Love the app. I have had good luck with using the app. Requesting maintenance and paying rent. Have all gone smoothly. Very happy corner stone took over the management of our building.

Corner of the Market. A trusted app, that makes renting and living at a Cornerstone Apartment a pleasure, allowing issues related to my apt to get handled and rent to be paid in an efficient manner.

Simple to use. The app makes it easy to keep track of basic things. You can make payments, place maintenance requests, and keep track of any announcements/events that impact the building (e.g., water shutoff, etc.). 5 stars.

worst property management company ever. Your maintenance requests go unanswered for days and there is little follow up. Don't be deceived thinking that this property management company has their stuff together because they have an app, it really is not indicative of anything nowadays.

Makes my life easier. This app makes it efficient to pay rent and make service requests seamless as well

Not helpful. Cant see my documents or lease. Cant see an itemized receipt of what needs to be paid. Dont reach out through the app, they wont respond to you.

Glitches a bit but otherwise good. Mostly reliable

Further fixing needed. Needs a bit more UI friendliness and it’s still better to log in on the computer than risk making a double payment

Hate them. They took over my entire street. Absolutely insane for them to own so much. You’d think they’d at least have the staff to help everyone but no. When you call, it just rings and rings. No one ever answers. Their cleaning crew stole my stroller too. Terrible company

Easy to Pay Rent!. I’ve never had an issue using this app— it’s easy to pay rent and make service requests. There are other functionalities too, and the interface is incredibly user friendly/ intuitive.

Appfolio is better. Can’t even attach photos to wo’s and you have to say YES to allow entry into unit for any maintenance request even if they don’t have to come in. Payments page is messed up a requires big red notices to explain balances. .95$ fee to use a checking account? Not cool.

Pretty easy to use, uncertain security. The app is pretty straightforward, but when I open it, my phone has a warning that pops up that says “this site is not verified”, which leaves some doubt around the security of the app.

Work order submittal seems broken.. This alarm in my building has been going off every day for two years, I keep submitting work orders and they keep marking them complete or canceled, but the alarm keeps going?

Convenient, but extremely slow. Pretty easy to use, convenient when needed, but can from time to time be extremely slow to use to the point I need to wait until later to try and pay my rent.

Average, Could be better. Should be able to upload photos for maintenance requests, move-in inspection. Should be able to schedule non-critical maintenance, eg air filter replacement. Needs better community engagement and support. Shouldn’t need a separate app to enter the building or a key fob. Should have trash pickup schedule and management office hours and holidays. Would be nice if there was a calendar for local events that might impact parking or traffic. Should be able to process first months rent and security deposit.

Not super helpful. There are options for the app to display lots of information, but there is non. They only care if you pay your rent

Can’t locate past payment history.. Bank says I paid 30 over what I should have and I cannot see in app if this is accurate or if the banks wrong or why I was charged extra! Could be I fat fingered the payment amt when I entered it, but I NEED to KNOW.

Convenient app. This app has been a great way to pay rent, sign documents, and submit/track maintenance requests.

Lack of everything. App works but there’s no follow up or response when work orders are actually put in. Have to email management directly so I don’t get the point of the app.

Cornerstone App. Why does this app not have the coolest feature in cornerstone community called the cornerstone card? Or an easy way to look up the deals and/or show card off phone??

Ease of managing account. Cornerstone app is easily navigable and making monthly payments with the ease of a click!

Cornerstone IS THE WORST. This app compliments the company well! Both are horrible. Cornerstone refuses to respond to my emails regarding the passing of my dog 6 months ago and have been over charging me/ STEALING $30/month from me due to inaccurate pet rent. I have emailed Andrew Frank 3 times via this application and he has given no response and even more frustrating this app doesn’t have a “sent” box when tenants can view past communication with this Slumlord company. I suspect it is intentionally this way. Bad App. Bad company. Two peas in a pod.

Buggy and hard to use. A payment app used for such large payments should be way more user friendly and less buggy

Repair. The maintenance guy only fixes things half way done and I’ve been trying to fix a water leak for months and they have done nothing but make it look even worse than before.

Makes my life easier. Makes everything very easy since it’s all centralized on one app. Maintenance requests, paying rent, emailing the office. It’s great!

Effective. Does what I need it to do. Can pay rent, request maintenance, view my lease, etc. easy to use.

Certain features. Great app, certain features seem to have a bug. Whenever someone posts to the community bulletin it’s unreadable. Clicking links to the bulletins leads to “no messages on the bulletin”

Good (but could be better). Setup for bank account transfer is broken on iPhone, the app asks for pop-up permissions in settings (which doesnt exist), please look into and fix that. Would also like to see an itemized list of expenses for budgeting purposes. Otherwise, a pretty decent app for paying rent!

Forced to pay service fee. Your bank account will not be able to be linked for payments so you'll be forced to pay the $5 to use a debit card. Terrible company.

Login. "remember me" option would be nice. every other app has it. auto fill / face id etc.

Strongly dislike it. Between the fees and the clumsiness of the app I give it 1star. Beware takes 2-3 days to set up your bank account. They don’t tell you that. It’s a $5 to use Apple pay. $45 fee to use my debit card. This app is like the properties. Old and run down.

Great App I love that it’s all in one place!. Between paying rent and putting in maintenance requests it’s super easy vs. going on a website.

Works! Some issues though. Major renters in the USA have barely functional apps. This one allows you to pay rent and renew leases. It can be slow for some items. It also doesn’t have the ability to upload rent insurance documents, however that is an issue with the business practice of cornerstone itself.

Good app, just have to pay service fee for every transaction.. App works well and I’m able to report issues and pay my rent. Sadly I have to pay almost 5 buck just to pay my rent 😂 It gets 3 starts for that crap. I would rather set up a direct deposit to my building and not have to pay a stupid service fee.

im giving this 5 stars so yall see. cornerstone is an allegiance of money vampires, and if you work for them, you’re a shell of a human. you make love with rigidity, your palms are cold to the touch, you do not delight in art or music. i moved into my apartment before they were taken over by cornerstone, and i imagine this is how those eastern nations felt when the crusaders came through—pillaging the land, and burning all that was good.

Efective. Easy to use

Loads slowly. App takes forever to load and doesn’t show balances until due date.

Standard Rental App. Default RentCafe app with a skin. Works how you’d expect it to, which means sometimes buggy/slow.

Weak programing. Can't even save my password

Meh. Even after updating my personal information I still have to use my old login and still don’t receive emails on my new email.
