Ease of App (Resident Portal). Once you are familiar, it is simple to navigate and to place maintenance requests there.

Effective GUI. Quick and easy to access rent and pay

App is fine.. in general, it’s a good app. I wish it allowed you to stay signed in, and that it gave you a pay statement that explained all charges, instead of just providing the total you owe.

I have use a lot in the past but nothing easy simple and straightforward like this . Definitely a 5-star experience. Only improvement area : I would love to be able to have notifications on when the maintenance is scheduled and when it’s done.

Review. This app is very convenient and is actually very useful. I am very appreciative and very excited to be able to use it and have everything all together in one area. The less I have to log in and remember, the easier it is on me 😅

Slow and clocked this month. Last month’s payment was smoother and quicker. Something was going on with the website today I’ve been attempting to pay my rent for the last six hours from my phone and my husband’s phone. We even asked one of our neighbors she said she was having issues too.

Payments are fast. It is fast and easy to pay rent with the app.

Easy. Let’s face it, nobody likes paying rent, but unless you want to sleep in a tent, it has to be done. The app makes it less painful, just a few clicks and you’re warm and dry for another month.

Maintenance. Whenever we need anything repaired, maintenance handles it asap !!!

No feedback…ever. You never know what is actually happening. I have had my first ticket closed with out addressing several issues in the ticket. You can’t reopen a ticket that has been closed even if it’s not completed and there is never any feedback as to what was fixed.

Needs work. The app is very limited. No detail for the charge is displayed - I know it is for collecting a balance due, but it is reassuring to see details behind the charge. Also, I could not find a URL to access it from a web browser, which is where I pay all my bills and manage money. In short, some additional development is needed. Although the concept is good.

Some difficulty,. both in setting up and signing in several times. Stalls out (spinning) takes awhile or says can’t connect with network sometimes. I have an IPhone with Verizon. Rent cafe was much faster.

Sign in. Why can’t this app leave me logged in like the other one??

App. This app will not keep your email even though the “remember me” option is selected. It is inconvenient to have to type out everything every time.

A little confusing. As there is no decimal point, my first payment was processed as a two digit amount, not the 4 digits I had expected and intended. Having made my first rent payment in the system, I am no longer a little afraid of it.
