Food index. I love this app - it is quick and easy Trying to keep my blood sugar down and just normal This app really helps Glad I found it Laura

So. much. missing.. I previously had a different version of a glycemic index reference which was much better. This program is terrible. It lacks eg milk, yogurt/yoghurt, peas etc etc. For something as common as sweet potato it had only "raw sweet potato"-- yes, how it is cooked changes the G.I. I would have consider buying the $1.99 version but half of the items I was looking for were missing! The 2Stars are for a fair graphic environment and mostly correct spelling of the words (1 star each). TIP from George W: Potato is spelled like that-- not "Potatoe". If you want to make two dollars on an app by throwing together data, please make sure that your database is more expansive than this "Health Magazine article fold out" data dump.

Great App. Perfect for quick reference if you have glucose problems. I look at this app many times everyday to see if I can eat various things. The glycemic load part is also very useful.

Weight is dropping off. cutting back on carbs and sugar and the app is really helpful. i question the glycemic load it shows for cola, but i stay away anyway so it’s ok for me. overall excellent.

Very useful!. Of course you can. Also, Google nutrition facts on certain things but this app just makes it a lot more convenient and easier.. it also allows me to track some stuff like weight loss average glucose, although I have a CGM, this app helps me predict how high it’s gonna go after a meal. I got it for $20 a year. It’s on sale so I had to get it. How could I for not to:)

Totally frustrating. I was able to get the tables for a while, now nothing works any more. It suddenly shows only three foods and now they are gone, too. This is tot ally useless. Also while it still worked, it was cumbersome to have to go back to the top of each category when trying to see all three values for one item. This is now totally useless to me, waste of money.

Good reference for starters. Helped me to make healthier choices. Lost weight following GI diet even before being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Not difficult to follow.

The app is not efficient with logging. The choices for food to log is limited. The amount of info I must put in the system is way too much work for a purchase. You could not scan a product to upload the info. I do not thing the in app purchase is worth it. I had to go ahead and cancel my subscription and delete the app.

Great app, needs some UX and UI changes + more food options. This is a great app, amazing that it seems only one person has made it. There is a bit of ease of use that could be tweaked (ie when you click the “+” icon it’d be nice if the cursor immediately was in the search bar, instead of having to click in the search bar to type). While there are a lot of options for foods to search, it’d great to have more, but I’m sure it takes time to build this kind of database. Pros: fairly easy to use and record/track GI and GL, pleasant colors, premium version relatively inexpensive. Kind of a con, but...: although advertised “free,” to get much use out of it, you’ll want to subscribe to the “premium” version, but it’s a super nominal fee (at least when I subscribed). Con: needs a lot more in its database to help track more worldwide diets

Important information. If you are trying to control blood sugar levels, glycemic load is valuable information. This app also evaluates net carbs.

Have diabetes. Just learned that I have diabetes and was looking for apps to help me. This app is a wonderful tool to help me control my diabetes. I was looking for the best and stumbled upon this one. It has been a great tool for me to keep track of my blood pressure and my blood glucose. I absolutely love it.

Problem syncing data. I like the app very much, except that I can’t sync data between iPhone and iPad on one Apple account. (Not family sharing) The app shows subscribed on both devices and all premium features are active, but data only registers on one device. I’m hoping the data entered on one device will show up on the other. I signed out and logged back in to Apple ID but no change. Hope you can help, Rafal. Cheers.

Very Effective For First Glance Cheat Sheeting. In my opinion, certain foods, drinks and the like could be broken down into more specific indexes. Additionally, more foods could be added. Other wise, I am very pleased with this application. If you would like to discuss this let me know.

Useless app that I paid money for. This app is useless to me, an American, since portion size is measured in grams. The app doesn’t even say it is talking about the weight of the food, but I assume that is what the gram measurement is for. Americans don’t know grams of items. That’s one more step we’d have to take a ride over to the internet for...who’s got time for that on each item they are considering. Most food apps use portion size (1 apple) (1 slice of white bread), not weight. But if they use weight the ounce/pound system would be an option. And there would be an option for half an apple. I tried watching the videos but they did not elucidate matters either. The app looks fine otherwise if you don’t mind working in grams.

It’s was okay.. The app was okay, I was hopeful and went ahead and paid for the year however when I got inside the app, the lists of foods are limited. I found out I had to put in the foods I am accustomed to eating. There are no meats, chickens, or anything like this to choose from...which are consumed by many daily. If the food lists contained more of the everyday food people eat I would have kept the app. It’s hard enough being diabetic on its own let alone having to enter in your own food, find out the GI, how much it weighs etc so that it could be entered. that’s too much work for an app you pay for. I was hopeful sorry I had to cancel. 😓

Excellent App …. But if…. I liked the app very much , but if I could not scan the products like other app (Fooducate , carb manager etc) . 2. The weight , how many oz, gram is a portion of bread which make it easier and friendly. How many gram is 1 pita , I need to source this info in order to get the exact GL. How many gram is plum, pasta The only reason that I am not subscribed is looking for the right product and the right weight is not possible . The app does not help to ease the process, it is a pre determined list which is really a big flaw. I’d rather pay a little bit more for a complete list and exact weight .

Easy to use.. Quick reference for GI totals of food; especially when eating out and looking over menu’s

Like it but..... I like this a lot but It’s the only app I have used for GI and GL. So can’t really compare it. What would make it better is to have the veggies in GI AND GL when cooked. For someone like me, just learning about it this would help. From a user friendly POV In Order to use the search you need to click or touch your screen like 3-4 times before you can start typing. So that’s a little much. That would be a well received change!!

Excellent Resource. This app is an excellent source of information concerning the glycemic index and glycemic load of many many many different foods. It is also easy to use.

This app does not work!!!!!!. Don’t pay for this app!!!! I paid to get the premium app. I was charged for it, yet about two weeks later it stopped working and told me my annual subscription had expired and I needed to renew!! I tried contacting their Help email address, and the email address was bad. They now have my money, I have no premium service, and I have no way of contacting them. USELESS....

Wanted to like it.. I just downloaded and spent almost an hour making an effort to download my minimal breakfast and lunch knowing nothing about GL but wanting to learn. I easily found that an egg has no GL. The problem started when I tried to find my fresh veggie juice. I found juice of beets but nothing about celery, cucumber, parsley which I juice regularly for inflammation. Ok, that’s an unusual request, I get it, so I moved on to my salad and typed in romaine....nothing. So I typed in lettuce and found only green leaf. Ok, so maybe they’re similar. I’ll choose that. Wait I can’t figure out my portion in cups? The only option is grams.....who uses grams in America? I don’t even want to consider trying to find the ingredients for my homemade salad dressing. I’m out!

Great source. Thanks to this app now I know which foods to eat and which to avoid. I lost a few pounds already. Glad I found it

Uselessly confusing. I wish I could get my money back. The paid version of this app is completely confusing, even after watching the tutorial video (tip to the developers: maybe add voice over, some zoom in’s and slow it down so we can actually see what you’re doing?). It wasn’t a lot of money but this was still one of the most pointless app purchases I’ve ever made. Save your money and look elsewhere, or just stick with the free version.

Super! Exactly what I want it to do. This app is perfect for checking the GI of various food items: quick and clear interface, great variety of foods, and makes checking easy! Recommended.

Difficult to use - wish I could get a refund!. You have to choose between ounces and grams for your food servings, and the same setting will decide whether you use pounds or kg for your weight setting. The problem with this is that either I have to convert my weight to kg every day, or I have to under- or overreport my food servings, as there's no decimal to indicate part of an ounce (though apparently the standard serving size is 3.53 oz). Also, I cannot see the food I've uploaded to my consumption diary.

Wonderful as a quick reference.. It is great as a quick reference and I do hope they continue to add food items.

Used to be a decent app.. Now it’s become bloated trying to be all things, but has no apple health kit integration. I’m not going to punch data in more than once into my phone, and an app tgat doesn’t communicate with other health apps or provide sufficient privacy protections ( which are require for health kit) is not useful Subscription cancelled. App deleted.

Excellent Resource. GI/GL it is so important to have this information for meal planning, shopping and eating. If the food is not in the app you are directed to a University site that will provide it for you/-or research yourself and enter data, very easy to use. This app is affordable for what you receive it is an excellent value and well worth the purchase. Great work developer for helping people that truly need this support! 😊👍 I LOVE THIS AP!

Food chart lacking. It’s great for monitoring vitals and glucose but when using the food diary it is missing a lot of foods. Even when you try to link to the website for more options, none of the foods I enter are listed. No combo meals are listed. Only ingredients and it takes forever to list basic ingredients in every meal, especially when going out to eat. Not enough research done on foods to locate GI/GL on all foods. I needed a Frappuccino to raise my blood glucose since I’m hypoglycemic. Couldn’t locate it anywhere. I’d appreciate being contacted or having the app updated.

Not At All Helpful. Do NOT get tricked into purchasing premium subscription! The definition clearly states there is a recipe database when in actuality there are absolutely NONE. This App is just an expensive, partial list of GI and GL with other health information you have to enter and track yourself. NO suggestions, eating plans, recipes, motivation, Diabetes information or support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not for USA use. It seems to be mainly for metric using countries. Everything didn’t change when I changed to ounces. I don’t eat 100 ounces of lettuce per meal. Also many foods are missing-example no bell peppers. Maybe it’s fantastic when you take the time to figure it all out and add you own foods but I just don’t have that kind of time right now. I’ll go back to it in a few weeks and see what I think.

Useful app. I’m finding this useful to look up a lot of foods. It doesn’t have every food I want to look up, but I like that I can add foods to the list after looking them up elsewhere. So far, I’m using only the free version, but the ads aren’t intrusive. It’s a keeper!

It truly helps me!. Tracking my blood sugar, weight and blood pressure on a daily basis really helps me maintain my focus and never get out of control. Slick software and excellent graphics too

Debtwin 49. This has been a major help in organizing my new health problems and keeping my testing results organized! I when to the Doctor yesterday and showed her my test results on this app and she was so impressed! She wanted to share with other older patients. Thanks you so much!!

70% of disease is a result of insulin resistance.. One of the main causes of disease in modern living is insulin resistance. This app not only helps you understand what foods have a high glycemic index but it also helps you to understand what foods have a high glycemic load which is what the food is doing inside your body to your blood glucose levels. Really awesome app for diabetics or really for anyone that is looking for a healthier lifestyle. Awesome app!

Great App!. I've only just started using the app and have found it to be so very helpful. Thank you for creating this.

Worth the price. Accessing the Gluten Load data requires paying upgrade fee, but is worth it. Has lots of data and nice features. Tap filters on and off at the bottom of the table make browsing the table more useful, and the search feature is quick.

Great app. It does exactly what I want it to do. Initially, I had some trouble getting the free trial, but I emailed the developer and a quick and very helpful response. They kept working with me until everything worked to my satisfaction.

Great App. I struggle with having reactive hypoglycemia and this app really helps me to pick the right foods to eat. I can be anywhere and search the food to find out if it will help me or make me symptomatic. I can see the glycemic level by just search the name of the food. What a great tool to manage my health, especially while traveling.

Limited food items!. Rice choices are limited. No basmati (only brown),nor jasmine. No English muffins. When it takes you to search online. Only those from the University of Sidney comes up. Different country so choices are different and not same carb content. If you want to put in a new food, it asks for the glycemic value, carbs and fiber content. So basically unless you know the glycemic value of the new food, you can’t enter it. Waste of time!

Log. Enjoyed the log until I lost all my data. It’s possible something i did something wrong.

Use the Search icon. Why provide a paltry, vastly incomplete list of foods in the first place if the MO is to use the the search tool? This should be made clearer. I suppose the list only exits to provides examples. It took the developer’s reply to my first 2 star review to figure it out.

Looks Promising!. Just got the app with the advance features. It looks promising but there is nothing I can find that tells you HOW to use it! Videos do me no good at all as the pictures are too small to see, the music is annoying and it’s not explaining to me HOW to enter my meals or how to use the app!! FAQ is no help, there is no place to ask for help and no instructions that I can find!! Please help!

Just paid full price…. To unlock the other features like food diary. Like someone eles said - searched romaine only got “lettuce- leafy green”, tomato comes “tomato, orange raw” then when it comes to portion - the only options are: 100, 20, 345.2, 123 and 32 grams”. None of this means *anything* to me and there’s no settings option to change to cups or ounces. Wasted $9 for nothing. When I tried to contact dev through app from “make a suggestion” it doesn’t even open. Very Very disappointed with this app & wish I could get my money back.

Nope. To get all the features they've implied come free you gotta pay $4.00 for it.. I don't know about you, but I hate being manipulated, and this app has one sneaky, bait and switch app-store description. Allow me to preface the following with this: I don't mind paying for a good/better app. Do it all the time. But, the developer for this thing must be a former E.A. smartphone game developer because they're charging TWO separate $2 in-app purchases for features they've conveniently implied come with the free one; They buried the required purchase part after the main first paragraph where it implies the features come free. You gotta be really paying attention to catch it. Now, I admit that $4 isn't braking the bank, especially for a good app. This app might be good after you've gone through the process of buying all the features needed, but I ain't rewarding them for their deceptive practices.

Simple & Eashy. Easy app to use to calculate GL for a meal. I am able to calculate total GL for each meal quickly. This type of app relies on published tables of different foods that have been tested for GI and GL. If you are unable to find a certain food, then replace it with something similar. I was not able to find Lima Beans so I replaced it with Northern Beans. You will get similar numbers on the GL. Worth the purchase and great to have with every meal.

Initial Usage. I’ve struggled with my diabetes daily although I really try to eat good. I’ve discovered through the app how the Glycemic Load is what I was missing and the foods driving the spike. My fiancé is also able to pick better places to eat out in helping me along my journey.

New to tracking GI/GL. Very easy to use and has a lot of products. One time purchase which is nice. Has additional informational tools and links to sites. Like the meal calculator so can plan your day.

No Ads = Take Your $$$ & Still Get Ads!!!. Come on. Really? Paid for no ads & this app is bombarded with ads! What a disappointment! Got this thinking it would make my husband’s diet easier to manage with his diabetes & the ads NEVER STOP! Nutrition advisor school??? Please. Second, not finding common foods that a person watching their GI intake listed (whole grain bread-Rudi’s). No one wants to load your app for you. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Lousy.

Great App for Glucose Management!. I’ve been using this app for a year now and really appreciate this tool for tracking and managing bf my blood glucose levels!

Really helpful keeping my blood sugar in check.. Love this app.

Vinnie. This is a great app being a pre diabetic I need to see what is good for me or what’s bad. Thanks for creating such a wonderful app.

Not worth the premium upgrade. I had s good look at this so before I decided whether or not to get the premium update, and a lot of the items on the GI table are wrong!! I couldn’t believe that something like white wine would have a GI score of 0 when it is loaded with sugar!!

Best yet.. Does just what I want it to all in the one place. I keep notes of Meds as well and record any symptoms. Have a couple of issues and this lets me keep it all in the one place. Excellent.

Gi table is easy to use. Looking just for GI table, to use on the go, this is perfect - easy to use , clear. Basic , free, just what I needed. It has other sections that you pay for but for your basic free info on GI index of foods, this is fine.

Diet. As I’m on a low GI diet this app comes in handy when shopping for groceries. I’ve gotten to know the GI on some items but there are some I still have to learn

False advertising. I was looking for an app where I search carbohydrates content in food, this app advertise as low glycemic and carb count, yes! They have an extension for carb search but is not free!!! Just saying....

Very informative. Very helpful and let’s you know what is better for you to eat.

Very limited. Have to pay for glycemic load, so not really useful at all as a free app.

K. Great app for tracking blood sugar and blood pressure

I’ve already purchased a year. I’ve already bought the largest membership, now cannot use it because it won’t reconfigure. Help!

Confused by the high rating. I found the app expensive for what it was, and not user friendly. Serving sizes for foods are usually irrelevant, and adjusting the parameters is not Intuitive, nor does it store those values. Immediately unsubscribed after wasting $3 on a week’s trial. I don’t recommend.

Unhelpful. The very same food item can have multiple values

Très utile. Très utile lorsqu’on veut faire attention à sa santé.

Used deceptive language when promoting free trial. I almost signed up for the free trial which was heavily implied to be one month. When I moved forward with the agreement the free trial is only three days and they want your payment information upfront and they want you to sign up for a payment plan agreement that will automatically roll over. Shady shady shady!!! I will never do business with a company that likes to trick people!!!

Not accurate. Many of the values in this app are inaccurate. The app is also difficult to use so I would not recommend it.

Why not include no ads in your Premium Subscriptions?. I like this app & purchased a 1yr subscription. I’m upset that they want me to spend more $ to have no ads. Please include it in the Subscription! No one likes being nickel & dimed.

Not working well. With my IPhone XR the search is not working well , after few attempts the keyboard appears in order to type what I am searching for . Also I found the app doesn’t have a very intuitive navigation .

💸💸💸💰. Useless unless you pay to unlock anything..👎

Basically useless. Doesn’t even have common foods like cooked sweet potato (it has raw, which…why???). Half of the foods I have looked up aren’t there (grains, veg) which completely defeats the purpose. Frustrated that I spent money on this thing.

Très déçue. J’ai payé pour des informations déjà disponibles gratuitement sur internet. Si je ne paye pas un autre montant de 13,99$ je n’ai aucun avantage avec cette application.

Excellent App. Very good information!!!

Fraudulent Advertising. The developer promises a major discount off the the full annual subscription price of $79 and the charges the full amount when you subscribe. Plus if you try to unsubscribe, you’re still locked in for a year. In other words, no refund is allowed. Don’t fall for this con.

Very powerful T2D management tool. Highly recommended.. Very impressive data collection and reporting.

Mon IG est une très bonne référence. Mon IG est une très bonne référence

Not a complete list.. Couldn’t find a variety of common foods. Had to turn to search engines for missing foods too often to be useable.

Great app. Very useful when u dont have wifi and eating out plus u can put in ur own foods

Little helper. This app has been such a great help to me getting my blood sugar under control. Thank you.

Companion in healthcare and healthy consumption. T1 diabetes.. Highly recommended for anyone who is seeking to manage BG loads. Easy to use. Great interface. Excellent amount of information. Ability to add food and favourites. A must have for managing long term health starting with your next meal! Mum of 6 year old T1 diabetic.

Easy to use. There is not a lot of depth to this app but it's easy to use and informative.

Genial!. Vraiment bien fait comme application!' Facile et agréable;)

Important. This is a quick guide and very useful to open and review a food that you needed information on. I look to it daily for help and it is always there for you.

Super !.

Lent/slow. 2019 oct : Updated: they did a very good updated, fast and more accurate, now I think it worth it, good job to the developpers... Lors de l’ajout d’une mesure de poids, l’APP est hyper lent pour faire la mise à jour et tu dois le laisser ouvert sinon l’ajout ne se fait pas. Plusieurs minutes. /When you add a weight measure, the APP is very very very slow to do the update. Very frustrating.

Useful app!. Intuitive and contains useful information to keep your GI concerns on track.

What you don’t know can hurt you!. At least three times a month I consult this app to see what the glycemic index for specific foods are. The paleo diet has kept me out of the hospital for the past three years and this app has been my “go to” resource.

Very good. I love it!

❤️. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️! Easy, Fun and Helpful!!

Paid to remove ads but they’re still there!. Glycemic Load Definitions: 10 or less: Low 11-19: Medium 20 or more: High

Love it!. Very useful app, everybody should get it

Cumbersome. Has potential but cluttered interface and slow

Good app. Found more food items listed than other apps. Though needs premium to access all features.

Not user friendly. I am still looking for a customer service number to request a refund. The database of foods is extremely small and not easy to use. I guess you are supposed to enter the nutritional information for each food. Far too time consuming.

Great. Great app. Helps me to keep track of my fasting levels daily. Easy to use

How to delete an entry?. Hello. I’m using the app and appreciating it. However, having incorrectly entered a blood glucose reading as 982 instead of 82, I can’t figure out how to delete it? Help?

Helpful. Extremely helpful in maintaining my no/low carb diet. Information at my fingertips. Amazing number foods listed; however, would like to see more ethnic food groups listed.

I learned a lot from this site. Excellent information

So helpful!!!. As someone new to low glycemic eating, this app has made it all to easy to know what to eat and what to avoid!! Thanks for making such an easy to use app!

Helped with blood sugar control. Type 2 diabetic for many years. Learned more about controlling blood sugar with this app in 2 hours than in all my preceding years.

Very good resource. Use it very often and the information is very helpful as I am pre-diabetic. I like that it has GI and GL.

Physician Assistant. I recommend this app to many of my patients for weight loss an better diabetes control. It is an excellent resource !! Thank you for this app!

👍🏼. This app makes my life so much easier! I can use it with my busy lifestyle and it's educating me on the foods that rate low on the GI scale. ❤️❤️

Clickbait and false advertising. The app literally has the word “load” in its name, yet doesn’t show glycemic load unless you buy the paid version that has a ton of features that are completely unrelated to the glycemic load info that I installed this app for in the first place. Instant uninstall.

Pre diabetic newbie… LOVE IT!. Great easy app to reference on moments notice. Use it all the time when grocery shopping! Thanks for the app!

Limited food list. Not useful if you want to look up low GI foods it sends you to a link to look up foods that makes no sense at all i emailed the creator and they said it was too much trouble to list more foods like chicken pizza etc etc I would not recommend this app

Thumbs all the way down.. Couldn’t find a lot of basic foods. Couldn’t keep a Dailey tally. I’m not spending anymore money on this. I’d rather get it free then purchase additional functions but the basic functions aren’t worth the $10 spent. I’m deleting it from my phone.

Very helpful!. Very well put together and very helpful. I couldn’t give this app less than 5 stars if I wanted to. Thank you!

Helpful App. The has great information as well as serving as a guideline for portion control

Disappointed after Download. Everything is hidden. Terrible ‘teaser’ free app. Purchase is required to unlock, and the app is very incomplete. So much info you have to add yourself. No thx, I’ll pass. Update!!! After the developer contacted me about how wrong I was about my review and asking me to “...be honest...” in my review, I thought I’d add this: Sticking to my same review. Cheesie common app to get you to purchase the whole version. The free app is not worth MY time. Your marketing tricks will never get me to purchase the unknown. Sorry Rafael Platek, still a one star review. Cheers

So many foods missing use Google instead. Disappointed that even the simplest food such as rolled oats didn’t show ups. If not listed they direct you to an online search. What’s the point of the app if I need to search online. Expand the database or this is not worth the subscription price.

Advertising?!. I’m so angry. I paid 9.99 for the full version of this app, and now with the update I’m getting ads when I want to see the GI tables. This is completely inappropriate. Usually when you pay for the full version of an app you get rid of the ads. I wish I hadn’t paid for this trash.

Very convenient app.. Very easy app to use. Like the feature that allows you to add a foods and their glycemic index rating.

Looking is saving. I love the ability to look at the GI and GL to see what benefits me. Like looking to cross the street, looking is saving. I look to see what benefits me and my health.

Neat app. I upgraded from the free version and like it. Haven’t used all of features yet but what I have used I like. Just hoping they don’t jack price up on renewals, etc - I’ll have to look for another one.

Great App. Loaded with information and very easy to use. 😊

Useless and vague. Used it for 2 minutes and found problems… vague on portion size and descriptions … no way that all biscuits have the same gi… not even a size reference lots of stuff blocked until you pay like basic carb count.

Easy To Track. Great to keep track during my busy day. Thank you!

That was a waste of time. I just downloaded, it’s useless, you can’t put in quantity amounts/serving size for each food, But you have to pick one serving size for everything. Which makes it kind of pointless

Useless. Not worth the money. Have it on an iPhone and touch screen sensitivity is bad and it's not my phone, have many other apps that work fine. Menu is very confusing, even after watching tutorials several times. I have never use an app that is so difficult and confusing. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to write this one.

Almost to much information.. Great tech support. So much information it almost intimidates me. Great guides on eating and tracking.

5 stars. Great information and very easy to use!

Just downloaded this, will attempt refund. Many foods are not in the provided table. Very clunky search option with university of sydney, and most searches reveal nothing. AI generated recipes keep showing the same recipes multiple times. This app is not user friendly, takes a lot of effort to get any use.

Glycemic Index App. Very helpful when trying to watch carbohydrates

Awesome app!. I needed something simple to understand and easy to work as I began my life of living with diabetes. This app has help me tract my needs in order to be more in control.

Perfect for on the go. It has almost everything you want

Easy Access. Quick and easy access to GI information.

Inaccurate GL calculations. Glycemic load calculation is for standard 100 g. and does not relate to portion size. This information is of no use for someone trying to manage a low GL diet and could even be dangerous for someone with diabetes to follow. I did not have access to see the calculations table until a subscription was purchased. This is useless to me. Please cancel immediately.

Appmazing. This app is such a vital part of my diet regimen. It is extending my life by extending info to me that is beneficial to my life. It is my life line when it comes to my nutrition as a former diabetic

Can’t find my foods. The free app wouldn’t let me search for my foods online so I paid. Still couldn’t find them!! I was only searching for ramen and Sara Lee Delightful Bread. I wanted to keep track of GI and GL but this app only covers very basic foods such as apricots and green beans. It was a waste of money.

Terrible.. This is my first app review. I wanted to submit it to warn other people to not get this app. It is so hard to use, even after viewing the tutorial. Nothing about it is instinctual. I thought that I would be able to have a daily diary that shows glycemic index numbers, but I can’t get that to work. Don’t waste your money.

Great app. Easy to use, has everything I've looked for so far

Great app. This is a great app. I am learning many things about food and how it affects my blood sugar.

Great app to view and track GI and GL consumption. I purchased all the features for this app and I am finding it helpful. I think it is lacking in the number of food items. I hope more food items are continually added.

Great reference!. Information I found on this application fell in line with what I researched online and conveniently serves as a quick guide.

Great help!!!. It was told I am pre-diabetic and I have to watch out for my sugar intakes—this app is an amazing help!

Good app. I love being able to quickly see the GI & GL for foods on my phone while traveling. I’m hoping more foods will be added soon.

Tracking. This app has helped me being close to being a diabetic it has helped me kick it !! Now i am below border line!!

Disappointed. I just paid the 5.99 for the year only to find out that you have to enter the food in yourself it doesn’t even list a plum. There’s no instructions on how to use the thing it’s confusing easier just to go online and Google it. I thought it was going to add up a whole meal for me and tell me the glycemic load

Worst ever and they don’t let me cancel. Anything I ask for it tells me “information not available” and that I need to search the web and add the information myself to the app. I have tried to cancel and it will not let me. This is ridiculous.

Awesome--better organized than others. This app is very easy to use and helped me tremendously when I was doing a major sugar detox.

Great job.. Love this app. So glad to see directions that are clear. Thank you
