Resident. Don’t understand why the app charges a service fee for you to pay your rent…?

Needs improvement. The app is alright but there is no way to update any requests, you have to put a new one in. You also can only attach photos but not videos to your maintenance requests which is less than ideal for things like leaks.

Can’t send videos. I was going to send a video to maintenance but the app will only attach photos. I had a noise issue with a ceiling fan and couldn’t send a video to share what it sounds like.

No Biometric Login or Saved Login Info. The AP does not seem to save your login information and for some reason doesn’t have a biometric login, meaning you have to type in your email and password each and every time, which is frustrating for an app that is used frequently.?

Quick & easy to use!. Very user friendly

Rent Pay Made Easy!. Love how the app gives you a detailed itemized breakdown of the rent cost and fees. Also love how it gives you several options including Apple Pay to make payments.

Works well!. Have used some bad management apps in the past that were buggy or slow. This one works incredibly well!

Easy to use but. Super easy to use but doesn’t save my login info and even if i go out of the app for a minute i have to log back in and type everything each time. More annoying than anything. I wish it would save to passwords

Brooklyn. Brentford at The Mile’s Resident Portal is A1, top tier, user-friendly that simplifies the process.

Payments. Don’t like that you limit when you can make payments or that it doesn’t show an expected amount that you can pay early. Also don’t like that you can’t sign up for amenities on this app. The amenities website that no one uses to sign up for things is clunky

Happy!. The app is quick and easy to maneuver. I love it!

Doesn’t keep you logged in. With the new update, every time you open the app it makes you sign in again. Even when you click the “remember me” toggle, it doesn’t work. Super inconvenient and sooooo frustrating to have to log in every single time. PLEASE FIX!!!!

Bring back the sign in cookies!!. As another user noted, since an update a month or so ago, the app no longer remembers your user name, so you have to type it out every time. It is no longer optimized to sign in using the Apple password manager, and it is extremely inconvenient. It did not use to be this way! It used to be very easy to log in :( Also, the thermostat scheduling is very finicky, even when it says a schedule is set and active, it often doesn’t work. However, the app is convenient for being able to access all of the apartment smart devices and for submitting maintenance requests.

Faster than Webpage. Good App!

Safety and maintenance. This is out of hand the alarm has been going off for the past 7 day not to mention for the last 6 months.. I have spoke to everyone all have given a different answer on when it’s going to be fixed..

Cost YOU money. Autopay just consistently doesnt work, say hello to $200 latefees on your tent because Kettler arbitrarily decides to do its autopay as much as 10 days after you set it to charge.

Ease. I find the app very easy to use. I like the itemized Bill Section.

Average At Best. You don’t receive confirmations if you’ve sent emails to building management through the app. This app is only good for making payments.

Great team!. I love our maintenance crew. They are always kind, friendly and willing to go above and beyond their call of duty.

Alarm. I have sent over 10 maintenance requests to fix this stupid loud alarm. Fix it!!!!

Balanced review. This app is definitely of a great help when it comes to online payment and checking if I have turned off the conditioner. It is also nice to be able to see my bill breaking down by expense. Face-access is priceless! It would be even more helpful if the bulletin posts were approved faster, if there was a social component to the app to help to get to know neighbors better & get in touch with them, it would be nice to use this app to really build a community.

Last update logs you out. The last update constantly logs you out and doesn’t properly remember your log-in credentials. Stopped using it…

my rat infestation problem at the Fields of Bethesda. I’ve lived at The Fields of Bethesda for 15 years, but the past few months have been deeply disappointing—especially due to the management’s complete lack of response to a serious health and safety issue. For over three months, I’ve been dealing with a rat infestation in my apartment. Despite multiple calls, emails, and texts to the office manager, I have not received a single response. No updates, no apologies, and certainly no resolution. This level of neglect is not only unprofessional but unacceptable. Rats pose serious health risks, and tenants deserve at least basic communication when reporting such issues. The silence from management has left me feeling ignored, unsafe, and completely disrespected. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere—unless you’re comfortable paying rent while living with rodents and being ghosted by the very people who are supposed to help.

Resident. This app normally works well , but would not accept my request yesterday. This has happened once before.

Can’t see what I’m typing in service request notes. App is fine and a good idea. Please fix problem with screen scrolling.

Difficult to login when needed. Once logged in the modules are slow to load. The thermostat schedule often doesn’t actually work. Hot or miss at best. Overall not great. But there’s no alternative.

Would give 5 stars but I have to log in every time I open it like it’s 2004. See title

One and done. I love this app. Everything is in one spot.

Req oven light bulb. It was a seamless and proficient request

Built-in Keyboard doesn’t have the special characters used for password. When trying to register, using the existing RentCafe account, it asks me to use the same password. However the keyboard used in this app does not have the special characters I need.

Horrible. Their latest update doesn’t even keep you signed in, it’s not just me other friends who live in our community complex are having the same issue, even if you select remember me it doesn’t. Their board for community messages basically unusable. No one even uses it.

Buggy App. Runs slow and frequently shows errors. Some features are not working at all. Interface layout is okay but could be improved

Maintenance App. It’s easy for me to use since I’m not a techy. I can make a payment & request repairs as well as take part in community activities.

Very Easy. The Kettler app is very easy to use.

Not user friendly. Format looks sleek, but not great if there’s any visual impairment. Not a single spot to view an itemized bill. Also, can place maintenance request,,, but no feedback is given. They mark them as complete, but … this may be management and not app dependent, though. App could be a lit better

So far so good.. Just moved in a week ago and all is well so far.

Very high service fee. Feel sorry for the communities that have to use this app. First time I have to use it and realize I have to give them free $50 every time I use it for the next 12 months. Thats a scam!!!

Bank Login. No app should require a back login to set up payment! That’s ridiculous!

Tricky. Let alone the zombie team of The Acadia who don’t answer your emails, this app shows a limited list in the maintenance request. But if you use the search, you may find a secret menu. Bob Kettler can do better.

Service fee. It is ridiculous to have to pay a service fee each time we pay rent! The 4.95 should come back to us. Over time that adds up!
