Average Functionality. Error messages when there is no error. It offers features but it’s not updated by the property to be used for anything other than payments, which I can do online vs having a app take up space on my phone

Unstable. App crashes like crazy when you try to scroll too much through the community posts. Only good to pay your bill then close it until next month

Terrible app. There is limited options for maintenance requests and you have to choose one. I have almost never been able to choose a correct category.

Hate It!. I do not like the fact that I am charged a fee to pay rent. Rent is high enough and to be charged a fee to pay over two thousand dollars in rent is ridiculous.

More options. App makes it easy to submit maintenance requests and pay our bill on the go but the maintenance portion could use some updates. Very limited categories and subcategories that don’t fit some issues and it’s required to submit the request.

Pay $5 to pay your rent. The app requires you to pay $5/month for a one-time debit charge to pay your rent. If you choose to set up autopay, it’s $10 per payment…. And credit is 2.95% for recurring payments. So the cheapest option for the luxury of paying your rent is $5/month, or $60 over the term of a standard 12 month lease. By comparison, this is the cost of a Costco membership, just to be able to pay your rent manually. $120 to do it automatically, which should be discounted, not MORE expensive…

Using app. Fairly simple to use I like. My first time using and everything went great. Now let's see how fast it's fixed.
