4 stars. Bought this and it works well and turns out my ears are actually cleaner than I thought they were! Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 though because I was weirded out how it sees ALL your Bluetooth devices and it also needed to connect to WiFi on top of that. A direct Bluetooth connection should have been sufficient. It’s a Chinese company so I guess they are spying on me as well as the inside of my surprisingly clean ears.

The app is stuck on a white screen, ive redownloaded it 5 times and still not working. Scam

No longer working. Love this product however it stopped working and will no longer connect to my phone. Says WiFi cannot connect or find device. And is asking for password for the connection.

Pretty good!. Used it with my dad and we got a whole lot of junk out! It even warned us when we were getting too close to the eardrum.

Easy to use. As a matter of fact it was too easy to connect. Very simple layout as well.

No problems. Worked great for me! The feed has a slight delay, but it’s great image quality for a great price

For the price it works ok. At first I had trouble connecting to the wifi and Bluetooth.. but after turning my phone on and off, and redownloading the app a couple times. It started to work. It is a bit hard to control where the camera goes on my own. I think might be easier to have someone help me.

Okay. No instructions how to change out accessories and continually drops connection

Could be better. Not impressed…not sure what I expected but this definitely is not it.

Made cheap but works well. Camera is better then others removers I’ve used. And the silicone is a nice thing. It’s still uncomfortable and obviously cheaply made which is why 4 not 5 but it’s the best wax remove/camera on one I’ve used. So overall I’m very happy

Not great.. The app requires too much information and permissions. It shouldn’t need location or access to all Bluetooth and WiFi devices. Definitely overreacting to get your data.

Only able to use once. When I pull up the app, it’s stuck on something talking about warranties and I can’t use the device. Maybe it’s just a way to get people to buy more coverage, but it’s annoying after you’ve already paid for the device

Great. It took a minute to get the tool to connect to the app but once it connected it worked great!!!

Works well, a lil cheap tho.. I absolutely love it, i've had it for a couple months now and it works just as good. the camera quality looks amazing and it zooms in really close. my only problem is the metal scoop thing at the end of it, it bends very easily. i still love it!

Ear vision software. Amazing product for the $6.99 Amazon price. Not sure why it kept asking for my email password to install the iPhone software. It finally installed after several refusals by me to provide this password. Quite nice product. Used it to fix otherwise difficult to see places inside electro-mechanical tonearm.

still charges. the app itself worked fine, the tool got hot kinda quick and i have deleted the app and it is still charging my app, how do i stop it

No option to save video to camera roll. I was excited to use this tool. When setting up a lot of privacy requires to access. Even though I let to join My internet but my internet has VPN then they change it to their network. But then I connected to their network. I saw inside of my ear for first time it’s crazy how my ear looks clean from outside but inside full of wax. I recorded some of videos through the app but there is no option to save to my camera roll. Maybe because I don’t let them my data accessed by them or I don’t know. Another thing is as soon as I install the app, they wanted me to update to new software. The app should be update through the App Store not on the app by-itself. So, I am still concerning my privacy and data. I didn’t clean yet because I would love to save the video clip to my camera roll. I fell like they would sell my data after I clean because the clip only on the app, unable to save, share or download to camera roll. I wish also it will be good if it has instruction how to clean ear or use the tool. Bluetooth is on but not showing the device. So, I can’t manually disconnected the device through Bluetooth. It seems like this device and partners more focusing about controlling our data and privacy. I will blame Apple why they allow this app and manufacture to over control our device???

Room for improvement. I tried using it on an android and it did not work at all so when I used my iPhone it made me connect to the app and I spent almost an hour of figuring out how to get the WiFi connected before giving up, I tried looking at the help option but all of it was useless. Overall it did not explain some too much.

Works surprisingly well. Got the kit on Amazon for $10. Was not expecting the camera to work this well. It’s actually pretty neat to see inside your own ear. The app worked on the first try for me. It does use WiFi to transmit data from the scope so you’ll lose WiFi internet while using the tool.
