App Needs a Little Work. We had a large group and used the app to keep everyone in contact for our cruise. We were on a Spirit Class ship so it’s a little older. For a schedule of events, it worked well. Would like to see more information like what deck we are disembarking from at ports. I know this can change with the tides, but the information can be updated as it changes. Just a thought on days at sea when the naturalist is on the loud speaker, maybe add a reminder of what channel to turn to on the TV so people with balconies can tune in and can hear them. Our main complaint was the texting part of the app. This is terrible. It works some of the time and not always with everyone in your party. We were constantly having to shut the app down and restart it while sending the same message multiple times to get them through. Again, we had a mix of iPhone and Samsung users. Seemed to do ok with Apple to Apple users. Not so good with getting texts between Apple and Samsung. No one got all of the messages. It would be nice to send more than alphanumeric messages like photos or locations but that takes bandwidth, and that can be expensive on a ship. With a few more tweaks this can be a very useful app. Will have to try it out on our next cruise which is on a newer ship.

App Awesome!. App works great! The dinning check in is great! We could schedule our table from our room and then head to the restaurant once our table was ready. We could check all the activities at any time and we could find areas easier. We did not use the chat function because we were all together most of the cruise, so I don’t know how that works. But it shows all your charges and totals and allows you to set reservations. It sends you notifications 15 mins before any event you have “liked” to remind you to head to the venue for that activity. You can also access all the menus and hours for the restaurants. You can get more details about any activities by clicking on them. I recommended that you download the app before going to your cruise terminal to board and do not try to access the WiFi until you are fully checked in and have your folio #. If you get the internet package, you will not want to sign into the WiFi until you can sign in with your folio #. I signed into the free WiFi before we got our room keys and it took me three days to finally get my full WiFi working. You can go to the app and set it up once you have your room key. We had a blast! Hope to go again soon!

Good edition to help with large groups. I am glad this was something new added in comparison with the last time I cruised. We had a large group and it was nice to have this. For those of us who utilized it, not everyone in our group did, it was beneficial to have the information of all the events, food, etc… right at hand. However, we were also glad to still have the fun times handouts available for the older and younger ones who did not access the app. I also appreciated being able to view my account summary anytime. It’s convenient to call room to room for people in your group, but if they aren’t in the room, this was helpful to be able to reach them anywhere on the ship. The Wi-Fi was not always working though, especially in the rooms, so it took awhile for messages to get across to others. We also got a lot of exercise trying to find others when it did not work. The cost of the chat was reasonable for the whole week; hopefully, it’s less for fewer days. Although, there needs to be a group rate when you’d like to have everyone in your group be able to access it. I liked that you could reserve and be notified when your table was ready. It would have been nice to be able to reserve for more people though. It took at least 2 people to reserve since our group was large and we did not always get to sit together. Overall, it was so nice to have this and I’ll definitely use it again. Thank you

Carnival Vista. This was my very first Cruise not alone my very real vacation. I’ve never been any where ever. Vista made my first experience on a Cruise the most memorable one ever The staff, all entertainers especially my favorite the Motown entertainers talent was simply amazing. They made each night Motown , Disco night so much fun. Love how they engage with the people. Their vocals was so on point to each song. The band was double time the best ever. Was so impressed by them. The host who directed everything she was fantastic, words just can not describe how well she was. I fell in love with her and I’m not gay either lol. But that’s how much I was taking by her. Again the staff who work so hard did such a wonderful job and their patience and kindness was simply amazing. I pray they are honored for the hard work they do and do excellently well. They are the ones who made this vacation amazingly great for me and I’m sure for others. I also amended the sailing crew who navigate throughout the whole Cruise. Now I truly give a amazing applause to these men if women help to them too. Wow I’m speechless on how smooth the ship moved I felt like I was on air These guys help me take in all the beauty of God’s open sea , sky and wonderful breeze To just really relax and take in the beauty and experience of it all. Thank you Carnival Vista for my very first Cruise experience and making it one to memory forever. Yes I can do this again and again and again lol.

Great Vacation and Customer Support!!!. I’m completely impressed with Carnival’s attention to detail since embarkation all the way through disembarkation. The staff when far beyond to meet our needs. I want to special thank Mariana from Carnival Sunrise onboard guest service for helping us. This was our first cruise and we are really pleased with our outcome. The food was also really good. They had a lot of different types of restaurants where you can eat for free during the day and a very nice restaurant at night for free also. The dining restaurant offers a premium menu where you can get a three course meal per person. I was so impressed with the quality of the food specially at the dinning restaurant. Carnival staff were very attentive, polite, and educated. We had some issues with Jamaican customs which delayed our entry to Ocho Ríos for more than 3 hours. Carnival refunded immediately the full excursion tickets and were able to change the length of the excursion to only three hours. They only charged for the three hour tour. We really enjoyed stopping at Bimini. The beaches are amazing. Overall was a great experience. Thank you Carnival for such a great holiday! 😀

Well worth downloading. Loved this app when we were on board! Simple to use and everything you needed is at your fingertips and easily accessible. My husband and I were able to chat (I think $5 is an acceptable fee for this feature), which came in handy many times! Other than the fee to chat, everything else was free. I could keep track of what was happening all over the ship so planning our day was simple. The maps came in handy...this was our first cruise so we got lost a few times! Being able to look at the menu for dining helped us to decide what we wanted to do for dinner. Having the ability to look at my statement was great for meeting my budget goals. I noticed that the statements were pretty much real time also! ...so I could double check transactions quickly. On second thought, that might not be a good thing if you don’t want the husband to see your spending...LOL The only thing that could be an improvement may be to have a section that lists the names of your room steward and the servers that you encountered everyday. This would help me to remember their names, the way they remembered mine! Also, so I can properly recognize them when I review my cruise later on. Overall...GREAT TOOL!

Promises, promises. I am one sailing day away from being a platinum member. I won’t list out all of the problems my family of 7 had. We sailed when Covid had a reduction in cases. First off I was told they would move and upgrade us. Never done. I was promised a massage. That did not ever come through. Then I was offered a credit on my account. That never came forth either. My 2 year old granddaughter was bored bc all camp carnival activities were cancelled. No notice given before sailing. No swimming because she was not potty trained. I did witness on several occasions kids younger than her IN DIAPERS IN THE MAIN POOL! It seemed as though everything they offered or promised to do for us was NEVER done. My granddaughter spent all of her time inside of the cabin watching movies. I never received gifts that are given to Gold members. I will say this much…do not get a cabin below the basketball court. 2:00 am 5:00 am were the only hours of quiet we received on EACH AND EVERY DAY. Constant screeching of tennis shoes, feet that sound like they are coming through the ceiling, balls bouncing. It was my worst cruise ever. I’ll give it another try to get my platinum status but the next one better knock my socks off! My waiter and room staff busted their butts off bc Carnival had reduced the number of workers to compensate for their losses during COVID. I will end on that but know I also have not forgotten how hard they really worked. Please make sure to tip extra!

Wowowowowowwowo!. This was our first cruise together I had cruised several times and had fun, but seeing my girlfriend ene hoy a cruise for the first time was amazing everything was new to her and she was so happy. To be honest I expected the staff to be a bit down with Covid and everything but they where just as happy to have us as we were to be there. The entertainers where awesome all ove the ship but the Playlist Entertainment was the best they did dance lessons all Over the boat and the shows are night where great and the way they involved us was great. We played bingo, enjoyed trivia, and games and so much more and by the way we won two trophies. It was only 5 days 4 nights the next will be longer for sure. We had coffee from the ocean plaza shop awesome, we only missed one of our dinners and attended all the other and the service staff (Jason) and his team were amazing who cared about the good they were a blast but the food was good too. We didn’t get off in the Bahamas but it was a great day in the ship. We did get off at Half Moon Cay enjoyed the beach ate BBQ and back on the ship for more games and activities. Cruising is the best vacation ever. Carnival thank you for making our week. See you soon. BTW the app is awesome u have everything u want or need to do is at the tip of your fingers.

Love the design, but…. This is a great idea and so the feedback doesn’t lessen the score but it begs for improvement. 1. Chat inconsistent. It logged me off at least 3-4 times a day and difficult to reconnect. 2. The dining app is a big fail. Our first night we waited 2 hours which wouldn’t have been so bad because we were happily seated on Lido deck waiting for our table. The app suddenly changed from 60-70 min. Wait to 10-20 min wait and then <10 min wait. For. Over. An. Hour 1/2. We stood at the door. No one had a clue. Finally after two hours we were seated at a table for 8 and we had 10 people. The next night was worse. We came and checked in early which is what we were told to do. Waited forever again and finally seated at two different tables. The tables had two different waiters and the service was an hour apart. Half our party left without us. To be clear since we had a party of ten we registered with app and checked with hostess per instructions. All that to say the idea is great. If it worked. The take away for me is book the cruise early and get early dining. Your time dining is anything but “my time”

The Great Cruise 2022. This was our 5 cruise It was so much is different (in a good way) and so many things the same- also in a good way. First. I love how dining is set up now with a range of time to eat, but still get the same waiter “GUSTI & EKO” I was worried about that because we all know they make up part of our fun by getting to know us. I loved that we could see the menu ahead of time on the hub and check in. I also loved the Hub with the events and details of the day and how they are categorized by food/drinks/ shopping/etc.. It was a great way to plan your day ahead of time (My last cruise was still with a piece of paper slid under your door nightly that you had less time to plan your day and had to keep track of all day, special thanks goes out to the Cruise Director “LEON” he was very into helping everyone get into having fun on the ship, Last but not least, I loved to see a lot of the old things that made me fall in love with Carnival, every single employee is friendly, says hello and smiles; they work hard to make every person's vacation relaxing while working hard to keep the ship clean; the fun, music and tricks at dinners, along with the personalization of them learning our names (cabin stewards “KOMANG”) the photographers to catch those special moments, and just all the fun with the staff and fellow cruisers. Thanks for another great one Carnival!!!

Using the Carnival Hub App. We just got off a 7 day Carnival Cruise aboard the amazing Carnival Dream. The Carnival Hub App allowed us to quickly keep up with everything happening on the ship, where to eat and what shows to see. The app makes it convenient to stay connected and to know what is going on on the ship at all times. The new dining table request feature allowed us to request a table before heading down to the dining room and when our table was ready we were notified on our phones. Just amazing! The app also allowed us to keep an eye on spending and allowed us to book excursions right from our phone! The chat feature allowed us to text and easily locate on another anywhere on the boat. We have been on a cruise before but this time we paid for the Social Internet and the Chat. It was so cool to not only be able to communicate with others in our group but also use Facebook Messenger to communicate with family and friends back home. We were all so excited to be able to post our photos for those not on the cruise! They all felt as if they were there. The free Carnival Hub App is a must for your cruise. I also highly recommend paying extra for the chat feature as well as the Social Media package. It will make your Carnival experience even more awesome! Thanks Carnival! We love you!

Don’t cruise without this app.. You will not want to leave port without downloading this first. My primary feature I enjoy is the ability to chat with family on board so I don’t spend vacation time looking for them when we are doing separate activities. While certainly you can do it the hard way and read each individual paper of scheduled events each day and write out your plans, why would anyone want to? This app has the entire trips activities at a glance. It includes all ship activity locations, parental guidance ratings, embark/debarkment times at each port, basically everything you need to know for the ship in hand on your phone. The app also allows you to add to your favorites and will send reminders as your time is coming up to items of interest so you don’t lose track in other fun and miss out. I disagree with the review above that mentioned her app only worked when wi fi on the ship was solid, well I do t mean I disagree that she had that experience lol I mean that has never been mine. I’ve taken numerous cruises from CA to Mexico and have never had it not work, even way out in the ocean far from land on Fun Days at Sea.

Great app. This app is a great app. Everything is in one place. You can see all the short excursions or activities for the day on the ship that are going on all the spa stuff all the locations to eat you can see the menus you can see it all and you can pick the ones that you’re interested in to see at the time if you’re going to go to it or to remind you you need to get going because this is coming, and it has a chat feature that you can add very cheaply and chat to others that are gonna be on the ship at the time so your little group of people are going together that you can all chat about different things together. I’m here. I’m there. I went back to the room. You go without me whatever it is. It’s great, and they added the embarkation feature to this app where you pick which way you want to leave the ship and it’s all done on the app it’s great. It has a map of the ship so you can look and see what’s on what floor you can even ask it where something is on the ship and it will show you where it is in the map. It’ll bring that page up so you can look and see oh there it is on the deckor the deck

AMAZING CRUISE EVER. Just got back yesterday from Carnival Vista Cruise and just can’t say enough about all the hardworking crew that made this vacation possible!!!!!!! Spent a lot of my free time at the Cloud 9 Spa and everyone there is fantastic..... everyone makes it a point to remember you and greet you by name even without you having your card displayed....... to me this is amazing considering the amount of guests that go thru there...... guys at the gym are great!!!!!! Flavio, thanks for all your help and going out of your way to help me out after my ankle sprain on one of my excursions, I can’t even thank you enough for that! Pedro, our Cabin Steward, you are amazing and your efficiency is greatly appreciated. Going out of your way getting us fresh robes, extra pillows and even a fan..... can’t thank you enough.... and what can I say, our Cruise Director Matt Mitcham just makes your days fly by super fast, you are the life of Carnival Vista Matt, you made our vacation absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Your interaction with the guests is admirable and Carnival Cruises is LUCKY to have you on their staff!!!!! To EVERYONE on staff on this week’s sailing “THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOME ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ALL YOUR HARD WORK IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED”!!!!!! See you soon!!!!!

App and cruise. This app is awesome! It tells you all about what is happening at every hour of the day. You can save activities in your own planner so that you can see what you have planned for the day. The app also has a chat feature, that allows you to chat which everyone in your party. You can even see your account summary to keep track of what you have spent during your time onboard. The app will notify you when you have a event coming up to remind you so you can get to the event on time. Now for the cruise. We haven’t been on a cruise since 2018 due to COVID. We had a blast. The cruise director Jasper was so awesome, made sure we all knew what was going on, as well as giving us the 411 on all the cool sales. Dining was good. I have been in longer cruises where the food was way more elegant. The carnival paradise ship was nice , just smaller that what I have been on, I have been on 7 cruises. The one thing I didn’t like was that the ship Carnival paradise serenity for adults didn’t have a pool, it was small and only had 1 jacuzzi. The regular family pool and jacuzzis were always full of kids. Other than that we had a blast and everyone onboard ( all crew members) we great!

Second cruise. Wow !! This was my second cruise, despite the required mask was enforced even though I was negative for Covid and was immunized before the cruise. I enjoyed it🤗 The food was excellent in the dining room, Guys Burgers, Buffet Italian and Bar-b-que on deck 4 on the outside , soft serve ice cream, and Mexican food at the Blue Iguana, Pizza and breakfast!! The dining room staff was outstanding !! Everyone was polite and helpful!! The shows in the Liquid Lounge was great!! The IMAX 3 D shows were excellent! We saw the NASA Hubble, Underwater Sea, and The National Forest in America!! We want to give special thanks to the Restaurant Servers; Kadek Arta, Nagakan, and Ariasa for their excellent service!!! The dolphin excursion was one of the most amazing things I have ever experienced!! The Mayan Ruins were amazing! BRING YOUR OWN BUG SPRAY BRAND OFF! You will regret it if you don’t!!!!! The spray they sold at the excursion, did not work!!!! Our steward Putu was great! Believe it or not I had him two years ago on my first cruise!! The people at the service desk were so helpful and kind! We will be back for our Fifth (5) Anniversary! Check out the perfume shop and Guess purses!! We had a window cabin loved it! Thanks again from the Weir’s!!

Carnival Cruise Radiance January 30 -February 3, 2023. Our first cruise to Ensenada Mexico . We arrived at Catalina Island and couldn’t board the passenger boats to take us to the island. When we could we would only be there an hour. In Ensenada Mexico we walked along the pier that long there. No public restroom. Smell dirty, it was clean in the area of the cruise ship put as soon as you crossed into the pier well different story. Charged to use a small bathroom with not door handle and honestly smelled bad. But when you have to go it’s better than going in your pants. My experience here was one that I would say pay the four dollars to go to el centro de Ensenada not long the pier. Plus the reason I didn’t take the tour shutters was how the men were showing off who made more money. I understand Spanish and how rude they were. A friend said next time to take the taxi instead. Well food was good, except the enchiladas that’s got to go. Make the sauce fresh and blend the eans and don’t burn the tortillas. I had to return my dish. Medical center well another story they don’t have medication for migraines so if you suffer from them make sure to take your medication or shot. Do I recommend this trip yes, but make sure you to know where you want to go and do and if they can have guides for you would be wonderful that is for a small group of 4 or six to show the town would be wonderful. There’s a lot of Beaty in Ensenada what people don’t know. Not just El centro.

Welcomed Back!!. I have not been on a cruise in more than 12 years but prior I had cruised with several different lines. I recalled that Carnival was a favorite because they are so welcoming, so friendly, you can be casual or dressy or both-whatever your preference and they are so much fun! Having the Hub app made a world of difference in our experience this time around. Everything at your fingertips and Wi-Fi to boot! The only thing I would change is when you select what’s happening or excursions, I would like to see it default to the current time as you have to scroll through everything from that day even if it started at 8 AM and it is now 6 PM, and also when you click on excursions it shows you all, not just the ones you purchased. I would like to see the ones you purchased noted at the top and then if they would still like to continue to advertise the others they can continue below. Aside from those two little things I thought the Hub app was very helpful, easy to navigate and a great addition to help you get through your days and know what’s going on. Checking in for dining was a super plus and also the ability to make your reservations in advance. We will definitely be seeing carnival again very soon!

Carnival Hub App. Really enjoyed using this app. Has many perks especially knowing what is occurring on the ship, knowing you are able to tag events your interested in and the other people in your party is able to see what events your interested in as well. Love that your able to check the menus in the dining area before reserving your table with your party. Any person in the party can reserve a table for everyone at a specific time. You can see pictures in the app and order them as well. The app is user friendly. You can look at your account summary. Highly recommend the app. The app is free but in order to chat with people in my party I had to purchase the chat for $5 well worth it. The only draw back if you got to far from the signal it would drop you from the Wi-Fi and wouldn’t reconnect automatically so I thought it wasn’t working correctly. Guest services were great, I had to go back to my Wi-Fi connect and click back on the Carnival Wi-Fi and it reconnected, this will save time from standing in line to know. As discussed in previous review when it drops from the connection you may lose chat capability until your Wi-Fi signal reconnects so there is lag time if someone is trying to reach you in chat. Overall highly recommend the app.

Must have on Carnival. If you are wanting to know what’s happening anywhere on the ship whether it be activities, food, ship maps, or how much you’ve spent; the Carnival Hub app is for you. No longer do you need to keep looking at the daily fun times to see what’s going on and highlighting those events you want to do; now you can go to the app add it as your favorite and the app will give you a 15 minute reminder so you don’t miss those shows, comedians, trivia, etc that you want to hit up. Hungry? Look at what’s open, including available menus to decide ahead of time what you’d like to eat before you get there. Only downside is the Lido buffet choices are not available as a menu so you’ll have to check that out yourself. My last favorite thing on this app is the fact that you no longer need to go to a kiosk or to customer service to see what’s on your bill, it’s right there on the app and if your the main person for your account, you can track each individuals purchases to ensure there’s no overspending/charging. It also breaks down each purchase location and date so you can figure out where each purchase happened. Can’t say enough great things about the app!!!

Carnival Horizon. This app was absolutely vital when you wanted to figure out what to do and how to get there. I loved how you could say you were interested in doing something and it would put it in a separate schedule that had built in reminders. So smart! It was also really helpful that you could chat with others in your party or that you met on the cruise. However, half way through the cruise the app started to glitch really bad I thought it was just me but my entire group had varying degrees of glitching - the worst one being the leader of our group could no longer receive or send out any chat messages so this made it really difficult to communicate as a group. Then it was really disappointing that you couldn’t add your own appointments to the personal schedule. We got several massages at the spa and it was hard to keep track of when they were and which ones. This would have been amazing to put in the schedule. Also as a group we were able to have a cocktail party and later a meeting and these too would have been able add to the schedule so you could benefit from the reminders. Another great thing would have been the IMAX schedule in the schedule too. Otherwise we had a great time and it was so helpful to use the map feature I would have been SO SO LOST without it!

Great for keeping in touch. Carnival app is great for keeping up on events around the ship. You can mark events you would like to attend & will send you reminders. We usually cruise with all our grown kids so it helps us keep in touch with each other on board. I think some features could be added…for example, (1) I HATE waiting in line on the ship to order omelettes or a sandwich in the buffet. We have stood in line for 30 mins or more at times waiting & most of our party was done eating by then. Should be able to order a sandwich on the app & pickup when ready. (2) Arrived home from a short 5 day cruise today. I glanced at my account several times to see my sail & sign acct while onboard but, obviously, couldn’t print the list while onboard. When I got home I tried to print but the Carnival app would no longer let allow me to access. I was forced to request a copy of my acct statement through customer service which could take several days to receive. This is extremely cumbersome! Since cruisers are able to access the Carnival Hub app BEFORE our cruise then you should allow us to access the hub for a week or so after the cruise in case we want to print our statement me for our records. I now realize I should have downloaded the statement to my phone but I figured I could just do it at home. I tried within 2 hours of leaving port & the app wouldn’t allow me to access anymore.

Stay Updated With the Fun. I enjoyed the Carnival Hub app. It kept me in the know throughout my last three cruises. Making reservations and checking in for events was a breeze. Reviewing the menu for the various food venues was really helpful for deciding where and what to eat. Also tracking your favorite music venues was a great feature. There was also a great option to see open times for the various shops around the ship. The ability to check your Sail & Sign account on the app was a huge plus. Knowing what you spent and how much you owe or how much you have left to spend from on-board-credits (OBC) is great. The ability to connect traveling companions within the app keeps everyone connected and on the same page. Also, if you have multiple devices, it was easy to switch between the devices although you could only use one device at a time. I wish the connectivity extended to Princess Cay and Half Moon Cay. Although WiFi was available on the private islands, it did not work well for me even though I had the Premium Internet plan. But overall, I had no issues and onboard the ship, the app was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone traveling aboard a Carnival Cruise Ship.

Carnival Paradise’s Cruise. This was our very first cruise. We went to Grand Cayman Island and Cozumel. We loved visiting both places. It was a grand experience for both of us as we have never been out of US besides our vacation to Canada. The best fun was aboard ship. The food was amazing, the drinks were delicious, the shows were wonderful, however the best part of the cruise was the staff. They truly go out of there way to make your cruise vacation a memorable one!! From Leon our Cruise Director (BTW: He needs a promotion to Captain) to our very special Steward Artika, he made our room shine like a brand new dime every single day plus he each day he greeted us with a smile, a Good Morning and he always remembered our names (truly amazing!!) and most of all he made these awesome lil towel animals for us (which I saved every single one of them till the very end of the cruise) and when we left they were all sitting in the window of our balcony except the heart which I put back on the bed with a lil “Ciao Soon” and Thank you message to him with an X and O, which I made myself! I will miss him terribly!! Artika, Leon and the entire staff always had a smile and went out of their way to make this trip a Grand One for us!! They truly succeeded! Thank you from Kolleen and Charlie...

Best Carnival Cruise Everrrrrr. On Thursday, August 24, 2023 I sat cell with my best friend teniqua Owens for her 50th birthday cruise extravaganza. It was only 25 of us but we had the most amazing time ever. I took over 900 photos. I also took photos with the cruise ship as well my favorite part of the event, which is everything, but Mr. Jasper, who has the same name as my grandson is the most amazing event director ever. He is such a people person. I’ve never met someone like this on a trip. He is a Ola questions he sent us to the comedy shows he said just to go to the casino. He sent us to make sure we was on time for Deborah like he is so hands on so if you guys ever get a chance to meet Jasper please do. Our state room cleaner was Josie who was so magnificent that every day she make sure that we had an animal take towels setting what type of our bet it made us feel so good thanks Josie. Now about our waitress at our 6 PM dinner at Sunset. Her name is Olena we sat in section 104 and 102. Please make sure y’all sit there in that section. She is amazing. She make sure you got all your food from off the main course and she definitely will make sure you get the best desserts. It’s so much and for days that I can talk about but I can’t even think of a better carnival sunshine ship in my life that I will be going back next year to take my oldest granddaughter Eva for her 17th birthday. Thanks again Hub you may I will stay much more better with this hub app. Love always. Joi

Our overall experience on Carnival Glory. My wife and I went on this cruise for our anniversary. Overall we had a great time, but there were some exceptions. First of all, we had reservations in the steakhouse. We were seated quickly and got water, and then we had to wait an hour to get our orders. Then we went to eat in the platinum restaurant we had to wait another hour for our orders. People who arrived after us and were sitting next to our table received their orders before us. When we went to eat at the seafood shack there were just 3 people in front of us and we had to wait over an hour to place our orders. There were two people working there. One was cooking and the other was taking orders. When someone placed an order they were given a pager and when their order was ready they would go to the counter to receive their order. The person taking orders would have to stop and give the people their orders. We paid for the internet service and it was good for the carnival hub app only. However the servers at the platinum restaurant were very nice and our stateroom attendant Fitzroy was very friendly and helpful. We had reservations at the Chef’s Table and they were all very nice and friendly. Overall we had a great time.

It was very useful. My Husband and I just got back from a cruise on the Elation- Jax Port, Sea Day, Nassau, Half Moon key and 1 more Sea day. I used the app through the whole cruise. I have a iPhone 6+. I used the scheduling feature, which let you pick your favorite events, then reminded you of them 15min before hand. Some of the event descriptions were a little lacking, I do think this may have been on purpose, don’t think they want you to know prices or you had to listen to a sales pitch. I also used the Ship Map, it showed what was on every deck including the restrooms. We did purchase the messaging function ($5 per person) we didn’t use it that much, mostly because we couldn’t hear the alert (which may have been user error) and you don’t have your phone right next to you all the time. I think it would be worth it you’re in a big party of people. We did have a problem with Account Summary feature, the husband and I had our Sail and Sign cards connected- he got the correct summary but mine only showed a few purchases and didn’t make sense. The guest services apologized and said that was something they were working on. (And when we got back to our stateroom there where chocolate covered strawberries and drink tickets, “for the inconvenience”) Other than that, I didn’t run into any bugs. So overall it was useful and I would use it again.

App helpful, could be better. Carnival Mardi Gras: Schedule: The app worked well for reviewing the daily schedule and marking activities. However the my planner view needs to be condensed more like the what’s happening now view. Photos: Viewing photos worked at first, then stopped working one day, then began working again the next day. Would have liked to be able to purchase digital photos from the app. Makes no sense you can purchase prints from the app but not digital, but once you purchase digital from the Pixels Photo store, you download them in the app. Dining: Would have liked to actually be able to make reservations in advance rather than check-in for dining when ready to eat (your time dining) In app. Chat not reliable. I sent test messages with recipient right next to me, those messages were not received in timely manner, so we didn’t try to use it much. Waste of money. Chat should be free with app. Account summary: The way the charges and credits (OBC) were displayed in the app summary was somewhat confusing, the separate folio displays were better, but thankfully the pdf statement was provided in the app, as the pdf was the easiest to understand. Would like to see the drink of the day listed in the app. Would like to see perks for my VIFP club level listed in the app. Waiter tried to tell us Gold doesn’t get a free drink on last day after 5:00 pm. Maybe he thought if it was free we wouldn’t tip?

Amazing cruise and great app. This review is a mixture of how the cruise was and how great the app worked but I couldn’t find where to review the cruise so I’m doing it where the app review is. The cruise was awesome we went to Cozumel Jamaica and the Cayman Islands through carnival Vista and I loved the unlimited soft serve ice cream and the service was amazing they worked so hard for us and I love the animals the room cleaning people made out of towels, our room cleaning guy was named Nyoman and he was so kind and when we first met him he took the time to learn our names and never got our names wrong and that’s what I love about this is that they try to learn your names and the food was awesome I love how the food they gave you was extremely fancy and if you didn’t like it they would get you something else you may like and overall experience at carnival was 10/10 carnival truly is the best cruise line I have been on and looking forward to the next cruise. The app worked amazing but it does cost 5 dollars to be able to text people on the ship through the ships WiFi but once connected you will be able to chat and make group chats with family and friends so if you get lost or something you will have something to be able to text people, personally I didn’t find anything wrong with the app and it was completely fine and worked amazing

Gary Rush. The cruise was phenomenal. Our room steward was the best along with our waiters for dinner. However, I feel although there a protocols in place for disembarking that I think it should be done in abetted fashion. Even if staffing needed to man the floor levels by the stairs and elevators. Also, I have later found out that other guests had fallen ill and to the point some sought on ship medical attention and others have since arriving home. Several have suffered flu like symptoms yet with the recent quarantine of a ship in Italy for the C virus I find it hard to not inform guests of proper hygiene and to be sure to inform guest of said situations if there were problems. While in Costa Maya I had noticed the ship that was docked by ours had EMS personnel standing outside with masks on. That should have risen a red flag to staffing personnel on the Breeze and then dealt with in whatever manner needed. Here I sit at home with my wife who is down sick and it all stemmed in the past 48-56 hours from being on the ship. Please be sure to make not of this. We did enjoy ourselves for the most part and have discussed in scheduling another cruise. But keep in mind that sometimes the little things that aren’t addressed can make the determining factor in which ship to sail with next time. Otherwise thank you for our time with you.

Works well almost everywhere. We love the Carnival Hub app. Some of my favorite feature are the events, also known as “What’s Happening”. We are able to go through and select what we’d like to do for the day. It also sends reminders for anything that we have reserved or selected that we’d like to attend. The only thing that was a little problematic was that inside of our rooms on floor 1 it would not work at all. It would just time out and give an error message. Same thing for when we would be at the top of the ship. I would suggest getting a booster for the ship wifi to help connectivity issues on the lower and highest decks. I’m sure Carnival does everything they can, but when selling out cruises at full capacity, and people are purchasing the wifi packages, Carnival should ensure it is accessible no matter if the ship is at capacity and everyone’s using it or not. We’ve all paid for usage and should have it. None of the above issues would ever keep us from sailing carnival. We love it and love the Hub App! It’s even user friendly for kiddos, mine is 7 and he loves reading through the activities!

AMAZING 1st TIME CRUISE!!!. Where do I begin??? My husband & I are senior citizens (73 & 68)… had never been on a cruise in our life & I (we) enjoyed ourselves soooo much!!! Having a balcony room truly did it for me!!! I’d wake up at 3 or 4am & sit out on the balcony- reading my Bible & praying to God!!! This was such a wonderful experience & I look forward to more cruises in the future. Neither of us are tech savvy- therefore we needed much help scheduling our dinner reservations or ordering room service on our app… but allllllllll the staff was helpful- Our room (7283) attendant (Evangeline was a jewel….. the day before returning home she told us to tag & set our luggage outside our room so we wouldn’t have to worry about getting it downstairs (we had no idea that was an option!!)…. She then informed us to call for wheelchair assistance for my husband (what a blessing that was!!!) Yesssss, there was so much we were unaware of, but at least we have a lil knowledge now & we’re ready for another sea adventure 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🚢 OMGoodness & I can’t forget allll the delicious never ending food!!! GUYS BURGERS- BLUE IGUANA 🦎- ROOM SERVICE - SAPPHIRE RESTAURANT etc etc etc…..what a memorable vacation experience!!!! Carnival Breeze you outdid yourselves …. I miss y’all already!!🚢🚢🌊🌊❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽

Carnival Sunrise March 2, 2020. We were supposed to go to Jamaica, but due to Covid-19 Jamaica had turned 1 cruise ship away. The day before we were to board I called them because I wanted to know if we were still gonna get to go to Jamaica or not because if not I wanted to discuss different options. I was advised that they didn’t see why we wouldn’t and all that. I get things change due to unforeseen circumstances but we were on the boat less than 4 hours before they told us we would be going to Cozumel instead be cause they didn’t want to risk being turned away. I REALLY wish you all would have gave us a choice to take our cruise at a later date because I would have waited! All that being said, I want to thank the staff and crew on our ship for their extreme kindness and extraordinary service. They were on top of everything. They even somehow knew to have a sharps container in my room because I am diabetic. I’m sure I filled it out somewhere lol but I was so appreciative. It was all the little things they did to make us comfortable! Our head waiter Wilfredo and his amazing team took such good care of all 8 of us girls, called each one of us by name, and were so polite! Thank you again for a wonderful cruising experience and I will definitely cruise with you all again!!

Great app when it’s working. You can check what daily activities are happening and the dining room menu (even on upcoming days of your cruise). You can check in to hold a reservation spot for open dining times at the dining room. If you mark which activities you’re interested in, they will show up under the Favorites category, which is convenient. The app will give a notification before your favorite activities. You can check your account summary (store purchases, spa services, drinks, etc.) to see if it’s accurate. I would recommend checking this daily so you can take care of any errors right away. On a previous cruise, the spa charged me for 2 expensive items that I did not purchase). I went to the spa the same day to tell them it wasn’t me. An employee had transposed the cabin room numbers from the paper receipt into the computer, and the charges were refunded. Chat feature is super convenient ($5 per person per cruise-totally worth it!) The app works about 70% off the time on board. All of our 6 family members had times when it wasn’t working for some reason-especially the chat, but I still recommend using it for every cruise.

First timer. It was my first cruise. The steward Rahmon was brilliant and always checked on us. Everything was so much fun, and nothing was a surprise when it came to prices. There were a couple of things I wish they offered, but this is me personally so they really don’t matter as a whole. It would have been cool to be able to bring a bottle of whiskey on board that I love and they didn’t have, but you can only bring wine. Also it would have been awesome if they sold cigs as well (duty free had them but you couldn’t get them till the end, and their supply was out). The only negative thing I would say was when we were leaving. Their process wasn’t the most practical, and not all the elevators were on, that’s to have crowd control I’m guessing. That is because we didn’t want to wait and have our luggage picked up is all. Other then that it was amazing. The crew was awesome, and the food was pretty good as well. The crab legs were off the hook, and they have an awesome environment for everyone. I will be going again. The negatives mentioned were just more of a heads up, but not to turn people away. This cruise line does it right, and I can’t wait for my next adventure with them

Carnival Liberty. The Carnival app was the best ever. I can’t imagine cruising without it. It’s almost like all of around with a carnival assistant yo some degree. The planner was amazing. Forgot the name of your excursions……no worries , just check your planner on the app. So much information on there. You can order room service from the app. Navigate around the ship from the app. The cruise itself was so amazing also. Carnival’s customer service on the boat is top notch. From the time you get to security on is the best experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are right there to answer your questions before you can even ask the question. I mean literally. It rained in Freeport so we got wet. Entering back in the ship, someone was waiting with dry towels for us. They think of everything. Dana, our housekeeping person was so helpful and happy every morning. She always greeted us with a smile. She did an awesome job on our room daily. Plenty of seating all over the boat. We had ocean view. This was great. I will only do ocean view or balcony moving forward. The full ocean view was breathtaking and so relaxing. The Lemonade was some very good lemonade. Trying to figure out our next cruise now.

First Cruise ever. This was our first cruise but we went with well seasoned friends. It was a great time for sure. We enjoyed all the ports, all the food choices, all the amazing shows, and all the amazing staff. Agus was our stateroom attendant and he did an amazing job. He remembered our names at all times and was very attentive to our needs which was greatly appreciated. Sin (made in Mexico) was a great host and very funny. The Flying Scotsmen was a great cruise director and we hope to have him on our next cruise. The ship was amazingly clean and we always felt safe in every show and every step of everything we did as far as Covid Is concerned. The only negative I can think of is the fact that they would not let me stow away for the next trip. I even offered to Captain the ship if it would help. Unfortunately they said that being it was the first time I have every been in the ocean it probably wasn’t a good idea for me to steer 6000 plus passengers through the Atlantic Ocean. Thank you again to all the staff that gave my wife, son, and I the best family trip that we could have possibly had. We appreciate all of you! Michael, Jeanette, and Colin Davis

8 day then 7 back to back. I do like many of the features of the app. I love that it works with my watch. I love that I can plan out my day and it will alert me 15 minutes before hand. I love the where to eat and menus. I love the weather portion. I love when I am on the ships that my pictures go to my phone. I am sorry but I have better things to do than to dig through 8 million pictures of other people. Also talk about the environmental impact. But my family of six paid 5 dollars each for the chat option. $30 dollars and it hardly ever worked. I am not sure if it was just the ship (Dream) or what but by the time anyone got the chat message we had already wondered the whole ship and found each other. One of the reasons I got it was for the safety of my three daughters. Nice to know if they needed me I would have been there at least a half hour late. Future upgrades ideas. It would we great to be able to see on your phone in real time the boats location, Speed, direction, eta of the port, etc. might include a UV index on the weather portion. Maps of the islands. Points of interest on the island. Safety messages about each island. Texting out the message that the cruise director was trying to say. Notifications of sales in the fun shops. How could the app be used for single people wanting to meet some one? Could it be used to find my wife or kids by letting us share location like floor, and bow, mid, and aft? That should get you started.

Carnival Sunrise July 16-21. This was our first cruise in 17 years. My husband and I got to bring our 16 year old daughter and her friend for their first ever cruise. So much is different (in a good way) and so many things the same- also in a good way. First, I love how dining is set up now with a range of time to eat, but still get the same waiter. I was worried about that because we all know they make up part of our fun by getting to know us. I loved that we could see the menu ahead of time on the hub and check in. I also loved the Hub with the events and details of the day and how they are categorized by food/drinks/ shopping/etc…. It was a great way to plan your day ahead of time (My last cruise was still with a piece of paper slid under your door nightly that you had less time to plan your day AND had to keep track of all day!) Last, but not least, I loved to see a lot of the old things that made me fall in love with Carnival when I was 13- every single employee is friendly, says hello and smiles; they work hard to make every person’s vacation relaxing while working hard to keep the ship clean; the fun, music and tricks at dinners, along with the personalization of them learning our names (cabin stewards also); the photographers to catch those special moments, and just all the fun with the staff and fellow cruisers. It’s exactly what I told my daughter it would be like. Thanks for another great one Carnival- it won’t be another 17 years before our next one!

Carnival cruise Horizon Christmas 2022. Despite all the craziness we went thur to make our first Cruise it was amazing from the time we boarded to time we got off. Everyone was nice in helping us get what we needed , just to let you know it was a snow storm & extremely cold we flew Southwest Airlines only to sit on plane for 4hrs before we left to our next destination which was Atlanta made it there & they cancel us till in the morning got tickets to fly into Ft Lauradale that morning so we slept in airport, now it’s time to board but not enough workers so we been delayed for two hrs now mind you we have to be on that ship by 3pm we get to the next airport waiting on luggage none so we put in a claim & we knew it was nothing but the devil we said we getting on this ship we came to far & been thur too much, we made it y’all with nothing , but when I say Carnival staff was amazing they made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. We had a amazing time with Cookie omg Cookie was the highlight of the ship for me, and the workers at guest services April, she rock took good care of us, our guy Antonio who took care of our room everyday was just awesome. In the Victoria secret store the young lady precilia was so helpful got Toiletries for us free. God put us just where we needed to be with the Best cruise ship & workers again Thank you all for everything, we are planning to bring our family on the next one. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts James & Velma

Carnival Valor, January 4-8th 2020. It really was amazing. All the staff were super kind and never let someone have a dull moment. Daniel, the Circle C leader, treated my child great. She came home telling how she loved it and how she wanted to go back. It was surprising because she never wants to go to her youth group stuff, but this time she was all for it. Daniel treated the kids with respect and was super kind and great to each and everyone of them. There was never a bad time in there. He always made us smile and had us doing fun things we all enjoyed. He makes each and everyone of the kids feel special. He participates in all the activities and treats everyone like they aren’t any different. My child always was smiling when in there. He honestly was amazing. Abbey, the fun squad person, she was great also. I always went to her the stuff she hosted. She has a great sense of humor. I usually don’t like bingo, but she had me going to all of them because she made it that much better. She would make us laugh and make us just have fun. Her doing anything made it great. The waitresses made everything enjoyable at dinner. They had great service. It was honestly, a cruise my children and I will remember. They did anything and everything they could to make sure all guests were having a blast. So, it was great. One of the best I’ve ever experienced. #SarahforPlaylist

Carnival Ecstasy. I’ve had the greatest time on my first cruise to Cozumel and Yucatán MEX. My housekeeper Todding was awesome and always checked on me and made sure that me and my roommate had everything that we needed. My waiter Carlos from Wind Song dinner restaurant who is originally from Peru was fantastic and he always made sure that we had the best service and well flavored meals. We never had to wait for a long time for our food and he told us the best meals to pick each night based on our appetite. The cruise director Tyler was phenomenal!!! He always was the start of the show when it came to night parties on the upper outside deck, deck 10. Tyler was also very complimentary about his staff calling them a family and allowing for the guest to take a picture of the staff in the Blue Sapphire stage room. He even complimented my cowboy hat as I was leaving the ship on our departure time when it was time to leave the ship at the end of the cruise. I would highly recommend going on a Carnival Cruise at least once or twice just to get the experience to travel by ship and the extraordinary guest service you can ever have when being on a vacation. I mark Carnival Cruise with 4 stars because any company can always do better and improvement is always needed; however, Carnival Ecstasy does deserve 4 stars as I would like to go on another Carnival cruise knowing that l’ll have the best guest service, be feed well, and have endless entertainment throughout my vacation time.

CarnivalHUB is SO helpful!. Took a first-time cruise with hubs, our little girl, two other grands (and their SOs). Through the HUB we were able to keep in touch with each other...when we wanted to; sometimes we just hung out with the other cruisers for the day :-) But, through HUB we could "like" the same events and meet each other there. My MOST fav event was the WIDE VARIETY of #trivia hosted by #DJGrantThatsMyDJ at Ocean Plaza. Also at Ocean Plaza at night was often the musical group #RiffRaft. They performed a WIDE VARIETY of music but one night they did Motown! It was simply amazing! Through carnivalHUB my fam was able to book our restaurant seating at Horizons and also view the menu before we even got there. We were on the #VISTA but the CarnivalHUB app is an absolute MUST for anybody cruising Carnival. Oh, our little girl was a #SHARK at ClubOcean kids club and she totally loved it. She wanted to spend more time in there Han with us! LOL Through HUB, we were able to see what events were happening in ClubOcean and "like" them so she wouldn't miss 'em. When you like something it automatically goes to your planner and sets up reminder texts. CarnivalHUB definitely made cruising CarnivalVISTA sooooo much more FUN!

Carnival Breeze. Sapphire Dr: crew for our dinners was excellent and was very courteous and helpful and attentive: My cousin and I are very great full of the staff for dining: Bruno team lead server, Monique team server, and Nicky Assistant server! Bravo! Room Service: very attentive as well as courteous and helpful, excellent at keeping room nice and tidy good job Kadek stateroom attendant. Erin cruise director very outgoing fun energetic and had all who wanted to participate did! Enjoyed the show Nick and the same entertainment group for not dancing when dangerous and performed with a grand attitude and excitement energy very well! The ladies that took the reservation names at the doors every nite was on there toes and helpful friendly sparkles in there eyes and worked very well with all the other crew members! Great crew! Good job! Ate at the Blush only once it was good but it was a brunch! No complaints but did not get the other experience to really comment on the team that waited on us but I was very happy for them and sorry again did not get names. Only complaint: not real eggs or they seemed like powdered watered down eggs! But, baggers can not be choosers! Everything seemed to be all organized fantastically! Grand Job By All!

Carnival Horizon September 29, 2019. Wow! My first cruise and I think I need an intervention. We spent the past 6 day’s on the Horizon with ports of call in Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We had rain the first day and a half, but there was plenty to keep our two boys entertained and of course the bars are always open. We had dinner the first night at “Bonsai”. The only negative was that children were supposed to eat free, as we were in the “Family Harbor” suite. This was not the case at “Bonsai”. No clear explanation was given. Beyond this one hiccup, we had a blast. We ate dinner most nights on the Lido Market Place on deck 10. We did have breakfast/brunch at the Meridian Restaurant on deck 3, and the food/service was excellent, especially the French Toast, amazing! By far our favorite place to eat was “Guy’s Burgers” on the pool deck, as well as the 24hr Pizza aft deck 10. Our “Family Harbor” room was comfortable, and efficient with 2 bathrooms(1 tub/shower combo and 1 shower with commode. There was plenty of closet/drawer space for the 4 of us. I recommend bringing along an extra hotel key card to keep from having to use your sail-n-sign card for the main lighting and power on while you’re tout and about. Our room steward Ketut was amazing with any/all requests, and he always called us by name. Our towel animals were the highlight each evening to see what was waiting for us. Sad to have to leave them behind, but we know their in good hands!

Great for communicating. We once took walkie-talkies to communicate. This allows texting each other for $5. My only complaint is that it doesn’t vibrate if the sound is turned off on your phone. That means you can miss messages if you don’t happen to see them pop up on your screen. You get so much for free that you should definitely download this app even if you don’t want to pay for chatting each other. It has a list of events going on, so there is no need to carry a copy of Fun Times around or go back to the room to look at it. There is a list of what is currently open for dining. You will have your assigned dinner option with the menu for that night. We used to try to go by the dining room every day to see what was for dinner, but no more. You can even order a pizza and have it delivered in the app. You can check your sail and sign account. You can even separate the account charges by person if that would help you in checking the balance. I actually used all these features except ordering pizza. I think it is also worth noting that the people you can chat is not limited to the people you came with. You can chat with anyone else who paid for the chat feature. There is a search for you to find there name and add them as a friend. The cruise director even encouraged us to chat with him on the app.

Fun vacay must know b4 u go. It was great but very disappointed in buying Wifi plan when unnecessary as I could only get service in my room even with the plan and everyone had free Wifi anyways. The bottomless soda drinks were ridiculous when you had very limited places to get a soda and when u did they still expected u to pay tip every drink PLUS tip at the end of the trip. NTM ALL water juices tea and coffee were free regardless and even with bottomless they only served juice until 10am We paid $110 for a bottle of grey goose in the app before the trip cause they claimed it was discounted and they were selling two bottles of the same exact bottle for $60. We paid $110 for ONE that never got cold in our room. )1300 for a balcony room when they advertised the same room for 700$. Let’s not forget the fact that they advertise all these games u can win prizes like Bingo and they never give out the prize they promise. $5k bingo game and they find ways to trick u out of it. Then second chance scratchers and they throw in that u spin a wheel and get that prize and end up giving out $45. Everytime I won on a scratcher they pushed me to get another and not cash out. Just don’t buy any food cause they feed u free you just have to walk to the back of the boat but it’s always free. And don’t play games to win. Only expect to loose. Seriously. If u do win it’s less than $100. The penny slots say one 1 cent but min play is $1 a line.

Carnival Legend. I had such a great time on this ship! It was amazing for my first cruise 🚢.. My mother and I went on this ship together for her birthday/Christmas present and we lived all the activities, the food was fantastic and the people were so wonderful to meet. There was literally something for everyone to do. The only thing I’d comment in the negative about was the morning wait staff during breakfast at the Truffles dining room. They became very dismissive come the end of our cruise and the casino 🎰 just didn’t pay out very well. So half way through the trip my mum and I stopped playing anything in there. That’s literally the only real complaint I have. Oh! And the fact that some people need to remember that while sunbathing on the upper decks. There are children in the ship... so people don’t want to be exposed to your bare backside or untied bikini tops. But if you like history or just great fun. Try the excursions that they offer. You’ll have so much to choose from. I’d like to thank Ding and his team of incredible wait staff for the fantastic dinner experience and the shows each night were to cute! So keep up the “Great” work and I’ll see you all again hopefully on my next cruise... because I’ll definitely be back with the husband and kids.... Thank you Carnival for the wonderful trip.. Sincerely yours... Rachel

Carnival Sunshine. First time using the app. It was great seeing all the activities for each day, including future days. It allowed me to plan ahead, click on a heart, and create a customized plan. It took me two days to get the hang of using the QC codes but once I learned to do it with the app open, I didn’t have issues. Any time a waiter saw me struggling, he brought me a paper menu. I used the ship map link a lot until I was used to the floor plan. I liked clicking on a movie in the schedule and reading a short description. It was also good for finding out what places were serving food at any time of the day. We did not use the chat function since we were together all the time. I did not try booking appointments because I made them at the spa desk when I was there each day. It took me longer to get used to the internet. The app worked great. I just didn’t realize I didn’t need to log out to change devices. I would log in from the device I wanted to use and it would tell me another device was on and give me the option to disconnect it and connect the device I was using at the time. That wasn’t an app problem. I just needed better instructions on app and browser interplay. Since I carried my phone around for the camera, it was nice not to have to carry around a printed schedule.

Works well when wifi works. The app worked great as long as the wifi worked on the ship. We went with our family and my youngest spent some time in the daycare. I really liked that the app showed if she was checked in or out of daycare and by whom. If my sister, wife or someone else on the list checked her out it showed the name of who checked her in or out and at what time. It also had the hours the daycare was open. Another cool part of the app was the scheduling and reserving events. When you reserve an event in person or in the app, carnival automatically pushes the scheduled event to everyone’s app and lets them know they have a reservation for a certain time and where it is. The app will remind you 15 minutes before the event to give you enough time to make it on time. I scheduled a dinner at the steakhouse (which I highly recommend) for a party of 12. (I had to go to the steakhouse to make the reservation since you can’t do more than 9 people within the app. I could’ve called too but I like to do things in person sometimes). A few minutes after reserving everyone, it pushed a notification to everyone’s app letting them know they have a reservation. You can also see what other people in your party at interested in attending. It a nice app as long as you are connected to their wifi. To be clear you do NOT need to purchase the wifi plan to use this. You simply connect to their on board wifi and it functions with all features. The messaging feature is nice too.

Clever. The chat needs troubleshooting because sometimes it went offline for no reason. Also the messages didn’t arrive or arrive delayed every now and then. To fix it we had to get out and back in on the cruise wifi and reboot app. The app could also support photos (even low resolution would be nice). As other cruise companies do, the chat could be offered for free and only charge a an that we really appreciated the App and the Carnival cruise as whole. The maps, third part websites available, wall of photos, restaurants menus, account wallet and so on…

My Opinion. The carnival app was very helpful with maps of the ship, restaurant bookings, a chat feature, and a planner - however the activities on the ship were aimed largely at adults and young children. As a 13 year old myself, I wish there were more activities aimed at other people my age other than the shore excursions. There were many music opportunities such as the karaoke, trivia’s and more, which did appeal to me, but there wasn’t anything for the majority of teen boys to do. Soccer tournaments were only for adults, and there was just an overall lack of activities aimed at those interests. The spirit had a wide range of entertainment and was by far the best ship i’ve been on, but as said earlier the splendour needs more entertainment. The app itself is okay besides some glitches every now and then, but it would have been beneficial to have access to the app without the ships internet to be able to check on fees and other essential information. In all, the staff at carnival always exceed our expectations, with their warm and welcoming atmosphere and they definitely made the cruise experience better.

Your best pal onboard 🙌🏻. Super easy and intuitive to use, they have really covered every aspect of the ship services. I love the reservation system, the friendly and user experience and the fantastic cruise planner. I would recommend adding a search to find venues and activities easier, a photo gallery section to show the pics taken during the cruise (maybe even allow purchase from there as well) and an option to create group chats for like-minded interests (eg ping pong group, bridge game group, etc)

Great App. This app along with free wifi on the ship is saving so much paper and saving the planet. No more pages and pages of wasted paper each day in your cabin. What you need to know is all on this app whilst on board your cruise. It is a great way to cruise each day you can see what you need to know is going on and times and places and a list of all the activities going on. You won’t miss anything. You don’t need to pay internet packages if all you need to know is what’s happening on the ship. Just get the free wifi log in and voila. That simple.

Essential app while onboard a carnival cruise. This is a great app and really helped my family to be more informed about the entertainment options and opening times for food and shows, etc. Great that we could add things to our planner, and the others in our cabin/party could see what we were interested in doing and could join up. Booking in for the dining room and the being able to see waiting times was helpful if were hoping to eat and run, you knew you were better off to go to the buffets. Some extras that would have been helpful would have been the direct calling numbers for different areas such as the Camp Ocean and Circle C to help communicate with the children’s areas. Also would have liked a map of the cruise journey within the app. But overall an excellent resource to improve the enjoyment and get the most out of your cruise.

Great to connect family & friends. The Carnival App is great to connect you with family and friends on board the ship. We just finished our cruise on the Carnival Splendor around New Caledonia. There were issues with connecting to wifi though and some real dead zones on the ship. Being able to book in for dining was a great new feature. It would be good to be able to book in anytime rather than just when the restaurant was open. The dead wifi zones made it difficult to book in for dining on the App at times and in some areas. Overall I would definitely recommend using the App though.

Definitely useful. The app made communicating with our large group a lot easier than on previous cruises where the app was not available, although it did seem to lose connection periodically and require a ‘hard close’ to reconnect. Great to keep track of all the activities and be able to ‘favouritise’ the ones you wish to attend - and then get reminders. Also helpful to be able to check menus for each night and account balance. A section for all the kids club times would be a welcome addition.

Loved The App!. Loved The App! Made keeping up With what was Happening at Every Minute! Also Being able to get Notifications sent from staff, to checking in For Dining, Looking at Menu’s! Have cruised Before and App wasn’t up and running, this time it’s made a huge difference especially in experience as we never missed Anything, from Games, to movies and sales. From porting and deporting times all on the App! Thanks Carnival For a Great Experience!

Definitely get the app for your next Carnival cruise. Great app. Has lots of info from What’s Happening, being able to have your own planner, food menus, drinks, chat function with friends/family. Chat function only costs $8 for the whole cruise. Also have an account summary so you can check your daily spending. Enjoyed the wall of moments where people uploaded their holiday photos. Even better, the app is eco friendly - saves having to print lots of paper that gets disposed or having to queue at guest services. You can book restaurants and do restaurant check ins from the app. Do yourself a favour.

You’re all-in-one Carnival hot-spot!. This app was my family’s go-to on the cruise! All the activities in one spot and it even lets you favourite which activities you’re interested in and it’ll remind you 15 minutes before it starts! There’s a map of the ship and even menus for the restaurants if you’re tossing up for dinner choices! Check your Sail and Sign card’s balance if you want to track your spending and you can contact your family through the “chat” feature using their Carnival Wifi!

Good but can be so much more in future. This was great and made trying to keep up with what was happening on board easier. I think more could certainly be done on The app in the future. Such as booking in for dinners and sport or craft session. More info on being able to see what’s on at same time would be easier too. Be good to be able opt out of some the paper versions also as we still go a lot of paper everyday to the room. Also felt it would have been nice to know how much some of the extra things cost prior to turning up such Such as art or build a bear or yoga.

Good App Needs Some Improvements. The app works well. It gives you quick access to everything you could want information-wise on the ship. However, there are a few things that would make this truly useful. 1. Being able to top up your sail & sign card would be amazing. 2. Uploading the professional photos taken onboard and allowing them to be ordered via the app would save a lot of time trawling through the Pixels area on board and allow for purchase after the trip.

Fantastic! Made the cruising experience easy.. I found this app very useful when cruising onboard carnival. I was able to easily contact my family members on the ship and stay up to date with all activities, locations, notices, and dining experiences throughout the holiday. Definitely recommend carnival and it’s ease of travel through this thoughtful inclusion. Only update I would recommend is being able to book in any time dining experience prior to the time the restaurant opens.

Good app but needs some improvement. Really easy to use showing activities (that you can save so get reminders),, maps of the ship and amounts charged to your account). I also liked that you could post photos for others to see (and you to see other’s photos).Would be good if chat was free (didn’t realise until we were on board that it was an optional extra). Would be good if you could book a time slot for a restaurant reservation rather than go to book and find the wait time was more than an hour. Also still need some menus available at the tables (whilst most can look at the app not everyone is tech savvy)

Carnival Hub App. While the hub app is a necessity, some annoying things could be monitored better like any bought activities onboard could be automatically synced. I had to request this to guest service desk - then I could see them in “my activities”. Before this I had to write down my purchased activities onboard, which was becoming very confusing to plan my day ahead. The present date should also be shown (ed: 05 NOV) alongside the ship time, as it can be forgotten while at sea for so many days. Some ships activities change at last minute it seems. If they are to change, it should be noted somewhere about the change (instead of not trusting your own memory) this can be very misleading.

Was a great addition to our cruise. Loved this app. At times it was a bit glitchy, but overall it was great. I loved the chat feature, definitely worth paying a little bit extra to access that and text message our travel companions. Being able to look up activities and menus for the week was very handy. The only thing that I would suggest is to add all activities to the “what’s happening” section, like the green eggs and ham breakfast, high tea and fitness classes. As we booked them in manually through staff, they weren’t added to the app, so we had to remember the days/times, and I had no idea there were fitness classes until a friend told me about them as they weren’t listed either. Another suggestion would be for the camp ocean staff to be able to message parents if needed. All in all it’s a great app.

Worth the Investment. We were a party of 8 travelling in Carnival and we all spent the $9 for the chat feature. It made life a lot easier and meant you didn’t have to wander around the ship looking for your friends. You could also advertise where you were so people could join you- or not. Knowing what events were happening, what the menu for the dining rooms was and keeping track of your spending was very handy. Two areas for improvement. 1. Booking feature as a bit glitchy. 2. I couldn’t get my app to make a sound to let me know when I got a message.

So Handy. The App made following what was on so much easier. Each activity, show etc, while also listed on the daily ‘What’s On’ delivered daily to each room, had a full description so it made it clearer what the actual event was. It also included daily menus so we can peruse prior to dinner. We were also able to keep an eye on our account to make sure all charges were correct. So much other useful info to be found via the app including weather, itineraries etc. Found the app so beneficial.

Fantastic idea. Fantastic idea. Great to see what activities were on, menu at restaurants, chat with your group. Annoyed that chat would constantly drop out, messages weren't always sent or received and you couldn't tell. Adding people to a chat didn't always actually add them despite saying it had and loading was so slow (that's the ships wifi though). You could like an activity and it'd add it to favourites and notify you when it was about to start. Fabulous idea that unfortunately didn't work on my phone, though others had no issue with the feature.

Brilliant!. The Hub was the best addition to our Carnival Adventure. Having every bit of information at your fingertips, from what’s on to account balance, was the best thing. Booking a table was so easy and them notifying you if there was a wait was great. You didn’t have to stand around in crowds at the doors eating. The daily schedules were handy on your phone too. Much easier than trying to reach a piece of paper. The chat made it so easy to stay in contact with family and friends. It made co-ordinating meeting points and finding friends so much easier. Definitely worth the extra couple of $$ spent on Chat room. We loved it. A+++

The Hub. Loved using the app as it was so easy to see what was on and where each day and could plan all my activities well in advance. Being able to see what’s on each day of the cruise meant that I could space things out at the time that was suitable for me. Did have a glitch one night when the app said our wait was ten minutes and we waited much longer do if that happens just go to the hostess who will accommodate you very quickly. It was great being able to check in before arriving so you didn’t have to sit around waiting long. So much better than carrying around the paper program which would get lost or wet etc!

Carnival app and services. The app was great to use and very handy, I think the option for a paper copy should also be considered for the older generation that don’t use mobile phones very often. The only thing carnival didn’t offer on the app is the dress up nights and give passengers time to prepare to pack prior to embarking on the ships. My family had a great time and met so many new friends that have kept in contact after the cruise, the staff are absolutely amazing the service is outstanding and always willing to say help and knew who you were no matter where you were on the ship whilst greeted by your name.

Essential. The app was great to keep track of the activities on board with reminders. The booking for the restaurant was fantastic. Ship map ok, but a bit more guidance would be helpful. Like how do I get there. Was very confused for a couple of days getting around the ship eg map could show No entry to restaurant from the back (black plearl). Me and several others were trying to find the entry at back of this restaurant and we were so confused. This should have been clear that there’s only one entry point. Or even tips to getting there. As once at the back we didn’t know how to get to the front.

Fantastic idea!. The Carnival Hub app is a fantastic idea, a great inclusion especially for families and groups that attend seperate activities to keep updated with where everyone is and what everyone is doing. I particularly liked that it had the schedule on there as well as your account information so you didn’t have to take the fun times with you always and you didn’t have to go to guest services or one of the self serve machines to get account info, it froze a few times when scrolling or clicking on some activities but nothing to create a negative experience. Single best feature that’s been added recently and makes life on board even easier! Great job!

Amazing!. Just used the app on our 12 night cruise from Sydney to the Pacific Islands. The app was amazing at letting us know what was happening around the ship. I also loved that you could see the menus for the restaurants in advance so we could see when we wanted to go to the dining room or the Lido buffet. It was great to be able to see your statement at anytime so you can keep track of how much you’ve spent without having to go to a kiosk or guest services. Really loved the ship maps and open times of the fun shops and other areas of the ship. Can’t wait to use the app on our next Carnival 🛳️ 🌊 🏝️

Essential companion on any cruise. The Carnival Hub app will definitely help you get the most out of your next cruise. It’s free, easy to use and full of good info. My suggestions for improvement: 1) Guided directions from where you are now to where you want to go, kind of like Google Maps but using the ships internal floor plans ... we found ourselves getting lost on the ship, ALOT!! 2) The ability to chat online with guest services in real time, right in the app. This would be great for reporting issues and asking questions. 3) a list of key phone numbers e.g. guest services, restaurants, gym, day spa, your room steward 4) menus for all of the bars and restaurants, with links to book online. 5) Access to the safety videos so you can view them in the app (Shaq is awesome by the way!!!)

Great App but some improvements needed. The app is great for listing out events on the ship and maps of the ship, even giving notifications when events would start. Where they can improve would be the chat feature. Firstly they will charge each person an additional $8 to just use the chat. You would think that this would just be a complimentary part of your ticket since you’re already paying a lot. In the end, we just purchased an internet plan for each room and used messenger or WhatsApp to keep in contact with each other. Hmmm maybe this is really what they want?? Anyway, the app should not replace physical menus. Many times my parents who are older were having to request a physical menu as they found it technically challenging to use the app.

Good app!. Nothing wrong with the app itself. Allowed you to see all the daily activities on board the ship and select the ones you were interested in attending. This created your own personal schedule and sent you notifications reminding you when they were about to begin. The only downside was the ‘chat’ feature. As the ship’s wifi (especially in busy places) like the pool area a buffet were sketchy, you had to constantly connect to the wifi or reload the app in order to send or receive message. Overall, it is an added improvement on the cruise experience.

Peace of Mind. The app was a godsend on our cruise. I had two teenagers with me so the app allowed them some freedom while still allowing us to keep in touch with each other. It also gave my Mum who came along with us peace of mind as she could contact any of us as needed & could navigate her way around with the maps. It was also a fantastic way to check what activities were on & once you indicated you were interested in an event, the app gave you reminders so you didn’t lose track. Maps of decks were invaluable for locating places eg I used it to track down the laundrette on our level. Account details were accessible from the app allowing me to track my expenses. There were a few times the app froze & messages were delayed but never for very long. I would recommend purchasing the app for your cruise. I downloaded it at home before we left. Had a few issues using it at first once onboard. Just had to log out then log back in again.

Great when it works. I have done 3 cruises now using the HUB app. I absolutely love it, when it works. It has probably worked 60% of the time. I did not enjoy sitting by myself in the dining room because my 9 table mates were not notified and there was no way to contact them. I did enjoy being able to book a table with friends for our meals. This worked about 70% of. The time for me. Got off my last cruise yesterday. Did this with 2 teenage grandchildren. App was fantastic way to keep track of them, although it was a concern at times, when it wasn’t working. Looking forward, I think it will be a great asset for cruising as the iron out the issues.

Carnival Hub App. Overall the app worked great for my family with looking at our planner, the ships map & booking in dinner etc. things I’d like to see get worked on is seeing ALL activities on the what’s happening section. Internet & chat features to be better. The chat feature for $9 a person is a bit slack especially when some cruisers only find out about it later on. It would be nice to connect with friends you’ve made on the cruise & chat with them to meet up without having to pay $9AUD. Especially meeting up with them later like the 3rd last day. Internet plans were a little hefty in my opinion but also would love to see a half day option or hourly option. Even trying to connect internet half way through the cruise it was still trying to charge me for the full cruise amount, with already being on the cruise for 3-4days I would’ve thought the price to come down but it stayed at $270 for the whole cruise even though I had been on already for 4days. I loved that the app gave reminders for activities we’d liked, that was helpful. Hoping to see some changes before the next cruise 🙌🏾

Valuable!!. We used this app everyday from the journey before and during the Cruise on the Carnival Splendour, we were kept up every single bit of each moment of everyday, we were reminded of the activities, times , weather, onboard and off board activities, we kept up with all our family onboard through chat, we knew which deck we needed to go to for our dinner times, brekkies , lunchtimes, the menus , we totally enjoyed our holiday and look forward to our next cruise . Thank you Carnival.

Family cruise. The Carnival hub app really made everything so easy. Each day we could check out what was happening on board and plan our day, maximising our activities onboard. The app was also great for checking the menu for dinner giving plenty of time to chose from the delicious choices. There were 14 of us in our group so the “chat” feature was a must, so easy for us all to keep in touch and plan catch ups at trivia or other activities. Overall the app made our cruise so much easier, we will use it on our future cruises.

Useful app if you are cruising. It was great to be able to contact our group with the chat features and very helpful to get notifications of when the events you ‘like’ are on. Also great for checking in for breakfast and the maps were useful until we were finding our way around more easily. Sometimes there was lag with notifications and the chat feature often went off which made communication more difficult. Still well worth making use of this app.

Great App. The app is great for everything whilst onboard. You can check menus, restaurant and food opening hours, daily activities, account, and casino account including points accrued. You can check yourself in to the restaurant and you have the option to add others linked to your account so that you all sit together. You can click on an activity that you’re interested in. You’ll get reminders and others linked to you can see that you’re interested in that activity. It’s a good way for knowing where your linked passengers are.

Good for activities onboard, NOT good for tracking your spending. Really good app to see all activities on during the day, opening & closing times of all food etc. would have been lost without it. Enjoyed the app for those reasons. There is a huge negative regarding the “onboard account summary” as it does not actually work properly eg: said I owed $32 so I applied a payment of $150 and then had an account balance of still minus -$55 as the account was actually around $200 minus credit although the app displayed as owing $30, this did really affect our spending onboard and is a huge negative for this application and needs to work a lot better in those regards.

Great first cruise experience.. Thanks to the crew of the Carnival Luminosa for making our first cruise enjoyable and relaxing. We throughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the ease of getting around the ship , and whenever lost there was also a helpful crew member to assist. The food in all of the restaurants and eating areas was delicious and catered for a wide range of tastes. Our highlight was the meal at The Steakhouse, a recommendation for any one wanting excellence in food. Many thanks to Montana who looked after our room and left a lovely towel creation on our bed. We will be back.👍👍👍🛳️🛳️

Useful and practical. I found the app easy to use and handy to keep up to date with activities and entertainment. A practical improvement would be to add an audible tone or ring when a notification is sent. For example, when we booked a table for Brunch the app notified us that the table was ready, but unless you are viewing the app, you could miss the notification. This happened to us once. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that the reservation had been cancelled due to late arrival. When I checked I realised that we had been notified earlier, but I was looking to my phone only every 10 mins or so. They kindly found another table for us. But an audible alarm would have got my attention at the time they sent the message. Thanks

Fantastic App. A fantastic app to keep up to date on the ship. Unfortunately there were a few glitches with the app freezing, which I’m sure will be fixed in time. Overall very happy as you could always check what was happening where on the ship with alert reminders of activities which you like. We particularly loved that we could see the menu in the main dining room before going. Helped us to make dinner time that little bit quicker with kids and something to look forward to each night rather than snack throughout the day. Well done Carnival.

Hub app. This was our first cruise, and found this app FANTASTIC!!!, Loved how we could see what was available to do, and if we tapped the heart, it would send an alert and remind us 15 mins before the event that it was about to happen. Also loved that we could purchase the chat option to chat to our group on board. It was very cheap , and so great to be able to know where everyone was , and meet up and also if they put a heart next to an event, you knew they wanted to go to the event as well . Very happy !!!

Minor issues- but overall, pretty good. Overall the app works quite well, you are able to track spending, set reminders for activities you don’t want to miss and if you purchase the messaging app, you are able to find people, or meet your group - if the chat is connected and the app is still running on their phones. Messages were helpful, but they were also the thing that didn’t work the most. As you have to leave the app running, they may not be delivered. We had wifi issues at the back of deck 8, so messages wouldn’t always go through. And even though activities were listed, o still carried a funtimes as it was easier than loading it on the website. Being able to read the dinner menu in advance was great so we could make arrangements early. I would use this app again, as it made finding people in our group, or meeting up at activities much easier.

Absolutely awesome!! A few tweaks needed though.. During my cruise using the app was very helpful, I could text, look at upcoming events view menu’s and I could use many more features. I do think a great thing to implement into the app is a ship tracking system and add the cctv camera views from outside the ship. Other than that halfway throughout my cruise the GROUP message feature had stopped sending my messages and everyone else’s. Overall, this app is the best cruise ship app I’ve used and I hope this review help!😀

Mostly ok, could be made even more effective. Great for checking in to dine, choosing & “liking” activities for the day (you receive 15 minute notifications prior to your likes activities), keeping track of your onboard account, booking shore excursions etc. Features that should be added are reserving pods by the Serenity pool and getting tender tickets - both of these are issues that are so easily resolved by including them on the app (for pods, say a maximum of 2 hours, twice per cabin over a 7-day cruise for example).

Carnival app. Simple upgrades could improve greatly. The app was great, but could be upgraded quite simply to make a large improvement. Firstly, including a comment section in the table booking function for the restaurants. This would allow for guests to request certain areas, / or server sections. Currently, when you book your table you then have to go and speak with the front of house manager and then wait again. If you could request in the app the staff can notify when your requested table is ready. Secondly, maybe an upgrade so when you select an activity it can direct you to the right lift/area.

App was very helpful. The Carnival App was very good to have. It helped us know where the activities and events were on as it can be quite tricky to remember each venue and which deck they are located. An improvement would be to have it show where you are now so the user could orientate themselves from where they are standing. Plus it would be good to have a red locator marker on the map as well, we got lost a few times by getting on to an elevator not near our room. Having the menus from the restaurants put on to the App would be good. Overall found it to be very helpful tool.

Great app. Chat could be improved. App was great and absolutely necessary part of cruising…if you like taking part in activities and knowing when shows etc. We purchased the chat function so we could keep in touch with our fellow cruisers, because our network messages wasn’t working properly. Chat function could be improved because once someone in the chat read it, it would remove the notification and people would miss the message.

Good way to communicate but sometimes unreliable. It was good to have a way to communicate as we were in a group with more than 10 people. However sometimes is not reliable so people would not receive messages. We only realised it a few days later. It’s important to be aware that message sometimes don’t get sent or take a long time to be sent. I also would like to share photos in the group that we created. In our group, the creator of the group couldn’t access the group. We talked at ten reception but the problem didn’t get fix.

Add-On features a total rip-off. For the most part the app is well designed with good features like the restaurant bookings and notifications when your table is ready, but with the price you pay for drinks, Internet plans, the cruise cost itself, and upgraded restaurants fees, I would think that Carnival could afford to include on-board instant messaging between guests for free instead of stinging you with another $8.00 per-person to ‘Activate Chat’ A bit petty in my opinion… You also activate paid internet access through the app and I was a little miffed that those were very expensive as well. I expected that there would have been an hourly rate for those who just need to get a quick email or sms through without signing up for a full day or entire cruise. Disappointed more with the policy, and not so much the app design.

Overall pretty good. It was a little glitchy and randomly closed on occasion but overall a must have if cruising. The chat feature is a must have even though this is an extra cost. It would be good if the menu stayed for the whole dinner as sometimes you need to refer bs m to it but it disappears as soon as you order. It’s intuitive to use and covers pretty well everything required when cruising. Would be good to be able to leave customer feedback on though for immediate issues or an appreciative shoutout for a crew member that excelled.

Very easy to use. We loved using the app whilst on board our very first cruise this January 2023. It was very easy to use and we found our way around booking and finding out what was happening easy. One thing we would love to see on the app would be the map showing where we were at any given time and the speed and latitude and longitude as you could view on the tv channel. As we loved seeing that info and would be great to view it whilst out of your room, which was most of the time lol. Can’t wait to use it again on our next cruise!

Balls. Balls

Indispensable. Initially I downloaded this for the chat feature. We had a large group and this allowed everyone to stay in touch which was a game-changer. Also loved the ability to create separate group chats for different members of our group. Apart from the chat, I found the "what's happening" feature incredibly useful. This also allows you to check the daily menu at your restaurant, among other great features. If you're taking a Carnival cruise, you'll love having this app.

Perfect way to organize your days!. We initially wanted to use this app for the chat feature, but it was so much more! The “What’s happening” section allows you to see what’s happening and when, along with a description and a map to where it is. You can “favourite” it (tap the heart) and the app will then remind you a while before its start time - and you can see what events your group has selected. All photos taken on the ship are available to see through the app, you can get the weather, you can see where to eat at any given time, and you can reserve a table and the app notifies you of when the table is ready. I couldn’t think of much that could be improved, except that group chats seemed to work only intermittently (ie we had to copy and paste the messages to each individual in the group because it often wouldn’t go through if there was more than one recipient). All in all, and indispensable tool to organized fun. 🤓

Good app. All the information available in the app is great, like where to find things on the boat, what's going on, food options and menus, etc. There is a lot of useful information found on here. However, I took off one star because, as usual, the chat worked only 70-80% of the time. And the group chat didn't work for us at all this trip.

Easy to use. Very user friendly . Liked to view evenings menu . Handy for daily activities .

Easy to use. Using this app was quite simple. The content was clear and time effective. My wife and I still enjoy having a paper itinerary, but this app permits you to book events and dining dates. We also found monitoring our finances clearer on the app then viewing it on the tv. Very good.

Worked excellent for the family to keep connected. We really enjoyed the text package and added friends we met on board to chat with for dinners or meeting at the pool. I did choose to purchase wifi on one of the sea days but really liked having it threw out the whole cruise. I feel the $5 text app is definitely worth it. The app was fantastic because we have the ability to scroll threw, see the events happening and the weather and even that nights menu, look at the photos within mins. It’s was perfect as well because there was enough information on the app but still felt miles away and let us disconnect from the real world, that made me happy.

Helpful. Great possibilities and use; would always use it and the chat, however it was intermittent and sporadic in its connection.

Cruised Once Again With You!!. Loved our Mexican Riviera Cruise. Great staff+ Great ship =Great Time!

Some good some bad. Loved the What’s Happening feature that allowed us to look at the days and mark the things we were interested in and then get notified. Our party of 6 paid the $5 each for the chat feature. This was not only a disappointment but also frustrating. We never knew when the feature was going to work or not. It was really difficult to stay in touch with one another. The people with the worst experience were the ones who purchased the on ship wifi.

Exceptionally good. I downloaded this app before I went on the ship to see what u wanted to do. The app was very useful for FREE wifi and for the menus at the restaurant. The chat feature was very helpful with helping us keep in touch even though we had 14 people. The app did give me a lot of notifications but that was ok. Very good otherwise.

Slow. App is very slow to respond and not updated frequent enough ie. temperature and evening activities.

5 star rating on the Hubb. What a fabulous app an absolute must if you are travelling with a large group I travelled alone with a group of 11 ..I ienjoyed my independence during the daytime or could meet up with our peeps on the serenity deck if I chose to sun We had daily meetings and anyone in our group just checked the HUBB for time and location What a great tool for private or corporate groups on the cruise We could check the daily menus the daily events. Just an absolute must and not to forget the person to person chats within our own group THANK YOU PEOPLE OF CARNIVAL CELEBRATION JUST ONE MORE GREAT EFFORT TO MAKE FOR A FABULOUS VACATION MY FIRST CRUISE I WILL BE BACK

Good. It was a good app a couple times it did not work tho but still if you go on a carnival cruise get it

Great App for Itinerary Planning and More. Didn’t opt into wifi package so I was pleasantly surprised how smooth this app was on just the carnival free wifi. Never had issues with it, it updated immediately after making a purchase, adding money, making a reservation. The chat feature sounds great but it was only the two of us so we really didn't need it but can imagine its useful with a larger group. We loved how we could see whats happening, when someone is interested in an activity, weather, port weather, menus, dining hours, etc.

Not a HubApp fan. Recently got off the Magic and used the HubApp. The wifi on the ships is not the best and you’re constantly having to log off and log back in. The App is easy to use but NEVER updates. I was constantly getting blank pages or “uh oh” messages. From day one it told me I was having a sea day and never showed me what was happening in port. Carnival recommends using their chat feature but you can’t add people that you meet on board and can only chat with those you travel with or whose bookings are linked to yours. The $5 per person charge to use the chat is cheap but it should apply to your cabin, not per user.

Grandson Fun. I took my 13th year old grandson on this cruise. It was the first time outside of Canada. He couldn’t believe how great it was. He joined the teen club and made many friends. The staff was very accommodating. The only negative thing is I did not enjoy the buffet, I found it very boring and the same things over and over, same wet scrambled eggs etc …Lucky there were other choices on board.

Grateful. Really enjoyed the inexpensive way we could chat among family. What I disliked was having to wait for it to re-connect each time I went into it. However really appreciated the features of it for dining, programs, ect.

Enjoyed the app.. My family downloaded the hub for the what’s happening and then decided to pay the $5 to stay in contact with each other on the boat. The chat feature does crash sometimes but overall it was great.

Great app. Yes this is very useful while on the cruise definitely to stay in touch with group members. Also you can stay updated with all the events that are going on. It also lets you see menu’s for everyday meals. Yes this is a must

Nice to have.. Nice to have scheduling and info at your finger tips. Unfortunate that they got rid of the free chat option on the ship, not sure why it’s necessary to charge for this service. App works well but some features were glitchy at times such as the notifications or logging into an internet plan. Overall pretty good though.

so sad. i loved it so much and i’m very sad to leave

Easy. It will be good to be able to select a language but for the rest it very good

App rating. Very easy to use Made our trip more enjoyable

Chat onboard. Our group of 12 all signed up for the onboard chat…$5. Per person. The best money we spent! We kept in touch with everyone, we knew where the kids were, checked the dinner menu, the activities schedule made sure we didn’t miss any of the activities we were interested in. Great App!! Be sure to get the chat as well

App not working. With recent upgrade app no longer works?

One small disappointment. I’m a large coffee drinker my disappointment comes from going down to the Java Blue and always finding a long line up with only 1 person working and this happened on 7 occasions I cannot understand the rationale behind and in speaking with a number of customers they all said the same thing please try to remedy this problem as it is very frustrating. But it was a fantastic trip and our room steward was fantastic along with our waiter in our dining room thanks for a wonderful trip. See you in 2025.

Easy, helpful and necessary. The title says it all. Wonderfully easy and perfect for connecting onboard. Bravo!

Shelley Atwin. The app was wonderful the chat was great keeping track of our group. Ship map by floor, events, restaurants and everything in general. Very useful One thing that could be improved is up to date info on emergency situations as we had a fire onboard more info on that would have been great as the 9th floor was shut down for eating, the elevators and disembarkation confusion as the terminal did not open to leave when we were advised to be ready. All in all the app was invaluable.

Great for Your Time dining options!. Instead of standing and waiting in line until our table was ready for dinner, we were able to use the app to make a reservation and then we could either relax in our room, or move about the ship to pass the time. The app then notified us when our table was ready. This was a really nice feature of using the app.

Great when it worked. It was great when it worked. But only 4 stars as the first 3 days it kept logging out of the wifi ever time my phone went to sleep and wouldn’t work. After that when it worked it was great.

Connection issues. I enjoyed the What’s Happening, and the ability to access the menus and see what places were open to eat. The maps were helpful when first learning the ship. However, we paid the $5 per person to use the chat feature, and it was very unreliable. We had a large group and it was not uncommon for some members to get a message 12+ hours after they were sent. It would often say the message was sent at a time that was still hours away. So, not super helpful when you’re trying to update each other about where you are or to try to meet up. Better than nothing but not really worth paying for

Carnival Freedom Hub App. Loved using the app and used it all the time to determine locations, menu options, booking tables, entertainment schedules and checking my account summary once in a while. Unfortunately, we could never scan the QR code for some reason. Never worked and we heard many around us having similar issues.

Celebration Experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Met some truly wonderful people. We expect to have more cruises in the future. Only request to increase the fun would be from our bandwidth. Love the people love the crew. Thank you always

Good but missing one thing. It would be nice to be able to access a map of the route that is being travelled by the ship.

A cruiser’s friend. This app is a great plus . For $5 you can text the rest of your party for the whole week. It lists all the food venues and times. Tells you if there is an extra charge . Lists every event going on. Plus lots of other info you need.

Chat should be free. For the price we pay the chat should be free other then that very good app

Carnaval hub. This was great for the large group to keep track of where we were or where we’re going. My only wish was that you could down load the app from the carnaval internet I accidentally deleted it and could not reload it.

Very good. Was very good although on one day for everyone on the ship the app was down and it was a little strange but then it got back up and running again

Panorama. Overall excellent experience! Easy to schedule events and coordinate family plans.

Great App. It is pretty good app. Simple to use and it has everything you need to know regarding the activities and stuff on the ship.

Necessity. Loved the app but had a few glitches with dining reservations.couldn't make them on some evenings. Also- I think the app could use a note pad for scribbling and scheduling things around activities.

Excellent. Great app very helpful

Canada here.. If you are going on a cruise use this! You never know when you’ll need a friend on a cruise. Chat brought people Advil when needed from strangers, a diaper, etc. plus you can plan every day on the planner. You’ll never need the paper copy. Menus for MDR as well.

The Hub App. The app has a great concept and is easy to use. However the chats are not always delivered and sometimes they are delivered the wrong time stamp. Can make it confusing. It did give us some good laughs. I would use it again.

Can’t cruise without it. We were traveling with family so it was a must for us to keep in touch with one another and the events on the ship. It’s a must have. Having to pay $5 each for everyone in the group is my reason for the 4 stars. Should be free to use with purchase of the cruise.

Is Great When it Stays Connected. The app works great but you need to continually make sure you are connected to their wifi as it drops it constantly.

Hub review. Found using the app easy and it allowed us to communicate from wherever we were on the ship. 3 parties in different locations. I didn’t like that I had to carry my phone everywhere. Would love to have left it behind.

Good App. Very good to get the events happening in the cruise. We pay for the chat option and we’re disappointed since it keep on disconnecting and witness with other passages having the same issues. We couldn’t communicate with our kids. Is better to have the wifi and use messenger.

First Time Cruising Vacation. We did not know what to expect on our first cruise. The Carnival app helped us identify our food options at any given time of day and listed the current and future entertainment options. The maps available with each listed eatery or activity proved beneficial to avoid any confusion. We could also track our onboard spending in the account summary section of the app so we didn’t face any last minute surprises when the printed charges were dropped off at our room. Various individuals were trying to reach the guest services desk at the time of disembarkation, and it proved challenging since it’s in the same area where the lines disembarking were located. We wanted a short cruise to determine if the ship rocking would cause extreme sea sickness not cured with Dramamine. Fortunately, we were both able to adapt well despite the excessive rocking caused by two hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico region. If this experience represents a more rocky situation, we’re ready for a calm cruise. Now we can start planning our Mediterranean cruise along the Greek islands.

Great App!. This is our 4th cruise and the 2nd with Carnival. So glad they have developed this app which allows you to be connected with your family and friends while on the ship via its Chat feature for $5 fee which is so worth it. Our group (about 30 people including kids of different ages 8 to 16 yrs) all used it throughout the entire cruise to plan for daily activities, get around the ship with its deck maps, check in for dinner (and see menu options),make reservations (for group seating), view and buy pictures right with your phone, and get shore excursion information, etc. If we can ask for additional feature to be added to future versions, it will be nice to have a navigation overview similar to what the airplanes offer, which shows the ship’s overall Itinerary, where the ship is on the sea, the route it’s going, speed of travel, basic info of the different destination ports such as local time (if different from ship time), when guests to get ashore and be back to ship... overall a great App that offers many conveniences and has made our vacation more enjoyable!! Keep up the good work!

Carnival Breeze. Great way to see all that’s happening. You can go in and like different activities so it’s pops up in your personal planner. Lots of options for everyone like trivia and games, shopping events, casino events, etc. You can also reserve tables at your favorite restaurants and order food to any location on the boat. (Fees apply) It shows you times that places close and an option to look at menu for all food and drink spots. You can see photos that their photographers take and even order them through the app. Your account summary is available so you see how much you’re spending anytime of day. Since the boat is so big they have ship maps to show you where everything is located. If you want a spa or fitness service you can reserve it through the app. Only thing I would change if maybe give an option to pick a location and see all the events that are happening there that day. Like if I wanted to see what’s happening on the lido deck for that day.

Review. To whom it may concern, I just want to say that I cruised with you all about 7 yrs ago & this was my husband’s first time & I don’t remember my experience being so positive & fun!!! My husband loved the service that Michelle our Stateroom Steward provided for us day in & out, she was so kind & always called us by our names when she saw us. That really made us feel like family!!! She even stopped for a minute to pose for a picture with us. Francisco also was so kind & did an amazing job at Bingo he made fun & exciting & he truly looks like enjoys his job!!! He also was kind enough to pose with us also. And we can’t say enough about the Cruise director his name escapes me at the moment but he also was amazing at keeping everyone involved & making sure everyone had a great time & he also took a picture with us & you may say why is that important well I print up every photo I take & still create photo albums & if you make it to my album your family. We will be cruising in October of this year & I can’t say enough about this positive experience & I will tell everyone about it!!! Love my Carnival Familia sincerely David & Rebecca Azua

Mostly works great. Chat needs work.. Using the app on our 8 day cruise was essential - the ship map, calendar of events including island stops (and all of that was updated when things changed), the menus for the week, breakfast checkin, etc. And all of that worked great. And was free to use. Disappointed in the chat feature though, because it was $5 and (on our cruise at least) was only usable half the time. None of the rest of my party of 9 had the following problem other than me: when I would create chat groups, most of the time they were not visible in my list of groups. I would have to tap the crest chat button and add that person again, like creating a new group, to see the chat messages. I closed and restarted my app several times throughout the cruise to see if that would regulate its functionality, but no luck. The app other than that was great! Disappointed I had to spend $5 on a feature (that I really needed at times) which functioned less and had less chat features than almost every other free chatting app I’ve used before. I’m sure it will improve as time passes though.

Thank you staff of the Breeze. Our room steward Yoga greeted us with a smile everytime he saw us and made sure our needs were answered. Our room was so clean and our balcony view was amazing. In the Blush dinning room WeWe and Camille we awesome. Smiles and their people skills were so refreshing . The food was amazing (Thank you to all who made it happen). One night their was a emergency call for donation of blood during dinner. It was awesome to see how many people got up to go help out. The hostess led whoever wanted to give blood down to the medical department. Again it was refreshing the staff led the way. Erin was a fun, great Director. She made sure everyone was having fun including the kids and the elderly. The housekeepers we always busy doing their duties, still had time to say “Hello” with a smile. The show staff was good too. The service in the casino was great too and clean. Thank you to the Captain and his crew for seeing everything run smoothly. Again Carnival cruise line and staff Thank you for a relaxing experience and hope to cruise again on the Breeze. Deborah and David Dauer room 6418 😃

Locating your peeps and manage expenses. Good - but reception was spotty. It was a cheaper alternative to buying ship’s WiFi packages. I would recommend buying WiFi package to be able to log in to your other apps such as online banking and your other apps for your other devices (tablets). But you’re on vacation so it forces your to enjoy not being plugged in all the time and using the app only to locate your friends especially large groups - very helpful on a large ship with a lot of areas (casinos, lounges, dining rooms, clubs, spas)!! You do not want to spend your precious vacation time just locating people (frustrating and exasperating). You can group text so that everyone can participate in different activities and meet up for meal times and trips. The best part of the app is being able to see activities (show times, dinner times, special ship events and activities) and it allows you to see your account charges in real time (drinks, services, off ship excursion / tour purchases, spa treatments, room service, etc) so you’re on top of your spending and there are no surprises. Overall this app manages locating your group for activities and managing your trip expenses.

App is a great idea - can be improved. Overall the app made my life easier on board. It always had the ship time available and the heart feature is a great idea for narrowing down your events for the day. I loved having the dinner menus in advance and having the event locations and maps at my fingertips. I really appreciated knowing how much I had already spent at any given time. The app didn’t always save what I hearted or what I unhearted - I’m not sure if that’s a wifi thing or the app but it got a little annoying. I also didn’t love that the dinner menu when I clicked ‘view’ from the app the first night took me to a menu with all the normal drinks when not all were available yet. The weather for our return to Galveston was pretty wrong even the morning of our return to port. We happened to see on the TV that it was much colder than the app said. The notifications are a great idea but I would get 2-10 of the same notifications often and my phone would buzz for a long time while these popped up. Also a bit annoying. Great idea carnival - please take my feedback and improve for future cruisers!

Must have Cruising App. I think this app is a brilliant idea from Carnival. Everything you need to know about the cruise is on the app; itineraries, menus, maps, direct messaging to your family onboard the ship. There are a few issues that I experienced while using the app. I feel like carnival could easily fix these issues with an update and also when everyone is onboard, showing a brief PSA about the app. The direct messages part of the app is such a useful feature. Being able to communicate with your family members onboard without having to purchase an internet package is the right move by carnival. On such a big ship it’s easy for a large family to all get lost. However, the app is super delayed in sending messages(all 9 of us had androids and different iPhones and all of us had issues) and having incorrect time stamps, so you wouldn’t know if someone had recently sent a message or if it was hours old. I feel like they could also incorporate the menus on the app instead of QR code’s on the table, and also having your cruise ship card on the app would be a nice feature to add.

Worth downloading. Overall I found it useful. I paid the $5 for the chat and it was very helpful to be able to have that while cruising. We had a group of 12, so being able to communicate while on board was useful. The app did have some bugs, the chat feature didn’t always connect to the WiFi, or the messages didn’t always come through, but I imagine that has something to do with the thousands of people using it on board the ship. Overall I found the chat feature worth it. I also liked being able to see the pictures right in the app. I would suggest having the photographers scan the room cards in the future so you don’t end up with random people added into your app photos. I wish the planner feature would sync your excursions or spa days into it so you could see what you already had planned for the day and then be able to plan other ship activities around it. Another thing that would be a nice feature to add is being able to see where you are at while cruising, much like you can while you are flying. Just a thought for the developers in the future. Overall I would recommend the app. It was helpful to have and I liked the chat feature.

Carnival Victory. I couldn't have asked for a better cruise. This was my husbands first time and really doesn’t like to leave the states. He is also a very picky eater. That said, he really enjoyed himself.....the wait staff was so fast we never waited for drinks and we never waited very long in the buffet lines. The menus are different each night at the assigned dining areas with lots of variety for picky eaters. And if you still can’t find anything theres a buffet, pizza, burgers, and a taco bar! The house keepers were prompt and not pushy, which I have dealt with in the past. The common areas on the boat were very clean and if they weren’t you could turn around and find a crew member on their way to take care of it. 90% of the crew spoke English. There was tons of common areas and things to see. The boats interior design was beautiful and interesting to look at and it was decorated just enough for Halloween! My hard to please husband was very pleased thank you Carnival for providing such an excellent experience for a great price. Sincerely, Grovertown Indiana

Don’t do Carnival if you have children under 12 that are not vaccinated!!. From the very beginning it was a nightmare. We had to get out of line due to our 7 year old having to get a Covid test. Even though he just got one to board 2 days prior! We had to pay an extra $60 how inconvenient! Nowhere on the website does it say kids under 12 need to be vaccinated. So we go ahead and pay for the extra inconvenience to board…. After that I decided to take the kids to the kids club so I could relax and they could enjoy some time with all the other kids. Well that was not going to happen because they turned my child away because he wasn’t fully vaccinated!!! Really Carnival update your website because you ruined my vacation!!!! I paid to have a relaxing time but instead it was horrible!!!!!! I would have just as well gotten my 7 year old vaccinated if I would have known but nowhere does it say that on the website!!! It says children 12 and up!!!!! I will NEVER choose carnival again!! What a nightmare I can say I was happy when it was over and I could go home and this was my vacation ughhh. Good luck people if your traveling carnival it’s a joke!!

Good App 👍🏾. The Carnival Hub app is a great resource to have while on board. It basically has everything you need all in one place. From the daily itineraries, to the menus for all the food and drink places, ship navigation, making dinner reservation, and more! However, the $5 chat plan that my party and I purchase didn’t work all the time, and when it did work the message were almost always delayed. So we could never find each other in a timely manner. In addition to that, sometimes the menu on the app didn’t match with the menu provided by all the food places, so just be aware of that. My one suggestion would be to allow guests to order room service from the app as well. The room service food was delicious and I ordered something almost every night. It was just a pain having to sit over by the one phone in the room to order. It would definitely be more convenient to be able to order room service on the Carnival Hub app. Besides that, it’s a pretty good app. Easy to use and a convenient way to get the information you need.

Great (but here is a tip). Definitely download before getting on the ship. If you don’t, you can always go to customer relations desk and they will download it for you. We all used this app all the time to find out what was happening in the ship. We would plan our evenings/next day activities at dinner every night by using this app. I don’t think $5 is bad to have capability to keep in touch with all in your party via the CHAT feature, but each person in your party has to download and pay $5 also to get access to the CHAT function. HOWEVER, the HUB only works if the service on the boat is working... it was out 2 evenings so we couldn’t use it. That was super irritating since we paid for the app and we can’t rely on it to work! Also my CHAT feature often had “message failed” and my text wouldn’t go through... I finally went to Customer Relations to complain. The girl showed me that if you close all other windows on your phone, the app works much better! And it did!!! BE SURE TO CLOSE ALL OF YOUR WINDOWS AND OTHER APPS IF YOU WANT THE CHAT FUNCTION TO WORK. I agree with other reviews... it’s a wonderful service but needs a lot of tweaking and ship needs more reliable service.

Carnival Fascination ... Best Vacation Ever. We just came home from the Fascination’s Southern Caribbean Cruise and we can honestly say it was the BEST vacation we have ever taken. Not only were the ports of call awesome but the staff aboard the ship was AMAZING. From the waitstaff, to our cabin steward Roberto, to the entire Fun Squad and Playlist Performers ... they made this vacation the most fun we have had in a very long time. Shout out to Money Maker Maddie and Brittney the Cruise Director. We had the pleasure of getting to know them and have made life long friends with other cruisers throughout the week. The shows were fabulous, the food was excellent with a different menu each night in the dining rooms, and the cleanliness of the ship ... wow!!! With 2500 people on board, you could have eaten off the floors. If you have a chance to cruise I highly recommend the Fascination. It is a smaller ship but isn’t lacking in the fun and entertainment. PS... my husband won the Lip Synce Battle which they take very seriously. What an amazing vacation!!! We would definitely cruise on the same ship again & again.

My trip. Carnival Sunshine- The trip to the ship was fine except (my advice is not to take a lot of carry on ) for a lot of walking. We didn’t buy the drinking package and took our own pop. What is not in luggage you have to pack. If you do don’t take a lot you will be ok. The cleaning crew of the rooms was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant food was very good and served very formal. No need to take a lot of snacks. There is awesome desserts. Breakfast was very good and many options. My advice is be very careful when going on deck 9 and 10. It rains and the decks are always wet. I fell and got hurt and laid in bed almost rest of trip. The sunrise is beautiful but be very careful to take pictures from those decks also at sunset. Wasn’t able to get off for day trip to the Island of Bimini. Family said beaches was so beautiful but the rest of it was not. The gift shops on the ship had lots of good things to buy for souvenirs. The trip off the ship was faster and easier. It turned out to be a very hard trip for me so I hope you the best on your voyage.

Maybe stay great. Chat a little buggy. Before the cruise my family of 5 did some phone shopping to make sure all had a phone that would run the app. We paid for the texting service so we could communicate. The scheduling and planner worked great for knowing what was going on and where to eat. The chat program though, at least on our ship was still a little weird. We could never get all five of us on a group chat. Four would work, but 5 wouldn’t. One person would always not be in the chat with the others, it showed them in it but they wouldn’t be able to send or receive on the group. Individual chats worked great for us but for my sister had the opposite problem. Her individual chats kept adding people that she didn’t want to receive her messages. It still worked well for us but could have been better if the chat was more dependable. One other minor thing was that it would never let me change my profile picture which wouldn’t have been a big deal if it didn’t give me an error message every time I used it after that. So all in all a great too but a little buggy.

Carnival Glory June 25-July2, 3023. The app was extremely helpful! I loved being able to look at the menus ahead of time. Looking up times for all the other restaurants to close was also helpful. I liked being able to look ahead at the week’s agenda and heart the activities o wanted to participate in. This made the day go smoother. At the end of the cruise I realized I could also use the app to look up our account to make sure what we charged on our sign and sail account was correct. Booking excursions was great through the app. Simple!! However, it is still good to check with the excursion team if there is something you want (and they may be full or almost full) and they are able to double check. Great experience with the app. If your spouse doesn’t get it before the cruise, add it to his phone for him so he won’t have to look at your phone the whole time for menus and activities!!! (LOL) everyone with a phone needs the app! Thanks for a great first cruise!

Cynthia Vickery. My husband and I, with my Son, plus his friend went on a Bahama Cruise on the Carnival Liberty. We really enjoyed our time. We spent some time in our room (as we are older ) , and rested. The guys had a blast . They learned the ship and met two beautiful ladies. Everyone was so kind. We loved the clean rooms and hard work of each employee we met. The hot pools were hard to get in as there were around 3000 people on this ship. The lines were long for food during breakfast and lunch , even though there are many options. Let me tell you the hamburgers and fries from Guy Frier was so good.?8 only got the hamburger steak with cheese so not to eat too much bread. Our dinner hosts and hostess were amazing Avila and Daryl are the best ! Karaoke was the best thing we liked, just bc we are musically inclined. Some of us sang almost every night. There was one night that we had eight people with us laughing , dancing and having a blast. We got to meet a lot of people. Our pictures were amazing. It’s a little pricy but memories are worth it. If you want to enjoy a fun cruise , then choose Carnival Liberty . God bless

Amazing but make chat better. I loved using the carnival hub app during my cruise. It let me keep track of the activities I wanted to do and, helped me find where things were. The only thing I would change about it would be the chat function. To use it you have to be on the ships Wi-Fi which would be fine but my phone would disconnect frequently and I would have to reconnect. The chat would also just not work and just go on the fritz where even if you were on the ships Wi-Fi it just wouldn’t send and you wouldn’t receive messages. Even when it is working normally you only get notifications for the app if the app is open and which is very inconvenient because you aren’t going to have your phone on you all the time and even if you do you aren’t going to have it on the app that whole time. This could be things that I could push aside and still give it a five star review but, the problem is that it’s not Free you have to pay $5 for it so paying $5 for a chat function that is buggy and inconvenient it’s just not worth it. Overall I loved using the app and the chat function is good just not worth $5

Our recent cruise June 19-23. This was our second Carnival cruise and our first using the app. The app was a great tool to know where you were and how to get to different areas of the ship. You can see the menus for the different restaurants before you arrived for your dinner and have your choices ready. Food never disappoints! Lots of choices. Also like being able to see the schedule of events without having to carry a piece of paper around in your pocket. Times, locations, it’s all there and very user friendly. Study the app before you go to familiarize yourself with it. Start using it the minute you arrive to save yourself time and steps. Save your steps for when you go into ports of call. The only complaint I have is about inconsiderate passengers. Slamming doors and letting their children roam the ship without supervision. But other than that, the staff was great, rooms were cleaned daily. No complaints here. Can’t wait to get home and start planning the next one!

Plus/Delta Carnival HUB app. Just love counting down to my next Carnival Cruise! Although I would like to disconnect from all my devices while trying to relax on my vacation, the Carnival Cruise app is helpful to see just how much money I am spending each day on the ship as well as in the Casino. I like being able to view the events happening on the ship and press the heart icon which turns the heart red for my likes and then I get reminders so I don’t miss certain shows or classes I am interested in attending. I use this app to check the times and places to go when I am hungry too! Now having this app is essential to make your dining reservations. I can view the dining room menu ahead of time. It has taken this elderly cruiser awhile to adjust and I feel like I am finally get the hang of it after all. This hub includes ship deck plans so I never get lost either. On occasion parts of the hub are “down” and can not be accessed and this seems to happen late at night while cruising. Technology has come a long way baby! I also pay the extra $5 to use the application to chat with my cruise roommate or other family members on the cruise with me.

Bean Family. Everything from the food to the cabin we were in were excellent! The entertainment, stage plays, dancers, actors/Actresses, Lawrence (Director), Comedians Thea and Steve, Buffet, Guys Burgers, Pizza, and Housekeeping were ALL EXCELLENT! I think that on the Carnival Breeze, there needs to be stricter restrictions for children 17 and under. In the club scene there were underage drinking, curfews for minors were over relaxed to the point that they basically stayed out until 3-4 am. This should not be especially in places where alcohol is being sold and/or consumed. In my opinion their key cards should be bright yellow completely or lime green front and back! This will give staff a better way of determining who’s who. This will also make it known to adults who minors are without engaging in any type of conversation that would be inappropriate from adult to minor child! In my opinion, this is the most critical change I believe is needed. The upkeep and safety precautions were 2nd to none! Everything was great! Can’t wait for my next Cruise Vacation! God Bless you all!!!

Chat is very iffy but it’s better. I hated the carnival app before but now they made some great enhancements to help with knowing everything. The Chat is still questionable. They need to fixit or provide access for free. I love the ability to check in for MDRs and other inclusive restaurants. Casino link is 10Xs better than before and better than other cruise lines. I’d love to see the chat work better. I’d also love if they had a section where we could recognize good service by your staff. It’s difficult to keep track of some folks we want to recognize when they are awesome at the end of long cruises and B2B sailings. Just add a link where we can take a picture of the person or take a picture with them and post with comments and rank service. We could also log complaints about staff. Developmental feedback helps us all and you can see trends with good or poor behavior and it’d add to the fun. This may help your guest services line. And if you could do this please also include the ability to tip that staff member additional gratuities if we like per day, per service, or all at once. Like dining staff.

Two folds. We just can back (my sister-in-law and I)from our cruise on Carnival Dream. We both downloaded the app and took turns using our phones. One day she would carry hers and on another I would use mine. The app help us navigate and coordinate our activities daily. Which was a big help when you are trying to attend so many programs. I just had one issue with my account. Some of my charges were not accurate. When I went to Guest Services they ask me to pay for a balance. After doing so, I walked away. Something just did not feel right. So I returned 10 mins later and saw a different person. She took my card and said I owed a balance. I explained how can that be if 10 mins ago I saw the gentleman and paid my balance. How can that be. What was also strange it that both the charges were off by s few cents. But she mentioned that she does not know what he did but I still I still own for a next charge. I mentioned to her how I can paid one charge and settle my balance, come back in 10 mins and I still owe a balance.

Great vacation despite sickness. I was sick and in my room for 2/3 of the cruise so I didn’t get to enjoy as much as I would’ve liked but the rest of my family had a good time. The app was very cool. It was very helpful to keep ship time and read about what was happening around the ship and keep everyone on schedule. All of my big kids used the app constantly to know the time and when they needed to be placed to do the cool stuff they wanted to do. I also liked that you could keep track of your account summary for your sign n sail card. I’m not sure if it was a feature or not but it would be nice to be able to set spending limits for the kids right on the app. (So if that is already a feature then great! If not, it should be) All in all, it was a great experience despite being sick. We were on the Valor and went to Mexico. It was my family of 8’s first cruise and only big vacation we’ve been able to take. I’m not sure if I’ll go on a cruise again, but if I do, I will definitely utilize the app because it is so helpful! Thank you Carnival! 😊👍🏼

Vacation on the Elation. This was my first cruise ever and the first vacay I've had for 13yrs and the first time every outside of the States! My cruise on the Elation was so wonderful and grand and the whole crew was amazing! We were on deck 5 state Room 95 and enjoyed the staff cleaning the room and turning ours beds down every evening while we were at dinner. The staff in the dining room were so very kind and caring and not one evening did they ever fail to give us good service, Ajay especially was kind and considerate as was our head waiter!!!! I enjoyed a wonderful show every evening, dancing and singing, my kind of entertainment, but as Jen, our Cruise Director promised, the Sunday night Rock Songs of the 80’s was so good. The only thing disappointing about this cruise was that it was only 4 days, we cruised November 21st-25th to Nassau and Freeport!!!! I definitely will be cruising again.......... it was so nice to get away and with a cruise your trip is paid for before you get there and start your trip so all you have to do is have some spending money and enjoy!!!!!! What a way to spend a vacation!!!!!

Carnival Conquest. Yes, Carnival is indeed the fun and relaxing ship to sail. I had stop sailing for awhile and was pleasantly surprised to see how things have changed for the better. From their Covid Protocols to accessing the Hub App, my trip was awesome. I like how everything was so easy to access on the Hub App and I was able to plan all events that I wanted to attend and even when there were events with conflicting times, I had the option to go at a later time. It was so refreshing to see the dedication, commitment and professionalism and courtesy of all staff regardless of their assignment; that speaks volume on the quality of service for Carnival. There was plenty of room and space for people to enjoy activities of their choice. The selection of foods varied and there was always something new to try every day. I want to thank Carnival for making my returned to sailing with them again a very memorable experience. I definitely will cruise with Carnival again for my next cruise. Until then, keep up the awesome services that you are providing. TeshyleeAsh

Family and Friends Cruise. Cruise was awesome! I’ve been on Carnival several times and I enjoyed the experience again. We had 3 cabins and all we maintain to the best standards. Only issue was water in shower did not drain well (deck 8). The Hubapp kept us informed of all things happening on the ship which is great. Crew was very nice and our 4 day cruise was exactly what everyone needed. It was my brother in laws first cruise and he had an amazing time. It was a send off to college cruise for my 18 year old and she took a couple friends with her. They all had fun! Again the Hub app was great and it really helped. I like the notifications before certain things started that you clicked as thing you were interested in. The only clutch was in the brunch portion, when the app notified you that your table was ready you still had to wait for the host to seat you even though it provided the table number 🤷🏽‍♂️. Overall great experience and the app was a great addition since my last cruise. Happy sailing to others and enjoy the Valor out of New Orleans!

A little buggy but vital when traveling with friends and family. The only issues I really had were the errors every time I logged on saying it failed to update profile photo, gave the option to add a photo to profile but errors and won’t save, the chat kept disconnecting and reconnecting. However the chat did help a lot and proved vital when traveling with friends and family. It’s easy to lose track of each other. It also was a great way to keep track of activities available, nightly dinner menu, ship maps (even though they were also available at every elevator in less detail), it gave hours of when some things were open or closed, and it even gave weather for every port stop along the way. The only things I think would be nice to add is if you can add new friends that weren’t part of your initial “party” and it would be cool to see where we are on our route like we saw on a screen on one of the main decks. Other than that it was an awesome free tool and even better with the chat for the small $5 fee.

Luxurious Cruise on The Carnival Radiance. We just returned from a beautiful cruise on the Carnival Radiance. The food was simply exotic and a surprise to all aboard. From the Italian lasagna at “La Cucina”made with thick layers of pulled pork, eggplant and squash to a bowl of Mexican keto-friendly meat covered with nacho sauce. If you don’t like those choices, you can choose the Steak House. The food was fabulous on one occasion. My Sail and Sign account was $22K (which didn’t include the excursions and cruise itself) thanks to the group in the casino, manipulating the machines, and essentially shutting any pay features off after we got started. Stupidly we (a lot of guests!) thought they would start paying at some point. I have never, ever spent this much and others spent much more. We started a gambling support group before leaving. Thank you Carnival! PS the shops were empty and I couldn’t buy jewelry, etc because the casino took way too much very early on and throughout the cruise. PPS. Thanks for the gift of COVID, I’m enjoying it at home.

Carnival Breeze sail date June 25 Galveston. Didn’t like the Mexican progresso stop loved Cozumel also enjoyed The stop Coza Maya on my March cruise My first carnival cruise was in the 70’s on the Mardi Gras the first carnival ship and then on the Festival the Holiday the Jubilee and later the Vista the Valor and the Breeze once we started cruising we went every year The sad thing is there was no red gold etc cards in the day and when my daughter looked into our old cruises wr had to come up with pictures with dates on them but all our pictures were destroy in a hurricane which left my hose with 7 ft of water. But Back to the cruise on the Breeze it was wonderful thanks to the wonderful cruise director Jasper who interacted with the guests like in the older cruises I went on As far as the cons the food use to be more elegant in the 70’s and 80’s and you didn’t have to pay for it My daughter keeps wanted me to try Royal expressing how much better the food is but I’ll stick with carnival where I had my first cruise with my family in 70’s and the last cruise for my husband in 80’s thanks for listening Marian Sanchez

Carnival Glory. This app was absolutely crucial during our cruise August 2022. We had stops in Roatan, Belize and Cozumel— it definitely served as a lifeline while on board. We were able to do so much prior to sailing, such as complete the health surveys, schedule shore excursion, check onboard credit, and even preorder things to be delivered to our room upon departure. It made all the scheduling so easy. The app is very user friendly, compatible with all ages, no matter how young or how old. While onboard, we could monitor what food stations were open during the day, future menus, upcoming events— you can even schedule reminders to pop up if there’s an event you don’t to miss onboard like Dive In Movies, Bingo, or the performances. Definitely makes navigating the ship easy, as ship maps are also available to view. Cannot say enough about the app! A MUST if you have a cruise scheduled, or even if you don’t and you just want to peruse future plans! You can communicate through the apps texting feature, and purchase wifi plans. Truly a game changer!

Perfect for Modern Technology. I love this app! As with anything, you have your pros & cons. Pros: while we love our printed Fun Times that the ship provides daily, this is a wonderful alternative. You “favorite” what you want to do and it reminds you that event is coming up. Genius!! You can also see what’s available to eat and menus for the dining rooms. Book excursions, ship maps and see how much you’re spending. Yes. Yes. Yes. Cons: The app does freeze from time to time - numerous times a day. Also, it disconnects from WiFi ALL THE TIME & it takes a while to reconnect. I realize that’s the ships WiFi and not the app but still a pain. The biggest thing I didn’t like was when we cruised on the Horizon in Sept 2018, we could “make reservations” for the Your Time Dining and be notified when our table was ready no matter where we were on the ship. We just came off the Pride and you can’t do that. We’d have to wait in long lines at times and be given a buzzer kinda like we were at Olive Garden. Plus you couldn’t venture too far from the dining room or your buzzer wouldn’t get a signal. I really didn’t like that. But if that’s all I have to “complain” about then I’m doing good. Great job with the app Carnival!

Birthday celebration on this Cruise. Cruising with Carnival again was excellent! Celebrating my 79 th birthday was a blast! Crew through out the ship recognize that it was my birthday and so many passengers. Wow. I am sure I had more than 100 greetings from folks on the cruise, that made my day so very special. One of my grandson traveled with me on the cruise. His first time and boy did he have Fun! He danced his way through the ship night and day, more night or early morning. Thanks for such a precious memory. 🛳👍🏿 There is one thing I must mention the dinner meal on a couple of nights not so good Baked potatoes were old and very dry hard on the inside. The Fried Chicken was to dry and over cooked and how does the chef cut the chicken? I did not recognize what part it was. One passenger had chicken also and it was pink inside. Not good. Like the Hub and the selection of things to do and places to go. Already planning another family gathering in the near future. Thanks. Oh ps leaving out of San Francisco was the greatest. 🛳💕💕💕🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Great way to stay connected. We recently went on a cruise and this app was a tremendous help. Between knowing about on board activities, finding our way around, figuring out where to eat, and even staying in touch with our group when we all went separate ways, the app helped us with all of it. I really liked that when you “like” or are interested in an event, it sends you a reminder about it before the event begins. I thought the chat feature was really neat, and it was helpful that you could use that to communicate with those in your circle. I didn’t like that you had to pay for it, only because I feel like that feature is the most necessary, especially in the event of an emergency. With our group specifically, we had some in a cabin not purchase chat, so we had no way to contact them when we were all separated. Not everyone wants to purchase WiFi, which is understandable. So, a way around people being left out, in my opinion, I think the chat should be complimentary.

Carnival Breeze. I have a lot to talk about this vacation! Let’s start with food. They have a 24/7 buffet called the “lido marketplace” there is ice cream froyo breakfast sandwiches and more! Then the bedrooms. The bedrooms had very nice views. The bathrooms were super big and had plenty of storage space. They had mini fridges inside but didn’t keep the drinks cold but there were kind of cold. Still this trip was amazing. The pool and everything! They had water slides and entertainment! Everyday they had a comedy club show staring different people every day! They had different clubs for kids and different ages! They offered professional pictures! And a place to buy you’re pictures! They had different types of food like The “Pizza Pirate” was so good! And “Guys Burger Joint” The menu was full of options and delicious Burgers! You can get a Package for drinks too! “The bubble package” is a package for kids with unlimited drinks EX: Soda, Juice, etc. And for the Adults they had the “Cheers Package” Unlimited amount of drinks EX: Shots, Tequila, beer, wine, etc. Overall my experience was Wonderful! And I definitely would go back again! I recommend this cruise!

Worked Great During Our Cruise!. I was a bit disappointed in the app in the past, but on our first post-covid sailing found it has been COMPLETELY overhauled. You can see ship maps, the fun times, toggle between all events and those you’ve marked, check kids club events, reserve dining, check weather, casino points, sail and sign balance, order room service, see pictures the pros took, upload your own pictures, chat with anyone onboard who has paid the $5 cost… it really does it all! And it is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate even with so much functionality packed in. My only desire would be to add some of the pre-cruise website functionality (pre purchasing internet, water for the room, checking in) without having to toggle to a browser frame. Definitely search Facebook for your specific sailing’s group, ours was very active and had tons of unofficial activities planned before boarding. Carnival could definitely bring some of this pre-sailing community into their platform, but for now both get the Carnival app and join the unofficial Facebook group for your cruise!

Girls Cruise. I have never cruised in the summer I found the cruise to be very child friendly. I am a grandma and I would take my grandchildren. Not only did the Breeze have a great water park play area they had comedy shows that were PG and only for children! I was only cruising with a19& older group and I did not notice the kids on the cruise for the most part. There are areas on the ship that are cruise ship where you can be totally away from everyone if you explore. I was however very disappointed in the summertime sit down breakfast menu it was not as good as the past cruises we were on and I did miss having dining menus in the nicer restaurants and at sit down get served breakfast. Perhaps the food choices are better in the winter cruises we have taken or perhaps it was from Beinf in such a large ship The Breeze is the largest ship I have been on but it had more for children. Water slides, put putt outside exercise equipment, basketball area etc. This ship is designed more for family vacations! I would go again in summer and take my grandkids and think the whole family would have a great time💕🐝

Download in advance !!!. Luckily I downloaded the app prior to entering the ship because I did not want to pay for Wi-Fi wasn’t really necessary for me and my family, if you do not download in advance you will have to pay for the Wi-Fi on the ship to just to download the app!!! One change to the app would be to have a menu of all events for the day all I seen was what’s happening now so unless you carry the paper with you that they leave in your room for the itinerary for the day I didn’t see that on the app which I think would be a big improvement. Our ship was Carnival miracle out of the Port of Tampa, the best thing that I realized was under your account on a summary they charged my credit card for gratuities without me authorizing it!!!!!!!!!!! Without this app I would have never known if there’s any disputes that are charged on your card you have up until 9 AM the day you depart to dispute the charges. I really thought on carnivals part that this was really uncalled they had charged an extra 500+ dollars onto my credit card without me authorizing it once I went to customer service they did take the charges off! Note to self you’re going to cruise with carnival check your credit card summary on your hub occasionally.

Carnival sunrise. My husband and I got on the ship and we were told we had to use the app for checking into the restaurant and such, so we were like what? Because it said we would need internet. Well as we left the port that’s when we learned that the ship has “intranet” and that we didn’t need to by the Wi-Fi package! So that was a great surprise! We just had to download the app and connect to “carnival sunrise” and when we did that we had to type in the number on our sail and sign card and it connected! All our info was on it for our stateroom number and also our ship balance we could see when our dining time was and what was going on and we could favorite what we wanted to do to be reminded! And also we could buy excursions on the app which we didn’t! But it was super handy! We used it for checking into our dining times at the sunrise restaurant on the aft deck on decks 3 and 4. And also for breakfast! It also tells you the current weather too! Experience with the app was easy! And also very intutitive!

“My Planner” malfunction. The app was great to see all the planned activities for the ship. I loved the heart feature to see the line up of your personal favorite activities. My app did not show me the “day of” activities, which was very frustrating. As a person who uses a calendar daily, my anxiety level increased by not being able to see the intended personal agenda for the day. It was crazy how I could she the next day or the day before, but not the current day. After updating my iPhone and deleting/reinstalling the app…nothing worked. The front desk had no clue how to help after multiple trips there over several days. I had previously purchased a massage package and those did not show up either. Thankfully, I had put those in my personal calendar before leaving shore, as it was the only way I knew what time to be at the Spa for treatment. It was very frustrating for me to not be able to see my daily schedule. The suggestion of looking on my husband’s app…ha! Only works when we are together. We each do different activities and are not together 24/7. The cruise was great! Other than the frustration of my daily planner not working.

Sometimes great. Great for cruise info, times, and things to do. Great for reserving specialty things like the roller coaster. Great for dinner reservations so you don’t have to wait at check in (sometimes for 40 minutes plus). Sometimes it says less than 10 minutes but takes upwards of 20 minutes so I would assume it’s not super accurate but for the most part worked well for us and told us when our table was ready. Texting on this app is convenient but not always reliable. Sometimes messages don’t get sent for several hours. I have had my daughter write from another deck and didn’t get the message until the next morning, which is unacceptable when being forced to rely on their system for communication. Teenagers are allowed to go almost anywhere on the ship and we like to know at all times where our daughter is for safety reasons therefore I wish it was more accurate in case of an emergency. We still are old school and bring walkie talkies as back up. Which most of the time proves to be more accurate for immediate response. There is room for improvement but definitely better this last trip we took as of yesterday, compared to even using the app last September.

Great App. I really like this app! I am able to see what’s going on around the ship and sales that are going on in the shops and most of all I liked being able to see my pictures with the app before going down to pixels to order my pics. You can also order the pics from the app but I wanted to also see them on a bigger screen before making my final decision. I also like that the app stays on ships time and I was able to keep track of time with no worry about getting back to the ship on time from my excursions. I didn’t buy the $5 messaging to message my family on the ship, but I am defiantly going to get it next time cause I think it would be worth the $5. (Suggestion) Maybe carnival could do a family deal per cabin because $5 certainly would add up for a large family. My mom used the app to keep track of my nephew, nieces and my disabled sister and she says it was great. There was a lot of children with disabilities on the ship and I did see one of them get lost. She did find her parents but it did take some time, so I think this app with the messaging would have defiantly benefited in situations like this.

Carnival Hub app onboard the Panorama. Just home from a wonderful 7 days onboard the new Carnival Panorama. What a wonderful beautiful ship! About the Carnival Hub app- it is a great tool to have in your hand all that is happening in real time and the ship maps comes in handy when you get turned around and can’t figure your port from your starboard- LOL. Also liked having my account summary handy, although the way Carnival presents your spending and credit details-is very confusing! Husband and I, who often travel with friends, do purchase the $5 chat feature- which helps for when we split up and then want to figure out a meeting spot. I did find on this trip the chat was glitchy- and that app needed to be closed out to refresh often. This may be because now that all pictures are in digital format and available to look at on your phone- it slows things down?? Don’t know- but I love having the ability to see the ship photos in my own gallery- and not have to rifle through thousands of strangers pics to find the couple of ours. Overall definitely like the app and it works as intended the majority of the time!

Carnival radiance. We were treated like kings and queens on our cruise by your crew . Every one was friendly, smiling, and worked very hard. I sure hope they get some days off. A special shout out to Ganda, our stateroom attendant who took care of our many requests always with a smile and decorated our room to help us celebrate our anniversary and Tim from guest services . Also, to our dinner crew Valentina, Kadek and Dewee who took such good care of us and with all my special dietary needs. They remembered me after first encounter and then brought me things that I could eat, even without asking. An extra special shout out to Valentina who from day one helped us to learn how to use the app and special ordered meals and desserts for me. I was worried about my dietary restrictions but they took wonderful care of me and I was well fed. Please recognize them for their wonderful service always eager to please , always smiling and helpful. Such professionalism is rare these days. They made it so good that they made us want to return. Thanks

I loved the app except for one thing!. I absolutely love this app. I love the fact that I could look at the app and pick my activities. Click on the heart then It reminds you when the activity, show or event starts. What’s nice You don’t have to carry around that piece of paper that they put in your mailbox every day, having to circle activities that you want to go to! I’d like that I can look at the app click on the restaurant, look at the menu and see what they’re having for dinner, lunch or breakfast for that day. So there are many great benefits to this app. I love that you could pay five dollars for each guest and be able to text each other on the ship. The thing I didn’t like was, the constant kicked off of the carnival Wi-Fi that was constant and then I couldn’t use it and then I’d have to go back into my settings to connect back to airplane mode and connect back to wi-Fi to be able to use it. That is the only flaw that I had an issue with.

What a great feature!. LOVED this app! Suggestion: a home button that’s accessible from all screens to easily navigate back to home. Sometimes we were pages deep and had to go back a few times to get to the menu. My last cruise was in 2017 and this app was not an option, or was not known to us anyway. The app made our cruise experience so much better. It was so nice to see everything that was happening, from anywhere. We didn’t have to memorize the fun times or bring it with us, and most things had descriptions of the activity which was nice. Having the ship map was also great. The chat worked, but when it didn’t it was frustrating. 7/8 of us paid the $5 before we realized iMessage worked on board - oh well. However sometimes the chat worked and iMessage didn’t so it was still worth it. We enjoyed having the dinner menues available too. Purchases, excursions, account summary, casino etc were all so much easier because of the app.

Our First Cruise. My family and I just finished our first cruise on the Carnival Magic and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We took a 7 day cruise to the Mexican Riviera with stops at Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta Mexico. We had done our research and spoken with family and friends that had cruised, but not until we experienced a cruise for ourselves could we truly understand what they were telling us. From the moment that we boarded the ship we were welcomed with smiles and kindness everyone going out of their way to help us . The stewards were awesome everything we ask for the brought and the towel animals were awesome, our dining staff greeted us by our names all trip and there were 7 of us, we were able to try foods we would never have ordered and ate more then we usually do but that’s part of cruising. Our cruise director was great and the shows amazing the ship had things going on all day or you could just relax and enjoy the sea. The captain and his officer were as friendly as the whole staff on the ship. My family and I just want to thank Carnival Miracle for making our first cruise so amazing we are definitely coming back.

HUB app and Vista review!. We LOVED the carnival Vista!!! There was so much the ship had to offer and everyone was so nice!!! The HUB app was so nice!! We were able to view all our pictures on the app and the ability to purchase he pictures, view all the daily activities the ship has to offer including the times and the ability to add them to your daily planner which alerts you 15 min before the event starts, chat with the different people that were in our group which was a great way to keep up with each other, and even the ability to view the daily menu for fine dining! I could go on and on about the HUB app! It’s so convenient and user friendly! The only thing I would say that could make the app perfect is to have a GPS type ability to track where each member of your group is on the boat to help locate different places on the boat and keep up with exactly where your kids are on the ship and maybe a way to call people through the chat group! Just some food for thought! The HUB app was great though!
