have one event be assigned different days and even different times. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Great, but issue with calendar sync. I really love this app, but it seems to have an issue with syncing with Apple Calendar… I’m not sure if it has to do with my using a 24-hour time format or not, but synced events in TimeBloc appear a day later than they do in Apple Calendar. This is really frustrating! I’ve even tried switching back to 12-hour format to no avail, and no number of turning the sync off/on again has helped. I’d love it if this gets resolved quickly!

Great App but.... This app is almost EXACTLY what I want... just missing one thing... a way to “check off” what you’ve done for the day! I am desperately trying to find a daily schedule that is nice and clean as this app, with the time slots very easily visible, but with a way to check it off as I go along throughout the day. Other than that, it’s a very clean, nice layout, pretty good with reminders as well! I haven’t upgraded to the paid version, because I’m hesitant to pay the subscription fee that seems a little high for it not being exactly what I want.

Wish I could check things off. I love this app, it’s easy to use and does what I need it to do - except one key function: the ability to check completed tasks off! This is a huge issue for me with this, as without the ability to check things off like I would with a to do-list I must simply revert back to paper schedule to better organize my thoughts. I have given only 3 stars, and would change it to 5 if I could visually see that I had done the task. I’m sorry!

Calendar Import and Other Issues. I like the app overall, however, and there are many howevers, there are some major flaws. Here are my gripes: 1. Some of my imported calendar events are appearing the day after they should. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to why some events on some calendars do this. 1B. I emailed the app contact email address about 5 days ago about this and have not received a response. 2. Love that I can drag events around on my schedule, but hate that the time doesn’t make any adjustments. 3. Hate that I can’t adjust sleep and wake times day-by-day if needed, only as weekly reoccurring times for each day. There needs to be more flexibility here. I am going to stick with the app and see if they make any updates, patches, or developments within the next year because I have been searching for an app that does exactly what this app is capable of successfully pulling off.

Simple. Concise. Beautiful. I just downloaded this 5 min ago and this was that ive been looking for my whole life! A simple schedule with beautiful interface! I literally tried all other famous even paid schedule apps, but none if those has what this has. I hope to see more customizable features in the future to have an even more aesthetically pleasant schedule. But please keep the app’s simplicity.

Love It... but. An amazing app that fits exactly how i think and function throughout the day. I have been looking for something like this for years. There is one limitation though: from what i know, there is no desktop version and i wish there was! I wish i could also organize my day and access it through my computer because that is where i do most of my meetings and stuff. Aside from that, a great app to fit my daily needs and keep me organized!

Wish it didn't assume a midnight end time. This app does a lot of things right, pleasant airy interface, flexibility with time settings, the ability to tag and make routines and more. However, despite the fact you can set the wake and sleep times it always presupposes your day is 12am to 12am which means if you're awake passed midnight the task time display gets very confusing and there is a "sleep" event at midnight no matter what. I wish you could set the duration of your day i.e: Wednesday 1pm - Thur 4am. I bought this app to see if I can replace Owaves but for the reason above it might not be a better substitute.

Should’ve waited. I bought the pro version because I thought I was going to like this app. There are a few good things but a few things that are missing. On top of that it’s already glitchy my first day using it. From the app itself to the widgets. There are NUMEROUS glitches that’s should fix before charging what they’re charging. So many that this app is not even worth dealing with. They only offer a yearly subscription. $12 (discounted price) is still a waste. $60 is a joke. It should be monthly at a lower price until they get these things straightened out. And if they’re not fixing the glitches they need to stop charging for the app.

Wait - what is with this new update?. The times for events keep reverting back to whatever the current time is, not the next time block chronologically. So if I input something for 6am-7am, and then press the next empty slot, the default times start with the current time (so if I was doing this at 11:30 the night before, it would default to 11:30 for an hour). When it really should have the start time of the next block be at 7am. Also, it would be nice to have hot key buttons for 15, 30 45 or an hour so you don’t have to keep scrolling through the times to adjust.

I’d love to love this app!. Unrounded 4.5 stars—the ad for the bundle does not need to appear on the opening screen every time I open the app, I’ve already purchased a premium subscription. Also, I think there’s a bug where it gets stuck on the loading screen, my internet is fine and I’ve restarted my phone after closing the app but it still is happening.

Great App for Productivity. Love this app, helps me create structure in each day. So easy to move events around when the day goes sideways too! Note for developers: please bring back the capability to see unused time in the day. The visuals of the time available help me to block in tasks I can fit between meetings. It might not be to everyone’s liking but maybe just a toggle in settings that will allow unused time to show up like in previous version.

Love it - just keep improving please!. Love the app - keeps me on pace. Not enjoying the update with singular minutes. Prefer selecting the task end time by duration vs. end time since I can adjust the actual time once it is placed on the day. I have the premium subscription and rely on this app. Keep the improvements coming - just be sure they are improvements and the app still works!!

This Application is Excellent. I recently got this application to schedule my workdays since I work from home. This app has done that and more. Not only do I schedule my work but I also get alarmed when I have to do something and I can easily edit my schedule if I want more flexibility. I recommend this app to any student or worker from home who wants to try to become more organized or schedule things on the go.

Notifications for everything all the time. I have several events that repeat that are at the same time of day, but on different days of the week. However, EVERYDAY at 6:00pm I get a notification that my Monday study group is about to start, my Wednesday art class is about to start, and my Friday d&d is about to start. I also have changed some events from “study [class]” to just “study”, so now I’m getting two notifications- one for the “study [class]” that has been deleted, and the new “study” event. And the “study” event for the NEXT THREE DAYS. I got the premium version 80% off, and that $12 was still waaayy too much to spend on an app that doesn’t do its job.

Great app but wish there was event preset feature. I love the app’s simplistic straightforward timeline design. It was intuitive to use and it has helped me greatly in spending my time better. The only thing is that I wish they would have an event preset feature that would save tasks’ name, duration, icon, etc. Adding it into schedule would be easier with a simple one button action instead of having to constantly go through the settings one by one again.

Great app, have some suggestions though. This app was just what I needed to plan out my day. However, I think it would be even better if there was an auto-save option in settings, so whenever you click out of editing an event, it saves. Too many times I forget to scroll to the bottom and press “save” and then I have to do it over again. Also, it would be nice to show the name of the tags on the events instead of just its color. Lastly, I would like the end time of an event to also be shown.

Saving. Saving is really clunky. If you're editing a routine you have to save the event and then save the routine. My only thought is that maybe saving the event should save the routine. Another problem is that the save event button is way at the bottom and which leads to me frequently forgetting to save, if they put it on the top right next to "edit event" then it would be much easier to use since it would always be on screen which I at least value more then it being generally in the same place as the button for saving routines.

Very cute and simple. I really like this app for its simplicity and how streamlined it is, but I wish it were more accommodating for those of us who have weird schedules. I work third shift so my wake up time is in the evening and I sleep at one in the afternoon and because of that the scheduling is a little weird. I wish the automatic wake up and sleep time could be turned off so that you can just create it as an event so that everything is still in the correct time order.
