So far so good. The app is very helpful for submitting work orders and the events tab looks up to date! It would be nice if the announcements tab showed emergencies (like our power outage with estimated times of restoration). It would also be nice to not get an email for everything submitted, the app is here so I don’t have to keep checking my email.

Difficult to initiate, but best was to submit. I had a very difficult time initiating everything with the app and submitting my first request. (Dependents are not allowed to set up the account. So we are at the mercy of our extremely busy service member to jump through all of the start up hoops. This is silly. If the service member trusts their spouse to be on the lease, they trust them to initiate service requests.) However, once we were able to get set up in the app, I have found it to be the best way to submit service requests. All service requests I made at move in were ignored and all requests I phoned in were ignored. However, this app creates documented proof that a tenant has requested service, therefore Liberty is contractually obligated to respond. Also, proving photos in the app of the issue helps streamline the process. Take a photo of either the damage, or the model number of your appliance so the maintenance crew can show up with the right parts in hand.

Efficient. This app makes life much easier. Being able to submit trouble calls with specific issues helps both the management team and myself to have issues fixed.

Professional, Kind and Responsive. We have had the best experience with the representatives and technicians. From responding to the maintenance request with a phone call to completion of the request, everyone is so responsive, professional and most of all kind! Thank you!

Horrible!!!!. Took them a month in a half to get a dead rat out of my wall and I had put in 5 different work orders for it. They told me I was crazy and they couldn’t smell anything, or they didn’t know where it was coming from. They screwed up my dryer while cleaning out the vent part and they never hooked it back up and then told me it was hooked up and ready to go. They finally came out when we took it all the way up and they had someone finally come out and cut multiple holes in the walls and ceiling to find it when I told them exactly where it was coming from. My four kids along with my spouse and myself started getting sick is when they took it seriously. Poor management overall.

Huge improvement from back in the day. Super convenient to be able to submit work orders with ease right from your phone. Not difficult to navigate at all.

LMH MIRAMAR. We recently moved to Miramar about a year ago and this app has worked great of quick maintenance requests. Our last housing company we would have to call in and wait on hold & sometimes things happen as your headed out the door so it’s nice to have a quicker way of getting those requests in.

Very simple and useful app. The interface is extremely simple. I love it. I would rather submit requests through the app and attach pictures then spend minutes on the phone trying to describe what the issue is. Nicely done on this one... This is my first ever app rating btw.

Surprisingly good. I’ve live in military housing at other installations at a time when work orders require you to log into a website. This has certainly changed the game. I like how streamlined and painless the process is. And the service workers are incredibly prompt and courteous. Kudos to JBLM maintenance and Liberty housing! Thumbs up on the app, and your exemplary service overall!

Super easy. Honestly super helpful. Call line attached is 24 hrs and if your hold is over 3 mins they’ll just call you back. Got my freeze fixed, recycling bin replaced, and a new garage opener all in one day. And the dude left us a lil microwave popcorn. Not sure if it was on purpose but sweet of em.

Easy to use and helpful to see maintenance history.. The folks at the call center are great but the app is very useful when I remember at an inconvenient time that I need to submit a maintenance request. I also love that I can view the maintenance history for reoccurring issues.

Too many options to select. When I wanna submit a work order, I shouldn’t have to classify what where when or whatever location I should have to only tell you the problem so that you can send somebody to rectify the problem the drop-down that you have to scroll forever to get to our bit annoying not to mention the fact that the company is a full has not been performing maintenance at an adequate or justified level for the last over a year. I’ve lived here.

Limited but required category options. Categories and subcategories are SUPER limited. It would but much more helpful if when you broadened your search, as the app will ask you to, other very common categories were included. I hate creating a request with a category that is unrelated just because it’s a required field to fill out. It makes the ticket seem chaotic, in my opinion, and possibly harder for maintenance to filter what the actual request is.

Easy to use and efficient in addressing issues. Easy to submit issues and staff have always been kind, courteous, and respectful of family and space when operating.

This app is great!. Love being able to submit requests and to be able to keep track of them. This app is such a convenience!! Way easier to submit through app. then having to call in a non-emergency request. If the office staff and maintenance staff are busy and can’t get to the phones. You just use the app. submit your request and done. Maintenance is there within 48hrs. It’s wonderful.

Convenient. It’s nice to be able to put in work orders whenever you need to without having to speak to anyone. Also a plus not having to wait on the phone for someone to answer or for business hours to come around.

Very smooth. At least putting in a maint request through the app worked! Lots of options in the drop down and plenty of room to type details. Fwiw, The website says you can submit a request, but it dumps out to the RECP site, not a maint request form

Better than being on hold. This works better than having to call and check status or submit work orders. Just do it through the app.

It works so fast. I just started using it but it kept prompting me to review it every time I submitted a work order. It took a full day to register my new password so I couldn’t use it until today. As long as maintenance comes by to complete the work orders, I’ll continue using it.

Easier to use than the website. Works well and is makes submitting requests easier. The category’s are either very specific or too vague making it difficult to find the correct issue you are looking for. Other than that it’s great!

Quick & Easy. I love that we can submit work orders through the app instead of making phone calls, and the directions within the app are super easy/to-the-point. Anyone who is not aware of this awesome feature needs to definitely start utilizing it, for time will most definitely be saved with the ease of this app.

New/ updated. I like the updated version of this app since switching to Liberty from Lincoln I feel like I can speak for every resident when I say we were a little nervous about the changing over of hands however I haven’t found there to be much difference other than an easier and updated app which I really enjoy

Requests. While you don’t want to have to put in a request this app makes it easier to do vice calling on the phone when you are doing other tasks. I like the ability to be able to select what the problem is or type in a summary of the issue and press send and know that it will go straight to someone and shortly you receive a phone and an email saying that your request was received. Also like being able to track the status of my ticket.

Extremely Easy For Maintenance Requests. Login was very easy and making a maintenance request was even simpler. Phone numbers are also available for easy access. Very well thought out app so far.

Too many categories. The app is good but finding the category then the subcategory and then the location can be hard when you don’t know which category the appliance falls under. Just saying there should be a search bar to find certain things faster, rather then clicking on every category and sub to find the closest thing to what your trying to find.

Extremely disappointed. Our oven hasn’t “gotten to temperature” the entire time we’ve been here (6 months). It took a while to figure out that was the problem. I put a work order in in December ( around the 14th). It took until about the 22nd to get someone here. Due to covid/quarantine, they couldn’t come in. Someone finally came today, January 5th. Now it won’t turn on at all. It says “LOC”. When our microwave went out, it took a week to get a new one. I understand certain items are higher priority, but PLEASE fix our oven. At this point I’d rather have it not come up to temperature but at least turn on. The oven is something I consider a high priority.

Very effective app. Our maintenance requests are always addressed in the quickest manner, and I have to think it’s because of the application in combination with the staffs attention to detail. The staff must always be staying attentive with the app because they always respond in a timely manner. Great job.

Great initiative to improve customer communication. This app is very user friendly. There are easy to select fields when submitting work requests. I feel the development of an app like this shows truly the privatized housing industry wants to improve communication with its military customers. This level of care is a necessity when half of the adults on the household could be deployed at any time. Having LMH improve thier ability to help the tenants puts mental ease in many military members minds, giving one less thing to worry about while out taking care of the mission.

Easy and reliable. I think the housing app is absolutely amazing. Sometimes it’s hard to get on the phone with an associate, and it’s way easier to request through the app. You can also check the status of your request so you know exactly what’s going on. It’s very fast and up to date.

Maintenance. This app is so easy to use! I love it! I hate talking and waiting over the phone and sometimes I’m not able to wait to put everything in. But with everything literally at the touch of a button is amazing! And the workers are awesome and everything has been done in a very timely manner! Love love love!

Overall great, but need to add “delete request” option. Mostly easy to use, but please add delete request option. Took just under ten minutes to call and try to delete a request today.. and it still isn’t deleted. This will likely waste the maintenance reps time.

It’s definitely improved. I appreciate the fact that some quirks have been worked out over the years and I feel strong that this app does its job. Never really had a bad experience with it but I’ve also had plenty of confusing problems that now don’t exist.

Mice and rats. First heard mice or rats in the walls submitted a maintenance request I was informed that day that pest control comes the following day and they will make sure this request gets to them to treat for the mice and rats, the day of that never happened and when I called the office they had no idea and submitted for the entry where they are getting inside to be sealed. Now why would I want it sealed if I don’t even know where the mice or rats are so now it’s sealed and we just heard two weeks later more mice and rats in the walls. Where all my cables and stuff is electrically. Unsatisfactory and ridiculous.

Ease of Use. The Lincoln Housing app has made submission of maintenance requests extremely simple. Prior to this app I would have to wait for working hours to call the office and submit my request. Now I can submit requests while lying on the sofa or in bed...after my wife reminds me for the umpteenth time. Thank you for helping out a forgetful husband!

Quick response time. Since we moved in, we have had some minor issues and everything gets fixed in less than 3 days. We are very impressed with the team.

Outstanding Application - works great!. It is easy to use and allows for quick and efficient submission of maintenance requests / issues and to communicate with management. We have submitted about 6-7 maintenance requests over the past 8 months and it works very well. Thank you.

Ease of Use. Very easy to use to find out information about the neighborhood. The ability to submit and track service requests is especially helpful.

Better than expected.. For a contracted and what many perceive as Government run business the app is surprisingly easy to use and extremely effective. They have staff monitoring it 24 hours a day so if you submit an emergency repair you will get a call within 30 minute. A little difficult changing profile pictures but that is small potatoes compared to the rest of the apps operation. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

LMH App Review-improvements. This app is great. It would be better if the renter could view the information from the maintenance tech that fixed the issue. If it was something simple that could be done by the renter in the future they could refer back to previous work orders. Also, when I am not home and work is done I do not know if it is actually complete and can’t check status updates. If this was more of interactive app where notes could be left that would be great. Also more notes from the renter as thing change, just some sort of update to assist maintenance. Thanks!

Decent but needs work. I love the ease of using this app however there needs to be options for Liberty to contact the renter to make an appointment for the items to be addressed. The ability for Liberty to enter with out resident home should default to NO not yes. Also when filling this out in detail about the issue none of this information tends to be transferred to the maintenance staff and they show up clueless as what needs to be fixed.

Does it’s job and clean appearance. Liberty Military Housing app is clean in appearance and does exactly what you need it to do. That is be accessible in allowing the home owner to write up discrepancies when needed. If your home needs maintenance it’s only a few clicks and a brief description away from being put into work. Getting the work done is a completely different story. Sometimes it’s quick sometimes it takes a while… but that’s just life. Longest I’ve waited was 3 weeks for a door to be fixed but that is not to bad considering they have 100+ houses to maintain within this base. Overall great app.

LMH App. Very convenient to place trouble tickets. Only thing I would improve is make all of the other features available. It could become a great one stop shop to pay your electricity bills if you went over the RECAP allowance. A great venue to sign up for exclusive community events if available. Lots of promise on this app.

Convenient and easy go follow. Work requests have never been easier. No phone calls, confusing questions or long hold times. Everything has a category and subcategory for you to easily guide the maintenance team to the issue you have.

Amazing. This app is very helpful and makes our lives very easy. The only down fall is some of the “options” for submitting maintenance request are vague or not an option. This is obviously not a show stop but maybe something to look into.

Poor design for the sub-category option. My alarm panel needs the batteries replaced, but when I went to put in the service request and selected “alarm” since that’s the issue, the only option for the sub-category is “intrusion”. This is an issue and there should be other options for the sub-category, especially since you cannot submit a service request without selecting an option under the sub-category menu.

Great, functional app. The app works really great. It’s really easy to submit a ticket as they have a ton of specific options. When the ticket gets put in someone almost always gets ahold of us within a reasonable time. The team it’s connected with will vary but the app itself is great.

Cable Services. I am very disappointed that the only cable service that is provided or allowed in my area is Spectrum. Spectrum is the worst service ever and their internet is terrible. Not to mention the fact that they waaaaay over charge for their very poor services. Please allow AT&T Fiber to be installed in our community. It is very frustrating and disappointing that we are not allowed to have a choice of internet/cable providers in our area! I’d give this negative stars if that was an option.

Great and easy to use but…. Consider fixing the layout at least on iPhone. When choosing menus and using the search feature, for example, searching a specific category or sub category under maintenance request, it doesn’t adjust the results section for the space of the phones keyboard, so everything is hidden while you type otherwise it seems like a pretty great intuitive app so far no complaints other than that.

Great for a US Government app. As someone who is used to having to call in service requests and ending up with misunderstandings and things lost in translation, this app is a nice change. You can write out exactly what the problem is and even provide a picture. I would like to see a little more comprehensive coverage of maintenance locations. For household locations all I saw was bedrooms. But that might not even be necessary since you can write out exactly what your issue is in the description.

LMH fan!. Lived in LMH housing for 10 years (2 different bases). Lived at this particular house for 7 1/2 years. Maintenance and management ALWAYS friendly and willing to help! Wish products were better quality but for the high turnover of residents (except a few of us) the product quality/cost absolutely make sense. Really glad they have the APP now, but will still probably call for issues as needed. Have to get used to APP after all these years of calling but it’s pretty user friendly so far! Bummed our maintenance requests on the APP only go back a couple years and not the whole time we’ve lived at this residence.

Easy to Use. Especially for maintenance requests, it makes it super easy to request when work is needed and saves time instead of having to call.

Wire mountain 3. The service team at wire mountain 3 are very helpful and efficient at what they do. A new gentleman who joined there team, has done all requests that we have sent in and he is very very fast and gets the job done the first time.

Improving the LMH app. Would be helpful if there was a drop down menu for the maintenance priorities offered to residents. If it were up to residents, I think they may select Emergency most times, but if there were info that was posted of what merited an Emergency-level work order, this would be more helpful, transparent, and realistic (expectation management). App.. The app is great and very convenient. Not sure how responsive it is once work order is submitted. But the system itself is user friendly.

Operational. Application functions fine but doesn’t look like anyone on the other end is responding to work order request that’s not emergency in a timely manner.

Easy to submit maintenance request. App is easier for me to submit maintenance request vice calling and going through a long recording and being transferred over to an agent. Just open the app when I see something requiring maintenance and done.

Chaffee/Patch. It is nice to see efforts to make everything more convenient for customers. Nice staff and pleasant experience every time a request is made. Very easy to use. Been using this app a little over a year now, makes putting in a request very easy and have no problems tracking it.

Quick and effective. Easy to use app. Maintenance staff generally gets back to me within an hour of my request during normal work hours. I have had no issues so far.

Easy Maintenance. 10x better than calling a helpline or office and trying to explain the problem over the phone. Also let’s you upload pictures to better prepare maintenance personnel with repairs!

Great App wish it was a thing years ago!. This is a great app. I wish the calendar was updated more often. Also if they would add a account section like rent utilities or a section with the owner renter book would be beneficial.

Makes Service Requests a Breeze. Really does make needing maintenance a breeze. We haven’t had any emergency situations but I feel if that were the case I would just call. Love the app.

Easy to use and navigate. Everything works well and it is easy to navigate and push trouble calls up so that I don’t have to spend time on the phone trying to get someone to help get things fixed.

Good functionality - could use a redesign. App works great; I just used it to call maintenance, and send my landlord an email. The dark theme doesn’t match the upbeat attitude that Liberty Housing usually has. I’d reccomend an updated theme with some blues or lighter colors

Works well. The app works well and responses from service teams are timely. The app would function better if it was installation specific due to some features and provisions unavailable.

Awesome App. My family and I send our maintenance requests through the app most of the time rather than waiting in line over the phone to speak to someone. It’s convenient and easy

App review. I would suggest taking out the sub category, or updating it. I had a fire alarm go off, I’m putting in the request I had to put in a subcategory to alarm and the only option was intrusion. It doesn’t make sense.

Easy to read and navigate. Great app, the only issue I had signing up was the housing office had my govt email down rather than my personal so at first I could not sign in. After I got that taken care of it’s been great.

Not Useless. The app is really okay good for service requests. There’s not much else to do with it. Although, this is a very fast and easy way to file a service request. I will update to see how fast it gets fixed.

Maintenance. The maintenance people here are really fast they get back to you within a week and get things done thank you so much for all the hard work you guys rock.

Extremely convenient. This app has been exceptionally efficient with putting work requests in. The ease of submitting a request and it going straight to the maintenance office makes it so much faster!

Swipe request away too often. It’s a fine app but I have found myself almost every time I make a service request accidentally swiping it away when trying to scroll down and having to start fresh. Very frustrating part of the app.

Easy to Use. I’m glad LMH uses this app for the residents to be able to submit service requests easily. All you do is fill in the blanks, submit some photos and you’re done!

Major issues with login. I kept going through the loops to enter my account but it would not work. I had to get my husband to make an account to be able to submit maintenance requests.

Straight forward and easy to use. App is not overly complicated making submitting a work request and checking status of requests straight forward and easy.
