Useless. Currently getting 30 calls in a row multiple times a day, and the same amount of texts on new phone. App catches nothing. Uninstalling and finding a real app. Another quality job from Comcast.
Not sure the point. I don’t understand why this app even exists. I get the same call every business day. It is always the same voicemail from a robot, but it comes in from a different number and area code every time. This app doesn’t do anything to prevent this call from coming in and annoying me. Xfinity should be paying me to use this app, not me paying for it to be used. Course can’t get any credit for not using it.
Add Text Filtering Next Please. Would really like to see this app include spam filtering for texts on iOS. This was added in ATT’s ActiveArmor but as a new Xfinity customer I would like to see this added!
FCC requirements fraud. Xfinity claims to have spam filters available for all of their customers but this is clearly locked behind a paywall. Screenshot and backed up webpages to be sent in for a full report to remove them from the list of compliant providers on the FCC list.
The app stinks. The app stinks, catches maybe 1 in 3 spam calls. It also has to authenticate every time I open the app which half the time it stalls out and never lets me in. Another shockingly bad internet product from Xfinity. Their website barely functions in general. I don’t understand how an internet provider can do such a bad job at creating content for the internet.
