Pay to play, very disappointing. Graphics are great, I like the challenging levels, but some levels you can’t get through without purchasing the boosters. The pkgs of coins/boosters offered are expensive. And if you buy the coins you can use to buy the boosters, but you only get 3 of the boosters; example: cost is $9.99 for about 1600 coins, to purchase some boosters you need 2100 coins…it’s just too expensive for what you get it’s too bad, I was enjoying the game, paid to remove ads, I think I even purchased one of the booster/coins pkg, but those go fast when you are trying to get through a really hard level. I’m on level 392 now, and have been trying to get thru it for 2 days now, there’s no way that I can see to get through it without extra tiles. I am going to delete this game.

Touch to sensitive!!!. When I first started playing I’d never “accidentally” choose the wrong guy but NOW WITH THE UPDATES it chooses guys I’m not intentionally pressing. It’s extremely frustrating but that’s what updates do. It’s a way for you to get guys out of the puzzle you didn’t want out so your tiles will fill up and you HAVE TO Spend MONEY $$ or loose that level. If all of the sudden it’s like that AFTER and update it’s a planned scam. I know others who play and it’s the same for them as well. Extremely disappointed!

Check it out. If you like disappointment. refer to title, then reread. First thing I noticed coming into this game was the adblocker because they had one and not a single ad popped up in the first 5 minutes. Got past a few levels now I’m stuck on one that… the new power-up they give you… doesn’t help you pass the wall you found that they put here because that’s what progression is supposed to be except now I’m stuck on what seems like an mtx pusher. Lose all my lives, cause that’s mtx pushers, then b- delete this farce of game. Gday m80s.

Issues with stop 234. There seems to be a missing orange. I’ve tried 3 times and come up short an orange each try. Or am I blind??? Also, when the spot in front of the purple guy 3rd row from right, and up four is emptied, the purple guy still can’t move forward - just get an angry face. I can work around it, but seems like it needs to be opened. So I’m at a total stand still until an orange is added! I’ll change the rating to five stars when I can start playing again! Thanks!

You WILL Hit a Paywall Point (EDITED). As much as the developers say every level can be solved without boosts or whatever, there are some levels labeled Hard or Super Hard that cannot be passed without boosters. And if you’ve used your coins there is no way forward. I’ve given up on the game. It WAS fun. But. I hit a level with no coins, no boosters, and without a perfect play I lose every single time. So I’m done. EDIT: The game is fun, so I did open it today and try again as the developers suggested. Failed again. I came close to solving!!! But. My fat thumb accidentally tapped the wrong color. Which on some levels means you’d lose. This time, it meant I triggered a bomb. I tapped the bomb person five times as the countdown happened and he didn’t move. So. I lost. Again. The next time I tried, I did something wrong early on. Lost super early. I gave it another chance. Just more frustration. The game WAS fun but with no chance to pass this level unless I drop $10 or whatever it is, it’s no longer worth my time.

O M G!. I love this game! I have a brain disorder that required surgery. I play different games to keep my brain functioning lol. This is the only one that I enjoy AND didn’t have to purchase coins. Oh and I’m on level 372. I will say some of the ones labeled hard are easy and some of the ones not labeled are hard. It has literally taken me days but I eventually pass the level. I’m excited to see what this update will bring! Thanks

Messed up a good thing. After the recent update, I noticed a significant change in the game's difficulty. It seems like the very hard mode has become unattainable, and I've been stuck at level 379. I used to enjoy the game's challenges, but now it feels like there's no challenge at all after the update. It's quite disappointing that progress seems to be dependent on paying for upgrades. I hope the developers can address this and find a better balance that doesn't lean towards pay-to-win mechanics.

Disappointed. I loved this game, my daughter has been sick with flu and have played this game on and off for three days. Got to level 99 without having to make a purchase and that’s where they get you. There is no way of winning level 99 without boosters or coins. If you don’t have them, you will not win the level and be screwed. I am not game person but I really liked this one as I am a fan of puzzles and loved the challenge this game gave me, yet I was still able to beat the levels. But disappointed that it’s all about money once you get to a certain point. And for that reason I will discontinue playing and find something better to do with my time.

Loooong ADS!!. Over 3 cups of coffee, I watched at least 2 cups of coffee in ad videos. I downloaded this yesterday and usually with a new game your to level like 12 right after. With this game I’m finally on level three after about 12 hours of playing. So even if you consider yourself a rather smart cookie, the layout of the buses and people, limited number of bus spots, and the way buses are layed out, guarantees that you will watch several videos. Many of which are over a minute and a half long!! Then, at the end of watching all of those videos, you have to do additional videos to sort, people or buses!! So they took a fun game, made it all about earning big dollars!! Didn’t like the game so I wouldn’t be playing, but this is certainly something that will probably get old and 48 hours total. F for Non-player friendly

Lives not refilling all of the sudden. The app worked fine most of the time until a few days ago. Now when I open the app after not playing it for several hours, even overnight, I have 0 hearts and the countdown to a new life is just beginning. My lives should have been full. I had not played or even opened the app for well over 12 hours. This has happened every time I’ve opened it the past few days. And yes I have the newest version and I already tried uninstall and reinstall, same issue. And my internet connection is excellent the entire time.

Ugh!!. Enjoyed for the most part til I got up to 90 levels. I almost finish a level and it’s missing a guy. I managed to do something on the last level it happened on, BUT, I don’t know what I did! Possibly paid out coins? This time there seems to be no solution. I’m stuck. As for ads, yeah… not great. You get hooked when you can go awhile with no ads at the beginning, then it’s like these minute long ads after every level! Ummm. NO! I’m ok with a simple short ad, but it’s ridiculous with the same LONG repeat ads. So, I’m done. Delete!

This game went from 5 stars to 1. I’ve played almost 3,000 levels of this game. It was my favorite wind down game, but recently, the developers have gotten super greedy. I watch an ad every single level. I’m sure they’re making money, but they’ve made coins hard to come by and hard to keep. Levels are suddenly very difficult. The new concept is an attempt to force players to buy coins. I’m NEVER going to do that! I watched ads for extra coins or levels before, but I won’t spend cash, and the reason I liked this game is that it was relaxing and not greedy. That changed with the latest upgrades, and I’ll find a better game that doesn’t manipulate.

Ads. Lots of ads, which I generally don’t care about but despite having all the sounds and vibrations off in the settings, the ads are loud. It’s really irksome. There isn’t a way to turn sound off, and often if there is, you can tap the sound image and it just asks if you want to download the app from the ad. Otherwise the game itself is a fun, little puzzle app that isn’t too addictive and can be played when you need a distraction. Just be aware that it will be loud no matter what you do in the settings.

Don’t let the no wifi ads fool you. It’s a fun game but I downloaded it because the ad for it said it was a no wifi game. And yet I can’t play it without wifi or phone service. There are ads between every level, which is better than some games but it does get to be a lot when some levels don’t even take a full minute to pass. I would love to keep playing this game because it is fun and can be challenging but when I spend more time watching ads then I do actually playing the game it’s time to find a different game to play.

Have to pay to win?. Update: I have been on level 364 for a couple of days…it seems like the only way to get past that level is to pay for extra spots to put the people waiting for the bus. I can’t figure out any other way. So if I don’t get past it soon, I will definitely quit playing. Super frustrating that it seems rigged to make you spend money. Super fun game until now! Someone commented that they don’t appreciate that it is based on skin color to the color of the bus. Why does it have to be skin color? Maybe the people are color coded by route or destination. People taking offense to everything needs to stop. Enjoy the game for what it is, entertainment .

Don’t update !!. Each update is making this game worst !!! You have to spend more money and can’t enjoy the levels. Now not only you can’t finish the levels sending two little guys (as long one is the right color) to finish the bus, playing ads the option is 2x (before you could go to 3,5x) and the undo used to cost 90 and now is 500 !!!!!!! Hatting the game now !!!!!! Such a shame what the developers are doing !!!!!

Fun, but what’s next!?. I was instantly entertained, but 50 levels in, just a roadmap? No tournaments, although they say coming soon? No special competitions? Yes commercials are expected, but waiting for what’s next. Great puzzles, but there’s only so much repetition I can endure. There’s a lot of game competition out there, step it up or find something else to do. Unless us gamers just need to move on. When did mobile app game design become only about how much ad revenue you can acquire? Is that really all there is to life?

It could be better. You guys need to start giving more coins again at the end of each round that you win. I don’t know why you changed it to only 10 coins. Either that or lower the amount of coins needed to buy boosts and extra tiles to keep playing levels. There should be no reason you need 500 coins to keeps playing or over 1000 coins for boosts but only 10 coins if you win a regular game. That is ridiculous. I would also suggest a daily rewards wheel or something.

It’s okay but could be better. Game was a good puzzler but once I reached level 403 it’s impossible to do without having Coins. I don’t play games on my phone that are supported by ads to then have to pay actual money to complete a level. The only time I would even consider it is if it was challenging but this level clearly sets you up for failure so you have to pay to win and move on to the next level. Worse part is it’s almost $5 to keep playing, or $10 if you do it from the start and add tiles for the passengers.

Too many ads!!!. The game is fun, but simple. It’s a nice enough newer take on typical sorting games. But the ads!!! Oh my gosh!! So many ads and it’s after every single round, and some of the hem last for a minute and a half. I spend more annoying time waiting for the ad to end than I do playing the game. And the average clicks to get OUT of an an is 6+. Im deleting the game. You guys cut down on the number of ads or let people play 2-3 rounds before a 30-second ad and I will get it again.

Ice issues?!?. Help a girl out!! When a bus rider is incased in the ice, what is the method to breaking the ice the fastest? I can’t figure it out. I’ve tried the same color, the same row, closest, furthest, and there is no answer I can find. I loose so many lives because the one I need is in ice!! Has anyone found out the trick!? Also, who’s with me on we should be able to get lives from friends, or have more than 5! It’s crazy how fast they go, especially when the game gives you absolutely no rules on how to figure things out , like said ice.

Loving this Game!!! 👌🏾👍🏾. I saw this game via an ad on another game I was playing and had to download it! I’ve been playing non-stop and really enjoy it! BUT——it seems I have come to a standstill @ level 199 🥺It will not allow me to finish this level because it’s short 1 red person. I literally cannot complete it because I get down to the end of the level where there’s only 2 red people left instead of 3 😲 I have invested too much money in this game to give up but if I can’t play beyond this level, I may have to quit 🤷🏾‍♀️ Is there a way the developer can assist me with this issue? Getting my previous game back. Hello. Does anyone knows how to get back to the game where I was on a higher level? I had to delete the game and redownload it. The game started me over from level one. I am using an iPhone. I enjoy the game very much. Would love to get back to where I was. I was over level 130 for sure and had thousands in coins. Hope someone can help.

Fun but issues. The game is fun to play overall! Some of this issues I have with the game involve the reward system and costs for extras. Getting 10 coins for winning a “regular” level is super low compared to the amount it cost to purchase extra tiles, lives and color pickers. I also do not like that they don’t have consistent challenges to win perks-if you advance to the max amount of streaks and win the top prize, then it may be a week or so before they roll out a new streak contest and that is crazy. Also, I don’t think they have a good grip on the level difficulty. Some of the levels that they mark as hard or extremely hard are easier to beat than the regular levels that give 10 coins. It seems like they just randomly picked levels and called them difficult. They really need to rethink the reward system and the amount you win vs the amount it cost to use coins to purchase perks. Many times, I just close the app out of annoyance. Also, I don’t like that the extra tiles you buy break and disappear after a figure stands on it and gets on the bus! If I purchased the extra tiles, then let the tiles stay put! Some of the levels are intentionally made so that you have to use coins to buy a perk and that’s unfortunate. The developers appear to be moving towards a money grab vs fun game play. I also wish there weren’t ads after each level. The ad option should be to watch one to get double rewards, but instead, if you choose to get the standard reward and opt out of an ad for double, you still have to watch ads. Also, the ads are annoying-you click off of them and you end up having to click several times which extend the ad period and that’s another reason Intend to close the app bc I get annoyed. Rethink the point system and difficulty meter and the game could easily be 5 stars.

Fun Game But Hits a Paywall at Level 397. I've genuinely enjoyed playing Bus Jam for its challenging puzzles. It's a game that combines fun gameplay mechanics with increasingly difficult levels, making it a great pastime. The graphics are simple and decent, offering a smooth gaming experience on iOS devices. However, my enthusiasm took a hit as I reached level 397. At this point, the game introduces challenge that can only be released by purchasing additional tiles. This sudden shift towards a pay-to-win model was disappointing, especially after investing so much time without needing to spend money (except for ads removal, which I did). Like another reviewer mentioned, it seems you're forced to make in-app purchases to progress further. This aspect detracts from the game's initial appeal, where skill and strategy were the only prerequisites for advancement. While I understand the developers' need for monetization, a more balanced approach, offering alternate ways to earn or unlock essential items, would have been preferable. It's a shame because Bus Jam is really fun and engaging up to this point. I'd still recommend it for those who enjoy puzzle games, but with the caveat of the potential need to spend money to fully experience all its levels.

Why I had to delete this game. First f, the game it self is cool. BUT you can’t really enjoy it it because the amount of ads is crazy. The ads are SUPER long and some of them you can’t even mute them so it interrupts your music. Then some of the ads blend the x out button with the background so it takes forever to even get out the ad even after you sat there and watch a super long ad. For such a good game, it is ruined by ads. I rather there be a Option to pay for ad free version. If not they must cut down on the length of ads and if I mute the game so I can play while listening to music then the ads need be muted as well

I hated the updates, uninstalled. This game used to be easy and fun to just zone out into. I would listen to an audiobook and play for a couple hours. Now they’ve added so many bells and whistles and eliminated what made the game relaxing. I don’t mind the prize line at the top of the screen but I don’t need it. I miss the games having hard and extra hard level labels. I miss being able to sneak in an 8th passenger if I was quick enough. I paid for the no ads version back in the day because I thought I’d be with this game for the long haul but the updates have made it less enjoyable. So I uninstalled 😪💔

Don’t do the upgrade. UPDATE: I am updating to a five star review because they fixed the problem and restored our coins. Thank you for correcting in a timely manner. **** I lost all the coins I had earned (and paid for) when I upgraded and no one has responded to my complaints. The restore purchases button doesn’t work. **** I loved the game, played it every day, watched the ads I chose to in order to earn more coins and to get more lives and if this doesn’t get resolved, you’re going to lose all my ad income. I will remove the app tomorrow if this isn’t resolved.

Update has skewed ability to choose correct rider. I would initially have rated this game a five. It’s really quietly engaging. However, since the coin debacle/fix, I can no longer reliably tap on the correct rider. I lose most often to tapping the guy in front or behind the one I was trying to tap. So many lives lost this way! Super frustrating! I have not figured out what the exact skew is to reliably choose the intended individual. The levels with large grids are almost undoable

Greed vs player longevity or bugs?. This game had so much potential. It was fun, the levels got more challenging but I had to follow my own rule with ads..if an ad interrupts a level …Delete! The first 10 levels were great then the ads kicked on. I choose the extra points the first time then I chose less points/ no ad and got an ad anyway. Tried it again, same thing. If you choose less points maybe you get a shorter ad, I couldn’t tell. The same ad kept coming up with a freezing baby. What a horrible ad. That said….I’m done, too bad it could have been fun.

Fun. Enjoy Bus Jam a lot, hopefully more updates to come! One minor bug I noticed. There are times in a puzzle where there are multiple buses for the green characters. What I noticed was that the green characters do not always go on the green bus. They will sit in the holding squares after I tap them. And no, this is not because I selected the one with the “R” on his hat. I have a screenshot showing the issue but can’t find the address to send an email to the developer. It only happens with the green characters which is odd. Other than that issue, really enjoy the game.

Challenging. Just came across this game. It’s a fun n challenging game but so far not so challenging to the point of impossible to pass a level. I can’t stand a game to start out easy n a few levels in the level can’t be passed! I’ve deleted many a game that starts out easy n then gets impossible to pass fast! No gradual increase of difficulty just bam goes from easy to impossible in 5 levels! N those games r for 4 year old n up? I’d like to see a 4 yo pass those impossible to pass games! I hope this game stays challenging but not impossible to level up. Update- got to a level of no way to pass the level! 😡 hate games that do this 🤬! It’s been deleted!

Glitch with one color. UPDATE: what’s going on with ALL the colors?? I’m in the 500s levels and nothing will make them get on the buses no matter how many are in the grid spots. I keep using up my money to add spots and they won’t go onto the bus. Do ALL colors need to be 5 people now? I’ll have to stop playing because that would start using up all my points. Please advise! Thank you. I love this game. It fun and not too complicated. I’m in the 300s levels and have recently noticed what seems like a bug or glitch. The neon green color has to have 5 people before it can get on the bus. Now that I’ve noticed it, I usually have to add a row before I run out of space and then have to watch an ad to continue. Is this intentional or a problem that needs to be fixed?

Major glitch on level 2133. I love this game and don’t understand any of the negative reviews? I paid for the ad free version and that’s it. The game is very achievable if you just try. Until 2133, the game freezes when you get down to the bottom left corner. If you play the other side you can usually get everyone off the screen except one orange guy in that bottom left area who is just permanently frozen. Extremely frustrating. I miss my favorite game and want to continue playing.

Not sure what’s going on?. I’m on level 100s almost to 200 since I am sick with the flu I love playing this game to kill time.. on side of that, I would play and (not sure if there’s a glitch?) but I would almost get to the end and I get to the color I need but I wouldn’t have any more slots to get my last colored person and then I have to start all over it didn’t happen just one time it happened more than multiple times I just want to give up on the game.. help?

You are will own nothing mentality. Some levels are impossible without paying 500 coins to continue. At times this is just a guessing game as to where the right color riders are. The element of chance gets you into the trouble, even after playing a level several times. Why can’t games be purchased outright like they used to be, rather than having to pay a continual stream of money which will eventually make it impossible to continue playing without paying out real cash. The game is entertaining and I wouldn’t mind paying a few bucks to outright buy it. This goes along with the “you will own nothing to mentality. Greed is a horrible thing!

I CANNOT move on without buying extra points or whatever it is.. I really was enjoying this game. It starts off as incredibly easy, which is always nice. And then it went on to become a bit more challenging. However, I have been stuck on the same level 43 probably still with 20 tries. The only way I can proceed is if I buy some kind of help, which, obviously I don’t want to do. How do I skip a level? I’m about to delete the entire app.

Decent Game. This is a fun game of strategy with less ads then most bus games and the majority of them are under 10 sec (many 5 sec) so I don’t mind them at all. The issue is that the higher you get in levels, the more you realize certain levels are impossible to win without boosters. It’s a little annoying to realize that this game isn’t less scammy than the rest, just more insidious about it. But you can enjoy a good game for a pretty decent amount of time before that starts to happen.

No control over challenges:(. I really enjoyed the first few hours of playing. Nice cognitive challenges. Then this bomb challenge showed up. Instead of relaxing and strategizing, it became stressful. There’s no avoiding it so I keep quitting. There’s no ability to switch that challenge off so I will no longer play it. If I wanted stressful time-limited games, they are out there. I tried to contact support to ask if I could turn it off but couldn’t find help. I’m glad I didn’t pay for an ad free version of a game I’ll no longer play!

Glitches w/ updates. I absolutely love this game, and hope I can come back to change to 5 stars… the updates have been cool but with it has comes with glitches… one being that it will say I failed despite having the correct colored passengers lined up for the next bus, if all spots are filled it will say I failed… even though I have the correct passengers for the next bus in those spots. Not sure why, never had this problem before. Another one being that the passengers holding hands do not go to the platforms together, they break hands and only one will go to the platform. Please fix this

Nearly impossible without paying. It was fun in the beginning, but after a while it gets impossible to complete levels without boosters. Problem is you don’t get enough coins for boosters when you complete a level, and the only other way to get coins is to pay for them. There’s no daily rewards system either. There needs to be a way to get boosters without having to pay for coins. I’m frustrated by that and it ruined the fun for me. Unless the developer adds ways to attain coins more easily without paying, I’m done with this game.

DO NOT UPDATE and/or BUY COINS!!!. Don't waste time or money on this game! I get developers want to make money, but these jerks raise in-game option prices with every update. Used to cost 250 coins to replenish your hearts & now it's 500. They also manipulate game play where you almost feel forced to buy coins to continue to the next level. I also paid 500 coins, where you get 3 extra spaces, to continue the game instead of restarting level. I literally saw 1 and/or 2 squares disappear as I'm still playing the level. The blatant manipulation is unreal. I need to do a screen record & report it.

A PERFECT Game Ruined. This game used to be absolute perfection! It was all about skill and don’t believe the claims you have to pay to play. I’ve broken several of the levels people said were “impossible” with pure skill and a ton of patience with trial and error lol. I even played without using boosters which is much more difficult but I loved the challenge. I also loved that it was simple without all the side hype of other games. Well, here comes the 2025 updates to ruin a perfectly perfect game. It is now super busy with a bunch of side game distractions. That I could overlook but now they suddenly have a super invasive “privacy” policy which pretty much sells a ridiculous amount of your very personal info to the highest bidder. This was my FAVORITE game and very helpful for my anxiety but I knew it was just too good to last. I am so brokenhearted and went from playing all throughout the day to only a few times a week and now having to delete completely. So sad to let this one go.

Love no more. I loved this game and it was my go-to game, but that all changed a few weeks ago. I have been playing for a while and am currently at level 1734. I got there on my own and without spending any money. I won’t spend money on apps and if I’m flooded with forced ads all the time, I will ditch the app. I’m now at that point with this game. As I progressed through the game, my coin allotment would slowly increase and I had worked my way up to 50 coins earned per game. Now I am at 10 coins per game and ads after every game. Why? And the helps now cost more coins. It’s clear they want to make money at this point, which I understand, but this seems more like greed with the changes. I’m sad to be leaving this game but after all the recent changes, I can’t stay.

The bus jam game. It’s a good game but when you complete a one level of three portion if you make a mistake on the last level it should not take you to the beginning it should let you replay the one you made a mistake it’s really a frustrating when it take you to the beginning and the no option of re do or shuffle do anything

The Five Square Rule. I love this game! I only have one thing that annoys me. It’s the five people on standby, when all five squares are full the game ends. I think that if all five squares are full and I don’t need to add anyone I should be able to continue playing. For example, if there is a yellow bus with two passengers, three people on standby and two in the way of the last yellow passenger. I should be able to move those two and put the yellow person on the bus. The game should only end when there are no moves available.

LOVE this app. Fun, available for travelers with no internet connection, easy, challenging at times, fun and occasionally even frustrating - my fav app. Currently on level 3702. As others have said there may be an occasional very minor glitch but if you notify them as I have done a couple of times, they get it fixed immediately. I think they are a relatively new game and they are constantly updating and improving. Simply put: I’m addicted! Try it, you’ll love it. 👍

Fun Puzzle Game that Requires Strategy. The game developers give you levels without ads {I got 35) to play uninterrupted at the start. That alone is a great feature. Game play is smooth. Graphics are colorful. You do need to develop a strategy to clear some levels and that is a good thing, too. I like the game and paid to remove ads. Definitely worth trying if you like thinking games like this.

Addictive. I have enjoyed this game and spent too much getting assorted aids to continue. I am now at level 914 and have found that twice in this game ..a Very Difficult one, that I was stopped to ask if I wanted to go in or pay to continue. There was no reason for these inquiries. I had more spaces for men, no one blew up, and was free to move. It’s the first time this happened, but it occurred twice in the same game. Why?

Problems with in App purchases.. Today for the 3rd time, I have made a purchase and have not received the items I paid for. For instance, one purchase was supposed to give me 3 jump-a-man to the bus features. They showed up on the board, but when I tapped to activate a “jump”, no jump happened. I tried again. My available count was reduced by two, but zero jumps happened. Same thing happened when I used the feature that adds three spaces to the bus queue. Chat cannot help. I must follow a list of steps to request a refund. The instructions include a link, but NOT the link that is required to deal with the problem. The link I need is NOT tap-able, so I have to leave the app and type it in, & return to the app for the next instruction. I never successfully made it to the final step that allows me to request a refund. Sorry, but that’s it for me. LOVE THE GAME, but I’ve lost $40 now, so I’m done!

Kills your battery. Love this game but it uses way too much battery charge and lags a lot. Going to delete because of how it drains my battery

Luck based. Some levels are puzzles. Others are just random luck on if you pick the correct person for the next busses.

Inappropriate advertising. The game was really fun for both kids and parents, but it started advertising adult content games so I had to delete it.

Good game but they don’t make the rules easy to find. I enjoy playing this game. I don’t know what level I’m on, but it’s something around the 140 mark. I would have thought that the rules would be clear to me by now, but I’m still trying to find answers to some questions about how to play. Some of the questions relate to being able to play to complete the level I’m currently playing. But without the rules at hand I’m going to have to restart the level, I’m sure. And that doesn’t seem fair. Another review mentioned the ads that are supposedly 30 seconds long but in effect they are more like 45 or even 60 seconds long. If you want to turn your customers away from playing your game, then you have hit your target. However, if your goal is to make your customers happy while they are playing the game, then you need to rethink your approach.

Glitching. Loved this game got to level 454, can’t get past because it keeps glitching out. This has been going on for over 3 weeks and have had several updates during this time. No happy at all. Please fix this problem. I have even reloaded the app. 😡

Why 30sec ad and then 15secs more?. How many levels are there? Why are we now getting 45sec ads disguised as 30secs with a further 15secs that you can’t click through. Do you think the extra 15 secs is going to convince us to download the new game? You’d keep far more kudos if you shortened the ads as making them longer is not going to encourage us to download them. More I get sick of them and turn off the game and then you lose my interest and potential suckering in to you ads. Whoever thought up this commercial idea failed.

Needs recalibration for iPhone 12. Good game, but very hard to play on the smaller screen of iPhone twelve, as the passengers are so small it is easy to press the wrong one and lose a life. I hope this can be fixed, as the concept is great.

Disappointed. Level 150 shuts down unexpectedly while playing. Updated the app except that doesn’t help the issue. Please developers create a bug fix for this glitch as I have been enjoying the game up until now! Only 3 stars because of the issue.

Stuck on level 401. Was really enjoying this game, however I’m stuck on level 401 and can’t see a way to pass it unless I spend $$, which I refuse to do.

Level 835 kicking me out for NO reason, almost solved, tiles remaining & options to clear the board. This game WAS good until the latest update, since then it lags badly, freezes and Level 835 kicks me out EVERY TIME for NO reason, I have it almost solved, still have tiles left and options to clear the whole board. I have tried to contact Rollic and have had NO response for 2 days now.

ISSUE ON LEVEL 350. I was enjoying this game but there is an issue on this level with the blue colour. I’ve deliberately failed this so I could check all colours. In this level there are only 8 blue & you need 9. I refuse to spend money.

Love it!. The interface is slick and easy to use. The puzzles are both fun and relaxing and I play it as often as I can while listening to my own music. I was happy to pay to remove ads as I think its a very reasonable price. My only suggestion to the developers would be to add a volume slider for the sound fx and also the option to change the sound fx rather than just being able to change the skins.

Reduced value of reward coins!. Love the game, but really disappointed that the reward coins have dropped in value! 10 coins for not watching an ad or 20 for watching instead of 40 and 80???

Stuck. I love this game but have been stuck on level 150 for weeks. The game continuously closes in the middle of the game, before you can get to the end of the level it just shuts down. No new updates available and no support when you contact them so no way to fix the problem. I’d love to continue playing because it’s become my favourite game.

Must spend to progress. I was happy to buy this app as it was fun while thinking strategically. But then I got to level 117 on the game and the solution is impossible without spending. There is no way to move on as you keep failing. Essentially if you don’t want to pay to play after the game has reached its limit then don’t buy this game.

Offensive ads are a deal breaker (not your fault but they stop me playing the game.. Love the game but the offensive ads are turn off! I know you have no control over them but they are a deal breaker and have stopped me continuing to play this game. Please develop a paid to buy completely ad free game.

Can’t pass Level 20. Really good game - not too many ads which is a huge plus!! But there’s only 2 orange passengers at the end of Level 20 making it impossible

Obsessed. I absolutely love this game. Pity about the ads. I have hooked my daughter and mother on playing it also. I would give it five stars if the ads were shorter by half or you pay a small yearly subscription. Thanks for a brilliant game though.

Great updates. Been playing for a short while. At start it fell short of normal basic game expectations, however in the last cpl days they’ve upped their game considerably. Gifts and innovative extras etc. much much more satisfying. Love this !!!!!!

Level 140 impossible to pass. I loved the game till I got to level 140 with passengers holding hands there is no way to pass this level as the spots all fill up and you can’t get to the next passengers for the colour bus will probably stop playing

Glitch on level 454. Love the game but when it looks like you are going to complete the level the game turns off

Same 2 games repeated over and over. Bus jam update that includes the “Master League” recently for more levels has provided only the same 2 games over and over. Even though you progress through the levels numerically. Started at 947, I’m now on 957 and it’s still the same game. Same colours, in the same position.

Pay wall. Two significant issues. At level 117, I can’t progress as I don’t have enough coins to add spaces or other bonuses. I have 6 available spaces and the three first occupants are right at the back. I need 7 spaces to progress. 2nd item there is an advert placed directly over a button, which forces you to exit the game and restart because you can’t access the continue button ! Good fun game, but two major faults. One of which will cause app deletion.

Too keen to place adverts. They put an advert over the “continue” button on my iPad when you fail a level. Very frustrating.

Can’t pass level 177 without paying money. I loved this game and was addicted! But I’m stuck on level 177 and cannot pass it without paying for extra holding squares or a colour change. I have counted every combination possible and it’s impossible without spending $$$ which I do not have. Developers/creators: please add a way to win coins/bonuses and/or fix level 177 so people can win without money.

Fun game. I paid for this app to have no ads as there are HEAPS of ads. But it’s now fun to play because the game isn’t stopping for 30 second ads every 10 seconds.

Bug on level 553. Haven’t been able to get past this level as some of the little men become unselectable when little men next to them are moved to the holding bay or bus even if these little men are free. I don’t want to download mail to get app support either. Otherwise fun game

Changed game play. Recently an update was done that changed gameplay (double tap removed run through) making it harder. The only reason this would have changed is to entice people to buy boosters. Sadly, I will get rid of this app for that reason Before that, the game was great.

Great game, FAR too many ads. Great addictive game, but there are far too many ads, even when you pass the level sometimes there are 30 seconds of unstoppable advertisements.

Was fine until level 95. Level 95 doesn’t have enough red passengers to complete the level. Can’t post a screen shot but there is no way to pass this level because one bus can never be filled to move on

It’s a guessing game. I think the levels where the men’s colours are visible it’s awesome as one can strategically move them. Deserves a 5 star. On the blacked out levels it’s a guessing game where no strategy is applied till you’ve eventually lost multiple lives to get to the right colour. Lost interest.

Stuck on level 594. I love this game. Is there some hints when we get stuck

Touchpad off. I was loving this game before the update. Unfortunately, since the update the touchpad is off so you tap one person and the one in front moves. It’s happened so many times and it never ever happened before the update so it’s not me.

A real shame. This game has great potential. I spent real money because it’s worth it. HOWEVER. Unless you stop the missing colour glitch AND fix screen touch sensitivity.

Pay to play only option. I got to level 171 before I couldn’t progress without spending money. The reviews mentioned it doesn’t get rid of ads if you pay. Would have been willing to watch ads for coins, but there is no option for that in the game. Now stopped playing.

Still Not impressed. I loved playing the game until I got to level 125 and the game started freezing then the APP would shut down. I contacted the creators through APP but got no response. After a few weeks of trying, the game miraculously started working again until level 150! Now the same issue again. I have tried every troubleshooting option several times with no results. I purchased a pack which was wasted because of this fault. My previous review resulted in a response from the creators telling me to try the troubleshooting in the APP which doesn’t cover my issue and guess what? Still no response! What reputable game developer does not bother to respond to messages within the game APP, especially after directing a customer to reach out this way? Don’t bother with it unless you enjoy repeating the same thing over and over again and not being able to move to a new level!

Repeated Levels. I’m on level 1747 and all the recent levels have been repeats of previous levels. I really enjoyed this game but it’s boring now as I am just replaying the same thing.

This afternoon I open it up and it is saying i need to update, however when i try to update it tells me i am not conneted to the app store, however i am and signed in. This game last updated 6 days ago. Now hit this eternal loop of stuckness. Please fix this.

Different versions. When you need help and the versions that try and help you are all different. Why is that?

Ads. Too many ads and they run way too long. Really puts you off. Good game but can’t be bothered with all the ads. To get your points you need to watch an ad and it can be up to 35 seconds long. 😵‍💫🥴

Impossible without paying. Loved it until I got to level 177. Couldn’t be done without paying.

Go back to the way it was!. Used to be a great game. You used to be able to send 2 passengers to the bus with only one square left, if one of them was getting on the bus and you had at least one passenger of the next bus colour. Since the last update, you can no longer do that. Some levels can only be completed in this manner. Fix it or I will be forced to delete it.

Clicking 2 persons quickely. We cannot click quickely on 2 persons, when we need the 2nd to complete the bus when the 1st is already in the bus or will be in the next bus like it used to be :-(

Fun puzzle game but the ads. There’s a 30 second ad after each level.

Fun until I hit a glitch. Level 86 is impossible. There isn’t a bus rider of the right colour so I can’t get the buses to continue to come. LAME.

Money Grab. There’s no way of getting past level 189 without purchasing more tiles, so going to have to delete this app. Shame because it was quite a fun game.

Fun game but….. Fun game but “prizes” and tokens for winning games do not align with ability to use tokens to purchase game aids, ie 10 or 20 coins if you win a game, but 1800 coins to purchase one game aid (like undo or to add more tiles to hold people). No undo button (unless you want save and use 1800 coin tokens or to purchase at ridiculous cash prices). I might have considered buying if cost was a buck or $2, not $17.99.

Colourful game. I am amazed at how entertaining this game is . It keeps you motivated . Looking forward to the next level . Background them would be nice at each level.

Game is great except for one bug. The game is fantastic and I thoroughly enjoy the game exception for one bug, the very last open spot to store people. The game allows you to put people into waiting spots which is a great concept, except for the last spot. You should be able to store someone in that last spot without the game ending, otherwise what is the point of the spot. If you happen to click super fast you can have someone go into the last spot and the following passenger walk in and get on the bus, and the bus pulls away and the next one comes in. However if you click a split second too slow the passenger fills up the last spot and even though the passenger to fill the bus is walking the game ends in failure. It should not have to be a rush to click/tap super quick to allow yourself to use the last position. Fix this and I will be happy to rate this as a 5 star otherwise it is very frustrating

Challenge and prizes. The game is well designed but there’s no prizes and no levels of challenges

Good game but…. It’s a good game. Too many ads though. Whoever’s bright idea it was to put a GIANT bar across the top of the screen, covering the buses, needs to rethink that. Can’t see how many passengers I have already on the bus. Needs to be fixed.

New Update Awful. I loved this game, but since the newest update, I’ve now deleted it. They removed how many lives you can have down to just 3, and make the actual game impossible unless purchasing upgrades. Very disappointed. Yet another game lost to forcing people to have to buy things but instead you’re making us remove the game altogether!

Bus. Your game is the best

Challenging but crashes too often. I’ve been playing this for quite a while and I really enjoy it! Unfortunately, for the last 2 weeks or so, the app has been crashing way too often!

Forced to stop. I was really enjoying this until level 95 but can’t find a way around it . I went on YouTube to watch the solution, but even that was done with a cheat, so I will be quitting, sadly. I would recommend the developers build in advertising to help with hints.

Even better since the update!. On level 595, and yes, I paid for it, but it’s a fair easy to medium game for those tired of word, match and bubble burst games. With the newer version, you have to be a little more careful in your choices, but all round a good game for the price paid to remove ads!

Can I send you a screenshot?. I enjoy playing this game,but I had to delete it. The reason being is that I can’t get through level 43. When the yellow bus shows up, there is no 3rd passenger. I emptied the tunnel, with room for the third passenger to get on the bus, there is no passenger! I have the screenshot to prove it. Please fix this!

Super inconsistent. Sometimes the game will end when you fill the last spot, and sometimes it will not. It’s super inconsistent and there’s no reason that sometimes it allows you to put a person in the last spot versus not. The reason I’m giving it a one star review, is because I emailed the company, and nobody has gotten back to me. So frustrating !

Really fun, but rigged.. I’ve encountered multiple levels where the puzzle is unsolvable. The game requires 3 of the same colour to get the bus to move, but they don’t supply you with the people to fill the bus. Meaning you have to sacrifice the life you’re playing on, and start again. If you’re out of lives you need to watch an ad video to play again. It’s messed up, because I really enjoy the game.

My review. It’s actually pretty fun to play Ngl I hope there’s more buses to unlock I haven’t played the game that long to know but I played it enough to say it’s good. Hope there’s a sequel with more realistic cities,passengers, and buses.

Interesting. Initially I thought this was way too simple to be any fun. But at level 58 it became very interesting. Make one wrong move and you fail. For the most part it is too simple, but they periodically throw in a challenge that makes the mundane worth it!

Not Too Old To Be Obsessed. This is THE ONE! This is the iPhone game I sit and play for hours. I resent having to eat, having to pee, having to take pills, receive calls from grandkids and having to go to sleep at night. The game’s images are a bunch of tiny faceless, impish passengers waiting to board a bus OF THE SAME COLOR as the loading passenger. You must strategically work your passenger toward the bus to get on; even if he is WAY behind other passengers, you must bring him forward. After 5 fails; you begin again. The tiny, heart warming passengers remind me of Teletubies. They are Adorable! I so love this game I purchased the offer to eliminate ads during my game. Now THAT is OBSESSIVE!!

Rigged game. Its a game to play if you want to kill time i enjoy putting the ppl on the bus but when you get stuck on a super hard level you will have to pay for boost or extra titles no matter how what. I am currently stuck and have been stuck on level 99 for a week. I do not have enough couns for a booster and I am not going to buy any so I will be unistalling this app.

Good game—-but. It’s a fun game , but some of the levels are almost impossible to solve. I really dislike the timed levels because they don’t give enough time to complete it. I’ve been on one for three days now (so I know exactly which ones to pick but always run out of time. I will have to just delete the app to end my frustration.

Corners you to pay/watch ads. I don’t know whats the point of picking the lesser reward instead of a bigger one in exchange of watching a video if it’s going to make you watch the video no matter what you click. And the exploding passenger was a fun little twist but now it goes off before you even have the chance to move other passengers. So now I have to buy things in order to continue? No thanks. Uninstall.

Certain levels glitch. The game is fun to play to kill time. However, certain levels have a glitch to where the colors won’t go into the buses and also there aren’t enough colors to go in the buses (5 purple people instead of an even six). I even spent coins to do the color drop and it didn’t even work so now I’m stuck at this level.

Bus Jam Review. On the bright side…this is an incredible game that I have been playing for over a year. Very fun and challenging for your brain. At level 2715 I have now reached a point where you can’t win unless you have the patience of Job. Probably will delete it soon (unfortunately).

New update ruined the game. With the new update, the coin reward for completing missions was slashed from ~60 down to 10. Even with the multiplier from watching an ad you now only get at most 20 coins. Which means there's no longer any point in choosing to watch ads. Which would be fine except most of the time the game tries to force you to watch an ad anyway. My advice: when this happens, shut down and restart the game rather than watch an ad for no benefit.

Fun game!. I have enjoyed this game. It’s a great challenge and yes some levels are hard to pass but so far none are impossible. My one and only complaint is that the levels are getting repetitive now. They may be switching the colors but the blueprint is exactly the same over and over again. Hoping that they add new blueprints soon!

Not enough people. I would give this 5 stars except I couldnt finish the level three times because not enough people. The ice people seem to be random in who loses ice and who can run with half ice. Also, no one will be blocking a person but they cannot get out. Please help me. I have also spent a bunch of money trying to finish the level. I am stuck on 171. There are no more passengers so I had to leave the game.

Colorblindness. This game is not a bad game by any means. I couldn’t get very far in the game, though, because some of the colors are SO similar to each other I couldn’t tell the difference. I’m not truly, fully colorblind, but sometimes I have a hard time differentiating really similar colors. If you can do that, this would be a fun game for you. For me and others like me or with true colorblindness… it basically won’t be possible.

I love this game. I'm on level 1,729 now and honestly, it's just a recycle of boards at this point but I love this game so much that I just keep playing. The best part about this game is playing it without cheats. Although you will win plenty of cheat options, the game is more challenging without them. Have Fun!!

Fun but hit wall. Very fun game but at level 207 I hit a wall where I needed a booster or coins. There’s no way to win that level by skill. That stopped me. I don’t mind buying boosters or coins for the fun of continuing sometimes but every level should at least have one skill solution no matter how difficult. I won’t go down the money trap.

Could’ve been fun. I like the concept and its fun to play but it keeps bogging down, causing me to have to shut down the game and restart it. It’ll play one or two levels, them lock up, like its too much for the processor to handle. Also, it makes my ipad super hot. I don’t understand how this simple game could overheat my ipad when i play much more advanced games with awesome graphics and they don’t overheat my ipad. Weird. Anyway, had to delete.

Pathetic Developers. I played this up to after level 185 and opened up to 6-7 waiting spaces until I discovered they buried colors you need before the end way to the back of tunnels you have to make purchase to extend and get more spaces every time to complete level. Then got to a level that couldn’t possibly have all the color yellow pieces to complete the level.. there was actually one still in the tunnel so there’s no possible way there were 2… perfect way to get someone attached to beating a game that can’t be beat because they rigged it so you can’t

Fun until level 20. I was having fun playing, paid for no ads. Until level 20. I’m stuck with not enough passengers for the bus at the end. Only 2 oranges when I need 3! And there is none left! 😫So I can’t go any further. I tried replaying the level (had to lose a life 🙄) but it still ended the same way. If this had not happened, I would have given it 5 stars.

Disappointed. Currently on the free level 1400, this is a Simplified but deceitful concept of a game. Theres no point in earning rewards whereby when you tap-to-use, the app all-of-a-sudden, glitches, or you lose the reward. If you earn a timed unlimited reward, it includes ads that take away your time, which is frustrating. The reward is intended for you to play without interruptions. Anyway, I guess that’s why we shouldn’t play games in the first place, because they’re pointless, baseless, and a waste of time.

Make Bus Jam Fun Again. I’m on level 5666 … I’ve enjoyed this game immensely. I have bought several packs to use in play. I used to be able to finish loading a bus as long as I had at least one “person” of the next color in my open slots. Now, the game won’t let me do this and it was the most challenging part of the game. Seeking something new now.

Paywall to Play. I hit a paywall at level 162. There was literally no way to get through the level without purchasing extra tiles or the color changer. And there is no option to watch ads to compensate. So, even though I had a lot of fun playing the game, I removed the app from my phone because I could not go any further. The developer should consider allowing the player to watch ads in lieu of paying to advance.

No way to pass without boosters. I agree with another reviewer that once you reach 397 you have to use a booster. I did have enough coins and made it past only now to be stopped at 401. You don’t get daily coins like other games so unless I want to spend money I cannot continue. It was fun till now. So I will be deleting unless they give players a chance to earn coins some other way like most other games.

Missing Passenger. I am on level 360 at the very end and there should be one more yellow passenger. I cleared all the tunnels and all of them have 0 there is NO yellow passenger left, hence I’m on level 360 so I know when I’m out of passengers in the tunnel. There also been times when ice players don’t defrost while I’m moving other passengers, so unfortunately this game has lost my attention and time, I don’t know if the game is glitching or they are being deceitful but either way I don’t like nothing about it !!!

Not free - but was fun. This game is only free until level 90 - then you have to purchase boosters to complete. It’s been very fun up until now. There is no way to earn boosters or coins without completing levels & level 90 is the first time I’ve come to I’ve come to a level that the colors are not set up to allow completion without a booster with the limited number of hold spaces you are given.

Forced to Use Coins?. I just hit level 180 and there is NO possible solution except to pay for the extra tiles. Recently I used coins so I no longer have 500 for the extended game plus tiles. In other words, I must spend my own real money to solve this level. I've just recently paid for Ad removal. This seems unfair and anti-customer. I did a search online about level 180 but it's completely not what I have. What do I do??

Really??. Twice I have been unable to finish levels because there aren’t enough of the same color riders! I tried to attach a picture of the last time it happened. Glitch or what? Frustrating beyond belief. Please try to fix it as I have to use my lives to replay the level.

Bus jam. Disappointed with this game. I had no choice but to pay 500 coins to get extra places for people on Level 90 only to have the places removed while still on the same level! This forced me to have to pay another 500 coins to continue to get through this level. I have enjoyed this game on my iPad (I’m on Level 403) and never had this happen! Please return my coins. I would then be happy to change my review and continue playing Bus Jam. Sincerely, D. Sims

Why no help!!. I really like this silly game for some reason. Unfortunately I have a reached a level I can’t get past, and I don’t have enough points to get help. I have come back to try again over the last few weeks but still can’t advance. Guess I won’t play moving forward. If the option existed for me to watch videos to get points to help I’d watch then but can’t get any help. Will likely quit playing.

Ehhh. Great game other than majority of the adds to get extra coins won’t let you “x” off of them. You have to completely clear the game out without getting the reward. Which I think is very misleading and a scam. Definitely should be fixed.

Loved it, BUT. I loved this game so much. Perfect amount of challenge and mindlessness, BUT after a few days of playing I noticed my battery was draining surprisingly fast, and upon review, THIS GAME was taking 70% of my battery life!! 😩😩 that’s without allowing notifications or tracking across other apps. Super sad that it had to go.

Super fun, lots of bugs. This is perfect to play and unplug. However, lots of bugs throughout the higher levels. Often correct colors are on the ramp, but won’t hop on. When you hit undo, the little guys get stuck running backward and game freezes. Store to purchase coins will intermittently just say n/a, so not able to purchase more coins. Will continue to play, because it’s fun. Please fix the bugs!

Good Start. I really really like this game! My only issue is that the colorblind mode is not the best…I am really happy that there is a color blind mode, but I wish it either put some sort of symbol on the people or there was a way to pick the colors or patterns yourself. Even with the colorblind mode I can tell the difference between the colors so it doesn’t completely help.

Fun and challenging until it’s not.. I’m in the 500s levels and I haven’t had to pay anything. It’s completely possible to play this game with a little critical thinking and patience. My issue is I no longer have a time limit at the higher levels so it doesn’t feel challenging anymore and now I’m getting bored.

Color order now changing. I have enjoyed this game for a while — I’m at level 1741. I enjoy the challenge, for levels I don’t win the first time, of replaying the level to figure out how to win. But now, when you replay a level, the colors/locations of the people are all changed, and even the buses come in a different color order — so there’s no opportunity to learn from your mistakes to complete your level. This completely ruins the game, so I will be moving on to a different game now.

Why No Offline Option??. I LOVE this game, but was concerned about how much data it was taking up (yes, I know, it’s 2024 and I don’t have an Unlimited Data plan. Sue me) so I turned off its access to cellular data. Now the game won’t even run at all without it! This is very unusual for a single player mobile game. There’s absolutely NO reason not to have an offline mode.

Frustrated with Paywall. I’ve been enjoying this game a lot for the past several days, but like many other people, I’m irritated that you eventually hit a paywall. This could be solved (albeit slowly) by receiving a daily login reward of either coins or boosters. Other games by the same developer have a daily reward, so it seems natural that this one would too.

Reward coin amount is terrible!. I love this game and I play it non stop. I am up to level 2893. Now … every time I win, I used to get a minimum of 47 coins. Then I had a chance to watch a short ad to multiple it up to 3X! Now …. It’s TERRIBLE … I only get 10 coins as a reward. And to top it off, you can watch an ad to multiple it up to 2X! That’s only 20 coins maximum. It takes 500 coins to play on and 250 coins to buy more lives. This is Awful!!!!!!!

Racist Ads by King Solitaire King. I am very sad to share that while playing Bus Jam there is an ad that is played on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS of young Caucasian pregnant girls and girls carrying toddlers dancing and lip syncing songs with very offensive lyrics. Particularly one girl holding a toddler rapping "You can keep that (N-Word)" in which it shows her THREE times repeating that lyric. This ad is very distasteful, disgraceful and extremely disrespectful that needs to be removed immediately. Not only is it promoting young girls to have children at an early age, but racist by allowing these girls to use offensive language. My hope is that this ad gets removed ASAP!

Too many ads, gets to wear levels are impossible without cheats. This developer seems to specialize in starting out with a fun, challenging game and then evolving it to where there are levels that literally cannot be won without using one of the cheats/tools which require you to pay money to buy them. You will be served lots of opportunities to watch an ad for bonus rewards, but you are going to get served ads no matter what. From what someone else commented after paying for no ads, he got ads anyway.

not ipad friendly. ad for game shows up in landscape (horizontal) mode on ipad while playing different game. Interests me so I get it, but when I go to play it, the game wont rotate now and will only play in vertical!! Hate that!!! Use my ipad with keyboard cover attached so ability to rotate games are key. If it can be advertised in landscape, why cant i play it in landscape. bummer-cuz i did try it out, and i like it, but not worth the effort of removing/juggling the keyboard case every time

Paid and still a lot of ads. I paid, so I would not have to watch a lot of ads. However, if you get stuck on a level for a little while after running out of lives, it just ad, after ad to try to get through the level. It no longer fun when you spend more time watching ads than playing the game. You can watch ads, or pay more money , or you have to stop a lot and go back to it a lot of times. No fun. No hints, no help, just ads. I wasted my money.

Misleading. You have the option to get more coins when you beat a level if you watch an ad, and I opted not to not realizing you would need to in order to keep playing. By level 33 there were not enough colors to finish a bus, so you have to use a booster in order to beat it. By not watching ads, I had 700 coins by this point. The cheapest booster pack to help was 1500 coins. So I would have to by more coins. If I would have known, I would have just watched the ads . lol. Too late now, byyyeeeeeee

Never Would’ve Thought. I saw this game playing some other game. The Ad was cute and interesting. I decided to download it and play. 3 weeks later I am on level 198! This is so much fun and only wish the leaderboard and/or win streaks are on. I would love to see how far along I have came. 🥹 Anyways… back to playing!!

While I enjoy the game …... While I enjoy the game it’s a sham saying you can beat every level without the added helps . I don’t like games where I have to pay for helps to beat a level ! I had been playing non stop and I’m now stuck at 85 unless I pay for helps . I will probably delete 😕 fun game but that’s whack. I you tubed the level there is literally no way to move beyond with out them and I don’t like that .

Not my $$$. I used to enjoy this game until the developers made it a money grab. To make matters worse, I paid and didn’t receive my purchase. When I contacted Support, they told me to keep playing and “maybe the issue would fix itself”. Time to delete this app. Don’t waste your time with it unless you have disposable income

Too many glitches!! Do not pay for helpers. Almost every other round, something goes wrong. The frozen people don’t thaw, the ppl who are free act like they are stuck and won’t move, there will only be 2 of the color needed and therefore you can’t fill the bus and move on. Just glitch after glitch. Let me be your lesson and DO NOT spend $$ to just throw it away. I wish I learned my lesson after my first waste of money purchase.

Is this game winnable?. I started playing the game a few weeks ago. I LOVED it. Until I reached level 304. Usually when I get stuck on a level, I’m able to win it after 24 hours or so. Not with 304. I’ve been stuck on it for 4 days. I’m CONVINCED it’s impossible to win this level. I’m very frustrated and close to deleting it. I can fill the first 2 buses but the third with purple I haven’t been able to fill. There are too many passengers and my free spaces get filled before I can reach the ones I need.

Sooo many ads, very little free rewards.. This really is a fun game, but if you don’t want to spend any money, you will spend waaaay too much time watching ads between games, and watching ads attempting to get free rewards. You earn very few rewards just for playing. And eventually they make levels you can’t win unless you pay(even though they claim they are all can be won without help). Lies. In my case it was 1211. I just deleted the app.

Stuck. I have loved this game!! However when you get to level 214, there aren’t enough orange passengers to finish. I’ve even spent money hoping by using the color dropper hint to pull an orange passenger from somewhere. But there isn’t one. I’ve exposed all the possible ones on the escalator as well. Not sure what to do at this point. I also can’t seem to find anywhere to get support on their website.

Garbage. The first few levels are fun and entertaining than after playing just 40 levels some glitch started happening where the game would short me a color I needed to continue. Like no one was on the field I had 3 blue waiting for the blue bus and 2 on orange, yet no orange person to be able to actually close out the game. Give up, try again, and does the same glitch than won’t allow me to use the third power up no matter how many times I clicked it. Definitely not worth it unless u somehow find it addicting enough to waste real money on this game.

Paid for no ads the first day. Now it says I have to pay it again.. It says if you pay for no ads that it will be permanent. I paid for no ads the day I downloaded the game and played for quite a while. That was several weeks ago and today I opened it up to play again and it is showing me an ad after every game and tells me I need to pay for no ads again. It said I would only have to pay it once but now it looks like it’s once a month. What’s up with that? I’m not going to continuously pay for no ads.

It was almost a pretty good game😢. And then it became literally impossible to pass level 62. You were required to board three orange passengers on the bus and only two would sit. There was absolutely no way whatsoever to contact customer support at all. There would be no mention of the game on their website and no way for players to contact the company. Their website was was literally useless for player support so at that point our only options were to delete the game for every or hopelessly wait that one day they would update it so that we could pass that level.
