HUD homes. App doesn’t function correctly. Not able to search anything.

App won’t delete off phone. I downloaded this the other night and it has never worked old or me. But what does work are the annoying pop ups telling me the add needs an update to run! Wait that’s funny I have deleted this app multiple times it’s not in any App Library so why the notification ? This don’t make sense… I smell something fishy.

Horrible. Wow I wish I could give zero stars to reflect not being able to use the app on my new phone. “Not supported on newest iOS version…….which is almost a year old, so is the app gonna work for a month at the end of the softwares life? Then the new iOS comes out and I’m $@!$&@ again?

Good but needs improvement. I like this app but would like to add the feature of logging into my account to view my saved searches (that are on the full website version)

App Great - Hud very bad. Most realtors won't deal with hud, because they screw everything up all the time. And it's a time limit with them. They really don't want to sell homes. They just waste you time. The seller broker is 0 yes ZERO help at all. You will find that you have to do most of the work yourself. If possible skip hud. You will thank me. If not I told you so. Look forward to losing some money, becouse you couldn't do what had to be done on time, because you didn't know it was your Job to do it.

Hate it!!!!!!!. I keep deleting this app and keep popping up in my cell, I don’t know what to do. I regret downloading this app.

It won’t go AWAY. I had installed the app and deleted after realizing I don’t need this app to find foreclosures in my area. Now, it keeps trying to reinstall itself! I’ve never had this problem with any other apps.

Worst App. Terrible app with no updates. Can’t even delete it… Stay away

If I could give this zero stars or negative stars I would.. Ever since I downloaded this app to my iPhone. I can not delete it off. It shows it’s deleted but I keep getting update errors on my home screen. Even after I multiple times delete the app. It’s as if it’s sending information behind the scenes or screen. Potentially making me feel like it’s stealing info from my phone. The developer hasn’t updated this app in 7 yrs so why won’t it delete apple needs to remove this from the apps. 😩

Can't wait for some updates. So far, looks really great! Would love to be able to submit offer via app as well as under Agent Info if it had a picture of the listing agent. Just so people know who they are calling regarding a HUD property. For a new app though, looks great! Kudos HUD. Definitely will be using app!

Cannot download. Keep getting update messages this app is not compatible with latest version of iOS. I guess developers need to fix this app for latest version of iOS.

Does not currently work with iPad Pro and iPhone 13 pro.. This app has not been updated to work with iPad Pro and iPhone 13 pro. It works with my old outdated iPhone 5 but it’s currently shut off since as of July first it will now longer be working.

Big ERROR with app!. I love the ease of use of this app. Biggest error is that you are listing the period deadline date in the box that indicates "Bid Submission Deadline". This is incorrect leading a buyer to believe they have more time than they do to get a bid submitted. I called and talked to someone at customer service but the problem persists the last time I looked. Wish list: Add the IE escrow information and the PCR or Condition summary page to this app. Also, a link to the bid submission page would be helpful as well. Can’t view Addendums?. Loved the app - but now can no longer view addendums!? What is going on? This is very frustrating, since this is an important function. Message is: “Server Error 404 File or directory not found”. This issue has been persisting for months. Please get this resolved asap!

Looking for a great deal on investment real estate or a personal home is made easy with this well-designed, super navigable interface. Search by street, city, state, zip or even a partial zip code. I use it often and would highly recommend it!

Broker. I just updated and lost the ability to search by County. Please reinstate this feature. This was a great app prior to the update.

The old version was better.. I much preferred the function of searching by county and state.

GREAT APP!!!. This is one of the best real estate apps I've found. Thank you, HUD, for releasing a usable, useful app for us! (hmmm... now if they'd just accept DocuSign).

Zip code search not working. I like the new tweaks, but when I search zip codes nothing is found. When I search states, I get everything for the state.
