Invaluable Tool for Exploring Canada. Don’t leave home without it. I personally find it better than any app like it - including those like Campendium in the states. Accurate, thorough info.

Not worth $2. Very rudimentary info for the Maritime provinces. Nothing you can’t get by zooming in to Google Maps

RV trip. Excellent offline functionality with downloaded maps

Not as good as WikiCamps Australia. We have used WikiCamps Australia for years and it is our go-to bible for camp sites, points of interest and public toilet location. WikiCamps Canada has very few reviews by users (are there many users out there???), and very few points of interest which is helpful when touring to know what to see in areas you are not familiar with. What did help us was the off-line maps to travel off the major highways and through small villages.

Fantastic App for RV travel in Canada!. This App is very helpful for finding public campgrounds or other free places (like Walmart or a grocery store) to spend the night with a travel trailer or RV. Coloured pictograms provide useful information about each site. The Trip Planner is THE BEST. It is also possible to archive a trip already done and start planning a new trip. This App along with the IOverlander App is all you need to travel for free in Canada. Cheers!

Cross Canada Planning. We have driven across Canada tent camping in 2017, and will be again in 2020. We have used WikiCamps for planning the route both times. It does an excellent job of helping to find sites and track details of the stays while presenting the information geographically. Assistance from the app developer is awesome!

Wiki. I find WikiCamps to be very useful in finding camping sites

Life saver!. Great reviews on individual campsites and great suggestions for free camping. This app is my first choice when planning a trip and is great when on the go if you want to save a buck.

Look elsewhere. Had good luck with WikiCamps in Australia and New Zealand but the version for Canada is not a reliable source. Hasn’t been updated for over a year and more importantly it is missing lots of campsites. I appreciate that Canada is a big country but so is Australia and that app is more complete and was free!

I’m a noob!. So any info is of a great help to me. Wiki camps is a fantastic resource for camp locations and user-reviews helps to set realistic expectations of the locale and services. I’ve used this app on 3 trips from mid Canada to the west coast and have been very happy with the information.

Great for peer to peer rental apps. I rent multiple trailers out on rental sites and this app is a lifesaver. Having access to all the knowledge in the community is amazing and I appreciate all the input everybody provides in app.

Just learning new version. Figuring out how to map secondary routes instead of shortest routes. Better than last version. Still having problems trying to add photos of campgrounds for other users.

Helpful for my trip across Canada. Highly recommend if you are hippyin’ it across the country or provinces. Your trip downloads so you don’t need to use wifi (as you’ll be losing service a lot on the trans Canada highway). There are some more sites I’ve discovered that could be included on the app. There should be an option to add them. Overall recommend!

Just amazing!. This app has everything you need for a great trip. Tents, caravan, cars, rvs they made it so easy to find what you need when you camp around. Toilets, water, a place to sleep, reviews etc. I use it for australia and nz and absolutely love its friendly features and how we can look for one thing specific without seing the rest. Great work!

Great for planning your roadtrip. I like it a lot, but searching or changing a particular address can be a bit challenging sometimes
