63 fee to pay my rent?!. Absolutely ridiculous. Our fee used to be $30 and it’s now doubled to be on an app. That is honestly terrible.

This App sucks. I don’t need a password but I need a code sent to my email every time. Waste of time. Can’t even pay when I want to because everything needs to be verified every time. This app sucks. I also have to use my girlfriend’s account because for some reason my email doesn’t “exist” even though I’m the head of household.

Sloppy. Lost all my information with the transfer. Required new bank account authorization. Charged me late fee and a fee for using credit card bc my bank wasn’t set up. Badly managed communication.

Reservations. The app is NOT user friendly at all!!!

Maintenance. It’s ok

All in one place. It’s nice to have everything all in one place. I can pay rent or put in a maintenance ticket and it’s so easy to do.

Underbaked app. Not sure why login requires multiple steps, but it’s very annoying. Requesting service has too few options available to be intuitive. Overall, the app has the feel of something done at a very basic level without deep knowledge of what residents want or need.

Resident. The app is extremely easy to navigate once you sign in and save your required requirements!

Worse than original app. Ui looks poor, get a lot of -1 errors. Why did we have to make a whole new app instead of update the old one. I am an app developer in my free time and this is a half baked app.
